Nach Eintragung meiner Daten werden Diese ohne mein Einverständnis an viele Hausbaufirmen weitergeleitet. Man wird mit E-Mails und SMS zugeballert. Eindeutig Spam. Ich muss dem Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht eine Datenschutzbeschwerde wegen groben Verstoß der DSGVO einreichen. Wenn man die Bewertungen hier liest, bin ich nicht der einzige. Es wird höchste Zeit. Warum arbeiten denn solche Hausbaufirmen noch auf dieses Prinzip mit Musterhaus.net zusammen. Auch die sollten sich mal fragen wo die Einverständniserklärung vom Kunden bleibt, bevor man zugespamt wird. Ich habe kein Einverständnis gegeben.

Über eine Werbeanzeige bin ich auf diese Seite aufmerksam geworden. Laut Werbeanzeige erhält man Hausbaukataloge von vielen verschiedenen Anbietern inkl. Grundrisse und Preise. Leider enthielten die Kataloge zum Großteil keine Preise und zusätzlich wurde ich von Telefonanrufen überhäuft. Wie wäre es mit einer Abfrage auf Ihrer Webseite, ob man telefonisch kontaktiert werden möchte, hätte Ihnen und mir Zeit, Ärger und diese schlechte Bewertung erspart.

Absolute Katastrophe! Ich wurde bereits hellhörig, als die Nummer nicht verifiziert werden konnte (hatte mich bewusst vertippt). Nach Eingabe der korrekten Nummer kamen die Anrufe und Mails der Verkäufer. Furchtbar! Glauben seriöse Unternehmen wirklich, dass sie heute auf die Art noch Umsätze generieren?! Ein Hinweis: die Bewertung gilt ausschließlich Musterhaus.net aufgrund der Vorgehensweise. Die Anrufer waren freundlich und zeigten Verständnis und sind sicherlich auch keine unseriösen Unternehmen. Ich würde mir an deren Stelle überlegen, ob die Zusammenarbeit mit Musterhaus.net wirklich zielführend ist.

Stand 2023 ist ein schlüsselfertiges Bauen unter 3.000,-/m² Wohnfläche inklusive allem was wirklich dazu gehört so gut wie nicht mehr möglich. Dennoch werden auf diesem Portal wieder und wieder erheblich niedrigere Hauspreise beworben, die allenfalls als "Bauernfängerei" dienen können. Das das böse Erwachen dann irgendwann kommt wird freilich nirgends kommuniziert. Der Ratgeber der Verbraucherzentralen "Kosten und Vertragsfallen beim Bauen" umfasst 350 Seiten. Das verdeutlicht, wie umfangreich die Möglichkeiten von "Bauernfänger-Anbietern" sind, sich im Nachhinein die benötigten €uros zu holen. Bis zu 30% sind dabei leider durchaus Realität. Tipp an alle Bauinteressenten: Erst einmal eine Beratung bei einem der großen Bauherrenschutzvereine nutzen.

I used UK Pallets twice in December 2024 for two high importance collections ( gearboxes) and they exceeded my expectations completely. I could not recommend this company highly enough on both value for money and customer service.

I needed to return a pallet of paving slabs. Never used a pallet company before. Found UK Pallets who were exceptionally helpful and provided me with a collection service the following day. The consignment was not delivered, no customer signature. The carrier is lying that the pallet was collected by a man, but the system generated a woman's name. The customer claims they did not receive the pallet. If you want to be sure it arrives at the address you specify, please use another company. The case is being referred to the Northampton HMCTS.

Efter en rådskade i køkkengulvet kom Rene' fra Østerskov Byg og fjernede væg og skabsmoduler under trappe. I forbindelse med udskift af varmtvands beholder blev Østerskov byg valgt til at fjerne indbyggede skabe den sad i som VVS'eren forlangte for at kunne lave udskiftningen. Skabene blev fjernet og genmonteret, stiller fint til side mens VVS'eren var i gang med udskifting og de koordinere selv så de blev monteret igen dagen efter. Montage og finish super fint. Man kan ikke se de har været ude og monteret igen.

Østerskov byg har i flere omgange lavet arbejde for os. Der har været brug for forskellige slags håndværkere sidst den søde og dygtige maler, Pernille. Alle håndværkere har været kompetente, hurtige, flinke og til at stole på. Alle aftaler er blevet overholdt og vi har været yderst tilfredse med det udførte arbejde og vil også fremover benytte os af dette firma. Tak.

Simply awful customer service from start to finish. I ordered some Xmas lights in December. They promoted a 25% discount, but there was nowhere to apply their promo code before payment was taken. The description of the lights was incorrect so I wanted to return them. I got no response from their online chat function and then nothing from emails for several days. I have now been back and forward with them dozens of times and as of Feb, I still have not had a full refund. They also point blank refuse to give me their head office address so that I can contact trading standards. Please don't ignore this review, they are a terrible company

Wado, the store manager of the Manchester shop, was so helpful, friendly and had such a pleasant customer approach. He went out of his way to make our experience a good one and even to the extent of personally delivering the leather chair we bought and carrying it for us to our flat nearby. Leider ist meine Ware kaputt angekommen. Ich habe direkt Fotos an Vilgain per Email geschickt. Darauf kam am selben Tag eine Email zurück mit einer Entschuldigung und einer angeblichen Gutschrift auf mein Konto. Seitdem, weder Gutschrift noch weitere Kommunikation. Auf meine Emails wird plötzlich nicht mehr geantwortet.

Meine erste Erfahrung mit Vilgain ist leider nicht positiv. Obwohl ich meine Bestellung frühzeitig storniert habe, wurde die Bestellung trotzdem an mich rausgeschickt. Gleich nachdem ich die Ware bekommen habe, habe ich sie umgehend wieder an Vilgain zurückgeschickt. Obwohl die Ware laut Sendungsverfolgung schon am 01.02. an den Händler übergegangen ist, hat bis heute keine Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises erfolgt. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt, dass eine einfache Rückerstattung so lange dauert und das obwohl mir der Kundenservice eine Erstattung bis zum 13.02. versprochen hat. Sollte ich bis zum 18.02.25 weiterhin keine Rückerstattung erhalten haben, bin ich gezwungen mich an meinen Zahlungsdienstleister zu wenden, weil ich kann mittlerweile leider nicht mehr darauf vertrauen dass Vilgain das Geld freiwillig zurückerstattet. Nachtrag vom 18.02.25: Es ist etwas ironisch, dass der Händler in seinem Kommentar selbst auf die gesetzliche Frist von 14 Tagen verweist, jedoch bis heute noch keine Erstattung getätigt hat. Ich habe jetzt einen Käuferschutz-Fall bei Trusted Shop eröffnet. Das kann Vilgain dann gerne denen erklären warum eine Rückerstattung mittlerweile fast 3 Wochen auf sich warten lässt.

I just wasn’t happy with the delivery info on the site. Was told it would be Friday, then Monday, then Tuesday..-and then I canceled. If you cannot predict your warehouse capacity well, then I guess you shouldn’t also promise early delivery dates.

I bought their baking protein and, although it has no taste or smell as advertised, it gave me terrible stomach ache, bloating and heartburn. I added it to the pancakes and only ate one. I asked them for the certificate of analysis that tests for heavy metals which any company that respects itself should have and they either don’t have it or didn’t want to send it to me. They only sent the Certificate of Compliance, issued by them to them (loool) which said they have heavy metals under “safety limits”. The amount of heavy metal in the powder was never mentioned. It was a one time only order and a very bad experience (and quite expensive as the powder ended up in the trash). Research your protein powders.

So after you asking me for details of my order after my review I’ve had no reply?!! I’ve Still not received my order, I’ve sent more emails including one to the .com email as well as the uk one. Disgusting service. You have my money and I have no product. I want my money back. Do not order from this company. Their customer service is non existent!

I placed an order on January 1st which took two weeks to arrive. When it did arrive the box was in bad shape and thankfully most of the products were intact, but one jar of nut butter had opened enough that oil spilled over all the contents. It was a quite a mess to clean up. I wrote to the company a week ago to request a refund for the damaged product and have heard nothing at all. I will not order from them again and would warn others that their customer service is non-existent.

Ich habe am 19.12.24 eine Bestellung gemacht, diese ist heute den 14.01.25 immer noch nicht eingetroffen. DPD läst zum zweiten mal das Paket tagelang rumliegen. Das erste mal hing das Paket fast 2 Wochen in Nürnberg fest, nun schon wieder 4 Tage in Wittenwil. Bei einer Lebensmittellieferung eine schlichte Katastrophe. Habe das auch schon Vilgain geschrieben, das scheint die aber nicht zu interessieren. Keine Antwort darauf erhalten. Nachtrag 15.1.24; Ja, das Paket ist heute endlich eingetroffen. Leider sind drei der sechs Pöte darin beschädigt. Trotz 'Zerbrechlich' Aufkleber auf dem Paket wurde das Paket vermutlich durch die Gegend geworfen. Es brauch viel, bis bei Kübeln trotz Luftpolsterung der Boden heraus bricht.

Ich habe am 24.12.24 meine Bestellung aufgegeben und bezahlt Seit dem 27.12.24 ist meine Bestellung unterwegs letztes Update war am 03.01.25 seit dem bekomm ich keine Updates mehr nichts also die Lieferzeiten sind sehr lang Update 13.01.25 Wie villgain meine Anfrage beantwortet hat das ich mich per E-Mail melden sollte, was ich auch getan habe Villgain reagiert leider nicht auf meine Mail und auch DPD nicht mein Paket hängt seit dem 03.01.25 immer noch in Vilmengen fest

I've tried quite a few companies and Handyguy is the only one that actually delivered. I like them because their traffic is real, they don't sell me leads, and they get me more customer phone calls.

EDIT: The company is worst every company to work with. We have worked for his website development and this guy really does not understand how programming is done. He might have changed the code himself or hired an amateur developer to work on our code which spoiled the whole things. Now he comes back and wants us to review the website and lays the blame on us. Not happy with the service. Made a booking over a week ago through carers SA to take the load off myself and have someone come in and clean my home for me. I have a terminally Ill mother and 5 children by myself so my life is very hard at the moment so was happy to have this offered to me and take stress off. It’s caused me More stress as they took my booking didn’t come when they said rebooked me in for the following day and then message me saying they will bring 3 people into my home to clean quickly at 4pm when it’s most busiest in my home which they were aware of and my immuncomprimised mother. So now they want me to wait another week when my house having all of us here needs cleaning regularly I’ve not done anything as I wanted to take the break and not have to clean up I’ve had my house ready now for 2 days and stayed home waiting around for them to not rock up change my appointments cancel them also and not listen to anything I am saying so I’ve not had any service yet but not happy already

We organize Merrymops to come out and do a “bond clean”. They came to our place and spent 4 hours cleaning the whole house. I was very disappointed in the quality of work. I had to get them to go over most things again as it wasn’t properly cleaned. We had to also get them back on a second occasion because their work in the first place wasn’t satisfactory. They also scratched our window when they were cleaning the window with there cleaning equipment. Would no recommend.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused"

I have used the company now twice and I have been hugely disappointed both times. My latest order placed on June 24, was promised to be sent to my by July 1. Didn't arrive, had to chase them. Finally on the 17th of July I was told that the manufacturer, Express Prototype, didn't have any resin (for my tiny charm!!!!) and thus had cancelled the order and I was supposed to be contacted by the manufacturer for a refund. Nothing happened. A week ago I told 3DCompare it is their responsibility to organise my refund. It is now 26th of July - no refunds, no prints, no messages. The charm was part of a commissioned piece, which is still up in the air. Too much time & effort has been spent on this. I wish I had not decided to give 3DCompare another chance after the first time their manufacturer didn't supply my prints for another project. My contact seems nice, but this is not the way to treat customers.

There are a few other turntables local to us, a long way from Spin-It HQ. So a visit for servicing carefully timed make financial sense, and Spin-it guys are really helpful on that. This last time there was major malfunction, and new motor replacement was installed (and service too) in quick and tidy time. Always very helpful.

Our turntable had not been serviced for a long time. Chris and his team took the time to travel to our house to take a look at it, as it wasn’t working properly. I decided it needed a proper service and new parts. Chris came back the week after, and sorted the turntable out, and it now works perfectly again. This site has beautiful shoes but sizing is tricky. I bought a U.S. size 7.5 but received a U.K size 7.5. This was difficult for me to figure out. I finally did so by measuring the shoes from the inside. I sent 10 photos to verify the size difference. I escalated the issue to Paypal who would not support me because I really wanted the shoes. After several weeks of messages, they return the cost of the shoes, so I'm happy but I still don't have an address to return the big shoes. Overall, I'm satisfied because this transaction was looking like a total lost.

Ik begrijp de reactie van meewind op mijn review, aanpassen kan niet meer. Ik blijf erbij dat bedrijven beter niet hun eigen reviews promoten. Het rendement is niet meer uitstekend maar redelijk. Het duurzame doel blijft goed.

Duurzaam en rendabel

Goede informatie, duidelijk inzicht in je persoonlijke beleggingen op de website. Vier keer per jaar een kwartaalverslag met de rendementen erbij. Een jaarvergadering waar je online bij kunt zijn. Goed rendement per jaar tussen de 5 en 10 %.

Inleggen bij Meewind geeft een goed gevoel. Je doet iets duurzaams, het levert rendement op en je geeft startende initiatieven een kans.

Toch wel heel vreemd. 7 reviews positieve tussen 9 en 11 juli, allen positief, Daarna een half jaar niets. Nu 7 5-sterren reviews op hetzelfde tijdstip. Dit lijkt echt georkestreerd

Excellent/outstanding customer service I emailed one day they replied an hour later. Replacement on its way today. Would recommend this brand myself and family have used for many years. I have bought this large dish rack drainer to replace my old one. Same colour etc but after about 10 years of use it was breaking. Good design. Large enough for family of four with no dishwasher.

I recently purchased a kitchen bin from ADDIS via amazon. the box was all ripped at the bottom and the bin lid was broke. I got in touch with amazon about sending the bin back, amazon was pretty prompt sending me a form with a send back code. later that day I got an email from ADDIS DIRECT saying I had to pay for postage to send back the bin even though it was broke talk about adding insult to injury. DISGUSTING site. don't buy from this site it's a rip off site. would never buy from them again.

We ordered a whole lot of the wonderful Addis "Foodsaver" food containers recently. Firstly, what brilliant containers these are, lasting all-but forever, but also what fantastic price and service Addis offered. Well done!

On 17/2/25 I purchased an Addis spray mop for £18 from my local B&M store. After a few days it was broken. The plastic retaining clips that hold the bottle in place were breaking off. I returned the item to store and obtained a replacement. Unfortunately this one broke within a week, the same plastic component but in a different place. To me this would suggest a batch issue and a fault in manufacture. Unfortunately I lost the receipt so contacted Addis direct because B&M refund policy is you need your receipt. Addis reply was they could not validate my warranty without proof of purchase. Very poor customer service. It was an Addis product and I was taking up the issue with the manufacturer/distributor, not a high street retailer. With many retailers not issuing receipts unless you ask this appears to be a way of companies shirking their responsibility. Also who keeps a receipt for a cleaning product, have you retained the receipt for your hand broom and dustpan?

We bought a Thermo Pot water heater about 8 months ago. It recently developed a fault and as it was under warranty, I contacted customer services. They responded within the hour and immediately sent out a replacement. These days it's so often a battle to get companies to deal with faulty products and accept responsibility when things go wrong, so I can't praise Addis enough for the swift and efficient manner in which they dealt with this warranty replacement.

Folding Stepstool - SKU: 516931 I have owned this stool for about 18 months and to date, it has worked as expected. However, today it collapsed under me and has completely broken. I was fortunate to receive no injuries. This is unacceptable as the stool is supposed to take the weight of a normal human. I weigh 85 kilogrammes. FWIW, I believe that the design of this stool with its multiple hinges and plastic construction, is too complicated to be safe.

Please don't order with your credit or debit card at Rasoishop.com because they call it a prepaid order and you will not be able to cancel your order in any circumstance. They claim it to be easy to work with but this is a home based business the phone calls are answered my only one non-professional lady I think who is the relative of the owner on this business. Once you order this so called prepaid order you will be out of luck. Even if the order is of not the quality you expect specially if you order a Softel brand item, you will be stuck with the order. I ordered Neelam brand Multi Kadai from Amazon for ₹1700 but cancelled it and ordered this Softel multi kadai for the same price thinking this is better then Neelam. Within 5 minutes I realized that this kadai didn't have thick multi clad bottom for proper induction heating. The lady on the phone refused to cancel my order and started interrogating me on the phone like why you are cancelling, what is the problem, you will now get your money back on the debit card but only Gift Card will be issued. Then I realized that this is a grab and run scheme. Once I realized that I had no chance of getting my money back I reluctantly agreed to have my order proceed. Today I received my order and I see that the bottom of the kadai is not thick enough for induction heating to be efficient. The accessory plates are not of the sturdy quality. They feel flimsy thin. So please don't fell into the trap as me and think twice before doing business with rasoishop.com. It is a riskshop.com. Thank you.

They sent a half-used item with gashes and scratches in a used-like condition (probably after someone returned it after use). Even after repeatedly making calls and sharing images where the scratches were clearly visible, the horrible customer agent kept denying that anything was wrong with their product. Their cheap prices actually come from such malpractices where they sell off stuff after it has been damaged.

recently bought a pressure cooker from Softel Machine Ltd, which was ISI marked. After only 8 months, the base of the cooker suddenly blasted. When I contacted their helpline, I was shocked by their response. Despite claiming to be responsible manufacturers with ISI standards, they told me they aren't liable for the cooker blasting. I urge all customers to avoid purchasing any products from this vendor. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service are unacceptable. Your safety is more important than buying from unreliable brands.

I bought Green colour bottle which has same colour cap image on the website but the delivered Green bottle which has black colour cap & they are not ready to return the product saying its correct as per website image. Even my return request also approved.

Jeg har haft en fuldstændig uacceptabel oplevelse med Idriverep. For fire år siden afleverede jeg min iPad Pro 1TB til dem og har aldrig fået den tilbage. På trods af gentagne løfter om erstatning og utallige opkald og e-mails fra min side (nærmest kun den ene vej), er der intet sket. Jeg har været ekstremt tålmodig og håbet naivt på en løsning, men al kontakt er stort set stoppet. Selv virksomhedens direktion har lovet at løse sagen, men stadig uden resultat. De har oven i købet anderkendt, at det er deres fejl. Denne iPad blev brugt til arbejde og var dyr i indkøb + den var 3 uger gammel, og deres manglende håndtering har medført betydelige tab for mig. Det er uretfærdigt og respektløst at blive behandlet på denne måde, især når man som kunde har udvist så meget tålmodighed og samarbejdsvilje. Jeg vil nu kontakte en advokat og dele min oplevelse offentligt på diverse medier, og håbe at andre vil gøre det samme. Advarsel til andre: Overvej nøje, om I ønsker at stole på denne virksomhed. Jeg er tydeligvis ikke det eneste tilfælde med denne oplevelse.

Nicht einmal Besichtigungstermine darf man mit Interessenten vereinbaren, da die Plattform offenbar wahnsinnige Angst davor hat, man könnte es außerhalb vermieten. Datenschutzrechtlich wird das aber auch noch Konsequenzen haben, denn Campanda scheint Nachrichten mitzulesen, was Datenschutzrechtlich ein Problem für die Plattform darstellen dürfte. Bei keiner anderen Plattform wird das so gehandhabt und wir arbeiten mit vielen Plattformen, auch aus der Hotellerie zusammen. Offenbar laufen die Geschäfte so schlecht, dass man diesen Schritt gehen muss. Aber das wird jetzt auch die Datenschutzbehörde prüfen, ob das alles so rechtens ist. Man will jetzt natürlich auch alles bisherige in Rechnung stellen. Wir werden es nicht bezahlen. Eine bodenlose Frechheit, wie diese Plattform arbeitet!

Wir haben unseren Camper hier gemietet und es war einfach super sehr einfach den richtigen zu finden und die komplette Abhandlung war super!

Wir wollten einen „ Carado I447 der Traum! „ mieten von einem Herrn Klein. War mehr ein Albtraum. Verdrecktes Fahrzeug, keine Automatik, keine gebuchten Zusatzpakete, keine Einweisung…. Haben dann ein anderes gemietet und müssen jetzt vor Gericht die Anzahlung einklagen, da diese wohl von Campanda abgebucht wurde aber der Vermieter sagt er hätte sie nicht bekommen. Mehrere Mails an Campanda werden nicht beantwortet, telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Campanda hat wohl kein wirksames Verfahren um unseriöse Ermittler auszuschließen Andere Vermieter wie z.B. Reimers sind zwar teurer aber wesentlich besser!

Wir hatten über Campanda ein Wohnmobil in Irland gemietet. Die Bilder entsprachen keineswegs dem Original. Loch in der Decke, Kühlschrank defekt und auch sonst in einem miserablen Zustand. Campanda übernahm keine Verantwortung für den eigentlichen Vermieter oder die Bilder auf Ihrer Webseite. Niemals wieder.

Wir wollten uns ein Wohnmobil in Österreich mieten um die schöne Umgebung zu beobachten und WOW bin ich überrascht mit dieser Firma! Schön eingerichtet gute Leistung und ein sehr sehr fairer Preis! Nur weiterzuempfehlen!

Ich möchte mir in dieser schwierigen Zeit eine kleine Auszeit gönnen. Wir haben einen Wohnwagen in Campanda gesucht, gefunden und gebucht. Es ist nicht kompliziert, es ist einfach und vor allem günstig, weil Sie die Preise sofort vergleichen können. Der Besitzer des Autos war sehr freundlich und hat mir das Auto sehr empfohlen. Ich kann diese Seite nur empfehlen.

We found this Company to be very unprofessional. We reserved a Camper through them in November 2022. This Reservation was due to start in July 2023. We then found out in July days befor our trip that the company they used flexi-camper was bankkrupt. We had no feedback or communication from Campanda at all. I called Flexi-Camper about three days before our trip to verify our reservation only to to told that they were no longer in Buisness. Our whole trip has been greatly disrupted, our Young Daughter whom was already in Sweden a week before with Friends was now stranded. We will have to take the train to Humburg only to pick her up and continue our trip in Bed and Breakfast. My attempts to contact a companda representative all failed. Stay far from this Company, professionalism is not part of their moto.
