The presentation was well presented. I love the benefits and travel that go along with the Package which saves me money

So far everything is going okay; but I tried to book the first initial presentation vacation closer to where I live in St.Petersburg,Florida, but I would have had to pay Resort fees up front; and I thought this would be complimentary!

The presentation was great, the staff conducting the presentation were well informed and spoke clearly and explained each and every aspect of the program. They answered every question we had to our satisfaction. I also believe this program is a win win for travelers.

What could have been a suitable and cost efficient holiday booking club, for us, was totally spoilt by the arcane sales tactics used. It was the typical start at a very high entry price to join the club and gradually lower it to about 25% of the starting figure. Eventually I had another sales person come over as we were still not convinced about the level of entry cost and I was basically told that we had no intention of buying and we were effectively wasting their time. We were also offered a try before you buy which still involved paying 1500 dollars so hardly try before you buy! We would definitely have been interested but the sales tactics totally put us off. Why a company with a good product to offer uses such tactics is beyond me.

We got a great deal on a resort stay at the westgate, we had a fantastic time

This was the second time trying to make a reservation. The first time did not go very well, but this time the person was engaging. We looked up different dates in and around the same area that I wanted. She got me the best deal.

Terrible,horrible and very unprofessional I went to alexis park resort for 2 nights. When I got there I was told that I have to attend a sales presentation but they went ahead to take almost 140$ from my account without my authorization n now I’m trying to get my money back n they’re saying no refund.Everything about this company is bad n unprofessional even the the customer service agent I spoke to terrible.The government need to shut down this company and I’ll follow up on that it’s a promise.Your service is very disgusting I’ll advise never go to this website to book a hotel please you’ll regret it😡😡😡
