Note of appreciation for Branson King. In 2023, we had terrible experiences with OVAGO both going home and returning from home to US. Our flight was canceled less than 24 hours without notice while at Chicago airport and the staff working for United Airlines were not ready to help us while our agent or the staff working for Lufthansa were no where to be reached or found. A flight for a day took 2-3 days to reach our destination without our any of our seven luggages. It took Lufthansa airline a week to deliver our luggages with some items missing from the luggages after multiple travels to the airport from the village. Our returning from home to US was a nightmare after we arrived at Huston airport. Our flight was canceled numerous time. We slept at the airport for 3 days without help or provision for a hotel. We managed to rebook our flight to Chicago and back very tired and exhausted. In 2024, reverse was the case with Branson King who booked our flights. We had very smooth and enjoyable experiences both going home and coming back to US. Branson took his time to find us tickets at last minute when all hopes have gone. I had issues between Ovago and Cathay Pacific. Cathay canceled my return flights when I missed one flight. I emailed Ovago and they replied that the issue was resolved, and sent the e-ticket again. When I arrived at the airport for my return, Cathay would not issue a boarding pass and told me the booking issues were still not resolved.

Best taxi company I’ve used. Did some shopping around before I booked and Thai was by far the cheapest. Hashmat Ali was my driver and he was so kind and patient. My flight was delayed over an hour and he waited at no extra cost which I couldn’t believe. He texted me via WhatsApp with where he was and where he was waiting. Brilliant service will definitely be booking again!!

Late night Christmas Day pickup and everything was fine
We needed picking up in Sidcup at 11pm on December 25th, and taken 30 miles to north London. The driver turned up on time and messaged me, helped us with a few Christmas presents and gracefully ignored that me and the missus were a bit merry. Drove us across town swiftly and safely and wished us well on our way. Basically I couldn't have asked for a better service. Just wanted to balance out some of the moaning on here because not enough people bother writing reviews unless they're complaining.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent booking with your company. I regret choosing your service over others, as this has been the worst experience I have ever encountered with a cab service. To provide context, I booked a cab in advance to pick up my elderly parents from Heathrow Terminal 4 as I was unable to do so due to issues with my own car. During the booking process, I selected the option for the driver to arrive “45 minutes after landing”. However, the driver arrived well before the plane landed at 6:12 PM. This timing misalignment appeared to be the driver’s personal decision and caused significant issues later. Despite his early arrival, the driver claimed he had waited for “half an hour by 6:30 PM,” when my father and mother were still deboarding the plane, handling heavy luggage, and managing mobility challenges. Upon reaching out, the driver informed my father that he was waiting at Costa Coffee, which, as you are likely aware, is located right outside the arrival hall. Despite the proximity, the driver failed to meet them there as per your company’s advertised “Meet and Greet” service. Instead, the driver kept moving to different locations, eventually ending up at the car park. As a result, my elderly parents were left struggling with heavy trolleys and luggage while attempting to locate him. This caused physical strain and injuries to their thumbs and bodies, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the driver falsely claimed that he had waited for an extended period and attempted to charge additional fees for this time. This is disgraceful behavior, particularly when your website advertises a seamless meet-and-greet experience in the arrivals hall. I have already submitted a complaint via WhatsApp but have yet to receive a response. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will escalate it further. This experience has been distressing and does not align with the service expectations set by your advertisements. For the sake of potential customers reading this feedback, I strongly advise avoiding this company, even if it appears more cost-effective than other options. The stress, poor service, and lack of accountability are simply not worth it. I look forward to a swift resolution of this matter

Avoid at all cost!
This cab company is by far the worst I've ever experienced! I booked a cab on the 7th September to pick my family up from Gatwick airport I said I needed a car for 5 people one being a 7 year old. I asked if he needed a booster he said no as he's over 7. I then texted whilst at the airport to let him know our flight had been delayed. He responded with "noted" On arrival to gatwick after a 2 hour delay at 3am there was no car! No message to say why so I messaged asking where the car is and I was sent a message back saying the car has been cancelled because I was delayed I will recieve a refund in 48 hours! At this point I was so upset after the delay and now being stranded at the airport with my children in stormy weather at 3 am and the cab office outside gatwick wanted £230 and I had no money for another cab as this company had taken me fare! I called them and then messaged to let them know my disappointment, he then called back to say another car would come in an hour but for me to "cooperate" with the driver meaning to put my 7 year old on my lap! Normally I would never do this but seeing as I was stranded with no other way of getting home I did it! I recieved an email 55 minutes after getting into the cab to say the fair would be £110 even though i had paid £129 for the bigger car it also stated in the notes that I would be fully refunded! We arrived home at 5.15 in the morning over 4 hours later then planned because of delays and this cab office! Fast forward 10 days I emailed the cab office with all my evidence and late last night I was told I was getting a refund. This morning I have another email to tell me they did send a big enough car as it had 6 seats that's strange cause at no point did the driver tell me my 7 year old could of had a seat? Which as the driver is his responsibility to make sure all passengers are seated properly! They also changed there message to state I would be getting 20% off my fare considering I overpaid for the cab by £19 anyway they're refunding me a further £3 oh and 10% off my next booking! I'd rather book a donkey to get me to the airport then ever use this business again!

A total disaster. Unsafe and unreliable
A total disaster. I paid extra and booked an MPV as my son often feels car sick. Although I missed a digit from the flight number I had given the pick up time on the booking. The company called me while on the flight about the flight number instead of realising in advance that it wasn't correct - obviously I can't receive a call on the flight. When we landed and got through the driver said he was five mins away - he wasn't. He then wasnt clear about where to meet so we were going round and round in circles. He finally arrived 30 mins late. He was not in an MPV. My son's girlfriend then asked my son what time we would get back to which he replied an hour. The driver said I'll get you back quicker and then proceeded to drive like a lunatic and I kept politely saying please don't get a speeding ticket on our account we aren't in a rush. But he carried on divining like a mad man. It was dark as it was 11pm and it was raining. I was actually scared we wouldn't make it back but unfortunately I'm too nice to say what I want so kept my mouth shut and spent the journey on edge. Not a great end to a holiday. He got us back in 45 minutes instead of 1 hour. It's very difficult to beat the day nav estimated time. He was driving dangerously. I have since emailed the company twice asking them to refund me for the additional amount I paid for an MPV and they have failed to respond. I won't use this company again and would not recommend anyone else uses them. A failure from start to finish.

Absolutely amazing service
Absolutely amazing service. We were told by a mechanic that a part needed for an MOT fix was going to be hard to locate due to the vehicle and that we should be prepared for not being able to ever find one. I used Google to see if I could source the part and IMAxle came up and had it in stock. I placed my order early in the morning and the item arrived the very next day. Thanks to this, the vehicle is now through it's MOT drives better than ever. Highly recommended.

IM AXLES
I purchased an axle from IM Axles in Jan 2020 and one side completely collapsed through bearing failure after 16k miles 2 weeks after the 2 year warranty expired in February 2022 . IM AXLES stated that the failure is due to road conditions and is "an original design issue" in short, they just did not want to know. I agree that the axle is not a great design, But, the original rear axle on this vehicle had lasted 15 years and had travelled the same roads/commute (driven by my wife - a Nurse) for far longer than the IM replacement. The old axle had covered 145k. The IM axle did just 16k before failing. Subsequent to this review I removed the IM axle. It was much lighter than the original so I dismantled it. The general cheap quality was noticeably inferior to the original and the offside bearings had indeed completely failed. One thing is certain - the secondhand axle I purchased at the scrapyard will EASILY outlast a new IM axle. Don't waste your money.

GREAT PRICE, PARTS & SERVICE
A fracture developed on the rear subframe/axle of my wife's 2008 Fiat 500 (A common problem apparently). On closer examination it was also starting to corrode quite badly and as such needed replacement. An internet search sourced a brand new part from IMAxle specialists for £142 delivered which was cheaper than reclaimed used parts being advertised on eBay and in salvage yards. The online ordering process was simple, communication first class and the part was delivered without a hitch in less than 24hrs!. The mechanic who carried out the work was impressed with the quality of the part which only required minor tweeking during installation. Out of interest I contacted my local Fiat dealer where I was quoted £1080! Well done IMAxle Specialists and many thanks for your assistance.

Please avoid this scam company. Sent a faulty unit and refused to refund unless we paid excessive shipping to return it. Since we don't want anything to do with this brand, we just wanted a cash refund, not a replacement, and certainly not spend more money shipping it back in good faith the scammers would honor the return. They also removed the item from our purchase history in Mydeal, so we couldn't even leave feedback or escalate to Mydeal. Forced to do a credit card charge back. Please avoid this company at all costs.

Do NOT do business with this company. Canceled our order, received an email that we had to still pay them $10 (?) and if we didn't respond within 24 hours, they would go ahead and ship it. I responded within 3 hours, and got another email saying sorry you missed the deadline. I've emailed them screenshots of the oemail timestamps, but they just keep coming up with more excuses and will NOT refund our money. Now trying to get a refund through the credit card company and we STILL don't even have the shirt that they insisted on sending even though we canceled it. Scam - held my site ransom - do not engage them
I paid VideoJeeves $800 to build a simple website. When complete, for simplicity, I paid VideoJeeves to host my site. Unfortunately, on far too many occasions, I would check on the site and it would be down. One time it took them over a week to get the site back up. Due to the very poor hosting experience, I decided to transfer my 3 page, simple site. Even though the contract calls for the work product to be delivered to me, VideoJeeves will not give me the files without paying a $999 ransom. I know have to pay to have my site recreated. This company now sounds like a couple individuals on cell phones and gmail accounts scamming its customer. Stay clear from this company. Far too many choices. Do not make the same mistake that I did.

Very unorganized. I purchased the service for $7000. Service include: a website where you record and practice answering interview questions so you can send it to your career coach for review, 10 1 hour coaching sessions from a list of many career coaches (some coaches are unresponsive), a list of job opportunities where you can send your application. One good thing about this service is the coaches are very knowledgeable, however, when you only get 10 1 hour sessions you only get to pick one career coach or else you'll waste your session on introduction. Apart from the knowledgeable coaches where you don't get enough of, everything else is a complete waste of money. Overall the service is a complete scam and waste of money.

Scam company.
Scam company. I am an international business advisor and executive coach, and I work with Fortune 100 companies. I love to work with people and have found that my versatile experience truly brings empowerment to people. I work with many organizations, and I had liked Parabolic’s mission to help people who need a job, help with their careers, and need to change their lives from a professional angle. So, I was happy to support its mission, but I don’t work for free. I had noticed the company had a mess; they put coaches who apply online on their system for taxes without even interviewing them, so I walked away. I talked with Curtis and asked him directly, “Is the company stable, functioning properly, with paying clients, and in a position to hire and pay coaches?” And he said yes, that the company had been in “business” for years. Nothing happened for a while, but one day, Jackie, the Head of Product, reached out and said the company had gone through some adjustments and was back organized, invited me for a call, made me an offer, and immediately got me a very nice client, and I was happy to support him. Jackie reassured me she was on top of things and would organize the issues with communication, paperwork, systems, etc. Jackie was very communicative, with weekly emails, until she disappeared, along with everybody else. She left many people hanging, many coaches who had invested months with weekly sessions and coaching about ten people and had not gotten paid for that time. I kept trying to contact support, and Femi the founder but he never responded to emails. I stopped coaching my client. They paid a premium and put all of their hopes into this program to get a job. He kept also emailing to get an answer or refund, and he was getting his emails bounced. This happened to a lot of people. I reached out to some of the coaches who had been featured on the homepage, and some say they withdrew from working with Parabolic because they struggled to get paid; some didn’t even know their faces and names were being used on the homepage so they had to ask their lawyers to draw a letter to remove them. Parabolic was using high-profile people on their site without their knowledge to claim success. Finally, I got an email from Femi without a care in the world that said “he couldn’t pay,” IF people would get paid, it would take a year. Palmer the founder never apologized, never bothered to pick up the phone, or tried to work on an arrangement. I tried emailing, texting, and calling, and he stood in his place, saying he had done nothing wrong. He claimed he would take care of payments but didn’t even bother. I gave him plenty of chances, but he never bothered to make it right. I told him he was leaving me with no choice but to sue him, and he said, “sue me.” Here is the reason why I am taking the time to write this. Some people are not worth our time, and Femi is not one of them, but thankfully, I am in a position to recover from this, and my experience with my client was hopefully a valuable “mentoring” experience to help him in his career but is crucial for me to share this for a couple of reasons: 1. My experience is the tip of the iceberg; Femi continues trying to get clients from Premium packages but has no Coaches to back them up, leaving many people without their paychecks. He has let a lot of people down. When this happens, it is not because of poor management but because of a lack of scruples. He had time to correct the situation, but he took the money with greed and didn’t pay people. Femi is not trustworthy, and it is beyond risky to invest in him. 2. Many people and professionally desperate people are under the mirage that this company can help them get a job to have stability and build a future. Many are making a high effort and sacrifices to invest in Parabolic, hoping this helps and changes their situation. They are left hanging, struggling to get a response or their money back. Many of these clients are from overseas and are hoping to make it in America, and they think that by hiring this American company, they’ll have a way in. 3. If I stay silent, I am part of it. This is my most significant reason for speaking up. I have wasted a lot of time, but if I am preventing people from a disappointing experience, financial loss, and feeling used to speaking up, I’ve done my part. It’s a horrible feeling to be scammed by cowards. I am a startup advisor, and I know that companies create images of success to lure people, but not everything that shines is gold. Entrepreneurship, tech startups, and supporting people to succeed are my world, so I can’t walk away quietly. I can’t allow people without scruples to ruin the trust and credibility of startups. Otherwise, people won’t give startups a chance. I have all my emails to back this up.

I went to a pretty average school but passionate in finance, I had trouble getting interviews at companies wanted. I wanted to break into wall street firms but it was difficult for me to. I looked at organizations that could achieve this goal, but Parabolic stood out. There were doubts given I had not used it, I worked with coach AJ and a few coaches which helped me with different interviews and technical interviews. We have been stuck with these frauds since Sept 2023. They are consistently trying to work lies into us maintaining our website. The more we have refused, the more they have come up with ways to try to swindle money from us. We've lost more than 4k using these frauds. Now, they have placed a banner on our website stating that our copyright has expired. To see the banner, go visit our website at mobcofypsi dot com. A simple search on Google shows anyone that website copyrights don't expire. But yet and still, these guys have placed a banner on our site to try to discourage folks from visiting. It has been 6 months and no website has been built but my credit card has unauthorized transactions of $4000. Someone from this company called me to remove the bad google review and they will offer me a promotion. The promotion was to built another site for $600 instead of $700 and then keep charging my credit card. Guys stay away. They have no place of business, fake address, fake people with american name. They have someone by the name Kevin Bacon, travis johnson, patrick williams, ross miller, steven anderson, eric cooper. You will not find this people on company site or linkedin. Fake people from India using US names to sound professional. I hope this helps someone!

DO NOT USE WEBSITEDEZK
Do not and I repeat DO NOT use the company called WEBSITEDEZK.com. This company is a company that defrauded me of my money. First, they asked for $2,000 to do the development on my website and then later they informed me to have the capabilities I wanted I had to have them host the website. This was a further $1,200 for a 2-year period. The contract that I signed with them stipulated that if I was not happy with the website development, I could cancel it at any time before delivery of the product and would be refunded fully. There were many communication issues and delivery issues. I tried to assist the communication issues by creating complete layout documents, but things were still not going the way that I needed them to go. I got really tired of this. In total this was over a 2-months period. My time and loss of money was getting to me, and I decided I should just try to get the website done another way. I then told them that I wanted to terminate the process because the communication was a major issue. They then directed me to the owner/manager (I believe his name is Chris Jorden. At least that is the name he gave). This guy then when through a whole intimidation tactic on the phone basically telling me that I have to take his trying to fix whatever issues I had with the process to get whole, but that I was not getting my money back. These really hurt me financially. I then asked for my money back for the hosting since the website never went live and was not hosted. He then furthered the intimidation tactic and told me that I could only get $900 back and that I had to acknowledge a document saying that I would take that. Also, he said I had to agree on this that day or I would get nothing. This involved a long argument on the phone. When I realized I would only get the $900, I filled out the email requesting this. They indicated I would get the money back in 10 – 15 working days. After 15 working days I contacted them to indicate that I had not received the funds yet. He told me he was checking on it. I got no call back from him. I called the next day and since then they are not taking any of my call. These are the names and the numbers that they gave during the process. The project manager's prolonged absence, coupled with the lack of communication, or clear communication and failure to meet my requirements, resulted in a subpar experience. The project manager was out of the office for an extended period early on due to personal reasons, which is understandable.Who takes his place? However, Website Dezk failed to provide adequate backup, leading to delays and missed deadlines. Supposedly the website finally went live only after considerable delay. Moreover, upon launch, I found that I was unable to edit my own blog posts, a feature I had expressly requested from the outset. The main Focus I requested is not available unless I pay $$$..Wait what have I paid for Despite bringing this issue to Website Dezk's attention several weeks ago, I have yet to receive a response or any resolution. This lack of communication and disrespect when I asked for the refund, further highlights the company's shortcomings. Overall, Website Dezk's performance fell far short of my expectations. My project suffered from delays, inadequate communication, and a failure to deliver on agreed-upon requirements. I hired another company that delivered what I needed in less than 10 days, with great results, they spoke English listened to what I said I needed, asked questions and, delivered, all for the 1st price they gave me, no surprises, Website Dezk keeps trying to come back to the well, the reason evidently why I’m not happy has nothing to do with the fact that I cannot achieve what we discussed up front! I obviously haven’t paid them enough yet, but I will not be paying for the Admin Panel is $1,250. I cannot recommend their services to anyone seeking a reliable and responsive website development partner. OPLICHTERS
Halverwege oktober heb ik een order geplaatst met customised Jordan 1 mids. De gemiddelde levertijd is 5 tot 15 werkdagen, maar het kan iets langer duren. Ik heb na een maand weer contact met ze opgenomen omdat ik helemaal niks meer van ze had gehoord. Ze bleven me de hele tijd zeggen dat ze niks konden vertellen over de levertijd. Na een aantal boze mailtjes hebben ze toegegeven dat de schoen die ik heb besteld, niet leverbaar is momenteel. Idioot om daar zo laat pas mee te komen, maar goed. Ik maak dan na ruim 2 maanden de keuze om m’n order te annuleren, omdat ze simpelweg niet kunnen leveren wat ik heb besteld. En ze hebben de schoen niet eens dus waarom zou ik niet kunnen annuleren, zou je denken… Krijg ik een mailtje terug met dat ik m’n order niet kan annuleren. Ik vind het echt bizar hoe slecht de service is van dit bedrijf. Ik voel 0,0 respect en begrip naar de klant. Ik krijg steeds na een week vage en brutale mailtjes terug. BESTEL HIER NIET!!!!

Onlangs mijn schoenen binnen gekregen…
Onlangs mijn schoenen binnen gekregen van dit bedrijf. Helaas zijn deze erg slecht afgewerkt. De sticker is op verschillende plaatsen dubbel komen te zitten. Contact gehad met het bedrijf maar helaas wilde ze hier niets aan doen. Het antwoord is dat er ergens een randje van 0.3 mm zit, maar de sticker zit dubbel op bijvoorbeeld de neus van de schoen. Hier zit verder geen randje of niks onder. Gewoon verkeerd geplakt dus. Er wordt op de website gezegd dat er garantie op de schoenen zit maar dit is helaas niet het geval. Erg jammer!

Purchased a bath from the Whirlpool…
Purchased a bath from the Whirlpool Bath Shop in March 2021. Delivery stated to be due in 10-21 days. On 15 April 2021 I received a call stating that it would be delivered on 19 April 2021 however, the next day, I received a call stating that it would not be delivered on the Monday after all as the bath originally meant to be sent to us had been damaged in transit. Therefore, I was informed that a replacement would be sent the day after. On 19 April I received a text stating it would be delivered the next day and, on 20 April, it was delivered to our property. Once delivered we checked it with the delivery driver present and could find no obvious faults with the bath. The plumber we contracted to fit the bath also checked it and he too could find no obvious faults. Therefore, on 17 May 2021, the plumber fitted the bath and the work was all completed (electrics for the pump etc) by 19 May 2021. The delay in fitting the bath was down to the plumber not being available for a few weeks because the bath had been delivered later than the 10-21 days stated on your website. Since 19 May 2021 we had been using the bath (approx. once per week) and the product had been working satisfactorily which made finding the crack disappointing. On 9 August 2021 my partner explained to ‘Dan’ that a hairline crack (approx. 3cm) has appeared beneath one of the jets on the side wall of the bath (which is located at ground floor level of our bungalow). Dan asked her to provide a photo therefore I sent one on the 10 August 2021. As a result of the fault a leak occurred and we had to lift up the lino from the bathroom. Since we contacted the Whirpool Bath Shop on 9 August 2021 there has been a lot of back and forth via phone calls and e-mails with me chasing for the bath to be fixed. A part of the fix did occur on 27 October 2021 and I was awaited an engineer from the Whirlpool Bath Shop to come to finish the repair. When I chased them up again a few weeks ago I received an e-mail asking me to ‘Please contact Begbies Traynor on 02380 335888.’ I did so and was informed by Liam there that Whirlpool Bath Shop is going through a liquidation process. The delay in the repair now becomes a bit clearer as I'm sure they were aware that they were in trouble. I have submitted a Section 75 claim via my Credit Card company and hope that'll bear fruit. In the meantime I've had to pay someone myself to repair the bath. I see that the business T/A Watermark Spas Ltd is still not marked as struck off on Companies House and that the director also has other similar businesses. This is very poor from them on so many levels.

Purchased a whirlpool bath on 29 Oct. Found out today that The Whirlpool Bath Shop have gone into liquidation. You will need to contact Begbies Traynor. I spoke to Liam Callagher on 02380 712762. If you paid by credit card you will be covered by them, but if you paid by debit card, then you will need to contact your own bank who will try and recover the money for you. I now have a claims reference with the Visa Dispute team but Im not holding my breath. How can someone sit behind a phone and take your order and your money, knowing full well they are about to go into liquidation. Who has got my money !!!. By the way when I phoned the administrators they told me there is nothing they can do to help...some use they are

Ordered & paid £1500+ on 1st Nov' company started insolvency proceedings on the 2nd Nov'! Insolvency agent Begbies Traynor advised no chance of a refund/items to us. This was disgraceful business practice! The number on a prior review is correct for insolvency agent. The person who signed a previous review here as - Watermark spas LTD is the owner/director. The same business address has 2 more spa businesses - Exclusive whirlpools ltd and Watermark spas ltd - active and run by same person. I advise check Companies house - All! I advise contacting bank asap as they may be able to put in a credit claim and refund you, albeit you may have to repay it to bank if their unsuccessful in their pursuit of monies. I know addresses, names, family, several addresses etc but alas it is not allowed on here. Companies house info' is viewable to the general public and free, just search company names or name. This particular insolvent company does not seem to show, but other related info' does. I hope the owners are ashamed, investigated in depth and held accountable. Poor service and communication!
My bath was due this week. Called this morning to be told I’d be contacted back the same day to let me know when it was coming. Heard nothing, so called back the same evening to be told she was working from home and doesn’t have a direct number for her manager and doesn’t know anything basically! If my bath was going to be delayed that’s not a problem but I should have been informed. I’ve heard nothing since placing my order and signing the documents over 3 weeks ago. So will try again tomorrow to see if anyone has any idea where my bath is 🤷♀️ Update: Called back this morning, same lady on the phone. She couldn’t tell me anything other than to email again or call back and I might be diverted as she couldn’t pass any messages over because they haven’t paid there bill with the company so doesn’t look like anything is coming. Called my bank to get money back. Worst service I’ve ever had!

Awful service, terrible bath
Ordered on 11 May and website states 7 - 21 days delivery. Arrived on 22 June. Had to ring 4 times and email as had no delivery update or information at all once I had signed the order documents. Bathroom was planned for 21 June and I kept asking if there would be any delay so I could change the plumber's start date. Was told no it will arrive w/c 14th. Called the Thursday of that week (17th) as still heard nothing only to be told it didn't pass and would be the following week!! Website also states they call to arrange suitable delivery; not one call. Had a text on the evening before delivery saying it was coming the next day; no option for times or anything. Website states that the baths are packed to avoid damage. This arrived wrapped in 1 layer of plastic. The bath leaked when set up so called and was told my plumber could try to seal it, which he did thankfully as I dread to think how long it would have taken them to come out. Once the bath was finally done I used it for the first time and I can only say that the jets are useless. No power at all in them. I've had whirlpool baths for 15 years and this is the most useless one ever. The foot and back jets have nothing at all; I can't even feel them.The side jets are the only ones worth anything and they only have the power of my old bath when that was on the lowest setting. Pump is not powerful enough. I have wasted over £1200 and would never touch this company again. How they get 5 star reviews is beyond me but obvioulsy they must screen out these bad reviews first. All in all, their website could very well be classed as false advertising as nothing that is stated on there actually happens and the products fall well below the quality they are advertised as being. Edited after the reply...I do know how the jets work having owned spa baths for years and this is useless whether you think they look correct in your test video or not. Also, if the bath hadn't been in stock, why not tell me this on one of the times I chased it up? Bit late letting me know a month plus after the event and only when I posted a public review.

They did not have my interests at the front of their actions they were concerned with their own profit first. Don’t agree to anything with these people until you thoroughly research the company they want to place you with and even speak to other providers. They are a middleman only and to be honest you don’t need their help, you can find a decent provider on your own.

What an amazing team. I could not reccomend these guys anymore if you need help with debt solutions!! They personally went over and above to help me. I have finally been able to sleep on a night, I had a bailiff come to the house during the process and was able to deal with him face to face without my mental health going in to over drive. Rogue trader
Stefan the director previously traded under the name Foreverhomedesign and now trades under F&F Plumb LTD (sunderland). Do not do business with this company under any circumstances as the director outsources all the work to cowboys. We were left with the cost of putting Stefans work right. The director then inflated all his costs at the first sign of trouble and tried to hire debt collectors to force us to pay money we did not owe…. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I have had an utterly shocking bathroom installation done by forever home design LTD. The director worked on it yet just blamed everyone else instead of owning and taking responsibility for his mistakes. These mistakes were huge design and plumbing mistakes. The director then stopped responding so I have a bathroom that does not function. Anyone else had a similar experience with this company can comment as the lack of knowledge and skill suggests that there has got to be more customers who have suffered at the hands of forever home design’s director.

Forever Homes leave a lot to be desired and then just leave
I had the misfortune of engaging Forever homes Design to design and fit my kitchen. My nightmare started in September 21. £11,000 and that didn’t include appliances. Long story short the kitchen and the fitting leave a lot to be desired. Fast forward and Stefan has liquidated this company and started up anew. He is not answering the phone or responding to emails to sort out my installation. I can’t possibly be the only person that has had this done to them so anyone reading this please leave a message and I’ll get in touch. I have spoken to the Northern Echo and they are happy to send somebody to take details. I personally am sick to death of the way people can do this and get away with it. It’s time that these companies were regulated.

Especially the 2 fitters who always went out of there way to make sure everything was kept tidy throughout and staying behind after they’d finished to complete! So amazing. Thankyou😁

Great quality and service from start to finish
Just wanted to say what a great level of service I had from Forever Home Design for my two new bathrooms that were long overdue getting replaced. Can't fault the customer service, all the way from my first enquiry up until the jobs were all complete. The pre-sales lads came up with two great designs and at no point did I feel anything other than comfortable, and certainly felt no pressure at all during the pre-sales process. Timescales were agreed and stuck to, which makes a refreshing change. Once the jobs started, everyone who was involved, from the ripping out of the old bathrooms to the plumbing, electrics and flooring for the new ones worked quickly and efficiently, and everything was finished to a very high standard – not something that is always guaranteed! The whole process was stress-free for me, which is what I wanted, I didn’t have to be involved in chasing anyone or anything up, as it was just all taken care of, including the rubbish removal at the end of the job. Very happy with the end results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company to anyone who wants any home improvements doing, but without the stress that usually comes with it!

Perfect bathroom
Brilliant from start to finish. We are very happy with our new bathroom, the design, fit and finish are all first class. Very accommodating company, worked around us and more than happy to use tiles we had sourced elsewhere. The job was completed on time and every scrap of rubbish was removed, it’s the little touches that set companies apart. Perfect !

Professional, knowledgeable and great value
I don’t usually write reviews but I was so impressed with our new kitchen, installed by Stefan, that I wanted to share it. Every part of the process was handled professionally and beyond my expectations. I was particularly impressed by the design renders which gave us a clear idea of what the kitchen would look like and meant we could make accurate tweaks and adjustments before committing to anything. All in all, a very positive experience and I’d highly recommend Stefan to anyone who appreciates a professional and friendly service at a great price.

Har naturligvis respekt for hvis en virksomhed har travlt, men hvis de ikke kan yde den service, at vise mig hvordan man åbner boksen til sikringer i min Opel Corsa, men derimod ønsker jeg skal bestille tid, så er min opfattelse af service om denne virksomhed på et meget lille sted. Kommer der ikke mere. Stod faktisk for at skulle købe en EL-bil og havde en Opel pålisten.

Tak til jer Autofyn
Vi har købt bil igennem Autofyn, det ikke første gang vi køber bil . Men første gang hos dem og kan kun give kæmpe anbefaling, Michelle har dælme været en god ærlig sælger. Bilen fik ny rude i grundet stenslag og vinterdæk med i prisen og så tog de den gamle skod bil ind . Jeg har tidligere købt bil igennem store forhandler hvor jeg har oplevet højrøvet snothvalpe der skulle tjene en skilling men den her type service skal man lede længe efter . Kæmpe tak fra kæresten og jeg vi kommer da uden tvivl igen når vi engang igen vil skifte til ny model .

Jeg købte en "ny" brugt bil af Michelle, hun var virkelig flink og imødekommende👍 Jeg har så efterfølgende opdaget opdaget to fejl på bilen, og kontaktede selvfølgelig deres værksted, og begge gange blev jeg imødekommet med hurtig service, den ene gang kiggede de på bilen blot en time efter at jeg ringede med fejlen👍 Jeg kan klart anbefale at købe biler hos Autofyn 👍 Mvh Nicolaj Højbjerg Pedersen

Kan ikke give nogle stjerner
Kan ikke give nogle stjerner, men man er jo tvunget til at give mindst en. Købte en brugt C3 tilbage i Oktober måned 2023. 1.5 time efter man var kørt derfra holdte bilen på værksted for første gang. Siden har den så været derover et par gange for at få slettet koder som den smed. Nu er der så røget en eolysetank på den som de fralægger sig ansvaret for selvom man har 2 års reklamationsret på bilen. Pris 6000 kr. Fik også at vide at bilen ikke kunne tage skade ved at kører rundt selvom eolysetanken er i stykker. Det er så endnu en gang øregas fra deres side partikelfilteret kan gå i stykker. Ved siden af dette fandt jeg ud af at baksensorene var slået fra, så jeg slog dem til igen med det resultat at bilen hylede og skreg da jeg satte den i bakgear. De fik det og vide da jeg skulle have tjekket fejlen som viste sig at være eolysetanken. De sagde de ikke fejlede noget, sjovt nok så er den holdt op med at hyle når jeg sætter den i bakgear. Handler ikke der igen. Især når man ikke tager ansvar når der er reklamationsret på bilen.

Den værste brugt bil sælger.. !
Hold op nogen arrogant personel! Har aldrig kendt noget magen til! De gå nok efter hvem man er, eller race skulle man tro.! Deres service er lige med nul, selv når der bliver skrivet e-mail til dem, svar de ikke.. Tror mere i skal på kursus og lære hvordan man behandler sin kunder med respekt og pæn tone!! Sælger en brugt bil som har en masse fejle, og de vil ikke engang tage deres ansvar på den, ligger skyld på kunde. Føj i skulle skam jer!!! Man skulle tro de var amatør, når de ikke engang kan finde de fejl på den brugt bil de selv har solgt..! De vil hellere diskutere med kunderne, fordi de ikke vil indrømme deres ejen fejl og kommer med beskidt svar, og snakker ned til folk! Man må håbe kontant en dag kigger på nogen af de biler de har solgt.. Nul nul stjerner!!!

Min bil kunne ikke synes 16 mdr. efter købet
Øv købte en "nysynet" Citroen C1 for 55.000Kr. 16 måneder efter købet bliver bilen kaldt til syn, i synshallen får jeg at vide at bilen desværre ikke kan synes fordi den forurener for meget. Hos Auto Fyn får jeg at vide at det desværre nok bliver op af bakke og få dem til at tage ansvar.

Farben unterscheiden sich stark kein Rückgabe möglich
Ich habe einen Tisch bestellt, der höhenverstellbar ist. Die Farbe des gelieferten Tisches unterscheidet sich stark von der auf der Website gezeigten Farbe, deshalb habe ich um Umtausch oder Rückgabe gebeten. Nach ungefähr einer Woche habe ich eine Antwort erhalten, in der ich gebeten wurde, ein Foto der Tischplatte zu schicken. Das habe ich getan, aber dann habe ich keine weitere Antwort erhalten. Ich habe die Tischplatte nur ausgepackt und nicht verbaut trotzdem scheint das Unternehmen nicht gewillt mir die Tischplatte auszutauschen. Das war das letzte Mal.

Super service na aankoop van bureau!
Op zaterdag een bezoekje gebracht aan de toonzaal in Breda. Na het kiezen en bestellen vertelde de verkoper dat de levering de volgende week vrijdag zou plaatsvinden. Op vrijdag kregen we bericht dat de chauffeur onderweg was. Bij aankomst een zeer vriendelijke en hulpvaardige jongeman. De installatie ging zeer vlot en alles werd keurig geïnstalleerd en uitgelegd.

Veel beloven niks nakomen
Ik heb 1 mei bureau besteld hier en vervolgens had ik 3 weken moeten vechten om bureau te krijgen waarvoor ik betaald heb. Na eerste levering en het bureau in elkaar zetten (zit/sta bureau slinger) bleek dat het bureau heel erg heen en weer wiebelt. Dus met kantoor afgesproken om bureau te wisselen naar 4 potige bureau NOW. Ik had afgesproken dat de chauffeur van te voren zou bellen maar dat is helaas niet gebeurd. De chauffeur belde pas toen die bij mijn huis stond waardoor ik hem net gemist had, de chauffeur had me wel verteld dat ze nog hetzelfde dag terug zouden komen dus ik bleef even wachten maar helaas na paar uur zag ik nog steeds niemand dus besloot ik om het kantoor weer te bellen en helaas weer een tegenvaller want kantoor vertelde me dat chauffeur niet meer terug gaat komen vandaag, dus we hadden een andere dag voor levering afgesproken. De tweede levering: deze keer had chauffeur mij wel gebeld en het bureau netjes afgeleverd, helaas bleken de poten voor de bureau verkeerd te zijn geleverd. Ik kreeg bureau poten voor elektrische zit/sta bureau, dus gelijk weer kantoor gebeld en ze maken me wijst dat dit hun beste bureau is en dat als ik wil dat ik die in elkaar kan zetten en houden als ik daarmee tevreden ben. Tijdens het in elkaar zetten van deze bureau bleek de set niet compleet te zijn. Het miste 1 van de 4 aandrijfwielen. Dat was geen probleem want ze zouden dat ene wiel gelijk naar me opsturen. Na het in elkaar zetten van het bureau was ik er tevreden mee en besloot ik om die te houden. Maar helaas hier stopt het verhaal niet bij want ik werd hetzelfde dag nog in de middag gebeld door kantoor en ze vertelde me dat hun chauffeur fouten had gemaakt en ze moeten het bureau komen omwisselen bij mij… Ze zouden het elektrische bureau ophalen en het correcte bureau NOW bij mij leveren. Ik kreeg wel gratig montage + kabelgoot aangeboden voor al die gezeik. (gratis montage HAHAHAHAHA bureau NOW zet je met 4 bouten vast binnen 5 minuten) Toen het bureau NOW in elkaar zat bleek die ook erg te wiebelen alleen niet naar voor en achteren net als de zit/sta slinger maar naar rechts en links. Kortom: ik raad niemand aan om hier iets te kopen. Ze beloven heel veel maar komen niks na. De prijzen zijn niet laag maar helaas zijn hun meeste producten wel laag van kwaliteit, hetzelfde geldt voor klantenservice (erg onaardig en ordinair)

Ik werd snel op de hoogte gebracht, ze vroegen eerste of de geplande levering mij wel paste. De levering gebeurde dan ook snel en correct. Het installeren van de kabellade vond ik wel moeilijk.

Very good!
We bought 2 standing desks, although I can't vouch for how long lasting it will be, we really like the colors and the finish, it looks sturdy, and the height adjustment mechanism works smoothly. Also very helpful to change our table tops when we realized we weren't happy with the color of our original choice.

Elektrisch verstelbaar bureau gekocht
Elektrisch verstelbaar bureau gekocht. Zeer snelle levering en goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Waar ik nog het meest over te spreken ben is het bureaublad en de stevige constructie. Klein punt van aandacht voor de minder handige klussers: Dit is dus geen IKEA-bureau met voorgeboorde gaten. Je mag dit allemaal zelf doen en berekenen, maar youtube geeft ook extra uitleg. De motor is uiterst stil.
