Kvalificerat & systematiskt bedrägeri. Fortfarande flera månader efter beställning har inget levererats. För en dryg månad sedan kom ett "varor på väg" mejl. Men inga varor. Bedragarna har tydligen flera sajter, var noga och gör aldrig affärer där ägarnas namn är inblandade (namn du enkelt hittar på Alla Bolag och i svar till andra bedragna bland dessa omdömen).

The worst company to sign up for your home interiors….there sales team make a good pitch and promises a lot of things but once you sign up and are at the money they forget all of it….poor execution team, horrible designers, who have no idea what to do ….there vendors don’t turn up at the site and after making payment all you will do is chase them and it’s a pain getting them to do anything the quality of work and product is horrible for the money they charge…the entire team asssigned to your project is clueless and incompetent to work!!! The top management even after being aware about it turns a blind eye as far as they are making money!! Nightmare getting my house done from them ….do your self a favour and don’t make a mistake to get interiors done from them!!

Don't go for it....worst experience
1. How long will they take to get the product installed....and dig into the time they promise....for eg. If they say 2 months ....ask 2 months from when....bcoz they will mislead u by not sharing that after the measurements they will have a 5-7 days time for again checking the design and then they will place the order 2. Most important.... measurements....if u have Denmarked area then ask them how much space the final product will take ...in my experience... design cafe didn't use the space fully instead they have their particular size standard models and they will fit those into ur bigger space by creating fillers around ur Denmarked space and by that making ur storage under utilised .. 3. If u r getting a tour to the mock kitchen or mock living/ dining room ....and if u find something of ur liking make sure they will customise that particular product as per ur storage/ space ....bcoz when I ordered for shelf above the microwave they took the order and fix the product which I saw in the mock kitchen which vary the size I wanted ....and when I asked ...they said ..." Aap ko jo dikhaya thha wahi hai" ( silly response ) 4. Make sure u r available when they take measurements....bcoz for me they just did it without even bothering to inform 5. Money will be always asked in advance....so in a way u r stuck with them.. 6. Even after the measurements and everything when they will come for installation u may find the pieces are not as per the sizes and u may want them to be resized... Only positive is installation team....done wonderful job...Mr..Vijay and Vishal very helpful Finally do not trust them at all... At all levels they have different people....sales person will rope u in who knows nothing about designs and company standards.... designer will not get involved after first meeting....u will be stuck with some amature contractor who won't be able to advise u

Wish there was an option to give 0 stars! Got my interiors done by DC, Mount Road, Chennai. Spent more than 20L. There are numerous issues, all from the architect, execution and Project Mgmt side. Comms: Pathetic. Need to follow up for even the smallest of updates. Management: They charge you a hefty amount for PROJECT MANAGEMENT. In the end, you need to do all the coordination and management. Quality: Very poor. Alignment wasn't proper. shaky drawers. detachable shelves had issues, re-order of faulty parts resulted in more faulty parts being delivered. They also said that they do the QC BEFORE THE INSTALLATION. Quite unbelievable considering the real check of quality can be done only after installation. Escalation: No one responds until you escalate. Even then they don't learn their lessons and WAIT for things to explode again. Their city operations head is the most uncouth and pathetic manager I have seen in any organization.

Worst service. Do not waste your money and time. 1. delay in every step 2. no transparency 3. customer bring she design 4. non complaint software 5. Delay after delay 6. no handover process 7. No guarantee documents in handover 8. No customer support 9. no proper way of handling the tickets 10. they dont care about the customer 11. dont keep the promises. every time they make some promises in the mail, chat etc., next day in the same mail and in the same chat they ignore... and many and many.. dont waste money.

Do not invest in DC , Total waste!!! Please do not invest ur hard earned money with DC They dont keep up their promises. Right from production of dc products till the hand over date there were lot of neglegence and delay. The quality of the product and work was even more worst than we thought. Moreover, within 2 months of hand over all the doors are hanging out from the frame. We raised a complaint through their customer portal on 10/7/2023 no one turned up till now. But before 2 days i recieved a mail that the service has been completed. Worst Management!!!

DesignCafe.com - a scam story
There is a scam going on in Home Interiors Industry. I bought a new house and was due for possession, so we started looking for interior options. Among others, we met DesignCafe. They showed interest in our requirements and offered to deliver within our budget. As we progressed, they offered us a coupon deal to upgrade raw materials at the same cost. To reserve this offer they asked us to pay Rs. 20,000, a non-refundable amount (our biggest mistake). However, after each discussion, their quotation value started changing. This got us worried and so I prepared an Excel file with all the requirements and asked them to fill in the cost. To our surprise, the cost was at least 30% higher than shown in the quotation. This is a big issue with all Interior companies they promise you within your budget, but you will end up paying almost 50% higher. During this time, I was also moving my home loan to another bank and it took more than expected time. We informed them of this delay and told them to keep things on hold till later in April 2023, as we could not start without getting possession of the property. This is when the scam started. On 31st March (year-end) they started forcing us to pay 10% of the quotation, or else will forfeit the deal for which we paid Rs. 20,000. They constantly harassed me till 11:30 pm with calls and messages. I decided to call back in the morning. After several calls and emails, we decided not to proceed with them. They were lying about the quotation, behaving unprofessionally and so we lost our trust working with them. Did not want to be stuck later. BTW they take 100% amount before installing anything at your house. Now they are denying to refund us our money saying this is non-refundable. In the hope of some amicable resolution, I wrote to their management Gita Ramanan (CEO) & Anoop Krishnan (COO) on LinkedIn. After almost a month, no response. Today I got a call again stating the same - No Refund. When I asked instead of a refund give me something of the same value. To that, they offered me an interesting deal, book a minimum order of Rs. 2,00,000 and they will adjust Rs. 20,000. Aryabhatta must be amazed to see how Zero can make a difference. To get my money back I need to pay 10 times more, must be a joke. Facts of the case: 1) Amount was for reserving a coupon and not any commitment to start the work. 2) Design Cafe's presented us with false quotations and we chose to cancel the deal. 3) This was based on verbal discussion and no agreement/documentation was signed between us. I thought to let it go as it was not a big amount, but I was reminded that it is my hard-earned money. I am posting this to make sure no one else falls into these scams. The Internet is full of such complaints and scams and no action is taken against any of them. They are happily defrauding homeowners and making money.

Bordben falder af Bent Hansen bord
For næsten fire år siden købte vi et dyrt Bent Hansen bord og forventede jvf. prisen et både flot og holdbart møbel. Flot var det måske, men holdbart ville være meget synd at sige. Den anden uge brækkede ét af de fire bordben nemlig af bordet, mens vores tumling kravlede rundt under det, så han nær fik det i hovedet. Fatningerne, som skruerne sad i, var blevet møre og dårlige, og benet faldt simpelthen bare af. Vi har henvendt os til BH kundeservice, som ikke vil kompensere os, da der er gået for lang tid, og da vi har købt bordet igennem en forhandler, der ikke findes længere. Det er ikke overraskende, men heller ikke imponerende. Hvad værre er, er at BH ikke vil påtage sig noget af ansvaret og slutter en mail på en måde, som jeg kun kan læse som en implikation af, at problemet formentlig er vores egen skyld. Jeg tror simpelthen, at vi går videre med Jysk eller Ikea, da jeg faktisk ikke tror, at benene på deres borde - trods den meget, meget lavere pris - falder af på den måde. Bordet har i øvrigt også i mine øjne det designproblem, at benene samler sig på bordpladens midte. Det gør, at det rent designmæssigt står og vugger frem og tilbage som en budding ved den mindste berøring.

Dårlig behandling
Dårlig behandling. Har i oktober 2022 købt 6 primum stole med dreje stel. Stellet knager med det samme vi tog dem i brug. Vi blev oplyst at der var en produktions fejl i stellet og derfor fik vi dem ombyttet. Det samme var så galt med de nye stel. Vi finder selv ud af at der findes et stel i bedre kvalitet og til en dyrere pris og ønsker derfor dette stel istedet. Der er en prisforskel som vi bestemt mener at Bent Hansen må dække da vi som udgangs punkt har 6 stole vi ikke kan bruge med det oprindelige stel. Det skal ydermere siges at hver gang der har været problemer med stellene har vi måtte vente i måneder inden der skete noget. Bent Hansen vurderer at i vores situation vil de ikke dække den difference der er for at vi får nogle stole der virker. Jeg er vred over den behandling og kan ikke anbefale at handle med dette firma. Tænk at de har lyst til at få sådan en dårlig omtale. Tænk at vi som har købt deres dårlige produkt til mange penge skal stå tilbage med, at det nu er vores problem og at sådan et firma ikke har lyst til at afslutte en reklamations sag med glade kunder som evt. kunne vende tilbage en anden gang og som kunne tale godt om Bent Hansen. Den her reklamation har vi brugt 10-11 måneder på.

Har købt 6 DYRE Primum stole med dreje sokkel sort læder til 7000kr stykket de knager og brager i stellet, fik dem byttet lige lidt hjalp det nu får man at vide de ikke er gode til at stå på tæpper og stellet skal give sig lidt, og hvis de skal stå på et tæppe anbefaler de at man sætter filt dutter under så der er Ingen reklamation ah Bent Hansen det må være en ommer. Så køb ikke de stole for de er ikke er ikke pengene vær kunne lige så godt være købt i jysk med den kvalitet til understel.

Vil ikke påtage sig ansvar ved reklamation
Købte 4 af jeres smukke Primum stole hos en af jeres forhandlere, men da jeg kommer hjem med dem, er 3 af dem virkelig grimme i læderet. Den sidste står helt perfekt. Butikken påtager sig (heldigvis for mig) ansvaret, og er enig i, at en stol til den pris absolut ikke skal se ud, som de gjorde. Den ene stol var så grov i læderet, at jeg næsten kunne file negle på den, og de andre to havde trykskader i læderet, af at have været været stablet i indpakningen fra fabrikken - altså ikke problemer som forhandleren er skyld i. Hele sagen har taget mange måneder, fordi i ikke vil påtage jer ansvaret over for forhandleren, og deraf 1 stjerne til jer - mindre, hvis jeg kunne give det. Jeres forhandler får derimod 5 stjerner - det kunne i jo tænke lidt over.

Dårlig service
Jeg er rigtig ked af, at jeg er nød til at skrive denne anmeldelse. Vi har købt primum stole uden drej hjemme og til vores nye hus i Spanien. Dem vi fik leveret fandt vi ret hurtigt ud af, at der var noget galt med stellet. Det hat taget over to måneder at få en afklaring om, at de vil blive byttet til nye. Vi havde bedt om, at e blev byttet til dreje stel, da dem vi havde købt med drej ikke havde problemer. Bent Hansen har dog ikke ville kompenserer for deres fejl og bytte til dreje stel. Her stopper vores problemer så ikke. Inden vi fik sendt vores 6 stole, 2 bar stole og en lounge stol Spanien spurgte vi om der var problemer med stellet på dem og fik klart nej fra forretningen, og vi behøvet heller ikke tjekke dem inden de blevet sendt afsted. Det viser sig nu, at der også er fejl på disse stel, det er fejl i læderet på de to bare stole, som derfor også skal retur. Vi gik ud fra, at vi havde købt et dansk kvalitets produkt, men det viser sig ikke og være tilfældet, og når der så stort set er fejl vil i ikke kompenserer med et dreje stel som vi har set fungerer. Vil aldrig anbefale jer til andre selv om i laver en stol som mand sider super godt i 😟

Meine Gattin wollte so gerne Stühle für den Esstisch aus Rattan, waren froh welche zu finden , sind etwas aus der Mode. Lieferung eine Katastrophe, einfach an der Zufahrt abgestellt, hätten angeblich angeläutet, nur wo. Kann so eine Firma nicht weiterempfehlen. Verpackung dessolat, Ware so es scheint in Ordnung

Leider sehr unzufrieden
Leider ist es nicht möglich keinen Stern zu geben. Ich habe Anfang Juni 3 Küchenelemente bei Mia Möbel bestellt. Mir gefiel das Design besonders gut, die Qualität schien gut zu sein und auch die Lieferzeit von 7-8 Wochen war ein Argument für mich. Diese Lieferzeit angeblich deshalb da ich die Arbeitsfläche habe verlängern lassen. Ansonsten wäre die Lieferzeit lauf Internetshop momentan 5 – 10 Werktage. Ich habe die ersten 2 Module Ende Juli geliefert bekommen mit Kratzern, gesplittertem Holz, abgeschlagenen Ecken, beschädigten Türen…. Angeblich wäre es kein Problem die Fehler durch einen Kollegen beheben zu lassen. Dies sollte gestern, nach dann 20 Wochen Lieferzeit für das letzte Küchenelement, geschehen. Leider stellte sich heraus, dass die Versprechungen auf Ausbesserung nur heiße Luft waren. Und leider kam auch das letzte Küchenelement zerkratzt und zersplittert und diesmal sogar nur mit halbfertiger Tischplatte. Die Kundenberatung und auch die Telefonate waren immer sehr nett und freundlich. Und bisher hatte ich die Hoffnung das wir einen gemeinsamen guten Weg finden das Problem zu lösen. Nach gestern und auch der weiteren Kommunikation habe ich die Hoffnung nicht mehr. Anscheinend haben schon einige Kunden ähnliche Erfahrungen machen müssen, wie ich hier lese. Mir wird es auf jeden Fall nicht noch einmal passieren über das Internet zu bestellen, ohne vorab Bewertungen über das Unternehmen gelesen zu haben.

Null Service und null Rücksendung möglich
Ich habe 2 Rattansessel bestellt. Nach einigem Hin und Her kamen die Sessel hier getrennt an. Nach dem Zusammenbau stellte ich fest, dass ein Sessel vom Gestell her total instabil ist und wackelt. Ich habe die Rücksendung beantragt, dafür bietet Mia Möbel ein Formular an. Es kam bis heute (nach Wochen) keine Reaktion. Auch nach mehreren Nachfragen nicht. Das finde ich sehr sehr unprofessionell ... nie wieder bestelle ich in diesem Laden

Ich bin absolut begeistert von meinem Kauf bei Mia Möbel. Die Qualität der Möbel ist herausragend und gut verarbeitet. Besonders gefallen hat mir die große Auswahl. Der Kundenservice war ebenfalls gut. Das Team war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Einkauf!

Null Punkte gibt es ja leider nicht. Hab am 30. November 2023 bestellt und bezahlt, immer wieder Lieferverzug.... Lt Email sollte heute zwischen 14 Uhr und 17 Uhr angeliefert werden. Nix. Kein Anruf von der Spedition, dass die sich verspätet, nix. Hab nun um Rückerstattung des bezahlten Betrages gebeten. Bin gespannt, wie die Geschichte ausgeht.

Habe am 26.8.2023 ein Lowboard…
Habe am 26.8.2023 ein Lowboard bestellt. Am 4.10.2023 wurde es geliefert. Einige Schrauben waren herausgerissen, eine Leiste gebrochen. Die minderwertige Qualität ist den horrenden Preis von 900€ absolut nicht Wert. Da kann man auch bei Ikea kaufen! Ich reklamierte sofort und mir wurden lächerliche 30€ Rabatt angeboten, für ein nicht nutzbares Möbelstück. Darauf habe ich mich nicht eingelassen. Am 11.10.2023 schrieb Mia-Möbel, dass man den Artikel beim Hersteller nachbestellt habe, die Lieferzeit 3-4 Wochen beträge. Kurze Zeit später wurde das defekte Möbelstück bei mir abgeholt. Einige Wochen später erhielt ich das ALTE, nun aber geflickte Möbelstück zurück. Die Aussage von Mia-Möbel vom 11.10.2023, dass man den Artikel nachbestellt habe, erwies sich also als unwahr. Wer viel Geld für minderwertige und/oder geflickte Ware und einen Kundenservice der einen verarscht ausgeben möchte, ist bei Mia-Möbel gut aufgehoben. Sehr geehrter Herr Riedel, am 3.11.2023 schrieben Sie mir: "Alles Gut, das können wir gerne machen, ich habe den neuen Artikel selber schon geprüft im Lager. " Also NEUER Artikel! Geliefert wurde der geflickte alte Artikel. Haben Sie etwa in der Mail vom 3.11. gelogen? Zudem schrieben Sie mir in der Mail vom 13.11.2023, ich könne ruhig eine Bewertung online abgeben... Und jetzt kommen Sie dahergekrochen und wollen noch mal reden??? Nö! Mia Möbel ist nicht zu empfehlen - hier wird der Kunde verarscht!

Today is the 21st Nov. I ordered a clock from this mob 26th Sep. I too didn't read the reviews. (Stupid). I have internet shopped for over 10 Years and have NEVER encountered such an appalling experience. I have now sent my 5th email asking for my money back. They appear to be thieves. I have given them until the end of the day to confirm my refund. If they give me some dribble about "we are checking" etc, I intend to do everything I can to shut this scam outfit down. There are laws protecting people from this type of practice and I will investigate and make it my soul purpose to see they can no longer trade. Grrrrrrrr. Very angry

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this company. However, I have now reported them to Trading Standards and Citizens Advice. I will take this all the way if I have to and would advise you to do the same. It's the only way to stop this.

Does not in my opinion even reflect the true violation this company have put honest buying customers through. I Purchased a Henry Vaccum Cleaner for £89.99 three months ago, received nothing and when I tried to contact the seller via the contact details provided it was a useless automated system. I have never been so disappointed and angry in all the years I have done internet shopping. This supplier was suggested by Google also to add to the scandal. DO NOT USE this website.

Item not arrived after 4 weeks
I ordered GHD straighteners from this website a month ago for £78. I received an email a few days later stating that the item had been shipped, but I have still not received it. There is an option to track the item, but the link doesn't work, and when I have called and emailed I have not received any response at all. Not sure what to do next now really. I will try my bank for a refund, and try watchdog/trading standards. Keri Ross

My partner ordered a set of GHD Hair Stylers (£80) from this 'company' nearly a month ago. We received an email confirming despatch the next day, but a week later it still hadn't arrived. We have emailed and phoned them but got no response, multiple times, the telephone just goes straight to an answer machine. Save yourself some money and stress, do not order from the variety store as the only variety you'll get is nothing for your hard earned cash!! I'll be reporting this to Trading Standards.

DO NOT TRUST
I purchased hair straighteners for my sisters birthday a few weeks ago. Supposedly the item was shipped the following day. Since then I have had no further update, the gift has not arrived, the company will not respond to email and their phone line now seems to be down. It all seems to have been a massive scam. Now have the joy of trying to get my money back. Hopefully the police catch up with these people and put them away. Lets just hope we are all covered and that they have not got away with everyones money!

Poor customer support
Shipping took long. When it finally arrived, it was too big. I also could see it was cheaply made and would be ugly even if it fit properly. So I asked to return it for a full return (as per the so-called guarantee.) Really terrible experience. FYI: The email response comes from an off the wall name. It looks like spam that you don't want to open. When I finally did look at it, it says I haven't responded so they might close the ticket. Bottom line, they will not give you a full refund. Best advise, always buy from a trusted source.

I don't understand the good reviews about Luxysense. The bra took a long time to get to me. I knew it was cheaply made as soon as I took it out of my mailbox b4 I even opened it just from the weight of the package. I wear a DDD/F. It was a flimsy, cheap bra from China. Of course way to small. Customer service is awful when and if they decide to read or answer any of your emails. They claim if you're not satisfied you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Don't believe it. Not only did I have to pay to have it shipped back, they didn't refund all my money. Also the bras you see on they're website isn't what you're going to get. DO NOT BUY FROM LUXYSENSE!!! Not sure on the date I ordered so I'm just guessing mid July probably before

I purchase one of there Bra's it said 100% money back guarantee, they don't pay for the shipping. Their bra's are cheap, poor quality, just plain old horrible. Oh and don't believe the 4.9 reviews on their website, it's really 2.9. Their customer is just as horrible was their bra's, they are bad spirited, nasty, and the lady hung up me. The name they have you to send the product back to is Shophelp.

I did not want to wait for replacement since I did not have patience to wait another 4-6 months. So I asked for return. There return policy change constantly based on owner’s mood. Their service is pathetic though price for products on high end. Initially, I thought we should support small business rather than order to room & board, but I got hefty amount to support this guy. Don't order from this company, Moona Bra was very cheap material and although I sent my measurements the bra they sent was about 3 sizes to small. Made in China and very cheap cotton used. No stretch. Of course they do the routine of sending it back to China or taking 50% off. Neither one works as they do not return any money and costs to much to return.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE! Total scam. I purchased some bathroom faucets here, after receiving them, I realized they were way bigger than listed on their site and would not work for the bathrooms. I’ve attempted to return these, but it is impossible to get a response. They keep messaging me “the American warehouse is having issues.” I don’t really care? Just send me a return label? Also won’t give me any instructions on how to make a return, won’t answer any emails, and won’t answer phone. The “return policy” on their site is a total lie and the product I received weren’t correct. I’m now out money for 3 faucets that weren’t the right size.

The worst customer service possible
I bought a bathtub from them, and the tracking app didn't work. I called the phone number and someone who spoke very little English answered "hello" and kept apologizing without being able to helping me and there was no one else to talk to. I was told I would get email confirmation about when I would receive the tub, I never did. I finally asked for a refund and one month later I still haven't received it. It is by far the worst customer service

Expression du besoin : cuisine BUT : remplacer un frigo encastrable. Mais plus de cuisiniste BUT à Granville donc je les appelle pour vérifier avec eux au téléphone s'ils peuvent faire l'intervention. Personne au téléphone : pas de souci, on a tous les modèles de frigo. Le jour de la visite : c'est bas de gamme, il faut tout refaire : c'est plus de 3000€ Non ce n'est pas bas de gamme c'est une cuisine BUT de 14 ans en état impeccable avec des portes même pas bancales. Conclusion : un autre professionnel lui sait faire l'intervention. Ne perdez pas votre temps avec eux. Ne savent pas s'adapter, ils veulent travailler avec leurs cuisines.

Une très grosse déception …
Le 30/1/22 nous avons commandé une cuisine modèle symphonie N1 pour 24066€ très bien conseillés par M. Tiphon le concepteur très à l’écoute de nos besoins. Livraison prévue pour le 24/6/22. Nos déboires ont alors commencé avec des côtes mal prises et donc une cuisine inexploitable … mais le chèque de solde aussitôt encaissé. Le poseur n’est revenu que le 9/9 pour modifier et relever des anomalies à reprendre (alignement évier, étagères four abîmées, cachés manquants , Porte frigo abîmée,…). Apres plusieurs relances auprès de Karel qui gère les interventions, nous prenons enfin possession de notre cuisine le 24/11/22 soit 5 mois après son paiement final ! Heureusement que nous avions une cuisine d’été pour palier à cet inconvénient. M. Tiphon nous avait dit qu’il nous ferait une attention (un porte serviette pour le meuble sous évier), mais rien! Il nous avait vanté le professionnalisme des poseurs et du service commercial… personne nous a contacté malgré les problèmes rencontrés, ils ne vont jamais reçu de demande d’avis pour évoquer notre satisfaction sur leur site. Fin, octobre 2023, soit un peu moins d’un an après la prise de possession de notre cuisine, le meuble situé au-dessus de la plaque de cuisson a commencé à gondoler, et ce malgré l’utilisation de la hotte. Problème de conception? Problème de groupe, pas suffisant ou trop éloigné de la plaque? Nous sommes donc rentrées en contact avec notre vendeur Arthur Bonnet, Cannes, Mandelieu (la société Casanova) afin de rectifier le problème. Sans réponse, et après plusieurs relances, trois mois après, on ne répond que cela intervient suite à une mauvaise utilisation et pour parfaire le tout « que l’installation ne présente pas de défaut de conception. Néanmoins, une hotte aspire de l’air et non pas de l’eau. Qu’il convient de retirer l’excédent d’eau (vapeur) qui se dépose sur la façade après utilisation de la plaque de cuisson »…. À croire que nous sommes stupides !!!! Devant ce manque de considération, nous sommes intervenus auprès du service client du groupe début avril qui n’a pas eu plus de considération, nous répondant au mois de juillet, après plusieurs relances que le revendeur ; la société Casanova Arthur Bonnet cannes Mandelieu ; nous avait déjà répondu en février. Mais quel sens du commerce !!!! Qu’il s’agisse d’Arthur Bonnet Cannes la société Casanova (qui porte bien son nom) ou de la maison mère d’Arthur Bonnet où sont fabriquées les cuisines (cuisine Design industries) située dans le 85…. Ils ne sont pas du tout dans l’empathie. Nous avons tous les atouts pour faire un recours car la hotte est en retrait de la plaque de cuisson et donc forcément la vapeur attaque le meuble positionné au-dessus. Il s’agit bien d’un défaut de conception , la hotte devrait recouvrir toute la plaque. Cependant les frais engendrés par cette action seraient supérieurs au montant de la reprise du meuble où est intégré le groupe hotte. À défaut, nous postons aujourd’hui cet avis qui permettra aux futurs clients d’être plus vigilants que nous l’avons été. M. Mme Russo Clients et consommateurs, déçus 😞

Cet après-midi, visite au magasin Arthur Bonnet de Pérols. J'ai fait le tour du magasin, 2 vendeurs étaient présents, très absorbés par leur dossier !!!! Aucun accueil , aucun bonjour , ils n'ont pas levé le nez de leur bureau. Tant pis, c'est dommage, j'irai voir un autre cuisiniste !

Je me bats depuis 1 an et demi pour un défaut de pose de mon four Micro-onde. Le service consommateur ne fait que nous prendre pour des c**. Depuis plus que 1 an et votre « Expert » n’a pas de RDV !!! Vous avez combien de litige en cours en fait ? Mais en fait, avez-vous en vrai un « Expert » dans votre boite ? Il ne me reste plus que la voie judicaire avec vous. J'ai acheté une cuisine à prix d'or pour le Made in France et la soi-disant qualité et le SAV. J'aurais dû acheter de IKEA beaucoup moins cher avec une vrai garantie.

Mauvaise expérience chez Arthur Bonnet
Je suis allé chez Arthur Bonnet dans la zone du Luc à Dechy, on m’a très bien accueilli en m’expliquant tout le projet qui allait se mettre en place en précisant ttes les étapes , de la conception à la livraison, cela semblait très intéressant, le commercial ventait son expérience et son professionnalisme. Il m’a dit que le rdv que ns allons fixer allait prendre presque 2h….. Il m’a reçu qq jours après, le rdv a duré 20 mins, il m’a dessiné sur une feuille de papier son idée ( intéressante), il m’a dit qu’il allait travailler dessus et qu’il reviendrait vers moi 2 jours après…. Au bout d’une semaine j’y suis retourné, il m’a dit qu’il y avait un oh de logiciel et qu’il me préviendrai par mail des q ça serait rétabli, 10j plus tard j’y suis retourné à nouveau, il m’a dit qu’il y avait tjs un pb de logiciel……à ce jour, 2 mois après j’attends tjs son devis. Énorme manque de respect et de professionnalisme pr une enseigne digne de ce nom. Le commercial était le plus petit des 2, je ne connais pas son nom sinon je l’aurai écrit parce qu’il s’est littéralement foutu de moi, c’est inacceptable

Pratiques décevantes de tous ces "pseudo" ARTHUR BONNET. Si Arthur Bonnet assure 30% de la commande, il ne s'agit que du mobilier. Si Arthur Bonnet réclame la totalité de la somme avant la livraison, il ne s'agit que des caissons+portes+plan de travail+crédence. Accord entre A.B. & le magasin "franchisé" UNIQUEMENT (transfert de propriété). Car ces modalités ne peuvent s'appliquer au Client qui fait poser sa cuisine par le magasin avec qui il signe le bon de commande, sur lequel apparaît également électroménager, sanitaire, électricité, plomberie.... matériel non fourni, donc non garanti par A.B. Car si le poseur endommage un meuble quels sont les recours. Par contre, le Client peut exiger avant signature les Assurances R.C. décennale, garantie de paiement. Idem pour les intervenants. Ce qui éviterait tous ces désagréments. Pour la signature d'un contrat il faut être deux, donc vous avez la possibilité de modifier le contrat qui vous est présenté afin de le rendre plus équitable et éviter certaines clauses qui peuvent être considérées abusives. Certes, toutes ces enseignes qui profitent de la bonne renommée des anciennes entreprises, se cachent derrière cette bonne réputation n'est pas gage de sérieux et ne présage rien de bon pour le Client. Difficile, lorsque l'on franchit le seuil d'un magasin de penser à commencer l'approche par "vous montrer votre K.BIS ou INPI" Jusqu'à quel point, c'est légal ARTHUR BONNET au dessus du pas de porte, puis en tout petit dans un coin une adresse mail reprenant certaines informations du franchisé ?

Grande enseigne à la foire de Paris, j'achète une cuisine sereinement chez Arthur Bonnet. Je prends une cuisine toute option, le vendeur me fait croire à une promo exceptionnelle mais il n'en est rien, je paie le prix presque normal pour la gamme arthur bonnet et quelques mois plus tard, le magasin situé dans le 94 est en liquidation judiciaire. Je l'apprends par hasard en allant sur internet, j'appelle donc le service consommateur qui m'informe qu'il s'agit d'un indépendant qui utilise et vend la marque Arthur Bonnet et qui a la possibilité de représenter la marque à la foire de Paris sans que la marque elle même soit responsable. Arthur m'a proposé de prendre en charge 30% de la cuisine mais je perds tous les avantages de la pose et de l'électroménager. J'ai préféré perdre mon apport plutôt que de travailler avec une entreprise qui a pour partenaire des escrocs. C'est apparemment une pratique répandue dans le milieu. Donc à tous ceux qui me lisent, il vaut mieux éviter d'acheter à la foire de Paris car je me suis rendu compte que les cuisinistes en magasin pratiquent aussi de belles promotions

Mauvaise expérience globale. Les quotes ont été mal prises, ce qui a entrainé un retard et le fait que certains éléments prévus n'ont jamais pu s'intégrer dans la cuisine. La hotte n'est pas adaptée au piano de cuisson qui était là avant l'installation de la cuisine. Le plafond est à présent noir au-dessus de la hotte. Une bouteille de champagne devait être offerte, je l'attends toujours. En guise de compensation, nous avons eu droit à un blender déjà utilisé, avec encore des traces alimentaires à l'intérieur. Nous avons écrit au siége d'Arthur Bonnet. Le délai moyen de réponse fut de plus d'un mois. Mon dernier mail en date du 22/08 n'a toujours pas reçu de réponse. Ils l'indiquent très bien, Arthur Bonnet, ce n'est pas le gage de qualité, puisque ce sont des franchises indépendantes. Comme je l'apprendrai par mail, "le service consommateurs est là pour trouver une conciliation, une médiation dans le cadre de votre requête " Traduction : On ne peut rien faire, débrouillez vous. Je ne recommande pas cette agence, nous sommes très déçus de notre expérience.

Je suis très déçue de la qualité et du SAV ARTHUR BONNET au bout d'un an les tiroirs se referment mal certains rails ont été changés d'autres j'attends encore depuis plus d'un an j'en ai fait mon deuil. Certaines charnières sont déjà rouillées et mon îlot central s'est déjà renversé 2 fois en ouvrant les tiroirs. Auparavant j'avais une cuisine DARTY de bien meilleures qualité

Their warranty is non-existent. I bought an airmattress from Walmart, and it started deflating after 3 use. So I contacted Intex online for 1 year warranty. First, their email system is so terrible. You cannot respond to their response email so you would have to go back to their website and rewrite the same thing everytime you need to respond about the same issue. On the first email, I specified what product and where I bought it with my address and everything. It took them 4 emails back and forth just to tell me that I cannot get a replacement because warranty does not extend to their products bought thru other retailers. Most people buy intex products from Target, Walmaet, Costco and Sams, not from their website. What a scam this company is. I will never buy another product from intex.

Purchased the largest above ground pool they sell. Took over a month for delivery. Set up went pretty smoothly. Filled pool and started filter and salt chlorinator per there very minimal instructions. Filter worked fine but no chlorine was being generated by the salt system. Sent inquiries (only half wete answered) to the company but got suggestions that made no sense. Salt level was perfect as was the pH. They told me not to put regular chlorine in as it would damage the already non-functioning salt system. 4 months later I still have no solution. They are running me in circles by asking for photos and videos multiple times. I had to empty the 55,000 liters of water because it was all algae and bug ridden. Going to cost alot to fill again.

He intentado comunicarme con ellos de todas las formas posibles, email, teléfono, whatsApp y no hay manera, ni de que lo cambien ni de la devolución y temo de quedarme sin colchón y sin dinero. Es una decepción
Tras 3 años y poco de uso de la piscina, en los cuales 1 año no fue utilizado, el estado en que están los tubos de la piscina es de vergüenza, llenos de óxido. De los tubos caen trozos al suelo, de hecho la piscina por alrededor habían trozos pudiéndoselos clavar mis hijos. Les pasé le incidencia a Intex y me responden: ** El fabricante estima que, transcurridos 24 meses desde su compra, cualquier fallo que pueda surgir no será de fabricación, si no que puede darse por el uso o cualquier otra causa ajena a la producción del producto. ** Entiendo que el producto pueda tener una garantía de 2 años, pero es que esto es una vergüenza, tras 3 años de uso, cuando la garantía ya ha pasado que el producto esté en estas condiciones. Esto no es por mal uso, esto es por MALA FABRICACIÓN O POR MALOS MATERIALES EMPLEADOS. Encima me dicen "Le facilitamos el link de los repuestos de su producto" Claro vuelvo a comprar los materiales y a saber como son estos, prefiero comprar otra piscina en otro sitio. Es una decepción.

Terrible company. I bought their air mattress and it started to deflate after 3 use. I read that their mattress comes with 1 year warranty so I contacted them online. First you cannot respond to their response email so every single time, they ask you questions, you would have to go back to their online form to input all the information all over again. Second, I included the product info and where and when I bought the mattress with a screenshot of the receipt in the first email. Then it took me three more emails back and forth for them to ask to what my address is, and what the model # is and ended up telling me that they do not have warranty for intex products sold from a retailer (in my case Walmart). Because it has been more than 3 months since the purchase, walmart does not give me any back or replacement. How many people actually buy intex products from their website?? Not a lot, and if you buy from Walmart or Target like most people do, their 1 year warranty means nothing. I would never ever again buy intex product.

Zwembad filterpomp met overcapaciteit gekocht 2,2 jaar geleden. Pomp werd 4 mnd en 5 uur p.d gebruikt. Altijd netjes opgeruimd schoongemaakt en onderdak gestaan. Intel heeft één belang en dat is eigenbelang samen met Toppie. Geen coulance of enige vorm van een tegemoetkoming, vinden de consument vervelend terwijl Intex kwalitatief slechte producten verkoopt samen met Toppie. Gelukkig zijn er kwalitatief goede merken op de markt. Voor ons geen Intex rommel meer en geen Toppie die sturen je alleen maar door.

Als je dit bedrijf mailt vanwege een probleem ( in mijn geval met de Spa jet en bubble de luxe) krijg je gewoon geen antwoord. Heb zelfs een keer een bestelling gedaan van een kleinigheid en komt gewoon nooit. Intex producten zijn zeker niet slecht maar hun after sales afdeling is bijzonder slecht.

Scam, no bed and no communication. After 6 months are pursuing refund through credit card. Manufacturer (Benlemi) seem to make quality beds with good communications so very dissapointing that this UK reseller is such a disaster whether they trade as Sprout or something else…. AVOID!

If you look at all the 5 star reviews they are from the same group of “people” who review a lot of shady companies. Clearly bots or being paid to do so! Trust pilot need to clean these up.

Funeral flowers: wilted flowers, not what I ordered and delivered late
I requested a floral spray for my late mother's funeral. The request was "the arrangement to be done mostly in yellow, red and orange colours; the customer doesn't want pink and white but to be mostly in these three colours" I was informed that they would be delivered the day before the funeral so that they could go out on time for a 10am ceremony. Firstly, the flowers arrived at the funeral directors just over an hour before the ceremony AFTER the hearse had left. The funeral directors kindly organised an emergency driver to get them to the crematorium in time. We were very close to having no flowers at all. Secondly, the flowers were 50% white, 25% pink and 25% red, orange and yellow. Some of the flowers looked quite sad and a few of the roses were browning. Furthermore, when I contacted the florists, they told me that everything had gone as I had requested. I feel incredibly disappointed in the service that I have received and gaslighted by them as well. Interestingly, they screen all their phone calls and are now only responding to me by email. Funerals are stressful to organise and I would not recommend funeralflowers for the additional stress that they have caused me.

Bad experience with Aladdin Shoppers
I ordered aquagym gloves on Dec 28, 2024. No news of them ever since except for sending me the invoice. The gloves, obviously, have never been shipped and they do not reply on the phone and they do not reply to my mails.

Honestly would not recommend anyone to purchase from here. Probably one of the worst experiences i have ever had shopping online. I purchased a very rare discontinued bowl by Portmeirion botanic, they sent me a completely different item than what was pictured. They sent me the current version of the bowl which has a different motif on it and widely available. Instead of just admitting they had the wrong picture up on the website, they tried to say this was normal, basically saying you can receive any pattern! Completely untrue, as each item is listed individually by it’s pattern name, with a photo of the item. They knew i was returning home to France and wouldn’t be able to make a return, as i told them in my email, so they purposely didn’t reply to emails for several days waiting for me to leave the country. They ignored every message, though i repeatedly told them it was very urgent as I was leaving. They of course replied ONLY when they knew i had left the country….days later. They refused to pay return shipping as well. Luckily I had already returned it before i left back to France as the address was on their website. They made me pay return shipping when they had sent me a completely different item from what i ordered. Clearly not a proper company and a complete scam. Absolutely shocked by their behaviour. Should of known when i saw they didn’t accept Paypal. Basically just listing rare pieces to get more money and purchases, but in fact just sending 2024 versions in their place. Even when i sent a photo of what they had sent me, compared to the photo on their website of the item i bought, they wouldn’t admit their error. Complete insanity

Worse contractor experience ever
Worse contractor experience ever, and I work in facilities so have dealt with a lot. Overcharged me and then never returned my money, nor did they return to fix their mistakes and left me and my young son with no hot water for months. They ignored all contact I attempted. I've since had to pay for actual professionals to come correct the mistakes, one of which stated that they'd left a fire hazard in the cupboard under the stairs and "an absolute mess under the sink" referring to the pipes etc. The tap installed also wasn't actually suitable for my house which means I get no pressure with the hot water flow, which is still the case. So if you want to be ripped off and left with an absolute mess that will need sorted out by someone else then these are your guys. I've also had to get rid of a lot of my kitchen stuff as I was promised more storage and yet can't get everything back in so have much less. I'm also down a couple of plug sockets (and the ones they did install were the wrong ones). Don't waste your time and go elsewhere!

No delivery after taking money
I placed an online order for a Penang Malaysian Boss table 1.8M in Melamine on 5th June 2024, through Royaloak’s website (royaloakindia.com). I paid ₹24,000 on this order number 000098802. Based on the information from the website and conversation with the sales adviser they promised me that they will deliver the product by 26th June 2024. However, I haven't received the delivery yet. When I contacted them they are unable to provide a delivery date or a proper reply so far, also refused to refund, its over 95 days. I will take them to court of law. Please avoid this company, do not buy anything from their shops or online.

Royaloak: Never Again I placed an online order for a 3-door Zara wardrobe on June 18, 2024, through Royaloak’s website (royaloakindia.com). The order number is 99969, and the total cost, including tax, was ₹11,500. According to the website, the product was supposed to be delivered within 10 days. However, the delivery did not occur as promised. When I contacted Royaloak customer care at 917676367636, I was informed that the product would be delivered by July 3, 2024. But once again, they failed to deliver. I called customer care again, and this time they assured me the product would arrive by July 20, 2024. Unfortunately, they missed this deadline as well. On July 20, 2024, after another call to customer care, I was told that the product was unavailable in their warehouse, and they had no idea when it would be back in stock. I requested a refund, but they refused. Between July 20 and August 20, 2024, I called Royaloak customer care 10 to 15 times, requesting either the delivery of the product or a refund, but no resolution was provided. For 65 days, Royaloak has been stringing me along, neither delivering the product nor refunding my money.

Hello customers , Just read this before purchasing expensive products from this shop. We made a purchase of a leatherette 5-seat recliner from this brand. Regrettably, after a mere 2 years of use, we encountered a significant issue with color fading. Upon requesting service, we were charged a visitation fee of 500 rupees, and a third-party service provider was dispatched for repairs. It is worth noting that we invested 1.5 lakh rupees in this product, only to receive a recommendation for local materials commonly found in products priced at 20-30k rupees in the market. We strongly advise you to exercise caution when considering this brand for your future purchases, as it appears official repair support may not be available from the company.

I bought a dining table which is totally defective. When I raised an issue they sent me a replacement of table which is also defective after that they picked a product and promised to refund my amount within 10 days but more than 20 days are done still I didn't get my refund. They are not answering my calls and their all products are belonging from China not from Asian Malaysian wood which they commit on the store or website. The quality of their products is totally poor and defective. So, please be aware of this kind of fraud brand. I attached some screenshot also please check.

I placed an order for a 500ml spray container of Acana Carpet Moth treatment but received instead a 250ml spray. I appreciate that mistakes can be made, so I contacted the company not once but three times and didn't receive any reply, showing not only a distinct lack of customer support but possible deliberate sharp practice as I've been left out of pocket.

Reclame zegt dat je 1000 dolar per dag verdient. Je schrijft je in en je krijgt binnen 24 uur 1000 dolar. Daarna blijf je elke dag 1000 dolar verdienen. Dit is de grootste scam ooit in de mensen geschiedenis. Trap hier niet in, niemand gaat jou elke dag 1000 dolar geven. Vooral nu met de globale energie crises moet je extra voorzichtig zijn. PAS OP. False advertising on social media under a different company name with claims of winning $1500 in 5 hours and a photo with Elon Musk is the first step. Then you land on quantum ai where you see first a video of Elon Musk with his voice overdubbed by some other dude saying things he never said, like he invested 3 billion in quantum ai (you're led to believe quantum ai the company you just landed). Once you sign up you're led to a third website where no mention of Elon Musk, quantum ai or earn $1500 in 5 hours claims exist. Then they call you within 60 sec to convince you straight away to invest even a small amount. All that should worry you enough. Furthermore, there are literally thousands of scam reports for this company as well as icorpsecurities.com. Why these people are allowed to advertise and take people's hard earned money through this manipulation techniques? PS. They write ridiculous replies to all the reviews saying absolutely nothing. Can't expect more from them anyway

I purchased a vintage coffee table from Vintage Grind House through Chairish
I purchased a vintage coffee table from them through Chairish. It was advertised as possibly having small defects or signs of age and unaltered, but instead had two huge cracks/breaks across the entire table. The cracks/breaks were poorly repaired and two braces were hammered into the underside to keep the table in one piece. Also, an unknown substance was applied over the original finish in an attempt to hide the cracks/breaks in the table. This substance melted in the heat during shipping and adhered to the shipping materials. When the shipping materials were removed, pieces of the finish were pulled off. The table was sticky, congealed and gunky. I sent Chairish photos and they have stated they will return my money “once the item is picked up” by a shipper scheduled by Vintage Grind House - no date given. Vintage Grind House is deceptive and fraudulent. I wish I could give negative stars.
