Sinds 1 januari 2025 is het amper meer mogelijk om in nieuwe leningen meer te investeren. Lopende leningen vertonen hoe langer hoe meer 'wangedrag' qua rente+aflossingen. Heb momenteel ruim 7% ( rood ) die binnen 180 dagen niet meer hebben afgelost. Mijn geld dat ik nog niet (automatisch) kan in zetten loopt bijna naar de 10%. Mocht het de 10% overschrijden dan ga ik mijn heil elders zoeken.

Het is duidelijk wat je kan verwachten. Wel al doende geleerd, dat mensen vaak veel sneller alles aflossen dan verwacht. Aantal wanbetalers is beperkt. Heb nog geen ervaring hoe eventuele schuldaflossing later werkt. Maar ziet nu op een rente van 13,5 procent wat ik keurig vind.

Auf NeoFinance war ich von 2020 - 2023 investiert und konnte das Investment mit einer Schlussrendite von 6,19% beenden. Sinds eind 2019 maak ik gebruik van het Neo Finance platform. Het maken van een account was niet moeilijk en ook het instellen van de automatische investering verliep vlekkeloos. Wel heb ik het na verloop van tijd aangepast. Ik heb gekozen om in B leningen te investeren omdat die een goed rentepercentage van ca.12,5% bieden en toch qua risico acceptabel zijn. Het voordeel van dit platform vind ik dat je zelf handmatig kunt kiezen uit de leningen (actief via markt of secundaire markt)) of via een geautomatiseerd systeem (passief). Een ander groot voordeel vind ik dat welke richting de beurs ook opgaat, dit geen invloed heeft op de investeringen bij Neo Finance. De Nederlandse website ziet er goed overzichtelijk uit. Verder kan ik de uitgebreide cursus van Tom Lassing (Beursbox.nl) van harte aanbevelen, waarin alles uitgebreid wordt uitgelegd.

Een goed P2P platform, waardoor je, snel, een spaarcent kan opbouwen. Ik beleg alleen maar in A en B leningen. Ik heb steeds de grote risico's geschuwd. Het enige dat mij, persoonlijk, stoort is het feit dat er heel veel herfinancieringen zijn, zonder dat de uitlener vergoed wordt, voor de vervroegde terugbetaling. Op die manier heb je geen zicht op toekomstige inkomsten.

Via Beursbox.nl (lees hun info en tips!) hier terecht gekomen. Werkt prima en heeft goed rendement. Omdat ik maar een relatief klein bedrag heb ingelegd (2500) kan ik dit zonder automatische investeringen met de hand 'bijhouden', waardoor je iets beter naar eigen inzicht kunt sturen. Als ik 20 jaar jonger was ingestapt was ik meer gaan investeren, maar ben AOW-er en je geld staat natuurlijk wel jaren vast. Als je door 'omstandigheden' je geld eruit wil halen moet je de leningen gaan verkopen op de Secundaire Markt en ik weet niet hoe soepel dat gaat en of je daar blij van wordt.

Dit programma is met name interressant doordat uitgekeerde bedragen direct opnieuw geinvesteerd kunnen worden. Vooral door veel te spreiden over veilige leningen kun je een mooi rendement halen. Je kunt ook automatisch laten investeren door zelf een selectie aan te geven in welk type leningen je wilt investeren. Mocht je willen beginnen Tom Lassing (beursbox.nl) heeft een aantal mooie filmpjes gemaakt met uitleg.

The bra didn’t fit. I contacted customer service and was told they have no record of me ordering, meanwhile l ordered with PayPal. The claimed l didn’t buy it from them, but l received an email that went to my junk mail that the item was shipped. They made me take a picture with a T-shirt on and remeasured which made me feel uncomfortable. After all that they said they could only give me 10% back. Do not order from them. My wifeI received her bras on Saturday. She ordered a 34 G or F and you sent her a L. There is no cup at all. It’s just flat. The bra is just too big around and her breasts just fall down under the bra. This is a scam and we are so sick of the China crap that is being allowed to be falsely advertised as a wonderful bra. There is no support at all. She might as well have on a T-shirt. She wants to return these bras and get our money refunded immediately if not sooner.

Terrible product!! I would have rated it a zero, but that wasn't an option. Not only was it made like garbage, but there wasn't a bit of printed information included with the product, nothing. On the bra itself the size sewn on it was printed in Chinese. I couldn't even check whether the size was correct because of this. The front had no 'cup', or fitted area; I can't imagine a full-bodied women wearing this. I ordered a "32" band, when I usually comfortably wear a 34, and still the back was very loose. Terrible. Don't order this!

I have been fed a lot of lies, by the owner and when I decided to cancel there were more lies and threats to prevent me from quitting. Really pleased with our new Sky Stream system. Fantastic that we can now receive Sky TV in Canada. I would like to feedback that Tom was informative and had patience with us to help with the queries we had. My husband loves Formula 1 and Football, this service helps him keep in touch with his sports and I can watch the movies. Delivery was very quick considering we are so far away. Ab November letzten Jahres hatte ich für 10 Monate ein Investui-Konto und möchte meine Erfahrungen mitteilen. Nach einem telefonischen Einführungsgespräch mit einer Dame, in dem sie mich fragte, ob ich ich ein defensives oder moderates Konto haben möchte, ohne den Unterschied genauer zu erklären, orderte ich ein defensives Konto. Das aggressive Konto sprach sie gar nicht an. Nach einer Einzahlung von 25.000 Euro und 5 Monate später war mein Konto 1 Prozent im Plus, gleichzeitig wurde auf der Website von Investui mit 15 Prozent Gewinn im laufenden Jahr geworben. Auf eine Emailnachfrage, warum mein Konto denn nur 1 Prozent Gewinn habe, erhielt ich die Auskunft, das läge am defensiven Konto. Danach gings dann aber 3000 Euro abwärts. Auf telefonische Nachfrage bei dieser Dame erklärte sie genervt, ich solle froh sein, dass mein Konto goldlastig sei, beim S & P 500 wäre mein Verlust noch höher. Wie sieht denn die Margin der verschiedenen Trades bei Investui überhaupt aus? Dann ein paar Wochen später war ich an einem Freitag gegen 17.00 Uhr total happy, weil Gold seinen Höchststand aller Zeiten erreichte und auf der Website ein schöner Gewinn angezeigt wurde. Ich musste dann aber beobachten, wie dieser Höchststand bis zur Tradebeendigung am späteren Freitagabend mit Verlust ins Minus rutschte. In jedem Tradingseminar lernt man, einen Stopplos zu setzen, bei Investui spielt das anscheinend keine Rolle. Aufgrund dieses Umstands erklärte mir auf Nachfrage ein Mitarbeiter, dass ich jederzeit einen Trade telefonisch beenden könne, was ich dann auch öfter machte. Bei meinen telefonischen Tradebeendigungen konnte ich einiges retten, schloss aber nach den gemachten negativen Erfahrungen auch des öfteren den Trade zu bald. Allerdings stellte ich bei den telefonischen Tradebeendigungen fest, dass entgegen der damals genervten Aussage Gold und S & P 500 bei mir in derselben Höhe eingesetzt wurden. Warum erhält man von Investui keinerlei Info, in welcher Höhe der Einsatz bei den einzelnen Positionen ist und man dann auch noch mit einer Falschaussage abgespeist wird. Nach meinen Erfahrungen lohnt sich ein defensives Konto nur für Investui selbst. Eine Geldanlage ohne Verzinsung. Auch die viel gepriesene Transparenz lässt zu wünschen übrig, wenn man die täglichen Email-Statements liest. Als Laie erkennt man darauf nicht viel, außer dass mit Gebühren nicht gespart wird. Als ich meinen Einsatz nach über 10 Monaten wieder knapp erreicht hatte, bat ich aus Frust über dieses Geschäftsgebahren von Investui um Schließung und Auszahlung meines Guthabens. Diese Auszahlung war dann in Summe nochmal um 70 Euro weniger als auf dem letzten Statement ausgewiesen. Nachdem ich das Sytem von Investui nun ein Jahr lang beobachten konnte, ist außer vielleicht beim Goldrush am Freitag keinerlei wirklicher Erfolg zu erkennen. Die anderen 3 Säulen gleichen einem Roulette-Spiel. Investui kann von mir nicht empfohlen werden.

Sehr gute Service-Mitarbeiter, die umfassend und kompetent zu den Strategien beraten. Zu den Ergebnissen kann ich noch nichts sagen, da ich das Konto erst neu eröffnet habe. Stelle mich aber auf Schwankungen und eine längere Haltezeit ein.

Ich bin nun seit ein paar Jahren Kunde und möchte gerne ein paar dankbare Worte formulieren. Mit kurzen Turbulenzen in 2022 hat sich das Portfolio sehr schön entwickelt. Das Team war jederzeit erreichbar und konnte immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen. Auch die Rendite nach nun über 2 ½ Jahren ist sehr zufriedenstellend. Ich werde noch lange erhalten.

Die wohl schlechteste Vermögensverwaltung der Welt. Aus 20.000 Euro hat Investui in nur einem Monat mit den Strategien 15.000 Euro verloren so dass am Ende nur noch 5.000 Euro übrig waren. Wer sein Geld verbrennen will ist hier genau richtig.

Mein Konto Investui habe ich vor 1 1/2 Jahren eröffnet. Die Rendite liegt bei über 80 %. Die Transparenz und und die Nachhaltigkeit der Strategien ist in meinen Augen für erfahrene Anleger eine hervorragende Möglichkeit für eine ergänzende Kapitalanlage. Die Anlage der Gelder und die Übersicht der laufenden Positionen ermöglicht jederzeitige Kontrolle.

Kann hier nur abraten, verwaltetes Konto eröffnet am 28.05.2024, man hat selbst keine Möglichkeit einzugreifen 10500 Euro zum 29.05.2024 eingezahlt CFD Konto aggressiv, ca. 30 Trades ausgeführt (der letzte Trade war auf moderat umgestellt Performance -20%), Konto habe ich gekündigt 4084,55 wurden wieder heute auf mein Konto zurück überwiesen, war die schlechteste Anlage die ich je gemacht habe. Zur Werbung die Investui macht, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.

(Lombardoshop har sedan betalat tillbaks lite mer än hälften av summan...) Vi bestämde oss för att häva köpet då allt sköttes så otroligt oprofessionellt. Då följde ytterligare 5 veckor med total cirkus, då företaget vägrade ge oss ett pris. Återförsäljaren kopplade in juridisk hjälp o till slut fick vi en återbetalning. Dock ej på den utlovade summan o där Lombardoshop även drog av den kostnad man betalat för returen tidigare. Allt har skötts så otroligt oseriöst, främst av en kvinna där. Fruktansvärt otrevlig, kort i tonen o där hon gång på gång kommit med felaktig fakta eller ej varit samarbetsvillig. 12 v cirkus är nu slut o där vi är förloraren, men där vi till slut inte orkade med mera.

Have been TTC for 16months, been on all the supplements etc and started fertility investigations. I came across the fertility cup and read the reviews, and thought well it’s worth a go as cheaper than treatments. On our first cycle using it, I have just got my first ever positive pregnancy test. It is much easier to use than some of the reviews are suggesting. And so much easier than if you have ever tried a moon cup, which I could never get to work. If you are TTC Just give it a go, honestly worth every penny!

Onze ervaring met de FERTI·LILY cup is helaas niet zoals gehoopt. We hebben het product vier maanden op rij gebruikt, maar zwanger worden is niet gelukt, ondanks dat we beiden medisch zijn gecontroleerd en alles in orde bleek te zijn. De cup is wel gemakkelijk in te brengen, wat een pluspunt is. Echter, we merkten dat er alsnog ''vloeistof'' langs lekte, wat mogelijk de effectiviteit beïnvloedt. Ik vraag me af of eerdere bevallingen invloed kunnen hebben op hoe goed de cup werkt, vanwege mogelijke veranderingen in de vorm van de baarmoedermond of vaginale opening. Hoewel de gebruiksvriendelijkheid goed is, heeft het product ons helaas niet het gewenste resultaat opgeleverd. Dat maakt het moeilijk om een hogere score te geven. Wellicht werkt het beter voor anderen, maar voor ons was het helaas geen succes.

Niet erg positief na het lezen van vele reviews. Maar omdat zwanger worden helaas niet lukte toch maar geprobeerd. De eerste 2 keer wat onwennig inbrengen. Zat denk ik ook niet goed want alles liep er weer uit. Maar de pogingen daarna gingen beter. Na de daad inbrengen, nog even 10 minuten met de benen omhoog, voor de zekerheid. Daarna nog een uurtje met de cup in gelopen. Merk je weinig van. Ongeveer 7x om de dag tijdens mn vruchtbare dagen gebruikt. Deze eerste poging met de cup was het meteen raak want ik heb een positieve zwangerschapstest.

Prima in gebruik, er lekt soms nog wel wat langs in het begin.. Gebruik het nu 3 maanden, ik ben er nog niet zwanger geworden dus ik weet niet of het echt bijdraagt.

Ik ben er oprecht van overtuigd dat de Ferti Lily helpt. Vorige x bijna 1,5 jaar over gedaan, vanaf Ferti Lily toen na 2 mnd zwanger. Nu 5 maanden aan het proberen soms met de ferti lily en afgelopen maand eens echt de eisprong gemeten, ferti lily die dagen in gehad ( soms gewoon een hele nacht ) en ja hoor, het is raak! Zo snel hadden we het niet verwacht. Dit kan geen toeval zijn.

Ik wil graag mijn ervaring delen. Mijn vriendin en ik zijn 37 en 41 en probeerden vorig jaar zwangerschap te worden. Na 5 maanden geen resultaat, toch de FERTI-LILY gebruikt....en na 2 rondes was het wél raak. Na de geboorte van onze kleine is het, met gebruik van dit product, binnen een jaar weer de 1e keer raak. Uiteraard weet je nooit wat de correlatie is maar het is wel heel opvallend. Baat het niet dan schaad het niet. Wij hebben het gevoel dat dit enorm geholpen heeft. Het is uiteraard geen garantie op zwangerschap, maar wel een fijn en makkelijk product.

Snelle levering, duidelijke instructies erbij. Je moet wel even oefenen. Het ziet er netjes uit. En na een ronde was het raak!

Misschien heb ik geluk, maar de eerste keer dat ik de cup (en het bijbehorende glijmiddel) gebruikte was het raak. Ik was nog maar twee maanden bezig om zwanger te worden dus het is mede door de cup nog sneller gegaan! Ook was ik bang dat het heel oncomfortabel zou zijn, maar dat was het zeker niet. Je kan er zelfs mee plassen. Wel een tip: probeer voordat je de cup gaat gebruiken het 1x uit om uit te testen, dan weet je zeker hoe het moet op het juiste moment.

I just had the best experience with Mr Tee Removal service LTD. I moved from 2nd floor Apartment without a lift including an upright piano. I am amazed how 2 people moved an upright piano through tight stairs case. On their website, the company claims to specialize in piano removal, but my experience suggests otherwise. Firstly, when the two removal workers arrived, they seemed surprised to find an upright piano. The company sent only two men for this task, without any proper tools or equipment to assist with moving a heavy piano. This was clearly insufficient. As a customer, I even had to step in and help lift the piano because it was evident the two workers could not handle it alone. Additionally, I had requested in the quote that an IKEA children’s single bed be dismantled and reassembled. However, the workers appeared unaware of this requirement and proceeded without even bringing an electric screwdriver, making the process unnecessarily difficult. This lack of preparation was highly unprofessional. Most disappointingly, during the move, the workers not only damaged the piano’s exterior but also caused part of my newly built door frame to fall off while bringing the piano inside the property. Overall, my experience with this company was extremely poor. I would strongly advise against using their services.

Just had a run in with possibly one of the rudest people i have ever meet. I tried to advise that he's crashing in to the car behind him as he literally didn't bother about the car blowing the horn and he told me to f.. off and various other swear words which came in his mind. To be honest,I wouldn't use that service,even if it was the last in the world. Wouldn't like to know how he speaks to his customers,if he speaks like dirt to someone who tries to help.

The delivery driver employed by the company was kind, gregarious and helpful. Mr Temiety(the owner of the company) on the other hand was rude, abrupt, curt and unsympathetic. He threatened to abandon the contents of my house outside a storage unit as they were taking too long at reception to help open the storage unit. He was slow to respond and did not provide reassurance or clarity via email or phone to notify me on whether my stuff had been delivered to the location or not. He did absolutely nothing to make the process less difficult. The impression I got is that he wishes to charge a premium and do the bare minimum, even if his customers are left disadvantaged. Mr Temiety did his utmost to make the whole process more exacting, stressful and anxiety inducing then need be and charged an exorbitant price for it. I would not use this company, moving house is stressful enough. You need a company you can trust and with Mr Temiety at the helm, you will not get that.

The company plans everything for you, and you can read reviews beforehand to really get an idea of what the experience will be like. They give you a "know before you go" pamphlet, and it's literally the equivalent of the company taking the mental load of planning and considerations and giving you all the info you need. The tour guides are so professional, the customer service is fantastic, and the travel insurance is wonderful too (I've used once on each of my trips for different reasons, and a EF Ultimate break representative was there with me every step of the way). You also can't beat the prices, even if you were to plan a similar trip, it would cost the same if not more. Also, the people on these trips are great. Everyone is open to making new friendships, and I love that. Highly recommend traveling with EF!

Went on my first EF trip with one of my best friends this summer to the Greek Islands. When they say stress free planning they really mean it. I really got to sit back, relax, and be totally present on this trip. I did not have to worry about a single scheduling thing and it was worth every penny. Next time I think I would spurge on there “plus” trips for a little more luxury. But I will definitely be looking into trips with EF in the future.

Great company. Rented in Edinburgh for 5 years. Never had problems always friendly and professional. They also push the landlord to maintain the apartment in a good state.

Delay after delay after delay. Very poor service. Didn't put property on ESPC despite repeated requests over several months. Very poor communication. Have cost us a lot of money. Have withdrawn property from them.

Big mistake. Look elsewhere for property sales in Edinburgh (Stockbridge). We wasted 6 months of our time, on top of the wasted funds spent on two Home Reports and an architectural survey. As well as negatively impacting the perceived value of our property for future sales because it wasn't sold in that period. Ballantyne's inability to sell our property has also cost us significantly in the purchase of our new home. First, our premium mortgage offer expired so we had to secure a lesser favourable offer from a different bank. Second, we had to pay the 6% second dwelling tax. Third, we incurred unnecessary bank fees because the original mortgage funds were already transferred to our solicitor's account so we had to pay extra to return these funds. Not to mention we've leveraged more cash outlay for the purchase than we would have wanted. 1. Strategy - There was no solid plan and foresight on how to market and sell our property during this extraordinary period between Oct'22 and Apr'23 (ie. Liz Truss mortgage crisis, cost of living crisis, increased interest rates, etc.) We feel little effort was made and it was assumed that the flat would sell itself because "Stockbridge is recession proof", which clearly was not the case. It was not "business as usual" during those months so some marketing creativity could have gone a long way. 2. Communication - It was downhill from the time our listing went live. We never received any updates unless we actively followed up. For viewings, we did not even get any courtesy texts to inform us when the viewings were done. This was difficult and an annoyance for us because we had a newborn at that time, and I was still recovering from my Caesarean section, so it was a challenge just to get the entire family (plus a dog) out the door. Some empathy and a quick text to inform us when the viewings were done so we could return home would have been appreciated. Even through the very end, it took 2+ weeks to get our keys back and we even had to go to their office to collect them ourselves because they couldn't be bothered. 3. Buyer - We lost two cash buyer offers. Referencing the 2nd buyer we lost, we were upfront since the beginning that we had no documents or consent for the alteration done to our property because we were not aware this was mandatory for flats (we moved from the States). As this was the deal breaker for the buyer, it could be said that had all of this been disclosed to his solicitors beforehand then we wouldn't have wasted our time. Alternatively, we could have been advised to secure a retroactive consent early in the sale process. And as far as cash buyers, we should have been given guidance to push the buyer to conclude missives earlier. This is our first time selling and we are not well versed with the in's and out's of property sales here in Scotland so we had a certain expectation that an estate agent would provide such guidance to facilitate the sale.

We moved to Edinburgh from South-East England as a family and initially found it very difficult to find suitable rental properties and to navigate the different system. After looking without success for some weeks, and feeling increasingly stressed, we were fortunate to meet MC from Ballantynes at a viewing and within a day, we had the perfect property for us and our two cats. Throughout our time renting from Ballantynes, we found everyone friendly, helpful and professional. Our neighbours had a leak over a weekend and we had a couple of minor faults arise during the tenancy, and all were dealt with very promptly with the minimum of fuss. Our deposit was returned in full in less than a week once we moved out. Overall, we feel super grateful and lucky to have met ethical professionals working in the sector, especially given the very different experiences we have heard from friends and colleagues. In particular, we would very happily recommend MC to other tenants and hope her hard work and dedication are appreciated by all at Ballantynes too!

Bad experience - do not keep tenants in their best interest during eviction process when the landlord is looking to sell, property manager is slow in answering calls and responding to requests unless pushed.

Their employee screwed up, didn't put the next order on hold and I got to pay an extra $13.25 CND for her mistake. The staff would not take accountability for their employee's mistake, and instead of making things right, which would have only cost them about $8 USD, they taught me that this company has no customers service. They also double ship & double charge. Buyer beware!

It does the job but isn't the best phone holder. I have to tighten the connection so it doesn't swivel around constantly. I have to take my phone case off to use it because it doesn't like pop sockets. Doesn't feel secure at all.

Once I connected with the Sixthreezero team, my questions were answered, my concerns attended to, and the outcome was postive. The only thing that kept me from awarding 5 stars is that I asked my order be cancelled immediately after I placed the on-line order and it took a few days to hear back from the company. I originally wanted to switch my intended bike but, in the end, I like the bike I ordered (after all).

I recently needed to purchase a replacement item for my bike that I couldn't locate on the website. Mary helped me get the replacement very quickly. After I recieved it I thought I asked for the incorrect item and she took the time to find out if I had made a mistake. She located a video to help me install it and ensured I did get the correct part. She was timely, helpful, and kind. I've had my bike since 2020, I did have to replace the gear thing and spokes as it randomly tangled itself while riding but other than that I've had no issues with the bike until I recently broke the brake lever by dropping the bike on accident straight on it. I love the bike and it's been through many weight stages with me which why I chose this bike (high weight limit). I highly recommend the company as a whole.

Several issues so far, the bike mostly seems ok, but the assembly process is not. Bike came with no assembly instructions. They do have assembly instructions online in PDF and video form for many bikes, just not the one the sold me, a "Relaxed Body Semi Recumbent e-bike" which means you have to watch videos from various other bikes and piece it together. That stinks. Also, the warranty registration for the text link they give you to register you get a 404 when doing so. The QR code takes you to a different link. My wife is short (5 foot), the bike is for her (got it for her for Christmas and its finally warm enough to assemble and test), we tried the seat in the lowest position, and it wasnt quite low enough. Though there was no manual, it seems like we got an extra seat post so I wanted to see if that one was shorter. Problem is we cant extract the old one even with everything loosened. Its wedged in there. We can turn it slightly but 3 of us couldnt remove it. Making do so far with it like that. Also, I ordered it late for Christmas (Dec 13), but it took 2 months to arrive with no updates/ETA. There were many "welcome to your new bike" emails etc that came long before I had it which seemed insensitive. Construction (other than the seatpost thing) seems decent and build quality is good. Without manuals it was hard to figure out what screws did what for tightening handlebars etc. Even in the videos of some things like disc brakes they dont zoom in and the brakes arent the same anyway. Overall it was a frustrating 3 hours of assembly.

I you are buying a bicycle, you should buy from sixthreezero.com. There bikes are well made and delivery is very fast, and their customer service is the best. I recently purchased a 21 speed bicycle from them, and assembly is easy, just follow their instructions.

Today was around 80 degrees and tomorrow is a blizzard forecast with gusts up to 70 mph. Welcome to Iowa and the midwest. Roller coasters move over! We are seniors in mid seventy's and will take a little getting used to riding after many years. I've had Harley's years ago. Getting my body in shape is the main reason we got them. I just couldn't see myself on one of those health club stationary bike pedal machines-boring. Strangely, my Navy bike, upon registering, was listed as a women's bike. The men's was a flat black. The 5 star reviews are scams themselves, because this company is a trash. I bought an RMS Partner site for R11 000 back in 2018, and they stole my money, and went AWOL on me. No replies to my emails at all.

Personally I wouldn't give them 1 star. Absolute con, they will take your money, they put absolute garbage stock on there, you have no control over any part of the website, they sell what is supposed to be yours (the website itself) to many other people. They tell you not to register the company with companies house or HMRC. They control everything about your website and company. You can only get hold of them for advice for a short while, they then can't be reached or ignore your requests for contact. The say they are calling from a London "office" at first but if you have call recognition, the call comes from Johannesburg or cape town in south Africa. Do not touch with a barge pole, absolute crooks only after your money.

Firstly, the positives. Natalie and the customer support team were extremely prompt and efficient at answering my questions. However, my overall experience wasn't positive for the £399.99 I paid for my store. The store was delivered to me within 24 hours. Perhaps this time frame affected quality because the result was a very basic looking site (very). I was willing to accept this regardless. The main problem came however when I asked about how to apply VAT of 20% to my products as I'm in the UK and the suppliers are in China. I was very surprised to be told that their plugin (RMS plugin) doesn't have a feature to easily adjust this. Most surprising for a company that specialise in delivering Ecommerce platforms for global clients. I was told to add it to the markup prices, which was pretty confusing and not straightforward. Anthony (the head of the company) stepped in and started giving me (incorrect) tax advice. He told me that I didn't need to add VAT until I reached £85,000 in sales - this is usually the case but not when your suppliers are based in China. He then admitted that he wasn't qualified to issue tax advice. He then shut me down with 'we've been building sites for 20 years and never had any problems' etc. I asked if it was possible for me to download Woocommerce plugin as it has these features taken care of, with very specific adjustments in settings such as: 'Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax', 'No, I will enter prices exclusive of tax'. Furthermore, Woocommerce allows you to restrict geographical location of your customers which RMS confirmed to me they don't offer. The RMS plugin is very incompatible with pretty much any other plugin so is quite restrictive. When I asked about Woocommerce, I was told by Anthony that 'You can do what you want the site, but not on my servers. We do not support or host woocommerce sites, we provide free hosting for 12 months on our servers for the sites we build and sell only.' I then had to move the site to my own servers and then had to redesign the site again from scratch by myself, paying for a freelance designer. They allowed me the mercy of keeping my domain name. Also, in terms of help with marketing, the help is nothing more than a series of videos that you could find pretty much anywhere. There's no active help in setting up ads etc. The £399.99 that I paid was 100% wasted. It's a lot of money for someone like me to put down and I thought it was going to be a worthwhile investment. If RMS are willing to offer me a full refund of the money, I'm willing to take this review down. Otherwise, I need to exercise my right to speak out about my experience. *Update: The ever-argumentative bully that is Anthony replied to my review accusing me of blackmail, claiming that I had the chance to preview the store. This is completely untrue. They had draft versions of the site on their website and once I paid, I received the very trashy looking site 24 hours later, so I don't understand what he means by 'preview'. 'By your own admission' - Anthony doesn't realise that this wasn't a compliment to him directly but to the staff stuck working with him, who I had to be fair to. A word of advice to Anthony: Responding to your client base in a defensive manner only destroys your reputation in the long run. Scrolling down, I can see many more negative reviews here that Anthony has responded to in total denial. All those people can't be wrong. Listen to your client base when they tell you you're no good.

We have had a small shop for many years and were looking for an additional source of income online to help us and our business. We wanted something where we could add our own products (we make handmade candles) as well as products from other suppliers. I am not very skilled with technology, so I needed something that was already set up and easy for me to manage. The bigger , well-klnown companies seem too large to provide personal attention to customers like me in most cases. After inquiring alot before buying our store and receiving prompt and informative responses, as well as being able to see the store before I bought it, we decided to go with the Partner option. I must say that the communication and support, both before and after have been excellent. It is refreshing to receive support without having to wait long. My wife is in charge of online marketing, so the weekly training is fantastic for he. The overall support is excellent. I definitly recommend this company if you want the extra help and support.

The ongoing support has been immense. Training is solid and sales orientated and I am about to make my 1st sale (R30k) in under 3 weeks. Easy to follow guidelines and a team who answers emails until late in the evening. Always willing to help. Shaza and Natalie, you are amazing. Thank you!

I’m kind of confused. I’ve been reaching out. They’ve reached back a few times but no tracking number now they’re saying something about the holidays and I ordered express shipping. I’m confused. I’ve seen some good reviews. I’ve seen some bad reviews, but I’m just curious are they legit it seems like it, but I’ve been having some strange miscommunication.

CRIMINALS! I WISH i had read all the TERRIBLE reviews! Placed order on 9/6/24; on 9/9/24 UPS Tracking says they are waiting on package; on 9/12/24 UPS is still waiting on package. When i email smokers world 9/12/24, they tell me to check with UPS, but UPS can’t give an update when they are still waiting on the package. That is the update! Smokers World simply created a UPS label but never delivered the package for UPS to ship! Emailed Smokers World again, and they do not respond! Do not lose your money too! I’m out $100.

I ordered the 6 pk (double bubble) Loy XL . The flavor was totally different from the original Loy XL and the color of the wrapping was much darker. These are fake not the real vapes. To top that off I paid $89 plus I paid for shipping insurance only to receive these fake empty vapes. (3 of the them were totally empty) I called only to get no answer, no call back. I emailed only to receive no response!!! Please save your money and time DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I ordered and received confirmation of the order. I waited and waited. I checked email and tracking for days with no shipment. I asked to please ship or refund me. After waiting several days and contacting about receiving what I ordered or refund… they did give me a refund(haven’t seen yet but we will see - always order with Amex). No apologies for not providing what I ordered. I would 100 percent order from another vendor.

Worst place I have ever ordered anything. I ordered 9 vapes only got 3 and not even what I ordered, back and forth sent the missing 6 and again not what I ordered. Order from somewhere else trust me.

When you receive what you ordered consider your self lucky. I’m currently waiting for the second time for an issue to be resolved. They sent wrong product again and don’t have time to correct it. I received an email saying they would be sending me a return label but who knows when. I used to like the company and now they are not doing business like they used to. Incorrect items and longer shipping times have me thinking they don’t care about customer service.

I ordered a baby bracelet and have emailed multiple times and not had a reply. The original email stated i would receive my order between 7-10 days and it had been well over 10 days . No number to contact just an email address which you get no response from.

Order bedding for my baby girl four months ago. I was waiting more than a month and she said that she had health issues and I accepted it. After weeks I was asking where is my order she said royal mail lost it. I was asking for refund and she said she will pay when she get her wages in two weeks. It is week after her wages and she didn't respond to my messages. Absolutely disappointed with the service.

I think the trainers are great, gave me confidence and comfort. I am 5ft 3 and gaining 3ft amazed me the difference Girls looked at me and man behaved around me. Only one person had the guts to ask me have you grown tall. I have always been confident with my height but I didn’t realise that a lot of people perception about you is also about height. I liked the attention but also hated it because of what it meant. Great product my only wish is to make the shoes functional for daily work causal dress.

Auto reply promised a call in 1-2 days. Thsat took 4 days to arrive, admittedly over the weekend. However we are at the end of the third day from auto reply and still nothing. The phone number on their website does not connect. Recommend everyone stay away from these people.

They do not reply. Shoes are way too small and they took 4 days for an auto reply. It was so a weekend but computers work 24/7 Website says hassle free returns which is a lie.

Beautiful, comfortable well equipped house . Suited all ages , very happy . We stayed put all weekend !! Everything had been thought of & supplied .

The house is lovely and spacious, we went for a hen do and it was great for us, making cocktails at the bar. We spent all our time in the large open plan kitchen dining room. The rooms are all gorgeous and beautifully decorated. We had an amazing time celebrating with our family and friends.

Stayed at berry house Devon lovely place pool was a bit on the chilly side but owner increased temperature as soon as I messaged them. Inside the house needs a bit of tlc but very clean cinema room was fab Wi-Fi could do with a booster.

Hi, last weekend we booked out the hayo house for a hen weekend. I couldn’t find anywhere to leave feedback so just wanted to send a message to say how amazing our stay was! The house itself exceeded expectations and every room was of such a high quality. It was immaculately clean and perfect for a hen party. One morning a shower was leaking and a gentleman was there within 5 minutes to help and even offered to come back later on to take a group pictures. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and look forward to planning another trip
