Powersmart 80v 21 inch snowblower is useless
I bought the 80v 21 inch snowblower. I tried to use it for the first time on two inches of dry snow. The front bottom edge kept digging into the concrete; I could not push it forward without lifting the front slightly by pushing down on the handle. After making several passes, the motor would not start. I noticed a flashing red light on the handle. After a minute, it started. I made a few more short passes and then it failed to start again until it rested for a while. If two inches of dry snow overloads it, I imagine it would be worthless in six inches, or any amount of wet snow. I called Powersmart and they told me to call 872-314-0005. I called that number and left a callback message after being on hold for 30 minutes. No callback yet.

I purchased a 24" 80V Snowblower from…Amazon
I purchased a 24" 80V Snowblower from PowerSmart. The first use went fine 30 min. and done. Second use I started getting a ground fault light and the blower shut down. Reset, reinitiate and it runs for 2-5 seconds and goes down on ground fault again. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get in touch with customer service. I lodged a complaint with the BBB in Chicago, they contacted PowerSmart. I received a letter from someone in the customerservice department telling me that a full refund would be sent to my accound, destroy the unit as it would no longer be covered under warranty. I didn't... Waited to see the whites of their eyes on the refund. It never happened... BBB went back to them and ended up getting ignored the second time. I have a $900 boat anchor with an extended warranty if anyone needs one. Our Lakes are frozen right now... More of a summer project.... (Actually I would never do that to the fish! But even our dump has standards!) I never received anything resembling customer service from them and don't expect to at this point. It just sets under its cover all shiney and new... Actually purchased on Amazon 2/13/23 and the frustration continues... I guess if you buy from them you diserve what you get! Never again!

It cannot be used. I decided to sell it as parts for $100 and got $80, so to avoid a piece of heavy junk in my shead.

I bought a 24" snow blower with briggs & stratton engine. It worked about 4 times and then stopped. When I contacted them about the warranty I learned that I need to bring to an authorized repair site and that there are none near me in VT. At the end of the season I managed to get it to work so I was hopeful for this season. I just brought it out, put in fresh gas only to have it not start even using the electrical starter. I sent 2 emails to PowerSmart support over 7 days and as of now have received no response at all. Do not buy their products or at least make sure they can service it near you as the warranty is useless. This company does not stand behind their products. I deeply regret having bought this snow blower from them.

It's engine is very good but I cannot use it as can't push it. I can't weld it's it is plastic. Administration is requested to make it metal body instead of plastic.

Cheap crap, worthless warranty.
Mower had a catastrophic failure after 5 uses. I tried to submit a warranty claim and a funny thing happened. Before I registered the product I got through to their 800 number pretty quickly. Once I registered (and therefore they had my phone number), they never picked up. I was "the next caller in line" for over two effing hours. It's a scam- they sell you worthless crap and then make it impossible to make a warranty claim. Don't make the same mistake I did. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM POWERSMART, FOR ANY REASON, EVER.

Deceptive advertising
I was interested in a powerful (10000W +) portable inverter generator. At that power level they usually cost no less than $2500, often much more. So I was excited at first to see PowerSmart offer on their website a 12000W Inverter Generator (DB5095) for only $1150! However, no other site selling the product (including Amazon, WalMart and even PowerSmart's Canada webpage) mentions "inverter", and the product's manual says nothing about it! On the company's USA site, the word "inverter" is used only in the main item title/description ("12000W Inverter Generator DB5095"), and is not be found elsewhere on that page. I contacted the company, and they claim that it's indeed an inverter generator. But one look at the reviews of the product on their website clearly show they're all bot-generated: all made recently within the span of a couple weeks, with silly user IDs and one-sentence flowery statements that say nothing specific. I would tread most carefully with a product made by a company that provides nothing but murky, unclear info.

Bought a 17" mower from Home Depot. The unit smokes every time I start it. Repair shop rolled thier eyes when I asked thier opinion. They refuse to work on them. I tried multiple times to reach corporate. They do not respond. The blade bent on the 2nd use. Bought a aftermarket replacement blade. Much sturdier than factory blade. This was a bad investment. Never again will I buy Powersmart.

Lovely showroom disappointing customer service.
Lovely showroom, very disappointed with customer service, Received a quote for some tiles and was waiting for samples before placing the order. Waited over 2 weeks and no samples had arrived, when chased up , I was informed the samples were not ordered because they didn't want to pay for them, but hadn't bothered to inform me, the customer who was waiting for them! Also was quoted the wrong price because they calculated the measurements given incorrectly, the attitude from the member of staff who dealt with this was appalling, when I said the customer service was very poor so far , he agreed and said o well its your call! Couldn't care less really. Well it was my call he was correct and due to his poor customer service I have taken my business elsewhere and they have lost a sale to the value of nearly £900. Fortunately for me I have found a company who's customer service has been excellent and supplied the same tiles. And it has not cost me as much and certainly hasn't cost me £54.00 for delivery! It's a shame as I am all for shopping locally, but customer service is important. And sadly lacking at Lafabrico.

Luckily I paid using REVOLUT and contacted them and today got my full refund. If it looks and sounds too good then it's a scam. Stick to trusted online sellers even if it costs a few quid more.

Dishonesty and Poor Service: A Review of Anderstore's Fire Safety Practices
I recently encountered a disappointing and concerning situation with Anderstore, a company we engaged for fire safety services. The primary issue revolved around a discrepancy in billing and a subsequent investigation that raised serious questions about the company's honesty and business practices. We initially required servicing of our fire extinguishers and the installation of two new fire exit direction signs. However, we were surprised to find ourselves billed for six signs. Upon careful inspection, we found no evidence of the additional signs being installed, contradicting the engineer’s claim that new signs were placed over old ones. Addressing our concerns, Anderstore sent a "Director" to our manufacturing premises. Despite being granted complete access for inspection, his conclusions were unsatisfactory and did not align with our findings. Moreover, when we offered to show him condition photographs from 2 1/2 years ago, clearly showing the signs in question, he brushed off this offer. Instead, he suggested removing one sign for testing, which seemed like an excessive and unnecessary measure, especially for items valued at only £16 each. The entire situation felt like overkill and was handled poorly. The Director's unwillingness to consider the offer to show him photographic evidence and his insistence on unnecessary testing came off as dismissive and unprofessional. This, coupled with the initial misleading billing, pointed towards a deeper issue of dishonesty within the company. In the end, I asked the Director to leave our premises, expressing my disappointment not just over the cost of the signs, but more importantly, over the dishonesty that seemed to be prevalent in the company. This concern appears to be echoed in other reviews as well. Given this experience, I strongly advise others to avoid Anderstore. The lack of transparency, professionalism, and honesty we encountered is concerning, especially in a field as critical as fire safety. It's not just the financial aspect that's troubling, but the underlying ethical issues that seem to be at the core of their business approach.

The terms and conditions of sale, complaints procedures and price promise consisting of 18 pages in small print with numerous sections, sub-sections and sub-sub-sections are designed to refuse any complaint. We made an informal request for a reduction in price as we found the prices charged were excessive and waited almost 3 months for a response. Requests to discuss our claim were refused and we were referred back to the terms and conditions, complaints procedures and price promises published on the company's website. The management also refused any requests to speak to the company secretary or a company director.

For a couple of hours work I got slapped with an invoice of nearly £700! also be careful not to buy the signs/labels from them. It's much cheaper to buy yourself and stick it yourself. Not great value for money, but if you need someone turning up to get the the job done at any price, call up this company!

I made the mistake to order a sofa from them . we live in Florida and it shipped from California. The sofa I received was substantially narrower than what had been specifically ordered. When I first called , I had someone on the phone who admitted that this sofa could not be made in the dimensions i had ordered and that they would do right by me . When i called again I was told that the first person i talked to had been fired and the new person was unbelievable rude.tried to negotiate with them an exchange or a partial refund, they were the rudest people, even saying things like for to try to put under the feet???!! seriously.? they tried to also sell me a different fill for the back cushions..!!??? I also think that while the sofa is pretty, it is extremely uncomfortable . The bottom cushion is very thin and hard. This sofa is unusable and has been donated. And sofa. com has been lying to my bank , signed a false affidavit saying that they offered me a replacement( a complete lie) because otherwise I would have received an email saying they were willing to do that and I would have gladly accepted. Dishonest and super rude people.

New boiler install
Had originally a boiler install booked through British Gas. Saw Iheat online and thought I would get a quote. Not only was it £1000 cheaper than British Gas for the exact same boiler, they said they could install next day. I would have to wait a further two weeks for BG. Kept well informed and the installer was very good. So glad I changed my mind!

A waste of time!
While iHeat promises to sell & install combi boilers at perhaps one of the most reasonable costs, but the entire engagement with them is quite harrowing and frustrating. Upon initiating the purchase, I was asked to upload photos of the existing boiler and despite sharing all the details throughout the day, their engineers were simply unable to understand how the flue pipe runs, and at the end of day they came back insisting on a site survey to be done before they even consider installing the boiler. This was such a waste of my time and if you are in a rush to get a boiler installed in your house and you don't want any hidden or additional costs getting added to an already expensive affair, then please avoid iHeat. Their claims (as mentioned in their website) of getting boiler installation done quickly is just not true, they will stall things by asking multiple questions, adding prerequisites and what not. There are much better and far more efficient options available online for purchasing and installing boilers and iHeat desperately falls short of meeting customer expectations. Simply avoid them!

My boiler had given up the ghost and having been let down by another company I contacted iHeat out of desperation and they were able to supply and fit the model I required within 2 days! Steve the engineer contacted me to say he would be with me at 8.00 am and unusually for a tradesman he was actually 5 minutes early. He was cheerful and a real gentleman who got on with the job and although I thought it would take all day he was finished by lunchtime. The area was spotless when he'd finished and he patiently explained to two dim pensioners the workings of the boiler and wireless thermostat. He even told us to phone him if we had any problems. Great service!

Il sito ha piante molto belle ed economiche. Ho ordinato 4 piante diverse, 2 delle quali purtroppo sono arrivate infestate da afidi. Tutte le foglie della Alocasia Polly dopo due giorni hanno iniziato a ingiallirsi e temo che tra poco cadranno. Il corriere GLS inoltre ha ritardato la consegna, compromettendo ovviamente la salute delle piante. Niente da dire sull'imballaggio, le piante erano solidamente ancorate l'una all'altra.

I ordered 4 radiators that were promptly delivered the day I went on holiday. When I returned, the plumber was delayed so it was past the 30 day return policy. I had, unfortunately, measured the same incorrectly and one of the radiators was too big. I contacted the company and requested to exchange the radiator for a smaller one and also order the thermostatic rad valves. I offered to return and collect myself as I understand it was my measuring skills (or lack of) that caused the problem. Column RADS referred me to mrcentralheating and mrcentralheating referred me to column RADS. Neither would help. I'm now stuck with a radiator I can't use. The person I spoke to suggested I sell it on Facebook or Ebay. Not helpful! I've no idea of the quality of the radiators. I hope it's better than the customer service. I'm yet to receive a reply from the last email.

The diagram for installation if the radiator shows the centre line position of the top bracket from the top of the radiator to be a minimum of 110mm. This is incorrect. The top bracket as shown in the side on view is set under the curve of the two columns so it can provide support, in other words the radiator sits on top of it. I positioned my top brackets about 160mm from the top because I wanted the radiator higher up the wall but realise now that the two top brackets might not provide adequate support, misled by the 110mm dimension. It's all too vague. Now I have to redrill and reposition the top brackets. Phoned Columnrads this morning over 40mins didn't answer. Make the diagrams clearer in future. These radiators not cheap as I make an effort and sort out your Customer Service

High quality and good service
Really impressed. Ordered two steel column radiators and they included valves etc for free on the order confirmation page, which was a nice touch. Plumber then cautioned me that cheap column radiators can sometimes be poor quality. He was incredibly surprised when they arrived and said they were really high quality with good welding and no sounds of loose flakes inside. Was really impressed with the price. Three months on they work really well and we're decorating another room so I've just ordered a further one and the same style. Couldn't find an item on their website so called up. Very friendly and helpful lady on the phone advised me which to get and they checked with their warehouse to get one put aside so it could be delivered asap. Really impressed with this company, so far it's been a 'text book' customer experience.

Customer service review
I am reviewing their customer service as the radiators i bought have not yet been plumbed in. I ordered one radiator too many from the in March and only just realised but they honestly could not have been more helpful. Despite having had the radiator here for 6 months, they still agreed for me to return it. They arranged a courier to collect it, without charge and only deducted a repackaging fee of £25. Brilliant company to deal with!

Take your money and then refuse the order as the Outer Hebrides, according to them is abroad.
I ordered 2 Silver Nickel 15 mm X 300 mm Angled Pipe Tails and Decoration Wall Plates (Pair) yesterday from their website. This morning I receive an email to say they are crediting the money back as they do not deliver to where I live. I phoned them, to say that they cannot deliver abroad. I explained that we have a Royal Mail service where I live and the cost to post would be less than they had charged delivery £3.29, a small and light product. I was told that their Royal Mail package could only deliver to the mainland. I cannot see how this can be possible, or if their package does not deliver off the mainland why they cannot use the normal Royal Mail service which thankfully delivers to all of the UK. (yes, we are in the UK after all). I could have had them posted in the UK and got them posted on, if it had of been explained when I tried to order. If they do not accept orders why take peoples money. Not good at all.

1st class service and information
I was nervous about ordering a custom painted radiator based on reviews but service was excellent. I got regular updates after ordering, radiator arrived on time and I was notified it was on its way after they rang me to arrange a delivery date.

I question the quality of their…
I question the quality of their radiators and the paint process. My column radiator started rusting and leaking after 4 years and is now headed to the scrap heap. Column rads were defensive from the start and followed up with a claim that the rad was poorly installed but they haven't inspected the installation properly (I offered). I also had it looked at by an expert who said it was not necessarily an installation issue as the issue isn't at the join and appears to have originated further into the radiator. I have similar rads from different suppliers installed by the same person at the same time with no problems. But based on my experience with their rad and the immediately defensive and dismissive nature of their response, I wouldn't use them again.

The most delicious smelling candles I've ever had. And on top of it, they're animal friendly and are made with natural products. This also makes the smell very nice and natural (not filled with chemicals). The price is so worth it, also if you take into account that they're handmade. I usually wouldn't spend a lot of money on candles but Candle Lab is so good that I have purchased their products 2 times and plan on doing it again. I highly recommend the Cherry Blossom, best smell ever.

Great handmade candles!
Candle Lab is one of those brands that I fell in love with immediately. I love that the candles are vegan, handmade and pet-friendly! I’ve purchased 2 candles from Lariza: Autumn Delight and Blissful Relaxation. Both have great scents that are not too overwhelming, but give a relaxing smell to the whole room. Our dog Wookie also loves the smell of the candles! For me sustainability is very important and the candles from Lariza are made with recycled packaging materials and use glass containers and wood to light up the candle. I could even return the used glass and lid so she could reuse them. This really adds a dimension to the quality of her products! On top of that, I love her Instagram-page with lots of positive posts that make you smile whenever you see them.

I love these candles!
These candles are super great! I tested a lot of vegan candles, but these really exceeded my expectations! Their smell is wonderful, you can smell it through whole apartment, they last long, the way they burn is really nice, it's like you have your own fireplace, you can hear wood cracks :) The package is also beautiful and when you put out the fire, you don't see any black smoke or smell stinking smell that is normal for toxic/petroleum candles. I really love these candles and I will buy them again!

I love them! I have 3 candles from Lariza and they all fill my massage room or yoga practice room with beautiful and delicate scent. They are not overwhelming but helping to go into the relaxation mode. Also, they are lasting long.

Wow! What a surprise!
Wow!! What a surprise and what a service! Never encounter this type of customer service in my life, and believe me I am not a spring chicken. First, after they finished the item ordered, they sent me pictures of it to see if everything was to my satisfaction. Everything looked perfect so I agreed and the item was shipped. After few days, it finally arrived. Wow, the second surprise, the leather case looked amazing, quality superb and I am very, very satisfied. I definitely recomend this family business, excellent quality and good price, you won't be disappointed.

Should be 0 stars, absolutely terrible company. Placed an order almost 30days and still not received the item. Contacted the company multiple time and got fobbed off with its with its been sent out, it’s with the warehouse, the shipping company has lost it, we will in investigate. However when I messaged for a refund I have now been ignored. Don’t not use this company
