
translator buds - PLEASE SEND OR REFUND
I odered some flegobey translator earbuds in december. it eppears on my bank statement as PYN*TOPDEALSMAX HONG KONG I hsve not received any confirmation of the order and still hsve not received the buds. I sm going next month snd they would have come in handy. I should have checked amazon I would have saved nearly £30 but I chose this website as it looked legitimate. Not only have I not received the item, there is no customer service information available. Unless this can by sending the buds I will have to report this to either the ombudmsn or the police. Please understsnd I meeting inlaws to be and they do not speak any english this would have been perfet. Please send me the buds or refund and I will be satisfied if not I will escalate thi/s further. 24/7 suppor is misleading as there is no way to contact them escept on trustpilot to complain.

9 Weeks still no delivery
I ordered a shed with the promise of a 4-6 week delivery time. Nine weeks later, there is still no delivery or confirmation of delivery. The greenhouse I received had a piece missing, I was unable to reach the company by phone so had to contact them by email. They responded within 2days and assured me they would send a replacement, that hasn’t materialised 10days later and my emails chasing the missing part go unanswered. It has come to the point that it is now too late as the growing season is well underway and I would like a refund. No response on this either. Very very poor customer service.

Do NOT use this DISHONEST company. My bulbs in the green took 5 days to come and arrived black and rotting. Have emailed them twice for refund (as promised in their 100% money back guarantee!!!) or to replace order, and 2 weeks later they have still not answered. So it seems I have lost nearly 40 quid. As you can imagine very fed up and considering possible next steps.

Autumn planting bulbs ordered in Spring 2018 for delivery in autumn 2018. Bulbs not delivered by mid October. After multiple emails requesting a delivery date they finally replied and said they would investigate and then I heard nothing at all. Luckily I had paid by PayPal so I made a claim and PayPal refunded my purchase cost. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all

Placed an order on 20th November for Xmas delivery which I was told had been actioned ( but it hadn't ).Had to keep chasing and was advised that the company had ,had several bereavements which I understood . Continued to wait for several weeks but nothing so in mid January contacted them several times only to receive a curt message saying they would not be supplying the goods as they were not in stock . Found out later that the original ordered goods( which were in stock at the time of order ) had now increased in price 🤔 Go to a more reputable company 61% of their customers gave them 1 star !!! and a further 8% between 2 stars according to Trust Pilot feedback .

I bought my green house from this company at Harrogate flower show. The green house is really great quality but also a really competitive price. In comparison to some of the other brands it was a far better price and still fantastic quality. The delivery was really quick, and the service has been fantastic. I needed a few other bits and the customer service was brilliant and the parts were shopped to me with24 hour couriers and arrived extremely well packed and in one piece. Really great greenhouse. Great price great customer service. Thank you.

Restoring my faith and confidence in workers
Throughout the process of supplying and erecting a greenhouse this company remained supportive and encouraging and though several problems beyond my control arose support was maintained throughout. My situation was unusual and way beyond normal business arrangements but they created a trusting relationship, which was honoured completely. The practical installing work carried out by Sam was excellent; he was punctual and he worked steadily and with commendable attention to detail, willingly checking with me when there were possible variations in completion. Trust, wonderful work ethic, quality all round, very much appreciated by this elderly lady. Thank you Sam.

Brilliant Service
Brilliant Service. I was cautious ordering from this company given some of the reviews, but the they have been exceptional. I ordered some staging on the 23/8/23 and it was delivered on 24/8/23. Needed to call them to check things out and on both occasions the phone was answered quickly and they were very helpful. The staging was in the width and configuration I had ordered (solid bench top with slats on the bottom) and easy to assemble. Definitely use this company again

I have read a lot of negative reviews about the Used Kitchen Company on this site, unfortunately I read the reviews after ordering the kitchen so was very worried. I have just had the kitchen delivered today which was a relief so I can now tell you of my own experience. The web site was very informative and when I phone to enquire about the kitchen I wanted the staff were helpful and knowledgable. I was kept in the loop at every stage of the process and on the day of delivery I had three phone calls to update me with progress. When it arrived it was well wrapped and packed onto two vans. It was a three man team who were really hard working good lads, very polite and very professional with the way they worked. They talked me through all the parts of the kitchen as it came off the wagon. We bought the lads a fish and chip dinner to thank them for their hard work and sat on the tail lift of the wagon chatting about the job. Overall I genuinely could not be more satisfied. I bought a lovely kitchen, marble tops and a range of Miele appliances for a very reasonable price and the service was excellent. I will definitely buy from them again.

My kitchen was never delivered and they refused to help! Said it was "out of their hands". TUKC RESPONSE: No. Not the wrong company at all. Your response is unbelievably patronising. I can help jog your memory. Jonathan was meant to come and dismantle then deliver the kitchen but had apparently gone missing. Never receieved my kitchen. I saw you again at the homebuilding show. My last name is Jackson. My mother's name is Corinne and we spent what little money we had post COVID/ losing our job on the kitchen for it all to go wrong and money to be stolen from us.

Great customer service and really professional. Cannot recommend them enough. I was a seller and the buyer we had, has used them lots, and also highly recommended them. This company is a complete joke... Don't waste your time with them. I was looking to sell my kitchen and contacted these people to give me an estimated value. They advertise on their website that they can sell any kitchen if the kitchen is in good condition. When I rang them, they said that if I can share some pictures of my kitchen and then they can provide me with an estimated value. I didn't have the pictures taken already and the kitchen was already dismantled from its place, so I really struggled and spent time to find some good pictures which I can share with them. Finally, I gathered some good pictures and share those with them. The next day I received a reply from them saying "Unfortunately, your kitchen is a bit too old for our website and we would struggle to find a buyer. I would recommend listing your kitchen on EBay or Gumtree as you may have more luck there." Seriously, if I have a new kitchen, why would I sell it in the first place? A kitchen is not something that you change every 2 years right imo. Though there could be some crazy people in this world who would do that. Are they meant to sell a new kitchen, if yes then why their company name is "THE USED KITCHEN COMPANY"? So should I go to the market, buy a new kitchen and give it to them to sell because I bought it so that this company can run their business? Complete waste of time, don't go near them unless you have a brand new kitchen to sell

The most unprofessional customer service and lack of accountability that we have ever experienced.
In February 2022 we bought a nearly new kitchen from these people. We were given details of their recommended partner to dismantle and deliver the kitchens that they sell. For context, we are in Hampshire and the kitchen was coming from Cheshire. The delivery went to plan until I came home from work that evening, and we were able to check off the items delivered against those listed and sold by the Used Kitchen Company. We were missing a double base unit, both the dishwasher housings, the undercounter fridge housing and the Siemens Extractor fan. We contacted Looeeze at the Used Kitchen Company to notify her of the missing items, but she was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional: 1. Looeeze blamed us for not understanding descriptions when they are the “experts” and as a consumer you rely on expert advice. They had listed “housings” for several items which it turns out were only doors to cover the front of the item. Yet other items listed as “housings” were actual base units that the ovens and fridges sit inside. She hid behind the description stating that the list came from the owner of the kitchen and because she is in London and the kitchen was in Cheshire, she couldn’t possibly check the list for accuracy. Sadly, she was happy to take our money for things that she could not supply us! 2. Looeeze never answered a direct question. Throughout a protracted period and a vast number of phone calls and emails, she repeated the same irrelevant answers and always evaded blame and responsibility again hiding behind unfair and inscrutable Terms & Conditions. 3. We asked for a partial refund or even a payment as a gesture of goodwill for the items that were missing but this was met with derision. Not the way to do business! 3. The Used Kitchen Company recommended a company (Designer Dismantles) who did not deliver on their many promises and tarnished both companies’ names and reputations. Both companies lied repeatedly, and we never received the missing items. Apparently, they can do this because it’s in the T&Cs that it is acceptable for the client not to receive what they’ve paid for! Don’t go anywhere near either of them.

Terrible customer service
I was planning my wedding from overseas and chose Forest Green as my supplier of flowers. A terrible experience from the get go with the lack of communication and service. I was overwhelmed organising an overseas wedding to begin with. Initially, I was able to secure a booking with the team and was charged a non refundable EUR 100 fee. After that, no one reached out to me with plans to finalise my big day. Towards the months leading up to my wedding, there was no communication from Forest Green and I tried to contact them on numerous occasions to no avail. It caused me a lot of stress and anxiety. I didn’t feel assured with the lack of responses to emails and had to find another supplier within 2 months of my wedding where bookings were really tight. I emailed the company to cancel and no one even had the decency to reply my email or apologise for the inconvenience. Disappointed indeed regardless of the size of the business. No point offering a service you can’t provide.

She took some details amd told me she'd contact the funeral home to ensure correct delivery etc... everyone at the funeral commented on how gorgeous the spray was, it was so amazingly beautiful. ik vertrouwde het niet toen ik wou bestellen, echt vanalles gecheckt, en het leek dan toch ok. ze hebben leuke meubels die je op andere plaatsen precies toch niet vindt. Uiteindelijk ging het maar om 55 euro, dus toch besteld. Account aangemaakt, betaling via bancontact allemaal prima, bestelling daarna via mail gekregen en ook zichtbaar in het account. Maar nu 2 dagen verder zie ik dat het betaalde bedrag is terug gestort op mn rekening. Via Ayden. dat is een bekend betalingsplatform. Verder 0 communicatie hierover, dus ik vermoed dat er toch iets niet helemaal legit is. of misschien failliet?

Added after delivery: After contact with the Dutch support line everything was solved by the friendly guy on the phone. The bed was delivered in 2 parts, one day before and one day after Christmas. Nice and quick during the holiday season. The bed itself is strong and of good quality.

I purchased one print and one painting, for a total of 10,300 DKK (Eur 1,380). The transport charges were an additional 8,925 DKK (Eur 1,200). It is said that you can arrange your own transport, but in practice that is impossible. By any standard, this is an outrageously high price, negotiated by the auction house, at the huge expense of ordinary clients. Never again.

Impossible to get a hold of anyone.
Just like everybody else had the hardest time speaking to someone. Luckily my order didn't go through. I had to respond with my correct billing address with in 24 hours. I did much before that. Never got a reply. My ordered was cancelled. Tried to contact them through email (which they say is the best way to contact them). Called them over 10 times. Left voice mails. From what I found online they do some kind of drop shipping and they also outsource their call center, which makes sense. That is why some time it takes them forever to ship some products. They don't even know if that specific product is in stock.

Terrible Experience
Prices appeared to be the best around so I took the chance. Transaction went smooth, CKW took my money immediately and sent it out after a couple days. Things looked great. The tracking never updated and I stood by patiently. A few weeks went by and no knife showed up. Reached out by phone and sent numerous emails. Weeks went by and still no response and no knife. Their emails mention they will get back to you in one business day. Unfortunately, that is all appearance to make it look like they care.

This place is apparently just another drop shipper! Of course on their site, they claim that your order will be processed within 2-3 days before shipping. NEVER disclosing that they don't even have your product in- house! Well, your LABEL will be created within 2-3 days... And then sit in that state as "Pre-shipment. Post office awaiting package" until their distributor in Marion, Virginia decides to ship it out. Which I assume will be whenever they feel like it! Been a full 7 days since they took my money and it hasn't even shipped yet. I will never order anything again from this place! Too many people get caught up in the idea of discounted products. Just know that discount comes with a price. You'll be waiting... and waiting...

Stay Away! Ordered 4 perfectly legal knives to Canada. They "mistakenly" added a fifth knife, a butterfly knife, which is illegal in Canada. When i contacted them (which took forever) about it, they said too bad so sad, you should know the laws. I had the invoice and receipts showing what i had ordered which did not include a butterfly knife. They just ignored emails and i had to file a claim. Do NOT do business with these guys.

Good experience with multiple orders
I've placed four orders for 10 knives over a period of two years and each order was smooth. My largest order was five knives, with another order places before the first one shipped. It went perfectly, received all the correct items in great condition. The shipping time was reasonable. They have a great selection and good prices.

I've bought several knives from Chicago Knife Works and as a serious collector I shop around very carefully,well this company almost always has the lowest price on knives and for instance I just bought a Cold Steel Natchez Bowie in 4034 stainless steel and I paid about $150 including free shipping and tax,Amazon charges $300 plus for the same exact knife as do other sellers,and Chicago Knife Works stands behind their products,much better than the factory that makes Cold Steel products,5 stars for them and the owner is a very nice man who went out of his way to help me resolve an issue ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was then given a delivery date within the next 7 weeks. A week before my bed was due to arrive (last week), Barbora sent on the invoice with remainder balance which needed to be paid. When I went on to pay, the amazon pay option had gone or wasn’t working and only way I could pay was credit or debit card. I knew payments on debit cards weren’t protected and a I never had a credit card, so I was stuck in terms of making a payment and protecting myself at same time. I then borrowed my uncles credit card to make the last payment. During all this Barbora kept assuring me that they were legitimate, and everything was going ahead as normal but just reading so many bad reviews, I kept doubting myself. With knowing my payments were protected anyway, I decided to make the payments to Anderson themes and dreams and knew if the bed turned up, I would be happy, if it never, I would get my money back. Barbora gave me fitting date of Friday 21st Feb 2020 and bed was due to be delivered and fitted in evening. Friday evening comes and guess what ……………………………………… I HAVE 2 MEN CHAP MY DOOR WITH DELIVERY OF A NEW BESPOKE BUNK BED. I was ecstatic (not even seen the bed built yet) but just knowing It was not a big scam was a big relief. Within an hour and half the bed was built and the BED IS PERFECT. My kids, my wife and I all love the bed. It is amazing. The Best thing I have got my kids. I will attach pics and videos if it lets me here. So in the end, was all worth it, so glad I stuck with my gut feeling and glad I trusted Barbora. Barbora, you were incredible! So polite and helpful and I must have changed my design about 8 times and each time you never complained or moaned. You were very professional and reassured me every time I needed it. Even now after the bed has been delivered and built your customer service skills are very good! Hats off to you! I hope the company recognises your worth and how customers feel welcome and at ease with you. The final shoutout was to the two lads who came to fit the bed. Can’t remember their names! It was an older lad and his younger helper was his cousin! The workers were amazing! Got their head down, covered the house with dust sheets as they had to walk in and out of rain and built the bed perfectly. Even toughed it up where needed with paint etc and left me paint if I ever need to touch up. Guys yous were fantastic.! So yeah people! Go with Anderson Themes and Dreams as you won’t regret it. If you feel you can’t trust, pay by methods which are secured but I am 10000% a legit customer. You will find my review on their facebook page, if you do, I am sure you will see videos and pictures of bed on my profile. They have the best designs I have ever seen and also can do any design you like basically and I have now been told they are moving in to the adult bespoke bed market! Fantastic company
I was originally worried about re ordering my little girls bed when the original company ceased trading. However I can not stress enough how helpful and fantastic the new company is. The delivery and assembly of the bed went with out problem, the guys were considerate of my home putting down protection The bed quality is fantastic and everything my little girl could wish for. Wonderful service
After being let down with the previous owners of Anderson themes and dreams. I can not recommend the new owners highly enough. They guided us through the process of retrieving our money back and in return we took the faith to order our twins beds again. The two men arrived yesterday morning via the ferry to northern ireland and they both where such a pleasure to have in my home. One of them had made our beds himself in the workshop and to see the enjoyment in his face when the end product built was a pleasure. I had two very happy little boys last night and can not recommend the new owners highly enough. Please dont hesitate to order from them the new owners are prompt and efficient. Great bed!
When Anderson’s closed down earlier this year I was really disappointed as I’d ordered a bunk bed for my 2 daughters birthdays. I did get my money back and after a while was contacted by the new owners offering me a deal if I were to order again. I was cautious but I loved the style of the beds so I took the risk. The beds arrived when they said. Communication was great from the company. And the two men who came to fit the beds were great, Conor the main joiner could not be more helpful even putting the new mattresses on the beds for me. The finish on the bed is great and my girls couldn’t be happier.

Just Wow!
I ordered a bed from Anderson’s just six weeks ago and it was delivered yesterday, and I have to say, me and my kids are thrilled with it! The quality of the bed is amazing – everything I hoped it would be – and the service I received, from ordering to the delivery and fitting, was superb. I couldn’t be happier and I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for something special and unique for their kids!

Although we had a few issues with delivery .. i can not fault the quality of the bed I recieved and how over the moon my children are with their special magic bed .. Delivery was not made on time due to timing issues with other orders.. this was a slight inconvenience however I was constancy assured and kept informed that my product was on it's way ... Fitting of the bed was quick and tidy and done to a high standard... Would 100 percent recommend this company... the quality of bed is amazing and I have very happy little girls . Worth the wait

Email received from Oddcolours, enough said I think: wish to acknowledge receipt of your letter with bemusement. Which parts of my previous correspondence is your mind ignoring? 1) Whilst there may be a couple of mm’s difference in the specification between Ideal Standard and Sottini, the seat is the same, as manufacturers (Sottini and Ideal Standard being part of the same group of companies) allow themselves a few mm’s of tolerance on pottery anyway. 2) I still have your original e-mail, expressing how pleased you were with the seat 3) As also previously expressed, it’s pretty obvious that you’ve failed to install the seat correctly and have damaged the hinge mechanism somehow, yet you’re wanting to try and BULLY your way into extorting a new seat / hinge out of my Company. Well, as also previously explained, that really won’t work. Sending futile letters to me and wasting even more of my and your time won’t result in your expected resolve. I don’t need to enter into further discussions with any third party, as I have more than sufficient evidence to support what my Company has supplied you, including your own wording to express how pleased you were with the seat. You may need to seek independent legal advice, who I’m sure will explain to you and – who knows – get through to you that, having expressed how pleased you were with the seat, that you can’t then expect to back-track 100% and suggest that it’s not right and you having botched the installation also means that you are liable for the seat, as it can’t be returned in the same condition. You agreed to my Company’s Terms and Conditions, which fully show the returns procedure for Goods received/ordered. Now please,.. however used to getting your own way elsewhere you may be, please resist in wasting even more of my time. Go ahead with whatever Court action you feel you want to progress with to try and justify to yourself that you’re in the wrong, that you’ve damaged the seat, that you’ve fitted the seat (thereby unconditionally accepting the condition of same)… I really won’t be intimidated by anyone. Others have tried, and failed miserably. Now please, stop with the barrage of communication, which could now be deemed as harassment. I have fully expressed Oddcolours Ltd’s position. I trust you don’t need further clarification of this. If you do, I suggest you pass any further correspondence through your appointed solicitor for any legal action. Futile attempts at intimidation and bullying only suffices in making you look weak and as though you have nothing better to do, other than deflect the facts to twist them to meet your own misguided thoughts. Please stop harassing me without further delay. You are now becoming increasingly annoying, but this will not affect my Company’s position or the evidence I have readily at my disposal. What do you do when you break a cistern…
What do you do when you break a cistern lid? Not wanting a whole new toilet nor the plumbing involved, I asked Replacement Seats & Oddcolors to help, sent them a photo of the broken lid and they were able to send me a suitable replacement by Parcelforce courier - it has safely arrived and fits - problem solved. Emails answered swiftly, queries resolved, I am very happy to have found Nick and his company.

Steer clear!
This gentlemans business model seems to consist of selling discontinued bathroom components at vastly inflated prices, presumably taking advantage of the desperation of people who have damaged part of a bathroom suite and have few alternatives if they need a matching item. Very friendly and ready to take your cash at the outset, but a different matter if you have a problem later, in my experience. Did his utmost to wriggle out of taking any responsibility, accompanied by a flurry of increasingly rude, agressive and boring emails. He's certainly lost me as a customer, and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone else.

My parents ordered a replacement toilet seat from this company to find it damaged on arrival, I can't say we aren't surprised as the quality is unbelievably poor. The man that contact them once they expressed their unhappiness and request for a refund was extremely rude and aggressive and suggested they damaged the item themselves. This is no way to treat any person let alone an elderly one. Now my parents are scared of this individual. Please please do not do business with this company at all costs they don't deserve your trade and If replacementseats.co.uk don't deal with this immediately I will be taking further action - I can't believe your threatening behaviour towards my parents. They just want a refund is that too much to ask?? Reply: Hi Nick, thank you for your reply. I'm puzzled as to how you don't think you sound rude or aggressive towards customers, your tone is disgusting. You have accused them of damaging the toilet seat you supplied when it clearly arrived damaged. You are also now accusing me of trolling you when leaving a review is one of my rights. You can see from my account that my other reviews have been 5star. All they are asking is for a refund on the faulty item. They are not happy with the product and pictures supplied are proof of this. I'm sorry you can't take criticism but I'm telling you the product is faulty, it's not right and the way you deal with customers is damn right appalling.

Disappointed
We used their ID My Seat service and the man told us which of their toilet seats would fit our loo, so we ordered it. The seat arrived the next day. It's impossible to tell before removing the packaging and fitting the seat whether it is, in fact, the correct contour. They have a no returns policy once you remove the packaging - smart move by them. In our case, the front curve of the seat is too long and it protrudes over the rim of the pan by about 1cm which looks terrible. Moving the whole assembly back towards the cistern to get the seat to fit flush with the rim of the pan means that the seat won't stay upright when raised. Great. We are now faced with the decision to "live with it" or to fork out another £110 to get a seat direct from the bathroom suite manufacturer.

Appalling
Appalling - the visiting engineer came to service a boiler. In the process he fiddled with various things in the garage including the mechanism for closing the garage door. It then cost me a further £130 to call in an engineer to restore the garage mechanism. The company do not accept any responsibility for this or for the mess that he left behind !!

Absolutely horrendous company
Absolutely horrendous company. Spoken to two receptionists/ supervisor in the office both very rude and patronising. My 89yr old mother had an engineer out four days ago..apparently control panel not working … engineer bought another one and “ cannot wire it” and they want to charge a £80 fee for an electrician..as it’s an “upgrade” ..hello…a parts not working , my mother pays a monthly plan for this and yet they are “upgrading” .this seems a money making scheme. My mother hasn’t asked to upgrade just have a working part to get hot water. Surely as a breakdown policy is in place everything should be covered…and not state replacement parts are an “ upgrade” Obviously a money making scheme and potentially targeting the elderly and infirm.

Now this is a review 1980s COWBOY about a central…
Now this is a review about a central heating installation that took place in the mid eighties! Yes, that’s right! Came back from a week away to find water on the wall and sloped ceiling on the stairs! Now although not a major leak, fortunately, it still needed investigating! My husband had to take out part of the ceiling to find out where the water was coming from! Then to the bathroom! When he got to the water tank he found that the overflow pipe had a leak! We are hoping that is the cause of our problem! On closer inspection he discovered that the overflow, that went into the internal wall, didn’t go anywhere! Something we had not ever looked at! No hole was ever created! If a more severe overflow had occurred the water would just run into our cavity! My husband has now got to replace the pipe, which is fine do to it’s age, and also do some major work to sort the job we had done years ago! He has found several things over the years that weren’t done correctly in the first place! We count ourselves lucky that this COWBOY workmanship has been discovered in this way! Just a warning to all to make sure you get what you pay for!

My 80 year old mum’s boiler broke down this morning. Despite being elderly and vulnerable she has been told she has to wait 2 days with no heating or hot water before an engineer can be allocated. Butco you should bow your head in shame leaving this so long in these freezing conditions.

I have used Butco twice now
I have used Butco twice now. The first time I was let down by someone else in the middle of winter and they came out in 2 days. I used them again this year for my service, I contacted them using Google Webchat but they didn't get back to me. However, I did then call them and someone called me back 1 day later to arrange the visit (for the week after). Generally helpful and friendly on the phone, and the engineers on both occasions have been very friendly and also helpful in explaining how to fix some of the issues experienced with our boiler system.

He validated my experience and then informed me that he had processed my order and sent it out to me. He did all of this for no charge as he had already refunded me fully and didn’t charge for postage. Avoid Gast Tech Wales
We have a leak in the piping system after an installation of a new boiler (through E.ON) done 4 weeks ago. Leak is not their fault, but they came back to assess the repair straight away. Engineers are good and competent but the back office is just ridiculous. Since then, I have chased multiple times to get a quotation (even through E.ON). Despite saying they were going to send a quotation the same day, NOBODY sent us a quotation and they left us with no heating nor hot water in the coldest time of the year. Umbelievably unprofessional behaviour. Avoid this company

Had. sources heat pump installed …
Had air sourced heat pump installed last winter. The owner of GT failed to measure my airing cupboard/the boiler would not fit into the cupboard. Consequently I was without any heating for 10 of the coldest days of the winter and also had to have the obtrusive controls sticking out into my bedroom rather than in the cupboard due to lack of space).The technicians were absolutely wonderful (though constantly frustrated) and had the additional inconvenience of having to put the pump in the loft. The technicians were very careful about not making a mess but GT’s electrician ruined my carpet. I am still awaiting radiator valves and compensation for my carpet- both promised for 8 months now. Basically I think this company would benefit by the top manager and electrician developing better communication skills.

Despite 32C teperatures, 15 solar panels installed and working.
The weather was unbelievably hot on the roof, locally recorded at 32C. The team of three, an Electrician and two roofers worked tirelessly throughout the day to install 15 panels on the South and East facing sides. I would use again and recommend Gas Tech (Wales)

Gas Tech Wales Eon Solar contracts…
Gas Tech Wales have a contract with EON Solar to put solar panels and batteries into businesses and houses. The lead team arrived, scaffolders and deemed the job too hard for them. I had a meeting a couple of days later, sorting access on a Saturday in the hospital next door. A sensible solution and made it easier for them to install. The boys then refused to work a Saturday due to Rugby Internationals and Bank Holidays. Totally unhelpful in the office, even though a solution was there. Teams work together to sort problems but unfortunately they all work for themselves.

None existent customer service
On friends' recommendation we had solar panels fitted by this company. No problem doing the job...the blokes turned up on time and did the business on 4th January. However there was absolutely no, zilch, instructions about the workings of the system, which is the least you'd expect for £8.5k worth of hardware. I had to call them a few days later to see if the system was up and running and got instructions over phone to connect it to app. I then had to call them to get system connected to grid for feed-in, as they seemed to have gone to sleep on the job. A few weeks back I had to get back in touch with them as the app had disconnected from system…3 times I called but am still waiting for return call. I had to get a friend in to sort it. Our 4.8khw battery has not charged to more than 10% since its installation – 10 weeks ago- despite the fact our panels are producing twice the amount of electricity we are using in the house. I emailed a few days back to report this….still haven’t heard from them. Yesterday the app informed me that the battery was 18% full, which went to 19% and then instantly dropped back to 10%. At this point half of the electricity in the house went off. I saw a trip switch had gone to off and turned it back on …that then blew again within minutes. Eventually I turned it back on again and it appears to be ok now. Whether the battery situation is cause or correlation, I don’t know. However, my battery is not delivering what it is supposed to do. All the Gas Tech installers were a joy…
All the Gas Tech installers were a joy to have on our property except for one electrician whose attitude, manner, and general demeanor were offensive to me and my wife. He wanted to walk on our light beige carpeted staircase in his work shoes until I told him he could not and that I wanted the number of his head office. I was asked to sign three separate documents that were not shown to me. I still have no idea what I signed. This is highly irregular. The Givenergy battery was mounted crooked and the next day when some errors in the electrical connections had to be rectified, I pointed this out to their staff that came out and an attempt was made to straighten the inverter. This electrician did not even have pride in how the labels were placed on the inverter and battery. They were put on crooked. We got the impression that he thought he was doing us a favour. Really disappointed. Because of this one offensive individual, I would have great difficulty in recommending Gas Tech. Finally, they did not link up my Zappi charger even though I offered to call the Zappi engineer to explain to them what needed to be done. I’m not sure they know what to do. This is not a unique request as the internet is full of what the correct procedure is to link my Zappi charger. No one explained how the software works nor what my preferences are as I installed the system to charge my car via solar only. Sad how one individual can undo the work of his colleagues and employer by poor attitude. I cannot recommend Gas Tech Wales to anyone.

Boiler Installation
Gas Tech came to my home in October 2020 to fit a boiler on behalf of Eon Energy. Whilst fitting the boiler the engineers melted a water pipe and an electrical cable whilst joining new pipework to old (a protective gauze should have been used) . This has caused a water leak spanning over 14 months which started to come through in December 2021. Currently I have over £1500 worth of damage still not attended too in my kitchen (see photos). Neither Gas Tech or Eon want to address the problem now, neither are answering their emails or phonecalls and a formal complaint has been rejected by Eon. Gas Tech are for some reason saying their not responsible for the work. Stay very clear of this company if you want work done by them. Their nothing more than a bunch of cowboys that think it's acceptable to come into someone's home, cause extensive damage and walk away. If looking for a boiler stay clear of Eon, as aftercare service is non existant. The matter is being taken further now through the ombudsmans service and court action.

Delayed, damaged and no answer for a refund and return ... says it all. But also to add ... the item purchased was of such poor quality that it was totally different to what we thought we were purchasing. So much so (and this was NOT on the brochure) that the console had a wall attachment included in the packaging because the unit itself is so unstable (ie it doesn't actually stand up steadily on its own) that it is a proper health and safety hazard. Terrible product that was misrepresented. Terrible timeliness. Terrible delivery (ie damaged) and terrible customer service post complaint. And now their website is down and the phones are not answering. Avoid this company at all costs.

Utter rubbish. Thought I was buying a stone fire surround and ended up getting a resin piece of rubbish which, guess what, isn’t even fire rated to use as a fire surround!!! Oh and I paid for the express delivery at additional cost- still took 10 phone calls and three weeks to arrive. Avoid at alll costs and save your money. I’m still trying to get mine back.

Have been sent defective goods that were extremely poorly packaged. Their communication response is appauling and I cannot get my money back until they uplift. More hassle to make sure someone is in too. Even DPD took pictures of the packaging which a four year old could have done better. The goods themselves had missing screws and looked as if someone had already sent them back.

Having waited several weeks for the goods and then only receiving half the order ( the chairs), and then having to chase up the order and not getting any call back and then eventually getting damaged goods it is way under acceptable customer care.

Ich habe am 29.1.24 bei Baddepot eine…
Ich habe am 29.1.24 bei Baddepot eine freistehende Wanne Barcelona 1800 von Victoria & Albert mit zugehöriger Ablaugarnitur KIT 36 gekauft. Die Wann wurde dann am 13.2.24 mit der Spedition ACC Cargo auf Reisen gesendet. Die Wanne wurde auf Palette geliefert, war aber nicht gut verpackt. Wir haben wir Wann alleine in einem abgeschlossenen Raum (3x6m) bis Dezember gelagert, da wir mit unserer Kernsanierung mangels Handwerker und langen Lieferzeiten uns erheblich im Rückstand befanden. Am 19.12.24 haben wir dann endlich die Wanne durch unser Sanitärunternehmen, mit denen wir bereits 4 Bäder installiert haben, aufstellen wollen. Dazu haben wir zu viert die Wanne entpackt. Leider mussten wir 2 tiefe Kratzer in der Aussenhülle feststellen. Die Chrom Beschichtung des Ablaufes bätterte schon beim ersten Probelauf ab.Die Firma Baddepot darauf angesprochen möchten die von allem nichts wissen und wollen mich mit einem Standardklappverschluss abspeisen, obwohl dieser nach Rücksprache mit Victoria & Albert in England technisch überhaupt nicht funktioniert und weißt leider alle Regressansprüche zurück. Die vielen schlechten Bewertungen sprechen leider für den unheimlich schlechten Umgang mit Kundenreklamationen. Ich kann von dieser Firma nur abraten.

Enttäuschung
Nach einer Internet-Recherche entschied ich mich aufgrund des guten Preises einen Badenwannenaufsatz bei Baddepot.de zu bestellen. Ich zahlte per Paypal und erhielt eine Auftragsbestätigung. Ich bestellte einen Aufsatz 1400 x 1400 mm. Nach ein paar Tagen erhielt ich eine E-Mail, dass das Standardmaß der bestellten Breuer Fara 4 sich angeblich auf 1400 x 1288 (HxB) geändert haben soll und ich einen Aufpreis zu zahlen hätte, sonst wird man den Auftrag stornieren. Da ich keinen Fehler gemacht habe und ordnungsgemäß bestellt und bezahlt habe, bat ich mir die bestellte Ware zu den vereinbarten Konditionen zu liefern. Die nette Sachbearbeiterin hat nach Rücksprache mit Ihrem Teamleiter mit mitgeteilt, dass Baddepot meinen Auftrag stornieren würde, schließlich würden sie nicht darauf zahlen. Ich finde es erstens unwahr, dass sich die Standardmaße plötzlich geändert haben sollen, denn in allen von mir gesichteten Shops war bereits das Standardmaß 1400 x 1288 und das von mir bestellte Maß als Sondermaß zu verfügbar. Daher kam auch der Preisunterschied von rund 100 EUR zustande. Mir scheint es so, dass man mit niedrigen Preisen bei Baddepot die Kunden zunächst anlockt, und dann bei der Auftragsabwicklung den richtigen Preis verlangt. Dazu kommt, dass Baddepot 54,90 EUR für den Versand verlangte. Andere nehmen knapp 20 EUR dafür. Keine Worte mehr.

Wie gut der Service einer Firma ist, stellt man immer erst fest, wenn etwas nicht passt. Bei der Lieferung meiner Duschkabine hatten mehrere Kleinteile gefehlt. Diese wurden kurzfristig nachgeliefert.

Projektabwicklung erst nach 10 Monaten! Arbeiten mit sehr suspekten Lieferanten zusammen. Wir haben drei mit eigenen Bildern bedruckte Heizkörper bestellt. Einer der drei war falsch herum bedruckt. Zurückgeschickt. Kam dann richtig herum bedruckt, aber mit sehr vielen Macken, Dallen und scharfen Kanten. Wieder reklamiert. Nach sehr vielem hin und her und letztendlich 10 Monaten!!! alle Heizkörper gehabt. Kosten pro Heizkörper 1000 Euro. Ja, Baddepot ist nur Zwischenhändler, aber das ist nicht mein Problem. Sie sind mein Vertragspartner. Installation erfolgte durch unseren Haus und Hof Klemptner. Der bezeichnete die Heizkörper als unterirdisch schlecht. Das merken wir jetzt auch. Heizleistung fast null im Gegensatz zu allen anderen Heizkörpern im Gebäude. Nie wieder!!! Ich rate jedem wirklich davon ab.

Enttäuschung w. falscher Maße
Ich bestellte eine Duschwanne Duravit 80 x 90, leider bekam ich eine Duschwanne 75 x 80, mit der ich nichts anfangen kann. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir erklärt, dass diese extra für mich angefertigt wurde und so bestellt wäre, das man mir nicht weiterhelfen kann. Habe über Paypal nochmals reklamiert. Bin gespannt. Da ich sehr genau bin und eher doppelt und dreifach kontrolliere, kann ich mir nur vorstellen, dass die Bestellung aus dem Internet bei dieser Firma nicht automatisch übernommen wurde und ein Fehler bei der Übertragung in die eigenen Systeme passierte. Ich bin unmittelbar nach der Bestellung in den Urlaub gefahren, da die Bezahlung bereits erledigt war, habe ich leider erst jetzt nach Rückkehr die emails der Firma gelesen, welche in der Bestätigung die falschen Maße enthielten. Ich hoffe, dies ist keine Masche. Bin sehr enttäuscht, bisher hatte ich noch nie solche Probleme mit der Lieferung von Artikeln. Außerdem bekam ich am 06.03. einen Anruf der Spedition, welche unbedingt am 11.3. tagsüber liefern wollte, ob ich nicht einen Nachbarn mit der Entgegennahme beauftragen könnte. Meine Erklärung, dass dies nicht möglich ist, führte zu einem weiterem Anruf der Spedition ähnlichen Inhalts mit der Androhung von Strafgebühren w. längerer Lagerung kurz darauf, schönen Urlaub, kann man da nur sagen!

I had a good experience with this website, I bought a Toto WC plus toilet seat (not electric) which are not available in many other sites. The shipping was not particularly fast but not slow either - bought on 8th February, received on 16th February. I was given a tracking number and the products arrived in a good state. The WC has been installed and works great.

Nie, nie wieder!!! 2x Falschlieferung nach jeweils 6 Wochen Wartezeit. Sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, die nicht weiterhelfen wollen. Nach Drohung mit anwaltlichen Schritten kam die Aussage... machen Sie doch, Ihr Geld bekommen Sie eh nicht zurück... Habe den Fall ueber Paypal versucht zu klären. Ich empfehle, wenn man hier bestellt und etwas nicht korrekt geliefert wird, gleich vom Vertrag zurückzutreten. Das erspart Zeit und Nerven. Fazit: Baddepot.. N I E W I E D E R

Liefertermin 3 mal nicht eingehalten, informiert wird man nur auf Nachfrage. Man muss sich selber um Lieferung kümmern mit dem Spediteuer von Baddepot. Wenn man dann fragt ob man wenigstens Express-Lieferung haben kann wird man langsam abtropfen lassen, und schon mit "was wollen sie wieder?" am Telefon empfangen. Solch einen Kundenservice hab ich bisher noch nie erlebt. Meine Rechtsschutzversicherung habe ich mal eingeschaltet, so liebe Leute geht es dann nicht! Wenn man keinen ungefähren Liefertermin braucht und der LKW einfach irgendwann mal vor der Tür stehen kann wohl ok sonst doch in einen professionellen Handel lieber!

Disappointed – Shade Does Not Balance Properly
I bought two Alton 35 Pendant Black/Brass Metal/Opal Glass E27 I was really looking forward to the Alton 35 Pendant Light, but unfortunately, the shade itself does not balance properly. No matter how I adjusted it, it remained uneven, making the whole fixture look off. In the end, I had to buy a different shade to replace it, which was an extra hassle and cost. Very disappointed with the design – I expected better for the price. Would not recommend. And they replied providing an export email. I emailed them, but no one has responded since March 25.

Nordlux smart dæmp bar el pærer…
Jeg har Nordlux smart dæmp bar el pærer i næsten alle lamper i hele huset, og er glad for dem, meeeen, der er rigtig mange af pærerne der enten pludselig ikke dur efter kort tid, eller ikke dur som nye, eller kun dur i 5 sekunder. Systemet havde ellers været rigtigt godt, med bridges, app, fjernebetjening og sensor. Men også her er der problemer, har prøvet 3 sensor, men opgivet, de har forskellige problemer, nu ligger alle 3 i skabet. Det er spild af penge at smide nye pærer ud, fordi de kun dur i eks. 30 sekunder, men hvis jeg skal skifte til andet end Nordlux, så skal jeg skifte alle pærer i hele huset, eller alternativt køre med to systemer.

Ærlig over den dårlige kvalitet. Så tænk på jer om hvis i overvejer at købe nordlux! Har lige udskiftet 6 TIP spot i vores carport. Sjældent har jeg oplevet så dårlig kvalitet.., - klips til at holde pære kunne ikke komme på plads pga. monteret nitte. - pæren bliver ikke hold fast i spotten. - fjeder til fastholdelse falder af og/eller passer ikke. Overordnet set virker det bare til at være et billigt Kina produkt. Som nok kunne være købt på Temu for 1/20 af prisen. Ærgerligt at Nordlys vil ligge navn til sådanne noget skrammel.

OJA 24 loftslampe. Dette er ubetinget det ringeste produkt jeg nogensinde er stødt på. Det er decideret umuligt at dreje lampen fast på skiven som monteres på loftet. Efter at have prøvet til temmelig mange gange endte jeg med at kontakte en elektriker, som også måtte opgive. Udover det så er ledningerne så tynde at de ikke kan monteres forsvarligt i stik dåsen. Jeg kan kun advare mod dette produkt. Købte istedet IKEA, som bare spillede

Fungerer ikke med 3 pærer i samme lampe (spot og pendel) som er koblet på dimmebryter, dette selv om dimmebryter står på for fullt. Skal forsøke å levere tilbake alle enheter til Bauhaus, da dette ikke stod til forventningene. Gjelder Nordlux smartsystem.

How can a company now a days make…
How can a company now a days make products that when broke after some time, the only way for the consumer is to replace the whole thing. For a couple of years ago I bought some Canto 2 lights and now one of them did not light anymore. Just about to replace the bulb and find out that it's not possible. Only way is to throw the complete unit to the bin and buy a new one. Common guys is this the way we move forward and care about our environment? And yes I know they'll say the unit works for ever, but this is simply not true, it does not and if I had noticed that I couldn't buy any spare parts even not a new bulb I wouldn't have bought products from the company ever.
