Had our hallway, longue and kitchen with LVT in October, and our stairs ans landing with carpet. They came, they did what they said they would do, and they did it well. They offered some great advice, but also listened to what we wanted. Would recommend!

Excellent carpet fitters
I used Deakin & Peck to fit my stairs and upstairs carpets. Chris & Lee did a great job. They are both very amiable and did a quality job, being punctual and tidying up before they left. They readily offered to help move some larger furniture items from one room to another to assist with the fitting. I highly recommend them.

Great flood fix
In these tricky covid ping times, these guys were professional throughout, updating dates and times and did such a great job for us. Highly recommend. Replaced flood damaged hallway and dining room carpet with quality vinyl wood effect look and we're thrilled with how it looks.

Amazing place …
Went to the shop looking for bathroom ideas, the staff and the owner were very polite and super helpful. I could not believe the honesty and price. Really an amazing place with a very wide range of tiles and bathroom. Staff were very knowledgable and went out of their way to help us, They never met us before, but trusted us instantly. They sell FAULTY and BELOW STANDARD products
We bought thousands of pounds from this company. I thought at the time the prices were cheap however I now understand the reason behind the cheaper prices. They sell FAULTY and BELOW STANDARD products. I bought for example 6 DURAVIT toilets and seats amongst other items. Within a few months if use the seats all went all yellow and the hinges went rusty. You would think they would replace them no problems knowing I spent thousands of pounds with them and knowing that there are thousands of reports online about reporting this very same problem. I contacted them thinking they were the good guys , they were so lovely selling and thought they were honest. Oh NO NO how wrong I was !! they blamed me for cleaning the toilets seats incorrectly!! And you know what??? They said you can buy new toilet seats from us!! They even sent me a quote!!! the same happened with the £500 shower heads I bought from them. It leaks no end. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY NOW!!! THEY ARE SELLING FAULTY PRODUCTS SND THEY WILL NOT COMPENSATE YOU!! Sorry about my rant but I’m so angry it’s unbelievable how many companies think they can get away leaving customers out of pocket. I just want to save you some money !! Buy from someone else !! You will tank me later!!!

We worked through a design we had created with Becky the showroom manager and she was able to make great suggestions around the products we wanted to source. We have been able to source mid to high end priced furnishings in one place. Importantly, the follow up service from Becky and the team at Park Street has been nothing short of amazing! We have had our few issues resolved quickly and with the friendliest of service. Highly recommend them. The peace of mind and customer care has been outstanding!

Great price, advice, delivery and follow-up.
Friends recommended Park Street Bathrooms for price & service - very, very pleased we listened. We ordered bathroom furniture, tiles and fittings for main bathroom and ensuite through Becky, and it's been an easy, pleasant & hassle-free experience. A couple of issues post-delivery (tiles,showerhead) were sorted out quickly and easily at minimal cost. Can't fault Becky and colleagues for excellent customer service.

Don’t bother buying samples
Terrible service when requesting samples - paid £14 for 8 samples (including postage) and I had to chase them up to even send it! Still waiting for my samples (6 days later). Gone are the days when samples would arrive next day - I always thought samples was a way to get a sale - but this company is obviously not bothered.

Very poor quality wallpaper sold at high price
Very poor quality wallpaper sold at over £10 per roll, ordered 2 rolls, was sent 4 in 2 lots and charged over £44 in the process. They have accepted I do not send or agree to pay for the 2nd shipment and it appears I will now be refunded for them. The wallpaper was so thin that it tore very easily when damp, the pattern on the surface came off the front when damp. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Sold wallpaper that they do not have in stock. Waited a week and they didn't bother to tell me until I chased up why it hadn't arrived. Could easily have ordered elsewhere and have the wallpaper on the walls by now. Wasted my time and had my money for a week before refunding it. Nice little interest earner if they do that to many people. Should be illegal to sell products you don't have.

Good shipping, 3D effect does not = textured
Very fast with shipping. The prints are beautiful however I did think that the tongue and groove wood effect was textured. 3D effect just means that it looks like it is textured. The pearl white is a lot more of a cool Grey than the pictures let on as well, but overall the quality seems good. Have not hung on the wall yet

Disappointing purchase
I have used this company before and have been very pleased with my purchases. However on this occasion I ordered a customised size frame to match my previously purchased frames for a graduation photo. Unfortunately, I was not told it wouldn't be supplied without a stand, so I'm left with a frame that can only go by hung on a wall. I did query this when my order arrived (they didn't tell me when I placed my order), but I was simply told they couldn't supply a stand. Very disappointing. I'm now stuck with a frame that cost me a lot of money that I can't use.

Quality frames and excellent turnaround
Beaver Frames in-stock range is impressive, and so are their custom made to size frames. Glass in place of commonly used PVC gives each frame a premium finish and their turnaround time ensured frames ordered arrived much sooner than expected.

Superior Customer Service
I purchased the FloLogic system and had the plumber install the water line components and I did the installation of the Gateway module, the Connection modules X 2 and the power supply. A call to customer service at FloLogic was returned by Brandon in short order. He assessed my need for a comprehensive review of the installation process and in short order completed the overview, added some caveats and I got started with installation. The system is installed and working well. Brandon’s directions made this possible. Brandon also helped me with a set up issue with the humidifiers on the furnaces. The customer service and Brandon, hands down, provided superior customer service and did it with a smile. Thank you

Big waste of time
We turn our system off in the summer and every fall I waste 20 minutes trying to figure out how to turn it back on. Today I'm past 20 minutes and since we're only at this house on weekends, the companies so-called "Customer Service" isn't open. I think we're gonna go back to just shutting off the valve manually and try to forget all the money we spent. By the way you can't email the company either and their little chat bot is utterly worthless.

More than a decade aand system works as promised.
We have had the Flologic system for over a decade. It works incredibly well and is easy to adjust. It is hooked up to my security system through a wireless attachment. I only wish the older versions were able to be updated to WiFi.

Best of Breed!
I have 2 systems in place and enjoy peace of mind of knowing how sensitive the monitoring is. Recently we got a notification of water running more than 30 minutes while we were home. Didn't notice anything at all. After further checking we saw a sink with just a little more than a steady drip! It is that sensitive! If you want the best protection this is it! The customer service is amazing too.

When I was first introduced to the FloLogic leak detection system in 2021, it was by suggestion of my new homeowner's insurance company. They alerted me to the fact that most home damage is done by water. They also told me that there could be a fairly substantial premium cost savings if I had a FloLogic system installed in my house. I had never heard of the system so I was a little skeptical of the performance that the system told me I could expect, program, and monitor. I am not the greatest tech informed person so I was even a little unsure about setting up the system. I have to say, with the incredible support I received from the tech people, it was and is as easy as they said. FloLogic, as far as I am concerned, overperforms what I expected. The peace of mind we have whenever we go anywhere or travel is well worth the cost. We recently purchased another house in Florida and because we are splitting our time between the two houses, we really didn't need anyone to suggest we install a FloLogic system there. We love our FloLogic system
We have had the FloLogic system since we remodeled an old 1910 farmhouse in the country back in 2018. On several occasion's flow logic notified us that we have had a running faucet, broken pipe, or toilet not shutting off. I did not set up the app controlled module until after COVID, and in 2024 we had to send our controller to FloLogic for a firm wear update. All communication and assistance from technical assistance has been stellar. Our app allows me to adjust setting on the fly when we have more guests than usual or freezing weather so I can drip faucets without shutting down our water. We love this system.

The FloLogic system is amazing. I have it in multiple locations. It is very easy to use and extremely effective at picking up water flow. When we first moved into our home it picked up a broken pipe outside the house. It also picked up leaking faucets. I highly recommend this product.

Hice una compra el día 27 de noviembre. Se me aseguraba la entrega el día 3 de diciembre. A día 6 de diciembre no ha llegado el producto ni tengo información del transporte. Todo ello unido a que, al ser un producto de muy grandes dimensiones y peso, debo estar pendiente de su llegada y recepción en la misma obra. Que no tengáis ningún problema con ellos
El envío llego en mal estado, el producto suelto sobre un palet sucio, dañado, casi desmontado y con un clavo oxidado y peligroso. Además primera noticia de que lo dejan en el portal de tu casa y no lo suben. Si quieres devolver el producto olvídate de ellos porque se desentienden, lo tienes que hacer por tu cuenta, en mi caso el transportista que me lo trajo me pedía más de 80€ por devolverlo cuando si lo haces a través de ellos, que son clientes de la empresa de transportes, son solo 15€, pero tienen cero ganas de ayudar. Mi consejo, intentad no comprarles nada a esta gente, mal servicio, atención post venta inexistente, lo barato sale caro.

Nos han engañado.
Nos han engañado. Escogimos una caldera de gas y se lo indicamos en las notas del pedido, y nos han traído una de propano, nos va a tocar reclamarles todo. A parte nos están haciendo firmar un papel por el cual nos negamos a reclamar nuestros derechos para poder devolverla. La persona que nos va a poner la caldera nos indica que no saben como quitarse de en medio esas calderas y que están recurriendo en algunos casos como este a engaños para ello. Lo mas seguro que nos toque reclamarlo con abogado.

Para mí, un desastre de empresa
Compro un preoducto en Agosto y asumo el aviso de que los plazos se pueden alargar un poco. Aún con el retraso me dicen que se entrega a finales de Agosto. Llega el día, y uno más y otro más y una semana y me pongo en contacto con ellos y me dicen que hasta el veintitantos de septiembre no llegará. El jueves recibo un correo de que ha sido enviado y hoy, lunes 16 de septiembre aún no he recibido nada. Un desastre de empresa. Que cada uno haga lo que mejor le convenga pero por lo que a mí respecta, si los señores de esta empresa saben contar….pues que no cuenten con más pedidos míos.

Vector security remains the worst…
Vector security remains the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They feel no need to abide by a legal contract ending with a form that they signed. They charged me for years after the service was over, but they purposely did not call me. They waited till 2 years later to beg for money, hoping the paperwork would not be there any longer. Now I leave a review every year when they start harassing me. I’m not the only one with this experience. They do not abide by the law and you will need to protect yourself from the security company’s harassment. Take every precaution.

They continue to take money from my checking account to pay for service I do not want. They are no better than scammers and any other nice name you want to give a thief.

Horrible Service
Horrible Service - paying for monitoring and service and no one contacted us for two “critical incidents” CO monitors expired in June of 2024 and I had to call for replacement when monitor failed. We had to call the fire department Vector never did. Multiple fails today and can not reach service center. Automated answering.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! We received a call from them telling us our system had faulted so tried calling back and the message said call back during regular business hours. What happened to 24/7 coverage that we pay for and if someone wants to break into our home guess they can do so as long as it’s not during regular business hours do you think. Customers for 15 years and the techs are great but try to get someone on the phone is impossible and this is a repetitive result. With all the competition available these days guess I’m going to have to research and make a change because this certainly isn’t what is necessary to cover and protect our home!

I was a customer for over eight years
I was a customer for over eight years. Half the time the cameras didn't work. Customer service was awful and they are two expensive. I moved three times and continued to use this company for service. The last move, I was only in the home for a year. They charged me over a 1k for two cameras and sensors. They started me on a new contract for whatever reason. Then I sold the home and they forced me to cancel service and charged me over 2K to get out of the contract. RUN, don't walk away from this company. They will rip you off!

We just received a wireless installation
We just received a wireless installation. Every day we get many calls and emails about our system not communicating with vector. When we call, they don’t know why or they run a test. They say the “test” is working and then an hour later it’s not working. This company is such a waste of daily time and money. Very frustrated. Also, I’ve called the Fort Lauderdale office. No one answers, so I leave a message and never get called back.

We've been Vector clients since 2015
We've been Vector clients since 2015. Never missed a payment. We don't travel much anymore, which was the main reason we got the service in the first place. Since we don't use it anymore, we wanted to get out of the nearly $60 per month fee. The original contract was for three years, and states that after that period the contract would be renewed on a month to month basis and cancellable with 30 day written notice. This is the provision I thought we were operating under. When I sent the letter to cancel, we were told we had another 10 months on the contract, and would have to continue paying. They say in 2021 upgraded my "cell communicator", (nothing else changed about the service) gave us a paper to sign, which was not openly undisclosed except in the fine print, obligated us to another 3 year contract. I was told this was to make my system compatible with "5G". This process seems a little dicey. I don't remember requesting this service change since I know nothing about the technology and would be hard pressed to explain why an upgrade would be needed. We had no idea an "equipment upgrade" would require another 3 year contract, since we were already subscribing to the service. Based on this, I will not recommend this company. Seems like a questionable way to treat long time customers. I might have to bite the bullet on this one, but I'll communicate my disappointment to the company, and any prospective customer that asks me about my experience with Vector.

Jeg kjøpte tre kofferter på nett og mottok dem raskt. Jeg oppbevarte lett tøy i koffertene under sengen i noen få dager. Da jeg skulle hente tøyet, oppdaget jeg at glidelåsen og lappen som dekker glidelåsen var ødelagt. Jeg sendte en klage på e-post, men kundeservice hevdet at jeg hadde brukt koffertene på reise og at jeg derfor måtte klage til reiseselskapet. Jeg informerte dem om at koffertene kun hadde vært brukt til oppbevaring av tøy. Svaret jeg mottok var at de beklaget, men at det ikke var deres problem. Kundeservicen var svært dårlig, de tok ikke ansvar og antydet at skaden var min skyld, noe som er vanskelig å bevise. Nå har jeg dessverre tapt 2000 kr.

Ich bin enttäuscht
Ich bin enttäuscht, ich 2 Artikel bestellt, da ich aber im Vorfeld wusste das ich nicht zuhause bin, habe ich bei DPD eine Lieferanweisung hinterlegt die Lieferung hinter das Haus zu bringen. Da leider bei uns viel wegkommt habe ich mittlerweile eine Kamera, da ersichtlich ist das es einfach wieder vor die Tür abgestellt wurde, das kann Man sehen. Jedoch lässt sich der Blickwinkel nicht verstellen aus der Ferne, wenn man nicht zuhause ist, so das es nicht sichtbar ist wer es sich genommen hat. DPD hat auch noch eine Email gesendet mit dem Hinweis, Das Paket liegt am gewählten Ablageort, eine Lüge. Ich habe als Nachweis alles an Jalousiescout gesendet, mit Video, mit DPD Benachrichtigung, jedoch zieht man sich hier aus der Affäre und möchte mir nicht zur Seite stehen, denn mit Wahl eines Ablageort wären Sie aus der Sache raus. Da sollte ich Verständnis zeigen, nein habe ich aber nicht, Sie wählen als Versender ihren Transportdienstleister aus und wenn das schief läuft soll ich selbst Schuld sein? Sehr schlechter Service, ich hatte erst mal 2 Jalousien bestellt um zu testen unser Haus besitzt viele Fenster, hätte gerne nachgekauft, nun halt nicht ! Traurig wie man da als Kunde wahrgenommen wird anstatt zu helfen.

Purchased a houseplant on her Etsy shop. Order placed on a Tuesday (they advertise that they ship Monday to Thursday. Thursday received a messed via Etsy that my order would be shipped “early next week!” I replied with what I thought was a very reasonable question: “ Why next week. I’d have expected something as basic as a house plant to have already been shipped”? Her response was to cancel my order immediately rather than give me reasonable information. She knows full well that on Etsy, if an order is cancelled by the supplier the buyer is unable to leave any public response. Now I must wait for my payment process to be refunded. This kind of dismissive behaviour is not indicative of good business practice no matter where you are from. The absolute worst possible buying experience. ++ANSWER TO REPLY++. My message was "aggressive and dismissive?" Here once again, in its entirety, is my question you regard as aggressive and dismissive....."Why next week. I’d have expected something as basic as a house plant to have already been shipped?" That you find that question either aggressive or dismissive is beyond me to be quite frank. I am a paying customer and I'm fully entitled (having paid my monies) to enquire the reason for the delay of any order just as reasonably as any other purchaser. The sheer arrogance of your reply stands testament to your attitude. Now it seems fit you give a full explanation of your advertised "terms and conditions" something it would have been very easy to draw my attention to, by way of answering my original query. Had you done so: that would have been an end to my request but no, you somehow imagined aggression and dismissiveness when there was nothing but a valid customer enquiry. Further, your arrogance (as per your response to this review) then extends to lecture your own customers how they should behave when purchasing from the Etsy platform: underpinned with a dire warning of disappointment? If I could respectfully offer some advice of my own? Maybe it's time for you to look up the dictionary definition of arrogant? You have a nice day. I certainly won't be recommending anyone to your business.

I placed an order on 8th September. Nothing was delivered and on the 13th September I received an email: "Due to an unforeseen stock issue I'm afraid we are now unable to complete your order so we have issued a full refund. We will replenish our stock ASAP so please check our shop again soon." Firstly, why does it take five days to realise that there isn't stock that's advertised. Secondly, why would you expect a customer to keep having to go back to your website to check if you have something in stock or not? Simple enough to do them the courtesy of sending an email when the stock has been replenished, no? I then got an email requesting that I write a Trustpilot review. I ignored that and wondered why I was getting a request for a review of an order that they couldn't fulfil. I have now got yet another email chasing a review so here it is. How not to do customer service 101. Update: I can see that I have a response, interesting to see that it is similar to a lot of other resposes to complaints. The issue always seems to be customer-side with no responsibility taken for anything - not a good sign. There's very little point in discussing semantics because the upshot remains the same. In fact pretty much proves my point regarding the correspondence that gets sent out. Easy enough to send an email when there is no available stock to say that the customer will be automatically notified when it does eventually come in. Other small companies seem to manage this. It would also be easy enough to send an actual explanation rather than what was sent and would have saved you having to respond on a review site. As you can see, sending two 'automatic' emails to people whose orders have been cancelled isn't ideal either. Probably a good plan going forward is not to do this. Spamming people with repeated unsolicited emails when they haven't been able to make a purchase is sub-optimal and not a good use of people's mobile data. If you are not genuinely interested in customer feedback (and it appears that you might not be), probably best not to solicit it. Having worked in web marketing for some 20 years, this advice is free but acting on it is of course, entirely optional.

What I ordered looks nothing like the picture. The way that the sender used cello tape it was all stuck to the soil almost ripping out the roots. Size was deceiving too. Won’t be ordering from here again. In reply to your message: I only received the plant today. I waited in for the parcel and your courier service didn’t actually try to make delivery so I had to travel to a different destination to pick up the plant. There are no measurements on your description at all! The picture that goes with the description looks nothing like what you are advertising. I am very disappointed and could of literally got this version of what I have from a cheap shop I wanted what I saw on the page.

It’s okay, the plants arrived but it wasn’t in perfect condition. The leaves were tad dry and yellowing up. They had lots of dead leaves as well. I had to repot it and prune it a lot to make it somewhat alive looking.

A shambles from start to finish
A shambles from start to finish. Took my deposit in March started in June. When the fitter arrived quite a few bits were missing and he had to go and get wood and fittings before he could start,a shower door was missing along wth the sink and its cabinet. 3 to 5 day estimate then took 3weeks +. now the shower door wont fit but no one will call me back. I Retire.

Having had a new shower and bathroom units fitted by this firm I can well recommend them. The fitters did an excellent job and even recommended a better idea for the position of the shower seat and shower head, this gave more leg room than was originally on the plan. They did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. All work completed with in the time stated Thank you.

Job left with pipework exposed which I fixed myself . Showerscreen leaked Tried to get this fixed under warranty but after 2 months their fitter never completed the repair . Then the company went bust. What a disgusting outfit!!!👎

Whole process was extremely good
Whole process was extremely good. The fitter worked tremendously long hours to make sure the installation was completed to schedule and the standard of workmanship was excellent. The debris was all removed on the final day so by the time I signed off the job everything was ship shape. I am delighted with my new bathroom/wet room. It looks like a million dollars and is totally safe and personalised to my needs.

Do not touch this company. The director Has just been sent to prison for fraud for 26 months, Michael Lyndon Jenkins, his GM Teresa Dawn Brown has received a 21 month suspended sentence. Nine charges and a further 5 charges levelled against the company over a dishonest scheme to defraud customers who tried to cancel orders after placing them and get back their deposits. They preyed on the most vulnerable members of society then bullied and intimidated them. Teresa Dawn Browne is still running this company, KEEP AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!

Although WIBAS demanded money upfront before the job was finished which is in the signed contract but on the white paper they gave us said 50percent when ordered rest on completion, they are not answering phone today when i have reported a leak in my walk in bath, so i have paid 7000 pounds for something i cannot yet use,also rubbish has not yet been collected as promised. Search other companies as this one has no customer service skills except when its for their own gain

Nobody answers the phone the guy was pretty unhelpful brought some items any way as his prices were competitive when it arrived a week later the toilet cistern is faulty and nearly flooded my bathroom and the shower boards were all damaged on the corners which was not surprising as it was delivered on a builders yard wagon with building materials expensive lesson learnt DONT GO THERE

Poor quality items non existent customer service
Very disappointing experience for me as a customer. Basin developed a large crack all the way across the bottom a few days after fitting having appeared to be fine when inspected prior to fitting. looks like a manufacturing flaw in the porcelain but I am no expert. Popped in to discuss this and the lady behind the counter shouts nothing to do with us we can't do anything for you. Oh ok I explain the situation to which she says very sorry you need to put all of this in an email with a photo of your receipt and pictures of the damaged basin and I will have our technical people take a look. There was such a lack of interest from her that i thought straight away I am being fobbed off. So I ask her what is the typical outcome of these emails to which she happily replies well nothing really its not our problem so we dont do anything. So you want me to waste my time essentially doing an email sending photos so that it can be ignored. Thanks for nothing. Would absolutely not recommend and will never use them again
