We reported a possible beehive under our doorstep and contacted OneRent regarding the situation. Althea worked closely with us to help find a specialist and kept in touch during and after the whole ordeal to make sure everything went smoothly. Communication was easy and we feel the issue was addressed with care.

Everytime I have an issue

Everytime I have an issue, it is resolved very fast. The whole maintenance team is amazing and helpful. You can sure notice the genuineness in their voice and they make sure you are confident and satisfied with your resolved issues.

Renting is less of a headache

So far I've been impressed with the service I've gotten from Onerent. They are quick to respond to maintenance requests, follow-up on questions I have for the owner, and are quite pleasant to deal with via email, text or phone calls. It's nicely streamlined and makes dealing with rental maintainance much easier than I've ever dealt with.

The literal most pathetic company around

I have been waiting for almost 6 weeks now to get my Security Deposit back from this company, and all they can tell me is that Accounting is looking into this, and then that the owner will send it back to me directly. I reached out to them a week ago, and I told them that they had up until May 5th to return the deposit before I file in small claims court, but I guess they did not take this seriously, and I will be filing in court. This company is by far THE WORST company in existence, and everyone knows that the good reviews written on this site are by their team members--clearly any educated person would be able to tell that their English is pathetic. I would never recommend this company, not even to my worst enemy.

Run for the hills. RUN.

Run for the hills. RUN. I've been a tenant with OneRent for 6 months and there have been so many issues. The service team is "based" in San Jose but it run out of the Phillippines. From rent payment issues, to maintenance, they have been aggravatingly incapable of response, slow to fix and the app is so buggy that it's caused my rent to be late more than once. When my lease is up, I'm leaving and NEVER working with a property management start up again. Stay away from them My rent is scheduled reoccurring, and Onerent owed me money for a reimbursement. Because my reoccurring payment was $9.75 MORE than owed, I got a text message from accounting saying my rent was late even though I had reached out to resolve the issue days before (no response from them) accounting reached out, and cancelled my payment after I canceled my reoccurring and sent them rent in the smaller amount. A few months ago they couldn’t accept my rent payment because they didn’t recognize my routing number… that was another many hours on hold and emails getting that sorted. I’ve request maintenance for an appliance months ago and they finally scheduled a person to fix it AFTER this review. Not to mention getting the apartment in the first place, where I was on the phone with them to process my application for over 5 hours. Then move in day not having the correct access code, not having the access code for the garage (which had to be given to me by a neighbor) Don’t let their response fool you, the management company of total garbage. I wish I could just work directly with the owner and avoid all of this nonsense with third party. Clearly I’m not the only tenant dealing with this BS, l just LOOK at the reviews. Terrible experience from start to finish.
