Good lamp with just a few minor negative aspects
Overall I’m pleased with the therapy light. Easy to use and has been working as described. Potential buyers should be aware that while it looks similar to an iPad, it does not have a battery and must be plugged in to work. Also, the lamp case appears to be made of wood, however, this is not the truth, it is plastic. The only other negative is that once it’s turned on the only way to turn it off is to let the timer run out or to unplug it. Shipping was quick and the light works well.

Acquistato un pantalone invernale Fracomina con inserti in similpelle laterali. Materiali di pessima qualità, la pelle si è sgretolata, cadendo a pezzi. Mai visto una cosa simile. Il capo non era stato né lavato né stirato pertanto il difetto era proprio del tessuto. Pensavo che un'azienda italiana fosse più affidabile. Fatto presente il problema all'azienda che però ha detto di non rivolgermi a loro. Il negozio dice di rivolgermi all'azienda.. Sicuramente nel mio armadio non ci sarà mai più un vestito Fracomina.

Ho acquistato tre paia di jeans presso il negozio fracomina del centro commerciale Maximo. Uno dei tre capi presentava un difetto evidente di fabbrica, all inizio ho avuto qualche difficoltà per il cambio, poi ho parlato con Sandra e lei ha risolto il problema al meglio. Questa ragazza e mokto competente e gentile. Quindi devo dire che sono molto soddisfatta sia dei miei acquisti sia di come è stato gestito il mio problema.

Wij zijn verbaasd over de ontvangen incasso, aangezien normaal al uw incasso’s automatisch van onze rekening worden afgeschreven. Alle betalingen na deze incasso zijn correct voldaan. Van het openstaande bedrag van €1,28 hebben wij nooit een overzicht, post, factuur of mailing ontvangen. Ook zijn wij hierover niet telefonisch benaderd. Het gaat hier om een klein bedrag, Maar de incasso brieven komen wel aan!

Call Privacy Concerns!
Been a VIP Connect user for 10+ years. I would rate this service as fair to good on most days. However I've recently noticed that calls made to Nairobi (actually Kenya as a whole) display a local number on the recipient caller ID rather than the callers number. I found this quite suspicious and notconvinced calls are guaranteed privacy. This wasn't the practice when I started using the service. If a call recipient has Truecaller app installed it displays the call as initiating from some random Kenyan numbers and names not related to the caller initiating the call/VIP account holder.

We got cut off. Then it seemed like the other person I was talking to was still on the other line, but what I was hearing was a repeat of about 4 or 5 lines of what she previously had said. I kept listening for awhile then finally noticed it. This resulted in eating up some of my time credits!!!

So I log in and the order shows "partially paid" even though my account has been "fully charged". Starkedge development company is a complete scam
This company is a complete scam.. we hired Starkedge through Upwork to help us with our project back in early 2022 and was promised that it was going to be completed within 2 months. However, this never happened and they kept on coming up with excuses as to why it took so much time. After about 6 months they started to take more and more time to respond to our messages and now 13 months after the project started they have since a few weeks back completely ignored us whilst still reading our messages. Starkedge have a representative named Sankalp Jain acting as some sort of project manager for the company, however after some brief research we came to find out this person left the company years ago and that they are simply using this name as a decoy to avoid consequences for their fraudulent behaviours. This company stole over 7k from us without completing the project which has put me and my colleague in a difficult financial situation that will take us years to recover from.. Whatever you do, for your own sake do not hire Starkedge as your developers.. they will simply take your money and not complete your project.

It’s very rare that I leave reviews however in this instance I wanted to. I cannot sing funky beds praises enough the experience I’ve received from start to finish has been impeccable. The communication has been consistent and I’ve always had prompt responses to any queries/questions I’ve had along the way, very professional and friendly throughout. The bed was delivered and assembled today(I was kept updated on the time of arrival) the people that came was lovely and checked we were happy with the bed and the toy chest before they left! I have 3 boys aged 4,3 and 2 and was worried the bed wouldn’t be sturdy enough…..I couldn’t be more wrong the quality and finish is beyond my expectation, the boys faces were priceless when they seen the bed and even asked to go to bed early! Mine and my husbands response to first seeing the bed and toy chest were WOW 🤩 I cannot recommend Funky beds enough they are brilliant and have been amazing throughout, if your after any type of bed/toy chest funky beds are the answer to your prayers! As per previous reviews. Having done some research, this company was renamed K P Rayner Wares Ltd and then dissolved in 2018. They continue to take people's money. I've been waiting for a wall mural for a 5-year old and despite numerous chases, have received zero response - this is almost a month ago now. Avoid like the plague unless you wish to be out of pocket.

Do not buy from this website as per the other comment looks like they're no longer trading, but still happy to take your money. Ordered a mattress on 13th June. By 22nd, I hadn't received a shipping date so e-mailed and called, but no response. On 24th June, I cancelled my order by email. As of today (30th June), still no response. Looks like I'll have to contact my credit card company for a refund. Buyer beware!

Ordered a toddler bed and was emailed by the owner “Amy” after the order had gone through (and I’d paid the money) that it was no longer in stock. I have been trying to contact them for a number of weeks to obtain a refund, however no one ever picks up the mobile number on the website (despite me leaving multiple voicemails) and no one has replied to my emails. I have even tried to get in contact via their Instagram page with no avail. I am at a total dead end. Please do not order from here. It appears to be a scam.

Damaged bed and poor customer experience
Bed arrived and it was damaged. Amy was helpful in liaising with their supplier but ultimately resulted in me having to dismantle the bunk bed I bought in advance of a replacement. The replacement didn’t arrive and I was left to deal with the manufacturer (Julian Bowen) and the couriers myself. I have 2 children who have nowhere to sleep and despite assurances the 2nd replacement bed has also failed to show up. So the kids will have nowhere to sleep for 3-4 nights. Cannot get a response from children’s funky beds. Unacceptable and very stressful experience that remains unresolved.

I ordered a large high end bouquet as a xmas gift for a client. With shipping it cost £180. When I later got to see the actual bouquet that Flowerbx sent, it was at least half the size and substance of the arrangement in the picture that I based my purchase on. Really bad false advertisinfg. There was a fraction of the number of blooms and far more ‘filler’. When I emailed Flowerbx to express my dissatisfaction, I was offered a partial refund as a ‘gesture’. After more than 3 weeks, the refund had still not been actioned so I was forced to contact them again to say ‘Where’s my refund?’ At which point they actually began the refund process. All very well getting some money back, but it does nothing to remedy the fact that I really wanted to wow this person with an exceptional bouquet, but instead they got something a bit unimpressive.

Quality massively fluctuates! I’ve had a number of regular subscriptions (tulip, rose & classic) with this company and found the quality to be changeable, sadly. Flowers sometimes arrive looking distinctly sad but I must compliment customer services who always reply on email and resend new flowers in a timely manner. Hydrangeas are not cheap but have consistently been excellent. Today, my most recent subscription has arrived and feels very lazy indeed as I’ve received exactly the same flowers I was sent a few months ago and absolutely not the ‘seasons best’ as they proclaim. Plus received a small bouquet when a large subscription has been paid for. All quite tiresome having to email again….

When things go wrong they go wrong big time! For my wife’s 80th birthday our daughter order a fortnightly delivery of flowers for one year - not cheap! All worked well until the designated delivery at a specified time did not arrive. The flowers eventually arrive over 3 days late looking distinctly tired and crushed. We had left messages with Flowebx ( recorded message said someone would be in touch shortly) - nothing happened! Sent email with our name and delivery address - Flowerbx could not find find us on their system. We had to provide details of originator of order. Eventually Flowerbx agreed to replace flowers - these did not arrive at designated time despite reassurance from Flowerbx. Flowers eventually arrived looking terrible. Sent photo to Fowerbx requesting that they communicate directly with us the recipient. Flowerbx confusingly contacted order originator. Nightmare!

Nice flowers, but impossible to contact by phone, and email replies are sketchy. Delivery instructions are requested, but are not followed. My instructions to call before delivery (to be sure recipient was at home) were not followed, and the flowers were handed over to unknown persons at the address.

Achat de vitamines car prix compétitif. Afin de bénéficier de la livraison gratuite, j'ai commandé une boite de lait pour bébé en plus. Dès validation de ma commande, j'ai reçu un email me signalant le remboursement des vitamines sans aucune explication. J'ai bien reçu la boite de lait mais en l'ouvrant, j'ai retrouvé des morceaux de plastique cassé provenant du mécanisme d'ouverture de la boite... Bref, site internet à déconseiller. En ce qui concerne les produits tout est parfait et bien informé en plus. Le seul problème si on peut appeler ça un problème c'est que les emballages sont bourrés de gros boudin de plastique et plus on en tire plus il y en a bien souvent pour des petites choses donc évidemment l'écologie on n'y pense pas l'affaire mettrait bien les prix sont très bien mais il faudrait revoir peut-être de revoir de l'emballage peut-être avec du carton fin enfin je ne sais pas mais trop c'est trop quoi on sait plus où le mettre à part ça les produits sont très bien merci.

Une commande à 73 francs qui se laisse désirer toujours après 13 jours, j'ai dû envoyer mails et appels, en menant enquête pour trouver des informations, on me répond après 13 jours que la commande est partie et qu'il y a eu rupture de stock du produit. Ce qui est tout simplement faux puisque j'ai pu continuer à observer le dit produit sur leur site internet, toujours bien présent à l'achat. Qui ment ? Very Poor Customer Service
I ordered the book Bruce Lee in Black Belt Magazine several weeks ago. It arrived with the cover almost completely torn off and it was not damaged in shipping, it was in this condition from the publisher. After many emails for over a week now, with the Acquistion Marketing and VIP Customer Service Reps promising to replace the book, a new one has not been shipped and I doubt they plan to do so.

Worst supply company for m.a, EVER !
Worst supply company for m.a. of all time ! They sent me defective sparring boots, then, Jake Merrill, a supervisor, refused to admit it was defective ! Finally, they were supposed to issue me a credit of $ 42.84. Its now MArch 31st and still no refund, two months later. He then debits my card a SECOND TIME, then yells and shouts at me when I complained to him, then, he hangs up on me. Century owes me 85.68 and I have no idea if I am going to get a refund and when. Tegenvallende ervaring met de investering en uitbetaling
Gedurende de afgelopen jaren heb ik via Synvest geïnvesteerd, aanvankelijk op kleinere schaal, teneinde de betrouwbaarheid van het platform te verifiëren. In het begin verliep de investering naar wens. Echter, in 2024 bevond de vastgoedmarkt zich in mindere tijden, waarvoor Synvest in principe geen verantwoordelijkheid draagt. Bijna een jaar geleden heb ik een verzoek ingediend om mijn investering uit te laten betalen. Volgens de informatie op de website van Synvest wordt er voor investeringen tot €100.000 een uitbetalingstermijn van drie maanden gehanteerd (zie: h***waarom-geldt-er-een-uitstaptermijn-als-ik-mijn-belegging-wil-verkopen). Inmiddels zijn wij echter bijna een jaar verder en is er nog geen uitbetaling uitgevoerd. Bovendien is de waarde van de investering steeds verder afgenomen. Na drie maanden werd er voor het eerst contact met Synvest opgenomen, waarbij zij aangaven dat er nog geen duidelijkheid bestond over de verwachte uitbetalingstermijn. De reactie was snel en werd op prijs gesteld, maar bleef desondanks teleurstellend. Na het uitblijven van de uitbetaling in januari heb ik opnieuw contact gezocht. Ditmaal ontving ik een snelle reactie, waarin werd aangegeven dat de investeringen tegenvielen en dat de vastgoedobjecten momenteel niet voor acceptabele prijzen verkocht konden worden. Hoewel ik het initiatief van Synvest waardeer, zou ik het op prijs hebben gesteld als dergelijke informatie persoonlijk, bijvoorbeeld via een nieuwsbrief, met de investeerders was gedeeld. Tot op heden blijft de waarde van de investering dalen en is de uitbetaling uitgebleven. Persoonlijk ervaar ik onvrede over het verloop van het proces en ben ik blij dat ik slechts een beperkt gedeelte van mijn vermogen in deze investering heb gestoken.

Wat bijzonder, overwegend 1 ster reviews in december 2024 en overwegend 5 sterren laatste week januari 2025. En zo veel ineens ook. Worden er weer extra maanden voorschot dividend (lees: sigaar uit eigen doos) uitgedeeld? Mijn advies is: stap hier niet in. Mijn belegging in het Duitse fonds daalde in 5 jaar met ca. 25%. Voorschot dividend wel altijd netjes op tijd uitbetaald maar netto nog steeds verlies. Communicatie in die tijd slecht.

Het is ver onder de maat. Zij betalen wel netjes maandelijks uit. Maar het probleem zit in de waardering van het onroerend goed. In 2 jaar tijd al 23,5 % in waarde gedaald. Terwijl je maar 5% div. ontvangt. (was bij aanvang 6% ) Optisch lijkt het een redelijk rendement, op dit lager gewaardeerde onroerend goed. Zo kan je dus ook goochelen.

Deze broker heeft geen enkele toegevoegde waarde. Eigenlijk is het gewoon vervelend om zo’n partij tussen de opdrachtgever en opdrachtnemer te hebben. In 80% van de gevallen betalen ze één of twee dagen te laat, terwijl ik weet dat de opdrachtgever al weken geleden heeft betaald. In mijn ogen is dat een onaanvaardbaar risico voor de zzp-er.

Prima partij. Geen opgerekte betaaltermijnen en de facturen worden ruim op tijd voldaan. Uren registratie en goedkeuring gaat allemaal online, dus zonder heen-en-weer sturen en tekenen van documenten. Notificatie als een en ander is goedgekeurd zodat je snel verder kan met je facturatie. De administratieve afdeling houdt alles goed in de gaten en kan ondersteunen bij vragen.

I wish I saw these reviews before I signed up. I owed 36k total in 12 accounts. Signed up for 4 year plan at 600+ a month. After two years and not one missed payment, my credit score hadn't moved from 521. Also, they called multiple times to ask for more money. Bc it takes them so long to negotiate, I've been sued by two of the creditors. Last week my wife and I refinanced our mortgage in part to pay off the remaining 2 years of the program. They quoted me 17k+ which they said was 65% of the remaining debt and I paid it in full! They literally just called me today to ask for more money. I've given them over 32k the last 2 years for 36k of debt, being sued twice and they now want more money. I'm on crazy pills, literally the worst company I ever worked with, I feel completely scammed!

My financial situation was dire when I first engaged with them—I had approximately $100,000 in debt and was behind on payments for several months. Here's what unfolded: Sales Tactics Guardian's sales team claimed their long-standing relationships with creditors would allow them to negotiate settlements for "approximately 50%" of my debt. I requested the contract for review, but they insisted I sign it over the phone. This is a high-pressure sales tactic, and I regret falling for it. The contract included their hefty 27% "performance fee"—a detail I overlooked in my rush to avoid further arrears. Results of Their Service 1. Initial Settlement: The first debt they settled was for 60% of the amount owed. After their 27% fee, I saved only about 10%. Still, I remained optimistic, thinking it might improve over time. 2. Lawsuits and Lack of Action: Despite claiming to represent clients in lawsuits, Guardian requires same-day submission of court documents. This is nearly impossible given their 3-4 business day processing time. Two of my creditors sued me. Guardian failed to engage with these creditors before legal action, which is the best time to negotiate. One debt of $26,000 was settled for $24,900 (a 90% settlement), yet they still charged their 27% performance fee. Another debt of $22,000 was settled for 86%, again with their full fee applied. I ended up paying more than my original debt. 3. Unsettled Debts: After a year, Guardian has only addressed 3 out of my 10 debts. Hidden Fees Guardian adds additional charges, including: $11/month to hold your money. $12/month per disbursement to creditors. Over a year, these fees amounted to $500. Combined with their high performance fee, these charges feel exploitative. Key Issues Guardian fails to negotiate proactively, often waiting until lawsuits occur. Settlements are far from the promised 50%, with some reaching 90%. The 27% performance fee negates any savings and can leave you paying 120% or more of your original debt. Their practices further damage credit scores by delaying contact with creditors. Conclusion Guardian’s program is not debt consolidation. Their tactics prolong financial strain, worsen credit scores, and exploit vulnerable individuals trying to avoid bankruptcy. Run as fast as you can away from this company. I gave them about 4500$ so far, my credit was not even bad when I started, I ran into some issues and knew the following month I was not going to be able to make the payments on my cards so I called them( my mistake) they waited 4 months to make a payment on one account and never even contacted the other accounts. Still have not contacted them to this day and it's been a year. The settled on one account for 1100 and paid 700 on another 1800 right? Where is the other money you ask? In their pocket and when I asked to cancel the program because now my credit is wrecked and no progress on any for the cards or my credit they are still saying I owe them 1200 for their services and won't cancel the payments. The biggest scam I ever seen in my life. They told me they get 27% of what ever settlement they make. Thats as much as the interest on the cards. Even with that math it still makes no sense as to where the other 3200 went. 364 a month for 12 months 4300$ -1100 for one settlement and 700 for another 1800 right. So where is the other 2500$ plus want an additional 1000 to cancel. Without even paying off the other settlement. Run this is a scam.... Edit supervisor did call me back and took care of things so I added a star. Hope things are resolved. When she explained things to me the original person I spoke to last year mis informed me of everything.

I sent Guardian over $10,000.00 last November to pay off all my accounts I had sent to them. I came into some money and wanted everything paid off. There has been only one or two that have been paid and nothing has been paid on the others. I even paid one off myself. This is ridiculous. What is happening with the money I sent. BEWARE! Guardian is a rip off. If you haven’t tried their service, please don’t. They charge excessive fees and pay your creditors basically nothing on your accounts. The excessive fees that Guardian charges could be applied to your creditors accounts. I deposited over $3000 in an account with Forth. Guardian paid less than $1,400 on my accounts and charged me over $1,600 for fees. Again, a total rip off.

DO NOT USE GUARDIAN - THEY LIE
I was told that my debts were going to be negotiated in my behalf instead of paying. I was told NOT to pay my creditors. I was told my credit score would jump 80+ points after they negotiated settlements within 6 months and my monthly new low monthly payment would continue for 4 years. They only negotiated 1 settlement and my 'end loan' for the lower payment was denied. THEY LIE. THEY MISLEAD. THEY DO NOT DELIVER! They killed my credit!!!

Folkestone Groom Room: worst groom ever
Have been a customer at the Dover Groom Room for years but they were closed after their groomers all quit (go figure!) so I booked into Folkestone instead, where I'd been once before. My two cockapoos were given the WORST haircuts of their lives - one of them done by the so-called manager, who should have known better - he was shaved everywhere except for a plume left on his tail. He looked absolutely shocking! My other cockapoo was scarcely any better. I was so shocked! And then to add insult to injury they charged an extra tenner per dog for 'blunting their equipment' because 'they were matted'. I've been trying to complain to the management ever since but it's impossible to find contact details. Absolutely dreadful experience in every level. Avoid!!

I recently took my dog to the Bridlington branch. On collection, I didn't notice he still had dirt on his chest because the staff put his coat back on. He had only been half an hour which I did think was probably a little quick for a full groom and nail clip but I had every faith in my dog being groomed properly by a reputable company. My dog didn't smell fresh when I removed his coat, and he wasn't clean on his chest. I complained via email. The reply I got was not satisfactory. I was told that because I booked at short notice, only half hour would have been allocated yet when I booked it stated allow up to 2 hours for the groom. I have 3 chihuahuas which have been getting groomed for over 10 years and I have never complained before. I am disgusted that I have basically been told its tough that I am not happy with the service. My husband took my other two dogs to pets and friends for the same treatment the day after and they came back smelling and looking fresh for a fraction of the price. I paid £32 for a poor job, which I could have done at home for pennies. I am a loyal customer of pets at home and spend hundreds of pounds every year on my 5 pets but since I have been treated this way I will never set foot in pets at home again.i should have seen the red flag tbh when I saw the sandwich board outside the salon justifying actions from what look like complaints from other disgruntled customers.

I am very disappointed that you keep acting like our 2 dogs are an inconvenience, calling them aggressive or badly behaved and constantly complaining about them. Neither of our dogs have never ever bitten anyone, adult, child or animal, both are exceptionally well socialised, nothing beyond excited kisses. Todays groom was a disaster, our border collie is not even clean, she still has mud in her fur. Your staff need retraining and most importantly to learn some people skills too. I booked my dog in for a nail trim for today 19/2 in st helens i told the girl on reception that he was anxious about having them done, i was stood outside waiting for him, only to hear him screaming when i went in they didnt have him in the correct equipment they was holding him in there arms like giving him a bear hug, when i went in to see what was going on i noticed that they had cut him and that there was blood on the floor and over the girls arms, they didnt apologies for doing it and they blamed him for moving about to much and thats why the had caught him this would not have happened if they had him in the correct equipment. on the way home the dog was sick all over the car and was shaking incontrollable, i phoned the groomers up and basically said that it was the dogs fault after charging me full price for the nail cut, i will definitely not be going back !!

Unable to follow instructions; terrible groom
Visited the Great Yarmouth branch and gave very specific instructions to the groomer. However, my poor Yorkie looks like a child of 3 has ravaged her head and face with a knife and fork. She looks like she has been scalped. The cut is completely uneven. I did not pay and the groomer could not appreciate my anger, disappointment and sadness that she has made a beautiful Yorkie look so forlorn due to her lack of skill or knowledge of a Yorkie breed style. I have had my dog groomed by them before and it was fine. On another occasion my dog had a bad ear infection after the groom which I put down to bad luck. I was also shocked that the response from the same manager was that I should be grateful that she was “unhurt and ok”. Should I really be grateful, I think not. Not sure what basic training they have but they don’t seem to take pride or care in their work. They also don’t take responsibility for their work but become defensive blaming one another for communication difficulties as the person booking in my dog was clearly unable to convey my very clear verbal instructions which she did not translate into written instructions for the groomer. Will not be using again!!

I've thought really hard about writing this review, do I or don't I. Ok so I took my little shih zhu to be clipped at stratton groom room pets at home about 3 weeks ago. This was his 2nd trip there, 1st time he looked good we were happy but he had no nice smell from bathing like he always had from his previous groomer who unfortunately moved to Scotland. I'm not so sure he was bathed,Anyway he was clipped or should I say hacked at! I didn't pick him up my husband did wen he came home again no bath smell his face didn't look very good and as his fur has started to regrow it looks like it was hacked at so uneven plus they don't make a fuss of him wen they take him from us or wen they give him back ,I won't be going back with him The date I put is a rough date as I can't remember exactly.

BURNED ON $1500 CUSTOM JOB...
This company has a "personalized custom work" service. We paid them $1500 to add two options to our Business Directory in hopes it would customize our site in certain areas. 1. For over a month, they kept sending final files that did not work. 2. A month later, they gave both of our "custom work options" to everyone who bought the directory for free. We paid $1500 for the work and they gave it away free two months later. They literally added the two options to the next update. WE COULD NOT BELIEVE IT! Our custom work we requested never worked. Every file they sent us was riddled with errors....they would fix an error on our custom work, but when updates were done publicly on the core system, our custom work would turn to error after error. WE LITERALLY HAD TO REDO OUR ENTIRE SITE WITH THEIR CORE SYSTEM SINCE IT HAD THE OPTIONS WE PAID FOR....AS THE SYSTEM THEY GAVE US WITH THE CUSTOM OPTIONS DID NOT WORK WITH THEIR CORE SYSTEM UPDATES. We gave them the option to just put the $1500 credit towards future purchases of directories and they said NO. We paid $1500 for nothing and on top of that, they charge us yearly for directory updates. Zero effort in making good. They took our money, acted like they were doing work for us, then backhanded us two months later. We kept all of the receipts proving everything I said. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE FOR CUSTOM WORK! If you do, do not pay up front. THEY DO NOT CARE AND WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU! (Its been exactly 5 years now. Plenty of time for them to shape up and do the right thing. Now the reviews are coming!) GEORGE BARA never gave us a working custom directory we paid for. Even worse, added the custom code to their future core business directory and gave it away for free while we had to pay $1500.

Avoid CMS Junkie J-Business Directory
UPDATE: Refund now processed. I have persevered with these guys for years, lived through all the bugs in their system and continued to pay them the full price for the annual subscription. Most of the bugs were “development” and we ended up pointing these out to them to help them with their continued product development. We ended up stopping using their directory software and went elsewhere. They took the automatic payment for the next year subscription without any advance warning. I messaged them the same day that the payment was notified to me by paypal and they said they would refund. Despite multiple requests for an update on refund (4 months+!), I am still waiting for it. They say they are looking into it, but not sure what is so complicated about it. The last update to the "support ticket" I posted, I said I would be reporting them to the payment gateway and posting reviews about this. So I am just following up on what I said I would be doing. If you want a system that you need to support them with the development, and continue paying them full subscription, and live with the bugs, then use CMS Junkie and their products, but I don't advise it.

We've been working with CMSJunkie for a while now and our experience has been nothing but positive so far. Response to raised tickets ussualy comes in fast, at times there is a longer wait but doesn't go over a 24 hour timeframe. One project that we've had with them was to build a business directory with over 5000 listings. The functionality provided exceeded our expectations and fully met our client requirements. We found great value in the product which is continuosly updated and maintained. Given the low price and the quality provided CMSJunkie is an obvious choice. A big THANK YOU!

Over the past three years we've been using…
Over the past three years we've been using JBusiness Directory on several platforms, from as few as 1,500 listings to over 10,000 on one of them. It is not always super fast, but enough for our needs. At the beginning we had to reach out numerous times to their support department and we are happy with the response time and effectiveness. The price is very little for the quality of the module and the provided support.

Really BAD support
Really BAD support. If anything serious needs to be resolved, like fixing their core product for severe performance problems they just dig their heads in the sand and blame your website. Multiple customers of theirs were having performance issues when your directory contains large numbers of entries. I had to pay an external contractor to resolve the issues. If your website directory is going to be small then J Directory is certainly worth considering, if its going to be a large directory i would highly recommend you look elsewhere. Update ---- OVER 1 Year to respond to this review, that says it all !!
