I bought something from CutFileLabs last month, and today, I received 7 charges on my credit card totaling over $1000 of fraud charges. I had to cancel my card and report to my bank. Do NOT use this company. I have screenshot evidence. Charges were in increments of $99.90. I was charged 399.60, 299.70, 199.80, 99.90, 19.98, and two for 9.99. AVOID CUTFILELABS.

The files are incomplete
The files are incomplete, some of the parts are missing and when I asked for help or at list to correct those files they didnt corect the file even is obvious there are wrong, they mentioned about an 5$ discount wich never happened. So I ended buing incomplete files and a lot of frustration. Do not Buy!

Cheeky algorythm that doesn't allow to pick your seats.
Reply to Eventim’s poor response: 1- “Best Seats” offered were the furthest back and side seats of the chosen category. 2- If those tickets were blocked for max of 12 minutes, how was I able to chose them on the map and once I select to move forward right away, the very tickets I chose become unavailable? It’s either by design or a bug, but there is a fault in your seat selection system. Regards to you too… Every time I tried to select a seat on the website, the seat instantly became unavailable. But if I ask the website to select seats for me, I am conveniently assigned the worst seats in the house. However, if I decide to buy more than two tickets, previously unavailable tickets magically become available again... It's such a cheap way to get people to buy the horrible seats first, especially when you charge them to download your app instead of giving them the option to get their tickets.

Ich kann die Bewrtung von Matthias noch einmal wiederholen. Besser hätte ich es nicht ausdrücken können: Sehr unseriös. Es gehört zum Geschäftsmodell der 11880 mit Lockangeboten zu ködern und dann die Preise auf ein vielfaches anzuheben. Die Änderungen werden nicht kommuniziert, zumindest kam bei mir nichts an. Der Gegenwert ist nicht messbar, ich kann nur abraten.

I run a construction Company and wanted to switch to a polymer resin pointing for the best results for my clients. I got in touch with Tom Pearson from Azpects and his knowledge of all the products is outstanding, he volunteered to come down and point the patio with me in order to use the product efficiently and get the best results,I was very grateful and the Easy Point Pro is as good as it sounds, I was really impressed with it. He had pre warned me to seal the patio prior to us pointing with this product, you could instantly see the water beading off it when we pre wet the slabs and the material moved around very easily and cleaned of beautifully. Over all the products worked as they state and I look forward to supplying my customers with installation and aftercare packages now I have a greater knowledge of the Azpects range thanks to Tom.

This is the worst stuff put on market ever! After 6 months of installation most of the tiles are moving because this stuff is not waterproof or frost proof. It cost me a lot of time and money to fix all issues. Please do not use it ever.

EASY....not!
Azpects EasyJoint DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT! I used the palest colour but within a year it was turning black with algae which is almost impossible to remove due to the nature of the EasyJoint. After 2 years it was completely disintegrating. I had no other choice but to remove it all..it came out like wet sand..and it gets everywhere! HORRID HORRID HORRID! It has taken months to remove it from the whole terrace along with a lot of jet washing, sweeping, scraping! Now have to pay someone (again) to put in sensible sand and cement. Parkers Builders Merchant have even stopped selling it based on poor quality!

Very disappointed with this company
Very disappointed with this company. I had about 40 easygrid panels break (I think it is down to poor quality but didn't even argue the toss with them as presumed they would say it was down to the sub base) and asked if I could buy some replacements. They got me to call around local stockists which is fine but 2-3 hours later and 25+ calls later, every stockist told me I had to buy 225 minimum. I find this ironic that a company that act environmentally friendly stating their products are recyclable, are happy to get someone to throw 175 panels away in land fill. Tried to contact manager but was promised a call back but never came.

The Dunswell joint
I was a bit unsure after watching the videos but was too late already bought it. I made sure that all the open joints would run clear when soaked with water prior to pouring the contents on the natural stone,and no I didnt seal them. It seemed a bit strange keeping everything wet whilst easing into the joints with a big squeegee,bought from b&m £2.50. All was good,quite impressed and would you believe it the rain came down five hours after completing so it helped was the area over. It took about 48 hours before it was hard to the touch but I am impressed and glad I used it.

Gitarrenabteilung: Top Beratung / Service vor Ort
War heute mal wieder vor Ort im Laden um einige Gitarren auszuprobieren. Und ich muss sagen, klasse Beratung und 1A-Service. Einige der Gitarren die ich testen wollte, mussten extra aus dem Lager geholt werden, was problemlos funktionierte, obwohl der Laden doch recht gut besucht war. Am Ende habe ich natürlich wieder mehr Geld ausgegeben als ich eigentlich geplant hatte aber der Mitarbeiter der Gitarrenabteilung (Danke Philipp) hat mir einen wirklich guten Preis für ein tolles Instrument gemacht, bei dem ich nicht Nein sagen konnte...Hat wirklich Spaß gemacht und ich bin zufrieden abgezogen.

Unfähigkeit over 9000
Bei der Bestellung sollte es als Aktion ein Netzteil zum Produkt geben. Aufgrunddessen habe ich es extra bei MP bestellt. Ich hab sogar extra eine Notiz in die Bestellung geschrieben, dass daran bitte gedacht wird. Bestellung kommt an. Was fehlt? Das Netzteil. Bin seit Monaten immer nach dem KORG MICROKORG - CRYSTAL am gucken. Der ging ja im Preis von +/- 600€ auf derzeit 450€ runter. Da sah ich Online den B-Stock bei Musik Produktiv. Ich gleich angerufen und Mats vom Service ( I guess ) war so toll und schoss mir 4 aussagekräftige Fotos, emailte sie mir flux! B-Stock Retouren gibt´s eben quasi Neuwertig, oder dann doch mit minimalen Gebrauchsspuren, oder es fehlt was vom Zubehör - NICHT HIER! Super schnell geliefert, MEGA Einsatz plus Super Preis - DANKESCHÖN für meinen 2. limitierten MicroKORG.

KATASTROPHE
KATASTROPHE! Paket wurde nicht zugestellt sondern an einen Abholpunkt gebracht (was ja an sich noch oke wäre, wenn man mich benachrichtigen würde), mir wurde nicht bescheid gegeben. Das paket war mehrere tage dort, als ich versucht habe während den öffnungszeiten anzurufen nahm keiner ab. Als ich dann ein mail schrieb wo mein paket bleibt (mehrere Tage zu spät...) wurde mir ohne überhaupt einen text einfach die verfolgung von ups geschickt *wäre auch nett gewesen wenn die mir die verfolungsnummer von anfang an gegeben hätten* wo drauf steht es steht zur abholung bereit. Sprich hätte ich keine mail geschrieben hätte ich wohl garnie erfahren dass ein paket auf mich wartet. Super professionalität, kann ich nur empfehlen so weiterzumachen. An jeden der hier was bestellen will. Tus nicht. gehs lieber auf facebook marketplace iwo abholen. oder kauf es in nem laden

interesting assortiment, good support
I order sometimes pedals at Musik Produktiv because they have a good choice (Mr Black, Fredrik Effects, ...) Pedals you can't find somewhere else easily. I have always been pleased with the transactions. Return for buyers outside Germany is not free (shipment cost) and not as well regulated as with Thomann. But that's not an honoust reference, because no other companie has this service and has it so well arranged then Thomann. Last time I ordered a pedal outside the assortiment form Muzik Produktiv from an brand they sell. They were very friendly to help me out at a very good price. Altough such an order should be more a hassle to them then a gain . Here they probably beat Thomann. So they deserve some good review, was what I thought ! :)

Einzigartiges Musikhaus mit Ecken und Kanten Bookshop: Großartige Auswahl von Noten, Songbooks und Fachbüchern Gitarren oben: Tolle Gitarrenabteilung im oberen Bereich, tolle Testmöglichkeiten über gute Amps, gute aufmerksame Begleitung durch das Personal Custom Shop: Hier ist eher eine ablehnende Atmosphäre. Der Mitarbeiter beachtete mich kaum, obwohl ich ernsthaftes Interesse an einer HAAR Gitarre hatte. Das Ausprobieren schien trotz Erlaubnis nicht erwünscht zu sein und wurde durch lauter werdende Musik aus den Computer Boxen des Mitarbeiters gestört.

Køb ikke bil hos Bilhuset Elmer
Jeg har også købt bil af Mads. Problemet er, at der er alting så godt. Derfra er der ingen Service ingen hjælp, jeg har følt mig fortabt. 2 gange har jeg været hos dem med min nye Suzuki Ignis mild Hybrid. 2 gange er jeg kommet derfra med en bil, hvor hybrid systemet ikke virkede. Altså at de mener at kunden er en idiot og kvinde, så de siger den virker og jeg siger at hybrid systemet ikke har virket i 5 mdr. De aner i tet om Suzuki intet om Hybrid der ikke virker stedet bliver jeg sendt ud af døren, uden hjælp. Nu har jeg fundet hjælp, og det virkede ikke. Start / stop virkede ikke. De er så dumme fagligt at de burde ikke forhandle Suzuki Ignis når de fagligt er så inkompetente. Det vil have konsekvenser.

Synd der kun er 5 stjerner, i skulle have haft 10! Købte ny bil for 4 md siden og købte her også en parklife elektronisk p-skive. 14 dage efter sidder der en p-bøde i forruden, p-skiven er slukket. Kører herefter op til jer der sætter nyt batteri og indstiller skiven igen. 14 dage efter er den gal igen, p-bøde i forruden og p-skive slukket! Kører igen op til jer, får kvit og frit ny p-skive og i vil sende p-bøden til needit, som laver parklife skiven. De vil ikke betale og fraskriver sig alt ansvar!MEN det gør i ikke! I betalte bøden og kan sagtens se problematikken! Tak for Mogens elmer i kirstinehøj for den ekstraordinære service! Det er præcis derfor vi har været jeres kunder i 13 år og vi fortsætter!

Jeg købte en ny/brugt bil i marts…
Jeg købte en ny/brugt bil i marts måned. Bilen er en Mazda fra 2019. Sagde til sælger at jeg ville have forbehold for brugtvognstest hos FDM, som tillæg til købsaftalen. Således var jeg ekstra sikret i tilfælde af udbedring af skjulte fejl på bilen. Sælgeren nævner det til klargøringsteamet og jeg får bilen ca. 14dage senere. Ca. 14dage efter overtagelsen får jeg bilen tilbage fra FDM med 3 fejl. Alle fejl bliver efter sigende udbedret af værkstedet. Allerede dagen efter udbedringen stod det klart at AC enheden stadig ikke virkede efter hensigten. Kører bilen til rep. igen hos elmer i Kastrup. Jeg sidder og venter en times tid mens de kigger på bilen. Mekanikeren kommer ud og siger han har givet et AC eftersyn, men kunne ikke finde noget galt. Jeg forklare problemstillingen og viser videodokumentation til mekanikeren. Han påstår hovnakket at der intet er galt er med AC enheden. Jeg føler mig frustreret og argumentere yderligere, men bliver afvist. Absolut en kedelig oplevelse hvor man hverken føler sig set eller mødt som kunde. Vi slutter vores lille uoverenstemmelse og jeg proklamere, at jeg så blot må komme igen, hvis problemet ikke er løst. Får nøglerne, tænder bilen og problemet er ikke løst. Går tilbage til butikken og spørger om jeg ikke kan få noget vejledning til betjening af AC-enheden, for det kan jo være at det er mig den er gal med. Samme mekaniker kommer sur ud og sætter sig på passager sædet. Jeg prøver igen at forklare ham problemet og viser ham hvordan jeg betjener anlægget. Efter lidt snak frem og tilbage får han en kollega med ind i bilen. Jeg prøver igen at forklare problemet og pludselig, så var det hele meget mærkeligt- for “sådan var det altså ikke da han prøvekørte bilen”. Får en ny tid ca. 3 uger efter. Det er altså 3. gang de har bilen for at fixe problemet. Endelig ser det ud til at lykkedes. Og hvad tænker i der var galt? En manglende software opdatering… Der har åbenbart været en indkaldelse på den bilmodel på netop denne problemstilling. Så lidt feedback herfra Elmer- Den gode kundeoplevelse havde selvfølgelig været at bilen var uden fejl ved aflevering. Jeg anerkender at der kan ske fejl osv., men jeg har spildt min tid 3 gange for dette. Og når i så finder fejlen som værende en manglende softwareopdatering, så bliver jeg lidt træt- hvorfor er det ikke det første i tjekker ved klargøring af bilen til kunden ved et salg? Så havde i sparet alle en masse tid og en utrolig uheldig oplevelse med en meget påståelig mekaniker. For at det ikke kun er malurt i bægeret så vil jeg dog gerne rose modtagelsen med værkføreren og sekretæren, de var altid smilende, søde og rare. Jeg har også fået en gratis lånebil alle besøgene- men det er egentlig også forventeligt. Middelmådig oplevelse med plads til forbedring.

PAS PÅ!!!!
PAS PÅ!!!! Fik lavet bil hos Elmer og fik en god modtagelse og en god service. Da jeg skulle hente min bil havde de efter aftale synet bilen med besked om at bremserne var på grænsen til det tilladte. Efter nogledage begyndte der at komme mislyde fra venstre forhjul, det blev værre og værre og jeg regnede med det var de omtalte bremser og fik et nærliggende værksted til at kigge på det. Her fandt man ud af at hjulet i venstre side slet ikke var skruet på, men boltene blot sad løse og kunne skrues af med fingrene ved at dreje dem en omgang!!! Ved eftersyn på højre forhjul opdagede vi at hjulboltene var kværnet i stykker og da vi igen så på venstre forhjul var dette også tilfældet her. Den kappe der sidder på hjulboltene var helt ødelagt. Jeg fik fat i en sælger, hos Elmer, der var meget forstående over for alvorligheden i denne sag men så gik der ligegyldighed i den. Da jeg ville have Elmer til at kigge på min bil for at sikre mig at der ikke var sket noget med styrtøj eller lejer fik jeg en sludder for en sladder og en bortforklaring om at de slet ikke havde pillet forhjulet af....her skal det siges at det ikke kan lade sig gøre at pille kofangeren af uden at fjerne hjulkasse og hjul...men det mente mekanikeren da at man sagtens kunne. Jeg blev på ingen måde taget seriøst, jeg talte med en person der konstant var i forsvar og på ingen måde lyttede, jeg fik ikke tjekket min bil, og da jeg sagde at de da må få fat i den mekaniker der havde afleveret en livsfarlig bil til kunden, så blev jeg bare affærdiget. Der kan ske menneskelige fejl, men når man er skideligeglad med hvad kunden siger og det kun handler om at snakke udenom i så alvorlig en sag, så har man et seriøst sikkerhedsproblem i virksomheden. At levere en bil med et løst forhjul kan ikke bare sætte føreren i livsfare men også medbilisterne. Det er en fatal fejl der bare ikke må ske, og sker det alligevel så vil god kundeservice da i det mindste være at man tilbød at erstatte de ødelagte bolte og komme med en undskyldning. Men kan man ikke se sine egne fejl eller ikke ved vedkende sig dem, så kan jeg selvfølgelig godt se det er svært. Man kunne også undgå at historien ikke kom offentligt ud hvis man havde taget sagen alvorligt og mødt kunden med professionalisme. Og så har jeg ikke engang brokket mig over de bolte som er blevet smadret!!!

En fantastisk oplevelse som altid. Det er det bedste bilhus jeg nogensinde har oplevet. Og jeg har været ejer af mange forskellige bilmærker. Salg, Værkstedet og Klargøring er i særklasse og i toppen. Der udvises meget stor interesse i kundens behov og ønsker. The best kids watch on the marked.
I have tried a lot of different brands and models for kids tracking / phone watches and LilTracker is by far the best option. Not perfect, but still way ahead of others on the marked. The sound quality / mic quality is especially good. For the first time my kids do not have to repeat every sentence when talking to me through the watch in a loud enviroment. The app works great and the tracking is consistent (have some patience for it to update, based on the 4G connectivity in the area). A lot of the features I have not tried yet, but will be more relevant when the kids are older. All in all, the best kids tracking/phone watch on the marked.

Have experienced nothing but problems…
I purchased the Max LT-2000 for my son less than a year ago and it’s been nothing but problems. Between the terrible service and really shoddy gps tracking, I wish I just invested in an Apple Watch or Gizmo for him. I was even sent a replacement watch because the first one truly was a lemon, but this second one now won’t even turn on and neither the charger it came with nor the extra tabletop one I ordered will charge it! Ridiculous. Stay away from this product and just spend the extra money for quality.

Customer service staff are super…
Customer service staff are super helpful but the product isn’t very good. Connectivity is spotty at best and blocking unknown callers does not work… somehow they still get through. The app is super frustrating and has limited capabilities. I know you can pay $1.99 to avoid seeing ads, but why should I have to pay to not see ads?! When I need to get to the app quickly I have to bypass ads that take too much time to get by. We have a different watch for our older child that works much more reliably and has much better features. I highly recommend doing your research into what it is you need for your child before purchasing this product. The customer service people are super nice and want to help but CANT due to having a low quality product to troubleshoot.

Top notch customer service, a company that stands behind their product! No product is perfect, but the team at Lil Tracker does all they can to take care of their customers. Yes as other reviews have mentioned the app is not great, hopefully Lil Tracker creates their own app one day. Sadly, I'm in the US where too many people own guns. My kids are literally in a lockdown RIGHT NOW because of an altercation with a shooter near their school. I was able to listen in to both of my kids classrooms to know that they are safe. I was able to relay this to other parents who all wanted to know what watch they have so of course I let everyone know it's Lil Tracker. That kind of peace of mind is priceless! I have also never had an experience of emailing or calling a company years later and speaking to the same person. Joya is my customer service buddy! My kids are hard on these watches and Joya has helped me everytime. Also I have not found any other watch where you can use a SIM card of your choice. We simply don't need a $20+ plan x2 watches so the cheaper T-mobile plan works for us.

Update: they are refusing to issue a refund until I take down this review! I will not take it down! Terrible Customer Experience and Product…. Go elsewhere. We ordered a 2100 watch and they sent a 2200 watch. This was not what we wanted but at first they tried to sell it as an upgrade. We sent the watch back and they had the watch in their possession for 1 month and I still had no refund so I filed a dispute with my credit card. They challenged the dispute so now I have no watch, and I have not received a refund after 2 months! This was their mistake and they have done everything they can to make this harder on me, the customer. On top of it all, the watch is cheap and had a really old interface. Save your time and hassle and go with any other product.

DO NOT TRUST A WORD!! Zero stars would be too much. LWK accepted my offer on a vacant house December 2023. I couldn’t bid without proving my house was sold. I was told by Michael Dunne of LWK that my purchase would close by the end of Jan 2024. BER listed as D1, but after they accepted my offer they changed it to E2. My solicitor received no paperwork for months. Michael repeatedly told me they were just waiting on the release of deeds, and there was nothing else to worry about. Deeds were released in April. The sale of my home closed in April and I still didn’t have contracts for my purchase. I needed a short term rent while awaiting my purchase. Michael was fully aware of my situation but gave no help finding anything. I moved my stuff into storage and got a 3 month lease in an apartment through Daft. Michael assured me that once the deeds were released we would progress. My lease finished at the end of June and I was effectively homeless. I have 3 children, and a dog. We couch surfed in friends. In late July I asked to meet Michael at the house and he told there were “financial issues” on the vendors side, and he didn’t even know if he could sell the house! Despite accepting my offer 7 months previously, promising a quick sale, demanding my own house was sold in order to make an offer, and they were still advertising the house I was supposed to be buying as for sale! It is beyond unprofessional and disgusting that they operate in this way. I was devastated. My removal company expected to store my furniture for 3 months so they needed their storage space back but it I’d nowhere to put my stuff.. I had to organise moving my stuff into another storage facility for an indefinite period of time at a cost of €450/month and triple removal costs, moving from house to storage, storage to more storage and no idea when I would secure a home for me and my children. They placed me in an impossible nightmare, causing immense stress and damage to my mental and physical health. I dealt with both Richard, who promised help but did nothing, and Patrick who bullied and blamed me! Told me it was my fault for selling my house! His attitude was both insulting, and disgraceful! Avoid like the plague, they’re soulless and couldn’t care less about buyers.

I saw a property on their website that I had an interest in.I made an enquiry on their contacts section leaving my contact details.I received no reply.I then made a call to the agent. My call was answered by a receptionist who took my details and said that she would reach out to the agent and ask them to contact me. I received no call back. I then sent another online enquiry, same result no reply. I made one more attempt to contact the agent. I phoned an the receptionist confirmed my previous call and said that I would be contacted,sadly no contact. I don’t know what you have to do to contact these guys but I would just like to say that they have lost their customer a cash buyer with an interest in their premises.

I wanted to wait until I had completed a house sale before posting this review. As a buyer, LWK has been one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with in my life. It's telling their only positive reviews seem to come from sellers. House sales are a stressful process, but rest assured, this company will make it a million times worse. I should have predicted there would be problems with them when they were unable to answer any questions about the properties they were selling at the viewings. Richard and Shannon were the ones we were dealing with for the property. My partner and I went sale agreed on a property in Donaghmede. We got a valuer out, and she requested the BER certificate details, which must be sorted before a property is put up for sale as per the SEAI. I was initially told the BER was on a collegues laptop and she was on holiday in France. A week later, we asked again for it again, and Shannon sent a rude email saying we don't need it now as the sale would take months to complete. I later on found out that the BER rating advertised as a C3 in Daft and their website was false and copied off another property in the area, and the actual BER rating was then assessed, and the property was actually an E1. When I asked Shannon about this in an email, she ignored it, and any attempts to phone them they were 'unavailable'. We found out the property had serious issues with the wiring being a fire hazard. Since this would be costly to repair, I wanted to also ensure the oil boiler was definitely working as the surveyor pointed out it was not at the time of inspection. Shannon again sent emails saying the 'gas' (again demonstrating their knowledge on the properties they sell) was working, but I was told these held no weight legally if something went wrong, so I wanted to see for myself that it was functional. My trust in them was already on the floor. I eventually arranged with Richard and went with a parent to the property to get oil in the boiler and ensure it was working. You could tell he had never set foot inside the property he was selling before and pretended he had flu and stood outside on his phone so he could avoid questions or talking to us. When the oil was put in, I wanted to ensure the radiators heated up, and Richard refused to let us stay to check and basically kicked us out. By this point, I was done dealing with LWK and told them we were pulling out unless there was a significant reduction in the price. Richard initially told us the seller was not willing to reduce the price and to send an email saying we wished to pull out. After sending this email 10 mins later, he rang, saying they would reduce it by 2.5k and later 5k. I lied and said the bank would not give us the loan cause I feared they would not send back our holding deposit. To be honest, at this point, he could have reduced it by 100k, and I would have still pulled out. I was so done with them. I hope this review helps other buyers be cautious of this company and turn sellers off using them. They should remember that if they had no buyers, their business would fail and are they using the difficult market to get away with providing an abysmal service. I had a much better experience the second attempt with DNG, who were absolute professionals and a big contrast to this company.

I am very disappointed with this company. I made a bid via email after finding out the latest offer and while the sale was continuing, and my bid was never acknowledged and taken into account. I lost 2 weeks waiting for a response. Additionally during the viewing the agent did not provide any particular details on the property and was rushing us which was very unprofessional. Da evitare come la peste, spero che chiudano e paghino qualche multa. Vendono merce contraffatta che spacciano per originale. Sul loro sito garantiscono l'autenticità dei prodotti, ma a me sono arrivate delle Air Jordan 1 palesemente false. In casa ne abbiamo diverse paia, tutte originali e sappiamo riconoscerle. L'assistenza clienti non esiste, al numero indicato non si degna di rispondere nessuno, e nemmeno per mail. Sul sito (purtroppo ho letto solo dopo questa cosa) garantiscono il "reso gratuito" entro i 14 gg dall'acquisto, cosa illegale, poichè deve essere, al limite, entro i 14 gg dal ricevimento della merce. Ho effettuato l'acquisto di un paio di Jordan per la modica cifra di 225 euro il 29.12.2022, ho ricevuto le scarpe il 20.01.2023, nessuno ha risposto alle mie richieste di reso. Vergognosi! NB. I set up an account last week. I used it to take payments over the course of the day and at midday the following day, I was locked out my account. It said it didn’t recognise my password and when I tried resetting this- no emails ever appeared in my email. I have emailed and left messages for customer services and had no reply. I have no way to access my money.

Not a very professional company at all
Not a very professional company at all. Long story short, I wanted to put an offer to rent on a flat I'd seen, was told there were several other offers (I know a lot of agents say this anyway to make it sound like there's more competition) but mine could be 'squeezed in'. I rang the main office number and was told by another member of staff there were no other offers on this place at all. Less than a couple of hours later, to my delight I was told my offer has been accepted (something seemed off as I'd offered less than the asking price, but I was hopeful) and I was asked to pay the holding deposit, meaning the property is mine & off the market, subject to satisfactory reference checks. I paid the deposit, got this in writing on an email. Then I am WhatsApped and told there was some confusion, the landlord was given two offers which he thought was the same person, turns out it's two different people so he is going with the higher offer. It then became a bidding war (even though I'd already put a holding deposit down! It probably turns out two of us had). In the end, I said I would pay the asking price but no more, because I'd already had an offer accepted for the lower amount. After a lot of back and forth, it then ended up going to the other party, unless I could match what they'd put in. It took a few days to get my holding deposit back after a bit of chasing, but I did get it back - but missed out on another property in the meantime as I did not have the holding deposit funds to use. Monil who showed me round and dealt with this property sent me an inappropriate after the viewing on WhatsApp, which was highly unprofessional for someone trying to rent me a property. I have the screenshots, but he later deleted these messages - clearly because he knew they were inappropriate. Overall I would suggest using a less dodgy company who isn't going to be sly like that & not follow through on a property you've put a deposit down on. It caused me a lot of unnecessary stress!

Looks like they've given up deleting the negative reviews since closing down the business earlier this year as the brand had become too toxic. I won a case against one co-founder at the High Court and beat a defamation case from the other. The core team is now trading as Huddletons just up the road at 81 Parkway so it'll be fun to watch the fireworks as justice catches up with them there.

London Residential are crooks. I contacted the property ombudsman today because it was listed as defunct, and formed another company called LRSL. to avoid prosicution. They listed my property without consent taking it from other agents sites, unfortunately I instructed them some years ago, to tell all the negligent and misuse of my property would take a volume. Steer clear and use an honest company. The Absolute worse estate agents I have ever used . I have been a buy to let landlord for twenty years and decided to try someone different to rent a flat i had just refurbished. They seemed decent and knowledgabke about the area. We agreed a fee for letting and management, they found a tenant and emailed me a contract in the morning , then they were repeatedly calling me to ask if i had electronically signed and emailed the agreement back and insaid i would when i was ready and that I was working now but I would read the agreement when i had time after work and if happy sign and return it for the next day. Then they called me again and were telling me if i dont sign it straightaway the tenant is going to take another place and they were literally forcing me to sign it in a rush , against my will , putting me under alot of pressure. stupidly I did so. Once signed they contacted me and said they wasnt going to manage it, it was just letting only but the fees were the same, then they sent me an invoice with extra additional fees that they never told me about. I am not happy at all and feel completely conned. so have paid half there fees so far and will go court over the rest. absolute con artists.

AWFUL at best
Ok, don't even know where to start... PLEASE, read all the lowest reviews and that's the truth about this agency. THE WORST I have ever dealt with in my 15+ years in London. HORRENDOUS is an understatement. Dealt with them for 3 years since the property was fine, but the agency is beyond describable! An absolute horror. Camille McQueen - a property manager - is sadly beyond useless in her role, never replies to emails, not helpful at all. And the thing is that once you sign the contract you only deal with a property manager - one of the few being Camille - so WATCH OUT. Her being called a 'property manager' is very misleading to say the least. She does not manage ANYTHING, not even her mail box. What is scary and truly pitiful is that I emailed Camille's manager, Michael Kennedy, complaining about her truly horrific customer service and he totally ignored me, NEVER to this day even acknowledging my email. Everything in the lowest reviews is true so I will not write it again. Do NOT rent or buy through this agency. They are truly unprofessional. Avoid at all costs! I am so glad we have nothing to do with them anymore. Never again.

Fantastisk serviceoplevelse. Jeg købte sauna fra Coldhawaiivildmarksbad tilbage i februar 2020, som jeg købte netop her pga det flotte design. Desværre havde saunanen fået en løfteskade, som gjorde at der trængte fugt ind i saunanen. Derfor tog jeg kontakt til Coldhawaiivildmarksbad igen, og efter et par ekstra undersøgelser blev vi enige om at saunanen blev byttet til en ny. Vi har oplevet en virksomhed, som er blevet meget mere professionel over de 2 år vi har kendt det, og jeg kan kun anbefale at købe produkter herfra, da der både er styr på produktet og på den service der følger med.

Jeg kan anbefale Cold Hawaii Vildmarksbad. Vi er glade for deres kvalitetsprodukter (Et Søndervig Vildmarksbad) og nu for deres høje service. Efter at der er blevet sat et nyt hold i efteråret 2021, kan vi virkelig mærke en forskel i serviceniveauet. Hvor vi tidligere har kunnet opleve lange svartider. Så er vi er meget tilfredse med den service, vi har oplevet i forbindelse med nogle udfordringer med ovn og tilslutning. Allerede samme dag som vi kontakter firmaet, får vi svar med en mulig løsning. Da den viser sig ikke at fungere, bliver der fra firmaet side arbejdet på forskellige løsninger, alt sammen i tæt dialog med os og hurtig reaktionstid. Vi synes firmaet har været meget serviceminded og har strækket sig langt for at nå frem til en bæredygtig løsning for os.

I contacted Coldhawaiivildmarksbad through email and they responded immediately. They arranged another filter pump from their displayed model and offer it free to me. Lang levering af dyrt saml-selv-produkt
Vi har købt et koldtvandskar og selve produktet er der som udgangspunkt ikke noget galt med, men oplevelsen af købet halter noget. Det hele startede med, at vi var nødt til at kontakte firmaet 3 gange, før der overhovedet kom hul igennem. De svarede ikke på henvendelser sendt via hjemmesiden og først da vi kontaktede dem via en emailadresse, fik vi kontakt. Herefter gik der adskillige måneder før NOGET af bestillingen nåede frem - uge efter uge blev forventet levering udskudt. Da karret endelig nåede frem, var det uden afløbssæt og afsluttende kant/håndliste. Vi måtte kontakte dem igen og kort tid efter fik vi tilsendt afløbssæt. Aftalen var da, at jeg kunne kontakte dem og få en kort instruktion i hvordan det skulle monteres. 3 forgæves telefonopkald senere, endda med beskeder på deres telefonsvarer, monterede jeg det selv. Inden ordren var fuldt leveret, trak de pludselig alle pengene for min bestilling!! Altså måtte jeg have fat i dem igenigen og de beklagede mange gange, at ordren endnu ikke var fuldført. Nu har jeg så langt om længe - ca 6 måneder efter handlen blev indgået - modtaget sidste del af min ordre, håndlisten/den afsluttende kant på karret. Den er ikke oliebehandlet som resten af karret - og som vi har betalt for - men leveret i ubehandlet træ. Da jeg igen får kontakt med firmaet, kan de ikke se at jeg har bestilt oliebehandlet træ og iøvrigt regner de med, at jeg selv monterer håndlisten. Det kan jeg også sagtens, ligesom afløbssættet, men til dén pris forventede jeg egentlig et færdigt produkt leveret på adressen og ikke et saml-selv-sæt og en ikke-eksisterende kundeservice. Der findes mange andre firmaer, der sælger den slags kar. Jeg vil nok anbefale et af dem - med mindre man er usædvanlig tålmodig...

Har fået et Klitmøller vildmarksbad. Det har hele vejen igennem været en god oplevelse. God service, eminent produkt (som jeg ser som enestående, da belægningen gør den nem at holde pæn). Eneste minus må være ventetiden, på at få tønden, men i betragt, at det ikke er en metervarer fra Kina, men et håndlavet produkt, som er lavet i Danmark, så er det OK😍

Sent 3 emails no reply sorry there late no updates nothing!… I rang the shop up loads times no answer! When I did get through woman wasn’t no bothered on the phone lied to me said they will come today then tomorrow don’t want to listen to what I had to say don’t offer me refund back for xtra that I paid she didn’t have a clue what she was doing. Then I rang again cause I got sick of waiting she then lied again saying that they had already been shipped when they hadn’t then…..I rang again spoken to the bloke then they shipped my order Saturday! I have only had a good experience with this company. A couple of times they didn't have what I ordered but they called me so I chose an alternative, and they let me have a more expensive vape instead which is great customer service. They replied the first time wanting order number and picture of vape which I sent but then no reply but a reply saying undress unknown address. Have emailed another 2 times and still no reply! Very risky
I received faulty devices recently and tried to contact them. I've been told to upload the pic but got no response for three days now. Firstly, they will ask for time to call back and secondly, they will not pick up the phone. After 2more days, made contact to their Manchester office and the guy told that he would solve the problems if he gets the details in his number. I did but 3 more days passed. Again I could reach to another colleague and again I had to upload all the details to her designated number and she promised to start the return process before closing. Since I have not received any updates, I found to explore their service in detail on Trustpilot. Its such a pain and really worried about my money.

I don’t know where these customers are sending the satisfied reviews, as I have not even received a shipping confirmation let alone the product I ordered, not to mention the fact you already have my money. I have tried to call, the phone number that I found just rings, I have also sent a message, which has not been replied to. Very dissatisfied with this company. Would like a full refund! Very happy, delivered on time
My wife was very happy with the ring I chose for her. I had the first letters of the names of all the dogs we have owned since we met that have passed over the Rainbow Bridge, so it is very sentimental. It is a great value in today's economy. The quality is good, and it arrived in the promised time and my questions were answered promptly via email. I will recommend them highly and will probably buy from them again.

Paid extra money for a speedy delivery Ordered on the 15/1/25 Didn't arrive after 3-4 days and therefore requested a refund as the order didn't even look like it had been processed, but was told it had been sent already So constantly emailed every for an update of delivery schedule The bracelet I thought was coming from UK but when a delivery email was finally sent to me it was sitting in China somewhere for over a week I did receive emails off 'Stephanie' who I believe is an automated email as it was virtually the same message every day The bracelet has arrived eventually 3/2/25 ( I got it sent to him in error not me ) so sadly I haven't seen it and my brother isn't wearing it (assuming it's cheap looking or different bracelet altogether with no name inside either) I obviously can't ask him about either he's to distraught to talk about anything at the moment let alone a problem I may have with a poxy bangle I've seen these cheaper in the UK especially as they're not even silver Expensive lesson learned *Update* Tried contacting the postal company as recommended due to late delivery and they haven't replied In view of the fact I paid the extra postage to Hope Rings i still think it is bad customer service for them to expect me to contact the postal company for a refund

"Terrible experience with Hope Rings! I was excited when I first received my ring, but it tarnished so quickly it was shocking. For something advertised as high-quality, this was a huge disappointment. To make matters worse, their customer service is absolutely awful. I’ve sent **11 emails** over several weeks trying to get the issue resolved, and I’ve either been ignored or given generic responses that don’t help at all. They clearly don’t care about their customers once they’ve taken your money. It’s been frustrating, time-consuming, and a complete waste of energy. I regret ever purchasing from them and wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Avoid at all costs!"

All good until issues start arising
Initial installation went well. Support after though when things started to go wrong afterwards awful. Pipe started leaking the day after installation, we were not made aware at the time that this could be a consequence of old pipes with a new combi. Very dismissive in communication back, had to fix issue ourselves . Secondly now the filter has started leaking and boiler losing pressure, not even managed a year without an issue with the actual installation he was responsible for. My partner has been in contact and he has offered to come and quote us to fix something that I believe should be rectified free of charge.

Dismissive and no after care!
Andy and his team installed a new boiler at our property. Installation went well. However having the morning after, waking upto leaking pipes and letting Andy know, this was dismissed and said it was not their fault... its never leaked before... a few months on and we have a leak from the boiler itself.. contacted Andy to let him know, response was they will charge me to replace a seal.... not good enough! You fitted the boiler so you should be fixing your issues!! No after care has been given and yet to still have our warranty in which Andy said he would register it for us!

Highly Professional and Very Skilled with Proper Customer Service
I booked a boiler service with Craig, and he and Andy arrived on time as agreed. My boiler has not been that reliable since installation, and rather than call in the original supplier I wanted an in-depth service and health check. Long story short - The service could not be completed as the original installation had not be done to the proper specifications. This resulted in replacing pipework, re-routing other pipes, a system flush etc, etc. I am now taking this up with the company that did the incorrect install. What Craig and Andy did was to be totally professional and very honest in ensuring that I had a safe and properly operating boiler; so refreshing to have this level of service with a genuine concern to do their very best for the customer. I cannot recommend them highly enough, simply outstanding! Thank you

Fantastic good old customer service.
I have used Surefire Eco now three times since getting to know them. First of all for a toilet at work then for taking out some old gas heaters at work. Andy from Surefire has also helped us with a job at home as well. The level of service every time has been fantastic. Andy came each time and arrived when he said he would. The work he did was excellent and at what I believe was a very good price. Our boiler stopped working on Sunday…
Our boiler stopped working on Sunday morning, leaving us in the cold. We were given the contact details of Surefire Eco by a family member. After a short conversation with Andy, knowing just how stuck we were, he made a special effort to arrange his other jobs so he could come to see us first thing Monday morning. After an inspection, it became obvious that our old boiler needed replacing. Now here is the good thing. By Wednesday, Andy and Craig were with us installing a new boiler along with some other jobs that we asked them to do as well. The job went really well without too much disruption or mess. We were so pleased with the professional way in which everything was done. Nothing was too much trouble for Andy and Craig and we are highly delighted with our new boiler and system. We were amazed at the speed at which everything took place and we would not hesitate to recommend Surefire Eco to anyone who wants a speedy professional job doing at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much for everything.

Customer Services and 'Contact' email addresses bounce back with error "email account does not exist" Phone number doesn't answer, nor is there voicemail. Haven now disputed transaction with my bank. AVOID.

Dyrlægen tog flere røntgenbilleder end, hvad der virkede nødvendigt. Billederne nægter dyrlægen at udlevere til os, men vil kun sende til andre dyrlæger, selvom vi har forklaret, hvorfor vi ønsker at have billederne. Hun bilder os ind, at det er umuligt at sende dem, selvom vi har fået bekræftet fra ander dyrlæger, at det er muligt at downloade billederne. Vores hund fik sig desuden en skade under en operation, som vi oplyste klinikken om. Det ignorerede de fuldstændigt og lyver om at have svaret på vores henvendelse. Nu benægter de, at det er sket i forbindelse med operation hos dem, selvom vi slet ikke har ønsket andet end blot at oplyse dem om det og lidt gennemsigtighed og ærlighed. Dyrlægen skifter fuldstændig personlighed ved den mindste ulejlighed eller snak om penge. Hun har været meget ubehagelig i tonen over for min datter, og vi er meget chokerede over den måde hun har opført sig. Vi har slet ikke lagt op til konflikt, og vi er kede af, at dyrlægen har valgt at reagere så voldsomt på en situation, der nemt kunne løses. Dyrlægen har desværre også løjet om, hvad vi har sagt, men vi har heldigvis skriftlig dokumentation på noget af det. SVAR PÅ KLINIKKENS BESKED: Hvorfor henviser I til, at operationen blev udført korrekt, og at vores hund nu kan bevæge sig uden smerter? I ved udmærket godt, at den skade, jeg henviser til, ikke har noget med selve knæoperationen at gøre, men derimod en mulig forbrænding eller evt. uopmærksom brug af shaver, som resulterede i, at vores hunds testikler blev skadet under operationen – en situation, som I har valgt at ignorere. Derudover er det ikke korrekt, at vi undlod kontrolbesøg. Vores hund blev opereret den 5. april 2024, og vi var til kontrol den 11. april 2024. Til kontrol blev vores hund ikke taget ind i et undersøgelsesrum, men blev blot hurtigt og overfladisk tilset ved receptionen. Under kontrolbesøget gjorde vi opmærksom på, at vores hund ikke kunne tåle den smertestillende medicin, som derfor blev taget retur. På baggrund af dette fik vi en ny faktura - fakturen er dateret den 11. april 2024. Alt dette bør I kunne se i jeres system. Det er både foruroligende og uacceptabelt, at I vælger at fordreje sandheden.. men det siger vel en del om jeres måde at drive forretning på.

They saved my cat
They literally saved my cat. After several negative experience and incorrect diagnoses with other vets and clinics in Copenhagen, this was the best that could happen to me and my cat. I can’t be grateful enough to the vets, not only for being professional but also caring and empathic. Plus the fees were much more friendly compared to other places. I strongly recommend and wish the best to this clinic, I wish there were more places like this in the world!

Den bedste dyrlæge🙏
Jeg har netop haft den mest fantastiske oplevelse med Hellerup Dyreklinik. Vores elskede hund skulle tjekkes for et eventuelt brud, og i den forbindelse opdagede de to tumorer😔 I sidste uge fik hun fjernet tumorene samt hendes livmoder, og det er gået helt fantastisk. Vi har flere gange siden været derude til tjek, og alt er fint. Vores hund er super tryg ved personalet, som alle har en fantastisk tilgang til både dyr og ejere. Det er tydeligt at de elsker dyr, og det er første gang vores hund frivilligt går ind af døren hos en dyrlæge. Tusind tak for jer, i gjorde en svær situation meget tryg for os. Vores største anbefalinger❤️

Den bedste dyreklinik i Hellerup og på Østerbro
Både dyrlæge og dyresygeplejerske var helt fantastiske med min hund, da den skulle have renset tænder. Der er ingen tvivl om at de virkelig elsker dyr og har meget stor erfaring. Min hund hader ellers at komme til dyrlægen, men dette besøg var en dejlig oplevelse for ham. Jeg kan på det varmeste anbefale Hellerup Dyreklinik til alle med hund - og sikkert også alle andre dyr. Jeg har været til flere dyrlæger på Østerbro og i Hellerup men dette er min hunds dyrlæge fremover.

Skulle desværre aflive 2 gammel marsvin, kiggede på deres hjemmeside, hvor de oplyste en pris på 275 kr pr Marsvin, ringede og talet med en dame og fik en tid, under samtalen spørger jeg 2 gange: om prisen er 275 kr pr Marsvin, hvilket bliver bekræftet. Efter aflivning skal jeg så betale, så er prisen pludselig 1444 kr for aflivningen af 2 marsvin ??? Hvilket jeg betaler, men stiller mig undren og fortæller dem at jeg ikke forstår prisen eftersom jeg havde fået oplyst en pris på 275 kr per Marsvin, samt viser dem deres prisliste på deres hjemmeside, hvor det står sort på hvidt. Svaret : det beklager vi, det må være en fejl på vores hjemmeside og hun må have set forkert hvorefter de holder fast på prisen...
