Harken did an excellent job throughout the entire lease renewal process. Proactive engagement, good communication and execution.

They towed my vehicle claiming they thought it was abandoned and didn't belong to anyone living on site. I produced emails showing that I had registered my vehicle with them. Upon providing proof, they changed the reason they towed my vehicle. Now, stating it was sitting for more than 72 hours straight (in a pandemic) and that violates the lease. I explained the nature of my work and that I travel and they even suggested I provide my work schedule to prevent being towed in the future. Because I was out of town with no way to get my car, it ended up being very expensive!! They will provide no relief whatsoever.

The maintenance service works professionally, unlike the service for concluding lease contracts.
