Excellent service e everything was smooth and professional

Very pleasant service but there a few hiccups in production and delivery dates.

First class service in a declining world trend of poor service. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with you from start to finish. My mum will be the envy of all the residents at her residential home. Amazing delivery guys who were respectful and patient. 5* all round from a very happy customer.

UPDATE 19.58PM NO CONTACT FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEREFORE I'M NOW PLACING THIS IN THE HANDS OF MY SOLICITOR. Please do not use this company . My husband answered an ad for this company and within seconds we were rung by an overly pushy customer agent who miraculously had a an exhibitor in our at 6pm that night . Said no then she went on to try and get us to have various appts the next day told her no . finally settled on on for sat morning. The guy turned up didn't even say his name , sat chatting with us for near on 30 mins . Then he brings in the demo chair . Explained all about how the chair worked etc etc . nearly 3 hours laters he gave us a price and i nearly fell off the chair i was sitting on nearly 5k for two chairs. NOW this is where my rant begins !!!!!!!!!!!! NOT at any time either by the phone agent or the demonstrator was there a deposit to be paid for , neither were we told that if you order a BESPOKE ITEM YOU HAVE NO CANCELLATION RIGHTS . I will be checking this with Trading standards and Cab plus my solicitor ,. Also wasn't informed about any finance packages either . Was being pushed in to paying a hefty deposit of at least half , he got it down to £50 but as it was the end of the month and i don't get paid until the 1st i said no . We felt pressured and forced in to signing something we really didnt want , once we signed he couldnt wait to get out of my home , He also needs some new socks as the ones he had on had holes in them . Disgusting way to treat disabled people and myself who suffers massive depression i feel ive let myself down badly

This company provides an excellent customer service from our initial enquiry to the delivery of our chair and settee. There was no hard sell, and everything was easy to understand and clearly explained when shown the demonstration. Delivery was on time and we were even contacted the day before to confirm the time. Delivery men were very good and everything was put together in a professional manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone looking for this type of furniture.

The staff and advisors were very helpful. The chair was a little pricier than we had hoped, but Mum is very pleased with it, and that's the main thing!

The sales guy was effective and didn't rush us. The delivery process leaves a lot to be desired. Living in Scotland it's a delivery on a Monday or else and there is absolutely no means of getting a slot - not even a morning or afternoon. This was all highly inconvenient and when we couldn't make the first Monday I thought it would be guaranteed to get the next Monday, but they couldn't even tell us that. A bit ridiculous given that this is for an elderly person really waiting for a chair and they have to wait longer? On the day the guy was running late and HQ shut at 5 and you are left wondering if your chair is actually going to arrive?

I am really pleased with my chair such good support. Matt and Simon such pleasant men who delivered my chair and made sure I was given all the right instructions. Thank you. Mrs Mavis Jewitt
