Klazz est un organisme sérieux. Qui mets en relation professeur, famille d’accueil, et tout ce dont nous avons besoin. Après 1 mois avec eux je recommande ce programme ! Les cours sont diversifiés, bien que tous les niveaux se côtoient, la professeure s'adapte parfaitement aux demandes. Au cœur de Londres, ce qui permet de découvrir après les cours (même en programme intensive). Rapport qualité/prix au top !

Formatrice bon niveau mais groupe hétérogène
La formatrice était agréable et d’un bon niveau même si elle ne vivait en UK que depuis ~2ans (elle a étudié la littérature anglaise dans son pays d’origine non anglophone). Le problème était le niveau hétérogène et la différence d’âge entre les étudiants (plusieurs à ~ 17ans et 1 à 45 ans), les plus jeunes étant souvent moins assidus et concentrés pendant le cours. La formatrice a eu du mal à tenir les plus agités... Klazz gagnerait à homogénéiser les groupes ou au moins à les équilibrer. Bilan mitigé.

La famille où j'ai été pendant mon séjour était très agréable et accueillante ainsi que la professeur. Néanmoins je ne suis pas contante concernant les informations qui mon été donner concernant la professeur qui devait parler français alors quel ne parlait que Anglais. Klazz m'avait bien préciser que les professeur avait des notions de français alors que pas du tous. De plus nous devions être dans des classes avec un niveau équivalant alors que en réalité pas du tous, ce qui ralentie la classe et certaine personnes apprenne des choses qu'elles connaissent déjà ou le niveau est trop élevée. Vous devez être plus transparent sur le service que vous proposer et respecter les informations donner !

Useless warranty- Very bad customer service
After 5 months fridge freezer started making a horrible noise on and off. Phoned Warranty service and 3 days later the promised engineer call to book a visit has still not happened. Rude and very disinterested warranty "support" staff. The service times are poor, if they even stuck to them, but they honestly could not care less about their customers.

Flames too high
Registering the appliance, was fairly easy, but not overly happy with the hob. Been told in the shop, the dual flame would go down to single on low mark, but that doesn't happen. All flames are a bit to high even on minimum.

Thank you ,for your advice, at the age of 77 I do know how to pre heat my oven, and always do so, but I assure you this oven is awful, ive never even used the grill, I did offer to buy an up graded oven from you but this was declined, so I'll now put my experiences behind me and not use your products again or recommend them.

5 Star product and 5 Star Customer Service
Owned a Teknix dishwasher now for the best part of 5 years, it gets used every day at least once and it honestly has never missed a beat. A perfect wash every time! Recently I noticed a small pool of water on the floor after each wash so thought it was time to change the door seal, I contacted Teknix about the availability of the door seals and they informed me they were readily available at a reasonable price. I ordered through James who was most helpful, even sending me a picture of the new seal to make sure it matched the old one. Once I confirmed and paid it was with me within a couple of days. The bonus was the seal was easy enough to change and we now have a dry floor after each use...Happy wife = happy life...Thanks James and Teknix!

Positive experience
Delivered on time. Had to change the door opening side, tricky, but doable. Still working after two days, can’t be bad. Guarantee registration was straight forward, with confirmation arriving quickly. So no complaints, just hope it lasts.

DO NOT BUY TEKNIX PRODUCTS! I bought a microwave from Teknix which the door was broken in the first month (brand new product over £400). It then started making a loud rattling noise. Come back and forth with the customer service, they would NOT fix or replace the product due to the sound which never occurred before. Now I have a rattling microwave which I paid a bomb for. No replacement, no fix and is not seen as a 'fault'. Stay away from this company and their customer service (Keighan/Bekky) are of little help. Their specific response was "That's how the microwave is, the noise is normal. I asked "Do you own the same microwave?" Response was "No" This is all you should know about Teknix.

What a great company
What a great company! James sourced a fridge shelf for me in December 2024. He went over and beyond to find it for me. He even delivered it personally. It was only a small part and wouldn't have given him much profit but I still felt I had been treated the same as a customer spending a lot of money. Thank you so much!

Schon das 2te mal bestellt. Wieder der gleiche sehr schöne Teppich. Das Foto stellt die Farben sehr authentisch dar. Leicht glänzend, muß man mögen - für uns gut. Dichte feine Textur. Wurde mit sehr starken Falten, fest gerollt, zügig geliefert. Nach dem ersten Schrecken - den waschbaren (80x150cm) pflegeleichten Teppich in die Waschmaschine - er war dann wieder glatt und wie neu. Bin zufrieden. Danke.

Jeg kontaktede Per´s VVS en morgen kl 7.15. De ville komme mellem 10-12 samme dag. Da jeg kom ½ times kørsel fra huset de skulle lave service, blev der lavet en aftale om, at montøren ringede til mig ½ time før ankomst. Det gjorde han. Han var nødt til at komme et par dage efter, og da jeg ikke havde mulighed for at være i huset grundet arbejde, fik montøren en nøgle, som han afleverede hos en genbo. Alt i alt en super god oplevelse. Og stor tak til Nick😉👍

Esquire could not complete the job
A quick response was received on a Sunday for an unexpected Iast minute move the following day. Since the quote was comparable, reviews were positive, and research was favorable, Esquire was hired at their cash rate of $115.00 per hour and not the additional 4% credit card fee added to the invoice totals. The move was to transfer boxes and some furniture from 6-7 rooms to the basement so flooring could be replaced. I offered to send Yuri pictures so he could see the quantity and type of items to be moved, but I was told that with their extensive experience being a "Certified" New England mover it wasn't necessary. I also relayed that the contractor offered to help, but Yuri told me that, due to liability concerns of broken items and blame, that they would prefer to move everything themselves and the move would take only 2 hours by 2 movers. The movers arrived 2 hours after the agreed upon noon start time (during normal lunch hours). They were coming 1/2 hour away from Framingham to Worcester, but I was charged an hour and a half of travel time at the beginning of the job and the end. They also could not complete the job because an empty china cabinet, in my family for generations, was too heavy. If I was moving to another residence or state I would have had to leave it. When I asked if the removable cabinet top and drawers were separated could it then be brought down the 1 flight of stairs. That was denied due to weight, without an attempt to see if they could even lift each piece. There was also a very heavy island and when I asked if that could be broken down into pieces and moved down the 1 flight of stairs Yuri told me they COULD do that (but my contractor actually brought all pieces down himself). When I asked if a third mover was in the area could they come assist the 2 piece cabinet move down the 12 steps, I was told I would have to pay that third salary, additional travel time, plus extra time for the movers already there. All problem solving suggestions were from me and not 1 idea from Esquire. Unfortunate since there are at least 6 more jobs from me alone between now (July 2024) and next year. Naturally, no one should ever be in harm's way and liability should always be taken into consideration. These are all reasonable business practices. However, if I was authorizing assistance to keep a precious family heirloom, including the offer to sign a waiver, that option should be available. With extensive expertise I would have thought alternatives could have been considered. As a newly disabled recent double amputee with no legs I was completely dependant on professionals who over-inflated travel time, couldn't complete the job they were hired for, offered no suggestions on how to tackle issues, and were completely satisfied leaving behind beloved heirlooms with family memories and history attached to them. All for over $500.00. If you have family heirlooms or items you cherish and would like to keep then I strongly recommend hiring someone else.

INCOMPÉTENCES NOTOIRES AVEC L'ART DE MENTIR ET DE VOUS FAIRE TOURNER EN BOURIQUE
J'ai commandé le 28/03/24, en passant par Quentin de GYROWORLD, un tricycle VT5, avec cabine, portes zippées et un pack batterie lithium. J'ai réglé la somme par virement ( sinon pas de commande) le 01/04/24. J'ai reçu la facture de KARLUST le 02/04/24 et le tricycle, expéditeur/ remettant : KIREST le 11/04/24. ET C'EST A PARTIR DE LA QUE TOUT SE GATE. En effet, la commande était incomplète, il me manquait les portes zippées ainsi que les batteries lithium. De plus le produit livré n'était ni celui sur le site et ni celui que j'ai essayé à MAROLLES SUR SEINE. PAS DE SUIVI PRODUIT, ET IL FAUT PRIER QUE TOUT SOIT LIVRÉ SINON LE CAUCHEMAR COMMENCE. Le 18/04, je crée ma demande SAV. Après une soixantaine d'échange avec Christelle R.(C.R.) d' ESCALADES SAV KIREST, je suis, à ce jour, sans nouvelles d'aucune de ces sociétés encore redevable de près 900 €. Le 22/04 C.R. m'informe que les accessoires arrivent dans un second temps. BIZARRE, LA CABINE EST MONTEE. Le 07/05 C.R. m'informe que les portes et batteries sont en cours d'expédition. Le 24/05 C.R. relance l'entrepôt et me propose un remboursement partiel pour s'excuser du retard. Le 29/05 C.R. m'informe qu'une demande de remboursement est en cours de traitement et que mon dossier est en cours de validation. Le 24/06 C.R. se renseigne, soit disant en insistant, au près du service concerné pour les reliquats. Le 02/07 j'apprends que la société qui fournit les pièces à fait faillite et qu'ils recherchent une alternative faute de quoi ils rembourseront les accessoires. Le 15/07 C.R. est toujours en attente de réponse de la direction, puis m'informe, d'après le service, les accessoires manquants devraient arriver dans 15 jours. ENCORE UNE FOIS BIZARRE !!! EN COURS DE LIVRAISON, FOURNISSEUR QUI FAIT FAILLITE, PUIS LES ACCESSOIRES DEVRAIENT ARRIVER. MÊME EUX, NE SAVENT PAS SUR QUEL PIEDS DANSER. Le 30/07 C.R. attend encore le retour de la direction et me précise que je serai remboursé si ce n'est pas disponible. PERSONNE NE CONNAIS LES STOKS. Ce même jour, l'on me confirme qu'un remboursement sera effectué. Il a fallu attendre fin Septembre pour recevoir 200 €, qui correspond au montant des portes zippées JE TIENS A SIGNALER QUE SUITE A CE REMBOURSEMENT, J'AI ACHETÉ LES PORTES ZIPPÉES AINSI QUE LA FERMETURE ARRIÈRE POUR 60 € LIVRÉ. J'AI DU RÉALISER LE MONTAGE. Depuis Octobre, plus de relations avec ces sociétés, j'ai déposé une plainte et j' attends la suite, car il me sont redevable encore de près de 900 €. J'ESPÈRE QUE MON EXPÉRIENCE VOUS FERA FUIR CES ENTITÉS D'UNE INCOMPÉTENCE INCROYABLES.

Witam, Pragnę podzielić się swoją oceną obsługi klienta firmy Courtside. Niestety, jak na chwilę obecną przyznałbym zero gwiazdek gdyby to było możliwe. Zakupiłem buty marki Yonex, z wyższej półki cenowej. Otrzymałem model niższy (tańszy o kilkaset PLN). Na moją pisemną interwencję z prośbą o wysłanie prawidłowego produktu firma nie odpowiedziała (oczywiście dołączyłem dokumentację). Kuriozalną sprawą jest że do obsługi klienta tej firmy nie można zadzwonić (wysyłka towaru z zagranicy, jedyna forma kontaktu to email, na który zresztą firma nie odpowiada, czekam już kilka dni). Prosiłem o kontakt telefoniczny - także bezskutecznie. Reasumując - serdecznie odradzam jakiekolwiek zakupy. Obsługa klienta nie odpowiada dzisiejszym czasom i standardowi oczekiwanemu u internetowego sprzedawcy. Pozdrawiam

SAV ?
Bonjour, J'ai commandé un arc de chasse traditionnel recurve (Buck Trail Elite Meridian en 62 pouces) le 22/02/2024. Lors de ma première sortie de chasse avec l'arc le 28/10/2024, ce dernier me claque dans les mains... cassé en deux. Il semblerait que cela soit un défaut de fabrication. Je n'ai a ce jour toujours pas reçu de nouvel arc, Hattila m'a pourtant bien confirmé que le fabricant acceptait de me l'échanger. Mais huit mail plus tard, toujours rien... J'ai lâché 1 021,97€ en huit mois sur ce site pour pouvoir chasser à l'arc sur la saison 2024/2025, j'aurais pu au moins en faire la moitié si le SAV était réactif mais non... Affaire à suivre mais pas sûr que je recommande sur ce site. EDIT : Je n'ai pas le choix de modifier mon avis si je veux répondre à Hattila. Voici leur réponse sur mon avis : "Votre avis est injustifiée car nous avons répondu à chacun de vos mails. Un an après l'achat vous avez eu un souci avec votre arc, nous avons de suite fait la demande au fabricant et nous sommes en attente du remplacement de l'arc du fabricant pour procéder à la réexpédition." Hattila, sur ce coup vous faites preuve de mauvaise fois. J'ai acheté mon arc en février et il a cassé en octobre, cela ne fait donc pas un an comme vous l'écrivez mais 8 mois. Certes, vous avez répondu rapidement à chacun de mes mails, mais je dois vous relancer sans cesse pour avoir des nouvelles, et c'est quand je vous envoie un mail que vous "venez de relancer le fabricant"... Pourquoi est-ce si long ???

hatte mir den sport bh louisa bestellt, dieser kam mit seltsamen weißen flecken an!? außerdem wirklich unterirdische qualität (leider kann ich hier keine bilder hochladen) und das ist nicht übertrieben. bei ein paar nähten waren die fäden einfach gar nicht vernäht, nicht mal abgeschnitten und standen gute 5 cm ab.. der träger war nicht grade genäht, sondern hatte eine krumme stelle, einfach komplett krumm genäht..?? auch am rücken gab es noch eine sehr unschön vernähte stelle. und das für 39,99€?! ABZOCKE!

Schrecklicher Kundenservice
Die Qualität ist okay, der Kundenservice unterirdisch. Ich habe beim Black Friday bestellt und kurz vor Weihnachten mein Paket erhalten! Ich habe meine Bestellung Reverpackt von DHL bekommen, ich sollte eine Schadensanzeige bei DHL veranlassen und die Ware zu DHL schicken, parallel wurde mir von Smilodox versprochen, mir das Paket erneut zuzusenden. Das ist nie passiert, per email soll man ständig alles erneut schildern, hat man alle Informationen übertragen, wird man ignoriert und bekommt eine Antwort mehr. Über die Klamotten die dann von DHL an smilodox zurückgesendet werden habe ich eine Rückzahlung bekommen, über die Ware, die nie im Paket war nicht, ich habe jetzt also Ware bezahlt, die ich nie gesehen habe und werde seitdem ignoriert.

Eine einzige Enttäuschung – Smilodox ist mehr Schein als Sein!
Selten habe ich ein Unternehmen erlebt, das dermaßen unfähig und kundenunfreundlich agiert. Schon die Bestellung war eine Farce, doch der wahre Albtraum beginnt erst, wenn es Probleme gibt. Der sogenannte Kundenservice ist nichts weiter als eine schlecht programmierte Textbaustein-Maschinerie – egal, wie detailliert man sein Anliegen schildert, man erhält stets nur vorgefertigte Standardantworten, die keinerlei Bezug zum eigentlichen Problem haben. Eine ernsthafte Lösung? Fehlanzeige! Besonders dreist ist die Wartezeit auf Erstattungen. Man wird vertröstet, hingehalten und schlichtweg ignoriert. Es scheint fast so, als sei es Geschäftsstrategie, Kunden mürbe zu machen, damit sie irgendwann resignieren und auf ihr Geld verzichten. Und wehe, man wagt es, eine negative Bewertung zu schreiben! Diese wird entweder kommentarlos gelöscht oder erst gar nicht veröffentlicht. Offenbar legt Smilodox mehr Wert darauf, sein makelloses Image künstlich zu pflegen, als sich tatsächlich um Kundenzufriedenheit zu bemühen. All das passt nur allzu gut zur Karriere von Flying Uwe – einst gefeierter Fitness-Influencer, heute ein Unternehmer, der sein Image über alles stellt, während hinter den Kulissen nichts als heiße Luft bleibt. Viel Marketing, viel Eigenlob, doch sobald man genauer hinsieht, entpuppt sich das ganze Konstrukt als leere Fassade. Smilodox steht sinnbildlich für diese Art von Geschäft: eine glänzende Oberfläche, die auf Social Media makellos inszeniert wird, während die Realität dahinter eine ganz andere ist. Wer sich Frust, lange Wartezeiten und unprofessionellen Support ersparen will, sollte einen großen Bogen um dieses Unternehmen machen. Hier zählt nicht der Kunde, sondern nur die Außenwirkung – und wer das kritisiert, dessen Bewertung wird dann einfach gelöscht. Ein Armutszeugnis!

Schlechte Reklamation bei Geschenken
Ich hab den Trinkbecher 1,2l in rosa vor einiger Zeit geschenkt bekommen. Nun lässt sich leider der Deckel nicht mehr schließen. Also man dreht und dreht und der Deckel lässt sich danach einfach abziehen. Ich habe den Becher bisher ungefähr 20 mal benutzt und nun ist er nicht mehr brauchbar. Der Kundenservice von smilodox war mir leider auch keine Hilfe. Sie meinten sie benötigen eine Bestellnummer, sonst können sie mir auch nicht helfen. Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht von dieser Marke und werde dort definitiv kein Kunde werden.

Ich habe ware von über 70€ warenwert zurückgeschickt, und nur die Hälfte zurückbekommen es hies das ich es nicht angekreuzt hätte bei dem rückgabeschein. Was ich aber definitiv gemacht hab und ordnungsmäßig alles zurückgeschickt habe. Abzocker!

Tolle Produkte und guter Kundenservice
Bei meiner Bestellung hat ein Artikel gefehlt, was mal vorkommen kann. Der Kundenservice hat jedoch sehr schnell und überaus freundlich reagiert und veranlassen die Nachlieferung. Ich bin mit den Preisen und der Qualität der Klamotten sehr zufrieden und die 2l Stahltrinkflasche als Gratisartikel zur Bestellung ist mega! Die Lieferzeit ist nur leider wirklich ziemlich lang ;-) ( man wird jedoch über den Lieferstatus laufend informiert)

Schlechter Service
Zugegebenermaßen haben die Klamotten eine gute Qualität. Doch der Service ist unterirdisch und stellt alles positive in den Hintergrund. Wir haben vor Weihnachten per Expressversand liefern lassen. Die Ware kam verspätet an, was passieren kann, kein Problem. Doch nach unserer Bitte das Geld zu erstatten, bekamen wir einen weiteren Jogger versandt. Wir schickten diesen ebenfalls zurück und bekamen nichtmal eine Antwort auf diese Retoure. Nach unserer Kontaktaufnahme hieß es dann wir sollten 14 Tage warten. Wohl gemerkt der Vorgang geht bereits seitdem 23.12.2024. Ich frage mich ob es eine Masche ist, die darauf aus ist, dass wir Kunden einfach die Geduld verlieren und es dabei belassen.

Quality control nil
Quality control nil I purchased 6 pre finished doors before Christmas, the joiner installed 5 of them before I arrived home then pointed out damage on the face of the 6th door. When I check all doors 3 out of 6 had visible damage, despite the doors being delivered wrapped with no sign of damaged protection. When I contacted EG and sent photos they said they’d refer to their supplier. Several weeks later after chasing a resolution they said as the doors had been hung they were not prepared to do anything. Last time I purchase anything from Everton Glass. EG thank you for the reply, however there were no such advice notes included in the delivery. You were notified as soon as I became aware. My contract was with EG not your supplier.

I was so happy when I received my HiSmith machine under a week. Shipped from their company in California to Louisiana using UPS. I was sure the website was a scam but this is definitely a legitimate company. Yes, this may be a Chinese product but who cares if the product actually works and the company responds to your concerns. When I contacted them via email, they responded the same day so their customer service is great. The machine looks fantastic and I love the weight of it heavy and sturdy. I see comments talking about their bad experience but this is my first time ordering from them and no problems. I will definitely order more product from them. I haven't tried the product yet and I will leave another review once I have tried it. HiSmith I know you'll see this comment and I want to thank you for your customer service.

It is a shame to have EPMG legal Ltd as part of Encore group
First I have to be honest that Estate management department is perfect and I always get promptly response from manager Sophie on the same day, which is amazing, she deserves 5 star, and she did everything she can to help solving all the issue. The one I need to rate 1 star here is their legal team ( EPMG legal team, 2 Hills Road, Cambridge CB2 1JP) Part of Encore Property Management Group. It is a shame to have this legal team in Encore The Encore group took over management for Goodmans field in June 2024, and my deed of covenant was sent to previous management company on 1st June by my solicitor (quite coincident), so I had my solicitor details and relevant documents passed to the Encore legal team for the to communicate with my solicitor to update the new ownership information after my purchase, as they are the new management company. After 9 MONTHS commutation, the ownership still remains with previous leash holder, ( I have noticed similar problem in other reviews here) I haven’t got my services charge bill yet. Obviously there are some misunderstand and communication problem in between. However, it is unbelievable how slow the legal team reacted, the longest replied from them was after 56 days ( email record can be provided ) . Every email was dealt by different advisors but none of them was able to FOLLOW UP and solve the issue. I have a complete excel table to send to you if you need, showing that every email reply from my solicitor is within reasonable time frame ( same day or 3 working days ) while some of respond time from your legal team are almost 1-2 months, which is ridiculous. It is a shame that Encore group have this irresponsible legal team to handle all the service charge matter, they seem don’t care at all. Even Ex-local council flat management does better than that in terms of handling service charge bill . There are multiple ways to speed up the process, unfortunately your legal seems not keen to solve issues based on their reply time frame. Before you reply my review, please go to check another source like Google Review Rating first ( it is 1 star ) about your legal team “EPMG legal limited” you will be able to find how neglecting your legal team are and how clients’ comment about them. Suggestion : find professional manager to run your legal team and change the way of dealing with clients.

My service charge has gone up 41% in the last two years!! I pay now nearly £110 per month for one bed maisonette and I do not live in London, only central of England! It’s a joke. I have been waiting a year now for the invoices for last year because I don’t know what I am paying for. My front garden supposed to be looked after them but I have been having this dead plant for months and months now . I have to deal with all that through L&Q and it makes it even worse. The worst of the worst
The worst of the worst. I belive there should be some legal charges I can press regarding what I am paying for and what I get. Paying for a 500mbps but mostly only get less than 10mbps, gets worse during evening drops to as low as 1mbps, can't literally open a simple html web page. Occasionally I will get up to maybe 100mbps but that will only last a few minutes and then it's back to less than 10 I have called the customer care, my call logs shows over 20 calls, yet they seem to read out the same rehearsed script to me every single time. Please if anyone know what legal grounds I can take kindly advise I am being frustrated by this. I advise anyone who's considering using their service to stay away.

Installation was great!
Just had clearfibre installed in our apartment after it was installed in our building a while ago. The engineer Kev was incredible. So polite and explained everything he would need to do, also gave my husband a call to tell us his ETA. Made him a brew and left him to it. It took max an hour and 45 mins. He even had to work around the lack of plug sockets in our hallway and drill through into our spare room which was no problem. Minus the new router attached to the wall you'd never know anything had been done. Kev even hoovered up after himself. 10/10 for the installation. So far so good. Internet is incredibly fast to connect and download/upload speeds are great! Much better than our previous provider. Up to press we are incredibly happy with the service.

My wife had a horrible experience w this Doctor Lu and her unprofessional staff .Here's her expereince Malou Amor From Day 1 this Dr Lu treats you like a number on an assembly line . She is impatient , super rude , dismissive and very unprofessional . Except for a few good assistant PT the rest of her support staff are horrible , a bunch of untrained kids , who are left on their own to manage patient exercises ( is this even legal ? are they even licensed ? ) and make up rules on their own . She relies on these kids to give us instructions unsupervised by any licensed Therapist. This is just to kill time . This doctor only wants to collect her money , When one tries to clarify w her all the conflicting rules , she s impatient and screams at her patients . Dr Lu is a typical . chinese authoritarian doctor who expects patients to just swallow all her and her staff's mistakes and does not want to be questioned when they are out of line .She lets kids run and manage the clinic . theyre not even licensed. horrible Doctor , horrible staff . This is a very ghetto place and very unprofessional . I would run away from this place There are much much better places to go to .

Terrific PT Services multiple times
I am extremely happy with the quality of service and healing process with 360 Physical Therapy. Whether Dr. Raj is speaking with me or any other patient, his kindness, concern, bed side manner, sense of humor, explanation of what is doing on with your treated area and how he maps out the plan of the day is wonderful. I was in the lobby, since I arrived early, and I heard him talking with an elderly lady about her treatment plan. His kind tone, patience, and warmth in his voice as he spoke to her about her situation was incredible. He was so respectful and was mapping out what she needed to do with her other doctors to make sure everyone was on the same page. It was heart warming. I first needed to go to Dr Raj for my right shoulder. Within a month of PT my shoulder was back to normal. Then I lifted something that was very light and tweaked it, so back to Dr. Raj. Withing 2 weeks it was fixed and I haven't had any issues since then. Then the right hip started acting up so started the process with Dr. Raj. It's been a few weeks and it is starting to feel better and the limp is almost gone. I still have work to do on my hip, but I know Dr. Raj will get me back to my normal hip health soon.

I went to 360pt for rehab after rotator…
I went to 360pt for rehab after rotator cuff surgery followed immediately by rehab for a knee replacement. In total I spent 3 days a week for nearly 8 months there. And now after all that time, I can say that I feel great, my joints are functioning well, and I have been able to return to the gym. Dr Kumar is knowledgeable, motivating, and kind. His facility is clean, spacious, and well equipped. His commitment to excellence is obvious.

Good customer service
I ordered one pair of shoes a slightly different style from my first pair. It wasn’t as comfortable as the original style so i asked to return them. I ordered the color i wanted in the original style. That order came right away but inly had 1 shoe in the box!!! I contacted support and they said to just keep the shoe and they refunded my money. Meanwhile, I hadn’t returned the first pair yet. I went to do that and discovered it would cost me ($16) to mail them plus I would have to pay a restocking fee. I’ll do better to sell them on facebook then get a refund after costs. So the customer service was good, and I really love the comfort of the shoe, make sure you want what you order because if’s not worth it to return.

Service lent pour au final obtenir un refus. Demande finalement acceptée sans conditions dans plusieurs autres agences... Cherchez l'erreur. De plus, difficile à contacter, quand on appelle, pas de retour, de même pour les e-mails.

arnaque, à fuir immédiatement, vous font de fausses promesses de rendements, dès que vous avez besoin de retirer une somme, il n y a plus personne qui vous répond, le site et les adresses mails sont effacées donc plus de retour possible de votre argent

Very poor customer service and parts!
Ordered a screen replacement for my iPhone and replaced it myself no problems but after about a month the glass and frame began to separate. The display was faulty and when I contacted them and asked them to sort this out they said they couldn’t help me even though the replacement they had sent was damaged.

I bought the screen through amazon. The screen had good quality and was easy to install, nevertheless there was a problem with compatibility. The customer service took accountability for the problem and made me a full refund in my paypal account after making the corresponding comprobations.

Absolutely dreadful customer service
Absolutely dreadful customer service. Their prices might be cheap but what good is a cheap phone screen that doesn’t work. They ignore messages and insist you return items using tracked mail or they say they haven’t received it. If you do use tracked mail to return a faulty item they don’t refund the postage cost. Avoid like the plague.

Avoid they want fake reviews
Bought battery pack for iPhone ,lasted about a month before stopping working contacted them and they wanted me to write a fake review in Amazon and they would refund me through pay pal which I don’t use Told them I wouldn’t do this and they just ignored me and don’t respond to emails

The gluten free pastries are the best…
The gluten free pastries are the best my daughter has had- anywhere. They are pricey, but since she was diagnosed coeliac we have tried literally ALL the others available and nothing compares or even comes close. Customer service used to be a bit sketchy, but I’ve found that has been sorted out now so all in all- AMAZING!

Amazing!! The best gluten free pastries you'll ever eat.
Thoroughly recommend Mannadew for the quality of the pastries and the customer service. The pastries are sublime. We have ordered at least 15 times and have never been disappointed. I rang Mohamed recently as i was having difficulty ordering from the website and he could not have been more helpful. Would give six stars if I could.

Never had better
These are the best gluten-free pastries bar none. I have been to many GF bakeries all over Europe and nothing comes close. As long as you heat them before eating they are absolutely amazing and hard to tell they’re GF. Personally I have had no customer service issues.

You don't need to be GF to enjoy these!
I have avoided gluten for 12 years, having a severe intolerance, and, in that time, I have tried a range of gluten free products from an assortment of companies. I have never found a danish that wasn't a solid mass in parts, like eating a lump of pastry - until I tried Manna Dew. I was skeptical at first, as I've seen the same selling points from many others, however, these are completely justified. Over time, I have tried the plain croissants, almond croissants, pistachio croissants, pain au chocolat, toffee custard cronuts, cinnamon swirl, chocolate twist, vol au vents, spanakopita, and sticky toffee pudding (some fresh when delivered and some after freezing) - all have been delicious, and the preparation guide helps me get the best outcome for each. I really like the plain croissants, and my non-gluten free husband has tried many of the range and thinks they give the regular items a run for their money (some he even prefers from Manna Dew!). I understand some might say that these are pricey but they are quality, so I'm prepared to pay for that and have a treat that actually makes me feel like I'm not missing out for once...
