Media Markt / Saturn bietet seine Waren zwar über den eigenen Onlineshop an - ABER - versendet über "tease solutions GmbH" Von dort aus wurde die von mir bestellte Ware NICHT versendet. Man wird über freundlichen Damen am Telefon dahingehalten - alles wird versprochen aber nichts wird gehalten. Ich Empfehle definitiv die Ware nicht über den Shop zu bestellen sondern nur zu reservieren und im markt abzuholen. Die Bezahlung würde ich nur bei direktem Empfang vollziehen!

Am 27.03.2025 bei der Neueröffnung bin ich in den Media Markt Köln Hansaring gefahren und wollte mir das im Prospekt beworbene TV Gerät, LG 77C43 LA kaufen, als ich mit einem Verkäufer sprach, sagte er zu mir haben sie einen Dachschaden, das ist ein Druckfehler, für denn Preis würde er selber alle kaufen und wo anders weiter verkaufen, jetzt ist die Frage, habe ich das Angebot nicht erhalten,Optisch für ihn kein Deutscher bin oder war es doch nur ein Lockangebot, um die Leute in den Laden zu bekommen.

Dishonest company
Dishonest company. Won't refund the money involved in a command that wasn't be delivered. Give a poor 56€ voucher (captive money) instead of refunding the 90€ payed for the not fulfilled command. And they don't give a though about scamming the customer.

Beetje sneu. Heb twee dagen voor blackfriday onderdelen besteld. Worden ze een dag voor blackfriday in de aanbieding gegooid. Vraag ik per mail netjes of ze uit coulance storecredit willen geven. Krijg ik een mail waarin staat dat ik alles opnieuw moet kopen en betalen tegen de nu geldende orijs en de reeds verzonden goederen voor mijn eigen rekening moet retourneren voor een restitutie. Niet klant vriendelijk. Als het geen niche market was, zouden jullie geboycot worden. Beetje service had geen kwaad gekund. Dus breng vooral je centen maar verwacht geen bijzonderheden.

Niet zo best. Basistoestel met headset gekocht, helaas communiceert de ene niet goed met de ander. Na 3x retour te hebben gestuurd, wat erg veel tijd heeft gekost, was het nog niet in orde. Toen ik aangaf dat het wellicht beter was als er even iemand langs zou komen wilde ze me daar kosten voor berekenen. Betalen voor spullen die niet werken...

Service was geweldig ook na omruilen telefoon
Ik was aan een nieuwe telefoon toe en met wat zoeken kwam ik hier terecht. De telefoon die ik had besteld was toch niet de variant die ik bedoelde in combinatie met de eveneens bestelde headset. Doos natuurlijk al helemaal uitgepakt en opengescheurd. Tja, en dan bellen en hopen dat het goede gevoel er nog steeds is en bleek zeker het geval. Bart begreep het direct en was erg vriendelijk. Uiteindelijk wel in overleg de juiste telefoon besteld. Verkeerde teruggestuurd en inmiddels werkt alles naar tevredenheid. Meestal lees ik alleen reviews maar schrijf ik ze niet mar kon het toch niet laten, klasse!

When you order 10 days in advance you expect it to arrive - it didn't. They blame FedEx but I chased with 7 days to go and was assured - it clearly hadn't left the warehouse - after being late I chased again, was told they had reshipped next day - guess what it didn't arrive, that was a Friday so it won't arrive till Monday - cos it wasn't really next day... I had guests in a holiday home with 5 rooms having no curtains... I appreciate that things can go wrong with couriers, but to not then ensure that you rectify the situation speaks volumes. I see I am not the only one with exactly the same experience... ...it's a shame we should support small companies, but with this you kind of expect not to be fobbed off. After the second failed delivery I received a note passing the buck to FedEx and quoting their terms and conditions at me. Not a great response to someone you had just made look an idiot in front of their paying guests.

Poor customer service.
Poor customer service. Made an order for two shelves and paid for 2-3 day delivery. After not receiving the item or getting any updates for 6 days I asked the customer service team if there was an issue to which they informed me there was an issue with the delivery company’s system. Given this had delayed my project I asked for a refund for the delivery or to cancel the order, to which I was refused both and was told I should have read their t&c’s which states I shouldn’t plan my projects before delivery of the items. An hour later I received an update from the delivery company (who I’ve never had an issue with) to say they are expecting the item to be sent to them by the seller soon. The shelves haven't arrived yet, but I won’t be using the company again based on their service.

Sadly, the delivery part of dealing with this company is not good. I Rang and agreed on the phone that a next-day delivery was possible; I paid £11.95 for this next-day service and would receive the order the next day. I was told by the carrier that it was out on a standard order and that it would be sometime next week. Not good enough, and agreeing Next and then taking £11.95 under false pretences.

I ordered a 1m handrail 17/2/25 and paid £5.95 for a quoted 2-3 day delivery. Received an email saying the order had been processed on 18/2/25 thought this was going to be a great service but ..22/2/25 still hadn't arrived contacted the team to be told it will be with you next Tues or Wed. It still had not arrived had to contact them again it eventually arrived 27/02/25. The product is great & looks good but is let down by false delivery times. Be honest 10 days del is not 2-3 days.

Amazing service and beautiful product
Couldn’t say more good things about Pipedream Furniture… I ordered a bespoke 2.8m scaffold board shelf around 11am yesterday and by this 9am this morning it’s sitting proudly in my living room looking rather beautiful! The communication was great throughout the ordering process and it was made immediately to my exact specs and shipped overnight. It was packaged up amazingly well to ensure it arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely order items from this company again.. not the cheapest, but they’re bespoke, handmade products and that comes at a price.

Several calls and emails to Beth & Matt and they simply don’t care, make up lies and have horrendous customer service. At one point I was laughed at and told ‘well it’s not coming today so I wouldn’t wait in’ and I had an email stating it was coming that day which was the third date I was given. The staff are incompetent and this company should not be in business. If I were you go with another company and avoid this one like the plague!!!!! Also there are 2 trust pilot streams of reviews, read them, they all say the same as me. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING

Really bad customer service
Really bad customer service. The website says 2 - 3 days delivery. Was explained to me on the phone that it will take longer because its custom length. No issue with this at all but the website is misleading and should not say 2 - 3 days if it will not take 2 - 3 days. Just pay more with a more established company and save yourself the hassle. The customer service assistant was shocking too, did not care and said 'I can't make it any quicker so what do you want me to do' and that they are a small business so do not have the capacity to automatically change the delivery time on the website when you select a custom length. Again this is all fine, in fact I am happy to support a small business but they need to do better. Hope they take this as constructive and do not get defensive like it seems they are doing with their responses to all these other bad reviews. Disappointing to say the least but it is what it is. I had no energy to say anything so I just left it - Guess I just have to wait for it to arrive whenever it arrives.

Product fine, but paid extra for next day delivery and product was delivered a day late. Customer services said because it was ordered after 4:00 pm next day meant day after tomorrow, so it was my fault. Website didn't mention any cut off times, so no refund for delivery was offered. Also couriers DX Express gave me a 2 hour time slot, then delivered 2 hours late to the wrong address (Luckily to someone I knew) .Shoddy service all round. After reading reply, I was in at the time of delivery and no attempt was made to deliver to my address before leaving it with a neighbour, and on Pipedream website I selected "Next Day Delivery" on check out page, there was no mention of a cut off time there.

Mijn abonnement heb ik per direct stopgezet
Ik heb nooit eerder problemen gehad, tot afgelopen maart. Tijdens mijn reis naar Zuid-Afrika ontving ik op 2 maart plotseling een sms-bericht waarin stond dat ik al voor €40 aan internetkosten had verbruikt. Vreemd, want ik was al twee weken in het land zonder eerder verbruik. Volgens het overzicht had ik ineens wat data verbruikt op 27 februari, en daarna weer op 1 en 2 maart. Wat het nog opvallender maakt: op 28 februari – dus precies tussen die dagen in – was er geen enkel verbruik. En toch kreeg ik pas op 2 maart een melding. Op 4 april vertrok ik vervolgens naar Mallorca. Daar aangekomen had ik geen toegang tot mobiel internet én kon ik niet bellen. Ik heb echt alles geprobeerd om verbinding te krijgen, zelfs gevraagd of jullie de simkaart op afstand konden resetten. Maar dat bleek volgens jullie niet mogelijk. Uiteindelijk heb ik via Airalo een eSIM gekocht – en die werkte direct zonder problemen. Dat wijst er voor mij toch duidelijk op dat het probleem bij Simyo lag. Helemaal nu ik inmiddels weer terug in Nederland ben, en het nog stééds niet werkt. Ik heb dit bij jullie gemeld, en gevraagd om compensatie. Sinds 4 april heb ik geen gebruik kunnen maken van internet of telefonie via Simyo, heb ik noodgedwongen een eSIM moeten aanschaffen, en zit ik bovendien nog steeds met onverklaarbare kosten van Zuid-Afrika. En wat krijg ik als reactie? Dat compensatie niet mogelijk is omdat nog niet alle stappen van de procedure zijn doorlopen – waaronder een reset. Terwijl mij vorige week nog werd verteld dat jullie zo’n reset niet op afstand kunnen uitvoeren. Jullie zijn echt een stel boeven. Ik verwacht dat dit serieus wordt opgepakt en dat er passende compensatie volgt voor de gemaakte kosten.

Onverwoestbare werkjeans en prima klantenservice
Ik koop mijn 247 Wolf jeans altijd bij een wederverkoper wanneer die ze met korting verkoopt. zo heb ik een klein voorraadje in de lade liggen (4 stuks) Al jaren geniet ik van deze jeans, ze zitten heerlijk, zijn slijtvast en gaan zo dus lange tijd mee. Maar niets is blijvend, uiteindelijk zijn ook de 247 jeans aan vervanging toe. Deze keer bleek er een productiefoutje in de broek te zitten. Wat te doen? Geen bon, alle labels van de broek verwijderd.., toch maar een berichtje naar de klantenservice. Ik ben erg bereidwillig en voorkomend (schriftelijk) te woord gestaan door Rick. Hij heeft alle tijd en moeite genomen om dit netjes op te lossen. Nog een goede reden om 247 jeans aan te schaffen

Marque chinoise avec des produits fabriqués en Chine et qui : - ne rembourse JAMAIS les retours (cela m'a coûté 70 € de frais d'envoi pour la Chine et ils ne sont jamais allés chercher le colis qui m'est revenu au bout d'un mois) - ils m'avaient promis en mars 2024 de me rembourser 30% de la valeur des marchandises. En décembre 2024, ils me disent que la direction n'a toujours pas traité mon dossier. C'est une arnaque !

Arnaque et mensonge !!! J'ai commandé une veste laine chez boutique Paris, 90€ bradée 44,95€. J'ai bien reçu mon colis, mais l'article ne correspond pas du tout à la photo du site: Laine toute fine, veste difforme sans aucune tenue.affreux!!!! C'est juste bon pour passer la serpillière! Je décide de renvoyer l'article et de demander un remboursement comme stipulé dans le site, mais arrivée à la poste, pas possible, car l'adresse du colis est en Chine et donc des frais de douane à payer. J'envoie plusieurs messages à boutique Paris, qui répondent, mais ça ne va pas plus loin!!! J'ai également essayé de téléphoner, mais n°abonné aux absents!!! C'est tout simplement une arnaque.

God oplevelese med dette værksted
Jeg har kun været forbi dette værksted en enktelt gang med min bil. Oplevelesen helevejen igennem var ganske god og fin. Bl.a. gik der maks 20-30 min efter der var booket en tid til reperation til jeg havde et udførligt tilbud på hvad der skulle laves ud fra den fine dialog jeg havde med værkstedet i telefonen. Kommunikationen under selve værkstedsopholdet var ganske fin og informativ fra værkstedets side. Og endnu et plus ved dem, min bil var endda endnu renerer inden i end da jeg afleverede den (med lidt) dårlig samvittighed over jeg havde fået den støvsuget inden den blev afleveret da jeg fik den tilbage :-). Jeg er af den opfattelese at de er meget grundige i deres arbejde. Dette værksted er værd at køre efter hvis man går op i god service og godt arbejd. Personligt kunne jeg godt finde på at kigge forbi dette værksted igen.

Fantastisk service og pålidelighed
Bilhuset Allerød er et værksted, man ALTID kan regne med! Altid hjælpsomme og fleksible. Jeg var til service der i går, og samtidig kiggede de på skaden, efter jeg blev påkørt den 23/12-24. Og wupti, allerede i dag lavede de en nødreparation, så bilen kan bruges, indtil den kan laves helt. Skaden viste sig nemlig at være værre, end det så ud ved første øjekast. Det er FANTASTISK service! Det værksted, som min forsikring samarbejder med, skulle have kontaktet mig – men det er stadig ikke sket. Derfor vælger jeg hellere et værksted, jeg kender, stoler på og ved, leverer hjælp. Også selvom det ligger 92 km væk fra, hvor jeg bor. Tak til Bilhuset Allerød - Volkswagen, Skoda, Seat & CUPRA Servicepartner for jeres altid fremragende service, fleksibilitet og hjælpsomhed!

Fantastisk service og oplevelse
Jeg er lige startet nyt arbejde på Allerød rådhus, og blev bekendt med at Skoda Allerød lå meget tæt på, jeg havde aldrig været der før, men blev super overrasket over deres helt fantastiske gode service! Jeg skulle have nye bremseklodser og bremseskiver på, og blev tilbudt at blive kørt på arbejde efter indlevering af bilen, dette takkede jeg pænt ja tak til, og den rareste ansatte kørte mig afsted. Jeg nævnte at der også var noget med vinduesviskerne, og at bilens sprinklervæske lampe lyste, samt at bilnøglens batteri trængte til nyt batteri, dette blev skiftet i samme omgang, og det hele blev sat på serviceaftalen. Jeg takker mange gange for den gode oplevelse hos jer,- og vil vælge jer til hver en tid fremover.

Endnu en positiv oplevelse og fantastisk service. Olielampe lyser, hurtig snak over tlf, kører fra København til Allerød 10 minutter efter, får en kop god kaffe, og bil klar på 20 min. Håber ALDRIG i sælger til Semler.

Tog 3 gange mere for dækskifte end lovet
Har fået udført service på min '19 Touareg og '18 Golf R, bl.a. udbedring af ACC-fejl. I forbindelse med et dækskift blev jeg oplyst en pris på skift til vinterdæk, som endte med at blive 3 gange dyrere end aftalt. De begrundede det med forskel på ombytning af komplethjul og reelt dækskifte. Hvilket er meget mærkeligt, eftersom jeg på intet tidspunkt lagde op til andet end dækkene skulle skiftes. Bagefter var der ingen villighed til at diskutere, eller tage på sin krave at man havde misforstået og oplyst en forkert pris. Derfor har jeg sidenhen holdt mig lidt på afstand, når der skulle laves noget. De får nok en chance igen en anden gang.

Ved første gang du så bilen og sagde det tager 2 dage til at gøre rent , anden gang leveret bilen og trejde gang hentede bilen Det tog kun 24 min at gjort bilen rent kun venstre døren og bageste sæde. Døren fik anden farve pga blev brugt et hårdt svamp til at fjerne male rester. Husk lærlingen skal ikke røre andres biler uden det ved hvad det handler om. NU BILEN BLEV RENGJORT VED ET PROFESIONELLE STED OG KOSTEDE 650 KR . OG LAD NU VÆRE GIVE ANDRE SKYLDEN OG IKKE INTERESSE KØRER FREM OG TILBAGE TIL ET VÆRKSTED SOM HAR IKKE RESPEKT OVERFOR ANDRES KØRERTØJ

Hurtig, venlig og kompetent betjening!
Ville bestille en 90.000 km service på min VW Passat GTE inden vinterferie i uge 7 og var sent ude med at bestille. De havde først tid i uge 8 - men mens vi talte i telefonen kunne medarbejderen se der var lige kommet en afbestilling i uge 5 som jeg kunne bestille. Prisoverslag var præcist, personalet supervenlige og hjælpsomme og jeg har nu en nyserviceret bil klar til skiferien. Helt klart en anbefaling herfra. Mange tak!

Dopo lunghe ricerche ho trovato la ditta giusta
Avevo bisogno di isolare acusticamente le 2 pareti che mi dividono da un vicino di casa perché soprattutto durante la notte il mio vicino ha l'abitudine di ascoltare la radio, lo fa spesso fra le 2 e le 4 di notte. Cerco su internet una ditta che mi faccia il lavoro (io abito a Roma). Incappo nel primo problema: la maggior parte delle ditte effettuano solo grandi lavori: insonorizzazioni complete di uno o più appartamenti. Poi trovo una ditta che chiedeva il pagamento della visita a casa solo per scrivere il preventivo. Dopo tante ricerche e perdite di tempo, trovo "Silenzio casa", per mia fortuna. Per telefono, all'inizio, non mi fidavo, sai, coi tempi che corrono! eppure ho avuto il presentimento che fosse la volta giusta. Il signore che mi rispondeva era cordiale , sincero e simpatico, soprattutto sapeva mettersi dalla parte dell'interlocutore e comprenderne i problemi, le richieste e le necessità (poi ho saputo che era Paolo Marchetto) . "Detto fatto", il preventivo mi ha più che soddisfatto, perché, ora posso dirlo, mi aspettavo una cifra più alta. I lavori a casa sono stati perfetti, in tutto: professionalità, scrupolo nell'esecuzione e tanta educazione e rispetto nei miei confronti. Considerato come è andata, spero di rifarlo, ma, al momento, mi dispiace, non ho altri vicini rumorosi.

SilenzioCasa la soluzione per l'insonorizzazione acustica
Qualche anno fa, ci eravamo già rivolti a SilenzioCasa per insonorizzare le pareti al piano terra del nostro appartamento in montagna a Caspoggio (Sondrio). Sin da subito, dopo l'intervento, abbiamo riscontrato un eccellente risultato. Così, in questi giorni abbiamo deciso di completare il lavoro ed insonorizzare anche le pareti del piano superiore. Il Sig. Paolo Marchetto (fondatore di SilenzioCasa) si è confermato estremamente disponibile e competente nell'effettuare un sopralluogo per trovare la migliore soluzione al nostro problema. Come in passato, siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del lavoro svolto sia in termini di risultato ottenuto sia in termini di svolgimento del lavoro. La squadra che ha fatti i lavori si è dimostrata molto competente e soprattutto precisa. Ha lavorato ponendo molta attenzione alla pulizia dei locali, sia durante lo svolgimento dei lavori che a lavori ultimati. Ho notato che tutti gli strumenti di lavoro venivano adagiati con cura sul pavimento salvaguardando il parquet. L'intervento ha richiesto l'abbattimento dei muri esistenti e la ricostruzione degli stessi con l’utilizzo di materiali di alta qualità per l'insonorizzazione acustica nonchè un intervento elettrico (riposizionamento delle prese e del quadro elettrico). Siamo contenti di aver affidato a SilenzioCasa un lavoro così importante e con tutta sincerità, ci sentiamo di raccomandarla e consigliarla. Antonella&Andrea

Sogni irrealizzabili
I soldi che spenderete non vi risolveranno mai i problemi del rumore al 100% ma se va bene forse al 30% i rumori passano anche dagli infissi dalle porte dal cassonetto della tapparella tutto cose che silenzio casa non toccherà minimamente a meno che voi non glie lo chiedate.. ovviamente conoscendo la vostra disperazione vi chiederanno delle cifre fuori da ogni logica.. Morale per non sentire i rumori di sottofondo del piano di sopra/ sotto bastano due semplici tappi per le orecchie... Se sperate di risolvere i rumori da calpestio/ tonfi o qualunque cosa che venga sbattuta l' unica soluzione è cambiare casa e non buttare via soldi dietro a della promesse mirabolanti irrealizzabili.. ed anche se vi insonorizzate tutta la casa.. spendendo 10 Milà euro a stanza non servirebbe comunque a nulla..perché se il vostro vicino/ di sopra di fianco non lo farà anche lui non risolverete.. tra altro i rumori passano pure dal pianerottoli ovviamente tutto ciò nessuno ve lo dirà.. le case devono essere insonorizzate quando vengono costruite.. Farlo dopo nel vostro solo appartamento non servirà a niente aprite gli occhi e non regalate i vostri soldi......

Parto sin da subito col dire che il Signor Marchetto è una persona cordiale e sempre disponibile. La squadra di Dorin che è venuta a fare i lavori sono molto educati e precisi e questo vi assicuro che non si trova in giro. Purtroppo però per la nostra esperienza non abbiamo risolto il problema. A noi i rumori sembrano non essere cambiati di intensità. Forse un 10-15 %. Siamo rimasti un po' delusi. Avevamo comunque la clausola soddisfatto o rimborsati come da contratto ma abbiamo deciso di lasciare tutto così dato che avevamo anche eseguito lavori per ridurre le dimensioni dei mobili in camera. Che dire. Non tutte le ciambelle escono con il buco. Si fa presente che questa recensione non è una critica ma solo una condivisione della nostra esperienza per migliorarci sempre. Un saluto

Addio voci e rumori
Abbiamo deciso di far insonorizzare la nostra camera da letto e ci siamo affidati a "Silenzio Casa", dopo il sopralluogo del sig. Paolo, in poco tempo ha realizzato il lavoro con un ottimo risultato, abbattendo i rumori provenienti dall'appartamento confinante. Manuel e il suo collaboratore hanno svolto un lavoro eccezionale, con ottime finiture e massima attenzione. Grazie a Paolo e al suo staff.

Ritrovare la privacy!
Io e mio fratello abbiamo diviso un appartamento ricavandone due ma di fatto era come se continuassimo ad abitare nella stessa casa, così ci siamo rivolti a Silenzio casa che è stata rapida e professionale nel consigliarci e, subito dopo, nell'intervenire, riducendo drasticamente i rumori tra le due case. Abbiamo insonorizzato una parete che divide il nostro appartamento con quello dei vicini con ottimi risultati. SilenzioCasa e il miracolo che non ti aspetti
Anzitutto mi scuso con Paolo, il proprietario, per aver scritto questa recensione con quasi 4 anni di ritardo. Ciò nonostante ricordo benissimo l'esperienza avuta con lui e i suoi collaboratori, che definire positiva è riduttivo. Dovevo isolare la parete che separa il mio salone, dotato di impianto sorround 5.1, dalla camera da letto dei vicini. Paolo, comprendendo la situazione, mi ha fatto subito capire che sarebbe servita una parete più spessa (8cm) per riuscire nell'impresa. Parlo di impresa perché mi ha anche spiegato che, per via delle necessità espresse da entrambe le parti (i vicini volevano dormire, ovviamente, e io volevo il cinema in casa) nonché della presenza di scatole e prese elettriche nel muro, avrei dovuto prepararmi all'idea di insonorizzare anche le pareti laterali. Mi sono affidato, e abbiamo deciso di procedere all'insonorizzazione della sola parete in comune, per poi eventualmente completare l'opera. Per fortuna, il risultato è stato eccellente, superando ogni più rosea aspettativa, come dimostrato dalle rilevazioni svolte da un tecnico del suono professionista (messo a disposizione gratuitamente da Silenziocasa!), il quale ha certificato un abbattimento (Rw) di ben 56 decibel! (per capirci, è un valore superiore allo standard di legge previsto per gli hotel!). Morale della favola? Sono 4 anni che vedo film a volume sostenuto e a orari improbabili con la serenità di non nuocere a nessuno, mentre i miei vicini, a 4-5 metri di distanza, dormono sonni tranquilli. Era esattamente ciò che desideravo, e Silenziocasa l'he reso possibile. Grazie di cuore!

Insonorizzazione pareti camera da letto
Ho insonorizzato due pareti della mia camera da letto confinanti con altro appartamento grazie a SilenzioCasa a causa di rumori molesti dati da voci e televisione. Inizialmente il Sig. Paolo Marchetto è venuto personalmente a fare un sopralluogo attento e minuzioso esplicando la soluzione più appropriata per il mio fastidiosissimo problema. I lavori di insonorizzazione si sono svolti in maniera celere e pulita grazie all’intervento della squadra del Sig. Dorin, davvero grandi professionisti. I risultati sono davvero sorprendenti, finalmente possiamo dormire tranquillamente senza svegliarci improvvisamente di notte ed in altre ore sacre della giornata e la nostra qualità di vita è di gran lunga migliorata. Grazie SilenzioCasa e grazie a Paolo Marchetto, ci avete riportato in un’oasi di pace.

Absolutely the worst customer service…
Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!! Despite giving them all the info needed to remove a manager contact that was fired they still will not help. Spent $45 to get a letter notarized per there request and now being told "they never received the letter". They refuse to talk to me even though I have sent the letter 3 times to change ownership. So a fired manager for FRAUD still has access to our account with her personal phone number. This is the only company that refuses to help! Worst mistake changing companies. Every time I call its a joke. Different agent, let me transfer you 5 times to speak to no one that can help. They say they will call back and instead just send an email case closed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. GO ELSEWHERE! THEY WILL NEVER HELP YOU

Disgusting and incompetent
Need to replace a phone and am unable to talk to someone about my account. Despite being the account holder they claim I aren’t and won’t even let me talk to a manager. The agent was extremely rude and even hung up on me. We are definitely going elsewhere if the phone support is like this. I strongly urge you do too.

Customer service is terrible. Intermedia has been charging us twice the amount of the bill for the past 6 months. We have called and called to get it fixed to no accord. After speaking with at least 10 representatives, they promised a refund for the over payment that would go back to our account in 5 business days and it has been over two weeks. We have been with Intermedia for over nine years. Let's just say we it won't make it to ten.

Helaas mis gegrepen vandaag met de preorder van prismatic booster bundles / displays. Maar toch een compliment voor CeesCards. De communicatie via de whatsapp groep was goed (updates van voorraad, start wachtrij etc). Ze hebben duidelijk de boel verbeterd ten opzichte van de vorige preorder ronde, door een wachtrij in te stellen en een max te zetten op aantal dat je mag bestellen. Ik hoop dat er nu iets meer mensen mazzel hebben gehad en de scalpers iets meer mis hebben gegrepen. Communicatie verbeterpunt
Op 13 oktober een pre-order geplaatst voor de surging sparks boosterboxen. Een dag voor de release te horen gekregen dat mijn bestelling vertraagd zou zijn. Uiteindelijk op 6 februari een update gekregen over mijn bestelling dat die geannuleerd zou worden. Vanuit de eigenaar een zeer schappelijke oplossing aangeboden gekregen, dus complimenten daarvoor. Waar het echter tekort komt is de communicatie. Als klant tast je echt in het donker, in die 4 maanden zijn er 2 mails verstuurd met een update over de pre order.

Waardeloos! Maanden aan het lijntje gehouden betreffende Surging Sparks booster boxen. Gisteren bericht in de update WhatsApp groep dat de zending op punt stond te arriveren. Nog geen 24 uur later krijg je bericht dat je order geannuleerd is. Rechtsbijstand is inmiddels ingeschakeld. Dit zijn wanpraktijken!! Edit: binnenkort krijg je bericht van de rechtsbijstand. Adviseer je daarom ook dit alsnog op te lossen. Edit: je hebt bericht van mijn advocaat. Stel voor dat je het gaat oplossen. Neem je verantwoordelijkheid. Dan kun je dit alsnog enigszins positief met mij afsluiten.

Spedizione non ancora partita dopo 3 giorni e assistenza che non esiste
Ordine effettuato al mattino del 1 aprile. Nonostante sul sito ci sia scritto CHIARAMENTE che "tutti gli ordini effettuati entro le 16.00 verranno spediti il giorno stesso" e che "le spedizioni in Italia verranno consegnate in 24 ore", il mio, a quanto pare non è stato ancora spedito. Ho acquistato un cuscino, non un materasso. Ho scritto all'assistenza per avere informazioni e non mi hanno risposto. Al momento sono passati 3 giorni, nonostante quello che è scritto sul sito.

Scarsa attenzione al cliente e inaffidabilita' sui tempi di spedizione
Ho fatto l'ordine 1 settimana fa e ancora non so quando verrà spedita la merce. Il contatto whatsapp non risponde. Ho dovuto chiamare in azienda e mi hanno dato indicazioni ad oggi comunque non corrette. I tempi di spedizione sul sito sono addirittura in giornata per ordini effettuati entro le 16!

Cosa aspettarsi odiernamente da OlimpoFlex
Partendo dal presupposto che ogni esperienza e' frutto di impressioni del tutto personali ed opinabili, e, in occasione di una spesa connessa ad una cifra abbastanza importante online inevitabilmente si prova una sensazione di preoccupazione che qualcosa vada storto, sara' mia cura fornire una recensione che spero possa essere di aiuto sia agli acquirenti sia all'azienda venditrice. Ho recentemente acquistato n. 2 materassi modello Pascia' corredati di n. 4 cuscini modello Glauco in omaggio. 1 - Qualita' dei due materassi indiscutibile ad un prezzo concorrenziale, manufatti Made in Italy (nella fattispecie in Toscana), ottima adattabilita' e comfort dei materiali con cui sono costruiti; 2 - Tempi di produzione di consegna ampiamente accettabili, nel mio caso sono intercorsi esattamente otto giorni lavorativi dall'ordine alla consegna dello stesso. In ordine al servizio di spedizione la societa' si avvale della piattaforma Shippypro. Tale piattaforma genera un numero di tracking non sempre aggiornato sul link messo a disposizione, in tutti i casi il mio ordine era stato affidato a SDA che si e' premurato di informarmi via mail passo per passo in merito al percorso seguito dalla spedizione. Partito dalla Toscana il 28-03-25 h.11.30 circa e recapitato presso la mia abitazione alle 15.00 circa del 31-03-25. 3 - Ottima comunicazione con il servizio clienti, anche se occorre riprovare a ritelefonare alcune volte prima di avere a disposizione un interlocutore aziendale, questo, a mio modesto e del tutto soggettivo parere dipende dalla quantita' di richieste che l'azienda riceve in merito agli ordini effettuati dalla propria clientela, mi e' stato risolto in meno di cinque minuti di telefono un mio problema personale che poteva creare seri problemi in fase di consegna dei due materassi; 4 - Relativamente ai 4 cuscini Glauco in omaggio, allo stato attuale, non sono in grado di fornire feedback in ordine alla qualita' poiché' gli stessi verranno spediti in un secondo momento, non ho comunque ragione di dubitare in merito a tale spedizione. In conclusione, ritengo ampiamente positiva la mia esperienza con OlimpoFlex, ricavando altresi' l' impressione, avente carattere sempre di soggettivita', di un azienda in fase di espansione, rivolta alla qualita' del Made in Italy ed attenta alle esigenze della clientela.

Non mi sento un Pascià con questo materasso
Da un materasso che si chiama pascià mi aspettavo di più. Innanzitutto, i 30 cm dichiarati sono in realtà solo 26 cm, il che mi fa dubitare delle recensioni entusiatiche lette prima dell'acquisto, mi sembra strano che nessuna recensione precedente lo avesse indicato. Inoltre, la federa che avvolge il materasso è di bassa qualità e non si adatta bene agli angoli, creando tutte onde e mostrando un evidente pressapochismo nella chiusura della cerniera. Per di più, i due cuscini inclusi nell'offerta non erano presenti. P.s.Ho appena letto la vostra risposta. Ho le foto se volete Ve le invio così verificate voi stessi quello che dico. grazie .Avrei voluto la stessa risposta celere via whatsapp o via telefono visto che ho provato ma non ho ricevuto risposta ad entrambe. Acabando com meu emocional
Comecei a investir nesta Corretora Stockoza. Tudo ia bem até o momento em que comecei a perder e decidi encerrar a conta. A novela começa aí. Me fizeram a proposta de me pagarem 2/3 do meu capital em 2 parcelas e o restante era multa que eu deveria pagar. Acordei com a proposta. Fizeram o primeiro resgate conforme acordado e agora, não consigo falar no chat, o Senhor Marcos que entrou em contato comigo no primeiro regaste, sumiu. Não consigo entrar na minha conta, não consigo contato, não consigo resgatar parte do valor investido mesmo pagando multas altíssimas. Não , por favor, não invistam nesta corretora se não quiserem ficar doente depois.

Stokoza é enganação e prejuízo total
Está corretora é um perigo total. Ingressei nela a dois anos investi 80 mil dólares hoje quase 480 mil reais e perdi quase tudo. Após isto saquei só 9.500 dólares. Altíssima risco plataforma muito ruim, não tem transparência nenhuma no saque. Não cumpre prazos. Horrível. Se quiser perder dinheiro é só entrar na Stokoza

O suposto analista Ricardo Braga, que fazia contato comigo aqui no Brasil, não apresenta CNPI, quer seria nacional de profissional de investimento, me orientava a realizar operações de investimento sem stop loss colocando meu capital risco sem nenhuma responsabilidade e agora após longa tentativa de repatriação do meu capital, ele se recusa a devolver, sendo que me ligava diariamente p pedir mais aporte também me orientou a fazer empréstimos em banco e agora não libera dinheiro para quitação da dívida. Ao que tudo indica trata se de golpe!!! Agora ele me ligou me coagidndo para encerrar conta, porque em mais uma de suas mentiras diz que vou perder todo meu capital o que antes o mercado não era problema, da noite para dia virou problema. Atenção, fica espertos e não façam nenhum depósito, pois informam ser brasileiros que atuam como corretor no Canadá na verdade são golpista, compostos também por mulheres. Não façam nenhum depósito.
