Comprados dos productos que, durante su envío, perdió GLS. Ahora GLS no responde (ni por mail ni por teléfono). Tuve que personarme en las oficinas de GLS Vallés, donde me dijeron que habían perdido el paquete. Brasty me respondió al primer mail diciendo que se informaban sobre el envío... y nunca más se supo... aunque he ido enviando diferentes mails al respecto. Ahora me hayo sin productos, sin dinero y con la sensación de que a nadie le importa.

Lentos en el envío,atención al cliente lamentable, tienen un teléfono ficticio que no funciona nunca, gastos de envío desorbitados para lo lento que se le envío, atención por correo electrónico lenta o inexistente, sólo ponen en oferta con envío gratis perfumes que cuestan de 10 a 15 € menos en otras webs y solo perfumería árabe low cost inflada de precio, solo tienen alguna oferta buena en algún perfume aislado pero el gasto de envío hace que no merezca la pena, he comprado dos veces y he tenido problemas ya no voy a comprar jamás en esta web

NEFASTA ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE
Hola, hace unas semanas hice un pedido de un perfume de Tiziana Terenzi en esta web y todo fue bien. Hice el pago y me enviaron el perfume y cuando llegó venía mal. Estaba derramado, con el vaporizador mal, suelto. Me pongo en contacto con atención al cliente por mail ( el teléfono que ponen de Sevilla en su web olvidarse de llamar, no van a contestar) y me dicen que les envié fotos de la caja y del perfume. Se la envío y me dicen que es un defecto de fábrica y que le devuelva el perfume a la Republica Checa para que me devuelvan el dinero. Les digo que me envíen etiqueta de devolución y me dicen que no, me dan una dirección y que lo mande por mi cuenta. Les digo que los gastos de envío son caros y que si me los van a abonar. Me dicen que si. Recuerdo que es una devolución por un producto que ha vendido mal, no lo devuelvo por otro motivo. Pues me cuesta el envío 25,50€ y se lo digo. A la semana les llega el perfume y me hacen la devolución del importe pagado, pero no de los gastos de devolución que yo pagué. Nunca más he sabido de ellos, ya no contestan al mail, han desaparecido. Así que me toca perder esos 25,50€. No recomiendo comprar aquí, no hay ninguna garantía de nada, no hay atención al cliente. Es una sensación de indefensión absoluta. Si tienes un problema no hay solución. NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO.

when i was surfing this website, i got a call from shine global consultancy, they said they will arrange for canada and told me to pay 5000 rs as refundable deposit. again they told me to visit their office in delhi and asked me to pay 15000 rs. whenever i called them, they replied that visa is in process. after 8 months, they suddenly called me and told me to get ready to submit my fingerprint in vfs global chennai. They said your visa will be after this process must be 60,000 rs.I beleived that fraud advice so I paid all the amount what they said. Now already two years, many times I called them, no one answers.

When i tried to place a return request the very next day, they denied stating that the return can be done only in 3 days. After multiple follow ups, they finally agreed & I returned the product to Delhivery agent. Now it's been more than 20 days that I haven't received the refund. I am continuously trying to follow up with them. Last week they said that I'll get the refund in 2 days , but i am still waiting on it. customer support is a big drawback. I recently had a Prostatectomy and purchased the Pacey Cuff on the recommendation of my Pelvic Floor Therapist. I tried for 6 weeks to get it to fit correctly and not pinch or be too loose so I just leaked by. I called customer service and they were no help. Customer service asked me if I could see my toes and if I had trouble tying my shoes. I am 190 walk 5 miles a day and do yoga 3-4 days a week. I asked for a refund and have never heard back. I purchased a Wiesner Clamp. After working with it for 1 day it fits and works great.

I called with questions about sizing, it was several days before a response was made. I was in a time crunch to get used to it before I went on vacation. I chose the large size. After a week and a half of trial and error, I think I needed to medium one. My vacation seats tomorrow, so it really won't do me any good since I can't trust it to stay in place all day. I would not recommend or use this company again
I would not recommend this company for skip hire. Our builders ordered a skip from here and the driver was negligent when trying to get the skip back onto the lorry and caused damage at our property and they refuse to take responsibility despite it being due to negligence. A nightmare to deal with in arranging for the skip to be taken away too.

As per previous reviewers I would give 0 if I could. cancelled a direct debit after having cancelled verbally with service provider. Late fees and charges applied when no services have been provided. Unfeeling, uncaring sticklers for their contracts. I will never sign up with anyone who uses this company for subs collection. Avoid avoid avoid.

DISHONEST company!! Don't buy from them!! Like others I was mislead into a subscription when I ordered 1 bottle. I specifically remember reading carefully and NOT getting the subscription! I paid $6.95 for 1 bottle. 3 weeks later they sent me 3 more bottles and charged me $96.95. When I called to resolve and sent back the product they sent they said I could send it back but I would have to pay shipping both ways. I then took my case to Paypal and am still trying to resolve it and get my money back!

Be careful with " special offers" below and in very tiny letters below says that if you don't cancel in 21 days, they will automatically ship you and charge you. In my case I got samples for $6.95 to find out 21 days after, they charged me $ 96 for the following order! Totally scam, stay away! Also, I am not even known if the product it's really good or not for my pets, but with this kind of dishonest beginning, not sure I want to buy anything from them!

Bad and scam ridden process in order process.
I was considering getting this product but never hit the submit. They processed it anyway and then called me and told me of their mistake and offered a 25% discount. Without my permission or knowledge they signed me up for auto ship. I was charged an extra 29.99 which I did not know why but let it slide since they were nice at giving me the 25% off. Come to find out they had signed me up without my permission for the auto ship. This was May 2020. I got charged in Nov and Dec 29.99 each. I have moved twice since then and no product which, by the way, never authorized. In addition, I was told that I would have to pay for the return if I ever find where they are. Bad business and worse customer service.

12 year old 90 pound Weimaraner working dog
I have a 12 year old 90 pound Weimaraner who has been my service dog for years. I've been watching him get slower and having a hard time getting up over the past year or so. He's been tired and almost depressed. He's dedicated and doesn't want to stop working but his struggling has been hard to watch. We have tried other supplements with no change, only to watch him get slower and struggle more day after day. Recently I began thinking I was going to loose my right hand man. With him not ready to give in and my desperation to help I decided to give another supplement a try. unser Sohn hat zu Weihnachten ein Schleich-Figurenset geschenkt bekommen – die Freude war groß, doch die Enttäuschung folgte schnell: Eine der Figuren war fehlerhaft da ein Arm fehlte. Wir haben sofort ein Ticket bei Ihnen eröffnet. Vier Wochen lang kam keinerlei Reaktion. Also haben wir erneut ein Ticket eingereicht – wieder ohne jegliche Bestätigung, ob unsere Anfrage überhaupt angekommen ist. Erst nach sechs Wochen erhielten wir eine knappe Nachricht, dass die Bearbeitung derzeit länger dauere. Nun sind fast zwei Monate vergangen, und wir warten noch immer auf eine Lösung. Unser Sohn ist nach wie vor traurig, und wir sind maßlos enttäuscht. Es scheint, als würde Schleich sich nicht um seine Kunden kümmern. Mein Sohn bekam am 15.12.2025 ein Spielzeug der Eldrador Reihe geschenkt welches einen Defekt aufwies. Am heutigen Tag ist der 16.02.2025 und wir haben inzwischen drei Anfragen an Schleich gestellt wegen des defekten Spielzeuges. Ich bin überrascht, dass man Kundenorientiertheit bei der Fa. Schleich derart auffasst. Für meinen Sohn ist diese Situation schon relativ enttäuschend, da er mit dem Spielzeug noch nicht einmal spielen konnte. Wir werden uns für die Zukunft definitiv nach einer Alternative umsehen, was ehrlich gesagt schade ist da mein Sohn über eine ganze Reihe an Spielzeugen aus der Eldrador Serie verfügt. Demnach wurde bereits ein großer Geldwert in die Produkte der Fa. Schleich investiert. Ich bin guter Dinge, dass wir thematisch ähnliche Spielzeuge eines anderen Herstellers werden finden können. Nach über drei Monaten immer noch keine ersatzlieferung.
Ich habe im Oktober die bayala Eule für meine Tochter gekauft. Am 2.11 hat sie die zum Geburtstag bekommen. Der eine Flügel fällt dauernd ab und der andere hält nicht oben und rutscht ständig nach unten. Am 23.11 habe ich deswegen ein Ticket eröffnet. Bis heute, am 15. Februar 25, haben wir noch keinen Ersatz. Unzählige Mails wurden geschrieben und in jeder Mail werde ich vertröstet. Irgendwann Ende Dezember hieß es mal. Ein Koffer mit dem Ersatz wäre unterwegs, nach vier Wochen habe ich mal nachgefragt und da wusste niemand was davon. Ich solle mich gedulden 8 bis 12 Wochen. Die 12 Wochen sind um, hier ist immer noch nichts. Bei dem Himmelsdrachen haben wir dasselbe Problem. Da bekommen wir gar keinen Ersatz. Ich soll mich an den Verkäufer wenden. Der reagiert leider nicht mehr. Trotz Rechnung bekomme ich den kaputten Drachen nicht ersetzt. Da fallen die Flügel bei der kleinsten Erschütterung beide raus.

J'ai acheté deux cartons Schleich : le camping car équestre et le grand centre équestre. Le premier chez un marchand (Leclerc jouet) et le second directement en ligne. Dans le premier il manque un petit morceau pour accrocher les remorques et le second je devais avoir en cadeau un dinausore que je n'ai pas eu. Pour les deux cas j'ai contacté le service client en décembre. A ce jour (février) aucune réponse de leur part. Au vu du prix le service client est nul.

Guten Tag, gerade habe ich Ihre Entschuldigung für unsere Reklamation bezüglich des Adventskalenders erhalten. Ich frage mich gerade ernsthaft, ob das Ihr Ernst ist, ob sie das unter Kundenservice verstehen. Punkt 1. Es gab zwei Mängel: - der Eimer hatte keinen Henkel (und nein, er wurde nicht verloren) - ein Türchen des Kalenders war komplett leer. Die traurigen Augen meiner Tochter und die Enttäuschung ein leeres Türchen vorzufinden, war schon groß genug. Nichtsdestotrotz musste ich mehrere Tickets öffnen und dann noch hinterhertelefonieren, weil nichts geschah. Der telefonische Kontakt war sehr freundlich und erklärte das die Kollegin die das erste Ticket bearbeitet hat nicht mehr da ist, es deshalb liegen blieb und sie es jetzt aber klären wird. Es könnte allerdings bis Ende Januar dauern, da die Logistik umstrukturiert wird. Ende Januar war immer noch nichts da, wieder eine Mail....Darauf erfolgte überhaupt keine Reaktion. Letzte Woche kam das Paket dann endlich.... meine Tochter hatte sich so auf die fehlenden Teile und die Entschuldigung gefreut. Voller Freude macht sie das kleine Päckchen auf und was findet sie? Nur einen kleinen Eimer (diesmal wenigstens mit Henkel). Von dem fehlenden Tiere des leeren Türchens keine Spur, auch keine Entschädigung, Entschuldigung oder ähnliches. Wir hatten leider im Weihnachtskalender 2024 ein leeres Türchen, woraufhin wir den Schleich Support kontaktierten. Heute wurde uns ein Paket mit dem fehlenden Teil, kostenlos per DPD zugeschickt. Klar es dauerte über einen Monat aber damit gerechnet hatten wir nicht mehr. Leider kann ich mich meinen Vorrednern nur anschließen. Kundenservice ist nicht vorhanden. Keine Reaktion auf fehlende bzw. defekte Teile (seit 1,5 Monaten). Andere Spielwarenhersteller sind da besser aufgestellt. Wenn man wenigstens ein Reaktion erhalten würde Schleich macht sich ja nicht mal mehr die Mühe auf negative Kommentare zu reagieren. Wohl wieder ein klassischer Fall von Kaputtsparen. Werde ab sofort Schleich meiden. So kann man sich dauerhaft seinen Geschäftsbetrieb stören. Danke für NICHTS!

Qualität und Service lässt zu wünschen übrig...
Zu Weihnachten 2024 hat unsere 6-jährige Tochter zwei Geschenke von Schleich erhalten – leider war das ein absoluter Reinfall! Am 24.12. gab es die Reithalle Peppertree (Nummer 42639), die leider nicht aufgebaut werden konnte, weil die falsche Bodenplatte geliefert wurde. Das war schon beim Aufbau klar, sodass das Spielzeug nicht bespielbar war und unsere Tochter enttäuscht zurückgelassen wurde. Es war ziemlich schwierig, einer 6-Jährigen zu erklären, dass ihr Bruder mit seinen Geschenken spielen kann, aber sie nicht. Am 26.12. hatten wir dann die Hoffnung, dass der Pferdeanhänger von Horse Club (Nummer 42535) wenigstens für etwas Freude sorgt. Aber auch hier fehlten zahlreiche Teile, wie Reifen und Felgen. Es waren falsche Teile dabei, das Zelt ließ sich aufgrund der schlechten Verarbeitung nicht richtig schließen und die Türen vom Auto des Anhängers gingen ständig ab. Auch hier fehlte eine Felge, was einfach inakzeptabel ist. Wir haben direkt am 24.12. und 26.12. bei Schleich reklamiert und die fehlenden Teile gemeldet – aber bis heute haben wir keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten. Mehrfach haben wir dort angerufen, wurden aber immer nur vertröstet. Die fehlende Kundenbetreuung und der schlechte Service machen das Ganze noch frustrierender. Insgesamt kann ich Schleich in diesem Fall leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Es ist enttäuschend, dass Weihnachtsgeschenke, die eigentlich Freude bringen sollten, zu solch einem Desaster führen. Wir erwarten zumindest eine schnelle und zufriedenstellende Lösung, aber leider sieht es bisher nicht danach aus.

Katastrophaler Kundenservice
Katastrophaler Kundenservice bzw. gar kein Kundenservice. Aufgrund eines fehlenden Teils wurde seit dem 26.12.2024 versucht, nun das 5. Mal, Kontakt zu Schleich herzustellen. 2 x habe ich das Kontaktformular genutzt und 3 E-Mails wurden versandt. Es gab lediglich eine automatische Antwort mit einer Bearbeitungsnummer unter der mein Anliegen bearbeitet werden soll. Auf mehrfache Nachfrage zum Bearbeitungstand gab es keine Rückmeldung. Anliegen werden komplett ignoriert. Sehr enttäuschend. Es wurde viel Geld für den Pferdehof gezahlt, bei Problemen gibt es keine Unterstützung.

Do not use this company
The Window Boyz directly sprayed the motor of our recently and professionally installed motorised/electric blinds, internal to our verandah, and burnt out the motor. An electrician has confirmed the cause to be direct water infiltration from the Window Boyz house wash. We are thousands of dollars out of pocket. The Window Boyz have refused multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly. In the most recent email Ian called me "pathetic". In addition the Window Boyz were by far the most expensive of all the quotes I received, and they arrived 2.5 hours late due to using an incorrect Gold Coast address for us when we are in Brisbane (noting they did give a 10% discount for this error). The Office of Fair Trading contacted them on my behalf to try and negotiate a remedy and advised that "unfortunately the trader was unwilling to provide you with a remedy" and ""the OFT cannot force a trader to provide a remedy". They categorically did not agree with the Window Boyz untrue claim that the blinds were installed improperly.

What can we say, these guys really are the best ! Communication throughout , and action on job was impeccable, we won’t be using anyone else again ! We have tried and tested a few different House and Window Cleaners and they are by far the best we have ever had. We can only recommend them 5/5 stars and we would give 10 stars if we could. We had them softwash the house , high pressure clean the pathways and patios, clean the windows inside and out and we are ready for Xmas, thanks so much !

On initial contact cleaning of screens was requested but not included in the quote which was submitted in a written form Cleaning of screens was confirmed verbally at the time of the booking but not done on the day. Do they clean screens???? The quality of the work that was completed was sub-standard, streaky windows, water marks and dirty window sills. The cleaners returned and completed some of the work saying the screens were not included in the quote which I received after the job was completed. I suspect a scam for me to pay more money to do the job properly. I would never recommend this company and would warn any further clients to be wary.

Ik heb weleens eerder bij Cine Support besteld, dit ging toen gewoon goed. Dus zonder argwaan heb ik eind November een bestelling geplaatst. Na ruim een maand niks van ze te horen over mijn bestelling en de opstapeling van negatieve reviews op het internet gezien te hebben, wou ik deze bestelling annuleren. Ze waren niet te bereiken, maar na een tiental pogingen is het me gelukt om de eigenaar aan de telefoon te krijgen (aangezien de callcenter medewerkers zelf helemaal niks kunnen doen). Van hem heb ik toen een creditnota en bevestiging van mijn annulering gekregen. De annulering zou dan binnen een aantal werkdagen automatisch door worden gegeven aan het betalingsplatform. De bestelling heb ik via IN3 betaald; daar hebben ze tot nu toe nog geen bevestiging van de annulering binnen gekregen. Gelukkig heb ik na een nog maand eindelijk het geld teruggekregen van het betaalplatform. Zij hebben daar niks meer van Cine Support of het geld vernomen. Daarnaast is ook niemand meer bereikbaar via de telefoon, en via de mail kun je het sowieso vergeten. Als het je niet meer lukt je hoofd boven water te houden, waarom blijf je dan bestellingen aannemen? Hieruit kan ik maar twee dingen concluderen; óf het is gewoon een oplichter, óf het lukt hem niet zijn zooi op een rijtje te krijgen en schuift al zijn gezeik door naar anderen. Allebei is een beetje zielig als je het mij vraagt.

I forced myself after many emails to cancel the order and at the end of November I received a confirmation that it was canceled and a promise that they would refund my money - about 1400 euros. So far I have not received any money. I have emailed several times when they will refund me but no one is replying. I will also be forced to address the European institutions related to consumer protection, because this is not normal.

We zijn al maanden bezig met info te verkrijgen over onze backorder items. Deze zijn al betaald , maar buiten het automatisch antwoord op mijn mails komt er geen antwoord. Bij het bellen krijg ik te horen dat het druk is en dat ik het via de mail moet melden en daarna wordt er opgehangen. Ik vindt dit niet normaal meer. Met alle respect dat het druk is en dat er problemen zijn met de spullen te krijgen, maar helemaal geen antwoord geven is geen optie. Aangezien ze op de normale manier niet antwoorden. Ik wil graag uitleg en indien niet anders het geld retour.

Lieve mensen koop aub niet het tapijt Manon Beige € 24,00 u krijgt er spijt van! Als ik kwantum zou zijn zou ik dit tapijt uit de collectie halen, En ook niet ergens anders kopen! Ik denk dat kwantum hier al veel meer klachten over heeft gehad.

A month after ordering, I contacted you and asked what my items were and was told that there had been a mistake but that the items would now be sent. Was offered free delivery by UPS. But you wrote the wrong address, the wrong tracking number, and didn't give my email or phone number to UPS, so they couldn't deliver. The day before Chrismas I contacted UPS and they helped me so I could go to their drop off location and pick up the items. This was on December 23 at 5:00 p.m. I ordered in the middle of November when it was Christmas presents, now my grandchildren don't get the Christmas presents until after New Year. Very boring.

umständliche Verständigung mit dem Service
Wir haben hier einen Cheriot CX1 gekauft, dieser wurde schnell geliefert hatte aber (ehr werksseitig) ein Problem mit der Bremse. Leider Funktioniert kein Kontaktformular auf der Website und dann gab es per Mail nur die Response das defekte Teil einzusenden. Da ich aber kein Techniker bin war es schwer zu identifizieren was alles zu dem Teil gehört und so habe ich laut Service zu wenig eingeschickt. Dennoch habe ich umgehend das komplette Teil neu zugesendet bekommen. Das war selbstverständlich sehr gut.

Schnelle Lieferung aber bei Problemen KATASTROPHALER Service!
Ich habe bei net-shop einen Fahrradanhänger (Chariot Cougar 2) bestellt. Die Lieferung erfolgte sehr schnell. Als ich zum ersten Mal den Anhänger an das Fahrrad angeschlossen habe, ist mir bei der Probefahrt einer der Sicherheitsstifte abgebrochen und in Folge dessen sind leichte Schäden am Anhänger entstanden. Ich wollte nun nicht nur das defekte Teil (Materialfehler) umtauschen, sondern auch den beschädigten Anhänger. Dann mehrere Kontaktversuchen via des Standardformulars/E-Mail Adresse - alle erfolglos. Danach mehrfach angerufen, beim gefühlten 20ten Versuch ging mal jemand dran. Service war extrem pampig und einfach schlecht, ich musste mich für total sinnlose Sachen rechtfertigen (z.B. warum ich den Anhänger erst nach 2Monaten das erste Mal benutzt habe). Auch alle weiteren Kontaktaufnahmen haben mich zig Versuche gekostet. Am Ende schlich sich der Laden aus seiner Verantwortung und zeigte auch null Kulanz (keine Übernahme der Portokosten für das defekte Bauteil). Auch wenn sie vllt. 100€ verglichen zu anderen Läden sparen, dieser Laden IST ABSOLUT NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN!

After many months of using Naga Pay as Elite Member without problems (I have event sent multiple referrals), suddenly without any reasons they have stopped issuing me any cashback since 40 days, simply mentioning “abuse suspected”, when actually all the transactions are normal and similar as the previous months. Asking specifically WHAT is the “abuse suspected”, they disappeared. Don’t trust their promised cashback, after couple of months they will stop issuing it without any reason (but still charging the fee for the Elite Membership…)

I found a month statement without transactions, which they declined, because there are no transactions on it. Duhhh.. A statement with transactions but crossed out due to privacy reasons, is also declined. So with naga you need transactions on a bankstatement for an address verification. Well it's not naga pay, but NOGO pay. Don't interact with those people, before you know it they block your account and need come up with all kinds of proof which has nothing to do with the matter.

Restricted Nagapay account
Hello 3 months now that my Nagapay account has been restricted with a balance of €1453.76, knowing that I have provided all the requested supporting documents. All I want is the termination of my account opening contract, the closure and return of my funds I no longer want to be a Nagapay customer. I strongly advise you against this bank, it will end up blocking your account. Nagapay close my account and return my funds all simply. Thank you for answering me and finding a solution for my case Best regards.

Unable to contact no response
Having dealt with them before on my other redresses. They were very very helpful communicative and I had very good responses from them,but on my last communication in August 2022 I was informed of a company which I was hoping for a redress from whom had problems had now been reviewed and a redress may be forthcoming and I will probably hear from Drummonds within the next few weeks regarding this as of yet it is now June 2023. I have had no response. I have emailed them rang them left messages and nobody has contacted me back as a last resort, I’ve now just written a letter to them. Will I get a response we shall see.

I contacted Drummond with a view of trying to get back any PPI .I had tried previously but with a very limited success so I thought give them a try it’s no hassle for me ,sit back and see what happens.The whole team throughout were very helpful and kept me up to date as things progressed.I have every respect for them as they were,believe it or not,very successful and they have sorted things out for two different claims.Thank you.I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending them and I would certainly use them again.
