Si può sempre migliorare

Premessa, che sono sicuro voi conoscete, la qualità del bianchetto come quella del nero era "mista" ovvero 50%buona l'altra meno. La cosa che potete migliorare, ve lo dice un "imballatore", è di evitare di esagerare con la paglia, vista la presenza della confezione di gnocchi. Il sacchetto di gel era rotto e aveva fatto un macello.

La pire décision, choisir Desjoyaux

Il y a tellement de griefs que nous ne savons par où commencer, alors je fais une liste à la Prévert : - destruction d'une partie du carrelage de notre terrasse, sans excuses et en nous rejetant la faute ; - clôture de piscine avec des fermoirs mobiles absolument pas sécurisés ; - pompe de filtration morte au bout de 2 ans, là encore le concessionnaire nous rejette la faute pour ne pas prendre en charge ; - le concessionnaire qui nous oblige à signer le PV de remise de la piscine malgré des manquements en termes de sécurité et de finition, que nous avons dû mettre par écrit de nous-mêmes en parallèle par mail pour garder trace ; - des margelles autour du bassin, qui se désolidarisent au bout de 2 ans ; - face à une eau verte, des conseils qui n'ont pas permis de résoudre la situation, que nous avons résolue nous-mêmes en nous renseignant auprès d'amis et de la concurrence ; - un concessionnaire jamais clair et qui se permet d'écrire des emails agressifs à ses clients. Nous avons fait une réclamation au Siège, ils l'ont simplement transmise au concessionnaire avec qui nous devons essayer de régler les problèmes qu'il connaît déjà, le Siège n'a que faire de la satisfaction de ses clients et la relation avec le concessionnaire ne fait qu'envenimer depuis des mois.

Piscine construite en juin 2022. Sous traitant non qualifié qui construisait leur premier piscine. Finition à revoir, joints des margelles déjà refait 2 fois et ça se fend de nouveau, liner qui a changé de couleur au bout de 6 mois après la mise en hors gel par le professionnel... nous attendons tjs un retour sur le litige. Pas de réponse du fabriquant. Très mécontent de cette entreprise nous déconseillons fortement. Les photos c est une chose en réalité s en est une autre.... on a des photos pour les preuves...

PROBLEME LINER ARRACHE SUITE INSTALLATION VOLET ROULANT

Nous avons fait appel à la société Desjoyaux de Eysines (Nathalie et mr Naura) qui nous a installé un volet roulant le 19 mai 2024. Lors de l'installation du volet roulant mr Naura a fait un trou dans le liner de la piscine, qu'il a reconnu + monté à l'envers deux accroches et le volet n'est pas d'aplomb. Suite à ces problèmes, ils nous ont garanti de venir en septembre à la fin de l'été pour nous permettre d'utiliser la piscine. Sauf qu'en septembre, aucun retour de leur part, nous les avons appelé, nous nous sommes déplacés et nous avons envoyés de nombreux mails ou à chaque fois on nous dit qu'ils vont venir mais que nous ne sommes pas leur priorité et que nous devons attendre. Est- il normal de patienter 8 mois pour changer un liner suite à une erreur de la part de Desjoyaux ? Notre piscine était en parfait état jusqu'à ce que votre société intervienne. Et pour clôturer le tout, nous avons voulu fermer le volet ce jour et ce dernier ne s'enroule plus normalement et une partie reste coincée dans la piscine. Au bout de 8 mois, c'est inadmissible. Nous demandons donc également le SAV pour ce volet roulant defectueux. Nous avons encore relancé Desjoyaux mais pas de retour de leur part pour nous fixer une date d'intervention. Nous ne sommes pas du tout satisfait du suivi et de la prestation fournie, et au vu de notre patience et du délai (8 mois) nous allons faire savoir à quel point il ne faut pas faire appel à Desjoyaux et nous allons s'il le faut utiliser les moyens nécessaires pour obtenir gain de cause car nous ne sommes pas responsables si vous avez arraché le liner et que le volet ne fonctionne plus. Nous espérons qu'une personne compétente de chez Desjoyaux sera en mesure de reprendre le relais sur notre litige car notre patience à des limites. Dans l'attente d'un retour de votre part.

Très déconseillé, entreprise de radins !,

Ma piscine est construite depuis 3 ans. D'abord, elle a fui lors de la mise en eau, j'ai perdu plusieurs M3 à cause d'une absence de réglage du filtre qui n'était pas réglé. Ensuite, il a fallu réclamer le remboursement de l'eau, sinon je n'aurais eu droit à RIEN. Plus tard, toujours à cause de l'absence de réglage du filtre de la piscine, la surverse n'était pas réglée, durant l'hiver le niveau montait sans cesse, l'eau aurait pu passer sous le liner. Desjoyeaux est revenu régler la surverse. Maintenant, j'ai le tableau électrique très sale qui ne peut se nettoyer, complètement noirci dans la masse. La personne de Desjoyeaux me dit qu'il n'est garanti que 2 ans. De plus, l'horloge de déclenchement de la filtration ne fonctionne plus. Je vais donc devoir en racheter une autre bout de seulement 3 ans de fonctionnement, c'est inadmissible ! Par ailleurs, le filtre n'est vraiment pas pratique. On ne peut pas partir plus d'une semaine l'été car il se colmate très vite, il n'y a plus de circulation d'eau, elle verdit. Au final, je déconseille d'acheter chez Desjoyeaux, il n'y a aucun SAV. TRES MECONTENTE

Très mécontents de notre piscine desjoyaux construite il y a 4 ans. AUCUN SAV !!! le siège se moque et des défauts, problèmes avec l abris qui ne ferme pas visses rouillees, plaque cassé, livre abîmé,, l abris devait etre changé, porte qui ne sert strictement à rien !!! (Avec un escalier arrondi) , Moteur de la pompe à chaleur rouillé,.... tout à été mentionné sur un rapport d expert il y a 3 ans et le siège n en n'a rien à faire ! FUIR DESJOYAUX !!!!! il y a tellement de constructeurs plus sérieux !!!!

Produit non adapté à mon terrain et incompétence du gérant.

Produit non adapté à mon terrain installée début juillet 2024 maçonnerie irréprochable heureusement : Aux premières grosses pluies le liner s'est dégrafé de part et d'autres il a fallut faire un trop plein pour la piscine et un trop plein pour le bloc pompe qui prenait l'eau et qui a grillé la pompe, au 13 septembre après un énième coup de téléphone, le gérant de l'entreprise de Bastia a enfin daigné venir constater les dégâts. Un de nos ami spécialiste en eau et assainissement lui a suggéré de faire un trop plein à part lui démontrant que notre terrain argileux avec un tuyau de 50 cm enterré ne peut suffire à évacuer l'eau de pluie, ainsi qu'un trop plein pour la partie pompe avec un doute quand même, car très mal placée en partie très basse et prenant l'eau du fait de son emplacement. Après de nombreuses et courtes interventions du pisciniste car seul employé, pour découper la dalle et connecter les trop pleins, sans matériel digne de ce nom pour une entreprise soit disant N°1 dans le monde.....et après d'autres épisodes pluvieux à ce jour le 30 décembre 2024 soit 4 mois après avoir pratiquement déboursé 30 000 euros notre piscine ressemble à un bassin à poissons morts.. le liner a encore bougé au niveau des escaliers et la pompe a de nouveau grillé... Bien sûr ce grand technicien ne répond pas au téléphone et nous dit que si nous déportons la pompe en hauteur la garantie ne fonctionne pas. Je m'apprête à porter plainte et bien entendu il est hors de question que j'utilise mon assurance pour cet incompétent. Un bon conseil d'ami : FUYEZ NE PASSEZ PAS LA PORTE !!!! l'état de délabrement du magasin aurait dû nous alerter, mais la piscine à l'intérieur est le meilleur argument de vente de ce vendeur de beignets de plage, beaucoup de tchatche et des sourires tant qu'il n'a pas eu la totalité de la somme, qu'il a eu fin août 2024. Je suis dégouté mais je n'ai pas l'intention de me laisser faire.

Goede stoelhoes, prima kwaliteit voor een nette prijs.

Had nieuwe stoelhoes nodig voor de voorstoelen. Je wilt toch ook een beetje kwaliteit natuurlijk en kwam zo uit bij 123autoparts. En inderdaad kwaliteit ziet er goed uit en de pasvorm is uitstekend. On Sunday night I attended the surgery…

On Sunday night I attended the surgery due to my dog having excessive panting still 4 hours after attending the dog groomers. When attending the practice the vet (Frankie) was understandable of not putting my dogs collar and muzzle on (as she is an xl bully) due to her having breathing difficulties. The vet examined her and advised it is an allergy and gave her a steroid injection, anxiety injection and steriod tablets. 4 hours later she stopped to pant and calm down but continued to be drowsy. My dog then woke up at 1am on Monday morning panting and then was sick an enormous amount of blood. We called the vets and was advised to take her straight in- my dog was still panting (due to nausea). The new vet on shift (Josh) needed a muzzle and collar on even-though my dog was struggling to breathe and this was not required the day before. He was very wary of my dog and it was noticeable to my dog that he was scared. We had to stand over her back and hold her whilst the other held the muzzle on (which was on the slackest setting to give her room to pant) as you can appreciate my dog has been through trauma and was struggling to breathe and felt sick with stomach ulcers and was getting very frustrated with me and my partner having to hold her whilst he checked her heart. Extremely unprofessional for a vet espiecally after the day before she was completely fine and calm with no collar or muzzle required. Josh then went on to advise that the steroids have not agreed with her and given her stomach ulcers and that’s why she had such a huge amount of blood in her sick. He advised he can prescribe painkillers omeprozle and anti sickness however she could need a blood test for anaemia due to the amount of blood lost but let’s see if she is sick or poos anymore. Josh also advised if a blood test is required he would have to sedate her. This morning she has pooed blood therefore I called my own vets this morning for advise they advised that could have already been in the digestive system, maybe wait for the next one. I asked if they would be required to sedate her to do bloods after checking the records they advised they would try to do it without sedating first (as they have treated Zola before) however there blood test machine is broke and she would need to go to Chorley for it anyway. I then called Chorley around 5pm as my dog has not managed to pass any poo since breakfast after eating many of meals and I was worried if maybe an ulcer was blocking digestive system. The receptionist advised Josh would call me back when he’s on shift he starts at 7, a new contact number was provided as the one they had no longer worked. I then called the practice again at 8 as I still hadn’t received a call josh answered and advised he tried to call however it just rang out with no voicemail I told Josh a new number was provided to the receptionist he said ‘she hasn’t given it me’ what’s up? I asked if the receptionist relayed any information he said no. Again I repeated myself he said well you can bring her for bloods but I’ll have to sedate her I asked the price of sedation he advised £450 with bloods. I think this is absolutely ridiculous as the practice has caused this issue when the steroids were prescribed no one advised the side effects could be stomach ulcers sickness or diaherra just increased urine and appetite! And again because a vet is on shift who is scared of the breed ( which I think is discriminating against the breed because she is a banned dog) I then have to pay for the dog to be sedated however if it was another vet this wouldn’t be charged? After relaying all this to Josh he said you can wait till Boxing Day then? I asked if my dog was going be safe until then?he said I’m unsure. I asked to speak to a manager he advised this isn’t possible it is Christmas Eve. I understand it is Christmas period and maybe Josh didn’t want to be working however it made me very worried about his diagnosis and he didn’t seem to want to be there. I would like to request a refund so I am able to get a second option on my dogs health as a matter of urgency. I have paid for a weeks worth of steroid tablets at £240 (first time we visited) in which my dog only had one dose of, and the medication you have provided have now caused stomach ulcers which then required a re visit fee, 3 other kind of medication and a further £150. It was then requested for me to pay £450 for a blood test of something your practice has caused because your vet was scared of the breed.

Our beloved cat was brought in to Hillcrest Hospital, deceased after being hit by a car, a whole week before I received a phone call informing me of this. He was registered with this vet. I have used Hillcrest Hospital since 2000. I have emailed Hillcrest but have had no reply. I will now be going to another, more caring & compassionate vet.

Poor service, mis-diagnosis and overcharging.

Hillcrest quoted £2,250.00 for an abdominal operation on my cocker spaniel - the day of discharge my credit card was debited with £5,823.02. 61% higher than the quoted figure. Upon querying the £5,823.02 I was informed that there had been an error with the accounting system - the treatments/medications had been doubled up on my account resulting in an overcharge of fifty percent. Six months later I am still fighting for the correct refund of £3,573.02 - the practice is only willing to refund £1,728.02. Furthermore, the vets failed to diagnose the real abdominal problems on three consecutive visits - thus resulting in a delay for the treatment of the abdominal tumour. This misdiagnosis, delay in treatment and then discharging my dog too early subsequently resulted in the death of my dog.

They discharged my dog on a Friday…

They discharged my dog on a Friday night in a life threatening state , no communication from the vets, he was admitted at 5 pm after waiting firm 1pm in an emergency and discharged at 7pm with symptoms of septic shock. The broke their professional code of conduct.i had to rush my dog to vets now in Preston where the consultation fee is £287 , they told me my dog had been left too long to treat, I phoned hillcret/medivet Saturday Morning to ask why they had discharged him from an ani la hospital, the vet said because they don’t have the facilities, I said yiu are a hospital, she said they did t have the staff. So basically my dog was kicked out to die , again breaking the professional oath which states no animal should be left in pain and emergency care should be given. No communication front the vet to this day . Ive since found out from another vets that my dog had pneumothorax which is basically air around the lungs ( similar to collapsed lung ) and he was in a state of shock. Medivet /hillcrest also tried to PTS my eldery dog prematurely last month also.. so that’s TWO dogs u;tHe same household, still very much alive after hillcret/medivet were insisting on PTS prematurely. I am also the next door neighbour and stayed loyal to the for 25 years, since this emergency happened then they wrote me a nasty letter saying don’t come back ! The vets are all training there , u see a different vet each time it’s pot luck , they think more about closing up shop than the welfare of the animal , They swear an oath and should practise by it , they don’t put the welfare of the animal first Don’t risk yiu animal being PTS especially at a weekend here because that’s there answer to everything

I was just on the phone to hillcrest vets chorley talked about emergency appointments and I asked what happens if you have an emergency late at night because I was under the impression it was 24/7 they are Not because some nights are not covered so they would refer you to a different practice what angered me was what happens if you can get to that practice her response was " its not my problem "what a disgusting response it's a different story when it comes to pet plans I'll be making a formal complaint in person because they don't have a website

Took a ill puppy here, had to be put to sleep. On the way out in front of everyone a vet shouts “next time pick a healthy one” Disgusted with them I asked for the ashes back but never got them and was lied to about it. Very expensive and wouldn’t recommend Also had a skin issue with another dog and the treatment didn’t work at all, 6 weeks later I said I don’t want the same tablets it’s not doing anything and he needs something to help, steroid ointment will work, but I Was ignored and given the same thing probably because it was the most expensive. I didn’t pay for it and I left. Went to another vets was given steroid ointment and three days later his skin was good! Stay away!

Another horrible player in the VAT Servicing world...

Another absolutely horrible player in the VAT Services world. CountX initially presents as a small capable firm, with good tech and reasonable rates. However, upon closer involvement with them, you will find them to be anything but. If you are an English speaking or US based client, they will assign your account to a representative who is completely unhelpful, obtuse, and lazy. In 14 months, my assigned rep has never once offered a single piece of useful commentary on ANYTHING. They are robotic, impersonal, and will not complete tasks when they are due. This person loves her billable hours, so be careful if you are already working with them, because she will very easily attempt to overcharge for things as simple as sending emails. The poor service eventually required the intervention of one of the Co-CEO's. However, even this individual was incapable of providing anything close to capable customer service. The key is that CountX's business model is based on hiring independent contractors as their fiscal reps in countries where it is required. Because they don't employ these people, they are paying hourly for their services, and hence have a very clear motivation to not engage those partners. They also will not provide you with copies of any communications between them and YOUR fiscal rep. In other words, if you have a question about your tax services or would like to know the status of a particular issue, their response is simply to "trust us". You will not know dates that correspondence was received on your behalf or if anyone is working to resolve the issues that always come up with VAT Servicing. It is very sad this industry is so filled with so many companies who do not care about their customer, but unfortunately, CountX is just another brick in the wall of corrupt and incompetent VAT Services providers. My advice is to stay as far away as possible.

Die JTL Wawi musste ich selber für PAN-EU einrichten obwohl ich für Betreutes Onboarding und Einrichtung der Systeme bezahle (steht so im Auftrag) Die Informationen dazu im Netz sind ziemlich veraltet bzw. teilweise gar nicht gegeben. Ich muss jetzt 1600 Rechnung per Hand stornieren und die Steuer ändern. Die neuen Aufträge laufen immer noch nicht richtig. Selbst wenn das Thema nicht vertraglich geregelt ist, sollte countX sich um die Einrichtung trotzdem kümmern, ich mein das sind ultra wichtige Einstellungen und wofür habe ich mir einen Profi dann geholt? Das ist übrigens der dritte Monat wo sie Geld von mir bekommen, für eigentlich nichts.

Depuis 20 ans, j'utilise les sondes Sugar, j'ai commencé la rééducation anorectable avec la sonde Analyse Blue, et maintenant j'utilise la sonde Analys+. Grâce à la perfection de ce matériel, qui s'avère être très performant pour rééduquer en profondeur, j'ai une vie normal malgré mon handicap. Pour la rééducation du périnée, j'ai utilisé la sonde Perisize 4 pendant 10 ans depuis c'est avec la sonde Optima 3 pour les douleurs névralgiques, les fuites urinaires et pour renforcer le plancher pelvien. J'ai constaté un retour de la sensibilité à tout point de vue, un arrêt des fuites, une marche plus renforcer. Les sondes vendus dans le commerce n'ont pas les mêmes particularités et je ne pourrais pas y revenir comme à mes débuts. Je trouve dommage que ses différents matériels ne sont pas suffisamment connus. Je n'hésite donc pas à publier mon expérience qui j'espère, aidera les personnes à faire le choix de SUGAR INTERNATIONAL.

Mi experiencia con Clikalia ha sido decepcionante y frustrante. Hicimos una oferta por un inmueble que inicialmente fue rechazada, pero al día siguiente la aceptaron sin cambios, lo que generó dudas sobre la claridad del proceso. Desde el principio, solicitamos la nota simple para verificar posibles cargas, ya que nos informaron que la vivienda aún no figuraba a su nombre. Nos indicaron que nos facilitarían la nota anterior para comprobar que solo había una hipoteca pendiente, pero cuando finalmente la recibimos, estaba completamente tachada, impidiéndonos verificar la información relevante. Además, hubo falta de claridad en aspectos clave del proceso. No se nos informó de manera explícita que la firma del contrato de arras no estaría condicionada a la aprobación de la hipoteca, a pesar de que desde el inicio dejamos claro que dependíamos de una financiación del 90%. Solo se mencionó cuando solicitamos garantías antes de firmar. Al pedir que se añadiera esta cláusula o al menos poder tasar la vivienda antes, se nos indicó que no era posible, ya que al hacer la oferta habíamos aceptado los términos, aunque no se nos detallaron previamente de manera transparente. Actualmente, sigo esperando una respuesta y la devolución de la reserva, por lo que me veo en la necesidad de explorar otras vías para resolver la situación. Mi experiencia con Clikalia ha sido muy negativa y no la recomendaría.

Envié una solicitud para resolver unas grietas que aparecieron en uno de los marcos de la puerta, en una junta entre una pared de pladur y otra de ladrillo, dentro del año legal de margen tras comprar el piso, en el que Clickalia se comprometía a resolver deficiencias de la reforma. Tras consultar con una artitecta técnica, me confirmó que se trataba de una deficiencia de la obra, no estructural. Clickalia, por su parte, cerró la solicitud sin ni siquiera enviar un operario para verificar si se trataba de una deficiencia de la obra. Todo esto después de meses de múltiples deficiencias encontradas debido a la baja calidad de la reforma (instalación de la calefacción mal hecha, olores que salían del plato de ducha porqué el sifón era defectuoso, mampara de la ducha mal enganchada, etc.). NADA RECOMENDABLE.

Muy decepcionada con los repasos…

Muy decepcionada con el servicio postventa en cuanto a la realización de los repasos, dejando a parte defectos constructivos imposibles ya de subsanar como el desnivel del suelo, he tenido que calzar los muebles, había errores que se podían subsanar y por mucho que los he reclamado no han atendido mi reclamación, aunque tenía razón, colocaron la máquina exterior del aire acondicionado de forma que inutiliza el tendedero, no se puede tender y no dan una solución que sería fácil, tan solo habría que desplazar uno de los extremos del tendedero pero se niegan a hacerlo, así que me quedo sin poder tender la ropa. Al final la experiencia con Clikalia ha sido agridulce.

Experience déplorable - aucun suivi - un an qu'on attend d'être recontacté pour du travail non fini. On se fait appeler par les prestataires de Clikalia, qui sont responsables des travaux car ils ne se font pas payer par clickalia et donc abandonnent leur suivi. On nous dit même que notre materiel de cuisine peut-être démontée à tout moment de ce fait. Les compteurs d'eaux sont inaccessibles. On découvre des plaques de métal derrière des murs qu'on a besoin de percé. He comprado hace ya 6 meses en Málaga una casa con ellos. Al principio, 100% colaboradores para enseñarte el piso, ayuda con hipoteca, incluso obtener algún descuento. En la primera visita, ves errores múltiples de la reforma que te “prometen” que se van a arreglar antes de que tú entres a vivir. Previo a firma definitiva, te niegan una visita pre-firma a la que tienes derecho por ley (esto me consta que luego lo han cambiado). Una vez que estás en el piso y del cual eres propietario, prepárate para ver una reforma hecha con prisas y de mala calidad. Necesitas meses y meses para que te respondan para venir a arreglarlo, justificando que tienen mucho trabajo. Y conforme más te alejas de la fecha de compra, menos respuestas obtienes por su parte. Como unicos puntos positivos, reformas con buen gusto (aunque de mala calidad) y buen precio de compra (en relación a la calidad). O cambian su servicio de atención al cliente o no recomiendo para nada comprar algo con ellos

**edited following response from Imattination** Ok so there’s a lot to unpack with the reply to my original review. Firstly, we’ve been trying to resolve this for 18 months. It took less than 20 MINUTES for them to respond on this platform. Seems like a public dressing down was the only way to prompt contact. Secondly, a cursory review of Companies House shows that Matt Bloomfield is a director of both Imattination and also Unicorn Online Ltd so I’m not convinced on this whole “oh it was this other company who was supposed to pay you”. Next up, I will copy and paste from a message sent from Matt in Sept 2022 so I’m not misquoting: “Hi […], Thanks for getting in touch and we would love to have you onboard again. Yes we are running the same scheme - we have made a few adjustments to make it even easier and also even more new products. We can have sheets out this week to you and are recommending an artwork collection date of 19th October so just before half term” Doesn’t sound to me like they weren’t running the same scheme as the year before? But most damning is the complete lack of communication. Let’s pretend for a moment that it really is this other company that owes us the money. When we called, emailed, left messages, wrote letters and even took Imattination to the small claims court, would you not at some point simply say “oh it’s not us, you need to contact xyz”. The fact that they didn’t contest the CCJ shows to me that they knew they were in the wrong. And don’t tell me they didn’t know we were claiming against them because at one point they asked for a 2 week extension. Before allowing it to be registered and still not paying up. So Imattination, you can be “confused” and “disappointed” all you like but it’s nothing compared to our confusion and disappointment at funds being withheld from a children’s charity. Original review: We are a charity who raise funds for our local Plymouth primary school, and placed an order for child-designed Christmas cards and wrapping paper etc in December 2022. We were due to receive a % of all funds raised. The ordering process was tortuous to say the least and many parents were unhappy with the quality of the products, but they did at least (eventually) deliver them. However there was no sign of the funds raised. Eventually we had to apply for (and were awarded) a CCJ. This didnt prompt Imattination to pay us a penny. I see they're associated with several children's theatre and youth groups and it’s really disappointing to know that they have withheld funds from our children's charity whilst continuing to trade and be involved with other organisations. We've been trying to contact someone at Imattination for almost 18 months now. Phone messages, emails, Facebook messenger contacts all go unanswered. Horrible company with clearly no morals or scruples

Ordered on the 20th and still waiting nearly 3 weeks later. Sent 3 emails, called numerous times and nobody ever answers the phone. Really poor service and would not recommend. On reading other reviews it seems this happens a lot with Immatination. Got a reply after leaving this above review regarding a 10 working day delay. The last time I checked there are 31 days in May and today is the 8th so that’s 14 working days. Same person who looks at the calendar must also have written the phantom email I never received asking if I want my order, because sending 3 emails asking where my order was is obviously not clear enough that I wanted what I ordered

Do not recommend! Poor service.

This is the 2nd we have used imattination for our school fundraising projects. The first time we had to chase our orders but there was communication. The money owed to us from this company took 4 months and again we had to chase this. The second time, our orders did not come on time, orders were missing, communication was really poor and to get our orders we had to track down the factory address and turn up there for anyone to help us. We kept getting fobbed off and different staff members telling us different things. Eventually we got our orders. However we are again owed fundraising money. It has been 6 months making calls, emails and Facebook messenger and all we get is an automated message. I would not recommend this company at all. Really poor service, no communication or respect for their customers.

Severely let down

I have used Imattination in the past and they have been excellent: prompt and providing exactly what I needed. However, I placed an order on the 2nd August and after hearing nothing after three weeks (advertised turnaround was 3-5 working days) I decided to get in contact to see what was happening. I phoned on multiple occasions only to be advised that I was speaking to a receptionist and they would get one of the printing team to get back to me ASAP. I called 4 times and sent emails as well as messages via Facebook. Still no response. Eventually I called to request a refund and I was assured that someone would contact me about this (they still haven't). Thankfully I paid via Paypal and was able to recover my money through the Paypal Resolution Centre but they did not respond to the Paypal case so I had to escalate it with Paypal and I was awarded the refund after no response from them. Around the time that I was seeking a refund, there was a new banner on the website to advise that the turnaround was more like 10 working days but by this time 20 working days had passed. Incredibly disappointed after having had such a great service with this company in previous years.

Attention arnaque !!! Nous avions réservé un dîner avec le chef DIARRA le 7 décembre 2024 pour les 80 ans de notre père. Le jour J n'ayant pas de reponses à nos questions, envoyées par SMS, au chef, concernant l'organisation du repas. Nous avons tenté de l'appeler à plusieurs reprises.. en vain. Nous avons contacté l'agence qui ne répondait pas non plus. Ffinalement 45 min avant l'arrivée de nos invités. Nous recevons un SMS provenant du chef nous informant qu'il était désolé mais qu'il était malade depuis plusieurs jours. Pourquoi ne pas nous avoir prévenus plus tôt si tel était le cas. Aucune solution n'a été proposée de la part de l'agence. Vous avez saboté notre soirée d'anniversaire. Et à ce jour, le 12 janvier, malgré différents mails et courriers, nous n'avons toujours pas été dédommagés. Nous déplorons fortement ce manque de sérieux et de professionnalisme. Ne réservez jamais sur ce site frauduleux.

Je devais avoir le Chef DIARRA samedi 21 décembre 2024 au soir pour notre repas de noël ou j'attendais 32 personnes. Après avoir essayé d'avoir le chef à maintes reprises depuis le jeudi pour finaliser sa venue, je n'ai eu personne hormis le secrétariat qui envoyait des messages sans retour. Enfin, le samedi matin, je rappelle le secrétariat....Toujours rien et j'apprends par SMS le samedi à 13h que le chef est hospitalisé depuis plusieurs jours, que l'on recherche un chef remplaçant, que faute de communication, le service administratif n'était pas au courant mais s'il était hospitalisé depuis plusieurs jours, ce n'est pas le samedi que j'aurai du recevoir ce SMS....Mais là aussi, aucun coup de téléphone pour m'avertir de vive voix. Moi qui pensait me mettre les pieds sous la table, il a fallut gérer le repas de A à Z pour 32 personnes. J'ai appelé le lundi 23 décembre pour avoir la direction : Avec la secrétaire, on cale un rendez vous téléphonique le 24 décembre, 9h. J'attends encore l'appel. On doit me rembourser en espérant que cela soit plus réactif. Je suis déçue mais on ne m'y reprendra plus.

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE & DO NOT BOOK WITH TRAVELCATION! We will soon be forced to take legal action against Travelcation for the thousands of dollars lost due to Travelcation’s mistakes. We were initially pressured to write a “glowing review” when we purchased our tickets, so I’m assuming most of these 5 star reviews are fabricated. We were also threatened to not post an honest review or they would withhold our refund. My husband and I had booked two flight tickets with Travelcation totaling over $4000 for our 3-week honeymoon. We had confirmed the details over the phone with Travelcation before our flight, but once we got to the airport to check-in, the airline said that TRAVELCATION INCORRECTLY ENTERED OUR DETAILS, therefore they would not let us board our flights. Even the customer service rep at the check-in counter at the airport was shocked & said that Travelcation was completely INCOMPETENT and that she would make sure to warn others not to book with them. When we called Travelcation, we had to wait on hold for over an hour before someone picked up from. We were then told that they were unable to fix the problem for us, so our only option was to purchase new last minute tickets for $10,000 each PER PERSON to the same destination. Yes, you heard that price correctly. & no, they were not willing to honor the original price we paid. This happened over 7 months ago and we STILL have not received a full refund for our flights. We have also lost THOUSANDS of dollars in connecting flights, non-refundable hotel bookings, excursions, etc. We have repeatedly called them every other day ever since December 2022, but keep getting told that someone from their team would call us back, which we never receive. My husband calling again today to simply inquire about the refund and the agent hung up on him THREE times. What was supposed to be one of the most beautiful moments in our lives, turned into one of the worst nightmares we’ve ever experienced. We did not get to go on our honeymoon and have now lost several thousands of dollars on top, due to Travelcation’s mistake. To add - Travelcation refused to reimburse us for our losses and Chris Morris (Travel agent from Travelcation Toronto) told us to FRAUDULENTLY claim a “medical emergency” for all of our connecting flights and non-refundable hotels, since he said that Travelcation does not want to take responsibility for this. If this review can help someone else avoid a nightmare similar to ours, that’s all I can ask for.

1- i could not change my reservation…

1- i could not change my reservation after i booked with them. should of booked with airline directly. 2-flight was cancelled due to winter storm. i called them to get alternative, for next 8 hours they were insisting i missed the flight( and the flight was not cancelled). so i called airline directly and thankfully was rebooked. 3- i tried to modify departure from my sun destination to make up for the day i lots due to storm. 4- the travelction was useless and not helpful at all.and after all they offer me a new booking for one way which was more expensive than my original booking both way

The entire experience with Travelcation was not great and I will not be booking through them again. I was super fortunate to have the assistance of my last support agent, Ethan, who resolved all my issues the night before my early morning flight. ATTENTION ENTREPRISE ARNAQUE !! On vous vend une prestation "artisans du déménagement"...QUE DIRE !!???? MYTHOS !!!!!!!!!!! La commerciale met le paquet pour vous vendre la prestation mais derrière c'est la ruée vers l'ENFER !! Déménagement avancé de 24h, personne ne vous prévient de l'arrivée des déménageurs au point A ni au point B, au final 2 H de retard, déménagement commencé à 19H terminé à 2H DU MATIN !!! Les employés, euh, je veux dire les esclaves modernes ne parlent pas français, pays de l'est, pas de lettre de voiture, et je vous parle pas des conditions de travail, car ça c'est encore un autre chapitre!!!!!!!! Portail SAV aussi POURRI que la société en elle même, et avant que les protagonistes se mettent à faire les morts, un responsable client vous prend de haut pour vous dire que TOUT est normal et que c'est votre faute !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Réponse SAV inadaptée, je laisse une dernière chance, ensuite…. tout est noté dans le courrier RAR…. je vous laisse deviner… Conclusion : A FUIR !!!! payer plus pour de vrais société de déménagement !!

La pire expérience de déménagement de ma vie ! Les déménageurs sont arrives à 14h au lieu de 8h, ont fini à 23h45!!! Ils étaient 3, en tongs et short, ils avaient du faire un déménagement le matin... Et le pire: le camion était trop petit et ils n'ont pas pu prendre tous nos meubles ! On se retrouve avec un état des lieux dans 2j avec des meubles à faire transporter à 450kms et des cartons. Et les déménageurs qui prennent la route après 12h de travail sans dormir... Fuyez, Dailydem sont des éscrots et surtout des esclavagistes qui ne respectent en rien le code du travail

Very expensive hand rail brackets…BUT…

Very expensive hand rail brackets…BUT the quality is stunning. Hard choice at the time of ordering re cost but couldn’t find anything I liked more. Had to wait a while for delivery as they are from the other side of the world (literally) but they are totally worth it. Couldn’t be more pleased as they’ve finished our stairs off perfectly.
