vi havde bestilt dekor sten hos et andet firma - som sendte nogle i en forkert farve - vi fandt så dette firma som vi ringede til og spurgte om de havde de dekorfliser vi skulle bruge og bad dem tjekke at det var den rigtige farve! - dette bekræftede sælgeren i telefonen og bad os om at overføre penge til dem i begyndelse af midt i september. Da der er gået 10 dage skriver vi for at rykke for leveringen - der kommer svar retur at de kommer i næste uge! - fint nok for mureren skal jo i gang med at sætte dem op! Nu i slutningen af september kommer der så en mail lørdag morgen - at de alligevel ikke kan levere. om de må få vores kontonummer så vil de overføre penge retur. Mage til lortefirma skal man lede længe efter - nu står vi med en murer der ikke kan komme videre før vi har fundet en ny bort! (PS ja de sælger stadig borten via deres hjemmeside)

Mandag den 6. januar sendte jeg endnu en mail, hvor jeg informerede om, at deres manglende levering og kommunikation er et brud på vores aftale. Jeg gjorde det samtidig klart, at vi ønsker at ophæve købet og få vores forudbetalte penge retur. Denne henvendelse er ligeledes blevet ignoreret. Vi har nu været nødsaget til at bestille vores bordplade et andet sted. Oplevelsen har været under al kritik. Jeg frygter, at virksomheden er ved at gå konkurs, og jeg vil derfor stærkt fraråde andre at handle hos Falke Granit. Opdatering: Kort efter min anmeldelse fik jeg hul igennem til sælger, der beklagede forløbet, samt et undskyldende opkald fra direktøren. Her en uge efter min sidste dialog med dem, har jeg endelig fået mine penge retur.

Jeg var i markedet for at finde en kvartsit plade; J'adore. Efter nogle forgæves forsøg hos andre naturstensfirmaer, blev jeg positivt overrasket over Falke Granit's store udvalg af plader på lager. Når man skal bruge 80-90k på en bordplade, er det jo meget rart at se den...Vi fandt hurtigt den helt rigtige - og jeg må rose salgs/kundeteamet for deres håndtering gennem processen - meget serviceminded og gode til at kommunikere. Jeg var lidt ekstra opmærksom på baggrund af nogle mindre gode anmeldelser på Trustpilot, hvilket jeg også havde en snak med Falke Granit omkring, men da der fornyeligt er kommet ny ejer, betød det, at jeg ikke havde en finger at sætte på forløbet. Så jeg vil anbefale alle at vælge Falke Granit som leverandør.

I had the misfortune of dealing with this unscrupulous company. I had called 46 pharmacies looking for a pharmacy that had my medication in stock. When I called MY DIRECT pharmacy they said they had it in stock. I told them I had made over 40 calls and was relieved they had it. After i gave my nhs number they promised to deliver the next day. Only TWO TABLETS out 30 were delivered!!!! I called to find out why and once they knew who was calling, the phone line went dead. 7 days on and I still have not heard from MY DIRECT PHARMACY , I have run out of my medicine and i am sure they have charged the NHS for 30 tablets when they issued just Two tablets

When i first moved over to my direct Pharmacy, i was getting certain brands of medication from my old pharmacy and forgot to mention in to MDP and when i got the medication I called them and informed them and they got them all changed to the specific brands i required, seriously that is some service. The no hassle of having to chase up your medications and it being delivered at your doorstep on the day of the repeat prescription. Also when the doctors have prescribed me something and have told MDP its super urgent they get to me within a few hours!! So glad i was recommended to these guys and will never look back

Charged £141.67 + vat to clear my gutters and down pipes, which took less than an hour. Claimed my kitchen roof was about to fall in and needed urgent replacement, Whilst waiting for the quote I decided to measure the roof and found the damage was all on the edge and recent. Then found some gutters hadn't been cleaned, blocked down pipes, the reason given was he couldn't reach, which later changed to they were an oversight. How you can professionally clean gutters without using a ladder to 1st asses the job is a joke. Also claimed they didn't need to provide an invoice because we paid cash.

The work was done fast and efficiently and to my complete satisfaction. Steve explained everything he was doing and took many photographs. He is a highly professional roofer and I shall certainly be going back to him.

Ich habe einige Sachen Bestellt. Unter anderem ein Set aus 4 Produkten. Im Karton lag dann nur eines. Naja, kann mal passieren. Kundenservice per mail kontaktiert, der sich noch am gleichen Tag zurückgemeldet hat. Ein, zwei mails hin und her, Retourenformular ausgefüllt und es stellt sich heraus, dass der Kollege im Lager das Set geöffnet, ein Produkt entnommen und in meinen Versandkarton gelegt hat. Das ist so abwegig und skuril, dass ich erstmal laut lachen musste. Dem Support war das sichtlich unangenehm, aber der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und es konnte alles geklärt werden. Die Lieferung kam dann leider erstmal nicht und auf Nachfrage stellte sich raus, dass der Kollege, der sich kümmern wollte krank zu Hause war. Das Packet war dann aber einen Tag später mit Expressversand bei mir. Das war alles etwas holprig, aber da der Kontakt hilfreich und freundlich war würde ich jederzeit wieder bei LTT bestellen. Bei jedem geht mal was schief, wichtig ist, wie damit umgegangen wird. Und das war hier vorbildlich.

Ich bestellte 2 Omnilux Strahler für PAR 64 Kannen. Einer ging sofort kaputt. Auf meinen Vorschlag: ich bestelle 2 neue und bezahle nur einen, ging man nicht ein. Stattdessen kam ein Rücksendeschein und ein umfangreiches Formular, wie die Ware einzupacken ist. Ich sollte also tatsächlich den kaputten Strahler in Originalverpackung und zusätzlicher Umverpackung zurückschicken. Jetzt stelle ich auch noch fest, dass der einzige Laden für dpd-Versand in meiner Nähe wegen Urlaub geschlossen hat. Also müsste ich kilometerweitweit fahren, um eine kaputte Glühlampe zurückzuschicken... Wo bleibt hier der gesunde Menschenverstand? Das können andere besser!

Bought an IBC tank with the description "optimally suited for collecting rainwater". It also stated that it was not to be used for drinking water or groceries. But that is not really an issue for a gray water tank. During discussion with them after they've sent the tank, I find out that they have no clue what the tank has been used for prior and they would not recommend using water stored in the tank for watering. I complained that it's a bit stupid to suggest using it for collecting rainwater if that rainwater can't be used for anything... They will allow me to return the tank but I would have to pay for the return cost myself, which is more than I paid for the tank.

Was told to ask for a machine from these guys by dreamhack, they provided one under the express understanding that it would be returned as soon as my pc was fixed by dreamhack and a proportional refund provided. Took machine back less than 6 hours later and was told to speak to dreamhack for a refund despite paying these people direct. Dreamhack rightly reffered me back to them so I called their head office who denied any refund and told me to go get the machine back and keep it for a bit. What sm I supposed to do with a pc I dont need? Tldr: promised proportional refund then denied said refund with no explanation DO NOT USE *edit* As a reply to Gameffect the rental was done at the event, there were no terms and conditions, there was no refund policy, nothing was explained. The unit was with me as mentioned for less than 6 hours and you wont refund me. Quand on utilise de Bon cadeau aucune date de dispo alors que si on fait la même démarche sans le bon cadeau alors plein de dates de dispo ! comme il n'y avait aucune date de dispo avant 2 mois et que j'arrivais sur la date de fin du fameux bon, j'ai du payer pour prolonger. Malgré le froid, nous avons réussi à accomplir tous les défis demandés. Nous avons bien rigolés en faisant les défis photos. Un peu de culture général avec les défis questions. Une petite remarque : parfois les défis demandés ne sont pas assez précis.

Nous avons pris un "Rallye gourmand" à l'île de Ré et avons été extrêmement déçue de l'expérience. Le descriptif mentionne un quizz fait notamment de blind test : il y en a eu 2 sur tout le parcours. Il est aussi question de 1 ou 2 arrêt degustation (le principe dun rally gourmand!): nous avons eu droit a un paquet de caramel ! Enfin il était question d'un défi photo sur la gastronomie : il y avait 2 ou 3 photos à prendre mais rien concernant la gastronomie a proprement parlé. Un peu dommage de proposer un rally gourmand et que les seules chose qui fasse le lien avec la gastronomie soit des questions de culture G a propos de la culture de l'huître sur l'Ile... Quant a la durée, lorsque nous avons appelé Babasport pour avoir des renseignements, on nous a indiqué une durée de 2H à 2h30 pour l'activité. En 1h20 nous avions terminé le parcours... et sans se presser puisque nous avons meme fait un arrêt "gauffres" pour compenser le reste du rallye. Et encore nous passons sur les soucis de connexion et d'appli qui se déconnecte dès qu'elle est en pause. Pour le prix payé nous sommes extrêmement déçues du déroulé de cette activité. Cela n'a vraiment pas été une expérience concluante et ce qui est annoncé sur votre site et par téléphone est selon nous réellement mensonger

Ett av dom mest oseriösa företag som finns Örebro. Sätter i system att lura framförallt äldre kunder att teckna olika abonnemang som sen är omöjliga att ta sig ur. Min mamma har fallit offer för dom och sitter nu med flera abonnemang som inte går att häva. Totalt likgiltiga inför problemet som dom själva orsakat, kommer med lögn efter lögn. Deras standard svar är att dom har funnits i 16 år och tjänar inget på att lura kunder, enligt mig är det precis det dom tjänar på. Hur kan ett företag som medvetet lurar och manipulerar kunder få fortsätta driva verksamhet? Min mamma som går med rullator, har dålig syn och hörsel är mer värd än att behandlas så ruttet av Teknikbröderna, skäms på er.

Undvik denna kedjan. Dom lockar in personer som inte förstår på vad man ger sig in på ( i detta fall funktionsnedsatt) I sin butik, lurar i dom att fixa abonnemang och säger att tecknar du det här får du en gratis luft rengörare. Förstår sen vad man har tecknat när en familjemedlem säger att det här är inte ett bra avtal och får numret för att säga upp det. Dem i butiken säger att dem inte kan göra något där utan det är Teleco som kan lösa det. (Säger heller inget om att man inte kan säga upp det) Pratar med Teleco och dem löser det men sen får man reda på att butiken nekar hävandet av köp. Detta är en oseriös kedja som inte är tillmötesgående.

Det är tråkigt att inte få det abonnemang man tror sig beställa. Ännu tråkigare är att de idag efter otaliga kontakter där de lovat att försöka rätta till felet och erkänt att de gav mig fel abonnemang plötsligt tvärvänder och skyller allt på Fibio. Jag känner mig maktlös och fattigare gentemot ett gäng pratglada grabbar. Tack för det.

Vill starkt varna för att handla hos Teknikbröderna. De lurade en vän till mig som är i pensionsåldern. Hennes mobil hade blivit låst pga missad betalning till Telia. Hon betalade direkt men fick då besked om att mobilen skulle öppnas först efter helgen. Då hon anv. mobilen i jobbet behövde hon få omg hjälp. Gick då till Teknikbröderna i Krämaren/Örebro. Personalen(Markus + hans chef) ljög och sa att det var tur att hon kom till dom just då, för inom * 24h så skulle hon annars tappa numret och bli tvungen att få ett nytt. Personalen tittade på deras dator och sa att det inte fanns nån bindningstid kvar, men undvek att visa datorskärmen för oss. Verkligheten visade sig vara 20mån bindningstid kvar. Markus på Teknikbröderna ringde sen upp Telia, och med hjälp av min väns tillåtelse (utan att förklara vad som egentligen gjordes) så tvångsförflyttades (porterades) mobilens ab. från Telia till 3. Detta resulterade i en slutnota fr Telia på ca 4000kr, då bindningstiden bröts i förtid. Vi har försökt att få göra upp i godo, men Teknikbröderna tar inte på sig något som helst ansvar för sina egna oseriösa handlingar. (* Telias policy är följande: Om en mob blir avstängd pga utebliven bet. så fryses numret i 30dgr innan den förloras och nån annan kan få numret.) …så bli aldrig kund hos Teknikbröderna.

Fin service och hjälp av dom duktiga säljarna där. Installation fick vi gratis av Carl när vi bytte leverantör av TV. Vi är väldigt nöjda och kommer rekommendera till våra bekanta!

Purchased two wallets, only one was delivered and I was so happy with that one! However, they messaged me about the other wallet saying quality wasn’t up to their standards so I waited for months and it never came. After a year of emailing the same thread about 5 or 6 times I still haven’t received an answer. I can’t contact my CC since it’s been too long. Bummer about the service but the one wallet I do have is still holding up, with some leather stitching coming undone and the zipper gets stuck occasionally.

I ordered a wallet in November, and I still haven't received it yet. I've been communicating with them for 4 months now, and they take little to no action regarding the situation. They keep blaming it on other things instead of taking accountability. I was willing to be patient for them because I was really looking forward to supporting a small sustainable business, but I can see that though they preach sustainability, their business practices are super unsustainable. I've also asked for a refund because the waiting was getting ridiculous, but they keep telling me to wait! Is 4 months not enough for a small wallet? If they cannot offer a clear transaction with their customers because of other things going on, they should not be selling anything. I do not recommend buying anything from this shop.

Avoid at all costs! Be very careful and don't trust their website. I have placed an order on their website on Jan 30th. The order has never arrived. Their communication was awful, customer service is non-existent, emails are answered after weeks with really bad excuses: 'small team, no stock, moving studios' - that's all okay normally, but they should communicate this on the website not hold onto people's money. Personally I know these excuses are not true. My order was worth $207.36 USD and has never been sent to me. I demanded a refund on March 3rd after that I got another email with excuses and no order in sight. On March 12th they told me that they are processing my refund but it's now March 25th and I didn't get my money back. I have reported this company to Europol - it's EU Cybercrime portal and I urge you to do the same. Just Google 'Europol EU report a cybercrime online' as Trustpilot doesn't allow direct links (once you are on the link click on the German flag as thisispapershop are based in Berlin Germany, you can easily fill out the form even if you don't speak German using Chrome as your browser and Google Translate, I got the confirmation from the police station in Berlin that they will investigate this company and that they have successfully received my report). This company is committing a crime. Two other people have now contacted me to say that the same thing happened to them. If this happened to you too please report this company right away so that they don't fool others.
