Køb ikke sorte gryder/pander herfra. Mine gryder/pander købte jeg hos Eva Trio for 2 år siden. Lidt inden reklamationsretten udløber (gjorde den for 1 måned siden), begynder mine gryder samt pande at krakelerer i belægningen i bunden og toppen. Jeg sender dem ind til en reklamation, og får tilbagemelding om, at de ikke dækker gryderne og panden. De fortæller, at jeg har brugt forkerte redskaber til dem, og har overophedet både gryder og pander. De kan åbenbart ikke tåle direkte varme, men man skal varme dem forsigtigt op, og helst ikke brugt fuld varme på nogle af delene. Da vi er kokke herhjemme, bruger ingen af os forkerte remedier til hverken gryder og pander, da vi har en god grundlæggende forståelse for belægning samt hvad man må bruge hertil. Hvordan skal forkerte remedier også fjerne belægningen på toppen af gryden, hvor man ikke rører eller bruger remedier? Derudover, er der ingen, der har fortalt at gryderne og panden ikke tåler direkte hård varme. Køb endelig IKKE de sorte gryder/pander herfra, da de holder under 2 år, lige indtil jeres reklamationsret udløber, og så er de ikke er dækket længere.

I recently needed an outfit for a family members wedding and found something online that I wanted to replicate. I emailed it to the associates at Kyra and Vir and they were more than happy to help me recreate the look. They were very attentive and heard from them many time throughout the weeks. They're responses were almost right away and were able to provide some great advice on colors/designs. I chose a Lehenga and when it was mailed to me, the skirt was not was I envisioned and I was very disappointed. I sent them a picture of it and elaborated on what I wanted/expected and they were able to remake it for me and shipped it to me in time for the wedding. I am very thankful for the professionalism as it was an expensive outfit and I would not have expected another company to do the same. I go so many compliments on my outfit and will definitely be recommending them to my family/friends! Thank you!!!

I have ordered twice from Indiaboulevard and was pleasantly surprised with the service and outfits. One thing I would say is they should provide a drawing of the outfit as communication can get mixed up (like the color I mentioned vs the color chosen). Especially since you are paying before the design process can start.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. I ordered a mattress but changed my mind and cancelled next morning. I was told it was fine and no payments would be taken. A week later a payment comes off from Klarna. I try calling them again and they say they’ll sort it. Now they won’t reply to emails and have blocked me on the phone. No intention of paying back the money and no goods were ever sent.

They did not send the gas lift bed base I ordered which I paid an additional £100 for, the base they did send also did not fit the bed properly. They kept informing over the phone and via text message they would send the correct one and after several months of back and fourth and false promises to resolve the issue they stop responding.

This company is a terrible lying company. Please stay away or you will be scammed!!!!!! I ordered 4 dining chairs with this company in March 2024 and the delivery time was 6 weeks since the chairs were out of stock. After 6 weeks od waiting, this company texted me stating that the chairs would take another 6-7 weeks before delivery. When the time came he would tell me all sort of lies on the phone such as " let me check with the warehouse and then I will call you back", " we can deliver on Sunday" as such. He would never call me back and when I called him back he would give me another day for delivery which was also a lie. When I called him last time I was furious rightly furious and he immediately hange on me and blocked my number as well as my wife' s number. I texted him, emailed him and called him from a different number however I could not reach him. I applied to my bank ( the one I made the payment with) to get my money back. Please stay away from this company even if it means you have to pay more. The company is a total fiasco, a big lie and cheaters

Con artists and clearly no skill in craftsmanship ignoring my calls and messages
This is not a fake review I have proof of purchase and order they have blocked my calls I have all the evidence needed via WhatsApp they Kept reading my messages I’m sending begging them to rectify my sofa yet do not respond to me when they did initially respond they told me someone was coming on a set date they then text at 430am cancelling and promised a few days later I waited in and no one turned up they ignored all calls and texts after the 430 am text I am legally obliged to my warranty yet I’m not being given it . This has been months now of pure ignorance Please just sort my sofa that’s all I ask !! None of my calls are answered , texts emails or chats I have all the evidence Aswel . I have a footstool that’s collapsed and a sofa that’s collapsing and sagging due to poor craftsmanship the cushions don’t fill the back as are too small it looks completely lumpy and out of shape as has been filled with cut up pieces of foam so all sags to the bottom of the back cushions please please sort this you was happy to take my Money . Just do the right thing by customers I have been nothing but polite all these months

Avoid this place extremely disappointed
Evidence is there to how this is not a fake review they go by different companies names but all link to the same WhatsApp and phone number I have all the evidence I need I have not reviewed the wrong company either as they have tried to make out !! All I want Is my sofa sorted !!! They have now blocked me on WhatsApp and calls so I can’t send them messages all I ask is my sofa is rectified I purchased a Sloane sofa a chair and footstool from this place it is not any where near as good as the picture the back cushions are too small and don’t fill the back of the sofa the footstool collapsed and the wood is poking through the sofa the cushions don’t stand up right as it’s shredded up old cushions so they drop to the bottom it is extremely poorly made the corner sofa has different seat pads underneath and you can see they’ve been jigsawed together using random pieces . They are all different levels of firmness Aswel dependant on which seat you sit on . I’ve contacted hundreds of times over the last few months and they promised an upholster was coming to see me they have not sent anyone round after I’ve waited in when they said they were coming and all my calls and messages are being ignored I’ve got all the proof to show I’m being ignored I’ve rang at least 20 times a day and sent messages in every way possible . The sofa has a years warranty but this has not been honoured I have only had it a few months . They sent me a message at 430am telling me there upholster was sick but then continued to ignore me after that I’ve reported them to trading standards but there info doesn’t seem to match up so is being investigated . There reviews on Facebook are fake reviews also . All I wanted was the sofa sorting that I’d paid for but they are clearly a con artist company using fake images for there items . So after a few months I need a new sofa there is no reason that I could have caused for it to be the way it is I have another corner sofa in my house in another room and that’s in perfect tact and a few years older from scs ,

Ordered a desk from one of their "ready to ship" items on their website on March 27th. Received an email with an apology that the desk is not ready and will be manufactured and shipped in 10-14 days. Waited over a month only to find out that the desk is being made in India & not their "California" office as they claim. Called multiple times with no replies. Send multiple emails and finally got a reply on May 19th, almost 2 months after the order was placed mentioning that "due to the flooding at the Dubai airport (that happened a month earlier), they were not able to ship it and will refund me. Of course they didn't issue any refund. Thank GOD i paid with paypal. Had to open a claim to get my money back. Stay away from those scammers c****!!

See if I could give no stars I would.I received a sofa well it looked second hand too be honest.Honestly you have no idea how bad this was,it was wrong colour well it was a few colours and all different colours off zips on cushions absolutely disgusting.It was also damaged in few places just the worst and also treated the worst..I contacted them straight away even when the delivery driver was there but refused too take it away after giving them the money,honestly I feel stupid too be honest.you can’t even speak with anyone it’s all on WhatsApp but he refused too do anything and all I got was rudeness he even says they were laughing at the messages I was sending but that’s not all the stupid delivery driver caused severe damage too my property one off my pillers outside and nothing and he admitted it too me in a message saying how sorry they were,sorry isn’t good enough.I am now dealing with trading standards but they can’t locate them so please if anyone knows we’re they are can they please let me know 🙏 I don’t know how they can treat people like this. It’s causing lots off problems between me and my partner about being stupid buying something on instagram but I buy a lot on line but this is something else..I’m £1300 for corner sofa and it’s going too cost me another £2000 for damage too my property it’s just not fair..So PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY..I’m sorry that other people have gone through the same thing, but again if anyone knows we’re they are can you please do the right thing and name address off we’re there trading..Thank you

Urban Couch is a complete fraud company. Aman and his brother are frauds of the first order. I had ordered a couch from them which they had promised to be delivered by the 25th of October 2022, after I made the payment, the phones were switched off and not reachable. I subsequently emailed them to which I received a reply that your couch is on route and will be delivered by the 6th of November. Suspecting that something was not correct, I sent someone to the address mentioned on the wesite(which now is not reachable too) to only to find that there is no one and nothing by the name of Urban Couch there. I immediately sent another email to Aman to which he replied that the couch is no route.... I had asked for the transport challah etc but have not received any reply as yet. I have finally sent a email threatening to take him and his brother to court. If anyone knows of their whereabouts please let me know. These two need to be taught a lesson. Pathetic customer service and fradulent behaviour
I ordered a Sofa at the end of November 2021. After a lot of back and forth, the sofa was finally delivered in January. The product I received was of different dimensions, had missing parts and was shoddily finished. They said they'll return the product and assured that someone will pick it up. No one picked it and they stopped responding to my calls and messages. I had to approach the legal route and am in the process of filing a complaint against them and am sending a legal notice. In general, they keep lying and making false promises. The quality of their customer service, as well as the actual product I received was extremely shoddy. They are completely unresponsive and don't listen to problems, at all. Please beware.

This is fraud company, never buy from urbancouch. The will never receive the call and the number provided at their website is not legit.. and their chatbot works only for new customers as in once u make booking then nobody will reply back to your chat unless you try to chat with a new device (phone or laptop). The promised delivery date was September 16, till now I haven't received it Never buy from this fraudulent company . It has been a nightmare dealing with them. I have been asking for shipping details, they will never reply back below is my order id #080901073 , if any one from urbancouch read this.

AVOID - NOT reliable (SEE UPDATE)
I placed an order and paid extra for a tracked, next day service. Five days later I was still waiting. when I phoned it turned out they had forgotten to send it tracked (perhaps they also forgot to send it when they should have) What they didn't forget was to charge me the full next day delivery price. To make matters worse, the screws were useless. Really 'soft' and the heads 'burred' and made them very hard to use. Next time I am going to a local, reputable supplier. ***UPDATE*** My review of Carbolts was done MONTHS ago and its only today they have bothered to reply. Rather sums them up and the service and products I received from them. In regard to my reviews, yes I do report BAD SERVICE and BAD PRODUCTS on Trustpilot. I buy a lot of items and the negative reviews account for a very small percentage of the products I buy. Clearly the truth hurts!

Terrible Customer Service
I've got a 6m Fairybell, purchased in Dec 2023. Looks great, but comes with TERRIBLE customer service. In Dec-24 I wanted to buy some spares and messaged them via their chat on website to check the power leads were compatible with my model of Fairybell. Despite a message back saying someone would be in touch, no-one bothered replying until I chased on 2nd Jan 2025, when they replied as if it was the next day instead of a month later. BUT the bigger issue is that I have broken LEDs already in 3 of the 8 'webbings'. Still under warranty so I went to raise a claim. The Bot sent me a link to order spares under warranty, but the largest option available was 4m when I need the 6m version. So I emailed Customer Services on 2nd Jan, which was when I got a reply about my chat from December. I forwarded that person my email I had sent earlier to Customer Services asking him to respond to that too. No reply. On 8 Jan I chased, and this same person said he knew nothing about my warranty claim, so I forwarded him the email I had sent him on 2nd Jan and he replied that "we had not seen this message before" as if I'd never emailed it (twice) on 2nd Jan. He gave me a new link to order the 6m webbing, but said it was out of stock and I could enter my email to be notified. I replied asking when it would be in stock again, and he replied "September" as if it was just next week, not 9 months away. So basically, my plans to use it at a summer wedding party are out the window. In summary, it's a nice product, looks great when up and working, but it's expensive and comes with TERRIBLE customer service. They don't reply to emails/chat, and when they finally do, it's totally unsatisfactory and unprofessional. The 3 year warranty is only as good as the Customer Service!

Op eenzame hoogte!
De aftersales service van Fairybell en Dutch Home Company het bedrijf achter de bekende “vlaggenmast kerstbomen” staat absoluut op een eenzame hoogte. Zelfs in de meest drukke (december) periode van het jaar is de respons in geval van storing in het correct functioneren van het product snel, bijzonder vriendelijk en accuraat. Ik heb dit in de afgelopen maand twee maal ervaren bij problemen met mijn Fairybell LED kerstboom. Deze eindejaars blikvanger in onze tuin kampte met technische problemen waardoor de uitstraling niet was zoals we al vele jaren gewend zijn. De door mij bestelde vervangende onderdelen bleken het probleem niet naar behoren op te lossen waarna de leverancier besloot het complete produkt te vervangen! Een fantastisch gebaar waardoor wij weer jarenlang van onze schitterende vlaggenmast kerstboom kunnen gaan genieten. Wij zijn zeer tevreden!

Zwarte rozen
Ik wilde graag 10 zwarte rozen en 1 warm rode pioenroos voor in het midden bestellen. Op de website kon ik niet meerdere dingen toevoegen aan de winkelwagen. Ik moest meteen bestellen. Toen heb ik even gebeld om telefonisch te bestellen. Ik kreeg een aardige Duitse Nederlands sprekende dame aan de telefoon. Ik kon bij haar geen bestelling doen. Dat moest online. Maar ik moest dan 2 aparte bestellingen maken; een voor 10 zwarte rozen en 1 voor de pioenroos. En dan moest ik bij berichten invullen dat ze samengevoegd moesten worden in een bestelling. (Maar dan betaal je dus wel 2x verzendkosten, en ik kon niet vinden waar ik een bericht kon achterlaten voor instructies) De zwarte rozen kon ik bestellen maar de pioenroos niet. Die zijn er nu blijkbaar niet. Op de website staat dat ze een aantal pioenrozen het hele jaar kunnen leveren maar die warmrode in ieder geval niet (en toen ik andere kleuren probeerde te bestellen waren die ook niet leverbaar) Toen besloot ik alleen de 10 zwarte rozen te bestellen. Op de website word avondbezorging genoemd en ik had aangegeven dat ik ze vrijdagavond wilde ontvangen omdat ik ze zaterdag nodig had. De dame aan de telefoon zei dat avond bezorging niet mogelijk was. Toen herstelde zij zich want in Nederland kan dat wel (maar in Duitsland blijkbaar niet) Nou, de rozen kwamen gewoon overdag en de dhl bezorger had de doos met de rozen voor de deur neergezet en was weggereden. Op de doos stond geen waarschuwing zoals: “handle with care” of “deze kant boven” De rozen stonden dus op zijn kop voor mijn deur met het water uit het vers houd “koel”zakje in de doos weggelopen. Op advies van de dame aan de telefoon 2 dagen eerder had ik de rozen gelukkig uit de doos gehaald. Maar, ze zijn dus NIET zwart. Op de foto’s zijn ze echt zwart maar het zijn gewone donkerrode rozen met een donker randje. Alle groene blaadjes zijn lichtblauw van kleur en de steel lijkt hier en daar zwart maar dat is donkerpaars (door de verf die ze in het water doen denk) en de buitenste rozenblaadjes zijn donker maar de roos is gewoon donkerrood. En ze geven af. Ik had paarse vlekken en vegen overal op. Ik heb ze de volgende dag gegeven en die persoon vond ze mooi. Zij hebben besloten ze te drogen om ze zo te kunnen bewaren. Omdat zij op een beurs staan het hele weekend heb ik ze weer mee terug genomen om ze uit te pakken en individueel te laten drogen zodat ze niet in de bos gaan schimmelen. Ze hangen nu mij mij thuis maar zijn echt niet zwart.

Ich habe schwarze Rosen zu einem Wuenschtermin bestellt. (Damit werben die ja auch.) Ich sass draussen vor dem Haus bei der Kaelte und habe die Lieferung per Livetracker verfolgt. Die Rosen wurden natuerlich nicht geliefert. Ich duerfte die Blumen erst am naechsten Tag "ab 12:00" abholen. Abgesehen von der Tatsache, dass der Anlass fuer die Blumen schon vorbei war, hatte der Laden um 13:00 zu 2 Tage lang. Ich haette die vergammelten Blumen fuer 45€ erst 3 Tage spaeter holen konnen. Surprose weigert sich jetzt, mir das Geld zurueck zu geben fuer die Ware, was einfach nicht geliefert wurde weil die Firma sich einbildet, die brauchen sich an das Gesetz NICHT zu halten. Ich muss die Firma wegen Betrug und Irrefuehrrende Werbung polizeilich anzeigen.

Ich habe 20 weiße Rosen für 55 € bestellt und war sehr enttäuscht. Die Rosen waren kleiner als erwartet und rechtfertigten den hohen Preis nicht. Zum Vergleich: In Supermärkten oder bei anderen Anbietern erhält man ähnliche Sträuße für deutlich weniger Geld, oft zwischen 25 € und 35 €. Für den bezahlten Betrag hatte ich eine bessere Qualität und größere Blüten erwartet. Leider werde ich hier nicht noch einmal bestellen.

Indifference to customers and your business
This is the worst flower company I’ve ever dealt with. My boyfriend ordered 50 red roses for my birthday, but instead, they delivered roses of a completely different shade – dark cherry. They looked nothing like the ones shown on the website. We decided to overlook this, but things only got worse. The flowers arrived in terrible condition – already wilted. Although the website states that the roses stay fresh for 7 days, in reality, they lasted only 3–4 days in a vase. The most upsetting part is the company’s attitude. For such a high price, I expected at least decent service, but it was a complete disappointment. I contacted them via Instagram and email, but even after 6 days, I received no response. This is pure negligence toward customers and their own business. I will never order from this company again and plan to warn others not to fall into the same trap. If you’re placing an order, they’ll gladly respond to you, but if you have an issue, be prepared to face complete silence.

Ze leveren niet! Surprosa.nl
De bestelling zou op 19 december afgeleverd worden. Daar ook bericht van gekregen. De hele dag zitten wachten en ruim een uur voordat de levertijd was verstreken werd er een afmelding gestuurd. Bezorging verhinderd. Raar omdat er geleverd zou worden tot 22.30 uur en dit tijdstip nog lang niet was bereikt. De dag daarop veranderde zij hun verhaal dat niet het juiste adres was doorgegeven ( wat door ons bestreden wordt) en dat de bloemen nu bij DHL stonden. Ook dat klopte niet want die had ze teruggestuurd naar Surprose in Apeldoorn. Deze bloemen alsnog sturen deden ze niet. Terugbetalen ook niet. Ze komen dus hun leveringsverplichting niet na! Na wat heen en weer gemail blijven zij de verantwoordelijkheid om te leveren van hun afschuiven en bieden geen enkele oplossing. Korting bij een volgende bestelling kunnen we krijgen alsof je bij deze zaak nog iets zou willen bestellen! Bij iedere transactie kan er altijd iets foutgaan. Een goede zaak onderscheid zich door in oplossingen te denken en niet in afschuifgedrag. U bent gewaarschuwd. Waardeloze tent Surprosa.nl !!! Vervolg. We laten het er niet bij en blijven contact zoeken. Wij willen een klacht indienen en ons geld terug. Nikki van Surprosa.nl verwijst naar de kopersbescherming van Trusted en de mail die we van Trusted gekregen hebben. Die hebben wij niet! Alleen via die mail kun je reageren en omdat wij die niet hebben vervalt het recht van reclamatie. Misschien heeft iemand tips om dit aan te pakken? Kassa? Media? Dit gaat steeds meer op oplichting lijken! Vervolg: ze willen bij surprosa nog steeds alle schuld bij een ander leggen. Als het huisnummer niet klopt, hadden ze deze op het aangegeven nummer kunnen afleveren. Niet gedaan. Er staat bij de aanvraag ook een telefoonnummer van de klant. Dit nummer is niet gebeld, dan had een eventuele fout zo gecorrigeerd kunnen worden. De rozen zijn ook niet na overleg geleverd, nee die hielden ze gewoon achter.De betaling ook! Vandaar mijn opmerking: dit riekt naar oplichting!

Enttäuschung pur!
100 Rote Rosen Red Naomi - Enttäuschung durch und durch! Die Rosen wurden bereits mit abgeknickten Blüten geliefert.. und die Blüten die noch unbeschädigt waren..sind super gequetscht und haben bereits braune vertrocknete Stellen an den Blütenblättern. Allgemein sehen die Rosen so aus als wären sie schon mehrere Tage alt und nicht frisch. 199€ für Rosen die aussehen als hätte man sie an einer Tankstelle gekauft..mehr als enttäuschend!

Appalling customer service from the…
Appalling customer service from the Head quarters of the Radiator Centre - lack of aftercare and empathy by Nick Duggan who is the Director of The Radiator Centre in St Albans. When radiators purchased five years ago were becoming rusty where the joints are, he agreed to get them taken away to investigate and re-polish the surface of the cast iron radiators. However the valves and tail ends were missing when radiators were delivered back to us a month or so later. Nick Duggan sent rude emails accusing our plumber "for being stupid" by not removing the valves on radiators prior to collection. There was no written instructions at the time of collection so the valves and tail ends were still connected to the radiators. Nick emailed several times saying that it is the fault of our "stupid" plumber and that they had lost the connecting valves. He passed on to a colleague who charged us nearly £100 for these cast valves. Be warned, Nick Duggan as the Director is a bully and can't be trusted in terms of aftercare of radiators that are sold by The Radiator Centre. We won't recommend St Albans branch. End of.

Disappointing customer service from the St Albans branch. Having provided the store with the pipe depths etc, and looked at several options, we were ultimately sold a radiator that did not fit our pipes and was missing a part. The manager of the store called me to discuss it.He agreed to send out the missing part, but did not accept any responsibility for not flagging that the radiator his sales person had suggested we opt for would not work. The manager said "it should have been obvious to us", but it was clearly not obvious or we would have asked the question. The radiator cost more than £1,200 and I would have expected the manager to take a more constructive approach to resoving the problem. I was not asking for a replacement radiator, but I expected more goodwill, for example a contribution to the extra plumbing cost that I will face. Overall, places like this are only worth using if the customer service is excellent. Otherwise I would recommend buying much less expensive products from online retailers.

I bought 6 Spartan 4-column radiators…
I bought 6 Spartan 4-column radiators and 3 were delivered with damaged, flaking paint. The damage can be seen underneath the packaging, so they were damaged before being packed and delivered – see the photos attached. When I complained they said they couldn’t do anything. Beware! Bad service and poor-quality products at a high price!

Tres mauvaise expérience. Une suspension Artemide commandée en août, livrée fin octobre. À l’ouverture du carton nous avons constaté que un plafonnier était cassé, nous l’avions indiqué toute de suite par e-mail. Ça fait 3 mois que nous n’avons toujours pas reçu le nouveau plafonnier, pourtant nous avons payé l’assurance d’une soixantaine d’euros et relancé smartissima par téléphone et par e-mail une vingtaine de fois. Il faut mieux payer un peu plus cher ailleurs, que prendre le risque avec Smartissima.

Ho acquistato due lampadari niagara per un valore di 1.850,00, scrissi all azienda chiedendo un preventivo PER TRE LAMPADARI SIL.LUX NIAGARA con bolle in vetro soffiato PYREX , mi viene fatto il preventivo e do conferma per acquistarne due...mi mandano una email dove mi viene detto che se confermavo l ordine nella stessa giornata avrei avuto uno sconto di 156,00 euro (NON CHIESTO DA ME LO SCONTO!!), confermo l ordine pago tramite bonifico come richiesto da loro...(adesso capisco il perchè con bonifico e non hanno paypal...!!), la merce arriva con notevole mesi di ritardo con le bolle in vetro soffiato di colore rosso, argento e trasparenti completamente rovinate...lo segnalo all' azienda e mi rimandano solo le bolle trasparenti...chiamo e dico che nelle foto da loro richieste come ben si poteva vedere tutte le bolle e non solo quelle bianche erano rovinate...mi rispondono che tutte le bolle in vetro soffiato sono rigate perchè è un problema di lavorazione del vetro soffiato colorato (E QUELLE BIANCHE PERCHE' ERANO UGUALMENTE ROVINATE?) quindi anche sostituendole non avrebbero risolto niente (AD OGGI NON HO RICEVUTO LE BOLLE IN SOSTITUZIONE) morale della storia ho speso 1.600.00 per avere Cineseria. QUELLO CHE SI VEDE SUL SITO NON E' CONFORME A QUELLO CHE POI ARRIVA A CASA...!!!! probabilmente applicano sconti per convincere le persone a fare l acquisto subito, omettendo il fatto che lo sconto viene applicato su prodotti difettati non richiesti però dal compratore...se volevo un prodotto difettato e di scarsa qualità mi rivolgevo altrove pagandolo molto meno…

I have used this company for my Honda Lawnmower spares a couple of times now and it has always been excellent service. Today the parts dept. were very helpful in adding to an existing online order that had not shipped yet, thus saving me an additional delivery charge. Chap I spoke to was efficient, polite and helpful. I also like their online parts diagrams.

Hayter from B&Q Marketplace
I bought a "Hayter Osprey 46 Autodrive Four-Wheeled Rotary Mower 18" 611B" from Godfrey's (Sevenoaks) LTD Via 'B&Q Marketplace' (which I didn't even know was a thing!). The item was despatched and received really quickly (a couple of working days). Sadly the front left wheel must have been damaged during transit as it was slightly bent (DPD). I messaged Godfrey's via the B&Q portal in the evening and by 09:30 the next morning I had received a phonecall from Karl from Godfrey's and he was really apologetic on behalf of the carrier and he said he would personally come and pick the faulty mower up and bring a new, built and serviced mower in his own time, which was particularly good service as I live an hour away from him. This has been an amazing piece of customer service which is becoming rarer and rarer in today's society. If you need to buy garden machinery, buy it from Godfrey's (sevenoaks) you can't put a price on great service. 5 stars

Honestly, not just a lawn mower shop
I've been driving past for a year or so now and assumed they just sold mowing equipment, an excellent range of it but essentially just mowing equipment, well today I called in in case they had any saw files, not only do they have them there was enough in stock to exeed my needs along with a few other parts, not only did they have everything I needed but they could instantly cross reference part fitment so that I didn't need to duplicate parts to keep saws going throughout the winter. Also if you're looking for a log splitter they have an impressive bit of kit powered by a honda engine for a touch over £1000

A negative experience l would not repeat.
After purchasing a brushcutter on going to assemble it l found it was not fit for purpose. The button to change from reel head to brushcutter blade was not present. Despite it being faulty and according to consumer act 2015 the seller is responsible for return postage of faulty items Godfreys informed me l was responsible for the return costs. So on 30th August the item was repacked, had the return label printed out and was on its way back. Being a disabled person the cost of £54.95 return postage caused severe hardship to me as l was left with hardly any money to survive until they refunded the expensive items cost and chasing up how to be refunded my postage caused much stress and upset. After two delivery attempts Godfreys took receipt of the brushcutter on the 5th September. I had purchased it through Amazon and contacted them. It took 2 days of being told it was Godfreys responsibility to refund the return postage and Godfreys saying it was up to Amazon to refund the postage to finally get somewhere and then only after letting both parties know it was a breach of the consumer act 2015 for a customer to be expected to pay return charges on a faulty item. I had tried several times to call Godfreys but was unable to get through and nobody being available to sign for the initial delivery attempt is another black mark against them. I did get my refund from Godfreys for the faulty brushcutter and after 6 hours of live chat and phone calls to Amazon customer service it was agreed l should be refunded my excessive postal charges. I still need a brushcutter but would never deal with Godfreys again after the distressing experience l had. UPDATE; 17th September l received a response from Godfreys informing me l should have followed the Amazon return policy. And Amazon would have arranged free shipping. Not the case at all. I had contacted Amazon and they told me the brush cutter could not be returned to them and had to be returned via a printed off label directly to Godfreys. This is what l did. Also Godfreys recent response stated they would have arranged pick up of the faulty item at no cost to me. This option was not offered in all the contact l had with Amazon /Godfreys. Amazon told me brushcutter had to go back directly to Godfreys l have the messages they sent me stating this information. Parcelforce had tried to get the return signed for on the 4th September at 16.15 pm and no one was available to sign for it so once again incorrect information from Godfreys when they said in their response today that their depot is open from 8am to 5pm and they have no record of failed deliveries. I do as l was tracking my return and if they would like to see it l shall email all proof of these matters to Adrian Fleming to aid their comprehension. My disability does not affect my mental capacity only my legs. It seems both Amazon & Godfreys are trying to shift the focus to each other. I stand by my opinion of this company and will not change my mind. They didn’t answer phone calls when l tried calling, fobbed me off by a message with not being available as they were out of their office. Only positive thing was they did refund the cost of the piece of faulty equipment they had sent out promptly. I have taken a screenshot of their response here and so l have a record of the misinformation contained in it. My rating is a reasonable opinion of my recent experience. I hold Godfreys and Amazon responsible for the awful experience. Unfortunately Amazon cover their a#%#s by not having a complaints procedure and they seem to outsource all contact to call centres with persons with poor grasp of the English language who shunted me from pillar to post misinforming me. I followed what Amazon told me to do so maybe they should update their returns process.

Do not use. I ordered some lawnmower parts on line, as their website stated they were "in stock". When i received their confirmation email, it then stated all parts were "backordered" with no delivery date given. Being "in stock" was the only reason i ordered the parts from them. I then tried to ring 4 times but not once did their customer service dept pick up the phone!!

New John Deere belt failed after 6 weeks I purchased a new John Deere belt and it failed after 6 weeks and very little use. The previous belt had lasted 5 years. Godfreys just said the there was nothing they could do. Poor customer service on a part that should have lasted years. Update on reply. Ive used the JD for 10 years, each belt has lasted 5 years. I know the limits of the machine and how to how to operate it. So your reply is typical and just trying to pass the blame on to the customer.

Do not buy an Echo chainsaw Godfreys of Sevenoaks
Do not buy from this company, I bought two chainsaws at the same time, one works well but the other is not quite right. I started using chainsaws at the age of 14 , I have always done my own maintenance from small saws etc to 30 ton machines. I wont be spoken to like I am a complete imbecile by two of their employees. The first took the saw to the engineer whom made a small adjustment and sent it back saying it is fine, no it is not, did he try it in a bit of wood , "no he hasnt got time". I was then asked where and what petrol I used, well I dont import it fresh from Texas, where the hell do you think I get petrol from ? If I tell you the saw is not right why the hell cant you be bothered to listen ? It is a shame as I have gone over to Echo machinery from Stihl and Husqvarna as I have had very good service from Echo, never again. If Echo cannot find better dealers than these clowns I will go back to Stihl. And by the way have you extracted all the saws in your shop yet from where I told you the insert them ? Absolutely no customer service , they want £45 to book it in to the engineer even though still under warranty . What I will now do is take pictures of me throwing the saw in the scrap bin even though I have only ever filled it twice with fuel from new and send the pictures to Echo and the internet . This firm has no interest in the customer whatsoever, dreadful service, do not deal with them.

SAV quasi injoignable par téléphone et après mainte tentatives, mon interlocuteur ne peut rien faire pour moi, que la mise à jour du stock n'a pas eu lieu, ou a pris du retard... La commande est conforme. La couette est très belle en satin de coton ce qui facilite grandement le repassage. Les couleurs sont identiques à la photo du site. Il vaut mieux profiter d’une promo car relativement cher. Livraison un peu longue sans nouvelle de Becquet donc obligée d’aller sur le site pour savoir où en est ma commande

Becquet promet un retour/échange sur ses produits de 2 à 3 ans qui est purement mensonger. J'ai renvoyé 8 draps de bain défectueux au bout d'à peine 1 année d'utilisation (déchirures du tissu même à 30 degrés de lavage) via un numéro colissimo transmis par Becquet. Cette enseigne ne m'a jamais renvoyé les draps de bain, en plus j'ai perdu mon temps pour effectuer différentes démarches et le service client ne retrouve bien évidemment pas ma demande, mon numéro de colissimo...Suite à mon avis que je viens de publier, ils viennent de me répondre ce qu'ils répondent à chaque fois : envoyer des photos + numéro de client et de commande. Sachez que j'ai répondu à chaque fois, j'ai envoyé de nombreuses photos à leur service client : mais jamais aucun drap de bain ne m'a été renvoyé. Vous connaissez le film 'un jour sans fin' ? Et bien Becquet en a fait son slogan et le remake. Je maintiens ce que je dis. J'ai encore appelé hier le service client qui n'a pas pu m'aider. Ce sont des MENTEURS et des CHARLATANS.

Qualité médiocre
Commande passée pour 6 articles de linge de lit. Réception 10 jours plus tard de seulement 5 articles, il manque le drap housse. La chargée de clientèle très agréable au téléphone s'excuse au nom de la société Becquet et me valide un envoi du drap housse. Par ailleurs lorsque j'ai enfilé ma couette dans la housse, j'ai constaté qu'elle avait des petits trous d'usure comme si elle avait déjà 10 ans et à certains endroits il y avait des traces droites de décoloration. De plus l'une des taies d'oreiller est mal taillée donnant l'impression qu'elle a été déformée. Je viens d'acheter du linge de lit qui ressemble à du linge de plusieurs années même la couleur est passée...je suis très déçue

BUYER BEWARE I paid in full for a lounge advertised with 8 in stock. A lounge of the wrong colour was bought to my house and even attempted to assemble it by the owner of this business. He repacked it and promised a refund on departure from my house. With 8 in stock and still showing to this day it has taken 26 days to get my money back. From the very next day he would not answer my calls, reply to texts or emails or respond online. Such a dodgy operator and caused me a lot of stress.

Absolutely gutted! The company hired an old delivery guy who had no chance taking out the concrete table that I purchased from back of van. Myself and 4 other guys had to assist to unload the heavy 130kg table from back of van as he struggled to breathe. The delivery guy then damaged my newly built home as he did not want to go through the side gate. Damages caused to my home was broken render at front entrance step. Dented walls and 9 scratched floorboards. Not happy at all with very bad service and insufficient staff and equipment provided. The lack of duty of care to the delivery guy is a whole new low. Hopefully they are understanding and have damages fixed.

Replaced after 7 years
After 7 years, the door on my Torsion shower dropped and in order to use the shower I needed to lift it up before closing or opening the door. Contacted Kohler and discovered the fault was to do with the glass panel which is normally glued to top having lost its adhesion. After several emails to ensure the correct replacement , one was sent free of charge. Arrived safely and now fitted. Brilliant service and most helpful staff. Only problem was finding a plumber available to fit the replacement!!

Appalling customer service from Kohler UK
Surprisingly bad customer service. I have a lovely Kohler kitchen tap, a Kohler Karbon, which is now discontinued. The tap is very striking and is a design statement at the centre of our kitchen. It is 10 years old now though and obviously out of warranty. This is fine; nothing lasts forever. A few weeks ago the tap valve failed and I contacted Kohler UK to try to buy a replacement valve. They told me that it’s not possible to buy a valve and I should buy a new tap instead, although obviously not this model, because it’s no longer made. This was a tap that cost way over £1000 and the advice from Kohler was to throw it away and start again. This tap also needed two holes through the Corian worktop, so replacing it would also entail trying to invisibly fill a large hole in my worktop. I subsequently discovered that these valves are sold in the US, by Kohler themselves, but either Kohler UK cannot buy parts for their own products or they can’t be bothered to try. Given how much I spent to buy this tap, this really is miserable customer support and I really feel let down. I did eventually get the tap repaired. This entailed me establishing a US postal address (Kohler US do not ship internationally), buying from Kohler US and sending to my US postbox address, paying somebody to check the consignment and shipping to the UK. I was also without water in the kitchen for two weeks. Even though I really love this tap, I would not recommend this company, because they will not make any effort to help a customer in the U.K.

Great products and service - with a pleasant surprise from their team
Spoke with Kohler about spare parts for my bathroom that was installed over 4 years ago (as part of a new build) and rather then have to fix the item, they offered to send a new one, under warranty. I only contacted them to ask where to get the parts, so was very surprised and delighted that they proactively checked the warranty. Great that they stand by their products and I have to say that all of the sinks, showers, toilets and taps we installed still look like new, so very happy with the products and the service.

What went wrong THIS time? Once again, for the third time, we did not receive what we paid for. We bought a wall mounted fan for our bathroom and only received the fan blade, fan guard, and clips. I have sent pictures of what we received as you requested, and still no resolution. I request a full refund of the purchase price, tax, and shipping.

I placed the order easily online and then waited and waited. The order was placed the first of October 2024. I contacted Lamps Depot by phone on three different occasions and each time, the person said I don't know why it hasn't processed. I resubmitted the payment on two different times because it had been so long. Finally after a month and a half of waiting, I called to cancel the order and get a refund. The person said he would have the warehouse manager contact me. The next thing I knew, the order was being shipped. I am happy with the lamps, but the customer service and timeline were very subpar.

Overall positive experience, with a few snafus along the way...
Order was placed on July 28th, on August 5th I got an email about a problem with my payment, I had updated my CC's expiration date and 3-digit, but for some reason it didn't save the changes I made. So there was a delay in shipment, which I can't blame on LampsDepot, other than the fact it took 7 days to catch the mistake. However, that said, the lamps were ordered because of a specific color I wanted... a darker bronze. Ordered: Medallion Lighting Balustrade 30" Madison Bronze Steel Table Lamp With Shantung Stretched Bell Shade Website pics and every pic out there on the web shows what looks like a nice dark bronze lamp, you can see where I am going with this.... What arrived was more silver than dark bronze... but the wife liked them, and they are sturdy, heavy, and well crafted lamps....so we decided to keep them. Again, I can't blame LampsDepot, but it's a little annoying spending over $500 on three lamps, only to find out it's not the color you wanted/expected. Not 100% sure I would order from this site again

Orders are delayed. Poor communication service. Been trying to call the store for any updates but the phone just kept on ringing. Would understand if the line is busy but it was not. No way of getting updates. Not a good experience as a first time buyer. Would not consider buying from the store again. Disappointing!

Purchased a pergola off Container Door
Purchased a pergola off Container Door, 6-7 louvres were a different shape so that section didn’t close correctly, after emails to get replacements sent my builder removed the louvres and had them reshaped to fit, we then received an email offering to replace the louvres, buggar! I was out of pocket for several hundred dollars that it took to fix the problem. Have contacted Container Door for some form of compensation, to their credit they came back offering replacement louvres and reimbursement of my builders cost which was awesome. The product is great value and now looks great, 25% cheaper than anyone else 👍

Bought a louvre system and pergola drop down in Dec 2023, supposed to be delivered March 2024 and have had 3 delay notices, now meaning the order may or may not be here in AUGUST!! For the savings they claim, it's not worth the hassle when you can purchase in country/locally for an extra 10-15%. Not happy at all.

Products good BUT ripped off by delivery charges
Products I purchased are good BUT my purchase included 3 products in 1 order from the buy now category. This was processed as 3 separate orders & 2 were charged over $21.00 delivery & the 3rd at 17.70 = $59.85 - but only 1 delivery charge appeared when completing the total order. I've had no response to several emails & they put 2 sets of items in 1 box, reducing their own delivery costs, with no refund of the excessive delivery costs they charged and still no response to emails. Resulting in an expensive transaction for me & some money for nothing for them. I will not buy from container door again. Reading Container Door response below, they have NEVER responded to my emails and have NEVER refunded any money for this very excessive delivery charge. Their response is not the truth.🤨🤬

DISHONEST AND FRAUDULENT
Ordered an item. Sale was complete and credit card charged for $2245. Then received an email from their Customer Service Team Leader stating they had made a mistake with the price and I could either pay $1154 more or get a refund. Blatant breach of the Fair Trading Act. Fradulent and dishonest company. I will be seeking legal action against them. Under the FTA, a trader cannot ask the customer to pay more unless the customer knew before the sale was complete that the price was incorrect or the price was clearly a mistake (example from CAB is a decimal place or missing zero). Edit: Based on your response, I see you do not understand the FTA. You completed the sale by charging card. You did not advise me of the incorrect price before the completion of the sale and the price was not clearly a mistake. The cause of the error does not matter, that is an issue for you to fix internally.

Amazing
Just got our third bed from this company. Each time they have delivered on our chosen date with great communication. The beds are brilliant quality at amazing prices having just paid £299 for a king size bed with mattress. Always recommend them to people I know and won’t buy a bed anywhere else. Makes me think the bad reviews are the wrong company.

What an absolute rip off company had a kingsize ottoman bed delivered last Friday put it together Saturday to find that when you open the storage the mattress pushes the headboard off it’s bolts then realised there was no footboard and wrong mattress and it was dirty fair play they then sent the footboard 2 days later and what they say is a 2000 pocket sprung it definitely is not and in two days you can hear the springs creaking like a 10/15 year old mattress then tried fitting the footboard it’s to wide for our bed 😳😡 messaged them they read the message but never reply very bad customer service so we are now £540 out of pocket 😡😡

Absolute scammers, just robbed me of £255 for a double bed, horrific build quality, cheap, and now have blocked me when asked for a refund, little do they know I have tracked them down and have family in Dewsbury where they are actually from who are going to pay them a visit... GOOD LUCK! Update: To get back at these scamming basta*** I played them at their game, opened a new Facebook account, placed another order for another type of bed, waited for the delivery driver at another address I gave and asked for my money, he eventually took back the old bed, gave me a new one which is of good quality. Claims the company are on commission, they send orders to multiple factories in the Dewsbury/Batley area, take their commission and block you if any problems. Don't know if I believe him, either way I have my money back.

I have been meaning to write a reply for some time but never got round to it, but I am glad I remembered after reading a couple of other reviews on here. I have been buying numerous items from this friendly independent business on numerous occasions. I know there are lead times and people buying should understand this. I have always been informed of lead times upon purchases and therefore have always been happy with the service. My items have always arrived in good condition. Sam and her assistant, Rebecca are always friendly and polite and have always kept me informed on when deliveries are likely to arrive. I have never had a problem and been buying from here for a number of years now. Products are always high quality.

Broken product/terrible customer service
AVOID THIS COMPANY! Where to start. We ordered and paid for a Nkuku Anbu Acacia Dining Chair on 30/09/2023 and after constant chasing and being told by Sam that they were 'having a nightmare with the supplier' the chair was eventually delivered on 9/11/2023 nearly 8 weeks later! Unfortunately it was very badly damaged when it arrived with a broken leg, we emailed immediately with photos and when no one replied followed up with phone calls. We were told on November 13th that a replacement chair had been ordered and would be here before the end of the week, and then collection and delivery would be arranged. Guess what? No delivery or collection of the broken chair, despite constant chasing. This item is showing out of stock on the website but as yet no one has had the honesty to tell us this. Avoid and go to Nkuku direct, we wish we had.

Die Suche nach verträglichen Produkten (u.a. duftstofffrei, möglichst ohne Weichmacher/ problematische Flammschutzmittel etc.) ist bei multiplen Unverträglichkeiten (MCS) sehr schwierig. Wird von Purenature etwas als gut verträglich empfohlen, hat das bei mir immer gestimmt. Die Auswahl ist gold wert. Abwicklung und Versand haben immer problemlos und fix geklappt, die Beratung war außergewöhnlich gut. Ohne Sie wäre ich schon öfters aufgeschmissen gewesen. Daher: Vielen Dank!

Ich kann hier die schlechten Bewertung überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen! Ich bestelle schon seit Jahren bei PureNature und bin immer zufrieden! Wichtig für mich als an MCS (multiple Chemikaliensensitivität) Erkrankte: die Ware wird garantiert immer duftstofffrei geliefert! Auch dem Kundendienst gebe ich 5 Sterne. Ich bin mit der Beratung sowie der Kundenfreundlichkeit und Kulanz dem Kunden gegenüber immer zufrieden! z.B. der kostenfreie Service, Luftreiniger vor Versenden an den Kunden im Cleanroom von PureNature mindestens 24 Stunden laufen zu lassen, damit die Geräte vor Ort beim Kunden sofort verträglich sind, findet man nirgendwo sonst. Für MCS-Erkrankte ein toller und wichtiger Service. Ich bin dankbar, dass ich diesen Online-Shop vor langer Zeit gefunden habe und bestelle monatlich, bisher lief alles reibungslos. Allenfalls der Versand könnte für mich persönlich schneller sein. Nach 3 Werktagen ist die Ware da, das schaffen die meisten anderen Online-Händler in 2 Werktagen. Aber das nehme ich gerne in Kauf, wenn ansonsten alles andere stimmt und so ist es in meinem Fall.

Überteuert, irreführendende Produktbeschreibung
Ich habe am 25.04.2024 dort bestellt. Die Ware war auch relativ schnell da (02.05.2024),gut und sicher verpackt. Bestellt habe ich eine waschbare medizinische Maske in schwarz-farbig. In meinem Fall schwarz-schwarz. Angekommen ist eine schwarz-rosa Maske. Der sogenannte BFE Filter waren 2 FFP 2 Masken ohne Schlaufen. BFE- gibt lediglich den Wert der Bakterienfiltration an. Die Maske selber war aus einlagigem Lycrastoff ohne Einstecklaschen für den Filter oder ähnliches.Dazu eine Aufbewahrungstasche und ne Kordel zum Umhängen. Das Ganze dann für satte 27.90 € ohne Versandkosten. Ich war wirklich schockiert. Die Beschreibung des Produkt war für mich irreführend und zudem völlig überteuert. Dadurch, dass mir bei der ersten Bestellung gleich das falsche Produkt geliefert wurde, werde ich nicht wiederbestellen.

Die Ware wurde erst auf Rechnung bestellt mit anschließender erfolgreichen Bestellbestätigung. Kurz darauf kam eine E-Mail, dass ich mit Paypal bezahlen muss, ansonsten wird die Ware nicht verschickt. Dies habe ich dann gemacht. 2 Artikel wurden dann Ende November zurückgesendet und seitdem warte ich auf die Erstattung! Kundenservice hilft nicht weiter und jetzt ist Paypal eingeschalten. Kein zweites Mal! Antwort von pure nature: Nachdem wir Ihre Retoure erhalten haben, wurde diese automatisch per PayPal erstattet. => Eine Frechheit, dass der Fehler nicht einmal zugegeben wird. Bitte arbeiten Sie an Ihrem Service!! Der Betrag wurde nach langem hin und her von paypal durch den Käuferschutz zurückerhalten!

Täuscht Kunden Bewirbt Produkte mit falsch angegebenen Inhaltsangaben. Beispiel: Speick Sonnencreme mit explizit damit beworben, keine Benzoate zu enthalten. Die Inhaltsangaben sind 1:1 übernommen bis auf die Benzoate, diese wurden rausgelöscht. Damit wird der Kunde getäuscht, was bei Allergikern äußerst gefährlich werden kann.
