As far as what I need, this is great. They provide all the background information for me. And they mediate the finances. So I have another selling point that I don't touch anyone's money. I do wish they would give us opportunities to talk to investors, or potential investors. if they helped create a funnel to the site, and investors could reach out, that's good for the company and us.

Need improvement
As a signal provider, I've encountered issues with SignalStart on two separate occasions. The first problem arose after I paid the fee for my signal. A few days later, the live data feed suddenly stopped. It took contacting their support team and waiting a few more days before the data finally started syncing again. The second issue was related to discrepancies in the drawdown figures. SignalStart's feed showed a drawdown of around 80%, whereas my actual drawdown was under 10%. Once again, I had to reach out to support to get the feed refreshed. Overall, I'm not impressed with their service.

I bought the Shorty Wetsuit, Snippets Toy and Quick-Drying Towel after loving the quality of the Happy Nappy and Warm-In-One in the past. My son loves wearing the Wetsuit. He's 3 and size 2-4 fits him lovely. It's super comfortable, the Playful Otter design is adorable and the front zip makes it really easy to get on and off. He's lovingly named his Snippets Whaley and Sting, and we've spent the last few swim sessions practising his kicky legs to get them. The towel is super absorbent and folds down really small, so it'll fit perfectly in my beach bag on our holiday. Delivery was quick, will definitely order again.

Excellent quality swimwear! Bought a wetsuit for my son and it is cosy & easy to put on and remove without any hassle. There is a velcro strip at the back which makes it really simple to get arms in and out. Would definitely recommend!

Quality products but overly gendered designs
I bought a swim float vest for my little one after being happy with Splash About's Happy Nappy products for my little boy. He's not particularly big but at 16 months the age 1-2 float suit is still too big for him, which is a shame for our holiday next week! That said, the products seem good quality and they have some lovely designs - although it's such a shame they have gendered their products so much. I bought my son a design that was categorised as for girls and I do wish there had been more gender neutral designs and colours to choose from. #reviewsforchange

Pleased with my purchase
Ordered a happy nappy wetsuit in size 6-14 months in advance to take my little one swimming. However a few months later when trying it on it no longer fit my 9 month old (they do come up small)! Emailed customer services who agreed to a replacement since the item was unused and with tags on, bearing in mind I was well out of the 30 days return period. Yes I had to pay the return postage but they sent out the bigger size for free, which was better than me wasting £20 odd on a wetsuit that didn’t fit. Found them to be helpful, fast and efficient in answering my query. The wetsuits themselves are lovely and really well made, just size up!

Poor service to require customers to pay return mailing cost
In this day and age in my opinion it is quite a poor customer experience when a customer is required to cover a return cost. That is even more so when it is caused by the unclear product descriptions on the Splash About website. I will be looking for alternative brands in the future who provide a better customer experience.

Fantastic customer services
We had a small manufacturing defect appear with our UV Float suit. The stitching in the back was not locked and came loose making a hole at the base of the zip. I contacted Splashabout to say how disappointed I was, since the Floatsuit was only a few uses old. They were very prompt at replying and dealing with the problem. There was no hesitancy in offering a refund or replacement and their customer services were very kind and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to buy more of their products knowing that they are backed by such quality after care.

Salesman Paul Extremely Helpful & Honest
We saw a skid steer online we were interested in and spoke with Paul in Sales. He was extremely helpful and honest - we said it looked like the tracks would need replacing and he agreed - then we asked if he had an idea of what that would cost - and he ballparked (and Google Search later was spot on with his estimate) and we mentioned we'd be installing those ourselves if possible and he gave tips on his experience with that and how to make it easier - took our call while with his kids - just all around great guy - went the extra mile

DONE WITH AUCTIONS
Talked to Sam Knight with Tac Auctions & explained how interested we were in a specific truck. Told him we had never bid on a truck before. Ohhh, he was so nice to tell us what to do & how to get set up, even told us the seller was wanting more than we found out later than he actually did want. He also told us he thought the truck was going to bring a large amount which it didn't. But, my point is, he told us when the bidding started he would call us or we could call him and he would help us through it since we had never done this before.... guess what.... he didn't call and he didn't answer !!! And when we bid, it showed that we were the only bidder and after 2 bids, it shut us down for some reason ... don't know why ... couldn't get an explanation.... couldn't get any help! We are done with TAC auctions and dead promises and because of them, any auction!! We'll buy from a truck business or from an individual from now on.

Total FRAUD is the one simple word which I see as the best description of TAC Auction of Moreland, GA. The commercial vehicle I purchased from TAC auction through Proxibid was falsley described, and major defects which cannot be missed - not working AC for example - was deliberately concealed. the fact that TAC has a full-time arbitration employee is evidence that thee false description should provide clear idea that TAC auction always has issues with transactions. Such terrible business to deal with, not recommended at all.

All I wanted was a simple Shopify clothing website. I got an ugly website that doesn’t work built on a crappy WordPress 1999. And 2 months to get that!!! I feel so stupid spending a lot of money on this. Just setup a Shopify account and website myself. These guys are Predators and cannot do what they promised that they can do. I asked for a refund, and everything got weird from that point on. They got aggressive and rude on the phone. I don’t feel like this is a legitimate company. I wish I saw some of these reviews before I purchased. Do your homework, don’t go with this company. They are simply terrible!

The good reviews on here are clearly fake. Let me share my experience. Worst Experience of my life! Literally, this company stole $3100 from me, and refuses to give me any refund, even though MOST of this was for future services. They cost my company thousands of dollars by delaying us launching when we had influencers paid and future marketing campaigns funded. They produced an ugly, not functioning, outdated website that looked like 1998 threw up. There was numerous grammatical and spelling errors that I constantly had to point out. The simplest changes took two weeks to do and still weren’t done. I wish I would have done more research! Please don’t do business with them. Unfortunately, it has come to my knowledge that this company is completely fraudulent. They’re a bunch of scam artists that run a few different companies. They have heavy middle eastern accents but claim to be us based yet all addresses go to highways or addresses that don’t exist. My team and I are in the process of investigating this because we want to make sure that no one else is scammed. I feel like trust pilot really needs to look into this company. I can’t believe I did business with them. What a costly mistake. Considered yourself warned.

Do not trust this newyorklogodesigns.com. They also have other website crafticlogo.com, digiliate.com, newyorkwebcoders.com All Scammers. Sean Moore claimed to be the manager sent me a proposal to build a website for me. Jasper Cox was the project designer. They only delivered a 5 minutes prebuilt template as a mockup and then never do anything else to the site. Keep asking me to pay additional money for other services. Don't trust any fancy proposal they send you. 100% satisfaction, 100% money-back guarantee etc. all lies. They took the money but never deliver the website.

Misled
I initially purchased the logo-only option then was upsold to the package that includes letterhead and business cards. I had to fill out the logo info form 3 times because they kept losing it. I got 7 logos that weren't what I requested. I had a simple request with letters only, but I got I bunch of icons and nothing in the two colors I requested. After it was finally worked out, we moved on to letterhead. The initial letterhead that was sent to me had a black background. Hello! Isn't letterhead printed? After more rounds of something simple, I gave up and tried to do my own. That's when I realized that the logo doesn't work for Word. I asked for it in a different format that was usable and was told my revisions were over, even though my package had unlimited revisions. I was told for $70 they would make it usable in Word. So, apparently "logo design" meant "see what we can do if you give us more money." I gave up on the whole thing and chalked it up to that's what I get for using an online business where the person won't talk to you. Oh, and the emails were very unprofessional. One simply said "PSA." I thought that meant Public Service Announcement, not "please see attached" which I letter found out it to be. That was an EMAIL, not a text. I guess if you're 15 doing a hobby business this company might work for you. But, I do not feel that this is for an adult with a professional business. The lack of customer service was one of the key factors in saying that. Oh, and someone followed up months later asking if I wanted them to do my website. Ha, ha, ha.

Communication is a must.
I would like to start by saying that Jason (I think that was his name) was amazing. He updated me every single day through email and text. He came through on his promises when he designed my logo. Now this is why I am giving a 3 star. Which is not amazing and horrible. It's right in the middle. When it was time for print my shirts, that's when it went down hill. I was told that my shirts were printed and it was taking a while do arrive due to COVID. When I request a tracking number, it turned out the shirts weren't even printed at all. Then they told me that if I wanted to have my shirts to be printed I would needed to pay $100 on top of what I already paid. Which I felt it was unfair because we discussed the price and I waited weeks. When I requested a refund it took about 3 weeks to get it. Reason being, the first person who should of initiated never did or didn't know how. The person I spoke to on the phone said something within in the lines, that person works remote and doesn't have the support he needed. In my eyes, remote or not, everyone working for New York Design Agency represents the company. My advice to everyone, client and employee, communicate and be honest.

Very disappointed with the service
Very disappointed with the service. I sent an e-scooter off to be diagnosed and got a phone call saying it would be another £79 on top of the initial £75 for the diagnosis, all in all it has cost me £154. On my account on line it says it is repaired and ready for dispatch that was back in May. I still have not got my scooter back. I have contacted my credit card company to try and recuperate my money. I guess the next step is to involve the police to get the scooter back.

Sent a hoverboard for repair to Whitchurch branch December 2020 and not had any communication from them. I’ve rung them, emailed, sent messages etc. They still have the hoverboard and money I paid upfront to do repair. I have a very disappointed son still waiting to get it back.

Please avoid
I took my mobile in for a screen repair at the Whitchurch store at the very start of May. That kept hold of the phone and said they would get back to me with a price. About a week later they rang and said it will be £300 to repair (which they needed upfront) and would take a week to do. The phone had pictures of my kids births etc on which I stupidly forgot to back up and didn't want to lose, so I paid the money for the repair rather than getting a new phone. We have had no communication since. For the last 2 months we have been calling the branch daily and have also tried the park street and London branches, none of which we have ever had an answer from. Worryingly the shutters also appear to be down everytime we try to go to the shop (whether its a weekday or not). We have emailed them with no response and have also messaged them on Twitter with no response. However, can see that they are happy to tweet and share crypto currency posts. Its infuriating, but its looking like we won't see the phone or money again

PLEASE RESPOND AND CHECK YOUR EMAIL
I left the review titled 'avoid this business more trouble than its worth' about a month or so ago. as they seem to only reply to reviews this is my only way of contacting them so im pasting my email here in hopes of a response. I sent my switch to you for repair last year. It was not collected and returned to sender however it was not returned to my address for some reason I am yet to find out. After talking extensively with yodel they have informed me that as it was a return and I am not the intended recipient I cannot make a claim to get it back or receive compensation. I understand this its not due to anything tronixcity can control, but yodel have informed me that as you are the parcels intended recipient it’s unfortunately on you to make the claim. They should of sent you an email with a form to fill out (this will of been about a month ago now to the gsmrepaircontrol email you provided to yodel). I know this is an inconvenience to you but as it was negligence to my order from your side that has lead to this situation I feel this is the least you can do to help me out in getting my switch back or even just to get compensation. I dont hear back after a week then I will be carrying on with my trading standards report case against tronixcity, which I had cancelled after receiving our refund for my order. Do not send anything to this company or pay them any money. They took £70 from me then returned my GoPro without fixing it. This was over six months ago. They promised me a refund which still hasn't come. They do not reply to calls, letters, emails or messages. The only contact I have ever had from them is a rude message in response to a negative review. UPDATE: I have been advised by Citizens Advice that the next step is to file a complaint with the small claims court. Seems like everyone who has left a review here is in the same position as me so you may want to consider doing the same. These people are thieves as far as I can see and the only sign of life from them is rude/abusive responses to negative reviews.

Xink er en dansk startet virksomhed. Den primærer support er på engelsk. Har selv anvendt dem nu i et par år og det er først for nylig jeg har erfaret mig hvor fantastisk det rent faktisk er. Skulle jeg have lavet anmeldelsen i starten var det ikke blevet 5*, men ikke fordi løsningen ikke er fantastisk, mere fordi jeg ikke havde en ide om hvordan jeg skulle få maksimalt udnyttelse af løsningen. Som virksomhed med ca 25 medarbejdere skal jeg blot logge ind og lave mine ændringer hvorefter de automatisk slår igennem ude hos brugerne. Når man navigere rundt på i deres system kan man hurtig få hjælp eller booke et møde med deres 2nd line supporter. Havde en session med Andy Labating der uden beregning (fordi vi allerede er kunde) lavede en ny og flot signature til os alle. Godt produkt og god service. /Max, Administrativleder.

Really terrible
Really terrible. The app did not work for me, required intervention which still did not work. I asked politely for a refund as the service was not provided and explained the issue. I was refused a refund. I explained that if a refund was not provided, I would need to leave a negative review in order to prevent others from making a financial loss. This was the reply I received from the co founder and partner ehich was completely unnecessary and rude following on from our prior communication: What exactly did not work? Your design? Feel free to leave a bad review – We have 1,000 5-star reviews every year, and when I see your bad review you will have my comments and I’ll give your company a bad review. Servicen er utrolig dårlig. Produktet er OK. Det er svært at komme i kontakt med medarbejderne, der er lang svartid og selv enkle korrespondancer kan derfor løbe over flere uger. Når man ringer til virksomheden for at få fat i en bestemt medarbejder, men i stedet får fat en i sekretær/receptionist er svaret, at hun vil forsøge at få medarbejderen til at ringe tilbage, men at det ikke er sikkert da han er svær at komme i kontakt med.

Alloy wheel refurbishment
Great service from KAP, starting with Anita who organised when my wheel could be sorted through to George who was so helpful when I had a query. My wheel was refurbished to a very high standard and matched the other wheels beautifully. The work was also completed ahead of schedule and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use KAP should I need this service again!

We brought a car Peugeot 5008 last week,Feb 25 and we were more than satisfied with KAP. EBoth staff and car. Toby Russon sales executive was the first person we spoke to and was very polite and was not pushy at all. We went to KAP with certain things in mind. Toby Liston to us and showed us the P 5008. Was just what we were looking for and the standard of the interior and exterior was perfect for the age of the car. We didn’t look at any other cars and purchased this P5008. Toby Russon explained all the the steps to complete the purchased and did it at a level that we understood.. After a test drive and sorting the purchase we met Reece G, Sales manger, who was also very polite and helpful.we brought a car from him in 2014 KAP with no issues or concerns When picking up the car it was spotless and we was again shown all around the car and taken though the details of the car. We had a great experience in 2014 and this has continued in 2025.with Toby Russon. No pressure sells /talk but was great service thank you.

I have been a loyal customer for years…
I have been a loyal customer for years I’ve found the staff in the sales and service department amazing and this review is purely on the omoda side of the business. I decided to purchase a new omoda and agreed with the salesman to pay in cash ( we’re a local buisness owner and are charged a fortune to bank cash so I try to spend cash where I can ) I asked them to transfer a personal plate to the new car and to keep it covered up as I didn’t want anyone getting into the car for demonstration purposes . Well where do we start I got a few calls keeping me in the loop when the car would be registered and a timescale when I popped into branch the car had been moved but was covered . I got the call from Dave to say the car would be ready next week I asked when he would want the balance and was told I would get a call back to confirm the call came only to be told I could only pay 9k cash as that was there policy I reminded him of our conversation only to be repeated told it was due to money laundering laws ( I research this and they didn’t want to do the paperwork I was happy for them to report the transaction to hmrc but they didn’t want to do the paperwork) so I spent 45 minutes and a few hundred pound in bank charges getting the money into the account I will add they did offer a larger trade in value on my car to cover these fees. I got a call to say I could pick the car up but they hadn’t put the personal plate on the car and would do it in a few weeks but living in Folkestone we have to pay for permits so I would have to pay twice to register the new car 🤦♂️more paperwork and time . I asked for the reg details so I could get insurance and then the nightmare begins as it’s a new car on the market despite 2 of us hunting online and calling brokers to have 1 quote of 6k 🤬🤬🤬 the car was insurable I went to branch as I had seen paperwork advertising insurance partners . And my car had moved yet again and people were inside my car looking over it with an interest in buying it …… I got given lots of insurance advice and every company had withdrawn from the market so all the information I was given was incorrect or outdated we did finally get 1 quote the next day nearly 4k let’s not forget it’s a 1.6ltr car that no one is going to want to steal . We had several conversations with Reece who tried to speak on are behalf but it was to late I had lost all faith in Kap The payment The plate Not keeping the car locked covered Giving me outdated information repeatedly I was told I would have a refund sorted the next day only to get a text Friday late saying it would be in my account Monday bank transfers are instant these days . So I’ve waited 2 months for a car I’ve lost countless hours hunting out a non existent insurance company hundreds of pounds in bank charges out of pocket ( they charge Buisness customers to pay money into account) had people looking over my car as a demo despite me repeatedly asking to keep it locked and covered …. Very frustrating experience I could not trust them again to purchase a new car there garage is amazing maybe they should stick to used cars and repairs because this they got wrong on so many levels

Keep away from this company
Keep away from this company. We have bought a 2019 vehicle at 29000miles from them on beginning of May, now it’s September and we couldn’t even use the vehicle yet because the vehicle is whether not working or staying in their garage for repairs. They don’t accept return, keep trying to convince us for more and more repairs again and again. Caused us £15K damage so far except they ruined our all summer with my pregnant wife and 6y/o daughter. Now we are going to court in order to protect our rights. It’s not a money issue anymore, turned into a social responsibility and my duty as a UK citizen. I will do whatever i can until i terminate their trading and FCA licenses in order to protect UK people for future and help people to feel safer while buying products, knowing the UK law still protects them from these kind of fraudsters. Btw, the 5 stars below are their own people. Reece Garrett is the sales manager, and Harry White is the sale agent who sold the vehicle to us. Probably other 5 star reviews belong to their other stuff. The owner replied my review on google saying that i made complaint after 5 months of purchase, but actually it’s been 3 months since the purchase, and i made the claim 4 weeks ago, which on the second month. You can check in google review how easily these people lie.

Great Local Dealership
I have bought 3 cars off of KAP now and will continue to do so. I also use them for all my car maintenance as well and have had to have a few alloys refurbished over time as well. I have also looked at their new brand Omoda & Jaecoo and will be very interested in the Jaecoo when it is released early 2025.

Ive been a customer of KAP for over ten years for service and minor repairs. I recently purchased a 40k Alfa from them and true to Alfa form it developed a few faults..all sorted promptly and free of charge, car returned valeted and even refuelled! Staff courteous and knowledgable, real car enthusiasts there. I sure the poor reviews here have more to them as I cant believe my experience was a one off. The company has traded for decades and surely wouldnt have survived...its family owned and run. Speak to Mr GF if you feel less than 100% satisfied Id say,

We have just returned from a two week…
We have just returned from a two week holiday in Portugal, whilst on our way to the eurotunnel, the fuel filter began to leak. I managed to get to Kap and they fixed it that afternoon fitting a new filter element and seal. We successfully carried on with our holiday. The price was very good too. So thank you very much.

AdStuff is amazing for Adult Websites
I work with AdStuff to display advertisements on my 18+ sites. I have a lot of adult sites, around 20, so I was looking for a managed ad serving solution. Frank, my point of contact at AdStuff, helped me greatly! He got all ad zones up & running within the hour and even does manual demand adjustments on my zones to ensure the highest CPM! One thing that’s not 100% great yet are the payments, they do weekly payments. But it’s more like every 8 days instead of 7. A default delay of 1 day is quite normal! But Frank told me they’re working on fixing that asap. Amazing network!

What is even going on here? I called carpet one and though I was met with rudeness, I went ahead and scheduled a measurement. I was indecisive about flooring type and they recommended a certain LVP or Luxury Vinyl Plank. They offered to have the gentleman bring a sample when he came to do the measurements which I agreed to. Besides being late to his appointed time, he was unresponsive to most questions and gave vague uninterested answers. He also did not bring the sample in question and had no idea about it. When I called in a week later to obtain the quote I was met with more snooty rudeness. From just asking a question. "Hey I had a measure last week but haven't been emailed the quote, I think the guy said he would have it in a couple days?" Um, no. It takes atleast a week. Who even told you that it takes less than that? If one can't even ask a couple relevant questions without being met with hostility and being talked down to, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Après un cour passage chez eux, je ne vous recommande pas l’expérience. Suite à une erreur de rib, ils m’ont facturé 12euros49 de frais. Après échanges avec le service client, ils n’ont rien voulu savoir. J’ai testé un nouvel essai suite à la baisse des tarifs : résultat aucune réponse de leur part. PRIX FIXE .... FAUX HARCHI FAUX
J'ai souscrit un contrat prix fixe 2 ans en octobre 2024. Avec cette histoire de baisse de prix de EDF en février 2025, j'ai surveillé de plus près mon contrat de la Belle Energie en ce mois de février et il s'avère que mon abonnement et le prix fixe d'électricité avait augmenté. J'ai donc résilié pour passer chez TOTAL ENERGIE (ce qui m'a plus chez eux, ce sont les heures SUPER creuse, en plus des heures creuses). J'ai reçu ma facture la BELLE ENERGIE et là quelle surprise : mon contrat qui est prix fixe de 2 ans, a vu une augmentation au 01/11/2024 (abonnement + px élec), puis une 2è augmentation de tarif (abonnement + px élec) au 01/02/2025 .... En résumé, les contrats prix fixes c'est du GROS PIPO !!! Il faut surveiller et faites des impressions d'écrans de vos tarifs depuis votre compte, car ça passe inaperçu l'évolution du tarif .... Le problème, c'est qu'on a le détail des tarifs seulement lors de la réception de la facture ... imaginez, vous devez attendre un an ... Sinon, l'autre solution c'est de changer de fournisseur ... Donc moi, je compte bien changer régulièrement de fournisseur ... je vais bien surveiller TOTAL ENERGIE .... Sinon, je ferai un retour au bercail .... EDF Tarif Bleu ...

Prix fixe 1 an HT ?????
J'avais souscrit un contrat prix fixe un an en juillet 2024. Voyant que les prix TTC augmentaient, j'ai résilié le 04 février 2025. Je viens de recevoir ma facture de clôture et OH surprise le prix fixe HT promis à la souscription n'est pas du tout respecté : augmentation au 01/11/2024 et augmentation au 01/02/205. Donc le prix fixe garanti pour le KWh et l'abonnement en HT est de la poudre aux yeux. Il me semble que l'état à augmenter les taxes uniquement, ce qui est fait aussi. Serait ce de la malhonnêteté ??

Augmentation du prix du kWh malgré un contrat à prix fixe
Après seulement 3 mois de souscription à un contrat à prix fixe pour 3 ans, ils augmentent le prix du kWh en invoquant une hausse du TURPE, qui n'est pas une taxe en soi. Non seulement cela, mais cette augmentation devrait être compensée par la baisse des prix du TRVE, qui est significative à 15%. En d'autres termes, je souscris à un prix fixe par kWh pour trois ans, le prix baisse en février, mais ils augmentent le prix en contradiction avec le contrat. Comme je ne veux me battre avec personne, j'ai simplement annulé le contrat pour aller avec Octopus, qui offre un meilleur prix. Nous verrons si eux respectent un contrat sans faire de subterfuges pour ne pas le respecter.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful house
We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful house in Greatstone. The views were incredible. Bloom Stays are very attentive, they answer emails quickly and dealt with a couple of minor issues we had quickly and professionally. Would definitely use them in the future and would love to stay at Waters Edge again one day.

Great all round service from a local agency.
Love the website and the look and feel of the houses. Once I got to stay I knew I would be back. My best house The Beach House at Sandgate for a larger family group followed up by Whitstable Hideaway for 2. Bloom Stays has such great standards and I felt looked after even with a tiny issue that cropped up.

Avoid, high risk of losing your deposit
Absolutely avoid Bloom Stays at all costs. We stayed at one of their cottages as a larger group. We took real care of the cottage and cleaned up after we left. The owner of the cottage then raised a list of damages against us, which were definitely not caused by us. Some of the damages we should have received compensation for, not be charged for! We were furious at the situation, but Bloom Stays unsurprisingly took the side of the host. We would have used Bloom Stays many times again, however now we will stay clear and warn all others to stay away from them.

Buena experiencia de compra
Recibí los guantes a tiempo, pero uno de ellos tenía un pequeño defecto. Lo comenté y sin problema ni cargo adicional me enviaron instrucciones para devolverlos y recibir otros en condiciones, como así fue. La experiencia con esta tienda ha sido muy positiva. Los guantes calientan, aunque aún no los he probado con tiempo frío. Espero que cumplan mis expectativas, porque baratos no son.

Batteriefächer bitte an die Handunterseite.
Kaufte im Dez23 Unterziehhandschuhe dual. Funktion sehr gut, Heizdauer könnte länger sein. Aber- warum befindet sich das Batteriefach rechts an der Unterhand und links oben-was unpraktisch ist und das Tragen einer Uhr unmöglich macht?

Men heated hoodie - Great product
We have recently purchase a heated hoodie from Bertschat and not only the heating element is brilliant but the quality of the hoodie itself is exceptional too. We had an issue with one of the powerbanks provided, and the customer service team were amazing in helping us fixing the issue and ultimately replacing the defective component. Very happy and warm indeed!

Wir haben vor einem Jahr bei Bertschat…
Wir haben vor einem Jahr bei Bertschat ein paar heizbare Handschuhe gekauft und waren sehr zufrieden. In der neuen Saison nach einmal brauchen konnte der Reissverschluss vom Batteriefach nicht mehr geschlossen werden. Der Reissverschluss geht immer offen. 10 Tage getragen. Nach einem Mail mit Foto und Beschrieb vom Produktefehler bekamen wir zuerst die Antwort, dass sie nichts machen können.. Nach einem weiteren Mail meinte er, dass wir aus Kulanz neue Handschuhe erhalten werden. Das hat uns sehr gefreut.

Beheizbare Sohle ist recht hoch
Beheizbare Sohle ist recht hoch, somit habe ich keinen Halt mehr in den Fersen. Leider muss die Sohle vor dem Anprobieren auf die richtige Größe zugeschnitten werden, um sie in den Schuh zu legen. Können somit also nicht mehr zurückgegeben werden, wenn sie nicht passen. Das hat mir der Kundendienst auf eine sehr unhöfliche Weise mitgeteilt und mir stattdessen gesagt, dass meine Anfrage dreist sei und sie die Sohlen nur noch wegschmeißen können. Sie sind noch komplett ungetragen und nutzbar, nur eben für eine Größe weniger. Schade, dass es hierfür keine Kulanz/ System wie z.B. günstigerer Abverkauf) gibt und man als Kundin so behandelt wird. Finde ich sehr unsympathisch!

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! We had flooring fitted in our gym in 2021...soon after it started bubbling in the middle of the floor Jason came out to look at it assured us it will be fixed we waited patiently for a date....nothing! They don't respond to emails, social media messages or phone calls! When I FINALLY spoke to someone I was told they would come out and fix it first week of April...2023!! Exactly 2 years after the problem started!! It is now May and it's still not fixed and I'm being ignored! I hate leaving bad reviews on small businesses but they have left me no choice!

Fitters tried to shave doors one ruined another damaged. Actually shaved doors in room which had just had carpet fitted Was told fitter coming back . NAH. Absolute rubbish no customer service

GO TO 1to1 FLOORING INSTEAD! They have real customer service Let down! That how we feel. We paid almost £10k for a quote big order from herts carpet. One of the main reasons why we picked them is because they also flexibility. Nothing seemed to be an issue. We discussed during the quotation process that a new wardrobe will be fitted in the master and that they will come back after to finish the project to fit the carpet around it and that it was easy and not a problem at all. Clearly it was all a sales tactic. I made the mistake to pay them in full trusting their words. Well I have been chasing them for a week now to get my carpet fitted as promised. My phone calls are being ignored, my calls not returned and when finally we managed to get a hold of them they booked us in.... in the end the fitter did it turn up and I waited 1hr and 30mins, chased twice and since no update... Conclusion: you are just an invoice to them! Don't trust what they tell you and if you agree on a part of the project that has not been completed don't paid them. Retain a % of the fee. They are cowboys and they will never come back. Disgusting practices. I will never order from them. Go to 1to1 flooring instead. Those guys hold their end of the bargain and understand that a happy customer is a returning customer who will refer you to other customers

Happy with end result, but communication was quite poor
After getting a quotation from Herts Carpets, I paid the amount, & waited to get an installation appointment. I heard nothing for almost two weeks, despite leaving voicemail messages & sending emails. I was worried that they may have gone out of business & taken my payment with them, but eventually I did get an email to confirm the installation date. Their communication was really quite poor; all it would have taken was a text, email or phone message to let me know what was going on, even if they just needed a bit more time to make the arrangements. In the end the guy who came to do the installation was very kind & polite, and I'm very happy with the end result.

Will never use HERTSCARPETS again
Will never use HERTSCARPETS again. After going for a slightly thinner carpet in the bedrooms I was told I wouldn't need to have my doors taken off or trimmed down. I was told this by Jason himself. The carpet fitters came, laid the underlay and took my doors off, I have been left with know doors on and told to pay more money for their chippie services after being told I wouldn't need one. So after calling and expressing my needs they promised to pay , its all a lie i must have made around 30 calls back and forth trying to find out where the chippie was they arranged , i honestly feel they were laughing at me they knew they were not going to help but was just keeping me sweet, Four days on I have 3 children one with Special needs who needs the doors on urgently and still have no luck. Its now the easter bank holidays and after being messed around I have to pay more out my pocket after being told i didn't need to, this has caused terrible inconvenience at home. Herts carpets promised to pay a chippie to do the doors explaining to me I was their first priority , what a load of rubbish , they sent a chippie an hours drive to me then refused to pay him because they did not communicate prices, so another day went by when i could of found someone myself , extremely poor communication, they ignore you and your messages, cut of your calls, put you on divert, and demand more money for carpet fitters after paying in full. They answered to another number just not mine. Very unprofessional service i would not recommend at all. I also got left with a big smelly hoover that is still in my hallway nearly 5 days on , with once again know hope as to when it's being picked up. I'm very disappointed, I have been left with nothing but mess and stress

Non seulement la livraison a pris 3 semaines (l'entreprise est à Paris, mais les produits viennent de Chine), les recettes promises n'étaient pas jointes, mais en plus, les mêmes produits sont deux fois et demi moins chers ailleurs en ligne. Conclusion : à fuir !
