Es wurden dir Falschenteile geliefert und Teile fehlten. Nach langen hin und her wurden die Fehlendenteile nachgeschickt. Die Falschenteile möchten sie nicht ersetzen. Ich finde es nur ein Frechheit wenn man nicht das bekommt was man bestellt. Dann gibt es nur ein hin und her wenn man nur die Richtigenteile bekommen will. (seit 3 Monaten)

Nicht transparent Auf deren Website steht ja was von 2-3 Werktagen+ Ausarbeitungszeit o.ä. und das bedeutet mit anderen Worten: 25 Tage Herstellungszeit weil wir keine Lust haben dazu zu schreiben, ob wir das Produkt auf Lager haben oder nicht + 2-3 Liefertage. Geil, danke und das findet man dann erst raus wenn man sehnsüchtig wartet und mal auf die Idee kommt nachzufragen. Wenn man vor hat dort zu bestellen, muss man also schon vorher mal nachfragen, wie lange es dauert aber ich werde auf jedenfall nicht nocheinmal dort bestellen.

GPR Auspuff von Moto-Sound

Ich habe am 30.07.2024 einen GPR Auspuff für die Yamaha WR 250 (Y.178.ALB) bei Moto-Sound gekauft. Der Aufpuff hat eine in Deutschland gültige Zulassung. Der Auspuff kam nach häufigem Nachfragen am 06.09.2024 bei mir in Thüringen an. Das sind 5 Wochen Wartezeit!?! Jedoch hat Moto-Sound die bestellte Ware beim Hersteller GPR nicht auf Vollständigkeit überprüft. Daher fehlte die Halterung des Endtopfes am Rahmen. Diese kam am 27.09.2024 bei mir an. Erst dann konnte ich alles installieren. D.h. Ich habe von der Bestellung bis zum Ankommen des letzten Teils 8 Wochen gewartet. Dann viel mir auf dass der Auspuff viel zu laut ist. Laut Smartphone App war das Standgeräusch auf dem Feld bei einem Abstand von 50cm im Winkel von 45° bei 5000 U/Min 90 db(A). Erlaubt sind laut Schein 88. Bei einer offiziellen Messung werden zwar 5 bd(A) Toleranz abgezogen, jedoch wird ein Auspuff mit der Zeit immer lauter statt leiser. Das wollte Moto-Sound leider nicht wissen! Es gilt nur eine offizielle Messung mit einem geeichten Gerät. Leider kostet eine Messung bei der DEKRA 120,-€. Was ich nicht bereit bin zu bezahlen. Fazit: Moto-Sound sollte keine Waren im Webshop verkaufen, die nicht auf Lager sind und erst hergestellt werden müssen. 8 Wochen Wartezeit (2 Monate) sind einfach zu lange.

Can’t recommed this company

I made an order, i noticed about 48hrs later that i ordered wrong product, because their website does not have clear pictures of the products and delivery times below the products. I can cancel the order but they take 20% of the price of the product for themselves, absolutely crazy. If the product had already been manufactured, it would be a different matter, but it hasn't even been started yet. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Eine einzige Katastrophe

Vor 52 (!!!) Tagen bestellt und bezahlt. Trotz mehrmaligen Nachfragen keinen Liefertermin erhalten. In der Bestellmaske stand: Lieferzeit 2/3 Tage + Ausarbeitungszeit (man kann gleich dem Kunden mitteilen dass diese Ausarbeitungszeit ca. 2 Monate beträgt) Warum kann man nicht einfach schreiben: "Wir verkaufen hier Waren die wir gar nicht besitzen, wir nehmen aber von ihnen das Geld sofort, geben keine Auskunft über einen Liefertermin, wann sie etwas von uns bekommen wissen wir selber auch nicht" Das einzig positive ist dass ich nach nun 52 Tagen den Auspuff erhalten habe (dafür gibt es nun den einen Stern), eine gute und schöne Qualität sieht allerdings anders aus. Schade. Reklamieren werde ich nicht, ist ohnehin sinnlos und ich brauche mich nicht nochmals ärgern. Fazit: Nie wieder mit Moto-Sound

Mijn Geberit Bodemventiel was kapot, ik rijde naar vestiging Maarssen aankomst in de winkel ongeïnteresseerd personeel! Treurig aanwezig personeel zegt bij binnen komst niets geen goedemorgen of ik kom zo bij u helpen, uiteindelijk gevraagd voor een nieuwe Geberit bodemventiel personeel Sven loopt naar rek en pakt een onverpakte bodemventiel en komt terug, ik heb gevraagd waroom het artikel niet in origineel verpakking zit antwoord was deze zitten niet in verpakking, daarna heb ik het artikel gekocht en naar huis gereden ik had ook een klusjes man geregeld om te vervangen klusjesman zij gelijk er klopt iets niet deze Geberit bodemventiel hoort in origineel verpakking te zijn en later kwamen we achter dat er een pakking miste! Dus weer terug naar de winkel gereden probleem verteld weer ongeïnteresseerd personeel deze bodemventiel was niet verpakt en ze wisten niet wat er mee gebeurt was en enige advies was volgende dag terug te komen en nieuwe ophalen die wel in origineel verpakking zat dus weer terug gereden naar huis en volgende dag weer naar Maarssen gereden weer klusjesman gebeld om te vervangen uiteindelijk werkte alles weer! Vind wel jammer dat zo gegaan is een artikel van 31 EUR heeft mij nu 125 EUR gekost inclusief klusjesman betaald benzine 3 keer heen weer gereden!

Hier doen ze moeite voor je.........

Ik woon in Duitsland nabij de Nederlandse grens. Ik zocht een koppeling. De juiste koppeling was onvindbaar en ik wilde niet naar de Duitse vakhandel. Die willen alleen nog zaken veel te duur verkopen. Toevallig kwam ik in kontakt met een medewerker van Warmteservice Gennep. Hij adviseerde mij bij hun bedrijf te vragen. Ik ben daarheen gegaan, door de medewerkers van Warmteservice werd serieus moeite gedaan om de juiste koppeling te vinden. De geleverde koppeling bleek dan ook nog te juiste te zijn. Een aanrader dit bedrijf en zijn medewerkers.

They use delivery company’s that are…

They use delivery company’s that are not insured to come into the house to put the underlay. They literally left four heavy rolls of underlay in front of my door step. I was alone in the house and had to drag them in to be able to shut the door. They don’t state that on their website. You pay for delivery for it to be left outside the house. When I called them, they said their delivery drivers not insured, it’s bloody ridiculous as it is heavy and one person cannot drag it into the house. Never using them again.

Not worth the slight saving

Whole Pallet of underlay magically disappeared between supplier & courier. Was told on the afternoon of delivery and was too late to dispatch another load for next day. Cancelled order in the end. Strangely enough, I was told this never happens, obviously apart from all the people on here that it has happened to. Certainly wont be using them again.

Awful customer service

Prices are good, but the customer service is awful. when some of my goods went missing in transit, they did not care about when the carpet was being fitted but told me they would have to investigate first and could take over a week. They then offered to send the carpets out on Thursday for delivery Friday delivery never happened and they blamed the delivery company. When the goods finally arrived on Monday they had packaged the wrong carpet and the packing note says it was packed on Friday for delivery on Monday. At this point, I gave up on their customer service. It’s all lies, and they just don’t care.

Best prices on the net!

Put it this way, I work for a national carpet retailer and all my nice customers looking to save money are referred to Trade Priced! I should be on a retainer the amount of business I’ve put their way! Excellent products and unbeatable prices, especially compared to Tapi and Carpetright. Have used Trade Priced personally for fitting jobs and the delivery is quick and the products are great. Honestly, you won’t find these branded items cheaper. Sure, you can get ‘underlay’ cheaper, but the trick is to look at the density (TOG) and not the thickness. The cheap underlays elsewhere are not very dense at all. And a top tip. Always go for the foam underlays. Forget rubber unless it’s specific underfloor heating or durafit types!

Placed an order in early December - never arrived Customer service non -existent when chased and conveniently used Covid as reason no telephone service so had to send enquiry form- no reply 4/5 times (in fact lost count) Emailed again to be advised that another company has bought the asset and have no info on orders placed before January. No idea where to go next as email given by new company - no reply and no goods but they have had my money!

Beware!

I've given two stars for the impressively prompt delivery -no faults there. However, customer service if something goes wrong is non existent. Once they have your money, you are in trouble if there is a problem! In my case I spent nearly £200 on wool felt underlay and double sided carpet tape. The wool felt underlay arrived in bags utterly filthy (as in black grimy filthy), covered in orange (rust?) stains and torn in multiple places leaving the underlay exposed and unprotected. The underlay stinks, not of wool but of diesel fumes and grime. The sample I received of the same underlay from the same seller smelt of wool, was warm to touch and was soft and springy. The underlay I actually received smells of an old bus station, is much thinner, has no spring and appears to be perished as it feels dank and is disintegrating badly. I dread to the think in what adverse conditions and for how long it has been stored. I also recived two rolls of N.E.C (temporary) tape instead of the double sided carpet tape I had ordered! As the phone line was not working, I emailed the company and as yet, several weeks later, have received no reply. I chose this underlay carefully based on the the lovely sample I received and have been looking forward to getting an underlay and carpet for 5 years now. £200 is a huge amount of money for me and to receive something in such poor condition has been very upsetting. It is not acceptable to simply ignore a complaint from a customer when you have their money. I have never received such poor customer service and would not recommend this company.

Axe to grind?

I'm so glad that I wasn't put off from ordering by the tiny minority of dissatisfied customers, out of the tens of thousands of happy ones. Great price of course. Order acknowledged and further notification that the order had been dispatched, with my three rolls arriving in just two days. It is true that Tuffnells only advise of the delivery day and their tracker, for me at least, only said "out for delivery", giving no indication of a time slot, but that was fine for me. In my experience, you can order with complete confidence.

5 Stars turned to 1 Star ! Bought from TradePriced a few times before…always fine. This time, absolutely rubbish. Bought specifically because of 2 day delivery promise…now 10 days, still no underlay and carpet & fitters arriving Wednesday. Have now ordered more from somewhere else. I could forgive a mistake, but failings on every level is not an accident. No order delivered, no quick response to query, no explanation or apology given, no follow up despite an email saying it will be sorted. I don’t believe they have any intention of delivering anything, including a refund. I am going to Hull first week in December so I shall pop in for my underlay or my refund.

1 Star Turned Into 5.

So I've ordered from Tradepriced on plenty of occasions and normally got my stuff without a hitch. This time things were a bit different. Unfortunately, 2 rolls of underlay vanished in transit. Having read recent reviews I did fear the worst and it would have been very easy to jump on the bandwagon and deliver an instantly scathing review as seems to be norm with people these days. However, credit where its due. After no more than a few emails back and forth over maybe 7-10 working days Tradepriced replaced the undelivered items and these were duly delivered the next working day. If I was being super critical then I'd say Mark should perhaps leave Judy to reply to correspondence but at the end of the day, a quick and curt response is probably better than no response for days on end. I would suggest the problems and resultant shoddy reviews lie with the courier Tuffnells. In summary, it's easy to give good reviews when everything goes well but you really get a measure or a company by how they rectify matters when things don't go to plan and on this occasion I can't fault Tradepriced. Therefore, I wouldn't hesitate in using them again as I have in the past.

Eigenlijk nog geen ster waarde Maar anders kan je geen review schrijven. Wij gebruiken geen sodastream Meer en Willen onze 2 lege cilinders inleveren en het geld terug hebben voor de Borg van de 2 cilinders. Helaas pindakaas, deze krijg je niet terug, je krijgt Maar 2 euro per cilinders terug terwijl je per cilinder 12.50 euro betaald, dit. Word als je ze koopt er niet bij verteld, de klantenservice zeigt ja dat Staat op de sleeve van de cilinders, Maar die kan je pas lezen als je ze gekocht hebt. Dus je betaald 12.50 euro statiegeld en krijgt Maar 2 euro terug, typisch geval van oplichterij en bedriegerij. Mijn advices koop nooit een sodastream want je word besodemietert. John B.

Super geholpen na beschadigd pakket

Waardeloos!! Ten eerste moet je dus minimaal twee cilinders insturen om te ruilen. Ik heb er twee! Een in het apparaat en een reserve. Dan maar twee extra cilinders bestellen, en nog niks omruilen waardoor ik dus 4 cilinders in huis zou hebben. Nu is mijn bestelling geannuleerd omdat mijn adres gegevens te lang zijn....? Krijg ik een cadeaucode van 5 euro die alleen niet op cilinders te gebruiken is. Denk dat ik moet gaan verhuizen om cilinders te kunnen bestellen. Wat een aanfluiting!!!

Prima apparaat maar .........

Prima apparaat werkt goed en patroon gaat echt lang mee. Tot zover goed. De kunststof flessen met de kunststof bodem zijn een stuk minder. Tussen het plastic wat om de bodem van de fles zit bevestigd ende fles gaat vuil zitten, bv eetresten uit vaatwasser, en dat krijg je er met geen mogelijkheid meer uit omdat de gekleurde plastic onderkant niet los te maken is volgens mij zonder de fles te slopen. er zitten gaatjes in die bodem om het vocht wat erin gaat zitten eruit te halen, soms ook onhandig voor je kleding of in je tas. Maar da vuil is niet op te lossen waardoor de flessen vrij snel redelijk ranzig eruit zien. Is niet in het water dus niet ergmaar uit ranzige fles drinken is minder toch? Jammer dat die bodem er niet af gaat.

Sinds de laatste paar maanden gaat er van alles mis, klanten services kan zelf niks beantwoorden en moeten alles navragen. Order van machine (misgegaan) Retour van een machine (misgegaan) Zijn niet op de hoogte van eigen acties (bewijs moet klant leveren) Recente order voor patronen omruilen sinds 1,5 week niet geleverd, Kortom er gaat zoveel mis bij het bedrijf dat we nu serieus willen gaan over stappen. Nu maar weer regelen det we de 200€ vooruitbetaalde geld weer terug krijgen.

Terrible, inhumane company! Avoid their developments...

I gave it a lot of thought before making this negative review due to the respect for the residents’ team at Dressage Court (which are great). This review is for Essential Living and not them. Dressage Court is great place to live. Essential Living, on the other hand is a terrible company. Let me share my experience of almost 3 years living here and how Essential Living disappointed me while I really needed: 1. On 10/04/2019 we had an issue with our toilet constantly flushing in our en-suite bathroom. It took Essential Living 2 weeks to fix the problem. We had to live with that annoying noise, troubling our sleep for two weeks. And their response was that they could nothing about it, and were doing their best to fix it; 2. There was a huge leak in our gym that took 3 months to be fixed (we currently have a broken mirror there as well for 4 months and counting); 3. On 25/01 (a Saturday) we woke-up and found out that there was no water in the building. Essential Living says it didn’t know when the water supply would be restored. Since we couldn’t take a shower or, Christ, use the toilet for basic needs, we decided to go to a hotel nearby to have access to basic human needs, like water. Water supply was restored by 6pm only (can you imagine if we waited?). When I asked Essential Living to pay for the hotel rate they pointed me to Thames Water Ts&Cs which only entitles you £30 of compensation after 12hours (bear in mind that Essential Living charges you a fixed rate to manage the service, which is higher than I would pay Thames Water directly, but when you need, they point you to Thames Water – how does that make sense? By the way, there’s nothing in our contract stating that Thames Water would be responsible, or access to their Ts&Cs – zero transparency); 4. The latest one triggered this review. We’re all living challenging times with Covid-19 crisis. Although we’re, thankfully, still full-time employed, part of our income depends on projects, which have stopped. The expected impacted is of 25% in our income. I’ve asked Essential Living for a relief of 25% of the rent (not even full relief), and to my surprise their response was the least humane possible, implying I wanted to take advantage of the situation (asked for bank statements, letters from customers cancelling projects, letters from employer stating the reduction on the income due to these projects, payslips etc) – exposing yourself to embarrassment. I will provide the information they requested because I need the relief, but their attitude is ridiculous and zero humane during these times where we need to support each other. When everything is fine Essential Living is great and loooooves to show off their little prizes at the reception of our building. However, when you really need them, they disappear and challenge you every single time, embarrassing you, always implying you’re willing to take advantage of the situation (and also, remind me again why I pay a premium for your services if I don’t have it when I need).

Dårlig service og transport, flot møbel. Bestilte et bord fra warmnordic. Leveringstid 5-8 hverdage. Det kom 4 uger! efter. Jeg var i kontakt med warmnordic efter 2-3 uger hvorfra jeg kun fik et lunket "det eneste hun kunne gøre var at kontakte transportfirmaet! Det blev leveret med LGT, som kun havde en mand på transporten selvom der var tale om en tung sag på omkring 80 kg (ifølge to flyttemand, som blev tilkaldt til opbæring af møbel) - havde selv skønnet det endnu tungere. Som fremstiller og forhandler af designmøbler har man altså også et ansvar for at vælge en leverandør, der kan leve op til aftalerne og byder på ordentlige arbejdsforhold! Jeg havde gladeligt betalt lidt mere for at få det leveret og kunnet vælge at bordet blevet båret ind. For dårligt, warmnordic. Simpelthen for dårligt. Flot møbel dog.

Lækre lamper men virkelig dårlig service. Det tog næsten tre uger at fragte en standerlampe fra Viby til København, på trods af at de sagde op til to uger (10 arbejdsdage). Derudover kunne jeg ikke få noget som helst information, når jeg ringede til dem (de sagde bare at jeg ville få et opkald fra fragtmanden snart..). Deres fragtmand er absolut heller ikke super - Warm Nordic skriver at fragtmanden vil tage kontakt for at aftale nærmere vedr. levering, men han ringede kun med 15 minutters varsel, hvilket er jo fuldstændig useriøst. Alt i alt en virkelig dårlig oplevelse med Warm Nordic. Vilde med deres design, men de forstår ikke konceptet service... Jeg tvivler stærkt på at jeg vil købe noget der igen.

Jeg må dog konstatere, at dels var ordstyreren svag i sin styring, dels havde LD svært ved begrænse sig (da han jo var så engageret), når han skulle svare på deltagernes spørgsmål. Vi kunne have nået mange flere konkrete spørgsmål og svar, hvis der havde været mere styr på det. Her er klart et forbedringspotentiale.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine’s Day and paid extra for them to be delivered on time. There no where near me and it’s due to come Tuesday after 7 whole days.. that’s called a scam. I didn’t pay over $250 for flowers, to have them delivered after Valentine’s Day. You can keep them and give me a full refund for not holding up your end. The excuse of the carrier not doing their job has nothing to do with us and also if you had it shipped next day delivery or 2 day delivery it would’ve been on time. You literally probably had them shipped with the slowest and cheapest option. I ship things regularly and never has it taken me to get something sent inside the USA let alone being both on East coast 7 days..No I don’t want that pathetic offer of $20 off my next order because I won’t be using your company again. Placed an order and have not been able to reach anyone from the company. I received a notification on Monday noon, that the flowers for Valentine’s Day were at a shipping partner and awaiting usps. As of tonight (Wednesday night) the flowers have not moved and no updates on the tracking website. The shipping partner is not responding either. I paid for expedited shipping and that seems to have been a waste. I have tried to email and call Rose forever and get no response. To spend $150 for Valentine’s Day surprise and be left empty handed is unacceptable.

I would strongly suggest that you avoid purchasing flowers from Rose Forever . I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day. I placed my order and completed a card to be sent with it. Then, leading up to the purchase, I didn't see any indication that my message was acknowledged, and I had no option to go back. So, I placed the order and followed up with an email and phone call to ensure it was received. I checked my confirmation email, invoice, etc., and nothing was there. No callback, no email, nothing. Then, I received a message from FedEx saying they tried to deliver the flowers this past Sunday. I ordered for delivery on Valentine's Day. Since I received the delivery attempt email, I again called and emailed the company, and guess what... no response.

Lack of integrity and craftsmanship

If you are looking for craftsmanship, professionalism, communication, honesty, and integrity; I would highly recommend you stay well clear of this untrustworthy and incompetent business for anything. Had the pump on my well go out and was assigned 24/7 Well Service as the contractor from my home warranty company. From the very beginning getting ahold of this company was very difficult. I’m assuming it’s because David is a one man show with a very incompetent apprentice. Finally established communication and scheduled an appointment, to which I waisted a day and a half at home waiting with no phone call letting me know they were going to be delayed. Finally, his apprentice shows up alone and was unable to complete the job due to inexperience. To add insult to injury she only installed one bolt out of four on the compressor and said it would be good because it had two lock washers on it (obviously I disagreed and she said David would handle it). David came out to complete the job two days later after telling me he would be here the following morning. Finally…! I thought this job was complete but come to find out his apprentice did not put oil in the compressor when she installed it so it threw a rod that night. I know for a fact they lied to me when they came back out to examine the faulty pump the next day by telling me it was full of oil and must have just been a faulty pump. Mind you his apprentice was standing there with a quart of oil in her hand when I showed up because again, communication was non-existent and they just showed up unannounced when I wasn’t home. The night before when this pump failed I checked the oil level and it was dry. Two days later she arrived with a smaller pump than what was previously installed with the excuse that’s the only one the store had and installed it with two of the four bolts and called it good, which is how it sits today. I called two stores near by that night and had them actually put hands on the previous size pump that was installed and both stores positively confirmed they had the exact one. So, yet again I believe I was lied to and given the excuse “thats what they tell you on the phone”. The original pump that was on my well system pumped at 18.1 standard cubic feet per minute (SCFM) and the one that was finally installed pumps at 5.3 SCFM, so it’s significantly lower in performance and runs much longer to do the job all for this company to save approximately $30.00 between the two pumps. I have significantly complained to my warranty company because David wouldn’t answer my calls to remedy the problems as he stated he would, but they are taking the side of 24/7 Well Service and say “your well pump is working”. I have tried to call David numerous times but as usual he doesn’t answer his phone. So again, if you are looking for a quality water well company I would stay far away from 24/7 Well Services unless you just want frustrations and headaches.

I ordered an A grade fridge freezer. It arrived with deep scratches on the front and a missing shelf. We accepted a small refund for the scratches (we were desperate for a fridge freezer by the time it eventually came) and we were told a new shelf would be delivered ASAP but it never arrived. I have written numerous emails but I have been ignored. This is my second review about this and a manager from the store rang to apologise after the last review and promised the shelf would be delivered. Still no shelf and again my emails are ignored. If you want A grade products and good customer service - avoid this company because you will be disappointed

Avoid Like the Plague – Fraudulent Seller

I purchased two new ex-display tumble dryers, but what was delivered was far from new – the equipment was clearly used. The seller initially denied this, but after I provided irrefutable photo evidence, he admitted it. At first, he apologized and acknowledged the mistake, admitting that I had been sent refurbished equipment (though, to be clear, the dryers were not even properly refurbished – both were dirty inside from intensive use). He offered to exchange them for new ones or provide financial compensation. However, after that initial acknowledgment, he went silent and stopped responding to all correspondence. This seller is completely untrustworthy, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Avoid this company like the plague – they are frauds.

UPDATE 2 - It's now been over 5 weeks since we made a return request and still no collection of the faulty tumble drier and of course no refund. Sporadic and vague responses to my many, many emails and their live chat is a joke. Now stuck with a faulty tumble drier and lost over £300. Ongoing claim via our credit card via Section 75. UPDATE 1 - faulty dryer, submitted a return request 1 day after delivery and all downhill from there! No response to request, limited response on live chat so now having to initiate Section 75 return via credit card. Very frustrating there's no phone number for Shop@Home. Will update again if they respond and honour their return policy.

Ordered a ex display cooker, was a little dubious as miced reviews, but all went smoothly from order to delivery, my only gripe was the tracking site isn't the best..Once I received my date and time slot the website didn't update and i couldn't access a live tracking. Cooker is in excellent condition and full working order, so overall a happy customer.

Sold 'ex display' fridge in accurately described, completely battered, that doesn't function, is faulty. Caused no end of stress trying to resolve. Left with no fridge for over a week until have had to get a new one from a different company. Impossible to speak to a person at The Shop At Home. Poor response. Not been provided with am update on replacement, and now refund and collection of faulty goods. Will be raising complaint to ombudsman. Avoid, not worth the 'so called cheap price'.

This company should review their policies as products are ill described and customer care is terrible you cannot speak to a person on the phone only through their online service and the results are not what you are told they are I waited 7 weeks before my problems were resolved. They state that the products they sell are ex display with small marks on the body of their fridge freezer but the one that was delivered to me looked like it had been dragged behind the truck that delivered it but when it was delivered the driver and his mate stated that they could not get it into the house which cost extra to do and left it outside I managed to. It through the door into my house with the help of my friend. I would never use this company again

Awful company to deal with. Ordered a washer dryer failed to deliver in the 5-7 working days as stated. Tried to cancel order, they then sent the product but no notice given for delivery date and not in when came. Tried again to cancel order but no response. Over 2 months from ordering I have not had the product or refund. So now holding my money and don't respond to any contact. Stay away from them at all costs. Not worth the hassle

Ordered a box of chocolates for valentine's day. Unfortunately they sent me a box of 9 instead of 24 As valentine's day had passed by the time they acknowledged my photo of the problem I accepted the offer of a refund. Unfortunately they only refunded me the price difference between the box of 9 and the box of 24 (£5). So they refunded me 33.3% of my purchase, yet I was missing 62.5% of my product... I do not recommend ordering online off this company. Customer service are terrible and don't seem to have a clue what they are doing, are slow to reply, and unfair when giving refunds on products.

The chocolate is great, but I ordered the “gift box” as well on checkout, thinking it was a smaller version of the gift boxes advertised elsewhere on the site, with a few taster items. It was, in fact, to have my items gift boxed, in a blue coloured shoe box type thing with some shavings inside. It went in the recycling. I would not recommend adding this to your order even if you are ordering as a gift.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought an order online worth over £50. I have tried their chocolate bars so I thought I would buy some other things as the chocilate tasted good. One item - milk chocolate drops were discoloured and tasted waxy. I contacted the online customer care service which took three days to answer. They indicated I would need to return them in an addressed envelope they would send so I replied that I was happy to do this and strangely they wanted me to confirm my address and asked where I had bought the chocolates. This is strage as I had enclosed order no and details. The envelope took about 10 days to arrive. When they recieved the returned chocolates two days later they indicated that their taste would have been unaffected and as an act of goodwill they would replace the chocolates. They did not apologise for the poor quality goods or the inconvenience having to return the chocolates via the post office entailed. I agree customer service is non existent and Montezumas need a reminder of what the Sale of Goods Act involves re consumer rights. I will never buy their chocolate again. They do not care about their customers and no wonder they have had financial problems. There are plenty of other small chocolate companies out there who care about their customer base.

Montezuma the service business provider does not seem to appreciate loyal & repeat custom and customer's in general via the e-commerce digital platform webpage thus I will actively avoid them in the near future(I like to sample ie "tried & test proof" good business service offerings for future gifting resource purposes, alone). On both occasions I made an order of over GBP£50.00 to avoid hefty postage / packing charges. On this specific occasion I placed the order at the weekend & only received a dispatch notification yesterday(Tues, 15th October 2024) to find out 24 hours plus later the Royal Mail tracking number is not available to access(unfortunately, the communication correspondence sent has also been ignored). A good business supplier actively values every customer enough to a, dispatch quickly ie next working week day & b, quickly respond to customer's email correspondence, so far the Mumtezuma HQ team has done nothing to make myself feel like a respected valued repeat customer and have come to the conclusion this specific business supplier isn't worthy of my continuous support(such a shame as the quality of goods is genuinely good) is Montezuma's do not value their loyal repeat customer avoid. Currently out of pocket to the tune of £50.00 quid with zero signs of dispatch(read review).

Communication and responses from Wallop Energy are slow and incredibly frustrating. It takes several emails and phone calls to get them to act. The solar system was originally incorrectly installed. It then took several emails and calls repeatedly to them to have it correctly fitted after which more time had passed. The system isn’t sending an export reading (and never did!) and again we are having to chase them repeatedly to get this fixed (1 month later still not yet done). Their after care service is overall very poor and lacking. ** Response to below - I confirm I am most definitely a customer.

The quote was very quick and accurate, all my questions and concerns were answered without delay and satisfactorily. The install went ahead on the planned day without any issues. The engineers were fantastic and kept me in the loop as to what they were doing and how long it would take. I cannot recommend this company enough and have already told my friends and family to get quotes.

This is just to buy one, the sale should be the easy bit, I’m extremely concerned about the support if anything goes wrong if this is how the sales perform. All good bar the scafolding

The pre sales and installation from Wallop are first rate. We quickly got a proposal at a good price and the installation was arranged within a few weeks. Much to my delight as I had been messed around by a previous company for over a year. The installation team are very friendly and did a great job. I had recently reroofed my property and the roofer checked the job after saying it was of good quality. Unfortunately the scaffolding has been left up for over 4 weeks now. I have phone a few times each week and sometimes multiple times in a day, people are polite and sympathetic saying they will get back, but no one phones. Eventually I phoned and was told the scaffolding was coming down on the 23rd August, no one turned up. I had arranged to work from home that day. I've phone again today to inform and been told someone will get back. I'll write an update if/when it comes down. It’s a shame as up to this point I would have recommended without hesitation. Update 31/08/2022 We are working on this to get it removed. Seems I'm at the mercy of sub contractor, but these things do happen with any building project. Naz is helping sort it out.

Made an online enquiry for solar panels, was sent a quotation which are a month i decided to go-ahead with, a few questions and tweaks to the order were made, all no pressure at any point and emails were answered quickly , 4 weeks later 15 panels and 6.5kwh battery install, very impressed with communication throughout, installers Jim and Kieron arrived system installed same day all was left up and running, we was only quoted for 13 panels but the installers managed to get 15 installed only a deposit was paid originally till after i was happy a few days later. I was impressed by the performance and a week later had an additional 6.5kw battery. Aug so far we have only see 1/4 of our normal bills and most days totally off grid power. Very happy and look forward to seeing a saving over the next few year, Thanks Nav for keeping communication updates. Highly recommended, Pricing was very competitive with better than most.

I had no problem when i purchased the ticket, but when there was a problem with flight delay and requested for a refund, all they had to do is to call the airline on behalf of us, they said unless i give them ticket number, they can not help us. I gave them to find it via booking number, names, email, phone number... but they are not willing to help unless i give them flight number which i don't have any more.... No after service!!!

The website and product photos are top notch however, what you receive isn’t what they advertised. The quality of their products are cheap crap. And I mean ALL of their products from the shoes, jewelry to the clothes. When you receive one of their items and are disappointed because it looks so cheap and doesn’t look like the quality online, you are SOL. They have a crap return policy and charge restocking fees. It’s unethical to bait and switch. When someone wants to return because you deceived them, you charge a restocking fee. I will NEVER shop here again. If you like their stuff save your money and buy from Temu, it’s practically the same but much cheaper. Update: They did email me but it was just some BS defending their policies. They just wanted to save face on this forum but didn’t actually solve any problems.

EDITED REVIEW My first experience with their customer service was not helpful or supportive. However, they did reach out again to address my concerns. They were pleasant and more than happy to help find a solution for the flawed dress. I am happy with the outcome and feel they definitely met great customer service standards. ………… Awful customer service!! The dress I ordered was severely flawed. Poor hemming that made the dress bubble and gather in odd places. There was no offer to help or resolve the issue. Destination wedding coming up…no dress! I am super disappointed with their lack of service or effort to find a solution. They should Probably do some quality control on their over-priced dresses before they get sent out. Huge disappointment.

Ordered two dresses, size M, from the buy one get one promotion. I received one M and a S. I reached out to Lulu so they can rectify THEIR mistake and was told they can't send me the correct size because it was a promotional item. On their website it stated Final Sale, only size exchanges permitted. Yet, I wasn't able to exchange the size S dress, I did not order to begin with. Tried to leave a review on the item, to make other buyer's aware, but they have not approved.

However, I think that's changed now that they started charging a $2 restocking fee for any item returned. As far as what I need, this is great. They provide all the background information for me. And they mediate the finances. So I have another selling point that I don't touch anyone's money. I do wish they would give us opportunities to talk to investors, or potential investors. if they helped create a funnel to the site, and investors could reach out, that's good for the company and us.

As a signal provider, I've encountered issues with SignalStart on two separate occasions. The first problem arose after I paid the fee for my signal. A few days later, the live data feed suddenly stopped. It took contacting their support team and waiting a few more days before the data finally started syncing again. The second issue was related to discrepancies in the drawdown figures. SignalStart's feed showed a drawdown of around 80%, whereas my actual drawdown was under 10%. Once again, I had to reach out to support to get the feed refreshed. Overall, I'm not impressed with their service.
