My experience with Omega was great as it always is. We got a great car for the time we wanted and being a Hybrid made it very economical. The only small problem we had was pickup at the airport, we had to find our own way to the depot as we had missed the last Shuttle due to our plane being delayed in Brisbane for a short time, so this is no fault of Omega. I always use Omega whenever I come back home to NZ.

Great customer service. People are friendly, understanding and most helpful. They are willing to go out there way to help you. The lovely lady that served me went through everything that I needed to know. I wasn’t given just a document to read and quickly sign on the spot as I have experienced with other companies. I highly recommend them!

Pick up was timely car was all that was advertised and drop off was even easier. I was handled through the Wgtn office by Paul, real easy to deal with, promote that man…. Thanks Omega definitely use these guys again.

We were picked up in a timely fashion from the airport, our rental agreement was clearly communicated and we were given a nice new vehicle which we were happy with for the duration of the hire period. My only gripe is that it was reiterated several times that if we return it dirty we will be charged $150. I have never returned a vehicle dirty, and perhaps this has happened frequently with your customers but tainted our hire.

Sue in the Nelson office was a great listener and provided an excellent service.

car was excellent. Every other part of the experience, less so. The website and customer communications are NOT set up for international customers, arriving outside of the advertised office hours. I made a couple of boo boos , and ended up with long email chains from multiple people. I seriously dislike paying in advance for rental cars. The Terms and Conditions clearly state that payment is required upon RETURN. The out of hours agreement doesn't say that this is rescinded. As stated. Car was perfect, very cheap and exactly what I needed.

Linda was very helpful and prompt in resolving an issue when it arose. The cars provided were in excellent condition. The entire hire process went very smoothly. Value for money was excellent when compared to other hire companies.

The vehicle was in very good condition, and we had a significant improvement in the quality of travel through the vehicle. There were no problems with the vehicle and we were able to travel very comfortably.
