great cheap rental. The late arrival was also no problem. The only thing that was not perfect was that the car did not even have an aux connection.

The car provided by Omega Rental Cars is same as the website info. I mostly use the car in the daytime, so I think the car is ok and stable. Just got some drawbacks are that the car has a slightly unpleasant smell, and the rental car price is a bit high. There is no car broke down during the road trip. Overall is ok. So I think next time I will rent from Omega Rental Cars again.

Collection was great from depot in Wellington. Very helpful gentleman. Car was perfect for us and we loved it. It drove beautifully. Only drawback was that the Delivery operative at Auckland Airport was not as pleasant and was quite brusque with us.

I typically use GoRentals in Queenstown, but gave Omega a try since they were literally half the price for a 1 week rental. No complaints at all with the experience. The only minor differences from my GoRentals experience were that the car was older (2019) and pickup was offsite (shuttle provided). The pickup/drop off process also took a bit longer since they are paper based vs iPad, but still under 10 min. Nothing that would deter me from $300+ in savings. I will definitely look at using Omega again in the future.
