Good product. Pleased with it so far. The downside, as with all firms selling these products is that you are subject to confusing prices etc in a home selling situation. Whilst not totally pressurised it would be much better if basic prices were available in the brochures. Many companies seem to sell these products but I suspect they are all made in one or two factories. Prices should be available upfront so that comparison can be made between companies fir consumer choice.

Mum is very happy with her new recliner. Ticks all boxes and she likes being able to get in and out of her chair more easily.

very good service and advice. Unfortunately we had a problem with one of the chairs which had to go back to the factory, we await it's return, a chair was left to save sitting on the floor. That would have been fun at our ages 70's and 80's. would recommend.

Love the chair but the leg part is a little hard when the legs are raised. I cannot keep my legs on this part all evening as my calves go to sleep and start to ache.

Only had my chair for a couple of weeks. So far comfort is good reclining mode is good Cables for reclining and massage work o k but rather unsightly. Cloth "hook" for holding reclining control disappointing RECENT RESEARCH GIVES ME IMPRESSION OF HAVING BEEN OVER CHARGED.

Dry happy with my chair . Customer service was very helpful and the men who delivered the chair were most kind and obliging no complaints at all and a lovely and comfortable chair to be relaxed in thank you .
