I’ve been using Oxwash for a while now and wanted to share what a great service I have always experienced. Very polite guy on a bike collects and drops off - always perfectly washed and folded. Great and fast service.

My £895 Burberry coat was damaged by Oxwash. It was brand new when I sent to them for dry cleaning. However, after the coat has been delivered back to me, I found pilling on the left shoulder of my coat. Oxwash provided me the solution of re-processing and repair of the coat, so I sent the coat back to them 2 days ago. However, when I got back my coat today, the pilling on left shoulder was still there. I haven't wore this coat for many times, and it is extremely disappointing to see my coat being damaged by the dry cleaner. I hope Oxwash could resolve this issue properly. I'd love to share the pictures of my coat, but unfortunately I didn't find anywhere on Trustpilot to upload photos.

The customer service is so frustrating. If there is a problem then you have to interact with a completely useless automated robot. My item was "delivered" and I wasted 40 minutes trying to track it down. A lot of time could have been saved if the customer service feature was responsive and helpful, but it is far from it. I won't use the service again. I've used it twice and collection has been fine both times but drop off has been extremely frustrating both times, and the customer service is dreadful.

Really disappointed with recent service. In the last few washes Oxwash have lost several pillowcases and a duvet cover. I used to rely on the service but I can’t trust them to return what I send in. I used the service as it was so convenient but now I have the huge hassle of chasing up missing items and finding an alternative provider. Such a shame as the plunge is service is pretty recent.

The drivers from Oxwash are always very friendly. They always deliver my clothes back on time, except for one occasion when the laundry did not get back to me on time and no prior notice was given. Nonetheless, the overall experience was satisfactory. The clothes always come back nice and clean. The bath mats I sent them last time came back clean and fluffy. Therefore, I always send my bath mats to them to wash. I have sent my jackets and coats to them before and they also came back clean and tidy. However, I recommend not to send delicate hats cause there was a time when I sent them my beret hat and it shrunk so much that I had to throw it away... Therefore, I recommend their laundry service for bath mat and coats.

Vooropgesteld: in de winkels (Weesp en Amsterdam) goed geholpen, en vriendelijke medewerkers! Telefonisch en per mail is het een iets ander verhaal. Vaak slecht bereikbaar, ze mailen niet terug, en geven géén updates over de levering van je fiets. Fiets eind november besteld, zou 3 tot 6 weken duren. Uiteindelijk werd de fiets na 8 weken geleverd. Kan gebeuren, maar is wel fijn om klanten daar proactief over te informeren, in plaats van dat je daar zelf achteraan moet bellen. Ik had een probleem met mijn trapper (verkeerd vastgezet) waardoor deze los schoot. Direct gerepareerd in de winkel in Amsterdam, dus dat is top! Echter -> nu moet er een definitief onderdeel geplaatst worden, en zijn ze niet bereikbaar om een afspraak te maken. Mail ontvangen dat onderdeel binnen is met verzoek een afspraak te maken, maar krijg geen reactie op mail, en wordt ook niet teruggebeld.

Ik probeer een afspraak te maken via de mail, alleen ze reageren niet. Ik wil graag mijn e-bike laten repareren en wacht nu al een aantal weken op antwoord. Heb nu al 2x een vervolg mail moeten schrijven maar nog steeds geen reactie. Erg vervelend.

Lastig bereikbaar voor vragen. De klantenservice laat niks van zich horen. Ik hoop dat mijn bestelling wel wordt verzonden maar ik tast in het duister. Als ik de klantenservice bel krijg ik steeds te horen dat het druk is en ik het later weer moet proberen. Na dagen proberen eindelijk iemand van de winkel gesproken. Bleek mijn product niet meer op voorraad. Het is wel snel bij de leverancier besteld en komt hopelijk snel binnen.

Heel goede ervaring goede werknemers

Zeer slechte service. Mijn man en ik hebben 2 Tenways ebikes gekocht. Mijn man heeft er de hele tijd achter aan moeten bellen omdat de ebikes er steeds nog niet waren op de afgesproken data. Op 29 augustus waren de ebikes er. Ik heb toen nog een rekje besteld voor op de fiets. Ik moest wederom meteen betalen. Het is nu 27 oktober en ik heb meerdere keren gebeld en ze beloofden er achter aan te gaan. Het rekje zou niet leverbaar zijn. Ik kon het rekje gewoon op internet bestellen dus vond de reden niet echt begrijpelijk. Ik heb sindsdien niets meer gehoord. Ik heb in mijn leven nog nooit een negatieve review gestuurd dus dit zegt wel iets.

Hele slechte service. Mijn vrouw en ik hebben een Tenways fiets gekocht bij Welectric Bussum. De fietsen werden niet geleverd in de afgesproken periode. Dat kan gebeuren. Maar Welectric nam geen enkel initiatief om ons op de hoogte te houden. Ik belde zelf dan maar. Uiteindelijk ben ik met een andere kleur akkoord gegaan en heeft mijn vrouw haar bestelling geannuleerd. De fiets en accessoires moest ik volledig betalen bij de bestelling. Blijkbaar houdt dan de interesse van Welectric op. Ik wacht al bijna een jaar op de levering van de betaalde fietstassen. Dit was een mooie aanbieding. Ook hier meerdere keren over gebeld en iedere keer een andere smoes voor het niet leveren. Slechts 1 keer heeft Welectric zelf, weliswaar op uitdrukkelijk verzoek, contact met mij opgenomen. Zelfs 1 ster is al teveel waardering.

Vilket värdelöst företag jag ville beställa en cub cadet xz6 från dem i december och den fanns inte där. I januari 2025 kunde den beställas igen med en extra rabatt. Efter att ha betalat hela beloppet fick jag en orderbekräftelse och den skulle levereras i slutet av februari. Jag tittade på deras sida och plötsligt fanns det inga fler kadettprodukter. Absolutely useless as a buyer. Seller gives you a tracking number but parcelfarce refuse to deal with you as you are not the one that sent the item. What is the point of a tracking number then?? Are shown as having had the parcel for 7 days then it appears to have been lost. No updates, nothing. Waste of space company. I will ask any online retailer in future if they use parcelfarce and if so I will take my business elsewhere.

Order a parcel from a seller on Amazon. They sent the parcel via The Parcel Hub. On the tracking earlier today, the order details showed that my order was going to be delivered earlier this evening. Delivery time has been and gone, and no sign of my order, and the delivery time that was showing earlier has now disappeared, and now says order being delivered Friday (today), but the time is now 20:20, and nothing delivered. Will think twice about ordered anything from thus independent supplier again in the future.....I require reliable deliveries when I place online orders. The Parcel Hub are evidently not really reliable!

2 days before they collect parcel from supplier with parcel due to be delivered on 13th June. Now 1400hrs on the 14th and still no parcel. Alleged to be out for delivery.....ummm. Even supplier is fed up with this firm.

I've had a ParcelHub account for about 4 months. So far I'm impressed. I drop parcels off at the depot each day and the lads at the depot seem to genuinely look after the parcels and handle them carefully. My account manger Sophie has been great answering queries promptly and explaining how to use the billing portal etc.

I have been working with Parcelhub for about 4 years, they prived me with all my shipping services ~250k parcels a year. The service I get from them is first class and Gary Mileham our account manage provides me with an excellent level of support.

Parcel Hub have now been collecting from our business for over 10 weeks now and I can only say the service has been excellent. The proactive team that looks after mistakes on parcel deliveries is one of the best parts of the team. This team has saved us a lots of time chasing up failed deliveries through bad addresses. The account manager and his team have been great as well, always reply to emails and call backs. My review will change to 5 stars if this level of service is maintained over the coming months.

ParcelHub are awesome and hassle free, initially we had some integration issues but was promptly resolved. We had been using Royal mail for all of our orders and having to spend a lot of time (daily) on Royal mail admin and chasing up missing packages, we suffered a lot of lost parcels and unlike Parcel Hub, Royal Mails claims process is not quick and involves a lot of work. Where as ParcelHub Have successfully delivered well over 5000 packages with no discrepancies or lost packages. overall they are impressive, keep up the good work ParcelHub.

Both photography courses were really interesting and helpful. The Premium Certificates & Transcripts look very respectable.

Peter, I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude. I attended your cram course for the Series 7, and I finally passed! It took some time, but your voice stayed with me throughout: "Remember, one side—the other is just the opposite. Save the brain space." Your approach truly resonated with me, and I took detailed notes on all the key points you emphasized. No matter which vendor we used for study materials, your cram course made all the difference. Your insights and teaching style stuck with me, and I wouldn’t have passed without them. The real exam was much harder than the finals I took. I also felt like I had to use my calculator a lot more than expected. For anyone preparing for this exam, my advice is simple: skim the book, but don’t waste too much time reading every word. The key is to test, test, test—learning how questions are asked and how to answer them is what really makes the difference. I used Pass Perfect and I took 10 finals, 2 additional randomized quizzes, and at least 5–10 extra chapter quizzes per topic, and that practice was invaluable. I owe this success to you, Peter! Courses are fine, tests are fine. Shoddy website. But there are several major issues: 1. When you select the course, you don't know how many credits, whether it is an ethics or product course. 2. There is no dashboard showing how many total CE credits of ethics and products you have. 3. The website says test results are sent to FINRA daily. However, it is clear from FINRA's website that they are not receiving results from PassPerfect daily. When I emailed PassPerfect support about it, they acknowledged that they do NOT send results to FINRA daily. In other words, they acknowledged that they are lying on the website. This is very basic, simple stuff that PassPerfect is doing very very poorly.

The material is great however for the money I pay I would have appreciated ability to download handbook for reference purposes in future. The exam is quite frustrating and a fiasco the questions are unreasonably difficult and complex. For example a particular calculation required that I would have memorize present value and future value tables also I would have had to know the 2022 social security taxable limit on income etc they purpose was for continuing education not to get a science of doctorate degree in life insurance. What a waste of money and time.

Pete helped me study for the Series 10 Exam. He helped me break down the study material in a way that I could understand it. He made it easy for me to master the hard concepts on the exam. Half way through the exam I knew I was going to pass because I understood every question that was asked at that point. He really made a lot of the material very understandable and has great analogies to help you remember key concepts. If you follow his process and study the material, you will feel confident during the exam!

Peter is the greatest tutor/instructor out there. If you haven’t used Peter to help you pass your FINRA exam he is a must. I engaged his help after failing my Series 10 twice. Aced it the final time with Peter’s help. Peter makes the material interesting with antidotes from real life situations and diddy’s to help remember complex concepts. Donna Smothermon

After having attebded GearUp live conferences many years since 2004, I am extremely disappointed in what is happening to what use to be a reliable GearUp team. My opinion, Thomson Reuters should not have ever gotten Cerifi involved in the GearUp or any other live conferences because of the poor Gen X customer "no service." I have encountered combative behavior, uninformed incompetent Cerifi Reps, and just plain old disorganized approach. They take a lot of days off and this alone comes across as not being proactive in terms of customer service. They can never seem to answer a question without putting me on hold. Good Luck TR! Guess I will be keeping my $1,400+ in my pocket going forward. Isn't worth the trouble anymore since the pandemic. I would rather do self study since is clear they don't care anymore and don't seem to need my hard earned money.

I studied for the Series 9&10 utilizing Kaplan and did not fair well in passing the S10. At the advisement of my broker/dealer, I switched to Pass Perfect and coaching calls with Peter Gibowicz from Bull and Bear Training. I was able to pass my Series 9 on the first try and the Series 10 on my first try after utilizing these two resources.

There are way too many gaps in information, and there is no cohesion in materials. Series 7 had a packet of 9 pages with "corrections" that was received with the book. Those are the errors that were caught. The tests on the site are even worse with misinformation.

Never got to activate and work properly

I am so frustrated with the Series 79 course. I passed my first 3 exams on first try using Achievable (love it!!!), but they don't offer a 79 course. Passperfect is frustrating. The tests asks questions that they haven't provided enough information to allow one to figure out. There is a video that goes with each chapter that is simply slides being read by a guy with the most monotone voice ever. There are no explanations. They do not add value to the textbook and cannot substitute for the book. I may have to end up getting a different resource, because this isn't working.

Levering binnen 2 dagen aan de andere kant van het land, en zonder beschadigingen aangekomen. Verder is de kwaliteit van de voetbal ook perfect. Ik haal hier zeker nog meer voetbalspullen als ik ze nodig heb!

Snel bezorgd

Het valt al enkele jaren op dat de Derbystar ballen duidelijk in kwaliteit inboeten. Eén van de kenmerken is dat de ballen de druk erg snel verliezen waardoor de ballen erg vaak en snel opgepompt moeten worden. Ik baseer dit op jarenlange ervaring met de Classic TT (maat 5). En dat dit geen incident is blijkt uit hetzelfde euvel met bijvoorbeeld de jeugdballen Classic Light. Dit in tegenstelling tot bijvoorbeeld ballen van het merk WSN die in kwalitatief opzicht niet onderdoen voor de Derbystar bal, prijstechnisch iets aantrekkelijker zijn en die je maar incidenteel hoeft op te pompen. Jammer, ik was altijd gecharmeerd van Derbystar, naar nu even niet meer.

Het bord en de magneten zijn top. Ik had 5 sterren gegeven als de markeerstift die erbij zat niet leeg zou zijn.

Øv har fået ballerina vasen blå, brugt 1 gang og da jeg skulle tørre støv af løftede jeg den og foden faldt af 🫣 Hvorfor en en smuk mundblæst vase limer sammen ? Det er så dårlig stil, har fået den i gave og kan derfor ikke få byttet den.. Det er jo direkte farligt med den tunge krystal kugle …

Købte 1. marts en Ballerina vase som skulle bruges i gave i juni. Tjekkede ved modtagelse af pakke, at det var den rigtige vare. Afleverede vasen i gave den 20. juni, og så viser det sig at vasen er utæt. Skrev straks til Stori, som via autosvar bekræftede modtagelsen af min mail - de ville besvare denne inden for 24 timer, i spidsbelastninger længere. Der står i autosvar, at jeg ikke må skrive igen, for så kommer jeg bag i køen. Da jeg i dag den 25. juni stadig ikke har hørt fra dem, ringer jeg til dem, da jeg jo ikke må sende en ny mail. Men telefonen bliver ikke taget. Ikke nogen der fortæller hvor langt jeg er i køen. Så hvad gør jeg for at komme igennem til jer? En ny vase, der ikke er itu, skal gerne på gavebordet på lørdag.

Købte i februar et sæt flettede vasketøjskurve til min datter i fødselsdagsgave (1139 kr). Hun syntes de var lidt for store, og vi returnerede dem (har GLS kvittering). Intet skete, og jeg skrev til STORI. Man kunne ikke se, at de var kommet retur. Jeg sendte GLS kvittering. STORI påstod så at de alligevel havde refunderet mig, men det er ikke sket.

Kundeservice fejler ikke noget. Vil bare gøre andre købere opmærksomme på mulig fejl af den flotte Ballerina vase, hvor foden som er meget tung, kan falde af og gøre unødig skade, hvilket ikke burde være muligt, hvilket ut har oplevet.

Super nemt at bestille og varerne kom hurtigt - de virker til at være i god kvalitet, så en anbefaling herfra 👍

Good couple of days sailing on The Solent with mixed weather(for sailors). A lovely classic yacht and very easy to understand for a dinghy sailor who had not sailed in years. Perhaps a little spartan by modern standards and could do with a proper swim ladder. Derek - apart from being a good skipper and host - also makes an excellent cuppa. A memorable couple of days. Sérieux. Fiable. Un léger manque de choix pour les logements de grande capacité (+ de 6 personnes).

Une équipe dynamique et réactive. Cela fait la troisième année que je passe par cette agence et nous avons été très satisfaits. Des interlocuteurs parlants français et à l'écoute de vos demandes. Le seul bémol est la propreté de certains appartements. Les femmes de ménage font quelquefois très vite voire trop vite...nous avons eu encore cette année un appart dont le ménage a été fait de façon superficielle. L'agence vous propose de les faire repasser mais quand vous attendez 16 h pour récupérer le logement vous n'avez pas envie d'attendre 2 h de plus pour vous installer Tout le reste est parfait !

La maison est très bien, mais il manque des rangements ainsi que des plans de travail dans la cuisine. Un lave vaisselle est indispensable pour une maison de cette capacité. La télévision par satellite devrait être prévue pour une clientèle internationnale. La vaisselle devrait etre prevu pour le nombre de personnes que la maison peut accueillir. J'ai du passer plusieurs coup de téléphone pour résoudre les problèmesl que nous avons rencontré ; les portails qui ne s'ouvraient pas, la télévision qui ne fonctionnait pas, le manque de vaisselles, pas de verre pour le vin, pas assez de tasse, pas de casseroles, la piscine sale à notre arrivée .

It's a fraud website. MONEY will be deducted and you would get nothing. I can't login to my account and tried contacting support but no reply. They claim that you will get a reply within 10 minutes but no reply after hours.

I feel compelled to share the extremely traumatic experience I had with Atlas Voyages. I had booked a trip to Northern Cyprus with my 7-year-old son, but the agency made a fatal error by booking a hotel in the Greek part of the island, while our destination was the northern part, under Turkish administration, where no visa is required according to the information provided. Upon our arrival, this mistake led to disastrous consequences. We were detained and locked in a freezing, filthy, and unsanitary cell for over four hours. We were treated like criminals, separated from our luggage, and subjected to inhumane conditions. The local authorities lost our luggage, which was never recorded, making any claims impossible. The next day, in an attempt to understand the situation and seek help, I contacted the agent handling our case. This agent was utterly dismissive, even hanging up on us and minimizing our situation by saying, "it happens even to doctors." His response was to direct us to customer service, with no empathy or acknowledgment of our distress. Atlas Voyages not only failed to provide adequate service but also compounded our suffering with their lack of professionalism and empathy. This experience was a true nightmare, and I strongly advise against using this agency. An experience to avoid at all costs.

Un très mauvais service. Mauvaise communication et manque de respect pour les clients. Ils ne répondent ni au téléphone ni aux emails. Ils ont changé la date de notre vol sans nous intervenir. J'ai appelé plusieurs fois et j'ai envoyé plusieurs mails pour avoir ma facture pour ma comptabilité. Une mauvaise expérience avec cette agence de voyage qui nous a changé l'hôtel à la dernière minute et la façon dont la conseillère nous informé. Et puis nous avons cru que c'est le cas pour tout le monde alors qu'en arrivant à istanbul on découvre qu'on est que 3 personnes dans cartoon hôtel alorsqm qu'il y a d'autres personnes dans l'hôtel que nous avons choisi en premier lieu qii est beyaz saray et d'autres dans des hôtels de la meme gamme mais qui sont plus agréables que le Cartoon hotel. Une expérience très désagréable dans cet hotel qui est sale, mal organisé,un petit déjeuner qui donne pas envie de manger. C'est loin d'être un hotel 4 étoiles plus. Alors que nous avons payer normalement pour qu'il soit 4 etoiles plus. Je suis très déçue par Atlas Voyages !

Notre voyage s'est déroulé parfaitement bien durant l'allé et nous attendons le retour que nous espérons qu'il se passeras dans les memes conditions.

Don't waste your money. I really wanted these to be as advertised. Put simply, they're not. I ordered 3 different 'exploding' type cards. Spent 30 quid and got a butterfly which fell on the floor with one wing flapping, a confetti card which jammed and failed to launch and finally a confetti cube which had no explosion and a half made cube which needed a helping hand to be a square shape. It genuinely would have been more unique to have a regular card with a nice message inside. Lesson learnt!

I have just found this great website for birthday cards. Never heard of an exploding greeting card. Love it. Just sent one to my brother personalised . I drive him up the wall so can't wait to hear his reaction from is exploding confetti birthday card. Had issues with configuring a photo for a cannon card. Customer Services were so helpful and they asked me to send the photo which they re configured and sent back to me. I then uploaded and everyting worked well. Really happy with the efficient service and the card.

Unbelievably bad wok. The inner surface is as smooth as gravel.. full of machining defects. And the handle, it went loose just from the seasoning. Stir frying is impossible when the wok dingles around independently of how you move the handle. Buy ANYTHING else than this useless planned obsolescense, fake named junk. It's like buying a car from a brand that's called "drive car". Unoriginal. Gentrified waste of ressources for profit. *EDIT to response from hotwok: It's the rivets fixing the handle to the wok itself, like others describe. There's only 2 rivets, a recipe for failure. There's a reason why all other woks have 3 rivets, fixing the handle to the wok. Because it gives it sideways stability. This one only has 2, making it go loose. Even if I take it to a blacksmith and have the rivets hammered to fix it tight to the wok, it will go loose again just as quick. I don't know why i would want 2 hotwoks. They're both going to have handles flopping around, as soon as i start using them. The fact that you're not sure if it's the wok or the gasburner, just from reading my initial review, tells me that you can't be serious. It should be glaringly obvious. I talked about the handle only, and mentioned nothing about gas, stove, burner or anything other than wok and handle. I bought a real wok instead. Oddly enough the brands of no other wok producer i've found, have the word wok in their brand name. And they of course all have 3 rivets. For an obvious reason. From what i can see elsewhwere online, all the hotwok woks i've seen the same signs of cheap machining and hence a rough uneven surface inside. If at least it was considerably cheaper than real woks, i'd be ok with it being a cheap wok with a handle not properly riveted to the wok, but the price is the same. Only reason i bought this wok was the availability. I sure won't make that mistake again. I'll avoid your brand. Ciao

Après quelques difficultés de paiement en 3x via PayPal, ce que je trouvais « louche », j’ai fini par payer cash par CB. Finalement tout s’est parfaitement bien déroulé et le suivi était parfait. surprise au déballage : tout était parfaitement emballé et respirait la bonne qualité. Et en effet, une fois monté, le réchaud fonctionnait parfaitement, le wok inclus a été parfaitement assaisonné (culotté, en français) et brillait d’une extrême et noire beauté. En résumé, je suis très satisfait !

Ordered from Ireland, delivery was very, very reasonable and shipping was quick. Items well packaged. I bought a 12kw wok burner, wind shield, wok, hose and regulator. The burner is heavy and high quality. The wind blocker is a little small but it works and the whole set is reasonably priced. The burner produces a nice amount of heat... for my skill level (just learning wok) it's almost too much! I managed to create great wok hay on the first dish that I cooked, the flame licked into the wok and set the excess oil on fire, lovely smoky flavour as a result. I am very happy overall with my experience and the wok burner itself, and would recommend to anyone.

Hullerne hvor flammerne kommer ud af, er desværre ikke lavet særlig hensigtsmæssigt, de yderste peger skrå ud af og gør, at meget af varmen forsvinder op langs Wokken. Hvis man har købt sættet, der inkluderer en wok, så skal man være opmærksom på, at den wok er så lille at fuld blus kan sende varmen op på hånden, om det er fordi Wokken der er for lille eller fordi de yderste huller peger skrå ud af, det er svært at sige, men der er virkelig plads til optimering! Og ligesom en tidligere har skrevet, så er den ekstrem vindfølsom. Lige en note til jeres svar omkring hvordan i påstår at varmen skal op langs Wokken. Ja varmen og ikke flammerne for det går mod alle anbefalinger fra de asiater jeg kender, også en del Youtube anmeldelser, det stemmer heller ikke overens med det jeg lærte under min tid som medarbejder i et køkken. Flammerne skal ramme Wokken og ikke hænderne. Som jeg ser det er problemet, at de 2 yderste ringe reguleres sammen, dog delt på midten. Kunne den yderste have sin egen dyse og det samme med den anden yderste, så tror jeg det vil hjælpe en del. Husk på, gode kunder giver tilbagemelding, vi gør fordi vi ønsker at hjælpe jer til et bedre produkt, det er ikke bare brok og i behøver ikke bortforklare, der virker bare som en dårlig undskyldning.

Jeg er skuffet over min Hot Wok. Troede blusset kunne tænde elektronisk. De små greb til at skrue gassen op og ned går alt alt for stramt, er for små og meget svære at justere, ilden går meget nemt ud, hvis man skal have noget til at små simre. De yderste blus sidder alt for langt ude og ødelægger grebene på gryderne. Desværre et fejlkøb, troede bare til den pris var det bare super.

Vi har nu haft vores gasblus fra Hot Wok i et års tid - og vi er bare VILDE med det!!! Om sommeren kan vi tage blusset med ud på terrassen og i indendørs perioder, så står det bare under emhætten ovenpå kogepladerne tilkoblet de små gasflasker... Wokken bliver LYN HURTIG rygende varm, så man kan lave autentiske wokretter, uden råvarerne "supper" til i en kold pande... Hermed den varmeste anbefaling og en oplagt gave her til julen!

AVOID this company. Total scam. Our “ski in ski out” condo was not even close to ski in ski out. For the insane amount of money we spent i would At least expect an accurate description. Ridiculous luxury but poor location. Didn’t even entertain the possibility of a partial refund. I literally cried. If you’re a skier, avoid this company!!!!! Just stay at slopeside Marriott. Cheaper and where you need to be.

Avoid this place. Refused to provide a return when Vail closed Park City due to Covid-19. Everyone else in the world has been champions when dealing with this pandemic. Not Park City Rentals. They refused to refund any funds. Avoid this company.

I had never been to Park City before, so needed help figuring out where the best place was for my family to stay. They were very helpful and informative, the home was clean and very comfy. There was a minor issue and someone from maintenance was over in less than an hour to take care of it. Will definitely call them next time I'm going to Park City.
