Andres was outstanding when it comes to customer service. If not for him I'd have returned the chipped table that actually happened twice. He sincerely and honestly went out of his way to make the situation better. Very patient and respectful customer service representative. However, that being said, I was disappointed in the product. The actual table doesn't look like the online picture which reflected better quality and a much lighter color.

I ordered a set of coffee tables from them, and they provided horrible service. 2 items arrived after two months, third item of the same set arrived after 3 months and cracked. I paid $2k+ for the coffee table waited 3 months and have cracked peace for that price, but support ignores my emails. Horrible experience from beginning to end. Don't buy here

Attention is in the detail or lack of in this case (Buyer Beware)

Dutchfurniture.com listed a set of stools as "leather." I went to the manufacturer's website Zuiver.com and noticed the stools were listed as "PU." When I chatted with the representative at Dutchfurniture.com, he apologized and indicated that he would have the description corrected. I wonder how many people have paid the exuberant amount only to purchase a fake leather set. Sad. Also, the return policy charges 10% restocking fee, plus you have to pay shipping to return the items. BUYER BEWARE - DUTCHFURNITURE.COM MAY BE LEGIT, BUT THEIR TACTICS ARE QUESTIONABLE IF NOT SCAMMY!

I have always been a keen user of Savings Champion services, but this time they have let me down "big time". My wife has followed the best buy tables for years and decided to take out an account with the bank (name withheld) paying the highest rate. She did not expect to have to jump through endless hoops to use the account in real life. It does make me question how a bank with ludicrous requirements for using the account gets "top billing" by Savings Champion. Perhaps a more thorough check should have been carried out by SC as I would believe 80% of the customers who use the "Best Buy" tables would not have a clue how to use this account and resent the day they made the application.

Beware the "non working days".

It should be mentioned that this useful site, unlike similar comparison sites, appears not to be updated at weekends and Bank Holidays (about 30% of the year), at a time when many offers open and are quickly withdrawn. On the weekend of 23/24 April 2022, the Kent Reliance 1 year 2.05% bond was widely listed on other comparison sites, but were absent from the Savings Champion listings, which remained exactly how they appeared on Friday afternoon, until 9.30am on Monday.

I cannot believe a "savings champion" site is now recommending investing in equities or bonds for novices, I think perhaps you should rename to "bait for the city sharks". Yes savings are losing money, historically they always do, but at least you know the loss rate, unlike investments, (which should be label ed gambling for suckers), if your really concerned go and buy 1oz gold bullion coins, Britannias are VAT and capital gains tax free, and over time usually keep pace with inflation, keep them safe, (bury them, it worked for pirates), and tell no one, sit back relax.

Like Cigarettes There Should be Warnings

I normally find the newsletter interesting and informative, not to mention useful. However I was less than impressed with the 'flag-waving' in support of a Lasting Power of Attorney. The article was no more than an advert in disguise for a legal service company. Everything was painted as a wonderful document which gives peace of mind and allows you to retain control. This is absolute rubbish - you are handing over COMPLETE control of every aspect of your life. I accept in most cases the Power can only bring benefits - but not in every case. There are unscrupulous people and a Power in the wrong hands is a jackpot. The article contained no warnings - for example the holder can change your will at the stroke of a pen - in their favour. They have carte-blanche with your finances. I have even seem elderly people crying out for residential care being denied it in favour of a cheaper home care option - just to protect the inheritance. By all means promote what is a useful tool but point out the potential pitfalls. I am speaking from 40 years in financial services and trust me - the love of money is overwhelming for some. Ability to complain - never saw it work yet. Literally there are no controls or redress.

Poor advice on obtaining LPA. Use .gov direct

I’m a consistent user of Savings Champions and about to use The Private Office. However I was disappointed by their recent mailer on LPA and guidance to pay for a service. The .gov site applying for a LPA is as clear and easy to fill in as it gets. You will be submitting the same simple required information to the paid for service as is required by .gov. You will be paying the same fee for registration in both cases. The paid for service will just be forwarding on the information you provide and could have filled in on line. It somehow makes me question the independence of S C and is making me a little apprehensive about The Private Office now. I don’t understand why they felt the need to confuse the ease of application

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner ersten Kochbox. Ich konnte mir aus einer großen Vielfalt leckere Rezepte aussuchen. Wir essen vegan/vegetarisch, es gibt dafür eine große Auswahl, das hat mir schonmal gut gefallen. Die Kiste kam pünktlich, alles sorgfältig und nachhaltig verpackt. Sehr frische Zutaten in hochwertiger Qualtiät. Erstes Rezept nach leicht verständlicher Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung gekocht und für ausgesprochen köstlich befunden! Wir waren beide begeistert. Ich koche gern abwechslungreich, aber manchmal stehe ich auf dem Schlauch und bin kochmüde und es fällt mir nichts ein. Da ist eine Kochbox eine tolle Alternative. Fast wie im Restaurant. Ich kann mir was aussuchen und mich überraschen lassen. Und das schöne ist, dass alle Zutaten genau und absolut ausreichend bemessen sind und ich nicht extra einkaufen muss. Es bleiben keine Reste der Zutaten, die dann vllt nicht mehr gebraucht werden und irgendwann entsorgt werden. Also mein Fazit: Sehr zufrieden! Einziger Kritikpunkt: Wir würden uns mehr BIO bei den Zutaten wünschen. Dafür wären wir auch bereit, mehr zu bezahlen.

Ich habe jetzt mehrere Monate immer zwischen Hello Fresh und Marleyspoon gewechselt. Ich hatte bei beiden Boxen Beanstandungen. Im Gegensatz zu Hello Fresh, bekam ich bei Marleyspoon nie schimmlige Ware und die Box kam immer pünktlich. Dafür 2 Sterne. Jetzt zu den Rezepten, die sind bei Hello Fresh einfach viel besser. Außerdem bin ich Mutter von nem Kleinkind und die Gerichte die Marleyspoon anbieten sind so ausgefallen, das Kleinkinder die einfach nicht mögen. Hello Fresh bietet auch immer mindestens 2 Kinderrezepte pro Woche an. Die sind zwar auch nicht der Oberkracher, aber Kinder mögen halt Pizza, Würstle, Pfannkuchen, Nudeln… na wie auch immer, auch ich fand die letzten Rezepte nicht gut. Dann bekommt man immer tolle Gutscheine, die nie funktionieren. Man bekommt zwar den Rabatt, wenn man es dem Kundenservice meldet, muss aber den Aufwand betreiben und denen mitteilen, dass der Code mal wieder nicht geht. So und jetzt zu etwas, das hab ich bei Hello Fresh noch nie erlebt. Bereits im letzten Sommer habe ich bei Marleyspoon mal einen Blumenkohl geliefert bekommen, mit kleinen blaugrünen Würmern drin. Das war zwar bisschen eklig, aber durch Recherche fand ich heraus, dass die Tierchen nicht giftig waren, waren scheinbar Raupen. Ok, spricht evtl. für Bio Qualität, da passiert sowas. Also hab ich mir nichts gedacht. Jetzt kommt die Krönung. Diese Woche räume ich die Kochbox aus, sitzt doch tatsächlich ne Küchenschabe auf der Karotte. Ich weiß, in Restaurants gibts auch so Viehcher und Schädlinge gehören halt auch zum Kreislauf des Lebens. Aber ich will die nicht in meiner Kochbox haben. Ich fand das super eklig. Keinen Bock nachher Salmonellen zu bekommen oder nen Schädlingsbefall im Haus zu heben. Dann lieber mehr Verpackungsmüll wie bei Hello Fresh und dafür ist alles sauber verpackt und es kommt kein Vieh an die Lebensmittel. Ich werd daher nicht mehr bestellen.

Unzufrieden mit Marley Spoon Ich habe Marley Spoon ausprobiert, aber leider war ich insgesamt enttäuscht. Die Zutaten kamen teilweise nicht mehr frisch an, was den Eindruck erweckte, dass wenig Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Außerdem waren die Portionsgrößen kleiner als erwartet, was für den Preis nicht gerechtfertigt ist. Die Rezeptanleitungen waren zwar übersichtlich, aber die Zubereitungszeit war deutlich länger, als angegeben. Hinzu kam, dass bei einer Lieferung eine Zutat komplett fehlte, was den ganzen Kochplan durcheinanderbrachte. Für den Preis hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet – leider werde ich den Service nicht weiterempfehlen.

Because Philip himself ignores all data protection legislation .. he is a spammer, distributing his emails to any address he can get hold of, and he never reacts to complaints — you cannot get off his lists. I am noting it here: a company who show total disregard for legislation is a lawless company; do not trust them with your money.. Do you think they honour their sales terms and conditions? Je suis extrêmement choqué, car j'ai acheté un iPhone 14 neuf rouge pour 619€ sur le site de Leclerc, vendu par MOBILE FUN. Finalement, j'ai reçu le 13 janvier 2025 un iPhone 14 qui s'avère être une contrefaçon grossière, avec la coque arrière décollée sur les côtés. De plus, l'appareil dégage une forte odeur chimique. En vérifiant le numéro de série sur checkcoverage.apple, j'ai découvert que l'appareil est dupliqué d'un autre iPhone 14 déjà existant et activé depuis février 2023. C'est une honte et un scandale qu'une marque aussi connue que Leclerc héberge sur son site des escrocs sans scrupules comme MOBILE FUN

I made an order and this time, unfortunately, it did not arrive. I contacted them after receiving the email asking me to put a review of the items in their website. I explained the situation and was told to wait until 30 days had passed and contact them again then if still in the same situation. 30 days later I contacted them, support was quite active and they proposed to send it again via DHL which I accepted as I have been waiting for it since a while. Then the nightmare started as DHL doesn't do its job, pretends to pass or just doesn't (delivery dates don't seem to matter to them). After four scheduled delivery attempts from DHL (even confirmed by the person responsible for the ticket I created) I haven't received anything. I already took 2 full days off work and had to reschedule the other two. I contacted twice mobilefun support asking to get refunded because at this point I am really tired of this and no reply. It is MobileFun responsibility to make sure their "partners" do their job

Had a very frustrating experience this time round. Have used them prior and found to be very good. I orederd I ordered 1 x Zizo Bolt tough Black Case for iphone 13 max order #1-1-1-01782307 and Recived with no issue. Two family members saw my new case and wanted one aswell. I then went an ordered: Amount: -29.98 Zizo Bolt tough BLUE Case for iphone 13 max with 24hr delivery £29.98 Amount: -19.98 Zizo Bolt tough Black Case for iphone 13 max Neither of the above did i receive an email or any deleivery confirmation. Exchanging emails with the compnay i managed to get the izo Bolt tough BLUE Case for iphone 13 max deleivered after a week - and still had to pay the 24hr deleivery - you did not post it for 7 days, I have yet to receive the second Zizo Bolt tough Black Case for iphone 13 max. My bank have advised to me to claim via the small claims court which will add a further £30 to the situation. Will update how i get on. UPDATE 16 OCT 2023 - Bank attempting to charge back the £19.99 - will update!

CHEAP TACKY CRAP

This company needs to change their name as there is NO FUN in dealing with them. The case I received to "Protect" my phone as the advert claimed had no front cover and was not as advertised. HOW can a phone be protected when the screen is not covered? I was sent a cheap tacky case that would have cost pennies to produce. They are also ignorant and arrogant and have no interest whatsoever in customer care. To achieve reviews as bad as this takes effort and is by design but don't take my word for it look at these reviews and check them out on Companies House - is free and available to anyone. Look at the loss in sales and how rapidly they are going downhill. I doubt they will last 12 months so save your money - BUY ELSEWHERE

I would rate them 4 out of 10 . Quite unprofessional organization. I visited desert safari today and the place they organised dinner was more than pathetic. They can't differentiate customers ,for this them money is everything and they dont care about customer satisfaction or customer Delight . To save money they can go at any level .

The owners of this company are dumping their own shares, that should tell you all you need to know!! They lie, they cheat, they steal! We prove concrete services, we got leads for painting footpaths!? Their product is not good at all. I asked about their trial period and they told me to pay $130 for 5 leads in the first month and I can try it out and if I cancel within 7 days I would get a refund, a few days later they told me because I accepted one of the leads, it voided my refund! But I told them at the start I will only pay if I can try it out!!! They also use google ads to get leads so you are better off getting a google ads expert and save your money! 100% a trash product!

Hipages as an air conditioning contractor is absolute joke . When I originally joined it was fantastic until last 2 years the prices charged for leads are way over inflated $48 - $150 and that is for small jobs with following up leads within minutes customers advised they have already been contacted by up to 10 businesses , we were under the impression only 3 leads were accepted . To add they advised I couldn’t be a sole trader and had to become a company so we changed to a company at a huge cost to us . My advice don’t fall for the dishonest sales reps who sign you up on 12 months contracts which you cannot cancel . DO NOT USE HIPAGES

I have been using HiPages for over 10 years, trusting their platform to connect me with qualified and vetted tradespeople. Unfortunately, my recent experience has shown that their vetting system is completely flawed, allowing unlicensed scammers to pose as reputable builders—and HiPages takes zero responsibility when things go wrong. A so-called "tradie" I hired through HiPages, Michael, falsely claimed to represent Aushomes Pty Ltd, listing their QBCC license and ABN on his HiPages profile. His invoices and receipts even carried their logo, making it impossible to detect the scam. After taking a $11,500 deposit, he abandoned the job, leaving my project in a disastrous state—poorly planned plumbing, incorrect fittings, and costly rework required. What’s worse? HiPages’ response was dismissive. Brittany, their Quality & Trust Officer, showed no accountability for the fact that their system failed to prevent a scammer from impersonating a legitimate business. When I raised my concerns about how Michael was listed on their portal without proper verification, I received no answers—just an indifferent attitude. The reality is anyone can claim to be a qualified tradie on HiPages, even without a license or proper credentials, and unsuspecting customers will be left to deal with the financial and emotional consequences.

Customer service and your account manager are absolute jokes. I used to pay $800 a month. With that i could accept at least 15 leads average price $60. Now with that i can't even apply for 5leads because price went up to $170 a lead out of nowhere!! And only if you are lucky you will get a response from the customer. Don't forget 3 tradies will pay for a lead regardless of being successful or not. While you lose your money, hipages make $450 in an instant doing f..all. They should rethink their pricing and how they customer services work. Otherwise this will not last long.

Have been on hipages for the past 5 years, it was good a couple of years ago, now it’s an absolute ripoff, $150-$250 to just accept the lead and most don’t even get back to you, I’d waste $600-$700 a month with people not even responding to me and most if not all don’t know that tradies pay for the the leads, I’d go months not getting a job and I signed up for 12 months unfortunately. You have to be on your phone to get the little work that does come through. Total waste of money.

Low expectations, unmet

Used it as a cabinet maker to get some work on the side. Biggest waste of time. Clients generally had no idea what they wanted but often used the words ‘cheap’ and ‘good quality’ which of course makes no sense. Any decent job was gone within seconds, the majority were over an hours drive away even though I specifically typed in within a certain radius. I wasn’t expecting much but this didn’t even meet my low expectations.

Hipages are good in theory. You want help...they find help. But not in my case. The cost to tradies etc to register and accept a job is a bit steep if the job is small. Probably hardly worth the petrol these days.I had 3 0r 4 (I forget now) but didn't get ONE call. Ask Dad to help...or live with it.

Plum It plumbing worst job ever. Didnt have stud finder, didnt have a drill for the mixer tap in my stone top for vanity, had to drive 45 min back to bathroom shop, wait 20 min to drill hole, and back again! didnt have plumbing part, I asked him to call Reece see if in stock, they did. He still refused to go get it, even though was 5 min drive next suburb bescuie he was in a hurry to get to the next job. I asked Maron to drill holes right height for the vanity, he didn't measure up first, now have to retile the back. When dispute arose over drillholes, he ripped out the flush button and ptrap toilet and tried to steal them, proceeded to ransom my items in exchange for partial payment (the parts ripped out so no payment was applicable in the end) He threatened to take steal my bathroom products and nearly did leave with my item, until I tried to get my items back for about 10 min. This is the worst I have ever faced with any trade

Service client au ras des pâquerettes et gros problèmes de livraison

N'ayant pas de voiture, j'ai commandé, entre autres, 2 sièges bébé pour transporter mes enfants sur mon vélo. Je n'ai jamais reçu mon colis (il n'est même pas arrivé jusqu'au transporteur final avant chez moi), et j'ai dû tout racheter auprès d'un autre commerçant (évidemment, la période des soldes était finie, donc plus cher). Hollandbikeshop refuse de me rembourser ma commande de 250 € tant qu'ils n'ont pas récupéré le colis envoyé (s'il arrive un jour... le colis se balade depuis plus d'1 mois et personne ne sait où il se trouve). Et cela n'a l'air de gêner personne chez HollandBikeshop ! Les infos obtenues chez eux lorsque j'ai contacté le service client ont été quasi nulles (nous échangeons pourtant depuis 3 semaines), et c'est moi qui ai dû faire toutes les démarches auprès de 3 transporteurs différents pour avoir les infos que je leur ai communiqué au sujet du potentiel emplacement du colis (oui oui, pas l'inverse !). Je n'ai jamais vécu une telle expérience où l'on se soucie peu d'apporter une réelle aide au client (et pas un mot d'excuse, bien entendu). Le pire, c'est qu'en lisant les autres commentaires, j'apprends qu'ils sont déjà au courant que leur service livraison a des problèmes... Bref, à fuir

Popped in to their Covent Garden branch…

Popped in to their Covent Garden branch a few weekends back and was pleasantly surprised how nice the staff were and how good the back rub was. Done the job nicely. Might go back but finding the time very tricky. It is very convenient and like it says you can just walk in. You might have to wait ten mins or so here and there but the staff got to us fairly quick and we didn’t feel it was a rushed experience.

So disappointing

I’ve been going to the Walk-in Backrub for a number of years, and almost always they’re brilliant. I feel compelled to write about my experience yesterday though at their Neal’s Yard branch. The therapist didn’t ask me if I had any particular concerns (which they always normally do), or how I would like the pressure. She was so firm, but not in a nice way, that I had to ask her to back it off. The whole half hour was borderline unpleasant, with some really unusual and uncomfortable pulling on my wrists which I’ve never had before. Within half an hour of leaving I developed a splitting headache which I’m sure was due to the fact that I spent the whole time tensed up while I was being massaged. I should have said something, but frankly I was too self-conscious in such a quiet space to say anything, and I didn’t want to make a fuss as she was perfectly nice. So disappointing.

I have been visiting Tavistock branch since August once a month. Each time I have visited I have seen someone different, each time brilliant. I arrive with tense shoulders and tender shoulder blades and leave relaxed and pain free, what's more I sleep better and wake up without pain. I cannot recommend this enough, no booking required - just go when you need to!!

NO GO PLACE On 02nd October 2021 there was a bald person at Back Rub in Selfridges Central London. I have not come across a person so RUDE. Probably he is under the impression that he owns Selfridges. If he is busy then others too are. He has no right to be rude to customers. Have seen him before as well, always have a frown on his face. Never seen him smiling. People visit them to destress and not to spoil their day. I will never visit this place again.

Such professional and well trained staff

I usually go to the WIBR in Soho. It's very quiet and peaceful so it's possible to have a very relaxing back-rub in the middle of the day, despite its central London location! The team are very professional and well trained, and if there is a queue (which there often isn't) I never have to wait long. I highly recommend this place. It's also not expensive.

Switched to worse for more $ after 5 weeks

Same old story. Sent in a limited edition attic white I crashed damaging the base plate. After like 3.5 weeks the tell me they can't get parts for av Artic white. Strange....the bases are the same for all 3 mavic pros. Sothey offer me a "brand new mavic" We all know "Brand new" mfgr pack. I rcvd a refurbished with a clome batt. Obvious dent on nose. Keep in mind....I sent them $430 plus Mny arctic white drone....I got a refut Rrb / a clone batt and controller. I sent them emails today so I'll give them a chance to do right here. Mistakes happen.. so I'll give them the option to do right here. L batting and a zip locked

Did a great job repairing my DJI MINI3 PRO..Came back looking like new, no tool marks or anything. They reset the computers and everything so I had to re-register and ad my profile. My drone crashed into a tree and broke the gimble tried to repair it myself but wasted money and time and still didnt get it fixed, so sent it to these professionals at DDS and im very happy.. I'm ready for the snow now so I can take some great cinematic shots at the park. Enjoy the new year everyone.

DJI ,Never Again

Sent my drone to the Netherlands for repair, it was delivered on the Friday but went missing until the Monday. It was sent because a screw head broke off while tryingbto replace a propeller. There was no other issues. Once the report came through it had a camera gimble malfunction, ecu malfunction, and physical damage to one of the legs. I ended up paying €65 for i dont really know what as they admitted the malfunctions.As a gesture of good will they did replace it with a new drone after several emails. It took almost a week for my drone to be returned but there was no extras not even propellers. So basically a one screw repairment took about 1 month, unexplained damage to my drone on arrival at the factory, €65 and not even a replacement proppeller set. Although the communications were good on the whole it was a nightmare situation as they have your drone and you feel like your being blackmailed. Afraid to say i would advise against DJI and i wont be buying anything of theirs again unfortunately they let themselves down

I sent my dpi mini 3 pro a month ago to be repaired because it gave me a gimbal stuck error. I was charged $60 to repair the drone, but it came back to me with an aggravated issue, the gimbal this time wouldn't even calibrate, while it did before sending it to DJI repair service. I contacted them again and they told me to send it back to them and that this time I wasn't going to be charged. After going back and forth with them several times (both by emails and phone) they diagnosed the same issue the drone had before (what a surprise!) and they offered me a $30 discount to repair it. This is the worst customer service I encountered in my life, they don't know what they are doing and the don't care about their customers. A nightmare.

Steve was extremely responsive in helping us troubleshoot stubborn registration of a new replacement Phantom 4 Pro V2. Appeared that DJI’s servers were either down or otherwise unresponsive one evening, causing the Go4.0 App to repeatedly freeze after hitting “Activate”. Kudos Steve & DJI Drone Service!

Everytime after I drink this tea (not often) I felt like a new person. FDA mentioned the drugs used in this tea, which are in the Cortisone shots that most doctors recommend without telling patients about the drugs and their side effects. They warned against drinking this tea which does not have as much drugs as the shots that most patients trusted without a second thought just because their doctors recommended them. Even my well-educated friends and relavtives went for the drugs, I, for one would much rather take this tea every now and then (not often) when I need to be pain free for a few days. Compared to Cortisone shots commonly used these days. Wonder what FDA has to say to that? This or the shots? U decide! My doctor recommended the shots, which I did not heed.

Although the Tepee Tea made me feel great… I just found a report from the Unites States Food and Drug Administration ( dated 8/31/2023 yesterday) indicating amounts of Piroxicam and. Dexamethasone Which are NSAIDS and Steriods. Please be aware Now both Amazon and Walmart have pulled from their websites.

My doctor, who is treating me for tennis elbow, recommended it. Everyone in the office uses it. I think it works better than ibuprofen. I can drink before bed and wake up pain free, or I can drink in the morning and be pain free until late in the afternoon. I skipped for a couple of weeks and noticed my elbow pain was back. I will never not have this in my house from now on if I can help it.

Sidste års festival var uorganiseret, dårlige parkeringsforhold for dem der kommer i bil og priserne var steget til det helt urimelige. Sammenligner man det med smuk-fest, vig-festival m.v. så er niveauet meget lavt på langelandsfestivallen. Stemningen virker ikke særligt god og personalet virker sure og dovne. Kan ikke anbgefales.

Man føler sig snydt når man har købt billet til en festival og det så viser sig, at prisen blive meget højere, fordi festivallen tager penge for alt. Parkeringspladsen koster f.eks. en formue og du har ingen valgmuligheder om at takke nej. Det samme gælder priserne på al mad, hvor priserne er skruet op til det ublu og ekstreme. Man føler sig virkeligt snydt.

Uhumske forhold til overpris. Festivallen var uhumsk og der var dårligt styr på organisationen i år. Samtidigt har ledelsen udelukket Lidl for at sælge varer, så vi måtte nøjes med en dyr Spar-købmand, som ikke havde varer på hylderne. Årets festival handlede om at få kunderne for penge og intet andet.

Ved tidligere festivaller har man kunnet handle hos Lidl, men festivallen ønskede at presse alle på pengepungen, og det blev for dyrt for Lidl at være med, så det betød, at festivalgæsterne måtte handle hos lokale til overpris og dårligt udbud. Alt koster pludseligt penge. Parkering koster mere end i København og alt handler om at presse penge ud af dem der har bestilt billet. Det kan ikke være rigtigt.

Lack of communication after a bad experience

Very disappointed with this product. The images portrayed on the website are nothing like what you actually receive and the quality is very poor. Once I raised my concerns and requested a refund I was emailed to ask for some more photos of my pets so they could get me another mat sent out and of course I complied with this request as I was told a refund would not be authorised and to meet them half way. I have sent several emails asking for an update on second order and I’ve had no response. Sadly avoid at all costs is my opinion which is a shame because it could be a really great idea! Even if no update is available or the order is still in progress an update to advise this would have been most welcome instead of being left in limbo wondering what’s going on

I wish I could give 0 stars! Worst Experience Ever with Fanatics.co.uk I cannot express how utterly disappointed I am with Fanatics.co.uk. I paid for Guaranteed Next Day Delivery, but guess what? My delivery did NOT arrive the next day! After contacting their web chat, I was informed that my item had been sent, but DPD stated they were still waiting to receive it. Fast forward two days, and still no sign of my item. When I reached out for an update, I was told to wait an additional three working days. However, their website clearly states that this extended wait time applies only to personalized items, which mine was NOT. They kept insisting I be patient, but it’s easy for them to say when they don't have a neurodivergent child eagerly waiting for his birthday outfit. Now, he won’t have the item to wear at his party, and I’m heartbroken. And don't even get me started on the so-called “gesture of goodwill” — a 20% voucher code. I will NEVER shop with Fanatics.co.uk again. Save yourself the trouble and avoid them at all costs!

Pay your money maybe see your goods at some point.

So on the 13th Feb I order a £134 jersey on the the site it said out of stock until 28th Feb, and is around 10 days delivery, so today when checking I see it's eta is May 9th 3 months from when I ordered, when I ask what's going on I'm simply told its out of stock, happy to take your money and make you wait quarter of a year for the goods.

Ordered official England football merchandise £25 t-shirt. The Large size ordered was very small, but I guess they have different ideas about womens sizes where it was manufactured in Bangladesh. Then I realised that the logo was not as I ordered. Final nail in the coffin, when I also realised I had to pay £6.20 to return a t-shirt what wasn't as described. Won't make the same mistake again.

Poor quality product, Great Service

I originally purchased a Manchester United football shirt for my son a year ago, and unfortunately, the sponsor label started peeling off the front. While I understand that some wear and tear is natural, my son has other shirts that are three to four years old, and none have had similar issues. However, I must commend Fanatics for their excellent customer service. After raising my concerns, they quickly responded and provided a full refund, which I really appreciate and will reinvest with them for a new shirt. While I’m disappointed with the quality of the product, I can’t fault the way Fanatics handled the situation – their customer support has been fantastic. Although my poor son still has to endure the ups and downs (mostly downs) of being a Manchester United fan, at least he can now do it in a shirt that isn’t falling apart! Sincerely, James

It took a week from when I placed the order for a personalised football shirt for them to tell me it was out of stock. What a joke. If it’s out of stock, don’t take someone’s money and let them wait around for a week just to tell them they can’t have what they ordered. Shouldn’t be running an e-commerce business if you can’t keep the online storefront updated to reflect stock levels. I won’t use Fanatics ever again.
