The 4 stars is based on easy-breaks reviews (and a recent consumer apology!) Unfortunately there seem to be a few easy break-type names. In Australia there is an easybreaks.com.au which in my experience deserves ONE STAR,for actually responding (albeit negatively)to any complaints. No website provision for reviews there is a bad start. Then there's the unsolicited phone salesperson that offers 7 nights OS resort free so you buy a package,but then when you go to use the pack the 5 or 6 demographic and sales session preconditions are thrust at you. No truth in sales representations with the Aust company. Avoid. Looks like stick with the UK version. you go

Booked various breaks over the years all value for money had grt time but just been charged £5.36 on my mobile trying to book again but no available dates to suit your 0843 booking line is premium rate on brochure with no warning . Shame that spoils it won’t be using in the future Ange Mcc

We booked a 3 night break at new year at Carnoustie Golf Hotel back in August paying the full payment, Insurance and booking fee for the 4 of us. We received emails from the hotel regarding booking for meals and believed everything was fine. On the Thursday 20th December at 17.10 we received a call from Easy Breaks saying that the hotel was not fulfilling our contract and the best thing we could do was call the hotel and see if we could book ourselves. We called the hotel who could not be nicer and said they would accept our booking at a lesser price than what we paid Easy Breaks back in August, but we would have to pay the money up front, therefore we had paid the money twice for a booking and at a really expensive time of year. I received no help from the team at Easy Breaks and was advised they didn't have a proper complaints team as no one ever complains, my argument was I made 3 calls with an expression of dissatisfaction but no complaint has been logged that is why they don't have to deal with complaints. I would suggest that no one ever uses this company as they don't understand the meaning of a contract, when you pay the money to the company your contract is with that company and not a third party which they have had a disagreement with.

Dishonest Rippoffs ! After getting stung with $310 for vouchers x27 Only to find out that the vouches can only be used at a few listed hotels out of many listed, then they inflate prices to make money, Eg. rang hotel price quoted by hotel $1900 Easy Breaks quote with 2 for 1 voucher $2400 Pathetic

Bike Service & puncture repair carried out without any issues and at a fair price. No 2+ week delays booking work in either, very speedy. Very pleased with the service and would recommend.

Ordered a bike for 7.5k on sale through their website to which they emailed saying that they had an error on their website and so needed me to pay and extra 1000 pounds because of their error which had existed for weeks on the website. All I get was a half arsed response about it's not their fault...

I purchased my bike from Cycle Revolution due to the great reduction in price. The bike was quickly dispatched to me and there was good communication from them. The chosen delivery service was faultless.

I've been to the Chelmsford branch a few times now and dealt with Ian and James who have both been extremely helpful and so friendly. They're really knowledgeable in all aspects of cycling and gave me lots of help and advice. They are reliable and keep in regular contact giving me any updates as needed. Quick no nonsense delivery. No unfair extra charges to Scottish Highlands - yes we are part of the mainland! Order made directly to Italian supplier with no complications and received after a week when up to 20 days was initially expected as the item was not carried as stock but had to be ordered direct from Italian manufacturer. From the initial quote to delivery the team have proved calm, knowledgeable and flexible, despite some changes to the solution. I was most impressed with Christian's knowledge when he came out to do the quote, unlike some of the competitors who send 'sales' staff he was the one who would do the work so understood the pitfalls and gave advice on the roof. Emma and Allun in the office also provided excellent friendly and attentive service.

I like the very large built-in blocked phone number list and also the very large capacity for user-added numbers. It is also great to be able to block numbers by area code or by prefixs within an area code. What I do not like is the poor manufacturing quality of this latest version.(V100K). The display often freezes rendering the box inoperable until the phone line is disconnected and reconnected. I previously returned another unit of the same model as it unacceptably erased on its own all of the hundreds of blocked numbers I had entered. Previous versions were much more reliable but have much smaller number capacities.

I engaged LocalSearch (business.localsearch.com.au) in September 2024 to market my cleaning business. Their manager assured me our website would rank on Google’s first page, list our services prominently, and provide Google review cards. I have sent them several emails to ask for update and review cards but there is no response for serveral months, I paid $111 for monthly but all I got were total 3 leads for past six months. I have sent them request to cancel but also just delaying the preocess and then said they won't cancel for the service. They cost me not only the money but also trust and a lot of time. Will not engage with them anymore.

Do not use these people. I am a tradie struggling to get work after relocating. Localsearch only want your money and have no interest whatsoever in providing you a service. They have no interest in just doing the right thing by you. I was sucked in by Localsearch and when as a result of their ineptitude I had no internet presence or work at all they refused to end the contract of which to date they had not really supplied a thing. So in other words they believed that the contract should be honoured with no leeway for circumstances, BUT only on their side. So i should continue to pay money and they should continue to do nothing. I has my position in a search of local tradies drop from 7th to 29 while these inept people ruined my existence. When I stopped them having control of my google business within 6 months I have it back where it was again and am now finally getting some work. I paid thousands of dollars for a website which is still not built after nearly 2 years. On top of this they have no real internet presence anymore. Bad people!!!

This is a legitimate company, even tho I felt like I was being scammed. They did ask for photo ID and utility bill for security reasons and could have been explained this previously, but failed to do so. Also I had an email to say item was out of stock but once I chased them as no update, phone was delivered next day and on time. So not the greatest customer service but the cost of phone and contract was the cheapest. Not as quick or straightforward as other providers but got the product in the end which took 5/10days in total

Ignore all the bad reviews. I had a fantastic deal on a contract with a iphone 16. I was kept up to date via email straight through the process. My phone was out of stock but kept notified. When the phone came it was such a easy step by step guide moving from my old provider to my new one. I brought my old phone number with me and this was brought over within 24 hours also. Had solar battery 5kw and Solis inverter fitted to my existing system. Jason gave me good advice based on his experience. He tailored a system suit my needs. Importantly didn't advice have too big a battery for the system output. Also provided all the schematics, certs and insurance documents needed by the FIT licencees. The food came delivered by a guy who made an issue over a ‘correct’ phone number. Then had to go search for the drink ordered. Sadly it didn’t get any better, to be perfectly blunt the food was disgusting! Pizza had a dirty smell (yes, strange but true), was tasteless and the chips were just plane awful. You get what you pay for, cheap and nasty food! Will not use again.

It took 2 hours delay and no apology or email to know about the status. Food was very cold when it got delivered. Appalling service

This place is terrible. I have both tried to chat to you via the app (didn't work), call the restaurant (they didn't pick up) and called the customer service (who called the restaurant that also didn't pick up). It has been more than 1 and a half hours, i still don't have any food. This is not an acceptable level of service.

Made an order through these to a certain restaurant they phoned me to confirm restaurant had received my order but under a new name and I would have to place order again in which I did took over two hours for delivery to receive food that was not cooked right and freezen cold order went into bin contact these assured me it would be resolved and restaurant would be in contact with me as soon as possible to resolve matter which I had no contact myself and family are lucky we were not food poisoned and this goes unresolved very poor management

Surver heeft met goed geholpen toen er een Wordpress plugin corrupt bleek te zijn.

Top partij. Heb meerdere websites en klanten hier staan. Als er wat is dan helpen ze je écht. En ze zijn nog bloedsnel ook.

Surver heeft ons eerder per direct uit de brand geholpen bij een hacking probleem en zijn we op dat moment gelijk overgestapt op de hosting + onderhoud. Ze zijn snel en persoonlijk bereikbaar per email en telefoon. Verder denken ze graag met je mee en zijn ze vakkundig. Ons bedrijf kattenluikplaatsen.nl is dan ook erg blij met hun service.

Zeer tevreden met hun dienstverlening. Doen graag een stapje extra voor de klant. Ga zo door!

Mijn verzoek op 10 november was of onze site 2-talig gemaakt kon worden, met naast een kostenopgave de nodige vragen. Op dezelfde dag had ik alle antwoorden en een heldere offerte, op basis waarvan ik direct opdracht heb gegeven. De volgende dag aan het begin van de middag was de vertaalwidget al geinstalleerd en de hele site m.b.v. Deepl vertaald. Het werkt feilloos, en dat binnen 1,5 dag! De 5 sterren zijn hiervoor dik verdiend.

Bij Surver terecht gekomen door malware op mijn webshop, zij konden dit op korte termijn oplossen. Aangezien ik al niet tevreden was over mijn toenmalige host en deze mij totaal niet kon helpen terwijl mijn webshop niet werkte ben ik overgestapt, beste keuze tot nu toe aangezien hun hosting ook nog eens veel sneller is! zeker de moeite waard, Boy kon mij steeds razendsnel helpen met mijn vragen en problemen.

Snelle reacties, duidelijke uitleg en de problemen zijn snel verholpen. Super!

Surver heeft mij meer dan goed geholpen met mijn websites. Enkele van deze sites waren gehackt. Na overleg en een plan, zijn deze websites weer vrij van spam. Bovendien draaien ze nu op hun servers en ben ik super tevreden over hun service en communicatie!

Great gum, and then you realise it still contains plastic and no amount of plastic in our mouths is good... microplastics! Plopped these in the bin as I they didn't make it clear that 'gum base' meant plastic gum.

BEWARE Cannot cancel subscription! If you think you can cancel at any time as it says, you’re wrong. They don’t let you until you have ordered 3 times through the subscription supposedly. So now I’ll have to wait for these 3 times, waste £70 each time and then I will make it my mission to spread the word about this absolutely appalling service and misleading info. They will say ‘it’s in our Ts and Cs’ bla bla. I read every time I subscribe to something. It’s a lot of money for me to spend and not to have read them. So follow my advice and STEER CLEAR from the subscriptions they offer!

If I could give Peppersmith 20 out of 10 for customer service I would. Their products are perfect for anyone who loves mints or gum and is trying to cut some sugar out of their lives in a healthy way. But my main reason for leaving this review is to give a shout out to Sandra, one of Peppersmith's customer service Smiles team. When a delivery courier they use left a parcel in an unsafe place and it was ruined by rain, I got some of the most empathetic and personal customer service I've ever received, sadly a rarety in today's age. Sandra got the re-order sent with a different courier straightaway, then even followed up to find out how they'd done, and if everything was okay. All of Sandra's emails were personal communications, friendly, conversational, listening, empathising, understanding. So unlike the scripted replies you get from many companies who pay lip service to customer service, then expect a glowing review because their bot sent you a message. Best of all, I didn't even get a request from Peppersmith to leave a review or feedback. Which is exactly why I've leaving this glowing review. If Peppersmith could bottle Sandra and sell her to other companies, they'd make a fortune. :-)

12 packets of mints delivered in September with a use by date of November. Nobody can possibly consume that amount and they do go stale. Last time the mints were much fresher

Sto på nettsiden at varen var på lager, men etter 4 dager fikk jeg melding om at de ikke hadde varen og hadde kansellert ordren. Styr unna.

Fikk kansellert en ordre jeg angret på, før den ble sendt, ved henvendelse på e-post til kundeservice.

Ett tilbud ligger fortsatt på nett og noe dager siden bestilt/betalt jeg hos de, og noe dager senere sendt de en epost for å si at det var utsolgt. Dette er ikke proff, veldig skuffa og dårlig service/system til å selge noe de har ikke.

Utrolig fornøyd med ny vinterkåpe fra Twentyfour. Sportsdeal fører ellers en rekke kjente merkevarer til konkurransedyktige priser. God informasjon om produktene. Ellers opplevde jeg rask respons fra kundeservice og upåklagelig leveringstid til Nord-Norge. Ekstra stjerne i boka for at jeg fikk produktet til tilbudspris da prisen hadde endret seg fra jeg fant produktet, til jeg bestemte meg for kjøp dagen etter når prisen hadde gått opp😊👍🏻

Du må helst unngå å handle fra den siden .Det er ren lureri .Jeg bestilte Bergans jakke ,den kom etter en uke ,men den var ikke original (meget dårlig kvalitet )koster like mye som i butikken men elendig kopi . Jeg returnerte den og fikk faktura 192 kr for retur . Elendig serves .

Jeg bestilte og betalte for en vare som jeg etter fire dager fikk beskjed om var utsolgt. Da fikk jeg epost med forespørsel om å bytte til annen vare, siden de ikke hadde varen jeg allerede hadde betalt for. Mailen inneholdt ingen informasjon om tilbakebetaling.

De svarer ikke på e-post

Bestilte sykkel, men sykkelen manglet aksling på framhjulet. Sendt e-post med bilde av en aksling, sa ifra om at akslingen manglet på sykkelen. Skrev tydelig at den tilhørte en annen sykkel. Får til svar at alt ser helt fint ut? Og idag fikk jeg mail om at jeg ikke har besvart dem. Jeg har svart, men kundeservice svarer ikke på e-post jeg har sendt dem. Skulle være enkelt å bare sendt en ny aksling, slik at jeg som kunde hadde blitt fornøyd og fått en komplett sykkel.

Vi har købt flere af Deals produkter og har haft problemer med køb af et udenlandsk produkt, som de løste fornuftigt. Men vi har købt en del rejser via Deal og rendte nu ind i , at det pågældende hotel ikke ville godkende de 3 deals. Deal ved en navngiven person ønskede ikke at hjælpe og foreslog, at vi forsøgte at sælge dem privat. Efter en længere korrespondance med det tyske hotel, fik vi til sidst tilgodeset vores betalte ophold på mere end 3.000 kr. Derfor bør alle der køber via Deal være opmærksomme på deres mange forbehold, og forstå at et køb via Deal kan give store problemer, som det gjorde for os.

Jeg købte deals for 2000 kr til et ophold på "Christies" i Sønderjylland. Desværre svindler Christies med deres deals, der ikke kan bruges uden at betale dyre tillæg til dealen (Chistie's sagde, at der var udsolgt i hele perioden indtil dealen udløb i oktober, med mindre jeg betalte ekstta tillæg for bedre værelse/højsæson/weekend) Deal.dk gav uden problemer pengene tilbage, og de stod på kontoen efter få dage. Mega god service af deal - 4 ud af 5 stjerner, da de bør ophøre samarbejdet med Christies.

Det er nok den ringeste service man kan få. Vi køber en vare som der desværre er leverings problemer med hvor vi så for vores penge tilbage og hvis vi så modtager varen kan vi beholde dem kvit og frit. Skriver deal i en mail. Men så begynder balladen derefter hvor vi nu har fået varen og den vil vi gerne betale men det kan deal ikke hjælpe med da den nu skal betales direkte til leverandøren som er en udenlandsk virksomhed. Men varen er købt ved deal så derfor vil vi betale til deal.... har også spurgt om de vil hjælpe os med betalings oplysninger til leverandøren men de vil ikke hjælpe med noget overhovedet.

Det var en meget dårlig oplevelse og meget dårlig service

Modtog ikke mail. Har fået fin betjening da jeg skrev en mail til deal.dk. Angående jeg ikke kunne modtage nyhedsbrev fra deal, selvom jeg havde meldt mig til mange gange. Hurtigt blev det fikset ,så jeg nu igen modtager mails. 👍👍 Mvh. Mie.

Nu er Deal igen ude med total misvisende tilbud. Denne gang på Gendarmhotellet. De viser et flot værelse og prisen er799kr for 2 personer pr. Nat. Sandheden er bare, at det værelse, de viser koster 600kr mere pr. Nat. I skriver, at I prøver at illustrere værelserne bedst muligt. I ved udmærket, at det ikke er det værelse, der koster kr. 799! Det er ikke første gang, I laver det. På Dronninglund viser I et flot værelse med natborde, lamper m m. Det man får er et loftrum med skrå vægge og så lille, at den ene seng står foran vinduet. Det er I blevet gjort opmærksom på, og alligevel fortsætter I at vise det samme værelse. I dag tirsdag viser Deal igen det samme værelse til 799kr. Det koster bare 800kr mere end de viser, så deres forklaring stemmer ikke.
