Terrible communication and service - 10 days deliver for a next day delivery. Shane wazookah shut up shop as these cowboys have no clue

Scammers!! Paid for next day delivery and it arrived broken! Then took multiple chasing to sort refund. To which I was agreed to get my delivery fee back. They’ve now only refunded product fee and not delivery fee and ignoring me! Abilities scammers taken this to ombudsman to sort now.

Shisha Gear has a good selection of tobacco and items which are fairly priced. From the order to the door it was efficient and reliable. I won’t hesitate to order again.

Been using these guys for a number of years now. Always great products and service. Quick turnaround on UK orders and if you're a regular, you can earn points that give you discounts. Any issues (not that I've had many) a simple email usually clears things up.

There were few occasions where I had to contact them but their customer service is amazing. Within next day, item arrived at my door step and dealt with all the issues in very professional manner.

I’ve bought many products of the years from Shisha Gear with no issues. Once I had a faulty pro cut which they quickly rectified. They often stick hookah products no one else has and as soon as they are released and the best part is they have a loyalty program where your collected points can get you things like free delivery or money off your next purchase.

This company has not delivered my order and does not refund my payment.. It's been 3 months since I ordered, the amount paid is over 70 pounds - what a disgrace & disappointment Pay attention - there are no google reviews of Facebook reviews available, which is a signal in today's world

However - it would be optimal if one could simplify the landing page for customers even more - and be more easily in charge. But if you are not as picky as me, it works, and I will use it in my starting face. It works ok enough and has good payment options! I prefer Mollie - as it should be cheaper and better than big boy Stripe. They also answer customer service in good enough time - even on sundays! So I've appreciated it, and its super easy to use. even though there is a bit of learning - but you will get there!! Good luck, and thanks guys!!

Starting up a business as a sole trader is hard. Having found simplybook had a free option I decided to give it a try and have not regretted it. The functionality of the free version has been perfect for me while I build my client base to the point where I have e enough clients to justify the costs for extra features. Most of the competitors I found only offered month long trials which I not long enough to fully evaluate booking tools in my view. The free plan from simply book is perfect to do this. I have also found the customer support to be excellent. When I could not log into my account on a Saturday morning I emailed support and got a reply within minutes. And the problem they pointed me to... my ISP and not simplybook. Switched to my mobile data and back up and running in under an hour. I will definitely be sticking with simplybook.

I really wanted to love SimplyBook. It seemed to have a lot to offer, and there are a lot of custom features that I couldn't find anywhere else, and which fit my needs. So I used Premium for a month. I ended up having a lot of problems like: slow-loading widget, not receiving notifications when someone scheduled (or tried to), not having the client address sent automatically, clients had issues using it and it would keep timing out - I also wanted to be able to approve appointments and collect advance payment / deposit. Can't have both. I tried for a month to smooth out the kinks. The pros - attractive UI that allows for a lot of customization, a number of options for payment providers, options for membership - I'm sad it didn't work out. I would have given 2 stars, but customer service was good.

I have learned so much about the ins and outs of this booking software from the agents through the chat help. They are very helpful!

I Order my toner like I always do from Quickship. I have been with them for years, never really any issues. I've been using them for both of my businesses without a problem. I just clicked on the easy Reorder button from my order history, but I received different product. I called customer service, they said no problem it's compatible, so they had me open two boxes of toner (I ordered 5) both not working. They said no problem we will send you the correct ones like you always had. That's great because that's what I wanted and paid for. The new order came in, but exactly the same toner as the previous order, all 5 incorrect. After one hour I was able to talk to supervisor to find out what's going on. They said, this is what they have right now and that's all what they can send out, even if they would loose my business. They don't care seems like it. Someone higher up needs to take charge of what the customer service reps are informing people about. On top of that I was told I had to pay for shipping them back (returning the toner for credit) if I wanted a refund. I'll take my business else where after years. Business owners, don't take your business to QuickShip. They don't care about customer service when there is an issue. BTW Quickshiptoner.com and inkcartridges.com are the same company. So stay away from both.

Ordered and paid more than a month ago on 7/8/24. No sign of shipment. Web chat does not work as part of the scam. No reply to my messages over the web site. Cannot pass answering machine. There is no way to get in contact. Do not deserve even 1 star.

Called card to cancel and ordered again. a week later the first order came in and another 2 weeks and the 2nd order arrived. This guys are ridicules, kept me order for 3 weeks and did not ship even tough they showed 7 available in stock. My credit card was charged the day I ordered a cartridge. Today,Two weeks, and many futile phone calls and emails later I canceled my order. Now, after reading other reviews, I may as well be proactive and call my credit card company immediately. Wish I had found these reviews BEFORE ordering from them. I have ordered a lot of toner from this company never had an issue until now. The toner I received was not the toner on the packing slip. Called customer service and they acted like they would refund me as long as they could see a picture and then suspiciously couldn't receive the picture. I'm I did pay for their mistake with no refund to me. 100% not recommended

I bought a toner, and they charged my credit card. 21 days later still no toner. No response to several VM messages or EMail Messages. I've ended up disputing it through my credit card. Was this just a scam to get my CC info?

UPDATE 7/17/24: I have now reported QuikShip Toner to the BBB. We'll see what happens. So far, the BBB hasn't been able to contact them either. I placed an order for 2 toner cartridges on May 7, 2024 and paid in full at the same time. I have NEVER received my items. I have left numerous messages that have NEVER been returned. My items showed "in stock" when I ordered them, but later found out, after many attempts that were actually on back order. I did not receive any communication regarding this. I'm still fighting to get our money back. I will NEVER use this company EVER again! I went straight to inkcartidges.com and had a great experience. They will be getting all of my business from now on. QuickShip Toner is absolute garbage!

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. They advertise shipment in 1-4 days. Now, 2 weeks later, I still haven't received the toner. I called them, no answer. If you "hold" to speak to an agent, the system cuts you off after a certain period of time and asks you to leave a message. Still, no one calls you back. Worse when I logged into PayPal to request a refund the PayPal page indicated "automatic payments" and a company, Bolt Financial, was listed on the page. I had no idea I was signing up for automatic payments.

Ik zou zeggen laat dan 10 makelaars langskomen… er is altijd wel weer een hogere. Ze zeggen dat dat vooraf is gecommuniceerd via brief of email. Heb de oude email teruggevonden. Stond niets over in. Heb de review wat aangepast om hem wat draaglijker te maken voor Pandoma. Lijkt me in elk geval dat Pandoma contact met Nijestee moet opnemen en samen een plan bedenken om zulk soort fratsen niet meer uit te halen.

Onprofessioneel trage communicatie bij verhuur. Drie keer op rij een of twee weken moeten wachten op een eerste reactie, telefoontje, maken van een simpele afspraak. Ik hoop dat ze niet op dezelfde manier met huurders omgaan. Na opmerkingen daarover hielden ze helemaal op.

Laura's design sieraden is echt een kadotje om te krijgen en om weg te geven. Als het voor een kado is wordt het extra mooi ingepakt! Ik heb meerder sieraden hier vandaan en allen van zeer goede kwaliteit.

Met het bestellen van mijn sieraden een hele fijne service gehad, mooi verpakt en snel opgestuurd gekregen. Ook de afhandeling van een probleempje is vriendelijk, snel en zeer naar tevredenheid opgelost.

In december een armbandje besteld dat binnen twee dagen stuk was. Diverse mails gestuurd, inmiddels 3 keer gebeld, er wordt niet teruggebeld en op de mails ook geen enkele reactie. Wat een slechte service!

Snelle service. Zeer mooie kwaliteit sieraden. Leuk verpakt. Een cadeautje om te krijgen.

Zeer onbetrouwbaar/klantonvriendelijk. De kwaliteit van de ring die ik kocht voldeed niet aan de garantietermijn die op de website staat (2 maanden): na een paar weken was de gouden laag al compleet afgesleten. Jammer genoeg doet het bedrijf niets, ondanks loze beloftes om 'het probleem meteen te bespreken met een collega' en 'het vandaag nog op te gaan lossen'. We zijn nu 4 maanden verder. Na meerdere e-mails en telefoontjes van mijn kant met de vraag om tot een oplossing te komen nog steeds geen actie vanuit Laura-Design.

De sieraden van Laua Design blijven na heel wat uurtjes dragen mooi van kwaliteit en kleur. Ook de service is top! Na een ongelukje met een oorbel, kreeg ik op een beurs zonder gegevens uitdelen een paar nieuwe oorbellen mee naar huis. De oude oorbellen hoefde ik alleen maar naar haar terug te sturen. Wat een vertrouwen heb je dan in je medemens en klanten, heel fijn. Laura, bedankt voor deze mooie service, ik houd de website in de gaten voor je nieuwe items.

Ik vind de sieraden van Laura Design eenvoudig, sierlijk en daarom mooi. De kwaliteit is goed en het is daarom ook leuk om cadeaubonnen aan vrienden te geven zodat ze zelf een sieraad kunnen uitzoeken.

Jeg bestilte en Stingray Surf T-shirt, og den kom efter to arbejdsdage - så før de 3-5 dage de havde skrevet på hjemmesiden. Trøjen er endnu flottere end på hjemmesiden. Jeg har også haft en god samtale med kundeservice omkring hvornår de forventede deres varer på lager igen, da trøjen var udsolgt på hjemmesiden. De var meget høflige og hurtige til at svare.

30 januari contact opgenomen en een bewijs meegestuurd dat een retour 17 december bij hen afgeleverd is. Gelijk bericht ontvangen dat zij nog wat kapotte dozen hadden ontvangen en in welke kleur doos ik mijn art had teruggestuurd. Ik heb gemeld dat dat de doos was waarin ik het ontvangen had en ik wist niet welke kleur dat was. Na 10 dagen kreeg ik te horen dat zonder fysiek retour zij niks kunnen verwerken. Schandalig, zij hebben een bewijs van aflevering van mij ontvangen en nu kunnen zij het geld nog niet retourneren na bijna 2 mnd. Zij horen hun zaken op orde te hebben en daar hoef ik niet de dupe van te zijn.

Product gekocht via bolcom. Waardeloos Product, teruggezonden en keurig van bolcom bevestiging van ontvangst gekregen maar krijg steeds aanmaningen met boete. Schandalig waardeloos bedrijf. Jammer dat bolcom met ze in zee gaat.

Horrible service. According to the item description on their website the cable I bought was compatible with all IMacs. Once it arrived and didn't fit, they acknowledged the cable wasn't compatible with all IMacs and advised to send it back. I then paid over 10 euros extra to send it back, and now they claim they have not received this and I have not only lost the money I spent on a cable that didn't fit, I also don't have the cable to resell and I had to pay additional fees to send it back. Please be smarter than I was and buy whatever you need elsewhere.

Verloopfittingen besteld voor mijn tuinverlichting zodat de oude E27 10 Watt spaarlampen vervangen kunnen worden door de E14 Hue kaarslampjes. Nu is er meer en warmer licht voor de helft in aantal Watt. De levering ging zoals afgesproken en het blijkt een degelijk product.

This company offers deals then don't ship the product and states wasn't ordered that promotion so 50 bucks more important than 300 bucks a month. The stole from me. ... a reply yes but I ordered it off the text message I got it stated would be added nothing about only ordering 1 bottle and I order 2 of everything as it's for my husband and I and I feel that I did not get what I ordered. I'm not paying for shipping twice. I will keep what I've already paid for and the results are a bad taste for your company...period... Added reply...I got a call from Rolly and he did do me right he's sending me 2 of the clarity products and paying the shipping I so was impressed with him reaching out to rectify this bad situation to take care of this. Everyone has been so helpful. After 6 days on the product red itchy bumps appeared on my feet. The person answering the phone was able to help bu explaining the barley was detoxing to heavily and instructed how to handle. Several days have gone by and all is cleared up. My energy levels are already showing an increase.

Von 7 Früchten (1kg mangosten) konnte ich grad mal 2 - maximal 3 Stück halbwegs essen der Rest war komplett verschimmelt. Man hat mir zwar ne Ersatzlieferung angeboten, aber ich wollte lieber mein Geld zurück da ich Angst hatte das die wieder verschimmelt ankommen. Am Ende hab ich von 28€ nur 7€ zurückerstattet bekommen.

Ich bin total begeistert! Auf der Website kann man filtern, was man angezeigt bekommen möchte (in meinem Fall nur Bio-Ware) und die verschiedenen Früchte, die ich bestellt habe, waren allesamt top. Auch die Nüsse, die Pistaziencreme, das Tahin, ... alles mega und viel besser als aus dem Bioladen!

Ich finde es erstaunlich, dass bei so unterschiedlichen Früchten die geplante Lieferzeit eingehalten werden kann. Alles war gut verpackt und von hoher Qualität. So eine Früchtebox ist ein wunderbares Geschenk an sich selbst und ein Stück vom großen Glück. Ich werde hier wieder bestellen.

Lieferung verlief reibungslos. Ich habe die lalabox bestellt und die Früchte waren alle schön reif und waren Mega lecker.

Leveringen door AMP zijn stipt op tijd. Aankondiging ook altijd netjes gedaan. Pakket altijd keurig bezorgd.

Opnieuw medicijnen te laat geleverd, na het aangegeven tijdvak. Vorige keer ook al! Telefoneren naar AMP groep is een drama ivm lange wachttijd en incorrecte informatie over de wachtrij. De bezorger was vriendelijk en verontschuldigde zich. Ik had betere ervaringen met de medicijnbezorging via PostNL

Beste mensen, vandaag zou ik tussen 10 uur en 13 uur een paar paketten mogen krijgen van AMP Groep maar helaas verzuimen ze weer het bekenbaar maken van wanneer ze nu komen . ik krijg GEEN mail en GEEN smsje van AMP groep en ook weet ik niks wat deze AMP Groep gaan doen met de geanuleerde paketten die de chauffeur heeft geanuleerd en ik dan heb vernomen dat ze echt geanuleerd zijn bij BEN en waardan ook maar niet wetend dat ik de paketten als nog zou krijgen. dus nu heb ik alles had maar verwijderd en weggegooid omdat AMP Groep heel veel fouten heeft gemaakt en ik daar echt kots en kots misselijk wordt van dit bedrijf. ik ben echt ontzettend teleur gesteld en ook hoe de klanten service omgaat met klanten enz. dus nu heb ik ze een mail maar gestuurd dat ze de pakketen maar via DHL en POSTNL moeten versturen want ik ben ECHT HEEL HEEL DIEP TELEURGESTELD in AMP Groep. en wil eigenlijk niet meer met ze samenwerken

ik heb een mail gekregen dat ik de documenten tussen 12:30 en 14:30 zal ontvangen. ben keurig optijd thuis, is de bezorger meer dan een 15 minuten te vroeg al langs geweest. kan ik een nieuwe afspraak maken. geprobeerd te bellen met hun. na 50 minuten wachten nog niemand aan de lijn. echt een kansloze organisatie

Correcte afhandeling van de identificatie

Vandaag eerste keer levering medicatie van UMC Utrecht. Alles naar wens verlopen. Kreeg berichtjes van tijdstip levering enz.. Vriendelijke bezorger.

Net als DHL bezorgers lopen AMP bezorgers adressen in een appartementen complex ook voorbij. Liegen dat ze geweest zijn en dat je niet thuis was.

Vi beställde Skjutdörrar uterum sommar från Skånska byggvaror och monterade dom till vårt helt nyrenoverade uterum. Beställning och leverans var toppen, det tråkiga kommer nu. Vid beställning pratade vi med skånska och frågade om dörrpartierna var ett bra val, om dom var täta mot regn och snö, svaret var att det vara en självklarhet. Vi monterade alla dörrpartierna i våras till uterummet och vi har nu hållit på hela sommaren och hösten med att försöka få allt tätt efter det regnat. Skånska har inte varit behjälpliga alls. Det har nu visat sig att Skjutdörrar uterum sommar är byggda så alla skarvar mellan glas och ram läcker. Detta resulterar i att dörren längst in på skenorna kommer att läcka ut vatten på golvet i uterummet. Vi har ett helt nytt isolerat golv det har under sommarens allt läckande nu blivit förstört. Vid kontakt senare med Skånska så fick vi till oss att Skjutdörrar uterum sommar inte ska vara täta, golvet ska vara i trallvirke med glipor så vattnet kunde rinna ut. Hade vi fått den informationen innan beställning så skulle vi givetvis inte tagit dessa dåliga Skjutdörrar uterum sommar. Jag rekommenderar inte Skjutdörrar uterum sommar till uterum, ert golv kommer efter en sommar att vara ruttet och behöva bytas.

Nonchalant och arga otrevliga kundtjänst medarbetare som ovilliga att hjälpa till vid problem skriker och gapar och verkar ha noll intresse att hjälpa sina kunder med de fel de orsakat själv. Lång leverans tider på varor och produkter och noll koll från kundtjänst. Kommer aldrig ha något med detta företag att göra i framtiden Ni efter frågar ordernummer här men det har ni fått vid kontakt på telefon och email och ändå har ni varit ovillig att hjälpa mig så jag begriper inte varför jag ska skylta med mitt ordernummer på denna sida när ni ändå inte är villig att hjälpa en då man ringer till er kundtjänst så får jag ingen hjälp så jag ser ingen anledning att lämna ut några uppgifter här så vem som helst kan använda det känns bara som att ni vill komma med bortförklaringar för att inte förbättra eran kundtjänst och hjälpa era kunder och ge bästa möjliga service. Därför är mitt förtroende för er förbrukat och därför får ni ett negativt omdöme. Men jag gissar på att ni kommer att betala trustpilot för att ta bort detta omdöme precis som ni har gjort med flera andra omdömen.

Jeg endte opp med å bli politianmeldt for å ha smuglet narkotika . Keiserkronene lukter sterkt av hasj. Ekstremt ubehagelig og bli tatt utenfor butikken og bli tauet med til politihuset. Da jeg konfronterte dere med dette, fikk jeg til svar at jeg ikke var førstemann som opplevde dette. Det var lite beklagelse over ubehaget fra deres side. Både for tiden det tok og at jeg kom altfor seint på jobb uten å kunne si fra, og så ubehagelig å bli dratt med til politistasjonen .

Hadde bestilt en selvvanningskasse som ikke fungerte. Flottørene viste mer vann enn det faktisk var i bunnen og plantene ble derfor tørre. Det har ikke oppstått brukerfeil under bruk. Reklamerte på feilen og butikken ville forståelig nok ha produktet i retur. Jeg forklarte at det var vanskelig å sende tilbake pgr produktets størrelse og at det nå var fullt med planter som jeg ikke har lyst å kaste. Ønsket derfor å beholde kassen og foreslo derfor heller er prisavslag, men ble tilbudt latterlige 100 kr i kompensasjon…..dette er ikke engang 10% rabatt (som de hevder de har gitt) og sto ikke i forhold til mangelen som var. Dette synes jeg var dårlig kundeservice. Det er åpenbart en veldig vesentlig mangel ved produktet når man må passe på at plantene har nok vann. Det er tross alt dette man kjøper produktet for. En flottør i en plantekasse som ikke tåler jord har åpenbart en designfeil. Man har også krav på er prisavslag som står i forhold til feilen, i følge kjøpsloven, dersom omlevering er til så stor ulempe for kjøperen (noe det var i dette tilfellet). Jeg kommer ikke til å handle her igjen.

Super kundeservice. Jeg la inn en bestilling som ble sendt meg veldig raskt. Da jeg oppdaget at noe manglet, sendte jeg en mail på kvelden og fikk svar på morgenen etter- om at mangelen ble ettersendt uten problemer, Veldig godt fornøyd med nettbutikken. Alt fungerer fra A til Å.

Placed order on 10/10/24, it is currently 25/11/24, and still no update. I have e-mailed support many occasions and receive a generic 'we are investigating' response. After a few more e-mails from my side, they have gone silent. I have had a couple of other orders that came through with no issues previously but they have really dropped the ball lately. Not happy.

They stole my money. I have been going back and forth with their customer service for almost a month sharing details and n images of the payment and they just tell me that they will investigate. They're doing anything and they are just window dressing for the theft that has occurred. Find another site.

Only after a year do I receive a message, but it is certain that I have not received an order and certainly no money back, so I would like to know if I can still get my order ( Order #103141R ) 20 days after an order that must be delivered within 3 to 10 days, I had contact with the customer service for the second time. I had a good experience in the past but my last Order #122968Y has been stock in the deposit waiting to reschedule the delivery without even attempting once. Impossible to reschedule the delivery from the courier side, impossible to pick up at deposit, no answer from the website customer support. I hope they didn't start to scam people

The products are excellent! Modalert and Wakalert work wonders for me! My only complaint is that paying with PayPal is always a hassle.
