My order was cancelled by the vendor. I emailed them to ask why and have received no response.

To be fair the plant was healthy, well packaged and delivered on time. Unfortunately it's not what I ordered and after a week I've had no response from the seller. Having paid the extra for a multi headed cactus plant, I received a single one with no refund of the difference or explanation.

Purchased a houseplant on her Etsy shop. Order placed on a Tuesday (they advertise that they ship Monday to Thursday. Thursday received a messed via Etsy that my order would be shipped “early next week!” I replied with what I thought was a very reasonable question: “ Why next week. I’d have expected something as basic as a house plant to have already been shipped”? Her response was to cancel my order immediately rather than give me reasonable information. She knows full well that on Etsy, if an order is cancelled by the supplier the buyer is unable to leave any public response. Now I must wait for my payment process to be refunded. This kind of dismissive behaviour is not indicative of good business practice no matter where you are from. The absolute worst possible buying experience. ++ANSWER TO REPLY++. My message was "aggressive and dismissive?" Here once again, in its entirety, is my question you regard as aggressive and dismissive....."Why next week. I’d have expected something as basic as a house plant to have already been shipped?" That you find that question either aggressive or dismissive is beyond me to be quite frank. I am a paying customer and I'm fully entitled (having paid my monies) to enquire the reason for the delay of any order just as reasonably as any other purchaser. The sheer arrogance of your reply stands testament to your attitude. Now it seems fit you give a full explanation of your advertised "terms and conditions" something it would have been very easy to draw my attention to, by way of answering my original query. Had you done so: that would have been an end to my request but no, you somehow imagined aggression and dismissiveness when there was nothing but a valid customer enquiry. Further, your arrogance (as per your response to this review) then extends to lecture your own customers how they should behave when purchasing from the Etsy platform: underpinned with a dire warning of disappointment? If I could respectfully offer some advice of my own? Maybe it's time for you to look up the dictionary definition of arrogant? You have a nice day. I placed an order on 8th September. Nothing was delivered and on the 13th September I received an email: "Due to an unforeseen stock issue I'm afraid we are now unable to complete your order so we have issued a full refund. We will replenish our stock ASAP so please check our shop again soon." Firstly, why does it take five days to realise that there isn't stock that's advertised. Secondly, why would you expect a customer to keep having to go back to your website to check if you have something in stock or not? Simple enough to do them the courtesy of sending an email when the stock has been replenished, no? I then got an email requesting that I write a Trustpilot review. I ignored that and wondered why I was getting a request for a review of an order that they couldn't fulfil. I have now got yet another email chasing a review so here it is. How not to do customer service 101. Update: I can see that I have a response, interesting to see that it is similar to a lot of other resposes to complaints. The issue always seems to be customer-side with no responsibility taken for anything - not a good sign. There's very little point in discussing semantics because the upshot remains the same. In fact pretty much proves my point regarding the correspondence that gets sent out. Easy enough to send an email when there is no available stock to say that the customer will be automatically notified when it does eventually come in. Other small companies seem to manage this. It would also be easy enough to send an actual explanation rather than what was sent and would have saved you having to respond on a review site. As you can see, sending two 'automatic' emails to people whose orders have been cancelled isn't ideal either. Probably a good plan going forward is not to do this. Spamming people with repeated unsolicited emails when they haven't been able to make a purchase is sub-optimal and not a good use of people's mobile data. If you are not genuinely interested in customer feedback (and it appears that you might not be), probably best not to solicit it. Having worked in web marketing for some 20 years, this advice is free but acting on it is of course, entirely optional.

Purchased a plant that wasn’t in stock, cancelled whole order.

What I ordered looks nothing like the picture. The way that the sender used cello tape it was all stuck to the soil almost ripping out the roots. Size was deceiving too. Won’t be ordering from here again. In reply to your message: I only received the plant today. I waited in for the parcel and your courier service didn’t actually try to make delivery so I had to travel to a different destination to pick up the plant. There are no measurements on your description at all! The picture that goes with the description looks nothing like what you are advertising. I am very disappointed and could of literally got this version of what I have from a cheap shop I wanted what I saw on the page.

It’s okay, the plants arrived but it wasn’t in perfect condition. The leaves were tad dry and yellowing up. They had lots of dead leaves as well. I had to repot it and prune it a lot to make it somewhat alive looking.

I really had an amazing experience renting this apartment! It was very clean, very bright, lot of space and 2 huge terrasses...just perfect to relax and enjoy the seaview or sunset in front of the apartment. By walk we could easily go to the beach, restaurants or shopping in la croisette street. Claus was a very nice host and was very available. I would recommend without hesitate this apartment and his host "Claus".

I have been traveling abroadly for the last 15 years and stayed in many hotels and furnished apartments. However, during the last 15 years, I have never encountered such top notch apartment. The quality of furniture is nothing but exceptionally amazing. Not to mention the warm welcome from the host. Location of apartment is in the center of Cannes. Very highly recommended.

We had a very pleasant experience with the Qautio's rental service and team. The location is key despite some noise from the street. This has been discussed already. Impeccable apartment and decoration. The lack of elevator in the building was readible dealt with which was highly appreciated. We shall definitely continue to work Qautio when we have the occation to do so.

Jeg lagde selv mærke til den lille 50 faktors solcreme, som gjorde, at jeg var mere brun end rød da vi sad med alle andre danskere i flyet fredag 😊 Samtidig gav du os nogle særdeles gode oplevelser med restaurationer med La Cave til frokost tirsdag og UVA til frokost og middag torsdag. Endnu engang en stor tak for din og dine kollegaers hjælp!!!

Var et stort selskab på Christianshavns Færgecafe i går aftes. De var helt igennem fantastisk søde, serviceminded og flexible. Maden var lækker og smagte så godt. Lokalet var hyggeligt og så perfekt til vores aften. Tak, tak, tak igen :).

Var inviteret i byen til aftensmad lørdag aften kl 18 på Færgecafeen. Vi er fra Jylland så første gang vi besøgte dette spisested.4 voksne og 2 børn. Vi kunne selv vælge hvad vi ønskede fra menukortet. Dog ikke noget for børn specielt. Så det blev pommes frites men uden ketchup da det havde de ikke "i huset". Damerne bestilte dagens fisk (grå sej) og herrerne wienerschnitzel. Vi fik maden 45 minutter senere. Fisken fik roser, men schnitzlen var skamstegt og tør og drengen var uden benfri sild (der stod ansjos på kortet) og kapers. Velsmagende og varm sovs i særkilt sovsekande. Tarvelige råstegte kartofler med tyk skræl og kedelige "våde" ærter (dybfrost). Det eneste vi påtalte, var den manglende sild, men svaret var, at det med fisk "brugte" man ikke mere. Jeg bad dog lige den unge pige tjekke om det kunne være rigtigt - dette er jo rettens kendingsmærke. Uden kommentarer kom så en glas med meget tørre ansjos fileter som vi hellere havde været foruden. Et så lille menukort med enkle danske retter kræver ikke den store kokke uddannelse og slet ikke hvis man skal bruge 45 minutter på en sådan omgang. Til slut: Alt for mange gæster til så lille et lokale hvor folk råber når de "taler" med hinanden. Så vi tog kaffen der hjemme !

Julefrokost i ‘herreklubben’. Har i god tid booket i selve caféen. Da vi så ankommer - er vi blevet placeret i selve færgen… hmn. Så bliver vi bænket og skal vente 15min før vi kan bestille af en sød, men tydeligt ufaglært stab. Maden kommer - og portioner er MEGET små. Maden er isoleret set velsmagende, men en julemenu til kr. 500,- skal kunne mere end det. Dog meget sjov idé med ‘mandelgave’. Så god aften, men plads til forbedring @christianshavn færgecafé.

Venlig, lidt uvidende betjening. Skulle efterlyse flere dele af den faste julefrokostmenu. Vores selskab på 5 endte med at betale for 6, selvom selskabets størrelse længe i forvejen var blevet korrigeret af os, for "vi havde fået for 6 personer". Hmmm... Mon vi kommer igen, eller anbefaler?

Super god mad og spændende juleøl, meget opmærksomt personale. Helt igennem en god fødselsdags frokost, kan klart anbefales.. mvh Henrik

Endnu en gang en dejlig oplevelse med god mad og fabelagtig service - især fra den ældre tjener, som har et fantastisk overblik. Man kan smage de gode råvarer og at der er kælet for detaljerne. Michelin - Kig forbi!!! Vi kommer helt sikkert igen!

Hyggeligt miljø, dejlig placering, m.v Velsmagende, men retterne til julefrokosten var lidt for små efter min bedømmelse. Et lille stykke sild til hver, et halvt æg osv, men det afhænger nok af personen, og man skulle nok have gået efter den større menu, der også var mulig. Gode øl og snapse, der dog ikke skænkes til kanten som på andre steder

Similar experience to KayKay. I have an instalment plan for 2025 festival tickets and the monthly payments have not debited from my bank account. I emailed about this issue multiple times in November and December and I was told it was being investigated. They then went cold for 4 weeks so I emailed again. They suggested calling to make the missed payments over the phone which took 20 minutes. Despite being apologetic I would not recommend.

I wish I could benefit from some of this amazing customer service I'm reading about below. I've had a problem with my payment plan for a festival ticket purchase - the payments are not being collected. I first contacted TicketSellers about this at the beginning of November after the first payment was missed. After their initial acknowledgement email, I was not contacted again until 27 November, when I was assured 'Our tech team is currently investigating the issue and we are confident that we will have an update for you by next week.'. 'Next week' came and went. I emailed again to gently request an update, and when that was further ignored I sent an email to complain. This has again been completely ignored. I can be understanding about technical issues if I am kept informed, even just a little bit - but this company stonewalling me feels horrible and I'm really stressed about my payments not being taken. I do not want to have to pay a large sum in one go nor have my payments stretch out longer than intended.

Great experience with this team who were extremely responsive and managed to defer my tickets to another event as I was unable to use them this year. Great service mindset.

Really poor customer service !I brought a ticket - waited for the confirmation email - however the page had frozen & the email had not arrived - therefore brought another ticket which went through - overall ended up with 2 tickets and only used one - Now they will not issue me a refund ! I purchased a ticket for Shindig festival and it was an instalment payment plan. On the last payment, there was an issue with my payment. I contacted Ticketsellers (email) and recieved an email back from them the next day. They reassured me and the problem was dealt with by the next day. Their approach was friendly and very helpful which was great. I received my ticket and had a great time at the festival. I have used ticketsellers before and I will keep using them .

The outfit fits like a glove and looks exactly like the picture. It is beautiful. The stitching is excellent. I was a little dubious about how it would look as I have never ordered made to measure but Raj who is very kind, reassured me on the measurements and advised me on the length of the skirt/blouse etc shows the expertise he has in delivering high quality garments. I would definitely recommend ordering from Sarees bazaar and thankyou again to Raj for patience and professionalism when answering my questions. Finally for the price… the quality of the garment is of a very high standard.

Placed an order in November 2019. No answer to emails nothing. They have taken the money and I have received nothing, Its now July 2021 not even an email to say they are having problems or that they have gone into liquidation so another comment said. Just left in the dark and £50 down.

Ordered a hoody months again, numerous emails and phone calls later, I finally found out the company Silverfx have gone into liquidation (as from 17th June 2021) If you have outstanding orders and paid on credit card or PayPal, contact them and try and claim your money back that way. Either that or contact the company dealing with the insolvency (details on companies house/gov website) Good luck 🤞🏻

Meant to provide a team kit for both adults and kids. Nothing was right. It took a year, yes a full year pre-covid to get the kit replaced. The club committee decided to stick with the company as they had spent thousands of pounds and couldn’t afford to walk away. As a parent I need to get kits regularly as my child is growing. She is now wearing a netball dress that is shorter than some of the other kids training tops. I have ordered replacement hoodie, trousers and dress 3 months ago - nothing. Past the 6 weeks delivery. I have tried to get in contact but not replies. Do not use this company.

For all those whinging about the company not sending you your order or refund or getting back to you, they shut down for good last month. So give up, you're not getting anything

I've had an awful experience with Silver FX. We made an order in February that was supposed to arrive in early April. We have still yet to receive it (now early June). Andy has continually ignored my emails and is failing to give me any update on what is happening. As a sports club we have spent a lot of money on kit that we have needed in the past couple of months that has not arrived. I understand that there might be delays but to not keep us informed and to continually ignore my emails is atrocious.

Jeg har købt adskillige oplevelser hos LondonBilletter.dk og alt har bare spillet. Jeg vil varmt anbefale dem til andre, og selv bruge dem igen!

Købte to Oyster Cards forud for rejse til London. Nemt at bestille og betale og derudover rigtig fin info på hjemmesiden om, hvordan kortet fungerer.

Vi købte både OysterCard, billetter til London Eye og TowerBridge hjemmefra. Alt fungerede super godt og det er nemt at bruge både som online og papirbilletter. Tids-slottet blev ikke taget så seriøst hos London Eye, vi kom ihvertfald ind før tid. Vil anbefale at booke tid før kl. 12, da der stort set ingen kø var da vi kom. Oyster card fungerer også uden problemer, hold dog igen med beløbet og tank hellere op undervejs. Meget besværligt at få refunderet efter rejsen.

Bestilte biletter til Abba koncerten, blev afhentet ved Viktoria st. I abba voyage bus og kørt direkte til koncerten og efter koncerten kørt tilbage til Viktoria st. Fungerede perfekt. Kan kun anbefale at købe oyster tourist kort og biletter til abba koncerten hos London biletter. I

Købte 4 billetter i en dob. Pakke The London Eye + London Dungeon. Det var super nemt at købe dem, og man fik fordel ved the eye ( fast track ) fordi man allerede havde billet. Begge oplevelser var beyond exsiting kan kun varmt anbefale begge ture.

Virkelig dårlig oplevelse med firmaet. Købte 2 billetter til Warner bros studio i London. Da deres hjemmeside ikke havde de 2 billetter fik jeg kun den ene. Jeg kontakter firmaet og forklarer dem fejlen. De fortæller mig så at der ikke er flere billetter og at jeg derfor kun har modtaget 1 ud af de 2 billetter jeg valgte. Jeg forklarer dem så at jeg ikke kan bruge 1 billet da vi er 2 der skal afsted, jeg beder derfor om at få pengene tilbage for billetten, hvor de så fortæller mig at jeg kun kan få 90% af billetten tilbage. Mega dårlig stil af firmaet når det er deres hjemmeside der laver fejlen at man så kun kan få 90% af billetenspris refunderet.

Købt Oyster Cards online lige efter jul. Var lidt bange for at de ikke kan nå at komme frem derfor bestilte med quickbrev. Har dog ikke kunnet forudse snestormen. Var lige ved at være bekymret da jeg ikke kunne nå at komme i telefonisk kontakt med firmaet pga. arbejdstider. Skrev en mail og fik svar sammen dag med forsikring om, at de skal nok komme. Og de gjorde det! Vi brugte kortene lige fra ankomsten og det fungerer bare. Tak!

Jeg synes servicen har været god og jeg har fået hjælp til icloud, min printer og onedrive. Jeg kan helt klart anbefale MyData til andre

Patrick overtog min lidt rodet sag med en manglende pc der ikke var kommet, og han fik den hurtig frem til mig. Da den så var kommet hjem, hjalp han mig med at få alle tingene overført til den nye pc og sat alle programmerne og mailen op, så jeg ikke mangler noget.

Camden Backpack- Lilac. I expected it to be more lilac like the picture. It was suitable as hand luggage for a recent trip when taking on the plane. It is a shame it is not a slightly bit bigger at the sides to put a proper drinks bottle on the outside. Also the "popper" pocket on the front, kept popping off, so reluctant to use it for anything important. It had plenty of internal pockets to keep things like a passport and money safe. Would definitely consider this company again and will be using my bag on my next adventure abroad. 4-5 stars.

Love my rucksack! Literally saw someone walking over Waterloo bridge with the rucksack on and quickly caught up with her to read who it was made by, searched on line and bought one! Bought the Wimbledon rucksack in pastel green. A few months down the line, it has been brilliant, very hardy, looks very pretty but very well made and practical. Loads of different areas to keep your life organised. You won’t be disappointed if you buy one.

Some 4 to 5 days ago I wrote a review with regards ordering a part and delivery and feel I may have been a little unfair . I have purchased parts from this company in the past and their delivery has always been exemplary ! To say the least , the parts are the best quality . I have placed an order with them in the morning , that they have in stock and had it delivered the following day ! This time the part had to be ordered from the manufacturer and IntroCar have no control over other companies delivery arrangements . But once they have the part , it gets express delivery ! IntroCar are a company I trust and they haven’t let me down . So this is a public apology for a rather hasty review! I will most certainly use them again to purchase parts for my Bentley Arnage

Købte en holder til vægtskiver. Da jeg modtog den manglede bolte, møtrikker og spændeskiver så jeg ikke kunne samle den. Det var selvfølgelig træls, men skrev en mail og fik hurtigt hjælpsomt svar. Efter et par mails mere frem og tilbage for at finde bedste løsning for mig var tilsvarende bolte osv på vej. Vil selvfølgelig helst have haft varen uden fejl i første omgang, men fejl sker og hvordan der reageres på dem gør forskellen.

God vægtvest til en god pris- Leveringen var hurtig om end lidt pebret, da det fordyrede vesten betragteligt. Ellers fuld tilfredshed

Jeg har handlet med Trithon i over 5 år. De er ærlige, reelle og yder en god kundeservice. Hver gang mine maskiner driller, som de jo gør i et træningscenter fra tid til anden, så er de hurtige på mailen og har gode løsninger. Deres teknikere er også formidable, og man kan fornemme, at de går op i deres arbejde - ikke blot et hurtigt salg. Trithon kan derfor varmt anbefales!

Super god service. Havde købt et bælte men opdagede juleaften at der var en fejl ved produktet. Tog et foto og mailede til Triton S. Lynhurtig respons og modtog returlabel mm pr mail allerede samme dag. Har nu modtaget et nyt bælte og det er tip top. Det er helt sikkert ikke sidste gang jeg handler der.

J’ai passé commande chez Nutrimuscle le 31 janvier (NM1052439), et depuis, c’est une véritable galère pour obtenir un retour. Suite à un retard de livraison, j’ai essayé de les contacter à plusieurs reprises : 4 appels téléphoniques (avec 2 messages vocaux laissés) et 3 relances par mail, mais aucune réponse depuis 12 jours. C’est tout simplement inadmissible d’avoir zéro retour aussi bien par téléphone que par mail. Un service client absent, c’est inacceptable pour une marque de cette envergure. Très déçu par cette expérience

Obligé de laisser un avis ici pour prévenir d'autres clients : J'ai commandé plusieurs produits chez NM et laissé un avis pour chacun. Les avis 5 étoiles apparaissent bien sur le site, mais le commentaire négatif que j'ai laissé pour leur whey a été supprimé du site. Je trouve ça plus que limite (et surement illégal) de choisir quels avis on affiche en fonction de la note ... Je reposte donc mon avis sur la Whey Native Low Lactose (à 65€) : aucune miscibilité, ne se mélange pas, grumeaux, mousse énormément. C'est simplement inutilisable en l'état !! Même en appliquant leurs conseils de mélange farfelus. Je ne comprends pas que ce produit puisse être commercialisé tel quel.

Pour ma part, très déçu. j'ai régulièrement acheté chez nutrimuscle et j'ai accumulé des points de fidélité (permettant d'obtenir des produits gratuits). Cependant, impossible d'utiliser ces points (le service client m'expliquant pendant plusieurs semaines que le site était en restructuration et que je ne pouvais les utiliser) puis SURPRISE, mes points ont disparu car j'ai maintenant dépassé le délai pour les utiliser, mon solde est à 0 et le service client ne fait rien pour remédier à ce problème.

Je ne peux qu'approuver Nutrimuscle pour tous les produits qu'ils proposent, la tracabilité, la pureté et la richesse nutritionnelle de tous les compléments alimentaires qui proviennent de leur marque. Si vous prévoyez vos commandes en livraison mensuelle les prix sont assouplis et ca devient vraiment un super rapport quali/prix. Petite piste d'amelioration cependant pour l'instant vous ne proposez le magnésium que sous forme de citrate ou dans des zmp/zmb, j'aimerais bien voir du magnésium sous forme de bysglicinate et un peu de merch Nutrimuscle :)

A shambles from start to finish. Took my deposit in March started in June. When the fitter arrived quite a few bits were missing and he had to go and get wood and fittings before he could start,a shower door was missing along wth the sink and its cabinet. 3 to 5 day estimate then took 3weeks +. now the shower door wont fit but no one will call me back. I Retire.

Having had a new shower and bathroom units fitted by this firm I can well recommend them. The fitters did an excellent job and even recommended a better idea for the position of the shower seat and shower head, this gave more leg room than was originally on the plan. They did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. All work completed with in the time stated Thank you.

Failed to supply screen as ordered despite salesman assuring it was available. Goods delivered without warning Fitter 2 days late kept disappearing from job to buy equipment. Job left with pipework exposed which I fixed myself . Showerscreen leaked Tried to get this fixed under warranty but after 2 months their fitter never completed the repair . Then the company went bust. What a disgusting outfit!!!👎

This company has now ceased trading. The company continued to sign contracts and take 50% up-front deposits after the former managing director was given a prison sentence for fraudulently retaining customer deposits.

I ordered the Lux Monaco shower which looks breathtaking and the bathroom is more than i could of dreamed for. The install was quick and well communicated and the staff are more than helpful. Any question wasn't too much. Highly recommend

Whole process was extremely good. The fitter worked tremendously long hours to make sure the installation was completed to schedule and the standard of workmanship was excellent. The debris was all removed on the final day so by the time I signed off the job everything was ship shape. I am delighted with my new bathroom/wet room. It looks like a million dollars and is totally safe and personalised to my needs.

Do not touch this company. The director Has just been sent to prison for fraud for 26 months, Michael Lyndon Jenkins, his GM Teresa Dawn Brown has received a 21 month suspended sentence. Nine charges and a further 5 charges levelled against the company over a dishonest scheme to defraud customers who tried to cancel orders after placing them and get back their deposits. They preyed on the most vulnerable members of society then bullied and intimidated them. Teresa Dawn Browne is still running this company, KEEP AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!

Although WIBAS demanded money upfront before the job was finished which is in the signed contract but on the white paper they gave us said 50percent when ordered rest on completion, they are not answering phone today when i have reported a leak in my walk in bath, so i have paid 7000 pounds for something i cannot yet use,also rubbish has not yet been collected as promised. Search other companies as this one has no customer service skills except when its for their own gain

Skrev til deres kunde service og får at vide at jeg bare kunne skal vælge de kontoer jeg har egen ret over, og så skulle den gå i gennem Gør det og får samme fejl Skrev igen, og får nu at vide at det må være noget med fuldmagt, men de kan ikke vudere mig. Så brug kun dette system hvis I har uendelig tid til at få fejl meddelelser. Skrev

Har aldrig oplevet noget lignende! Jeg var for flere år siden glad bruger af viabill. Jeg fik betalt alt min gæld af, og lukket min konto. For en måneds tid siden var jeg nysgerrig omkring, om de var begyndte at samarbejde med nogle nye shops. Jeg skrev mit log-in, og blev bedt om at genaktivere min konto med nem id. Det gjorde jeg så. Ingen nye spændende shops, så jeg loggede ud igen og slettede appen, uden at tænke videre over det. Pludselig en måned efter kan jeg se viabill står til at trække 400kr fra mit kort. Jeg skriver til dem, da dette selvfølgelig må være en fejl. Men nej, de siger det er et oprettelsesgebyr på 200kr. De sidste 200kr har de svært ved at forklarer mig hvor kommer fra. Jeg bliver informeret om dette, fra en der hverken kan stave eller finde ud af at formulere sig ordentligt, og bare copy paster ting ind i samtalen. De siger man bliver informeret om gebyret når man opretter. Jeg siger at jeg er IKKE blevet informeret. Min kæreste prøver så at oprette en bruger for at se om man bliver oplyst. Og det gjorde man ikke. Min kæreste opretter en bruger imens han snakker med viabill, der bliver ved at holde fast i at man bliver oplyst, vel vidende at min kæreste sidder og går processen igennem med at oprette, hvori I der ingen oplysninger er. Fulstændigt til grin. Vi har bedt om at snakke med deres juridiske afdeling, eftersom de tydeligt bryder loven, men dem måtte vi ikke snakke med. Ej heller deres chef. Jeg har nu sendt en mail til dem, hvori jeg skriver det bliver politi anmeldt og Forbrugerombudsmanden kontaktet. Udover det, har min kæreste taget kontakt til hans firmas advokat, som godkender der er hold i min sag, og aftalt at hvis ikke de fjerner mine ulovlige gebyrer og lukker min konto, så hjælper han mig med at gå videre med det. Jeg henviser til Markedsføringsloven § 3, som forbyder vildledende og aggressiv markedsføring. Den måde, hvorpå I pålægger mig uventede gebyrer og fastholder min konto, er vildledende, da jeg først blev informeret om disse krav, efter at jeg havde bekræftet min identitet og genaktiveret min konto. Dette skaber en situation, hvor jeg føler mig tvunget til at betale penge, jeg ikke skylder, for at kunne få lukket min konto. Jeg henviser til Forbrugeraftaleloven § 8, som fastslår, at en erhvervsdrivende skal give forbrugeren klare og tydelige oplysninger om aftalens væsentlige vilkår, inden aftalen indgås. Jeg blev først informeret om de pålagte gebyrer, efter at jeg havde bekræftet min identitet med MitID og genaktiveret min konto. Dette er i strid med lovens krav om forudgående oplysning og betyder, at jeg ikke har haft mulighed for at træffe et informeret valg.

Hurtig og god service

I successfully deleted my account last 13/2 with no outstanding balance and a 4000 danish kroner back in viabill account. Now they are asking me to pay 29kr and now I can open my viabill acoount and can see that the 4000 danish kroner is now only 3971kr. I am now questioning if how many times are they doing these through out the period I am paying? It is like a hidden amount that suddenly appear. I paid everything in full and deleted my account and i have screenshot of that transaction that i dont have any balance to pay!

Strata did a top notch job, they used every opportunity in the weather to deliver the work as fast as possible. The site team were really polite and hard working. The house looks great and I can already feel the difference, the level of outside noise has dropped sifgnificantly and when I stepped out of the house I realised how cold was outside compared to in. The best thing though is they didn't push as sale, they recommended I get a independent check of the house to make sure the render would work and communicate promptly through the whole process.

Worst bus company ever… They tell you they only need a 10% deposit to book the bus. They fail to tell you that if you need to cancel, even if it’s weeks/months in advance they charge you a 25% fee of the booking!! Forget about customer service I rang atleast 10 seperate times to take it up with the manager, who never called me back despite me being directed to him on multiple occasions. In what world do they charge you additional fees to the initial deposit and expect people to pay? Not to mention the first time I used this service the driver was completly incompetent and downright rude. Don’t waste your time with these scam artists.

What an amazing service we had- Lucy our driver was a gem and we missed her when she left us. Communication from them was fantastic. I would personally HIGHLY recommend them. This was a trip that could not fail and it didn’t! The bus was beautiful and spacious. Great job you guys!
