Not for shutters. I have bought blinds from here before and was very happy so I decided to get shutters from here. Really disappointed. Shutters don’t fit windows, vertical uprights don’t align with window uprights ( all others I have seen do, and other companies have told me they should). Discussed with Dean and told this could be changed but at a cost to myself, which I don’t think should be the case as they should have been fitted correctly in the first place. Horizontal frame top and bottom are far too wide blocking more light than is necessary. I was told that they only do one size whereas other companies customise to fit. I know all shutters do block some light, but in this case it could be minimised. Frame and actual shutters different shades of white. If you want blinds I would recommend, but not for shutters.

I have used this company numerous times excellent ! From there first visit to measure then through to installation I cannot fault the service. Excellent quality and reasonably priced.

It was super easy to sign up for Prosight Fitness Insurance and get the coverage that I needed as a fitness instructor. I was, however, disappointed that my policy automatically renewed without receiving notification of the renewal ahead of time. (Perhaps an email was sent to the spam folder?) But when I called in to cancel my policy because I was no longer teaching fitness classes due to injury, I received immediate help and a refund on that policy.

Great customer service.

The insurance policy is a basic no frills coverage policy. I will assume that the coverage is good, but have never had to put in a claim. The ease of writing a rider is okay. I am not happy that auto renewal occurs in a pandemic with no work going on. A rebate may have been in order as no coverage was used or needed last year.

It was easy to sign up and understand options for coverage! It’s easy to get certificates per venue that requires insurance docs prior to booking!

We had an account and money was tight so we couldn't pay for a few weeks. Understandably, our account was suspended. No problems there. Except when we did finally pay, they informed us that it'd take a week for the service to come back. So instead of paying for a full month of use we'd be paying for 3 weeks and then paying for the next month. See the problem? Plus selections are limited. I can count a few hundred times I've wanted to watch something but it wasnt on Octopus. They're a money thirsty company that doesn't care for quality and goes for the quick buck.

Ordered goods and then several days later received a refund with no explanation as to why they couldn't fulfil the order despite emailing them and asking why? Subsequently placed an order for an alternative product and nearly 2 weeks later I have not received this order and despite 3 emails asking for an update I have heard nothing from them so I will now have to cancel this order (well I will try) and purchase from elsewhere as these guys are clearly incompetent.

Leider keine so gute Erfahrungen mit dem Unternehmen zu teilen. Muss bei meinem Epson nach ca. 6 Seiten (Postkartengröße in Standartdruck auf Normalpapier) die Patrone auswechseln, da sie mir als leer angezeigt wird. Auch erneutes einsetzen hat keinen Erfolg gebracht👎🏻

Gelieferte Tonerkassette muss immer wieder neu geschüttelt werden, weil der Ausdruck kaum lesbar. Dabei ist die Tonersättigung voll aufgedreht. Den Mangel reklamiert. Antwort dauert, man will Foto der Aufkleber, werden geschickt per Email, angeblich nicht angekommen, mitgeteilt wann die geschickt wurden, nun Eingang bestätigt, erhalte Retourenschein, sende die Defekte Tonerkassette zum Verkäufer, seitdem Funkstille. Keine Tonerkassette und keine Rückerstattung. Einfach keine Kommunikation mehr. Der ganze Spaß läuft jetzt seit 6 Wochen. Ergo, wem Langweilig ist, sollte bei dieser Firma kaufen. Spass scheint garantiert siehe auch die anderen Bewertungen. Ach so, tel. läuft nur eine Bandansage mit Musik aber es geht keiner ab.

Finger weg von dieser Firma! Habe über Amazon bei Print-Klex eine Tonerkassette für einen Laserjet 6P gekauft. Schon bei den ersten Druckseiten zeigten sich horizontale Streifen, die die Ausdrucke total versauten. Anrufe bei Preint-Klex liefen ins Leere, da geht niemand ans Telefon. Es scheint eine reine Betrugsfirma zu sein: defekte Ware und keine Möglichkeit zu reklamieren. Rückgabe jetzt über Amazon.

Wir haben eine Laserkartusche für unseren HP4250 Laserjet über Amazon bei Print-Klex gekauft. Leider funktioniert die Kartusche im Drucker nicht. Bei Amazon dann am 01.08. reklamiert. Die Nachricht von Amazon am 06.08. : Print-Klex reagiert überhaupt nicht und man solle über die WEB Seite gehen. Telefonisch ist nur ein Anrufbeantworter geschaltet. Niemand zu erreichen. Offensichtlich ist das Teil der Unternehmensstrategie keine Reklamationen zuzulassen. Geld und keine funktionierende Ware!!! Wie nennt man so etwas? ..... genau. Die vielen negativen Bewertungen kann ich voll und ganz nachvollziehen.

Wir haben für die Firma im Okt. 2023 4 Stk. kompatible Toner für unseren Laserdrucker gekauft, und diese nach und nach eingesetzt. Leider funktioniert nun die Letzte (Magenta) nicht. Mehrmals haben wir versucht, Kontakt aufzunehmen, telefonisch und per Mail, auch heute, um der Ursache auf den Grund zu gehen. Nie gab es eine Rückmeldung und nie konnte man jemanden erreichen. Wir haben als Firma keine Zeit, uns mit solch unzuverlässigen Lieferanten zu beschäftigen. Daher und leider: Nie wieder!!

Den ganzen Tag nicht telefonisch erreichbar und auch kein Rückruf seitens der Firma!

Toner (Kauf über Kaufland) geliefert, der nach Einbau fast komplett ausgetreten ist = mein Drucker damit "gefüllt" und anschließend nicht mehr funktionierend. Nach Rücksendung der Kartusche (3J. Garantie!) dann Übersendung des Druckers gefordert. Da Mangelfolgeschaden lt. div. Gerichtsurteilen, nicht nötig. Kaufland versuchte zu helfen, aber leider nur Vermittler. Schalte nun RA ein - man muss nur weitere Bewertungen lesen und wünschte, ich hätte dies früher getan. Ich warne!

When i ordered I said I was only at home the afternoon, they planned it in the morning and was notified at midnight via email. Called the next morning the transport company AND brandhout.com that this is not an option and that they shouldn’t leave it in the rain outside while I’m gone. They put it outside on the driveway anyway, then had to manually move 800kg of wood inside. On the phone they said: “you agreed to our delivery conditions that it can be any time of the day”. They could take it back but it would cost me €100. Eline was very rude on the phone, saying that she didn’t feel like helping me because I sounded frustrated on the phone (but always remained polite). Will NEVER order again, worst service that I can recall for a very long time.

Ik heb nu een paar maal gebruik gemaakt van brandhout.com Levering punctueel op tijd en geplaatst op de juiste spot op ons terrein. Mooie volle gemengde XL-pallets tegen concurrerende tarieven. Wat mij betreft een aanrader.

De bestelling wordt steeds correct en zonder poespas geleverd. Bij mij mocht de chauffeur met de pallet een 20m rijden. Hij deed dit zonder problemen. Top service en kwalitatief goed hout. Droog is droog, en niet zoals vele zeggen stookdroog. Ik heb speciaal een vochtmeter gekocht. En ik kwam niet boven de 9% vochtgehalte uit.

Het hout dat geleverd werd was heel klein en duur. Er zaten hier en daar wel deftige blokken maar was toch vooral opgevuld met kleine stukken hout en overschotten

Wurde bereits das zweite Mal ungerecht behandelt. Bei der ersten Bestellung hatte der Fahrer einen Unfall, jetzt bei der zweiten Bestellung hat mich der Kundendienst dreist angelogen und behauptet ich hätte einen Tag später bestellt und deswegen kam es später an. Man kann ja wenigstens bei der Wahrheit bleiben... Der Kundendienst hat mir nichts angeboten, sie haben einfach die Bestellung verspätet gesendet und gut ist. Sehr schlechter Service aus meiner Sicht! Auch der Chat auf der Homepage ist nicht aktiv und man bekommt keine Antwort. Ein drittes Mal werde ich nicht mehr bestellen, auch weil der Kundendienst keinerlei Kompromissbereitschaft eingehen will und weil seither einfach nichts geklappt hat. Sehr schade denn das Produkt ist echt gut, aber eben nicht alles. EOS hat einen Kunden verloren und das aus gutem Grund.

Snaresbrook Prep is a fantastic school. My children adjusted quickly and comfortably, all thanks to the supportive and dedicated teachers. They are thriving academically, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their progress. I highly recommend this school.

Wonderful school with academic and caring approach. Teachers are excellent and the communication and accessibility of the teachers is amazing. The Headmaster, Mr Dalton is regularly welcoming children at the front gates in the morning. We have been amazed by Mrs Mathison and her team at settling our child into the school.

The level of attention and care from Snaresbrook Prep staff is second to none. I would recommend this School to parents who are looking for attentiveness given towards their child combined with academic rigour. My daughter has flourished into a happy girl who is curious about the world and enjoys school. I am particularly impressed with how her reading and writing has come along.

Snaresbrook prep school is a small but a bespoke school. Staff members from headmaster to teachers and others all are very friendly. Teachers are very knowledgeable. This school has a very positive environment that not only make children feel safe and comfortable but confident too.

It is a bit suspicious that all of these positive reviews have appeared within a short time interval - the past few months. Where are the historic reviews from 2018-2024? They had to ask people to write most of them and some may be fake. Avon House will be charging £5003 after VAT, which is significantly less than what SPS is charging NOW, (£5504 for the same year groups). Avon House is passing 14 per cent of the VAT and hence, absorbing a significant amount. Interestingly, Woodford Green charged £4740 for the autumn term which is also significantly lower than Snaresbrook. As yet SPS have not published on their website what they intend to do, but the falling numbers mean that they will not be able to absorb any of the additional cost and will probably add more to it, so their fees next term will be much higher than other similar schools in this area. Despite this, the education at Snaresbrook is nothing to write home about. Established teachers who did want to give all they could to the children were made to feel unwelcome and pushed out. They were replaced by cheaper, mediocre individuals. We had one who was arrested, a music teacher who didn’t play a note and to top it all they supported a teacher who is still working there, after being taken to task for writing filthy and obscene texts about female colleagues and derogatory terms to describe children in his care. Dedicated, capable and enthusiastic teachers were not welcome and this is the calibre of teacher it wants; it beggars belief. This person, who was not welcome in the state system was welcomed in this fee paying school where parents will soon be paying the guts of 20k per annum to have their children taught by someone with this rather unsavory history. One would have thought that private schools would be seeking to employ the cream of the teaching profession, not the dregs. I can only agree with other reviews (that have been removed with copious others from Facebook, Trustpilot, Google etc) which also object to a school employing someone who has been participating in filthy, disgusting and grossly inappropriate behaviour. It defeats the purpose of reviews in the first place, when establishments can easily get rid of those that do not suit and invite/fabricate the rest. (They did not get reviews removed from SchoolParrot, where a couple of parents expressed concerns. I cannot vouch for all of these, but do know the person who wrote ‘Disappointed Parent’ review. This was a while ago, but I am privy to what went on and know they write the truth). As mentioned earlier, several talented teachers were pushed out, and their replacements were inexperienced and arrived with a selection of problems. The school has to take anyone who will pay now. so the calibre of the pupils is also not what it was. There is nothing wrong with this in any way, every child is entitled to an education. The reality still has to be faced, the school is now geared towards the average child - not the gifted, with high aspirations. There is not the same onus on academic achievement. No one is rewarded for academic excellence - or achievement in any area, which is contrary to the ethos one would expect for 20k a year. The so-called ‘merits’ that are handed out at the end of the year. are stupid to the point where it is embarrassing. After paying the guts of 100k for seven year’s private education, parents deserve a bit better. I cannot recommend the school as it stands now. Several members of staff approached the directors with their concerns, and these were ignored. It looks as if they are not really interested in the success of the school. If that is the case, they should sell the business to someone who is, and populate the establishment with staff who have the ability and desire to give parents value for money. Revert to the standards expected and associated with private education and it won't be necessary to canvass for and manipulate recommendations. That is a short term fix and will not prevent the overall decline.

A small school with so many positives. I am so grateful to the teachers Mrs B and Mrs Mathison for all the support they have given my child and I especially during some very tough times. Before choosing this school I did my 'homework' and got wonderful and honest reviews about the school from friends and family who have or are attending the school. I feel I made the right choice. It is also lovely to see that the headmaster and other staff know all the children. My child loves all the reception and and admin staff too. Nuturing, supportive and always there to help.

Love, love, love. Love the facilities, love the staff, love the treatments and I love the results. Let's start with the facilities. The facilities are STUNNING and the equipment is the latest on the market. There's no shopping centre level equipment here! Next up - staff. The staff are AMAZING!! Everyone from the owners to the technicians, and the wonderful reception staff, I've never felt more comfortable and welcome. The staff are so knowledgeable, and most importantly, they're properly certified AND qualified!!!! Lastly, the treatments. I've never ever walked out if Facelab without feeling fabulous. When I first started going here my skin was flakey, I had hyperpigmentation, my pores were open and no products ever seemed to work properly. My first session with Mira and 80% of my pigmentation was gone, flakey skin was gone, pores were demonstrably smaller and my complexion was so much brighter and glowing. I've had plastic surgeons recommend specific treatments and it was the worst advice I could've been given. Mira knew those recommendations were wrong even before doing a test patch to check to see how my skin would react. I'm so glad I found Facelab before making a costly (and possibly permanent) mistake with my skin. But what I love the most is that the team at Facelab will never allow you to be (1) overtreated and looking like a plastic factory, and (2) they will refuse treatments if they believe that treatment could cause you more harm than good. I appreciate this because it demonstrates they have your best interests at heart, as opposed to just taking your money. Lastly, the accountability. The owners of Facelab stand behind their business, and they hold themselves and staff to high standards... and this shows in everything that Facelab does and represents. Even though COVID-19 has meant I've been without skin treatments for a while, I know one visit with Mira and Hillel will have me back on track like a pandemic never happened.

Avoid this company. Not professional, zero organisation, zero communication, zero customer service, my experience was like a joke! I placed an order for a laminated floor and they failed the delivery, which didn't arrive at my address. After booking the day from work and the people to do the job, I had to push them to arrange the delivery the next day, otherwise, I had to wait another week. The second time I had to order 2 items from them (extra boxes of laminated floor and underlayer), it took 2 months only to have their "attention" and place the order (with multiple phone calls and emails which they ignored or didn't reply). Then again phone calls and emails about when I was supposed to receive the delivery (I have a job I had to organise my week) and the delivery arrived weeks after the payment and they sent me the wrong items. So I had to spend 3 extra weeks of calls and emails to arrange the return, then I had to push them again (with the same channels) and waited 3-extra weeks to receive the refund). Please do the math and see how long I had to wait and how much time I wasted with them.

Ordered from these guys a couple of times and aside from the competitive pricing, their customer service is on point too.

The team were lovely over the phone and knowledgable about their products especially when I had a few questions to ask. I ordered carpets for three rooms which were awkward sizes but they helped me fulfil my order correctly. They delivered on time and I will definitely buy from them again.

I called the company that evening and they said it wasn't due to arrive into their depo till the following day. I was then told it can be delivered later in the week. I agreed a delivery day and again it never arrived. I called them in the evening and they said they would enquire. I never received the call back, so I called up and spoke to his colleague who said he hadn't phoned them to find out why. His colleague called them and they gave me an excuse why it hadn't been delivered today. He promised to call me back in 15 minutes as he was organising the deliveries for the following day. Having taken two holidays off work, I explained I can't take any more so I will need a 1 hour time slot so I can make it home. The evening went by and I never received a call back again, until I got a call the following day from a delivery driver outlining he would be there in 30 minutes, when I had explained I needed longer to make it out of work. I lost two days of holiday leave and lost my slot for two weeks to have my carpet fitted as they didn't stick to the delivery date. They refused to give me any form of compensation for wasting my time. There customer service is poor at best.

Schmidt understood all the issues with moving out of the country and really made it as easy as possible for us. I talked myself through all the details. I was worried about customs and getting moved once my things reached pairs. But everything ended up being very sooth sailing.

I've done two moves with Shmidt now. One where they helped me crate a few items and move them. And another time to move just a state away. Customer service is very personable and I think that's important when dealing with a business. I judge most companies based on consistency not just service. After paying for their services twice and getting a great experience both times I'm very comfortable recommending this place to others.

The move to Chicago was done in a day and half. The truck driver called me once he reached the Illinois border early in the morning. I slept through the first call but answered the second when they were an hour out. This was one of the very few moves I've enjoyed and to think they got it done during a very snowy time, tremendous job by the whole staff.

Terrible experience with Schmidt, around 8 items, some of them very high value, turned up scratched and/or broken, packing consisted of items being thrown into boxes without proper wrapping, we couldn’t believe it when the van turned up as it had no branding, the guys weren’t wearing uniforms and didn’t speak English, the van itself looked like it should have been sold for scrap several years ago. Total sharks’ outfit, do not be tempted by the low prices, it will cost you more in the long run.

Simply I confirm that this is a company to avoid. A lot of hidden cost and a very poor service. They damaged a very expensive carpet and they simply offered to pay $0.60 per pound. Very unprofessional people!

After several international relocations, this company was the worst and by far. 1: I completed a form they requested to indicate the delivery floor and access (3rd floor and no elevator). 2: I paid for the quotation I received 3: once arrived in Europe they ask for additional fees to reach the 3rd floor and a stair carry (I have no heavy furniture to carry). They state the 3d floor without elevator was not included in the price even though they specifically requested it BEFORE I paid for the moving. 4: they chase me every other day to pay for these additional costs 5: they call me one week before to inform me they will deliver my furniture on the 19th, I told them I was abroad and will be home on the 22nd. They state they will bill me for the « cancellation »… 6: Not a single document mentions that additional costs may apply. 7: You have no other choice than to pay for everything they ask because they hold your furniture as hostages. Conclusion: that is exactly how scams proceed and this never happened to me before in dozens of international movings I had to deal with.

My wife and I contracted this company to move our household items from Oakland, CA to Dundee, Scotland. We didn’t think the price for the move was too bad, and the 3-month timetable seemed fair. It ended up taking them 10 months to deliver anything, many of our items were smashed to bits when we received them, and they ended up charging us an additional $1000 to get our items off the dock. We ended up going back and forth with their “Customer Service” department about all this. We were eventually offered $400 in recompense, provided we sign a “settlement agreement” freeing them from all legal liability for the late delivery and damages, and restricting us from commenting publicly on their staggeringly poor service. I don’t like being held over a barrel like that, so here we are. In any case, if you decide to go with this company, maybe don’t ship anything that’s too important to you, or that you want to see again any time soon.

Contracted Schmidt International Shipping for an overseas residential move from Boston to London. Initial exchanges and pick up of items went very smoothly on July 19th, 2021 with an estimated delivery window of around 10 weeks. Company seemed knowledgeable and handled tax documents carefully. But.. Fast forward to February 2022 and the shipment is yet to be delivered. It’s been more than 7 months and we are yet to receive our furniture pieces, clothes and personal belongings. As it is easy to understand, we experienced significant issues caused by this delay which made the overseas move of the family extremely difficult and significantly more costly than intended as we had to buy a lot of items again. While the international fret sector is experiencing unprecedented shortages, Schmidt international seems to have very little bargaining power to get their customers’ belongings loaded on ships. They failed to load the container on two different ships and had to eventually hand it over to a larger company/fret forwarder with presumably better access to ships. While communication was maintained, we had very little to no clarity on expected timelines following the first two failed attempts to load the container. Last issue to date now that the container finally reached a port in the UK, a new company we never dealt with is requesting an additional payment to deliver to the 3rd floor (!!) The entire situation is simply unacceptable and I would recommend avoiding Schmidt at all costs and sticking to larger companies.. Update March 2022: We were charged additional docking fees of 132usd as the shipment incurred charges when docked in New York for several months..

Because of another international moving group that was very inconsiderate, I had to reschedule my move. I was left without movers and needed everything in our two bed two bathroom home shipped to Ottawa ASAP to start my new job and life. Thank god I found this place. They got my move started 3 days after I called. No hidden fees, or any annoying moments. We were very hands and they were super hands all handling literally every detail of this move. Wasn't exactly what a full service move really was until I worked for them

Found them after doing about 10 hours of research online. They have all the connections and know how to make a move to Europe an easier task than it seems. I ran into almost no problems with my move to Edinburg. I'm new to international shipping so the only downside I saw was how long it takes for you to get your stuff. Nearly a month. After calling around to verify if that's legit I found out that it was. So they still deserve 5 stars for how great the service was.

I would not even give this a 1 star if I had my way. I placed an order 2 items was not in stock and i was given the option to wait for stock or to have a refund, I chose to have a refund which they confirmed on the 30.01.2025 that this was processed, all up till now I have not received the refund yet they are blaming some tech issues but there was lack in communication. I had emailed them to find out what was happening and to enquire where my order was on the 6th email they started answering me, coming with so fake narrative of why it's taken nearly a month to sort my refund out supposedly. Then to be offered to have my order be resent which I refused as I wouldn't be in to accept it and didn't want to run the risk of the order being stolen again if it was left on my door step like the other order. I asked to be refunded in full to be refused and to be told that I had received the order and that I shouldn't be ordering expensive thing to my property if there is a thief issue. Now really the unprofessional manner of Poppy-Ann is ridiculous instead of wanting to help she starts to be rude because I asked for a refund in full which I am entitled to. I have reported this business to the trading standards and also the ombudsman as my consumer rights have not been met, in the morning I am also contact my bank to arrange a charge back so I will receive my money and this business will incure charges. Do yourself a favour people and STAY clear of these jokers. UPDATE Your lying, you have not sent out any out of stock items, as I refused all orders to be delivered as i work and you can not agree that the order would not be left again. How to distinguish legit supplement brand from marketing bs? From my experience: they have potassium and not just magnesium in "minerals" section. These guys tick all the boxes for me: They have all minerals i need to supplement (on keto-carnivore) don't have fillers, packaging and product size options are amazing, you can try a bit or buy in bulk.

The service was great, and without any delays or issue. After a few days, I noticed the difference in myself, and don't suffer from lack of energy or heaviness in my body, and best of all, I'm sleeping better than ever. I feel lighter and my mind is clearer!
