Booked a 2 night stay at the Luxor Resort/Casino in Las Vegas for $99 in what seemed like a deal too good to be true. It was. It wasn't until AFTER booking my reservation through their advertisement and paying that I was informed that there was a condition. I had to attend a 90 minute presentation by VacationOffer in a different Casino(where they would try to sell you on their products) AND meet their conditions OR be charged $300 on top of the hotel booking. It turns out that I was not able to use my reservation after all as a friend unexpectedly fell ill and sure enough I was charged an additional $300 by these crooks. So I am out $399 with absolutely nothing to show for it. Needless to say I do not recommend this company as their selling tactics are misleading,deceptive and underhanded. Ps. Their response message is just more deception on their part to make people think that they actually care about their customers. The only manner in which they "reached out"was to charge my credit card account with fees.
