Mauvais, mais il y a pire

(Uniquement pour la téléphonie mobile) Quand le service fonctionne, presque rien à dire. Par contre, leur service d'assistance client est en dessous de tout. J'ai à chaque fois l'impression d'avoir en ligne quelqu'un dont c'est le premier jour de travail. Dernière expérience en date, une dame à qui j'ai dû apprendre ce qu'étaient les messages RCS. Mais probablement une surdouée, car 5 minutes après, elle m'expliquait que ça n'avait jamais existé chez Scarlet. (hum, hum). Alors que je les utilisais depuis des années et qu'ils sont disparus depuis le "rapprochement" avec Proximus...

Coupure sans arrêt depuis presque un an j’ai vu une ribambelle de techniciens ils ont déjà tout changé ils ont ouvert deux fois la route et le problème est toujours là dernièrement ils m’ont dit que le problème était chez eux un moi après ça recommence donc bientôt ils ne restera plus qu’un solution dommage

Absolutely catastrophic accounting and customer file management! Their accounting "fused" with Proximus last summer. I ended my contract with them from September 1st 2024 due to a move and sent them back the internet modem - both of which I luckily got a confirmation for. Now they kept on sending me invoices from October through January. Every time I tried to contact them by email it was impossible ("no-reply") and no one called me. I got contacted by a legal recovery company, to which I showed the proof that my contract got cancelled from September 1st. Shame on them for their internal processes being that messed up. Throwing public money through the window... EDIT: their reply says that they cancelled the invoices, but I still get reminders for the reminder fees of these invoices… Please cancel everything and delete all my data from your systems, or I will take legal actions with regards to the GDPR and how you handle personal data. Stop sending me automatic texts, emails, letters, I am NOT a customer anymore since September 1st 2024!

Bad costumer service and billing

Ordered an option for extra data, after I received the message that the option was active and I went back online, extra costs were still charged. Contacted customer service via contact form. No answer for several weeks, eventually called myself and the extra costs would be deducted from the next bill. Then I was charged extra costs because the invoice was paid later. So because I was waiting for an answer from scarlet I was charged extra costs, I thought that was unfair. Called back, the whole situation had to be explained again, and the extra costs would be deducted from the next invoice again and I would receive a confirmation email. Never received the email, after calling back again to ask clarification I got the answer 'we don't do that' and they hung up, even though the previous employee had confirmed. Just received a new bill and indeed the extra costs have not been deducted. Terible service and billing methods. Employees are not on the same page. Communication about services is not good in general. Before al this I was a custumer for years.

Excellent fournisseur

Voila, ça fait plus de 25 ans que je suis chez eux et j'ai dû joindre leur service technique à plusieurs reprises durant ces 25 années. Je n'ai jamais eu de problème, toute mes demandes ont à chaque fois été honorées. C'est sûr qu'au moment des heures de pointe, l'attente est parfois un peu longue mais c'est normal. Le seul petit reproche que je pourrai leur faire, c'est de ne pas pouvoir bloquer la 4G quand le forfait est dépassé....surtout que j'ai deux ados. Sinon je suis ravis de leur produits et services qui finissent toujours par s'aligner sur la concurrence (augmentation de la quantité de data

Terrible experience

A terrible experience with this company. Yes it is cheaper than the others because basically there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. The website is really bad, full of bugs and it is down so often! Doing a simple action as cancelling a subscription has proved to be a nightmare. The worst thing is that even if you manage to get through the customer service via phone no one speaks english. Or better...they do because they answered me and understood what I was saying! They just didn't want to assist me literally. They kept me saying another colleague able to speak English would have called me back soon. I waited a few days, called again, waited some more and even after one week waiting I was never called back.

Depuis le basculement chez "Proximus",plus de "replay" avec la touche "on demande",plus moyen de revoir un film ou série en replay, pourquoi? parfois,le programme choisi ne s'enregistre pas,pas la peine de demander,on vous ignore.

Na de wijziging naar Proximus kan ik wel in myscarlet met de computer maar kan mijn facturen, verbruik, produkten niet meer zien. Deze problemen blijven maar bestaan. Er komy dan steeds op Oops error, probeer het later nog eens. Lukt gewoon niet is een telecom bedrijf niet waardig.
