Excellent Customer Service
Great customer service! I accidentally ordered 3 of the mini jewellery boxes when I was meant to buy 4. I rang up customer services and they were extremely helpful in updating my order over the phone. The products themselves are lovely and the personalisation options make them great gifts.
Truly horrible customer service
Truly horrible customer service, very rude. My jewelry box came damaged and dirty, i wrote several emails and never received an answer. i opened a PayPal claim to which they reacted by saying i can return my whole order but i'd have to pay for shipping (around 20€ from where i live), being quite unfriendly in their choice of words. not understandably whatsoever since its not my fault that the product i received is poorly made. when i tried to talk to them about it & find a different solution that i would be happy with i was -again- ignored. i will never order from this store again and honestly, you shouldn't either. the boxes are beautiful but the way they handled my problem is shameful.

I ordered a jewellery box for my wife’s birthday unfortunately when she unpacked it their was a slight mark on the lid I contacted Will at stackers who resolved the problem straight away and the next day a new one turned up. The product is great as is their customer service

We are very pleased with the look and quality of the stacking jewellery boxes we purchased and would recommend to anyone who wanted a practical, adaptable and elegant set. Customer service is also top notch, nothing is too much trouble for them. Many thanks especially to Lauren who ran around the warehouse finding the item we needed!
Flawed design
Okay, so it is good quality to the point of materials used BUT the design is definitely flawed for the jewelry boxes that have layers. When you pick it up you must be careful and hold the bottom otherwise it will fall, there needs to be a mechanism in place to stop this. For the price of over $100 you would think it would be luxury but it isn't. The design needs to improve to justify the price- not very impressed.
Fantastic Customer Service!
I totally messed up my address when ordering online resulting in my order being returned to Stackers. Lauren & Becca from the Customer Services Department cheerfully sorted this for me and my order was redelivered within a couple of days. Despite the error being totally my fault they were totally lovely to deal with and I couldn't be happier with the service I've received from Stackers. The products are great too and really good value.

Could do better.
Bought four layers of the glass finish, looks beautiful. Just one niggle the stackers logo has been printed inside the lid at an angle. Sent it back and replaced with one just the same. Poor finish in my opinion.

edit!!, we come to an agreement and ive now ordered another although im still out of pocket by a fair amount im overall happy with the outcome and customer service helped greatly, love the jewellery box however if you want to add to it be warned less than a year later I'm unable to add to it after spending allot of money on 6 sections, im not starting again or mixing colours with stackers so now have to look elsewhere as they no longer do this box I ordered vanilla as it is a colour I thought wouldn't go out of stock anytime soon, gutted I spent so much I thought the whole point was to add to it
