UNBELIEVABLY BAD

UNBELIEVABLY BAD. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Lived at my current house for two years only to come to find that one rent messed up and never actually gave us a legitimate lease to sign. We have been given legal paperwork by them that doesn’t even have the correct address or state on it. Tried reporting a roommate for having a dog, running an illegal business and massive property damage and over a year later they have still done nothing. I cannot tell you enough how bad this company is, they’re basically just a call center in the Philippines. I have never met an actual person from this company and I do not know if they even have actual people working for them in the US. Save yourself a massive migraine and go with any other company possible.

Repairs are extremely frustrating

Repairs are extremely frustrating Why do you require a picture for everything even if it's not needed for repair? I say my doorbell is no longer working and that requires a picture? My garbage disposal switch is no longer working...that requires a picture?! Before they replaced the other maintenance tech repairs were done at a snail's pace. Don't lose any keys since they don't keep spares on hand. Would I rent from them again? Probably not.

Terrible company

Terrible company - no customer service. No weekend availability, which is when owners need to get in touch the most. Very slow processes. Zero proactivity. Only want your money. Stay away.

Absolute worst company I have ever…

Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. in my life. I paid the company 2k+ in deposits and they will do nothing to get it back to me. They ignore phone calls, emails, documents, and lack communication within the company. I highly advise anyone and everyone to think again if they want to conduct business with this company.

Onerent is a great source on your side!

Onerent has been an amazing source for us during our quest to find a home. We had several problems finding a home including our credit and income. Onerent helped us negotiate with the landlord to get us into our dream home. Their team went back and forth until we both agreed on terms fare for the both of us. When we moved in, they helped us get the needed repairs done even repairs we knew already existed but we wanted them changed in order to be comfortable! We ended up renewing our lease after they made our home comfortable and safe and created good communication between us and the landlord! We continue to talk great things about Onerent!

Out window had a crack from outside

Out window had a crack from outside, my guess is that someone threw a 2-3 inch size stone at it. The teamed reachout to me about incident, they explained clearly what is covered under their maintenance and what is not ( abuse scenario like this is not). From there they found vendor, got quote. What I liked is that they allowed me to revisit this issue after a month and not making me go through any urgent decision making. Entire process felt like a pause and play button to me, In this duration the representative was extremely reachable.

Great Customer Service

Dealing with a door track issue. I need to contact one tent multiple times. Once I finally got in touch with Ms. Ariane Zamora I was able to get the ball running on everything. Her customer service pulled everything back and through the repair. Thank you for all your help!
