I would not trust these people with…

I would not trust these people with your money. They started drafting money out of our account and we noticed differences in amounts that should be billed so we questioned it and couldn't get any straight awnsers so we told them to cancel their services we would not be using them any longer. For 4 months they kept taking money form our account and we ended up having to try to go to our bank to get it to stop even though we sent them a cancellation notice. Come to find out they went bankrupt and if I want to get my money refunded to me I have to get in line and try to get my money back from he Bankruptcy group. These guys have gone out and created a new business for Bench but I would not trust them as they stole over $2800 from a small business and all they did was kick the can down the road until they had to file the bankruptcy and their employees are fully complicit in this scam and fraud.

3 years of relationship ruined by the bankruptcy and employer.com acquisition. I paid for all of 2024, but they won't finish my books for 2024 unless I pay them an incremental $1200 one-time fee or pay ~3K for another year of their service. Not right. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 out of respect for a once good company.

Employer.com extorting Bench.co clients

Employer.com has recently acquired Bench.co, and is reforming the company - however intentionally extorting Bench customers in the process to try and recover revenue from the now defunct and bankrupt operation. I have been a Bench customer for 6+ years, and have paid a minimum of $14,328.00 to Bench, likely a lot more - and I have already paid for the entire year of bookkeeping for 2024. However, my books for 2024 are nowhere to be found and were never even completed to begin with, and we are now in February of 2025. So not only have I not received what I *already* paid for - but they are now trying to hold my books hostage to try and get me onto a new subscription with Employer.com. Not only unethical, but feels like a full-blown scam to me. To make matters worse - I have even been a Brand Partner for them. Meaning over the years, they have had me create video content for them, which has associated my brand and my name with Bench. I have shared Bench and their services with my audience of over 250,000 people, my newsletter of 17,000 as well as close personal friends and colleagues.

WARNING

They are so predatory with their cancelation process READ THE FINE PRINT. They talk you into signing for the year as it's cheaper but if you want to cancel you owe them the full amount for the entire year. They will fight you constantly to cancel services and they use 3rd party for payments who also use a 3rd party so good luck trying to get reimbursement if you don't like their services.

Duped and misled.

I signed up for historical bookkeeping and ongoing monthly bookkeeping in October 2024. I was scheduled to pay for it over the course of a year in installments. In December, they filed for bankruptcy. They were acquired by employer.com but I opted out of their service because their bookkeeping is absolute trash (I confirmed this in multiple calls with accountants who agree with me). The service I received was subpar, shoddy at best. AND even though I'm no longer receiving service, I have to pay these montly installments on an ongoing basis. This is borderline a scam, and this misleading advertising and sales tactic was manipulative and gross. I hate playing the victim, but this is a really awful way to treat customers.

Decline In Service Quality After Company Acquisition - My Experience

I need to share my recent experience with this company. I've been with them since before the ownership change, and things have gone downhill. First, the original business suddenly shut down without telling anyone, leaving our books unfinished. Then the new owners took over and asked us to pay extra for bookkeeping work we'd already paid for in 2024. When I tried to cancel before my next payment was due, they charged me anyway. Plus, I've noticed our numbers are rarely current - which is pretty frustrating when you're trying to run a business. I actually used to really like their service, but I've since found several AI bookkeeping tools that do a better job, work faster, and have fewer mistakes. And they cost about a third of what I was paying here. Save yourself the frustration - there are definitely better options out there these days. The customer service headaches and billing issues just aren't worth it.

Bench does one thing well

Bench does one thing well - bait and switch.   We signed up for one year with a “Specialized team”. The first team lead quit within 3 months. The second team lead was ok but then totally stopped communicating after 3 months. After that responses came from 7 random people (all not team leads). Messages are rarely well read and an overwhelming amount of communications are to ask me for details previously provided over and over again, such as statements for accounts someone else confirmed were closed, statements already uploaded, access to external accounts that constantly had to be re-administered, and more.  Somehow every few months "the team" lost most of what had been setup many times before. The time it took to constantly re-update made the entire service nearly as time consuming and definitely more frustrating than doing books myself.  It's obvious Bench is trying to automate more and doing a horrible job at it. The AI feature they pushed mid 2024 made tasks take 3 times as long for the client. I'm sure the deplorable communication had something to do with this as well. I would have no faith in them harnessing new technology in a way that benefits their customers.   Looking back, I wouldn't doubt if they had determined my account couldn't be automated as much as they wanted and decided to gently push me out with terrible service.   In the end, only 4 of the 12 months of books I paid for got close to finished and I have a cleanup bill from my accountant.

Worst bookkeeping, even worse service

Even before their shutdown, and 3 days later, their acquisition, this service was terrible. Your "dedicated" account manager changed every few months. I stopped last year after they failed to complete my books before taxes were due in April. I kept getting reassurances it would be completed. They have the nerve to keep raising their prices despite their services and website getting worse. This year, I rejoined in Sept, and they literally did nothing for my two businesses. Kept saying they were working on my books and they were complete up to June (well that's when my last subscription ended). So email after email they said they were working on it, then they shut down, and 3 days later are back in business? They aren't even offering refunds for literally doing zero. The worst business in America. Avoid like the plague. I hope they fail again.

BETRUG!! Ich war ein extrem junger Azubi und meine Ahnungslosigkeit wurde vollkommen ausgenutzt. Mir wurde über Monate das Gehirn gewaschen und große Gewinne wurden mir versprochen. Stattdessen verlor ich sehr viel Geld, ich konzentrierte mich nämlich nicht darauf meine Freunde&Familie abzuwerben, sondern auf Trading. Dort hatte aber niemand Interesse für und sie ließen mich ohne Hilfe in den Ruin treiben. Ich zahlte monatlich rund 200 Euro für das Abo und machte große Verluste. Das ging so weit, dass ich kurz davor war auf der Straße zu landen. Meine Zukunft wäre fast komplett verbaut wurde. LASST UNBEDINGT DIE FINGER WEG!!! Es ist BETRUG!!! Die haben in ihrer Pyramide haben nur einen Sinn dir das niedrige Ausbildungsgehalt aus der Tasche zu ziehen. Wie diese Firma noch nicht verboten werden konnte ist mir ein Rätsel! Ich hoffe alle werden irgendwann ihre Strafe bekommen!!!

Bonjour, je m'appelle Nicolas j'ai 19ans. Aujourd'hui je quitte IM, malgré les accompagnements de Ilane, Théodore et Alexis qui sont enrichissants. J'étais sceptique au début mais j'ai rapidement été rassuré suite au différents appels qui ont eu lieu dès le jour de mon inscription. Les différents services proposés sont tous très enrichissants et permettent de vite progresser. J'ai choisi de quitter non suite à un défaut de l'académie mais car j'ai eu suffisamment de ressources mises à ma disposition pour pouvoir voler de mes propres ailes! Je vous conseille IM même si vous pensez vous en sortir seul car vous serez toujours mieux en étant accompagné par des professionnels qu'en se formant de son côté!

Cela fait maintenant 1mois et demie que je suis chez IM et franchement en termes d’expérience je n’ai jamais trouver mieux, au début j’avais pas mal d’apriori par rapport au services proposer et avec le temps j’ai compris la puissance de cette école avec ses 3 business qui y sont proposés. Les lives avec des éducateurs qui sont spécialisés dans leur domaine ou a chaque live tu sens que cette personne t’apprend quelque chose mais aussi par le dévouement des équipes ou il se prennent la tête pour toujours faire mieux qu’avant mettre en place de nouvelles choses. On a aussi les cours enregistrer pour bien apprendre les bases mais surtout le plus important pour moi c’est le suivie, donc aujourd’hui je tient a remercier toutes l’équipes avec les leaders comme Ilan qui est toujours disponibles pour nous ou encore Loïc qui est toujours présents aux évènements et enfin au leaders de mon équipe Cherif et aussi Meryl qui prend toujours le temps de prendre des nouvelles de nos avancés. Un long message remplie d’expérience et de gratitude envers le travail qui est fourni en amont. Faites le bon choix vous ne regretterez pas.

Salut à toi qui lira ce commentaire moi c’est Elisha, et ça ne fait qu’une semaine que je suis chez IM dans la faction redemption dirigée par Ilane. Et pourtant je n’ai pas peur de vous dire que en une semaine j’ai appris plus que ce que je pensais. On a un suivi incroyable des vrais leaders, une vraie formation et des membres incroyables. C’est vrai que le premier abord, ça pourrait paraître douteux, mais une fois intégrer dans la bonne faction, vous verrez que ça en vaut beaucoup plus que le prix initial, et je remercie infiniment Ilane de m’avoir accepté dans sa faction.

Das Engagement der Mitarbeitenden von Masteryachting lässt keine Wünsche offen, hin und wieder stolpert man über "IT-Automatismen/Probleme" bei der Versendung von Nachrichten (statt Buchungsbestätigung gibt es gleich eine freundliche Zahlungserinnerung und wiederholte, automatische Zahlungserinnerungen für die längst überwiesene Abschlusszahlung, oder der Link zur Kreditkartenzahlung funktioniert nicht und gerade läuft der Code zum freischalten dieser Bewertung nicht rein ...). Also IT-Probleme, wer hat das nicht... Hauptärgernis ist, wenn es auch Meckern auf hohem Niveau ist, die Preisentwicklung der Schiffe in Griechenland in den letzten 3 Jahren, wenn sich das dortige Preisniveau an Kroatien weiter annähert, geht es zukünftig auch da nicht mehr hin. Es gibt auch andere schöne Segelreviere. Wäre schön, wenn Masteryachting diese Wertung an Istion und Co. in Griechenland gerne weiterleiten würde. Χαιρετίσματα σε όλους!

Produkten jag köpte var bra, men frakten var dyr och leveranstiden lång. Efter att ha väntat någon vecka kontaktade jag kundtjänst, som svarade snabbt och förklarade att en av varorna inte fanns i lager. När den väl kom in gick leveransen snabbt. Dock är 129 kr i frakt för något som väger 100–200 gram ganska dyrt jämfört med andra butiker. Samtidigt har de ett hyfsat sortiment och vissa saker som jag inte hittat någon annanstans. There was an initial issue with the order being split between two warehouses and one warehouse not receiving the order information in full, but eBottles owned their error and promised to work on the issue to ensure future orders were handled better. Product is as described and their pricepoint is fairly good.

I placed a small order with ebottles.com and it will be the last time that I will ever do business with them. They split my order and shipped it out about a week apart even though the company guarantees same day shipping if you order by 12 pm est. When I called customer service, they verbally apologized and told me that it was harder to put together my smaller order than any normal larger order. I will not ever be ordering from this company again and I will strongly advise anyone and everyone to not even attempt to do business with ebottles.com.

I was able to speak with a sales person (on the phone) while looking at their website. That way, I was able to have all my questions answered and look at the suggested products. Couldn't have worked out better.

Do not use this company, terrible

This company cost me money, bottom line. I ordered from them, received the wrong order and half of the glass I received was broken. They reshipped and i received more broken glass. Then droppers I received were defective and after 3 uses would not reseal. They shipped me new ones and they were the wrong size for the bottles. After that they reshipped me new droppers and finally I had my full order 3 months later. I called in and spoke with the owner he was rude and his customer service was terrible, I was upset and he refused to give me a refund after he cost me accounts due to the faulty tops. In the end he hung up on me. WOW I warn you now don't do use this company.

Disappointing

I have had several phone conversations with customer service. I was told the bottles would be available 11-11-14. I have talked with customer service on 11-11-14, 12th and the 13th. All three days I was told the bottles are now in stock. I've asked for tracking info and they could not give it to me. It is now th 16th and no tracking or bottles. Payment has been made and cashed without receipt of bottles and tracking info. No follow through for cust service to shipping.

Very unprofessional, Will be costing my company thousands in charge backs.

Very unprofessional. Do not waste your or your customers time ordering anything from these people. Ordered AMS32181 on 12/10/2024 with a lead time of ten days. After multiple phone calls to them we just received an automatic email saying our money was returned. When contacted again was put off multiple times while trying to talk to a supervisor, only to be told the cost had increased 40 dollars after the first of the year and why our order had been cancelled, when I informed them again my order had been placed before the new year they informed me they do not place supplier order the same day a customer pays them, nor do they place the order that week, or even that month. They offered no resolution or apology at all. Talked to my employees in a very unpolite and very unprofessional manner. Sky geek even had the item still listed at the original price until our complaint. They also have paid to sponsor their own adds on chrome and goggle search so that they will be they only supplier to come up for items they don't produce or keep in stock, knocking out the possibility of finding companies that actually do. It's not even the price increase. It's the fact our customers will now be waiting for DPAS rated parts which anybody in the aerospace industry knows this will result in charge backs from customers and can actually affect our supplier rating which will affect our ISO report and future sales. We are a small company doing our best to always reach our customers' expectations. Like I said not even an apology was offered. We would have paid the price increase if they ever even bothered to offer that. The kicker. They still have NOT returned our money. Our company has since contacted The Office of the Attorney General of New York consumer fraud department and let our customer know that highly recommended them of these events.

Cancelled my order for no good reason

We have done business with SKYGEEK for years and never had any problem until now. Nicole decided to cancel my order due to a company name match on CSL. I talked to her and assured her we had no affiliation with any other company that shared our name. We have been in business since 1974 as a FAA certified operator, had secret clearances and good standing with the State of Colorado. I talked to CSL, they suggested she do a proper search and when I mentioned it to her, she did nothing. Obviously, they don't need our business anymore.

Terrible customer service. Slow, slow, slow to ship. No tracking information or notice of shipping provided. No way to contact customer service, email or phone. Do not buy from this company…it will just lead to total frustration. After reading reply from SkyGeek, I must respond. When order was placed the products selected stated in stock, otherwise I would have placed my order with another vendor. As far as contacting their costumer service, there is no such number or email contact listed on the bottom of order as they claim. Again, do not place orders with this company, they are not truthful!!

I placed an order for a battery November 20th, two and a half days before Thanksgiving. The order showed to be Processing on November 24th so I called but Skygeek apparently took off both Thursday and Friday for a long weekend. My order is still processing. According to the website, Skygeek ships in 3 to 5 business days so it may not ship at all until Wednesday 9 days after it was ordered. Skygeek also says that Fedex takes 4 days to deliver so now we are at 13 days. I paid Skygeek's premium price for this item and am very unhappy that it will take two weeks or longer to arrive. I am certain that this will be my last experience with Skygeek.

I have order 3 pcs of B737-800 landing gear lockpin, part number C32026-12. I ordered on 6th April 2023, the information was order takes 34-37 business day to process. Until today, 15 June 2023, they have not sent my order yet. I sent them emails many times asking about my purchase, and i always get the same template answer, and each time they replied my email, the shipping date delay always getting worse. They will not inform you unless you ask. I don't know how long do i have to wait for my lockpin.

Kleider qualitativ hochwertig - Abrechnung zäh

Die Kleider sind wirklich allesamt wunderschön und qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Die Sendung wird nach Bestellung meist taggleich angekündigt und geht dann nach 7 Tagen in den Versand. Wenn Sale-Aktionen von der Firma angeboten werden, wird immer eine prozentuale Verteilung des Aktionsbetrages auf alle gekauften Produkte vorgenommen. Auch wenn angeboten wird, Kauf für 50 € und bekomme 20 € abgezogen - wie zuletzt bei der "merry24" -. Die Firma gibt generell hierzu nichts im Kleingedruckten an, sondern bei Nachfrage wird lediglich darauf hingewiesen, dass das immer so gehandhabt wird. Es mutet auch komisch an, dass bei der Bestellbestätigung - wie beworben - die 20 € von der gesamten Bestellsumme in Abzug gebracht werden und im Nachhinein bei der Rechnung die 20 € - abhängig von der Rechnungshöhe - prozentual auf die einzelnen Artikel verteilt werden. In meinem Fall habe ich trotz eines restlichen Einkaufswertes von über 50 € nicht von den 20 € in voller Höhe profitiert, da die Beträge der retournierten Artikel in Abzug gebracht wurden. Es ist schade, dass mit solchen Aktionen zum Kauf motiviert wird und im Nachhinein die Rechnungsstellung plötzlich prozentual aufgeteilt wird. Leider ist es der Firma auch nicht möglich einem der Rechnung zugrunde liegenden AGBs und Aktionsbedingungen zukommen zu lassen. Auf der Rechnung selbst erfolgt auch keine Aufschlüsselung bei den einzelnen Artikeln.

Endelig kan jeg købe tøj til min datter

For snart 9 år siden fik jeg min første niece og kunne endelig købe tøj til små. Siden da er jeg blevet faster til fem og jeg har elsket tøjet fra Müsli og Freds World, så mine niecer og nevøer er blevet forkælet med tøj fra jer. I december blev jeg mor for første gang og det har vist sig, at tøj fra By Green Cotton passer min datter så godt. Og både før graviditeten og efter har jeg også købt tøj til mig selv, som har kunne passe mig uanset vægt og størrelse i den givne tid, og det er dejligt - at størrelserne spænder bredt. For snart to måneder siden, var en pakke med tøj fra jer blevet afleveret af DAO i en anden opgang end min, men med hjælp fra jer fandt jeg frem til hvilken opgang og dør, og jeg fik min pakke. Tak for utroligt lækkert tøj - med farver, der glæder og en kvalitet, der gør det virkelig behageligt at have på. Selvfølgelig vægter det højt hos mig, at det også er GOTS-certificeret. Jeg glæder mig hver gang til at iklæde min datter tøj fra jer og jeg håber, hun vil finde glæde ved tøj også, omend det ikke er alt, men alligevel har det noget at sige. 😊

Fred’s World og Müsli er vores yndlingsmærker. Det er klart det tøj vi har mest af. Det er god kvalitet og det er populært hos mine tre døtre, som er vilde med alt fra regntøj i stærke farver til dinosaur- og enhjørningebluser og blomstrede bukser. Vi er SÅ glade for overtøjet der sidder godt og har flotte farver - både regntøj og flyverdragter (de nye flyverdragter med det der elastiksystem til ærmerne - det er genialt! ❄️) Mine yngste har stadig storesøsters aflagte softshell - men det måtte altså gerne produceres igen så storesøster også kan få 🌧️🙏 Vi ønsker os også mere undertøj og strømper - for det er så svært (umuligt!?) at få hvis man både vil have farver men også går efter GOTS-mærket. Der er hurtig levering fra bygreencotton og kundeservice er altid søde og hjælpsomme hvis der sku’ ske en fejl eller jeg har haft spørgsmål til produkterne 🩷

Nice printing - WAY too small...

We are happy with the quality of the label but expected a larger label. I’m not sure why I simply didn’t measure the dimensions on a bottle. The site displays a sample but it appears much larger on the website. The site also implies that it’s the standard size and it is not! Would definitely order from crushtag again but in a larger size. I think it needs to be clearly stated that this label is not the standard size.

Das Produkt ist in Ordnung, ich kann zum Produkt nichts negatives sagen. Aber leider ist etwas komplett falsches geliefert worden. Ich durfte auch noch selber Zollpapiere für UPS ausdrucken. Was mein Fehler war, dass ich nicht gesehen habe das ich auf ein Konto in den Niederlanden einzahlen muss. ( Auslandgebühren ). Ebenfalls mein Fehler dass ich noch Importgebühren zahlen muss. They all look great! Print and build quality of these canvases is unparalleled in my experience. The delivery was fast, about a week or less. The packaging was fantastic and ensures your canvas arrives in mint condition. A few pieces had some very minor defects, but I’m very particular about that, and Inktuitive customer support was very quick and easy to deal with to remedy the situations as needed. I was told my Australian visa would be 6-8 weeks originally that’s why I thought 5 months would be plenty of time ,I’m still waiting every one has gone and I’m back home still! Don not deal with Ann GRIFFITHS !Australia messaged her asking for information about me I was emailing them every couple of days to and they kept telling me they would be in touch .she then sent me the 12 days later from the Australian embassy and told me to send information over ASAP but the email said I had seven days to respond I didn’t get it till twelve days after she received it .no apology nothing ! I paid these best part of 200 to fill in my application I was told on the phone that the application I filled in would be re written it wouldn’t be the scruffy piece of paper they provided but they just uploaded it as it was . I tried to speak to the higher bosses but you can’t get hold of them I don’t know how they can justify the money they was paid do not give these any money. Rip off merchants .

The worst service I have ever experienced

I have given this company one star only because I cannot give anything less. On a recent holiday to Portugal I applied to this company for a 2-day Covid test kit. Along with this the company agreed to complete my passenger locator form. I did not receive anything from them and was forced to apply to a different company to ensure that I could leave Portugal and return home. Since then I have been trying to obtain a refund. Two emails and a letter were ignored. I tried to phone them but could only leave a message for someone to contact me. This request was also ignored and eventually I had to claim my refund through my credit card. Full marks to Santander Bank for sorting this for me. I am letting everyone I know about this experience and discouraging them for using this company. I will never use them again.

I registered with this company 2 weeks ago. I quickly encountered problems with their payment system and asked for help. But despite repeat messages and calls, no one contacted me back. Eventually I found the problem and paid my £564.00. I thought everything would go fine after this. But despite further requests for assistance, no one called me back. Even when I had a booked scheduled call appointment, no one called me. I have sent them my phone number at least 20 times via Email and Message. but they still dont return my calls !. I am now starting to wonder if I have been drawn into some kind of SCAM, and will ever see a Visa or my money back !

We do not understand why my 21 months old son needs to apply for this visa, and have to change his flight if the date is wrong, and has to be 3 days in advance when we have free entrance into the EU. I felt cheated because I was actually looking for the official UK Visa website and didnt realise I went through an agent where I had to pay GBP 63 per person instead of the official GBP 15. To make it worse, I needed to changecthe date because my daughter's student visa was late. When I tried to change through their website, it takes me to a new application form and requires me to pay another GBP 63 which I refused. I even tried to go to the official UK Visa website, but the adress in the original request was the agent, not mine. I requested the agent to forward me the link so I can change my details, but they didnt reply until it was too late to make any changes. In the end, I paid the agent GBP 126 for 2 people and had to apply afresh through the official website and paid GBP 30 for 2 people.

Indicate clearly required visa paper.

To be honest, the online travel visa has made a lot of people’s lives easier. I do want to raise one concern, however. I’ve applied online twice. And on both occasions couldn’t figure out which paper or form of the approved visa to print and carry with me upon traveling. I panicked at the airport both times because I brought along the wrong paper (the letter informing me that I got the visa successfully). Is there perhaps a way that your website could clearly indicate the paper that is needed at the UK customs. Many thanks!

My company have partnered with Refreshedbyus so I tried to purchase a laptop through the scheme. Despite following the instructions, their website would not allow me to register. I rang them and was asked to send a screenshot of the error, which I did but got no reply back. A number of hours, emails and further phone calls later they finally told me it was due to an update to their site and that their stock had sold out in the meantime. Given the poor state of their website and customer service I’m maybe better off without one of their laptops

For some reason Windows 10 on this refreshed Dell laptop, kept reverting to WORKGROUP. My LAN is not called WORKGROUP! No matter how often I changed the name it reverted back to WORKGROUP. This is no use to me! I have a LAN with a 24 port switch - my PCs and laptops must be able to see each other. Since then, I discovered that Windows 10 Pro had been installed and was primed for business use. I managed to change this to private use and set up a new local account. The Workbook name problem is now resolved. Other than that difficulty, the laptop arrived in good time, although not the next day as requested. It is like new with a lovely display and I am now well pleased with it.

We purchased a walk-in tub from American standard. We paid $23,000 for tub and installation. After one year the seals on the door failed flood our home. Called to get it repaired under warranty. It took 2 months to get the repair kit and another two weeks to get a repair appointment. The repairman never showed not call to reschedule. Called the company it will take another week or two to get someone else. In the meantime can't use the tub. Terrible service and mediocre product. Don't buy from them.

service bad experience

You have a great product but your service after the sale leaves a lot to be desired. If you had a technical person respond within a day instead of telling me they will not contact me until they have received all parts need to fix my tub which was dead. I was left to think you would not reply until you shipped a whole tub to whomever you were contacting. Your receptionist did her job correctly, I guess if you want frustrated customers. On my second call in if she remembered me and unfortunately, I may not have been very polite, so she should have, then she should have escalated my request to someone, but that is your job to tell her who and if she should contact. I did talk to my installer who I contacted myself, and he reminded me of the ground fault switch that was in my closet and that was all that was needed to get me going again. If your effective delaying process at your service, contact number had not occurred we would not have been without the use of our tub for more than a week. I suggest that you come up with a better response for service to match your product.

American Standard was easily the best choice of 3 options

American Standard clearly has the most features / benefits amongst its competitors. Howsomever, all 3 consultants from 3 different firms spent far too much time criticizing their competition (amateurish!), oft with inaccuracies. Also all 3 consultants failed to alert me that the tub does not contain a heater, but only an in line thermostat incapable of doing no more than maintaining the temperature of the final supplied H2O, & loses even that ability if air jets are turned on. American standard Rep & their contracted install Consultant also insisted that my 40 gal H2O heater was sufficient to fill the tub with Hot H2O. In fact, it was NOT, & I ultimately replaced it with an in line, on demand 2.7 Kw tankless Electric Hot H2O heater ($1600) to acquire my desired Hot H2O temperature. All 3 firms required their Reps to attempt a 1-call close (amateurish !) , but only the American Standard Rep spent the extra time, energy, superb listening skills & aggressive working of his firms parameters to structure a package, with his firms best possible price & financing, that met my purchasing needs. The other 2 Reps either gave up, or attempted to foolishly offer a much lower price at a later date (amateurish !), after learning I had chosen American Standard.

If you're looking for cheaper RV insurance than Progressive or others, then this is the place. I give a 4 star bc all I've experienced thus far is signing up. And that was as simple as cutting butter with a hot knife (at least for me). I won't give a 5 star when the company hasn't been put to the real test of handling a claim. Inexpensive insurance, but the proof is in the pudding when it comes to an actual claim issue. I also like the fact that to lower the deductible, it cost me just a few dollars more instead of hundreds, like other companies. Their coverage on some things may not be that big compared to other companies, but materialistic "stuff" is not what I'm concerned about. If they did offer those large coverages, then they'd charge more. It's what matters to you and your wallet.
