I love fancards! Money is so easy to transfer from bank to card! When you make a purchase, you are notified within a few minutes of your purchase and remaining balance! So much easier than carrying a lot of cash around! If you have a question, a real person will answer it for you! That is a rare quality these days! I will definitely recommend this card to everyone!

This is an update on my previous review. The company redeemed itself to me!!! I spoke with Tracy at Part Pointer and she apologized that no one had gotten back to me sooner. She immediately handled my refund and told me I didn't need to send the part back. I will purchase from Part Pointer again after customer service came through for the WIN!!! I ordered a rear windshield wiper for my 93 Ford Aerostar van and it arrived promptly no problem. Unfortunately the wiper blade did not fit the wiper arm on my van. I called customer service to discuss my problem and they provided a refund of my purchase. Good customer service!

Non Delivery, Unreliable & Lack of Service
Hubby sent Valentine flowers to my workplace on 14th Feb 2025 which were never delivered. He called the company many, many times on the 14th Feb but there was no answer. He called again on the 15th and no answer. I have been calling them since the 17th and leaving voicemails which are not responded to; I have emailed them but they do not reply; I have completed their online form but no reply and there is no live chat service on their website as claimed by them in their voicemail message. The flowers were not delivered and they cannot claim they were not accepted as we have 5 receptionists at the front desk who accepted various flower deliveries that day and informed us no such delivery from Flower Station had arrived nor been rejected. I just want my husband to receive the full refund of £92.95 back on his card but this company is simply not responding. It has now been exactly a week and no contact. Is this a sham company??

I would give them a big fat 0 Star if I could. I ordered 3 bouquets on 11th Feb to be delivered on 14th Feb on Valentines day. 2/3 bouquets were supposed to be delivered to my address, and the other one supposed to be a surprise for my parents. The delivery guy delivered one of my bouquets and when I told him I must have another bouquet with you, he said no. Surprisingly when he left, he emailed the delivery confirmation of 2 bouquets when he only delivered one of them. I kept emailing and calling them but nobody picked, I was almost crying as it was for my husband and I wanted to surprise him. So one bouquet NEVER delivered. Then I realised there is no update about my parents bouquets. I again called and emailed... it was 5 pm! Guess what? Again no response. We left for dinner, then I got an email at MIDNIGHT! that they delivered my parents bouquet. We were not at home so the delivery guys disturbed the neighbours by ringing their bells so he could deliver. So out of 3 bouquets, they delivered only 1 of them, one never arrived and the other one delivered at midnight. The next next I received an email that they were busy on Valentines day!! Are you for real? You scam people by taking orders, by charging them, you overbook and under deliver and you bring the excuse of Valentines day? You could hire more drivers, more florists ..its not our fault! They now refused to reply to my emails. This is not the 1st time this happening to me by this company, I always was so patient with them, but now I can tell they are scamming people. AVOID this company otherwise you may lose your money.

Threatening me to vacate the house and given section 21 without reason and I have requested 3more months extensive as I brought my own property these guys need only money and I maintained property very well still they blame me without reason as they want to send me out and get higher rent.. beals agent booked appointment with buyers but he missed many times to visit property and I have wait for him and he never informed when he failed to come.. Sarah is one awful and always Threatening.. they shouting at me when I visited their office.. Utterly bad service.. A big warning for Guarantor’s due to…
A big warning for Guarantor’s due to the lack of communication from Endfield’s we had a £7,000 bill to pay. We did not receive the numerous emails they claim to have sent advising us of rent arrears. The Landlord established they had our email address wrong, despite us setting up the tenancy agreement by email. Endields’s stated that they were not aware that our emails were being undelivered due to their system problems. Apparently they do not send letters in the post or telephone Guarantor’s when there is a problem. They would not take responsibility for any of the debt and dealt with the situation with a considerable lack of empathy. We did not even receive an apology for their error, or poor practice.

Saw a property with this letting agent, waited couple of days and as nobody was calling me after expressing my interest went to zoopla where found the property initially just to find that the rent has been increased from 750 to 775 which in per se is not an issue but I do find this a lack of professionalism as I nobody informed me about it or that if I offer more I would have a better chance.

Design fault…
Bought a Attco 18i linear mower approx 5 months ago and have cut the grass 4 times due to it being repaired for a new motherboard which took 6 weeks for parts. Got it home and worked first time then wouldn't restart. Decided to investigate myself and found the plastic handle is so weak and flexible that unless you hold it close to start button it won't work. If you look at other mowers the starting handles are metal. Design fault. Just stay clear as Attco really aren't very good.

Almost four years since my $10,000 + Solar system was installed with a Ten-year warranty PEDLEY’S promise, they have failed my family. IOvewr the past 3 + years I have called and emailed more times than I can remember, with one call returned with a promise that someone would call me back to assist - 2 years ago. For anyone thinking about getting a Solar System from Pedley’s, my issues for the past years are: 1. During a rain gutter clean, I found several clamps loose in the rain gutter that are used to hold the solar panel on the roof. I again contacted them and got no response. My Concerns is WHAT IS HOLDING THE SOLAR PANELS ON MY ROOF!! 2. I have requested a system service and offered to pay; as expected, still no response from them. 3. The system has digital access to see systems performance, I was never shown how it was to be connected, Pedleys failed as promised to show me. 4. I asked for a Battery system solution, no response 5. I am questioning the performance of the PEDLEY’S solar system to deliver I have seen PEDLEY’S Solar advertising, Google and Facebook, about how good they are, well that is until you pay and then you are on your own. All I want is what I paid for, nothing more and nothing less. As a business owner, I do not have time to chasing you up on things you advertise on your website and promise. Pedley’s call me back, or I am forced to take this to the Dept of Fair Trade and the ACCC.

Living in Brisbane, there is so many solar companies offering the same thing. In the ocean of sameness I found that the experience of Pedleys Solar and their accredited solar panel installers were the right choice for me. Dodgy company and extremely poor customer care
They were very responsive during sales and have made us believe that they're a big company with their own installers and excellent after-sales customer care. We signed and come installation date (2 Dec 2020), a rude installer came who even gave us his own business card. He couldn't complete the monitoring system installation and rudely told us to just call the IT dept. Weeks and weeks and numerous unreturned calls after, our monitoring system is still not up and running. We're extremely disappointed and very worried on how a warranty claim will be handled.

Terrible customer service
Installer was 6 hours late with no explanation or apology. 6 weeks on and system is yet to be turned on. PEDLEYS does not return calls, emails or messages. A useless system sitting on our roof, we don't even know if it works! Clean Energy Council have also tried to advocate on our behalf with no response. The company are taking no responsibility for our situation and cannot tell us when our paperwork was submitted to trigger an inspector. Edited- it took over 2 months for them to finally have our install inspected. They tried to bribe us by telling us they'd push it through faster if we withdrew our complaints to the relevant authorities. They did not scan our QR code at install and kept pestering US, weeks after our system was finally signed off on. They sent what I can only describe as a disheveled, very unprofessional man from a totally unrelated company to my house on 2 occasions to threaten us if we didn't supply the qr code again. We had emailed this to them BEFORE the install and the installer took a photo of it on the day of install. Pedleys gave out our private information to this person for the sole purpose of intimidating us. The Clean Energy Council no longer approve them as installers, cancelling their membership in December 2020. They have called us on several occasions now to ensure they are up to date on our situation. They were mortified by the bribery offered, the threatening nature of person at our door and have advised they have added our file to a long and growing list of terrible business practices of Pedleys that have come to their attention. Unfortunately CEC was not at all surprised about our dealings with Pedleys are they are repeat offenders hence their membership being cancelled.

Extremely poor service and not trustworthy
I had a terrible experience with Bella Removal during my move. Although their service is cheap, it’s definitely not worth the trouble. They handled my furniture very carelessly, causing significant damage to both the furniture and my home. There were scratches on many pieces, damaged corners, and even a large hole in a drywall wall when they tried to move a couch that didn’t fit through the door without disassembly. They also broke a camera and some railing. We agreed they would repair the drywall, but they never showed up and have stopped answering calls or messages. This is a scam – I do not recommend doing business with them.

Steer clear of this Company. We had our ASHP and Solar system…
We had our ASHP and Solar system installed 12 months ago. The system works well. Unfortunately at the Twelve Months Service our local Service Engineer noted that there was very little Inhibitor or Thermal Fluid in the primary pipework and that the heat exchanger was full of sludge because of this. This cost £278 to have put right. I have been unable to make contact with Renewable Tech for compensation and I note that they have moved premises and e-mail addresses and that the Company is about to be struck off the Companies House register. PLEASE BE WARNED.

A terrible experience. They appear to use 3rd party electricians and fail to understand anything to do with good customer practice. Am about to sue them for only connecting half my solar system and certifying it as completed. If you search Companies House it appears someone is trying to have them struck off.

Keep away from Renewable Tech / RT Solar
Had a heat pump fitted in December 2021 and started having a leak. They have now rebranded as RT Solar, so wouldn't stand by their warranty just 10 months down the line. Avoid any work done by RT Solar, they can't be trusted........ Had to get it sorted ourselves.... Cost just £280 to fix very small cost for a company to pay and they would have avoided the bad one star review I gave RT Solar.

Another non-payment of money owed
We took out a contract with Renewable Tech for an Air Source Heat pump and full heating installation. We paid an initial deposit of 25% of the full cost and a second installment of 25% prior to installation.. Probably as a result of not doing a survey, when the installer arrived to install the heat pump, he stated that the proposed site was unsuitable and we had to cancel the contract. Renewable Tech assured us repeatedly that they would refund all money owed to us. However, since 20th May they have gone completely silent and not replied to any form of communication. On finding that their landline numbers were all unavailable, a check through Companies House revealed that their registered office had moved from Daventry to Plymouth. Further investigations revealed that the directors now appear to be trading as RTSolar Ltd. Despite repeated polite requests, we have heard nothing from Renewable Tech and have now started court proceedings against both the company and the director.

These people stole a £1000 deposit from…
These people took a £1000 deposit from us for a job that for various reasons beyond including that they tried to substitute am inferior ashp unit to the one tjeyd quoted at the last moment didn't go ahead. We paid the deposit only because their standard terms state clearly that it was fully refundable unless goods had been purchased. They weren't but RenewableTech have refused to refund the deposit. They were all sweetness and light when selling to us but since we had to pull out they have refused to return our calls or emails and not refunded the money. This has caused me and my family huge distress and loss of money that we can Ill afford. Clearly they dont care and have no intention of refuding us. Were going to have to go to court to try and get something back. Dont trust them. smooth sales operation but a bunch of scammers underneath.

Air Source Heat Pump Installation from Renewable Tech
I had an LG heat pump system installed in my home in July 2021. This was between two covid lockdowns and apart from one or two sourcing problems, the survey and installation went very smoothly indeed. I had replacement radiators fitted as well as the heat pump installation itself. The quality of the work was first class, and the installation engineers were highly professional, knowlegable and courteous whilst they were here. They disposed of my old boiler and oil tank, and even helped to transport my unused oil to my neighbour! I will also say that since installation there were - as there are with many complex installation issues, a couple of tweaks needed. Renewable sent staff to fix these without issue at all. Nearly one year later and my system is running perfectly. I would thoroughly recommend Renewable Tech for your heat pump installation.

We recently had an Air Source Heat Pump installed and right from the word go it’s been complete professionalism to complete the job to our satisfaction - from Joe the sales guy, very polite, courteous and not pushy like some salespeople- to Mirek and Mario the install team and as we had some teething issues with a thermostat not working properly, which Ali came and replaced and sorted things for us, to the guys in the office (great communication and paperwork skills) Sandy, Elaine, Fernando etc( if I’ve missed anyone out I apologise),it’s been a pleasure, as nothing too much to ensure we are satisfied with the job. So much so, that we’ve gone an ordered more green equipment from them which will be installed soon.

Amazing customer service, faultless install
What can I say? From beginning to end, the whole process with RT was effortless. Joe was informed and not at all pushy on sales. Sandy (throughout) made me feel totally cared for and was very efficient and charming handling all the usual complex install issues that come up. James, Shane and Olli were AMAZING installers - super quick, really flexible, and ever so polite and tidy! Even some of the curve balls I threw at them - putting the heat pump up on a balcony rather than ground level, getting them to replace the consumer unit, getting rid of the heaviest EVER oil-guzzling range - didn't phase them at all. All neatly dealt with in super quick time. Even when it came to a post install issue (hot water pressure) that was NOTHING to do with them (existing tap plumbed in the wrong way/blocked trap), James/Shane came MILES to sort it personally and without additional expense. I am SO, so grateful guys! Buying/installing something like this is a huge thing and - RHI aside - considerable expense. I was nervous it might all go horribly wrong, but every step of the way I was made to feel confident and cared for. Brilliant job guys!

Excellent customer service
The company fitted an air source heat pump after our gas boiler was condemned. They put everything together very quickly and managed to get us heating before Christmas. We had received quotes from 5 companies. And this was middle of the pack. They had slightly longer guarantee and were the only ones to say they could fit the hot water cylinder immediately so that we would have hot water while we waited on heat pump. The water cylinder required taking out the banister to get it in place (there was millimetres to spare in the space we fitted it and there was a lot of work to get it in place) After fitting it was recalled due to the horrible noise coming from it. Not a fault if RT but was recalled by Telford the water cylinder suppliers. But it did mean the banister coming out again. The replacement was very quick. The heat pump itself went in like a dream and the heat and hot water is as good, if not better than the gas boiler. Customer service and the people doing the work deserve 5 stars. Couldn’t fault them and the fitters did everything they could to help. Only gave 4 stars overall due to faulty water cylinder, we weren’t warned that the main panel would just be plonked on the wall with the cables going in and so looks ugly (really let’s it down). Also it doesn’t come with an app to control from smart phones. You have to use the sensor panel to change anything.

I'm so glad I found renewable tech. I had a bad experience with a different provider right before them, who seemed to play the old double glazing salesman games, I didn't like it and my partner didn't like it. Renewable tech were fantastic. Their representative gathered the information before he arrived and did a good and thorough check on everything before designing a system that I wanted. The resulting system was more powerful than the previous offer and at a lower price with better technology I could trust! Needless to say I paid the deposit and asked them to go ahead. This however was right before the global shortages started to kick in. I wanted a big inverter which needed approval, which they sorted for me, but nothing could be done to find the batteries I wanted. It took a good few months, but the team were in constant contact, did a couple more checks before coming on site and then built my system over a couple of days. I have to put a special thanks out to Sandy who through the whole process was fantastic, super friendly and really good at answering all my annoying questions as well as keeping me in the loop. End result, I've not used a penny of electricity from the grid today, I've got a fun app I can't stop playing with and the work is spotless, such a good clean install that looks simply amazing and works perfectly. I'll be using this company again to add in additional green tech to my house over the years. I really like the way they operate and the service is exceptional.

Exceptional customer service and product
Following a high risk gas situation being identified at our house, we urgently needed a 4 cylinder unit to be supplied. Tracey went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to get the unit we needed in incredibly tight timescales. We received regular and helpful communication about how the order was progressing. Everything was delivered on time and the unit is of excellent quality. We have now been able to reconnect a gas supply to our house! We cannot thank Tracey and the team at Asgard enough. Exceptional all round.

Better than really excellent
For me, customer service just doesn’t get any better than this. I had what most people would describe as a fairly minor issue in regard to getting a gas cabinet key. I spoke to Helen in customer services who, in a matter of minutes said she would send me the item, I expected it to arrive within a few days. Excellent company. Quality product
Excellent company from ordering to delivery. All needed information can be found on the website but friendly staff on the phone if any further queries. Ordered in January after taking note of the delivery and expected manufacturing dates clearly stated on the website. Date also on confirmation email after ordering. As date of delivery arrived estimated times were sent making clear all could change due to weather traffic etc. Text and a phone call kept us informed as through no fault of the driver he needed road side assistance. He arrived late into the evening, very helpful, friendly and courteous with still one more drop to go. He is a credit to the company for keeping delivery date agreed. Shed quality excellent. It’s going over to Germany in April as just want we need to leave valuables safe whilst not there.

Mole removal
I had the mole removal procedure carried out after a consultation meeting where I was under no obligation to go ahead should I choose not to. I decided I wanted to go ahead had 10 moles removed later the same day as I had many that were fleshy or skin tag types which caught/rubbed on clothing or jewellery. It was a very quick and simple procedure during my lunch hour. I felt very confident in my consultant who was very calm and reassuring. There was no pain during it, only the slightest discomfort with the anaesthetic injections under my skin. I am not scared of needles so that didn’t bother me in the slightest. The moles were reduced to scabs straight away which I had to be careful not to then catch or pick off to allow them to heal. They didn’t hurt in the slightest afterwards and I didn’t need any pain relief whatsoever. I had a follow up consultation 3 weeks later to check how they were healing and everything was absolutely fine. I was very pleased with how simple it was and I just wish I’d had it done years ago.

It's been 9 months since I purchased the king size Sapira hybrid for my wife and I and we both LOVE IT. Our back, hip, and neck pains we were having from our old mattress dissipated quickly. Just the right amount of firmness to feel supported yet not sinking into a crater. The first time I lied on it I could feel the pressure in all my joints melt into the mattress. The pillows are just as amazing. One of the best investments we've made! **This is not a paid review. Best mattress for hip arthritis and a bad back
Not sure why I received a notice to make a review, however my original Leesa mattress is now 4 yrs old and still the best for me. I was a bartender for 25 yrs and now restaurant manager, meaning I am standing, running on hard concrete floors. I developed hip arthritis and a bad back from this work. I am able to sleep through the night to this day now with the Leesa mattress. I can't express enough how important it is to invest in your body with a good mattress like the Leesa.

Nice cooperation and I must say that Santy's service and product quality are really impressive. However, I think it's important to address some areas where traffic could improve. We did have some challenges with that. The shipping process took longer than expected and made me anxious. While the pressure washer itself arrived undamaged, we did notice some signs of rough handling on the outer packaging. While this didn't affect the functionality of the machine, it did raise concerns about potential damage during shipping. Strengthening the packaging to ensure better protection would be a valuable improvement.

De kleur van de geborduurde naam komt niet overeen met de kleuren die je kan aanduiden als keuze op de website. Op de kleurenfoto van de website was lichtroze donkerder dan dat ze erop geborduurd staat. Het lijkt bijna wit terwijl het op de site effectief roze is. Daarbij is de kwaliteit van de badjas niet goed. Deze kost zonder borduren rond de €60 á €70. De draden rafelen na 3 weken al uit en aan de mouw (bij mijn badjas) is er een kale plek omdat hier een deel van de draden is uitgerafeld. Dit is zeer jammer omdat het een dure aankoop is geweest.

Zeer slechte service en zoekt niet mee naar een oplossing. En wordt niet gereageerd als je vraagt naar een oplossing! Terwijl Le Olive de fout heeft gemaakt! De lettergrootte is niet duidelijk omschreven dus je gaat af op de foto welke op de site staat. ZEER teleurstellend wat ik dus heb ontvangen en komt totaal niet overeen met wat ik besteld heb. 1ste en laatste keer dat ik hier iets heb besteld en raad het zeker iedereen af en met name de lettergrootte.

Bamboe Kinder tandenborstel by olive goed plasticvrij alternatief
De bamboe kindertandenborstels van by olive hebben een goede maat voor kinderen en leuke kleurtjes borstelharen. Onze kinderen van 2 en 5 kunnen er zelf goed mee overweg (napoetsen wel nodig). Ik heb de indruk dat de borstelharen wat minder lang meegaan dan reguliere (plastic, synthetische) tandenborstels. Om de tandenborstel goed te houden is aan te raden deze droog te bewaren (niet in plasje water op wasbak anders kan het bamboe schimmelplekjes krijgen). Al met al wat mij betreft wel een goed alternatief voor plastic. De tandenborstel voor volwassenen heb ik nog niet gebruikt, dus daar kan ik nog geen feedback over geven.
