
Timely shipping, good quality, sizing issues
I appreciated the “ships in X days” descriptor of each item on the website as it ensured that I could receive my item by the date that I required. I wish that there was an option to select multiple “ships in X days” instead only being restricted to one per filter. The product arrived in a timely manner, was in excellent condition and was very beautiful. The sizing was inaccurate - I ordered a size 38 (US size 10) since it was the smallest size available, as I normally wear US size 6/8 for the top. The top that was sent was almost too tight despite it being larger than my usual size. I knew that the skirt would be slightly too big but the skirt was unusually too large despite being only 1 size too big. I was able to fix this issue by taking in the band myself. The skirt length was perfect even (my height 5’8” + 3” heels) Overall, I would size up for tops and order your usual size for the skirt.

High-priced but low quality. Customer service is barely existent. Will not take responsibility for poor quality or poor alterations. Measurements are missed by a few inches but Panash will not accept returns or refunds. Beware of of nice photos, products don’t match.

Har holdt 60 års fødselsdagsfest for 57 mennesker. Den dejligste fest i fine lokaler, smukke opdækkede borde med friske blomster, hvide duge, lys og servietter. Fantastisk mad, lavet fra bunden og rigeligt af det. Sødt og meget serviceminded personale. Giver mine varmest anbefalinger og så finder man ikke smukkere omgivelser. Tak for at i var med til at gøre min fest til det dejligste minde.

I en kaotisk tid med voldsom snestorm…
I en kaotisk tid med voldsom snestorm og andre uforudset udfordringer blev danhostel-vandrehjem Skanderborg vores trygheds anker. Efter min søns begravelse holdt vi " gravøl" hos jer. Op til begravelsen ringede jeg og talte med jer. I forsikrede mig på kærligste vis at i ville gøre alt for at alt ville forløbe perfekt. Det må jeg sige i levede op til på aller bedste vis. I fik fældet væltede træer og ryddet sne på vej ned til jer så vi kunne køre ned til jer på den mest magiske vis. Vi fik snitter, kaffe,kringle, plus drikkevarer. I anede ikke hvor mange gæster der ville dukke op pga den snekaotiske situation. At gå fra at der måske kun kom de allernærmeste og det så endte med 77 gæster og i tryllede og tryllede så det blev så perfekt som vi kunne ønske os takker vi af hele hjertet for. Elendig kundeservice
Vi havde den 7/8-23 booket en hytte til August måned 2025. Vi betalte straks og fik bekræftelse på vores booking. Næsten 2 måneder senere modtager vi en mail fra Danhostel om at de aflyser vores booking fordi de ikke har plads. Sikke en skuffende oplevelse.

Magisk skovbryllup i tipitelt i skovlysning.
Vi holdte vores bryllup d. 26/8 hos Danhostel Skanderborg og havde en fuldstændig magisk dag. De havde styr på telt, pynt, service og den lækreste mad! Vi havde ellers ikke tænkt at vi ville have Buffet til vores bryllup, men er du gal en genial overdådig grill buffet deres kok, Lars, diskede op med! Kæmpe respekt og ros til mad og drikke! Der var sat høballer op, tipitelt, træflis som stier, kanoer, lyskæder i træerne, lysekrone i teltet, efeu og grønt på alle pæle i teltet og alle vores gæster havde en hytte eller værelse så vi kunne have en dejlig weekend med alle vores nærmeste. Ydermere havde de planlagt at servere hjemmelavet pizza med lækre salater og dressinger til når gæsterne kom om fredagen, så det var helt kanon fra start til slut. Skal i holde bryllup så kan vi kun sige god for at Pernille, Kenneth og resten af staben på Skanderborg Danhostel har styr på hvad der er lækkert og godt. Tusind tak!

Sommerfest for 65 kollegaer
Vi holdte vores sommerfest for 65 kollegaer på vandrehjemmet i Skanderborg. Det var den perfekte ramme. Vandrehjemmet ligger i den flotteste natur og har en spændende historisk ramme. Servicen og velvilligheden fra hele teamet på vandrehjemmet var hele vejen gennemsyret af en kæmpe JA-hat. Alt kunne lade sig gøre og det var en fornøjelse at holde vores arrangement derude.

Har overnattet her nogle gange og har…
Har overnattet her nogle gange og har nydt stilheden. Men min sidste overnatning, blev der også afholdt lejrskole med min. 60 børn. Det ødelagde fuldstændig min dag og nat med konstant og ekstrem meget larm. Man burde simpelhen ikke have andre boende når der afholdes lejerskole. Jeg er desværre ikke sikke på at jeg kommer retur.

Hej Danhostel Skanderborg Tusind tak for en super oplevelse i forbindelse med vores firmaarrangement med 16 deltagere. Vi kan kun give vores bedste anbefalinger til stedet. Vores forventninger var ikke så høje, da I jo er et vandrehjem og ikke et stort professionelt kursuscenter. Men jeg må sige at vores forventninger blev gjort til skamme. Vi har fået en rigtig fin og serviceminded behandling. Jeres lokaler er perfekte til vores type arrangement og beliggenheden er super, tæt på sø og skov. Som et kæmpe ekstra plus har vi nydt fantastisk mad.

Had a questionable experience with a mortgage broker offering insurance as an add-on. I knew that I needed to do some research on my own and used quote life cover as a recommendation from a friend. They called me in the morning after submitting all my information and talked me through all the offerings including additional products I brought up. Felt very at ease and felt my best interests were put first, i.e not over insuring In regards to the previous reviews, have they considered there might have been a typo in their number? Also there is a number on the site to direct call. Don't feel the reviews reflect the service, so I wanted to point that out. T

So it's horrible 😞 burns any skin ot touches. Smells weird and made my hair look like I was stuck by lighting! I am not even kidding. I had to wear a hat that day. It doesn't say anything about making your hair frizzy and uncontrollably frizzy. My husband even said 😱 what happened and I said this stuff you bought! It's going back tomorrow. Don't buy this. Even though I have been using Pureauty…
Even though I have been using Pureauty Naturals scar cream for a short time, I have noticed that it makes my skin soft and it definitely smells good. Making the choice to use this cream was a great decision, I know that eventually I will start seeing amazing changes. The area that I am applying the cream is on my face and I don't have to use much, I use it twice a day on the areas that are scarred and those areas seem to feel somewhat smoother.

KØB ALDRIG HOS PABON!!!!
ADVARSEL!!!! Denne butik gør alt hvad de kan for IKKE at levere varen til deres kunder. Vi bestilte nogle lamper og et ur og der gik lang tid uden vi hørte noget på trods af at varen var på lager!! Daglige telefonopkald og mails til C (der ikke længere er i butikken) og den såkaldte nye ledelse, hvor vi enten intet svar fik eller fik en melding om at de ville kontakte os senere (uden nogensinde at blive det), gjorde ikke det store udslag. Efter flere måneders kamp, ville Pabon pludselig ikke levere varen pga ophør af samarbejde med leverandøren (på trods af at varen havde været på lager!!). Først da vi gjorde opmærksom på at man pga. den gældende lovgivning ikke kan ophæve en aftale på denne måde, ændrede deres opførsel sig og pludselig kunne alt lade sig gøre og vi modtog varen et par uger efter. Det kan godt være at vi modtog varen, men det er absolut ikke kampen værd. Derfor... køb aldrig i denne butik. De er fulde af gode (og meget dårlige) undskyldninger ... medmindre man kender lidt til lovgivningen og har argumenterne i orden, så skal man ikke regne med at modtage sine varer. Jeg forstår ikke hvordan man kan få en butik til at løbe rundt på denne måde...!!!!

Det virker som svindel
Bestilte online et bord 20. januar 2015 men har ikke fået varen endnu. Talte to uger med en person, der oplyste at de havde svært ved at få varen fra leverandøren. Har indtil nu fundet 6 leverandører / importører, hvis varer, - kvalitetsvarer, Pabon annoncerer med på nettet. Alle 6 påstår, at de ikke vil levere til Pabon. Kunderne får omg en fakture, men varen dukker af indlysende grunde aldrig op. Email og telefonforespørgsler besvares ikke eller meget henholdende. Vi kunder burde rotte os sammen og rette henvendelse til Forbrugerombudsmanden ! Hvem ved, hvordan man griber det an ? Her i april 15 er deres hjemmeside lukket, formoder at de er gået konkurs. Og heldigvis, for mage til snydefirma skal man da lede længe efter ! Undersøger pt om der er grundlag for politianmeldelse af bagmændene...

Vi bestilte et bord den 22. januar 2015 ogt fik mange og lange forklaringer på hvornår bordet kunne leveres - Det viser sig at Muuto ikke vil levere borde til Pabon og at Pabon ikke siger dette til kunderne. Man ringer og skriver og ingenting sker - Jeg bad direktøren Alfred om at ringe men ingen reaktion . Super produkter - dårlig salgs og leveringsoplevelse. Forsætter dette er de nok færdige i branchen.

Bestilte et tæppe og en plaid fra muuto via hjemmesiden. Der var iflg. hjemmesiden 1-2 dages leveringstid. Kontaktede efter 5 dage pabon, der oplyste at leveringen normalt var 8 - 10 dage (??). 14 dage efter bestilling og de efterfølgende 3 uger forsøgte både jeg selv og min kæreste med flere emails og telefonopkald til Pabon. De var venlige i telefonen og lovede altid at vende tilbage når de lige havde undersøgt sagen, men det skete nærmest aldrig. Efter i 5 uger at have ventet på varen og uden at kunne få svar på hverken forventet leveringstid eller hvorfor varen var forsinket, endte vi med at afbestille varerne. Kan iøvrigt på hjemmesiden se, at de har lavet leveringstiden om på de bestilte varer til 4-6 dage - noget der således ikke rigtigt stemmer overens med virkeligheden.

De har IKKE forbedret sig !
Leveringstid overskredet, selvom varen angiveligt var på lager. Har emailet adskillige gange og får at standard svar, at vi kontakter vores lager og melder tilbage. Der kommer aldrig en tilbagemelding ! Har ligeledes ringet adskillige gange, telefonsvarer: vi har travlt, send en email ! Nej, de skal ikke have en ny chance, - det er et firma, som IKKE har styr på tingene, kan ikke anbefale at købe hos dem - det får I kun bøvl ud af ! RIP PABON !

incredibly disappointed; terrible communications
I’m am incredibly disappointed. I have messaged through the shop app, twice, text the number on their page, and emailed twice to get an update on a purchase I made on December 30th. It hasn’t been shipped or changed status since then. I haven’t received any sort of response. I hope this isn’t the typical way they do business. I will be contacting my bank and will continue with further reporting to the necessary outlets by tomorrow, if no response.

Always Excellent
I've ordered from Perfuum many times at this point, and it has always been an excellent experience. Legit fragrances, clearly labeled (with batch codes to help us with future purchases and reformulations), and great quality vials/atomizers (some sites have atomizers that have a fishy smell, theirs never do). They always include a little something extra in each order as well that I highly appreciate. Store selection is also amazing - there are fragrances here that I can't find samples of elsewhere. Highly recommended, order with confidence!

Survey Lift Service I had an issue re loading a boat on to transport whereby the driver collecting her had arrived unannounced having come from Southampton. I called at Broom boats late afternoon to see if they could help by lifting the boat out of the water and on to transport. Despite already having a boat listed and in the travel hoist they very kindly relaunched this boat and loaded the boat for collection on to transport despite having to wait for me to bring the boat to be lifted to the marina . I cant thank them enough for this, The team at Broom Boats certainly went the "extra mile" for me here at very short notice.

We had a motor check in connection with the purchase of a used Broom. Subsequently, our own engine specialist has found that Broom Marine Service has not performed the tasks we have paid for. Recibí una lámpara para techo lineal de 1 m, Edge Moderna Minimalista Lineal Metal LED Lámpara de Techo Negra 100CM / Atenuable, y la recibí en malas condiciones. La lámpara venía sin embalar, el transformador que trae venía suelto y desconectado de los 6 cables que salen de la lámpara para el transformador. El mando a distancia que trae la lámpara venía fuera de envoltorio, sucio, muy negro con polvo incrustado y, los tacos y tornillos de sujeción al techo sueltos en la caja, sin plástico ni nada de nada. Por supuesto, tampoco venían instrucciones. Estoy intentando hacer la devolución y el primer correo que recibo me indica que hay gastos de transporte y un posible 10% extra, cuando en la política de devolución claramente indica que no existirán costes si el problema es por Las Sola. En fin, muy enfadado por el asunto y esperando que se resuelva al menos correctamente.

Took full deposit for construction work but did not do any work Different Touch was engaged for a partial demolition and partial construction renovation in a residential flat. The main tasks were kitchen and bathroom replacement. The contract was to be completed within 6 weeks. I was not in London during the period of work. After 8 weeks, the demolition had been 80% completed, although much of the rubble was not removed from the flat. At the threat of not continuing with any work, Different Touch coerced me into making a payment for the construction work, even though they refused to provide photographic evidence that the demolition was completed. After this second payment, virtually no work was done. Different Touch began to invent excuses for why the work could not be started, seeking to blame me for any delays. All materials were on site and Different Touch had full access; there were no reasons why work could not proceed. It was apparaent that Different Touch had problems with reading and understanding plans and documents, and had virtually no project management skills. At one stage, Different Touch were ordered by the estate managers to stop work because they were leaving rubbish in the common areas and disturbing residents. At another time, they were told to stop work because their actions caused water leaks in the flat below mine. As time went on, the works manager treated me with more and more disrespect, verbally abusing me, and refused to take any instructions or to provide information about the job. Again, I was not even in the country. I returned to Londoin at the end of 2022 to find an uninhabitable flat full of dust and rubble, new fixtures and fittings strewn around the flat, some damaged, and piles of rubbish to be cleared filling every room. This was three weeks after the job was supposed to be fully completed. I terminated their contract on the grounds of incompetence, theft, untrustworthiness and unwillingness to do the work they had been paid for. They are a nightmare to deal with. So far, two momths after their contract was terminated, Different Touch has refused to refund any monies. They are con men and thieves.

BEWARE! John came at least five times, charged a huge amount, and never solved the issue that we had with our HVAC system. Alex installed a thermostat that was faulty - - and the company was pleased to claim that we were not charged for it. I would not recommend this company.

Absolute oplichterij! Eric kuster stijl bed gekocht voor 3.200 euro. Na heel veel gedoe, toch het bed binnen gekregen. Kastjes vallen uit elkaar, is van goedkoop materiaal gemaakt, bed is amper goed gevuld, matras zakt in, geen ondersteuning. Na veel bellen en klagen nieuwe matrassen gekregen. Zelfde probleem! Annuleren kan niet, dan moet je als of 70% betalen. Pure oplichterij! Doe aub geen zaken met deze mensen. Daarnaast veranderd de naam van de winkel om de zoveel tijd!! Dat weerspiegeld hoe gehecht ze zijn aan hun lastige klanten.. ze lichten op en verdwijnen!! Laat je niet bereiken en doe geen zaken met ze!

Bespaar jezelf een hoop ellende en koop hier niks. Wij zijn bij een bezoek aan de winkel in Zoeterwoude toch overtuigd om over te gaan tot koop; een boxspring van €2300. Toevallig kregen wij dezelfde avond op facebook verschillende aanbiedingen waaronder een bed die exact hetzelfde eruit zag als die wij kochten maar dan voor €1600. De volgende dag besloten wij om telefonisch na te vragen waarom er zo een verschil was in deze bedden en prijs. Dezelfde jongen die ons de dag daarvoor vriendelijk heeft geholpen, is nu opeens (na de koop en aanbetaling) veranderd in een zeer onbeschofte verkoper. ‘Als je niet wilt kan je annuleren’. Annuleren levert namelijk 70% op van het totaalbedrag. Wij gaven aan dat dit niet onze intentie was maar puur wilden weten waarom er zo een prijsverschil was en hoopte op uitleg. Maar dat was te veel gevraagd. Prima.. Na 9 weken wachten hadden we nog niks vernomen. Bij het bellen kregen we keer op keer te horen dat we teruggebeld zouden worden. Dit is nooit gebeurd. Toen het bed eindelijk klaar was bij de fabriek kregen we de vraag om deze toch zelf op te halen ivm een beurs en drukte. Wij hebben bewust gekozen en betaald voor bezorging, omdat we het zelf niet konden ophalen. Als we dit zo graag wilden, dan moesten we wel 1,5 week wachten. Gezien wij geen keus hadden hebben we dit maar gedaan. De dag dat het bed bezorgd werd begon de ellende pas echt. Bij het uitpakken van het bed bleek het een ander model (zonder kader) en ontbraken de pootjes en alle schroeven. Daarnaast hadden wij 2 verschillende matrassen gekocht (een harde en een zachtere). Op de verpakking stond niks dus we wisten niet welke matras van wie was. Bij het bellen gaven ze aan de pootjes in de avond alsnog langs te brengen. Om 22:00 waren ze er eindelijk, maar je raad het al.. de verkeerde pootjes. Die van ons was blijkbaar bij iemand anders beland. Verder kregen we te horen dat we deze konden gebruiken totdat ze die van ons hadden. Voor wat het model betreft, het is waarschijnlijk een fout van de fabrikant gaven ze aan, maar dit is toch mooier zeiden ze! Ongelooflijk. Het verschil in de matrassen moest ik achterhalen door te kijken welke zwaarder aanvoelt. Tot op de dag van vandaag weet ik niet wat wat is. Ik betwijfel eerlijk gezegd of er überhaupt verschil in zit. Bij het in elkaar zetten van het bed bleken de schroeven van het hoofdbord te ontbreken. Snel naar de Karwei. Als kers op de taart pasten de pootjes niet (ondertussen het oude bed op laten halen). met veel pijn en moeite zijn er ergens na een paar dagen gebruikte (andere poten dan besteld) gevonden en die kon ik ophalen. Na een hele afstand naar Zoeterwoude op een zaterdagochtend bleken het andere pootjes te zijn en ook nog eens beschadigd. Na mijn ongenoegen te hebben geuit heb ik mijn weg naar huis vervolgd. Eenmaal aangekomen is er wat extra hulp opgetrommeld om te helpen met tillen om de pootjes te monteren. Je raad het niet.. ze pasten weer niet! Wat blijkt nou, de fabriek is vergeten schroefdraad te plaatsen. Er kunnen dus helemaal geen pootjes vastgezet worden. Dit telefonisch aangegeven en bewezen met een filmpje via Whatsapp geloofden ze het. Ze gaan zsm op zoek naar een oplossing en mij terugbellen. Dit was 18-01-2020. Vandaag is het 26-1-2020 en 0,0 vernomen. Ongelooflijk!! Het interesseert ze helemaal niks. Ik heb er ook helemaal geen zin meer in dus ik ga zelf maar op zoek naar een oplossing. Wij staan echt versteld hoe slecht klantenservice kan zijn. Zij spannen echt de kroon. Ze zijn aangesloten bij CBW maar dat zegt dus ook helemaal niks. Een gewaarschuwd mens telt voor 2. Besteed je zuurverdiende geld ergens waar ze wel waarde hechten aan hun klanten en service.

Schandalige behandeling ! Tot meerdere malen terug gemoeten met ons bed. Ze hebben fout op fout gemaakt, achterkant van ons bed was fout gemonteerd met soort van deuken erin, wij hebben zelf een bus moeten huren en terug moeten gaan heeft ons extra geld gekost.

Wees gewaarschuwd: doe geen aanbetaling!
Klantvriendelijkheid is hier ver te zoeken. Deze winkel heeft mijn verbazing keer op keer overtroffen. In de winkel word je goed geholpen, maar eenmaal aanbetaald kan je er in stikken. Lang moeten wachten op de levering en onbeschoft te woord gestaan. Op de bon stond een afleverdatum, na het verstrijken van de datum heb ik maar eens gebeld. Toen moest er ineens een nieuwe datum in gepland worden 2 maanden later. Toen ze eindelijk kwamen leveren, moest ik speciaal vragen naar het topmatras wat standaard bijgeleverd zou worden. De bezorgers waren overigens erg aardig en hebben goed werk geleverd. Er is ook een verkeerde kleur beddengoed geleverd, maar ik was er ondertussen zo klaar mee dat ik daar niks over gezegd heb. De kwaliteit van het bed is goed, al was het geluid van de de elektrische boxspring in de winkel veel stiller dan degene die geleverd is.

Zeer tevreden over het bed, ook netjes in elkaar gezet. Helaas een aantal dingen fout gegaan met de levering van de topper wat erg lang duurde voor het opgelost was, mede door vakantie periode van fabrieken e.d. maar uiteindelijk hebben ze het prima opgelost voor ons.

Nightmare letting agent. We were badly let down. When we moved into our rented house, it was filthy apart from the lounge, which had been redecorated between tenants. The toilet seats had yellow stains, there were cobwebs everywhere, and it took a whole pack of j cloths to clean the windows. The oven was unusable and we did without for two months before replacing it, as the landlord refused. One room was very damp. We accepted this without complaint. We cleaned. We got a dehumidifier. During our notice period, we were very helpful, happy to let them do viewings. Their agent (Kirsty) did a pre exit inspection and we asked specifically what we needed to do to get all our deposit back. She said "Just leave it the same or better as you moved in, and have a wipe round. Plus, cut the lawn short." So, we reluctantly dropped our wildlife-friendly No Mow May, hired a petrol mower, got the carpets shampooed on moving out day and basically did exactly as asked. The lies this company later submitted to the deposit protection scheme were astonishing, especially the "cleaning charge" that they claimed they needed to pay. If you value your mental health, please avoid dealings with this company.

I received a fantastic service from Peter Will at GMTHOMSON. Firstly, I had to keep changing the appointment due to works not being completed and Peter was most accomodating. Once at the property Peter was thorough and professional, he asked for a lot of information which luckliy I could provide as I had taken images througout the build process and could supply supporting invoices for the materials and images of all the works throughout the stages. Peter was very clear on when I would receive the report due to the Bank Holiday and met my expectations. I was disappointed with the low EPC rating, however Peter took the time to explain to me why this was and how he had come to that conclusion. I would highly recomend Peter to work with and would look to do this in the future. Annabelle Webster

Beginning to wish I dealt with Tyler
Beginning to wish I dealt with Tyler. As a tenant, I find GM Thomson to be painfully slow to fix any issues, most of which they just don't. Workmen that have arrived have told me why, but that's yet another issue. Applied to view other properties with them and been studiously ignored. The property I'm renting is dangerous, riddled with black mould, failed windows and the end wall is falling down, things I'm told are just not going to be remedied. Then I get notice to quit during a global pandemic having lived here for 8 years with no mention of the house being sold.

Don’t use Mercury at Burton Joyce!
Had to call out due to alarm bell fault. Quoted a price for call out that doubled yes doubled when invoiced. We seem to having to pay for engineer not knowing what engineer code had been set by previous Mercury engineer. Then claimed other faults with system which were ok until Mercury attended, engineer basically said system needs to be completely changed then spent time checking what we had to organise quote. Best not to use this company as appear to inflate charges and do not resolve issue other than to suggest a totally new system, what a surprise!! Use this company at your peril

Very poor alarm systems and customer service. We purchased our alarm in November 2014. We have had the alarm serviced annually for each of 7 years. We have had to call them out, on an additional 4 occasions for further work, in year, because they have either failed to carry out the service properly or faults have occurred. On the last two occasions we have made appointments for repair (again) in July and service in December. On both occasions they have contacted me, on the morning of the appointment and asked to reschedule, because the engineers were unwell. On the first occasion I agreed to reschedule and was very understanding. On the second occasion my husband had taken time off work, in order to discuss issues with the engineer. The company accepted no responsibility for, their failure, to send an engineer at the agreed time. There is obviously no contingency planning or consideration for any inconvenience caused to the customer, for their failings. I will take my business elsewhere.

I just want all of my money back
I ordered some drinks, and payed for it. While ordering I filled out my address and the shipping costs was calculated. I payed and later got a WhatsApp message saying they don't ship to my address and I can donate the 52 dollars to the poor people in Afghanistan, or refund it. Since they can't send it, I cancelled the order. Now, even though they did not ship anything, the shipping costs are not refunded. If they lost money by sending and returning an item, I understand they don't refund because they lost money. Now they didn't, and they still don't refund the shipping costs. I wonder, if that's their order of business, what else do they do?

Just plain awful
Just plain awful! I'm still furious. After my experience with Period Style I would advise everyone not to use this company. I ordered a cast iron radiator and was told the lead time would be about 5/6 weeks. After 7 weeks I called..and called..and called. When someone finally answered the phone I was told my radiator was delayed (no kidding) and was told I would be told when it might come. After 10 weeks I called...and called...and called and when eventually I got hold of someone I was given a date for my radiator then heard nothing right up until this date. I needed to know whether to take a day off work so again I went through the usual tiresome phone calling to contact them. Again I was told it was delayed ('so why couldn't you have let me know?!') Anyway, by about 16 weeks after I first ordered the radiator, I was told, it was in stock (imagine my excitement) ...but, wait for it, it would take 3/4 weeks for the satin finishing! I felt they were having a laugh and cancelled. It took almost a month and several calls to get my money back during which time they must surely have lied to me when they said the money was being transferred and would be in my account in 4/5 working days. To sum up- no professionalism, no communication, lies ...and no radiator.

Shockingly poor casting
Bought a beautiful radiator and recieved a shockingly cast and pitted one with hardly any design left on it, period style finally told us to return at our cost for a refund so we will be out of pocket through no fault of our own. They take forever to reply and saybtheybhave when they haven't not proffesional at all. I wish Incould post a photo, This item should've been re-melted down, I dont want it in my house

Why oh why they sent me this link to rate them on Trust Pilot I’ll NEVER know. Absolutely useless and there’s no way I’d buy radiators from these jokers. One online form, 2 calls and 1 email and I still don’t have so much as a quote. Their rads aren’t the real deal either - copies of the traditional Carron’s. Online chat was hilarious, too. They can’t spell simple words for toffee and that doesn’t instill you with confidence does it!! Buy from these guys and you take your chances. I’m not placing an order. The woman on the end of the phone promised to get back to me and still hasn’t despite calling again. In fact it’ll be three calls they’ve had from me and not two. I could tell over the phone that customers were a nuisance to her.

Critically poor customer experience
We were advised the order would be ten working days. It’s over a month now and we’ve not received our radiators sadly. Communication is very poor and they rarely pick up the phone. One time we got through to the sales manager and he suggested £2400 was not a big order and not important in the long scale. What a shame, as it is for us. It’s just a case of wait and see now, as they don’t respond to any small request we ask for. I hope others wanting to decorate have a much better experience with them, yet it may be safer to stay clear. Good luck.

Had to chase too much, not worth the hassle.
Unfortunately I’ve had to chase the sales team on nurmerous occasions about the status of my order of radiators. I emailed with no response, and called twice when someone said they’d call me back - but they never did. They don’t provide delivery into the house, only curb side yet stipulate it’s the purchasers responsibility to ensure they can be brought in the house - and they way a ton! So I’m desperately trying to find out when my delivery will happen so I can do this, obviously wanting them to arrive sooner rather than later. Only reason I didn’t give a poor review is because I haven’t seen the finished product yet and I just hope they were worth the hassle but I will not use them again.

I want to express my dissatisfaction with Tomorrow’s Genius India Private Limited. Despite deducting PF from our salaries each month, the company has failed to pay our rightful PF amounts. Additionally, it's concerning that they have implemented a policy of reducing salaries by half, claiming it's due to not meeting targets and mentioning in the payslips that we were present to the work only half month as a reason. I strongly urge Tomorrow’s Genius India Private Limited to promptly reimburse the deducted PF amount and salary that rightfully belongs to its employees. Clearing these outstanding payments is essential for maintaining trust and upholding fair employment practices.

They have not paid my PF amount which is pending from than 6 months.
They have not paid my PF amount which was deducted from my salary. I have relieved from the job in Nov 2022 and now even after a year has passed they have not credited the PF amount for more than 6 months. The last credited PF amount was in the march month 2022 after that no credit even after deducting from the salary. Even after writing mails consistently there in no reply from anyone. While relieving from the job I had more than 20 days of paid leaves remaining, which they had said I could encash them while relieving but after relieving they are saying it cannot be encashed and it is not their problem. Now atleast repay our balance pf amount.

Never in my entire life have I seen a place this deplorable. We checked in got to our room and there was a dirty razor and dirty towels on the bathroom floor. We opened the fridge and there was a dead roach in the fridge. We went to the office and explained and asked for clean towels and a cleaner. We got back that night and nothing was done. We went to bed and a live roach crawled across our heads while we trying to sleep. We thought how much worse till we went to shower and not a drop of hot water. I know the motto for this chain is “We Will Leave The Lights On” and that’s only to keep the roaches off you while you’re sleeping. I have never seen a more disgusting place in my entire life.

hello everyone I write this here especially the most horrible experience with this number displayed for food delivery im a 21-year-old student from austia in alborg danemarka after an unpleasant and creepy acident in my life that put my health at risk just got out of the hospital with serious bad facial conditions and broken hand standing in a small rent central apartment alone I decided to make an online order i wake up this morning in pain I took the phone was 09.00 I made a order online in which I asked for a pizza a burger a yogurt some potatoes some senvisuri a salad with logical thought to be able to eat in the afternoon in the evening and even tomorrow being even hungry the total was 800 dkk online is the possibility of cash payment I selected that I selected the apartment address number personal name on the passport possibility of cash no prolema with love and an extra for their time I selected the specific time when to deliver shold be around 12.00I received emil that the order will get save me I continued sleep at 11 00 i woke up waiting for the order from 12 00 no longer came I called to ask calm was already 12.00 passed the time to 13.00 and the food still did not come calling and asking again a man same man answers a angry voice telling me that *I will not make food *he asked me what race im where I sayd Austia he answer that I'm not Danish and that they do not make me food that I have to pay on the card I have only cash and the option selected online cash payment at 13.30 I thought it's a joke I called again where the Arab Muslim man who his job is to make food he started screaming to talk badly and still not to make me foodI explained my health problem the only importance of his was that I'm not danish told me to go to the restaurant to take the order pick up when I selected clearly that I wanted to be delivered becouse of the health condition I wanted to go but cant not it was 30 min walk and too hard for me time 14.00 where the call was rejected 10 times I made other 2 orders I called from other 2 numbersthe same thing the order disappeared over and over and over and I did not receive it at all calling and being rejected 40 times saying that I beg plese plese only to be delivered food cash payment address all the delaliile same arrogant Arab person without soul laughing and ignoring the time was 16.22 I gave up and I will not eat today sad crying my adress Denmarksgade65 floor 2 I hope and wait for food i pay cash and the courier will convince him self why I could not go to pick up the food even if i selected 3 times as I selected to e deliver becouse of my personal problem the condition and physical condition of health please bring me my food please at least until tomorrow to bring my order regardless of whether you want 800 dkk 10000 dkk 20000dkk and stop make fun of the world and God punish you
