Repeat calls can be frustrating, but they didn’t bat an eyelash

I called many times to verify information and schedule our initial stay and tour to activate our package. We needed a little extra attention to make it work in our time frame and they were quite helpful and accommodating. I think the people who work in the customer service are very nice and professional.

Don't use it

Don't use it, it's a scam. They take $300 from your account, I'm going to report them to the channel. They don't answer your call, they are rude and they just don't want to return your money. No lo usen es estafa. Te sacan $300 de tu cuenta yo los voy a denunciar al canal. No te contestan la llamada ,son groseros y se cierran en no querer devolver tu dinero

I liked the Westgate it was right on…but was not smoke free

I liked the Westgate it was right on the skyway monorail, and i liked the view, however the pool was drained and i remember Vegas as being more smoke free before covid. I was told i would receive an email after the presentation with my gifts and a 50 dollar gift card, however due to ?? lost email, spam blocker? i haven't received that yet. could you look into that? thanx, chuck wada 213 453 7153

A lots of noise at the hotel

A lots of noise at the hotel , no iron , no microwave etc… They wanted to charge me 40 plus $$ if I stayed for an extra hours just because my flight was at 11:47 pm

Worked with us after review to make us happy

2/12: I would be careful with this company. They seem to offer reasonable price but then when you call the resorts directly you can get a significantly lower rate going to the resort presentation (which is what is required with our vacation offer promotion) This has been a shady experience and we at this point don't even want to use what we already paid for. 2/22: Wanted to post an update. After I posted the initial review I was contacted and they worked with us to not charge us anything over what we were originally told. It ended up being less nights than we were told but the worked with us on locations that better suited our needs and I feel satisfied with the result. I'll post another update after we go on the trip.

The representative did her best to give us a nice resort...however she got our dates wrong because I was planning for April 25, she gave us the resort for April 2024... I had to XCL the reservation
