The staff at the Auckland depot went above and beyond, even letting me use one of their personal wifi accounts to log in to register my local sim card. the car was an older model and a bit the worse for wear as you would expect, but ran well and we had no hiccups with collection or return. The staff at Christchurch airport were very helpful too. Very satisfied
