Köpte för 15 år sedan en avfuktare typ PD250 som fungerar fortfarande. "Barnsjukdomar" i form havererad spjällmotor och slocknade PTC-element kunde lyckligtvis åtgärdas inom garantin som då var hela 10år. Garantierna är dock inte lika generösa idag. Men de nya modellerna, med roterande absorptionsblock enl den beprövade Munthers-principen, är förhoppningsvis pålitligare och håller längre. Avfuktning kan med fördel kombineras med ozon-behandling av hus och krypgrunder.

We had our loft boarded and a hatch ladder installed by Steve and Craig. They were absolutely fantastic! Polite, punctual, hard-working and super efficient. Don’t order from this company …
I ordered white membrane for my garden and was sent black. I was told white would be despatched but more black arrived. I rang and was told to return all 8 rolls of black and the same day I would receive white membrane. No white membrane! I have wasted £32.99, a lot of time and energy to be told they don’t stock white and I can keep the rolls that I have! I don’t have any!!!! I returned them!!! This company are a joke!!! I shall be contacting head office and Amazon as they have just wasted my precious time, energy and money. Now they are saying I could have a refund and keep the product for free!!! I was never given this option so they are lying! I am contacting Amazon and head office!

5* for service, but goods were damaged so 4* overall
First, the positives: - very quick shipping - excellent customer service - replaced broken items without hesitation - would definitely use again. However, the overall experience was marred by the fact that the items I bought (marble placemat sets) arrived damaged with chipped edges. Mathilde at Rinkit was very helpful and sent replacements out the same day, but some of those replacements also arrived damaged. Mathilde once again sent out some more replacements...that also arrived damaged. At this point I was offered a partial refund, which is acceptable but does leave me disappointingly short of the full set I originally ordered. So, overall, it's clear that Rinkit do care about providing good service, especially if things go wrong. But some improved quality control on shipped goods might be in order, where possible.

Highly recommend ordering direct from this company. Great items and outstanding customer service! I ordered 4 garden chairs that were delivered by DPD following day. They were flat packed, we checked contents same day, all seemed ok. When we made chairs up a few days later, one had moulding issue, meaning it was wonky (couldn't be adjusted). I emailed Rinkit that evening, and early next morning had a response apologising. Once provided photo, I received immediate reply advising a replacement had been sent out by DPD and would be with me within 2-3 days. It arrived even quicker. No need to take apart faulty chair and go through a lengthy return process/wait for collection return. The customer service was outstanding, the chairs are excellent and I would highly recommend. Would order direct from Rinkit in future! Impressive all round experience, from service to updates to price and quality of goods.

We ordered a garden setting through secondary seller and when arrived the table was slightly damaged so with no response from secondary seller I emailed Rinkit as the seller and received an immediate response with a replacement table being sent out immediately with apology. Excellent customer service. Would look to purchase again but directly from Rinkit next time. The garden furniture is really nice and chairs sturdy

Think Twice
Don't deliver when they say they will. When they are late they just say "somebody should have sent you an email!". You ring up for tracking details, as they advise, and they give various DUBIOUS stories: "supplier was hacked", "it's here now, you'll get it tomorrow", etc. none of which is true. Don't reply to URGENT emails, left in the lurch, cost me thousands.

Aankoop daar gedaan, op de site stond op voorraad, na een aantal weken nog niks ontvangen, contact opgenomen, blijkt het toch niet op voorraad… na een geruime tijd een track & trace ontvangen van de transporteur, totaal geen bericht van Gereedschappelijk Na een paar maanden deed de radio het niet meer ( daar kan Gereedschappelijk niks aan doen natuurlijk), contact met hun opgenomen, verzendlabel ontvangen, radio teruggestuurd in originele doos en omdoos, na 2 weken zelf maar contact met ze opgenomen wat de status was, kreeg te horen dat ze een achterstand hadden… verder totaal geen bericht meer vanuit hun, totdat ik ineens van de transporteur een track en trace ontving, heeft in totaal bijna 2 maanden geduurd voordat ik mijn radio weer terug kreeg, radio ontvangen zonder originele doos en omdoos, de “doos” waarin het was teruggestuurd mocht de naam doos niet eens hebben, werd met plakband bij elkaar gehouden, gevraagd of ik mijn originele doos nog terug kon krijgen maar dit was niet mogelijk…. Nog niet misschien dat ik hier ooit nog iets koop, ze kunnen iets goedkoper zijn dan anderen maar de service is echt beneden alle peil!

Tot op heden geen enkel bericht meer gehad, ondanks dat ik al twee keer gevraagd heb om een reactie te sturen. Op 21 jan. iets besteld, 22 januari staat dat de bestelling in behandeling is na eerst de melding in afwachting van betaling. Wat een vreselijk slechte communicatie. Wel betaald en verder wordt je in het ongewisse gelaten. Ik ga op 5 februari aangifte doen als ik op woensdag 5 februari niets heb ontvangen of een mail heb ontvangen of mijn geld retour heb gekregen.

Na 14 dagen, geen goederen of reactie. Ik heb na 7 dagen contact opgenomen via email om te vragen waar mijn bestelling bleef. Het zou onderweg zijn met DHL en op de dag van mijn email bezorgd worden. Blijkt achteraf dat er nog niets verzonden was. Via email geen reactie meer. Telefonisch wel bereikbaar maar daar krijg je eigenlijk ook geen informatie want ze moeten het nakijken en bekijken met een collega. Ze beloven u op de hoogte te houden maar doen het niet. Na 14 dagen gevraagd voor een terugbetaling. Hierop krijg ik ook geen reactie. Schandalig en zeer frustrerend. Zulke bedrijven zouden ze onmiddellijk moeten sluiten.

Aangifte van Oplichting wordt gedaan
Ik ga vrijdag aangifte doen van oplichting door dit bedrijf. Begin augustus een product gekocht. Levertijd zou 3 tot 5 dagen zijn. Tot op heden nog niets geleverd. Eind augustus de order gecanceld. Volgens de voorwaarden zou geld binnen 7 dagen worden teruggestort. Vandaag de dag nog niets terug gekregen. Als ik andere reviews hier bekijk is dit echter niet de eerste keer dat dit gebeurd.

Product was zogezegd na 3-5 werkdagen geleverd bij mij... We zijn nu welgeteld 13 dagen verder en nog altijd niks. Geen telefoontje geen mail ofzo gewoon niks. Toestel is wel direct leverbaar en zelf op voorraad volgens hun website. Ik durf zelf niet te dromen hoe het daar werkt mocht het niet op voorraad zijn. Ik begrijp dan ook echt niet hoe jullie overeind blijven als bedrijf na zulke slechte communicatie en levertijden. Klantendienst trekt dan ook op niks is mijn besluit. Tot nooit meer
