
No response? Not getting our order!
My husband and I are elderly. I selected a few meals that we wanted to try. Before completing our order, I emailed them our question. For the next few days, I kept receiving a reminder email asking me to complete our order. I sent a few more emails requesting information (their own email said just hit reply if questions). All to no avail. I never took the opportunity to place an order, so I have no idea about food quality. I would not recommend this service.

I’m editing this as the company has responded. The website isn’t that user friendly for checking on credits and gift certificates as you have to enter it each time. It’s not saved in your account like Starbucks or Amazon. But I am updating this to three stars. @sendameal where does one check where the credit was applied to? I will update when I place my second order and see how it goes. If I could give them zero stars I would. I was given a gift certificate from my colleagues as I'm battling cancer and going through chemo. It was a large amount $$ in this gift. I ordered 20 meals, received 18 meals because they canceled two vegetarian meals that are discontinued and didn't deliver the meal or replacement and didn't give me a refund on the two meals that I did not receive. The only way to contact them is through email and they do not respond.

Very disappointing so far
Very disappointing so far. Ordered a few meals to send to a friend returning home from a stay in the hospital. I guess I should have read more carefully, but to tell me that the $24.00 you charged for shipping takes 7-10 days? Perishable items? Unacceptable. Next time I’ll use Spoonful of Comfort or another service.

Easy as Sunday morning coffee….
My wife and I had some family in town before Thanksgiving. We ordered a couple of the turkey dinners with a lot of fixings on the side. Yes! It was a package deal and I didn’t have to bake any big bird. Thank you SendaMeal for the timely delivery and the well packaged shipment. The whole experience was epic, because we had very little work prepping the dinner and the cleanup was a cinch.

Debt can be an overwhelming thing, especially for a first timer. Calling Better Money I was really hopeful for the process, but then I psyched myself out as I was doing research on the Greenwise Financial company and became a little weary. So I called with my concerns and I can say its definitely not a scam, Isiah Smalls is so helpful and attentive his customer service is top-tier and I really appreciate how he walked me through the process. J’ai passé deux ans dans l’école depuis 2022. Je suis très content de la formation et particulièrement de l’évolution de l’école cette année. Les locaux sont incroyables et idéalement situé. Je ne participe qu’à deux modules car je suis moins intéressé par les autres. Les partenariats avec agence de pub et de comédien sont un gros plus même s’il faut vraiment faire des preuves pour être sélectionner dans l’agence de comédien et prouver que l’on est prêt à passer des castings. Je continuerai ma 3e année avec plaisir!

J'ai beaucoup évoluer,grandis;mais pas devenue professionnelle, semi pro a la limite... Coté positif: Des professeurs toujours a l'écoute j'ai rencontrer des casteur, des professionnelle un agent artistique qui fait au mieux et toujours a l'ecoute L'heure de début des cours me convenais malgré le fait que je viens de loin mon jeu c'est améliorer, j'ai appris a jouer des alexandrins, bref c'est une expérience dont je garde un bon souvenir Malheureusement quelques points négatifs qui font toute la différence déjà l'endroit des cours n'étais pas un théâtre (et ça a changer merci pour cela!) L'agence artistique? ,pas d'aide ou d'aboutissement aucun castin trouver pour moi et beaucoup d'autres (encore une fois l'agence a changer [d'ailleurs sans le dire aux anciens!] j'espere que ça a changer en bien car 1 agent pour 150 élèves pas possible) L'organisation en règles général fait on une pièce? ou plusieurs scène? les élèves décident plus que les prof Des cours annulé/décalé au derniers moment sans que l'on sache pourquoi Le module écriture? ils se débrouille pour son rendu et son projet l'école ne l'aide pas Le cours caméra? faite vous filmer par votre téléphone si vous voulez récupérer les images pour vos fin personnelles Les modules sont tres bien mais trop répétitif ce qui fait qu'on se lasse vite et on y va plus au bout d'un moment et il y a plus personne (et donc annulation du cours) L'heure du repas une année il y avais une différence d'une heure entre le cours du matin et le cours de l'après-midi une année ou les deux cours se chevauché et on manger sandwich; pas tres bon pour la santé (encore une fois je ne sais pas comment est cette année mais j'espere qu'ils sont revenus a la 1ere!) Coté neutre Si comme moi vous aimer les cadres et les pièces a préparer pour les spectacle et bien vous aurez une chance sur deux, mais la plupart du temps vous êtes en autonomie et tampis pour vous si vous êtes solitaire/si personne ne vous propose rien/si quand vous demander a x et y il peuvent pas car déjà trop de truc... D'un coté cela vous apprend a etre autonome de l'autre sa créé des clan et des personne reste sur le banc de touche Bref cette école est tres bien si vous voulez vous former pour entre dans des école professionnelle après mais moins si vous voulez devenir pro directement

N'y allez pas
N'y allez pas. C’est tout ce que je voulais dire mais je vais donner un peu de matière. La gestion de cette école n'est pas fiable et absolument pas recommandée pour des comédiens professionnels ou en voie de professionnalisation. Ne croyez rien à ce qui est indiqué sur son site : elle n'est ni la moins chère, ni celle qui compte le plus d'heures d'enseignements. S’il y a effectivement beaucoup de créneaux proposés, vous n'avez en réalité pas le droit de participer plus d'une fois par mois aux « modules », ce qui réduit largement les heures de cours auxquels vous pouvez réellement participer. Les plannings sont toujours réalisés avec soin, de sorte à ce que plusieurs cours se chevauchent régulièrement. Il arrive aussi que les cours prévus n'aient en fait pas lieu… et qu’on se retrouve à attendre, pour rien. Il est aussi monnaie courante que les petites salles de classe se retrouvent surchargées d'élèves, vu qu'aucun quota n'est prévu. De fait, ne croyez rien à la limite du 15 élèves par classe indiqué sur le site, cette limite n’est pas mentionnée dans le contrat que vous signerez ; plusieurs classes d’art dramatiques sont entre 15 et 17 élèves, tous les autres « modules » n’ont pas d’effectif maximal donc on peut facilement se retrouver à 20. La seule vérité annoncée sur le site reste la possibilité d'intégrer l'école à tout moment de l'année. Pire scénario pour une classe qui se forme en début d'année à 11 élèves et qui se retrouve chaque mois avec au moins un élève supplémentaire... pour arriver à 17 en janvier (peut-être plus encore après, je ne saurais dire, j’ai fui). Bref, très chouette pour avancer sur un projet de classe… Avant d'intégrer l'école, vous aurez l'honneur de rencontrer son directeur qui "jugera votre motivation". Je l'ai plutôt senti comme un entretien où l'on achète votre bonne impression en vous offrant une boisson au bar. D’ailleurs, vous serez honoré puisque, à partir de septembre, chacun d’entre vous sera « la dernière audition de l’année ». Vous croirez au dévouement de son directeur pour son école mais il n'en sera rien puisqu’il se défile et vous ignore dès que vous pointez des dysfonctionnements. Faites très attention au contrat que vous allez signer. Vous risquerez de vous retrouver à tout moment dans chacune des situations présentées ci-dessus tout en étant engagé sur un payement sur une année entière - solidarité oblige pour le corps professoral, voyez-vous. Il y en aurait encore beaucoup à dire, mais je pense que ces premières lignes suffisent. Maintenant, à vous de choisir. Si vous cherchez une école sérieuse et transparente, ne vous arrêtez pas ici, c’est perdre son temps. Ceci reste un avis personnel, tiré d’une expérience personnelle.

I am part of a small volunteer group making improvements to a local park. We have a number of Burgon & Ball tools which all do good service. One of our rakes broke. Less adhesion than a post-it note
I bought 4 reels of Plasterboard and Jointing Tape. It says, on the TS website, that it is self-adhesive. It's less sticky than a post-it note. Even on straight flat joins, it just refuses to stay on the plasterboard and, as for uneven joins, there's absolutely no chance. I've wasted my money as it's too much bother to get a refund.

Double Sided Tape for CNC Machining
I was looking at some double sided tape to attach timber to my cnc router table and wasn’t sure if the tape would come off clean after machining the part. I spoke to Lorraine who sent me the data sheet which said that it should release cleanly in that situation. I bought the tape and it worked great for my application.

We have been dealing with Bruce Douglas Ultratape for years and would not go anywhere else for our packaging materials. The products are of excellent quality, and we never have any issues with ordering/deliveries. Delayed Delivery with an unjustifiable excuses from Royal Mail
This excuses of Royal mail to unable to locate my address is becoming ridiculous and nuisating to say the least. With this same excuse they lost my wife's parcel amd had the gut to ask to contact seller for a possible refund. They always claim they cannot locate our address. I have given you a neighbour's commercial hair salon which is opened every day within their delivery zone and hours but you are still failing to deliver my product with same excuse. I am travelling tomorrow 21/02/2025 for a programme and urgently need this suit and cannot afford ro miss it on time tomorrow. Absolutely dreadful
Absolutely dreadful. Will never shop with them again. Bought 10 pairs of socks for boss, he didn't like them (thin, see through, terrible quality) so I returned, only to be told that even though they are brand new, in the original packaging, not worn, that socks are non returnable. Apparently it's the policy. Perhaps that policy needs to be made really clear before purchase. Never ever again.

I am extremely disappointed with Hawes & Curtis's customer service. I purchased multiple shirts from them, only to find that some were missing a second button. When I reached out for a simple request—replacement buttons—I was told they couldn’t send them. This was an easy fix, yet they chose not to resolve the issue. As a result, I will not be purchasing from this company again and will be advising other professionals to do the same. Poor customer service over something so minor speaks volumes about how they handle bigger issues. I do not recommend them.

Appalling customer service
I placed an order on the 19th January and delivery is promised around 5 days after dispatch which was a couple of days after the order being placed. Since the 24th January it is marked as being "in transit" with nothing changed. A chatbot told me that it had no further information and so I complained to customer service who directed back to the useless chatbot. I tried again. My second complaint directed me to a site which told me that it was - in transit. While I admit that the loss of my order is the fault of the courier, the total lack of assistance from Hawes and Curtis is appalling customer service.

H&C mis-sized shirt issue
Update: Changed rating and phrasing after the initial upset. The 2 other shirts were exceptional to the point I'll give H&C another try. I seem to be the only person with this issue of the stretch fabric. Several staff from customer support were particularly supportive with my complaint and the follow-up. I ordered 3 shirts online, all the same size. Two of them were of great quality and fit, but the third shirt was terribly defective in sizing. It was 6" too small in the chest and the sleeves were comically short as well. Customer support said I had to pay for the return shipping out of pocket which added insult to injury.

I've been in and out of this store a lot recently buying wedding suit and accessories. Of the 5 or so times I've been in, every time I've had great service, very professional and helpful. Additional credit goes to (apologies for possibly butchering his name) Eamonn- I have specific trouble with shirts that he spent an absolute age helping to find a way around. I couldn't compliment his professionalism more. Products have also been great, but focussing this review largely on the quality of service from the team in the store, 10/10. Will be back.

Awful customer service
Having used the brand for a number of years and considerable spend I purchased a pair of linen trousers that were clearly faulty. The material split after minimal use and the customer service was terrible. I was told after very little consideration ‘that they consider the decision final and the case closed’. Great customer care for what was a very loyal customer! Said it was wear and tear, I had worn the trousers a handful of times. Extremely disappointing!

Do not use, I think they have gone bust?
My previous review is below but after years of using this Company I think they have gone bust??? I placed an order for two bottles of Dua 6 weeks ago and still nothing. The wait is always max' 4 weeks. They have had my money for 6 whole weeks! I have emailed 4 times and no response. I will give them another week and then claim a charge back from Amex. Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE. MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have been using Scentit for many years. I love Dua fragrances. They are as good, if not better as the originals in my opinion. Definitely not cheap and trash dupes like everywhere else. I love niche fragrances such as Amouage etc but I simply cannot afford their prices, but Dua offer the same product more or less, at a fraction of the cost. For a pre-order you do have to wait, and sometimes it's a long time, but this is due to Scentit obtaining it from the USA. I am SO grateful to Scentit as otherwise I would have to use the Dua Website and the cost from the USA is huge. At least we know the fragrances are fresh and not stored for years. If the item is in stock it comes very quickly. I ordered some Rose for Him on Friday and it arrived today (Sunday), the fragrance by the way is awesome. I bought this after trying it as a sample they gave me with my last order. I HIGHLY recommend this Company. If I've had any questions I have always received an email reply within a few days. The final straw has been no phone signal this weekend with open reach saying it’s the providers problem and clear business having answerphone stating they are only open Monday to Friday !!! Avoid Vitashop – Poor Customer Service & Unprofessional Handling
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Vitashop, and I feel compelled to share my concerns so that others can make informed decisions before shopping here. After placing an order worth $112.42 I was only notified of a stock issue after completing the purchase. This is a clear sign of poor inventory management and a lack of transparency. Instead of proactively reaching out with a fair resolution, I was forced to engage in back-and-forth negotiations to simply receive what I had paid for. Their response to the situation was highly unprofessional. Rather than taking full accountability for their mistake, they offered a discount coupon instead of an appropriate resolution. A responsible business would have ensured a satisfied customer rather than trying to profit further from their own error. The lack of customer care is evident in their refusal to provide meaningful compensation despite the inconvenience they caused. If a company truly values its customers, they would act accordingly—Vitashop, unfortunately, did not. Based on this experience, I will not be shopping here again, and I cannot recommend this business to anyone looking for a reliable and professional online shopping experience. If you expect transparency, accountability, and proper customer service, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Offered to “upgrade” one of the items for a similar product that was double the price but I would have to pay the difference with 10% off.. Minutes later, get another call that the only other item I bought is also not in stock… Now I wait for a refund of my whole order… Let’s see how that goes 🙄

Needs Improvement
They used to be very fast & had the supply. On 2 recent orders they had not actioned (no ‘getting your order ready‘, making a shipping label, shipment on the way - nothing) at all until I enquired *5 days* after placing an order. Also, they should notify a customer when a product is out of of stock PRIOR to shipping - not when a customer receives their package. This leaves them searching for a new source, placing an order & waiting an additional 10 days when they’ve been expecting & relying on Vitashop.ca the entire time. Communication is key.

Pedido el 10 de febrero de 2025 seguimiento ZH138540382MX, mail americas solicitó pago extra por cobros aduanales el 22 de febrero (que en la página no especifican que van a hacer un cobro extra por este concepto) por $16 dólares, casi $400 pesos mexicanos, de inmediato realicé el pago el mismo día, mail Americas envío e Mail de confirmación de pago recibido el 23 de febrero, despues de unos días al ver que el estatus de mi pedido no cambia se mantiene en custodia por cobros aduanales, envié correo el 25 de febrero y dicen que están a cargo del problema que lo van a resolver y escribo una opinión en esta página, la fecha de entrega era programada para el 26 de febrero, el día de hoy 3 de marzo del 2025 el paquete sigue sin llegar, el estatus sin cambiar, goalinn sin responder y solucionar y Mail americas igual. Es una estafa!!!! Demanda colectiva y videos donde se evidencia lo que hacen es lo que los clientes estafados debemos hacer con todas las pruebas. I used Maskells Estate to let a property with them from September 2023 through September 2024. The landlord decided to sell the property midway through and thus had me move out 3 months early in June 2024. I was told at this time that I would be reimbursed for the rent I had already paid (I am a student and pay 6 monthly) and the deposit returned after I had the flat professionally cleaned. The process of setting up the tenancy was fairly quick and the letting agent (Alex) was amazing! However, once the tenancy started this changed. Alex was replaced by an agent (Vashti), who to her credit, did her best, but the landlord was difficult. The landlord was impossible to contact or communicate with, and this led to issues with maintenance. The clerk they hired for the inventory had also left out over 30 items, and this caused problems down the line. Once I moved out, however, this changed again. A new agent (Hayley) took over from Vashti for the termination of the tenancy. While Hayley has mostly been fairly good at communicating with me, I have been moved out/tenancy ended for over 3 weeks and still have yet to receive any information regarding my deposit or the reimbursement of the rent I had paid for the final 3 months of my tenancy. I have not received any charges against the deposit, I have not received the deposit back (even though legally the limit is within 10 days of move out), and I have not heard anything about the reimbursement for my rent. The only thing I have heard is that the professional cleaning was insufficient - even though I hired the company Vashti recommended. While Maskells seems to be a fine letting agency, they unfortunately work with bad clerks, sketchy landlords, and assist in housing scams. I would never work with them again because I am still waiting for the over £10,000 that I am owed. Update/edit: At the time of the original post, I had not received any information about my money. I was successfully reimbursed for the entirety of my deposit and my rent (but only after I said I would bring in legal counsel and mentioned London's guidelines that landlords return rent within 10 days of the tenancy ending) approximately 5 weeks after my move out was confirmed. I still stick with my original review - the landlord had no intention of allowing me to stay for the entirety of the original lease, something the letting agency would have been aware of. It took me threatening legal involvement to get my money back, and I think I was more than fair with stating I would accept a return of my money within 6 weeks. As stated in the original review, anything requiring the landlord's approval took a very long time. My statement regarding the maintenance being "fast" was referring to how quickly the maintenance was completed AFTER the confirmation/the month spent asking for it in the first place. The clerk did a terrible job, and they attempted to penalise me for leaving things that were in the property before I moved in because the clerk had forgotten to include 30+ items, even after I was told to "do my best and leave things that were not mine in the property" even if they were not in the document. If I had not insisted on my deposit being returned within a reasonable time frame and contested the charges, I would not have gotten the deposit back. They attempted to scam me out of my deposit and my rent with false excuses, and I fully believe if I had not been firm with my communications and my intent to bring on a lawyer it never would have been returned. Like I said in the original review, the letting agents were individually fine and fairly competent, but overall it was not a good experience. The property was nice, but everything was overcomplicated, convoluted, and difficult because of the landlord. I will add a star, bringing this to a 2 star review since my money has since been returned, but I believe that is more than fair.

Just don’t use them
They are dishonest and in my case they changed the terms of the contract 20 minutes before I was going to sign it telling me that I now had to pay an extra 700 pounds per month for a house in Chelsea. They simply chose to ignore a ‘handshake agreement’. And now when I am moving out they suddenly claim I have to buy brand new beds for the owner instead of the disgusting ones I took over. I am taking legal action if they don’t start to behave properly. THE ANSWER BELOW FROM MASKELLS IS NOT STATING THE FACTS CORRECTLY…THE GUY RUNNING THE CHELSEA OFFICE IS VERY AGGRESSIVE AND JUST AN UNPLEASANT PERSON (SEE ALSO REVIEW FROM 16 NOV 2022). MY BEST ADVICE IS TO AVOID THEM.

Megan Green is a gem when searching for a new rental.
To find (and rent!) an apartment requires speed in the current market. Megan Green was quick off the mark ... scheduling a viewing, responding to emails/phone calls, preparing and transmitting paper work, and (happily!) confirming payment of the Reservation Fee (and taking the property off the market). Megan not only attends to the basics but answers questions as to particular details within minutes. She has an engaging personality. I would recommend Megan Green and Maskells without reservation.

Visited arcade this weekend, not really impressed, not a single working games console upstairs for the kids working, all had no connection to the net. The staff I thought were rude especially the so called bouncer on the door, and come to think of it why on earth have 2 bouncers on duty in a kid's club. On another point a £6 charge just to chaperone your kids about us ludicrous. Overall disappointing and I won't be visiting again.

They clearly don’t care about making sure customers have plenty of choice as they had the place rammed. Every car park full, cars parked on nearby roads everywhere. Walked in couldn’t move, had to wait up to 30 mins for people to move on from games. The only floor that was semi quiet was the crap one with all the grandad machines at the top. Wouldn’t go again they’ve become to greedy now. Also some of the machines joysticks buttons etc where sticky as was the floors. Oh and it should definitely not have under 12s in there running round every corner into adults screaming like little girls. Place is a disaster

Great place but needs better maintenance
Great place in Leeds especially since the extension. Staff are great and so is the food and drink. Great selection of classic and modern arcade games but unfortunately 1 glaring issue and that was in the room with all the fighting classics like SF2 Mortal KOMBAT and others apart from a few machines all the rest had damaged joysticks. These machines should be checked and maintained everyday to stop this happen as that room was just empty all night which is a shame cos they are all great games in there.

Step back to all the old classics. Absolutely a great place to spend many hours. Visited Blackpool one. Pinball great and well looked after. There an OK burger/pizza offering for kids and a veggie option. Bar is reasonably priced too. Been a few times now and always a good visit.

All good fun
Went to the one in Bury. All the family enjoyed it. Great selection of retro games and up to date games. My lad enjoyed the VR games. The food was limited to pizza, hotdog and burger. No chips available instead tortilla chips/nachos. These were at a very reasonable price. We got given a bleeper after we ordered so we could continue gaming until or food was ready. Clever idea. The only reason it didn’t get full starts is actually not their fault, but they might be able to change it in future was that when we got our food people were taking up tables when not eating or being on laptops working which caused us walking around for a few minutes waiting for a table. Overall a good affordable day out with the kid.

I went with my daughter and she wasn't happy we waited around one hour to see if any of the good machines became free they didn't, and they were still letting more people in knowing full well the place was packed. Excellent place, staff are very friendly & polite (assisting with lift for disabled visitors). Food is very reasonable & nice, large selection of drinks including alcohol. Four floors of every arcade game imaginable from classics to current. NHS/BlueLightCard card discount too! Free parking. Absolutely amazing day out & VERY reasonable price for families. We’ve been 3 times & can’t wait to go again! Highly recommend!! Thanks again to all the staff in Bury.

Issue resolved well and quickly, great service
Excellent customer service to resolve an issue. Large order and a few items arrived damaged. I emailed them to ask if they could send replacements and attached photos of the damaged items as proof of the issue. They replied to me directly and quickly saying they would send these out immediately to arrive hopefully the next day. They arrived the next day as planned, very thoroughly wrapped and not damaged. I emailed back to let them know this was now resolved and they took the time to reply thanking me for letting them know.

Some details are innaccurate on vehicle specifications e.g you select a specific model and year, and I know for a fact that the 1.6CRDi engine never came with a 6 speed gearbox like it says. Only the 2.0CRDi came with the 6 speed... It also says that particular year is Euro 5 (and to be fair it does warn you that you need to double check and it "may" be incorrect, but really, they are all euro 4 for that mk1 make of Kia Ceed so it IS not MAY be incorrrect). So why would I trust any specifications for other cars on their website?
