OneRent maintenance team

The maintenance team at OneRent, and Ana in particular, did a great job at my property in San Diego. I had a tree fall at the property from winds and new tenants recently moved in and requested a few things done. Ana and the team found a vendor who could handle all the work and coordinated getting it all done in just a few days. I was very impressed and happy they got right to work to fix up my property so quickly.

Takes forever to get a response to a…

Takes forever to get a response to a question. Often times when I do eventually get a response, the information given to me is incorrect and needs to be fixed. It has been incredibly difficult to arrange basic things like visiting the apartment to take measurements for furniture.The mode of communication has overall been less than professional, for instance leaving a indecipherable voicemail with important information without also following up with a clear email.

Tech-enabled company

A onerent salers rep first contacted me to tell me about their management services, I was initially hesitant about giving them my cottage for rent in Palo Alto so I decided to try it myself for the first week. However I had difficulties so I reached back out to Onerent. I had lots of questions about their process since I am not tech-enabled. While leasing out the property took a little bit longer than expected, I had the peace of mind that a professional company would find me a tenant and manage the property, allowing myself to be truly hands off.

Very very good property management…

Very very good property management firm. I am pleased with their services from a landlord’s perspective. They deposit my rental income to me by the third business day of each month and that is guaranteed since they qualified the tenants. When we call into the Customer Success team, they pick up the phone and even if they cannot solve the problem right away, they provide some timeline and action plan. The team is professional, responsible, effective, and also easy to deal with. I truly love what Onerent has done for me personally and my renter.

Excellent experience

Excellent experience! I had a leak from the top part of my wall where it meets the ceiling and was worried I couldn't sleep in my bedroom much longer. Onerent answered the call late at night and had a handyman out to fix the issue the next morning. The 24/7 maintenance is great in those situations and it helps that I can submit all my maintenance tickets online with photos and video! Every time I call, they do their very best to solve my problems, the customer service team is never rude and extremely considerate.

Great service, awesome experience!

Gone were the days when it takes you YEARS to get someone to rent your property. I used to post on Craigslist, or on the newspaper, and I get little to no bites at all! I've heard about Onerent from an old friend, and I gave it a go. Signed up on their website, got a call from one of their people, and they helped me out with the entire process of getting my home rented out! They took care of almost everything, from advertising my property, finding a suitable tenant, and showing them around and finally onboarding him. All that happened without me doing the heavy lifting. They've got great people who'll help you every step of the way. Keep it up Onerent team!

Happy and satisfied!

I own a home here in Seattle and I heard about OneRent from a friend. Honestly, I’m pretty satisfied with their service. I’ve worked with other property management companies before but I found that they consistently dropped the ball or tried to lease my home out for UNDER market value just to make it easier on them! Onerent let me choose a leasing price $200 over what their competitor suggested , and they found a tenant in under a week.

Great service. Great Onerent team

I would like to share my opinion about management company, which is manage property, which I'm renting. After move-in, I got some issues with my new property. Nothing critical, but they had to be resolved. I have been contact with OneRent customer success team, and each my service request was processed on very professional level,in timely manner, and with respect to my schedule.I'm very satisfied with service which OneRent team is providing.
