
PRODIS NT2BS - Very Disappointed
I bought a PRODIS NT2BS in June 2017. Price and delivery were good. 18 months later the fridge no longer cools. PRODIS quote a call out fee of £80 ex VAT plus a half hourly rate of £30 ex VAT - minimum charge excluding any spares £132 to repair a fridge that is only 18 months old. Certainly the last PRODIS product that I will be buying.

Good experience
I bought an expensive piece of catering equipment last year and was a little nervous handing over that much money after reading the bad reviews on here. I got in touch with Shop Equip to see if the product was in stock and they informed it was and would be dispatched within a couple of days. I made the purchase and the item was delivered in very good condition a few days later. My experience was good.

poor products and poor customer service
Unfortunately like many of these other reviews, my personal experience has been a negative one. I signed for goods I received but did not open them as I was waiting for other products before I did. Upon opening I found that both of my products had been damaged. As soon as I realised this I sent an email enclosing pictures of the damaged products and asking for replacements or some money back. No response was received. I then sent another email to chase a response. They replied stating that I only had 24 hours from signing for the product to reporting any defects. They reiterated that they therefore did not have to do anything. Email response below: Good afternoon As I mentioned your goods were signed for on the 27th April 2018 and any damages or issues should have been raised with us within 24 hours of this date. Your first notification to Shop-Equip was on the 10th May 2018, which was way out of the 24hour period. So I am sorry but there in not anything I can do with this issue.

Bought a kitchenaid mixer
Bought a kitchenaid mixer. Well i had 3 as 1st one was paint chunks coming off and someone been messing with screws scrapes sent back 2nd one centre part metal all loose and really bad. 3rd one metal bits still loose but give up. Moral of this review yes your buying a mixer half the price but im 99% sure these appliances are seconds little bits wrong not good enough to go through as perfect. Works well. Beautiful machine. If it was sold as seconds slight imperfections i would understand. Rude customer services lady. Good services to change appliance. Fair company just be truthful in wat your selling. Easy

Excellent service and very professional
Used this company for the first time recently as my usual supplier didn't have the stock I required. Ordering was easy, pricing was very competitive, payment was simple and the product arrived when stated in perfect condition. Ho acquistato l'intero bagno padronale di casa mia(Serie Victorian) nel 2011 nello Showroom di Torino in zona Regio Parco che ora non esiste più. Fin dall'inizio ho avuto problemi con la rubinetteria, infatti il gruppo lavabo mi è stato sostituito perchè il rubinetto dell'acqua fredda fischiava, ma anche il secondo aveva lo stesso difetto e non mi è stato più sostituito. L'ho tenuto così per bellezza senza usarlo. Ora io cosa dovrei fare secondo voi? Buttare via l'intero gruppo doccia di un bagno che mi è costato circa 10.000 euro? Sono estremamente delusa da questa ditta, sanitari belli ma rubinetteria scadente pagata ad un prezzo esoso, NON la consiglio a nessuno.

Pues muy mal, después de comprar una mesa, primero tardó mucho en llegar, los mensajeros decían que habían estado y era mentira, por fin llega el cristal, otras dos semanas esperando las patas y vienen como si hubieran estado en una inundación, el embalaje viejo y roto, y las patas igual, abolladas, no se podían montar, oxidadas, no era un producto nuevo, luego una odisea para que vuelvan a recoger el producto y para conseguir la devolución. No vuelvo a comprar ni una servilleta con ellos, un desastre.

Bom dia, venho por este meio apresentar o meu descontentamento em relação à política de levantamento em loja de uma encomenda online, pois pedi à minha mãe para levantar por mim e não deu porque não mandei email prévio com a alteração da pessoa. Então no dia seguinte fui eu levantar, só perguntaram se era a propria e pronto, como sabem se era ou não? Não me identifiquei,por isso se a minha mãe tivesse dito que era a propria estava tudo certo...enfim! Neste mesmo dia, pedi ajuda a uma colaboradora e ela simplesmente disse: "deve estar ali" e apontou com a mão, e como não encontrei o artigo perguntei a outra colaboradora se tinha porque eu não estava a encontrar. Ela simplesmente disse que se não tinha encontrado não havia,nem sequer foi confirmar. Péssimo atendimento, nada simpáticas nem prestáveis. Se fossem boas profissionais,tinham-se dirigo comigo ao suposto sitio onde estaria o artigo e caso não houvesse poderiam apresentar alternativas,mas não, nem se deram ao trabalho.

Worst furniture shop experience ever
If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been, without a doubt, the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Despite paying for home delivery, the goods were first sent to a shop without informing us and then shipped back. On the second attempt, they were delivered to the wrong place, forcing us to pick them up ourselves. When we finally got the items, they were of terrible quality, so we requested a return, but the collection process was a nightmare—unorganized, delayed, and full of miscommunication. To top it off, no refunds or compensation were offered, and they held our money for two months for no good reason. Terrible service, poor products, and zero accountability. Never again.

Whatever you do, do not buy from these guys. They are a scam. They sent me a shoddy build of a knife that ended up rusting within a month and they neglected to give me the sheath and after contacting them three times and being promised that they would send it to me, they just started ignoring me and never sent me anything. Also, the knife handle looked like a 5-year-old made it. It was an absolute waste of $100. These people should be put out of business.

Save your money, buy more reliable elsewhere
The question should be, "What went right with this company?" simply put nothing at this time. My initial contact was April 8th 2023, and purchase 4/9 with the understanding that this was a small US based company of artisans metalsmiths. As a person who understands the need to get their business name out there and will work with a consortium of others I thought I had seen why cost are low for product(s) offered. What I did not expect was the fraud to ensue... Cheap Pakistani steel in place of True Damascus Steel, excuses once you can get in touch with someone, via a Google email ( ? ), South Dakota number (unanswered), with California address for Sialkot Punjab, Pakistan export company preying on the unsuspecting. When they do finally send you information they ask several time for the same information you send in your email, and then get a bill of lading with information that shows you may have to pay custom and duties yet; That is if the product get to you. Then when you do track the product you find its still sitting in the city of origin 2 weeks later. I normally will not give a negative review but this is complete fraud, bait and switch, not what was/is expected. If you do opt to purchase from this company/site do so at your own risk. If there are Cracks and fissures in the steel it can cause catastrophic failures. One way to help eliminate this, be honest and state they are actually a export company or the like in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan and selling steel cutlery and such, be responsive to their customer base, use real phone numbers and answer them, lose the Google email and use a company email. Sell products at those prices that would warrant marketable costs relative to their area ((with international rates), and charge shipping)). Again, simply be honest. I may not spend 300.00 on a kitchen knife from them but a nice looking one I might spend a third.

Placed an order on 1/6, no email confirmation provided, I called and emailed, finally received an order #, I was told verbally on the phone, the order would ship 1/11 and arrive on 1/16, . I have called several times, +1 605 8241567 , emailed no response, I have emailed asking for a refund, to cancel order. I only reached a person once. The number is a south dakota number but the business is registered in California. This is a fake business, I have filed a fraud complaint with my bank, will also file BB complaint and several other complaints with the state. This company is a scam

It is a scam. I reported them to my bank. They don’t answer phone or have a voicemail, but the website says they have 24/7 coverage. The address is in a residential area and it lists the city/state as California, California. The number of knives available keep changing up and down. They never sent me a confrontation email. They will not call back or email you back. The contact section of the website does not work. Big time SCAM!

This is the worst company Ive ever seen. The steel looks awful and when I went to call to return my blade nobody has bothered to email or even call me back. Their has been more than enough warning to this company, the only way way im seeing my money back is through a lawsuit. Kresta measured the blinds incorrectly. Supplied and fitted 2/4 blinds and left clips on the others where the blinds didnt fit. They said they would come back with replacement blinds. 6 months later we have nothing. We attempted to contact them several times and they did not respond. We went to Fair Trading. They told Fair Trading they would contact us to fix the problem. A month later...nothing.

Kawana Store 11/11/24 - order placed, deposit paid. Informed curtains would be in by Christmas. 12/12/24 - recieved email stating order had been sent to the factory, and would be installed mid- January. I called the office and said I was told by Xmas. They informed me the cut off date was in October. I advised I had no curtains hanging, and was very displeased with the misleading information provided on ordering. I was advised that I would recieve a call to follow up on my complaint - no call recieved. 5/12/24 - another email recieved from Kresta advising my order would arrive in approx 6 weeks. I again responded saying I had made a complaint and had not recieved any communication from Kresta. 23/01/25 - curtains finally installed. Further email sent to Kresta asking to escalate my complaint regarding misleading information on ordering. 28/01/25 - phone call recieved from Kresta. The employee stated she wasn't there for the conversation during ordering, so can't be sure what I was informed and that she would have to follow up. I said I was surprised that this is only now being looked at, and the communication from Kresta was appalling. I recieved an insincere apology, and told "I don't know what you want from this". I highly recommend spending your money with another company that will provide accurate ordering processes and information and hopefully you don't ever need a complaint process with Kresta because unfortunately they are completely incompetent.

Cheap for a reason, do not buy anything from this company. Does not even deserve 1 star. Salesperson was ok but everything went downhill afterwards. Shop assistant was unwilling to help with final fabric and track selection as the sales belong to the salesperson! Took a bit longer to deliver but the nightmare starts with installation. First time, the installer called at the last minute that he can't do it due to the previous job took a lot longer to install. Second time, my product was placed at the back of their warehouse so the installer could not get the products out. Third time, installer finanly came with my product but the warehouse guy took off the bracket so can not be installed. Now waiting for the fourth time this Saturday.... Very unprofessional company and do not buy from them.

Unusable blinds. Shoddy installer. Kresta want $83 to check problem
Initially seemed fine. Then issues with installation. Worked well for 7 months now tracks are pulling away from the ceiling and are largely unusable. Clearly unfit for purpose. 8k job. Contacted Kresta. They want $83 to arrange a call out to inspect when photos alone show that wall plugs have been used in the ceiling. They won't refund the $83 when they find the fault. Surely a breach of consumer law as warranty applies. I used Wynstan last two times I needed blinds. They are excellent! Kresta Warrawong.

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. I ordered and paid in full as required for roller blinds and some sheers and blockout curtains. Initial measure and quote by Mary was excellent. Had 2 extra measures due to ceiling height and type of track installed. All roller blinds went in fine almost 7weeks after ordering.there was an issue with blockout even though they had checked twice before installing. Tech took back the blind for fixing, had ordered with plenty of time for an upcoming surgery requiring a dark recovery room. Requested urgent as time went on- no one seemed to know who was doing what and several weeks later still begging for curtain returned and installed. Company called to finally book re install almost 4weeks later for what was meant to be a simple hook changeover only to try and call and tell me double booked and wanted changed again?!I refused to try and change booking as I had already waited long enough. Would never ever again use or recommend this company.

It’s been over 5 months since we accepted the quote from Kresta on a full house install… over 20k… and still after numerous installers came out the job is not completed. The installers have made mistakes which has resulted in holes which they have not fixed. Hopefully our house will be finished by Xmas.

Dreams are a fantastic company to deal with. The salesman I dealt with when I visited my local Dreams, shop was called Craig and he was great. He told me all I wanted to know and didn't push me in any way to buy.when I finally decided what Iwanted EVERYTHING went forward smoothly. I was given a delivery date which they stuck to and the day before it was due I was given a 2 hour delivery slot so I didn't have to wait in all day. They arrived when they said they would and 2 lovely guys (Keir and I didnt get the other name)unpacked and put the bed together, showed me how to use the remote,and removed all the packaging. They were in and out within half an hour leaving my room clean and tidy with a bed ready to use. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMNEND DREAMS and they are now my company of choice whenever I need beds or bedding. THEY ARE A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH, AND THE DRIVERS WERE EASY AND RELIABLE, POLITE, CHEERFUL AND HELPFUL. ALL IN ALL 100% TERRIFIC.

If I could give no stars I would! I ordered a right corner chaise sofa and received a left (also ‘left’ on the box with the batch and order number which would confirm its a left!) Emailed them and they are are constantly saying it’s a right corner inside the box. So I opened one of the boxes and see a left corner chaise part of the sofa! Still they are adamant it’s a right corner! In the end I asked for them to return it and want a full refund but they are charging me £40 for it to be collected!! I refuse to give them any more money for their mistake!! Steer clear from the business as they clearly don’t know their left to their right!! Also poor customer service

I just moved flat and ordered a corner sofa on wowcher on the 14/05/2023. DX delivery company asked what date to get delivered and I said the 18/05/2023. When it arrived it was only one part of the sofa and they said the other part was coming in the evening. I contacted the courier after hearing nothing and they told me they only received one of two items. I contacted ARCA LIVING and spoke to KLEO who said the courier had done part delivery but the courier said they hadn’t received the full order! KLEO said it would be here in 2 working days. (This was on Friday) I never heard anything until I contacted them on the Monday to chase it up. KLEO then decided it was going to be another 3-5 working days as apparently they were ‘waiting on the courier’ even though they just hadn’t sent the part to them!!! I finally got the second part on the 25/05/2023 and have heard nothing from ARCA LIVING after causing all this mess and causing me to take an extra day off from work losing money to collect something THEY hadn’t sent the first time!!! USELESS!

The Review Just About Covers it.
The bed was delivered on time hence the Single Star, however being a disabled and bedridden person I was disgusted with the DAMAGED MATTRESS WHICH A BLIND BAD BAT COULD HAVE SEEN, leaving me having to put up with it as the old bed had been disassembled and taken for recycling until the replacement arrived a month later WITH THE DELIVERY CHARGED TO OURSELVES. Definitely NOT A HAPPY BUNNY and would NEVER deal with them again even if every other local bed dealer had shut down. DESPICABLE SERVICE!!! It was actually in 2010 however the AUTO CALENDAR won't go back further but a similar review was left elsewhere.

20 days later after ordering Radiator Cover on Groupon, still nothing. Beyond useless. Take a look at your trust pilot reviews and have a rethink about whether you should be in business. It’s embarrassing. Will recommend Groupon drop them as a company and I’ll be escalating to the trade ombudsmen.

This is a fraudulent company
This is a fraudulent company. We ordered a couch. They emailed us days later telling us they didn't have it and they could make it but it would take 8 weeks. They shared the color that they said we ordered and it was totally different from the original photo. We asked for our money back and they said they would not be able to return a $250 "handling fee". Not sure what they would be handling if the couch didn't even exist yet?

I bought a rectangular bar table from Amazon but this company send me the round bar one, which is £23 pounds cheaper. I needed the table urgently and would like avoid the hassle of sending back. I contacted Amazon and said that I could keep it but would like to have the right amount charged for the product I received. But they said they could not do it and the company probably sent the one they had in stock! Not a great experience and I won’t be buying products from this company again.

Schlechter Kundenservice. Furchtbare Wohnlandschaft
Wir haben im Oktober 2024 eine Wohnlandschaft online bestellt für 1900€. Ende Oktober kam sie auch an. Als wir sie aufgebaut hatten, fehlten zwei Kopfstützen (die bis heute noch fehlen) und das Sofa knartscht. Es macht bei jeder Bewegung Geräusche. Sofort hab ich es beanstandet. Fotos sollte ich machen, wo ich dem online Service mitteilte das man es auf Fotos ja nicht hört. Da sich nichts rührte fragte ich erneut nach. Da kam dann: sie müssen ein Video machen. Ach Mensch, hatte ich ja mal erwähnt. Nach weiteren Wochen wurde mir per Email mitgeteilt das ich bitte am 9.1.2025 von 8-18 Uhr zu Hause sein soll, da ein Polsterservice kommt. Niemand kam!!!! Man wurde nicht mal informiert. Am Freitag rief ich wieder bei Roller an. Stunden in der Warteschlange. Da sagt die Dame: ich müsste selber mit dem Polsterservice reden. Rief die an. Machte die runter um zu erfahren, dass die gar nicht beauftragt wurden. Erneut Roller telefonisch zu erreichen. Erfolglos. E-Mail geschrieben, dass das ein Unding sei. Irgendwann kam wieder eine Mail wo drin stand das jemand kommt. Nun hatte ich die Hoffnung und wieder kam niemand. Meine Geduld war eindeutig zu Ende. Nach all dem Ärger sind wir nach Garbsen zu Roller gefahren. Sehr netter Kontakt. Doch der riet uns sofort das man von der Firma des Sofas niemals kaufen dürfen. Zu spät. Auch er schrieb erneut in seinem PC wie enttäuscht wir sind. Änderte nur nichts. Da inzwischen 8 verschiedene Parteien involviert waren. Danach kam eine Nachricht das ich zwischen 8-10 Uhr bitte zu Hause sein möchte, weil ein unabhängiger Polsterservice kommt. Juhu. Das war der, den ich Wochen vorher anmachte. Er kam tatsächlich auch. Sage und schreibe war das Sofa 7 Stunden Geräusch frei!!!! Als ich wieder sauer hinschrieb, weil bei einem Preis von 1899€ kann man erwarten das es ohne Mängel ist… wurde man einfach nur noch abwertend behandelt!!! Am besten da gar nix mehr kaufen, man sieht ja wie viele schlechte Bewertungen es gibt. Wie schlecht der Kundendienst ist. Ich hasse dieses Sofa förmlich und ihr habt NIX getan um mir nur einen Schritt entgegenzukommen!!!!!! Schämen sollten alle sich! Es werden immer mehr Beschwerden und das Unternehmen juckt es null….

Mangelhafter Kundenservice und Flexibilität bei Reklamationen
In Kürze: Mangel ist beschädigte Seitenwand bei einer Kommode (Kleinteil). Reklamation über Chatbot nützt nichts, denn bei telefonischer Nachfrage kann die Reklamation nicht gefunden werden. Mit Email übersandte Reklamation mit Bildmaterial an Fa. Roller war bei späterer telefonischer Nachfrage jedoch auch nicht auffindbar. Also noch einmal alles einschl. gewünschter Bilder per Email bzw. telefonisch übermittelt. Mangel wird aufgenommen und Warten beginnt. Nach ca. 1 Woche schriftliche Mitteilung, dass Nachlieferung durch Hersteller in ca. 3 Wochen möglich. Auf mein Angebot, da Artikel in gleicher Filiale z.Zt. nicht mehr vorrätig, eine andere Filiale zum Artikeltausch zu nutzen, wurde nicht eingegangen. Warte jetzt ob in 3 Wochen geliefert wird. Für mich sehr unflexibel und nicht kundenfreundlich, insb. da hier ein Allerweltsteil und keine große Wohnlandschaft betroffen ist. Guter Kundenservice, Flexibilität bei Reklamationen sieht für mich anders aus.

Schlechter Kundendienst, qualitativ schlechte Möbel
Auszugstisch bestellt, zwei mal einen defekten Tisch erhalten, wir mussten selber den Tisch wegen Retour zum DHL Shop bringen oder hätten einen Ganztagstermin zur Abholung durch DHL erhalten. Kundenservice bzw. Kulanzregelung durch Roller sehr mangelhaft!!! Das gleiche gilt auch für die Kommode, welche defekt bei uns ankommen ist. Wir sind enttäuscht von Roller und werden definitiv nicht mehr dort einkaufen.

Das Problem sitzt vor dem PC!
Ware online bestellt. Mail erhalten, dass ich den Artikel in Gelsenkirchen abholen kann. An der Kasse bezahlt und im Lager nichts bekommen. Obwohl ich den Kassenbeleg zeigte, gab der Mitarbeiter mir den bezahlten Artikel nicht raus. Angeblich zeigte ihm der PC an, dass die Ware nicht bezahlt sei. Ich musste wieder raus und zurück zur Kasse fahren. Dort waren die Mitarbeiter unfähig, das Problem zu klären. Nach einigem hin und her reichte es mir dann und ich habe mein Geld zurückverlangt. Fahrzeug geliehen und Zeit verschwendet. Danke für nichts.

Ich habe eine Wohnlandschaft, ein dreiteiliges Sofa gekauft. Beim Kauf habe ich Lieferung und Montage mit beauftragt.Als das Sofa geliefert wurde,waren die so genannten FACHKRÄFTE nicht in der Lage dieses an Ort und Stelle zu bringen. Sie haben alles stehen lassen und sind abgehauen. Ich habe im Anschluss die Teile mit meinem Schwager aufgebaut. Die ganze Verpackung muss ich jetzt entsorgen. Das ist bei uns kostenpflichtig. Einfach sehr ärgerlich und unmöglich.

Wie ewartet!
Wer so günstig kauft, kann keine hohe Qualität der Möbel erwarten - dementsprechend passte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis des gekauften Schlafzimmers definitiv. Da die Artikel bei Bestellung bereits im Lager waren, ging die Lieferung sehr schnell - auch die Spedition, die die Lieferung durchgeführt hat, hat sehr schnell und gewissenhaft angeliefert. Die Anzahl der Kartons wurde mit dem Lieferschein abgeglichen und uns als Kunde sogar erläutert (welche Pakete zu welchen Teil gehörten, etc.).

Roller verkauft im Internet eine Kreissäge. Diese wollte ich in der Filiale Heuchelheim bestellen. Ich versuchte anzurufen und bekam immer nur einen Computer an die Leitung. Da ich nach einigen Tagen sowieso an Heuchelheim vorbei vor, versuchte ich, die Kreissäge direkt IM Roller - Laden zu bestellen, auf Abholung. "Nee, ist nicht möglich" Wie bitte? Die können ihre eigenen Sachen , die sie im Angebot haben, nicht bestellen? Ja wo leben wir denn ? Im Urwald? Ich fragte nach, warum ich die Filiale telefonisch nicht erreichen konnte. Dann hätte ich mir die Anfahrt gespart. Mir wurde doch tatsächlich erklärt, diese große Roller Filiale sei telefonisch NICHT ZU ERREICHEN. Es gibt keine Telefonanschluss. Nee, oder? Da will man die Sachen kaufen , die sie anbieten, und das ist nicht möglich?

leider sehr schlechte Erfahrungen
Ich kaufte im Jahr 2024 eine Plan-Küche, eine Anbauwand und eine Eck-Couch bei Roller Magdeburg. Alles 3 mit Anlieferung und Montage. Roller sollte die Zusammenarbeit mit der Spedition Stecker dringend überdenken! 1. Plan-Küche: kostenpflichtiges Aufmaß war fehlerhaft, Küche wurde später angeliefert als angegeben, viel Preis für wenig Leistung und mangelhafte Qualität, 1 von 2 Monteuren hatte mir sehr unfreundlich gesagt, dass ich keine Fragen stellen, sondern ihm zuhören solle - er entschuldigte sich 10 min. später, diese Respektlosigkeit werde ich aber nicht vergessen; mangelhafte Kühl-Gefrierkombi musste 2 Wochen später neu angeliefert werden; Umtausch mangelhaftes Ceranfeld (Klackergeräusche beim Kochen) wird von Roller und vom Hersteller Bauknecht verweigert --> Geräte von Bauknecht werde ich zeitlebens nicht mehr kaufen und meine nächste Küche wird definitiv auch nicht mehr von Roller sein 2. Anbauwand: Aufbauservice war hier freundlich und angenehm, aber es gab mangelhafte Teile; 1 Monat Wartezeit bis zur Reparatur, aber wieder war 1 Teil mangelhaft; weitere 2 Monate später Wartezeit dann endlich ok, aber Monteure haben Glaseinlage zerkratzt (habe keine Nerven mehr zur weiteren Reklamation oder erneut fremde Männer in meine Wohnung zu lassen); Schubkästen schließen nicht fließend, sondern stoppen jeweils 2x auf den Schienen - laut Monteur heutzutage normal, weil Hersteller die Bauweise verändert hätten 3. Eck-Couch: Monteure stießen Eck-Couch gegen meinen TV, der stark schwankte - Monteure meinten, ich solle locker bleiben; nach nur 2 Monaten fing Couch an zu quietschen --> 2 weitere Monate später war endlich Termin durch die Firma IRS GmbH, die Roller beauftragt hatte --> Techniker zeigte mir die Ursache: Spedition Stecker hatte beim Aufbau gepfuscht; Firma IRS GmbH war aber auch nicht zufriedenstellend: Termin wurde 2x ohne meine Zustimmung verändert, trotzdem konnte ich es zeitlich einrichten --> Handwerker kam dann laut seiner Aussage bereits 1 Stunde früher, als vereinbart und machte mir unbegründete Vorwürfe --> Nachweise zur Terminvereinbarung werde ich wohl noch aufheben müssen, weil diese unseriös wirkende Firma bei Terminbestätigung androhte, dass ich die Kosten zu tragen hätte, wenn ich bei Ankunft des Termins nicht anwesend wäre; zudem sollte ich auf dem Handy des Techniker unterschreiben, dass ich zufrieden sei mit dessen Arbeit, obwohl nicht alle Mängel behoben wurden FAZIT: Ich werde sehr wahrscheinlich keine Möbel mehr von Roller kaufen.

Extremely low standard of support.
Extremely low standard of customer/technical support… if you have one of their products that becomes problematic or even fails on you…. Then the APECS team basically does the same to the customer in a support aspect. They will become problematic throughout, and they will fail you. We experienced this firsthand and were very disappointed. Very disloyal considering we were a loyal customer that had purchased many of their products. They need to remember. Great customer service will always cost far less than bad customer service in the long run. I will never ever purchase an APECS hardware product again, and that’s for sure.

Excellent Customer Service
Something can break or an error can occur --> that's when good customer service shows itself. We had 6 Olimpia heaters and 2 suddenly had technical problems that led to smoke. I got in touch with Olimpia customer service through Amazon and they took the problems seriously right from the start. We exchanged video material and exchanged a lot of emails. The customer service was always friendly, helpful and solution-oriented. In the end, and to be on the safe side, they organized transport and kindly exchanged ALL devices for new ones! Real respect and unique customer service. THANK YOU

Honestly, I wish I could return this. The all-in-one system is supposed to be convenient, but the heat pump is so ineffective that I still have to use a separate heater. It also takes up more space than I thought it would, and for the price, the quality just isn’t there.

It works very hard but doesnt do very well
I’ve used other heat pumps before, but this all-in-one model is by far the least effective. It struggles to heat even a small space, and the airflow is so weak that you have to be standing right in front of it to feel anything. For the cost, I expected something much better.

Kundendienst von Olimpia Splendid
Eine von Fa. Viessmann geschickte Fa. verbaute in unserem Haus im August ´23 eine Wärmepumpe incl. im Angebot hochgelobter Olimpia Splendid Heizkörper. Bereits drei Monate später, zu Beginn der Heizsaison mussten wir feststellen, dass diese Heizkörper keine ausreichende Wärme erzeugen. Nach mehreren Reklamationen war unser Installateur nicht mehr erreichbar und meldete kurze Zeit darauf Insolvenz an. Soweit die Vorgeschichte. Am 07.November ´24 fiel einer der Heizkörper kpl. aus. Da die Fa. welche die Anlage baute nicht mehr existent war, wandte ich mich an Olimpia selbst. Von dort wurde ich verwiesen an deren "Werkskundendienst" Wiegmann-WKD. Nach mehreren wenig fruchtbaren E-Mails erhielt ich am 21.11. einen Anruf des Seniorchefs, der mir versicherte die kpl. Elektronik ersetzen zu wollen. Da ich Elektriker gelernt hatte (heute Rentner) stimmte ich zu, die Elemente selber zu tauschen. Leider handelte es sich bei dieser Zusage lediglich um Verzögerungstaktik. Also hielt ich 2 Wochen Ruhe, stellte aber zwischenzeitlich fest, dass lediglich eine Feinsicherung durchgebrannt war, deren Stärke jedoch nicht zu erkennen war. Dies meldete ich sowohl WKD als auch Olimpia, nur um die Ampere-Zahl zu erfahren. Aber beide Unternehmen waren nicht in der Lage diese Auskunft zu geben. Nach inzwischen zwei Wintermonaten ohne Heizung reichte es mir und brachte dies auch per Mail zum Ausdruck. Antwort von WKD: "MIR REICHT´S AUCH"! Das Beste aber kommt zum Schluss. Als ich anbot, alles Weitere mit meinem Rechtsanwalt zu klären (schließlich war es ein Garantiefall) erhielt ich folgende Mail. Gerne würden wir uns Ihrer Reklamation kümmern. Das Gerät muss zu uns in den Service. Verpacken Sie das Gerät auf einer Pallet mit ausreichender Befestigung. Welche, spielt keine Rolle. Das Gerät muss mit der Spedition bei Ihnen abgeholt werden. Teilen Sie hierzu mit , zu wann das Gerät fertig verpackt ist und nennen sie mir einen verbindlichen Termin zu Abholung. Selbst zu erkennen/wissen, dass es sich nicht um eine Elektro-Heizung, vielmehr um einen in den Heizwasserkreislauf eingebundenen Heizkörper handelt, war oder ist dieser "Kundendienst" nicht in der Lage. Letztendlich kaufte ich ein ganzes Sortiment an Feinsicherungen, 100 Stk. für 6,99€, und ab 0,5 Ampere brannte die Sicherung nicht mehr durch und die Heizung läuft ohne weitere Ausfälle. Sowohl Olimpia Splendid als auch WKD kann ich all denen empfehlen, die mal so richtig "aufs Maul fallen" wollen.

I am surprised to see people not being satisfied. I made 3 bathrooms and bought everything from Reuter.com. The customer service was great, they even helped me when a wash basin broke while we were installing it. In particular Mehmeti has helped me enormously and was always kind to support with the orders, payments, cancellations and re-ordering. I would definitely use their services again.

Domani mattina depositero’ una denuncianper truffa dettagliata. Tanto dovrebbe bastare per non far cadere altri consumatori nella rete di questa societa’. Aquistato un prodotto ad ottobre rinviano ogni giorno con le piu generiche scuse la spedizione, che oggi dopo quasi 2 mesi mi dicono sia stata assegnata allo spedizioniere, che dovrebbe impiegare 15 giorni lavorativi per la consegna. Gli addetti che cambiano nome scaricando le reciproche responsabilita (alle volte ilaria alle volte sara o alessandro) si vedono bene dal comunicare un numero di traking ne’ di telefono del corriere. Il personale del centralino abile a dare informazioni generiche, da garanzie e rassicurazioni in linea con uno schema commerciale diretto solo a raggirare il consumatore. Al momento ho da oltre un mese il cantiere bloccato in attesa del prodotto che nelle impalpabili rassicurazioni del customer care del venditore dovrebbe arrivare in un altro mese. Inizialmente la gentilissima quanto scaltra venditrice invitandomi ad un immediato pagamento mi aveva rassicurato la spedizione in 4 giorni lavorativi. Non ci sono altri temini per definire la truffa che questa società ed i suoi addetti hanno ordito. Tomorrow morning I will file a detailed scam report. There are no other terms to define the scam that this company and its employees have hatched.

Abzug von Rücksendekosten trotz Etikett durch Unternehmen ohne Hinweis
Das Unternehmen schickst zwar bei rechtzeitig getätigtem Widerruf ein Rücksendeetikett, weist aber an keiner Stelle darauf hin, dass für dieses Rücksendeetikett ein pauschaler Betrag von rund EUR 15 vom zurückzuerstattenden Betrag einbehalten werden! Bei entsprechendem Hinweis hätte ich das Paket um 1/3 des Preises zurücksenden können. Auch bei der Information zu Widerruf und Rücksendungen wird an keiner Stelle auf die Kostentragung durch den Konsumenten hingewiesen. Sehr unseriöses Unternehmen!

Hätte ich doch vorher trustpilot gecheckt. Auch ich habe überaus schlechte Erfahrung mit diesem Unternehmen gemacht und kann weitere Kunden nur vor einer Bestellung warnen. KundInnen sollten wissen, dass Ware nach Ablauf der 14Tagesfrist nicht zurückgenommen wird, auch wwnn sie neuverpackt und unbenutzt ist. Anders als bei anderen Anbietern behält sich das Unternehmen eine individuelle Prüfung vor. Kriterien bleiben dabei unbekannt. In meinem Fall wurde die Rücknahme ohne Angabe von Gründen mit Verweis auf die 14Tagessfrist abgelehnt. Keine Kulanz, keine Kundenbindung. Für mich als Lernerfahrung- wntweder amazon, Baumarkt oder Fachhandel vor Ort.

Wir haben ein Bett und einen Schrank im Onlineshop bestellt. Der Schrank wurde unvollständig geliefert (Seitenwand hat gefehlt, falsche Paketzusammenstellung). Der alte Schrank wurde vorher entsorgt, also hatten wir ein dringendes Problem. Der Kundendienst war äußerst inkompetent und zudem unfreundlich bis unverschämt. Der Firstlevel-support von Mömax geht dabei noch, wobei der eigentliche Kundendienst bei XXL-Lutz ist und dieser sich nicht wie zugesagt gemeldet hatte. Immer wieder musste ich mich melden. Es gab widersprüchliche Aussagen, ob Ersatz auf Lager ist oder nicht und wie lang es dauern wird. Uns wurde dann mitgeteilt, dass die fehlenden Teile in in 10 - 12 Wochen geliefert werden können. Ich hatte zu keinen Zeitpunkt das Gefühl, dass die Mitarbeiter die Verantwortung für das Problem bei Mömax / XXL Lutz gesehen haben. Die Dringlichkeit (ohne Schrank 10 - 12 Wochen) wurde nicht gesehen. Einfach ein ganz schlechter Kundenservice, welcher sich nicht in die Situation des Kunden hineinversetzen will. Das Produkt war mangelhaft / unvollständig, aber am meisten enttäuscht war ich mit dem Umgang mit meinem Problem. Als ich einen leitenden Mitarbeiter (XXL Lutz Kundenservice Wolfratshausen) verlangt und ihm erklärt habe, dass die Kundenorientierung sehr zu wünschen übrig lässt und dies in anderen Unternehmen ganz anders läuft hat er mir frech geantwortet, dass ich bei anderen Unternehmen bestellen soll. Damit ist klar wir unterirdisch das Thema Kundenservice bei Mömax gehandhabt wird und der Kopf von oben stinkt. keinerlei Versuch mein Problem zu lösen. Ich habe dann Lösungsvorschläge eingebracht was ja nicht meine Aufgabe ist. Ich habe darauf hingewiesen, dass der Schrank online in 4 Wochen lieferbar angezeigt wird (10-12 Wochen war ja dies Aussage des Kundendienst). Ein baugleicher Schrank (nur die Front verspiegelt) war sogar lagernd und die fehlenden Seitentür wäre damit vorrätig. Aber der leitenden Angestellte hatte ein Brett vor den Kopf und seine Perspektive im Sinn. Seine Antwort war, dass der Kundendienst nicht auf Daten des Onlineshops zugreifen kann (damit war sein Gedankengang hier zu Ende. Keine Idee hier zukünftig was zu ändern). Ich sollte über den Onlineshop den anderen Schrank bestellen und sie würden dann meine Bestellung stornieren. Also alles aus seiner eingeschränkten Sicht. Eine Zumutung für den Kunden und keine Erkenntnis, dass dies nicht gut ist. Darauf angesprochen, der Hinwies ich solle doch bei anderen Unternehmen bestellen, wenn dort der Kundenservice besser ist. Keine Worte.... Zusammenfassend: Produkt unvollständig geliefert, keiner Initiative zur Lösungsfindung, unverschämter Kundenservice und keine Erkenntnis etwas falsch gemacht zu haben, bzw. Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten sehen.

Wir haben ein Liefertermin nach underer Bestellung bekommen. 1 Monat sollte es gehen. Der Liefertermin wurde am Tag vor der Lieferung geändert und das Bett kam 3 Monate nach Bestellung an. Es haben komplette Schraubensets gefehlt und die Teile hatten mehrere Mängel. Nach vielen Versuchen den den Kundendienst zu erreichen wurde uns dann gesagt, die Schrauben müssen bestelt werden, dies könne länger gehen. Diese Firma verarscht die Kunden.

Wir haben am 27.12.2024 einen Schrank…
Wir haben am 27.12.2024 einen Schrank mit Lieferdatum 17.01.2025 bestellt. Uns wurde versichert, dass der Schrank dann, oder spätestens eine Woche später im Lager abholbereit ist. Einige Tage nach dem vereinbarten Abholtermin haben wir uns das erste mal bei Mömax erkundet, worauf uns mitgeteilt wurde der Schrank käme in ca. 5 Tagen (es fehle nur noch ein Teil). Doch auch nach 7 Tagen hörten wir nichts und erkundeten uns erneut. Dieses Spiel wiederholte sich 4 mal... E-mails, welche wir dem zuständigen Mitarbeiter geschickt haben wurden einfach ingoriert. Der Schrank konnte schlussendlich am 15. Februar (1 Monat Verzug) abgeholt werden. Ein realistischer Liefertermin und keine leeren Versprechungen scheint uns nicht zu viel verlangt.

Unmöglicher Saftladen
Dieser Saftladen ist unmöglich ! Habe 2 Möbel online am 06.12.2024 bestellt und bezahlt. Es hiess in etwa 2 bis 3 Wochen werden die geliefert. Bei Abschluss der online-Bestellung kam dann "Lieferung zwischen 17.und 21.Februar 2025 ! Heute ist der 21.02.25 und was sagen die "Mömax-Leute" dazu? In wiederum 2 Wochen soll diese geliefert werden. Eine Schande! 3 Monate für den Erhalt der Möbel und man kann nichts anderes tun als abwarten. NIEEE WIEDER DIESEM SAFTLADEN ETWAS KAUFEN. Der gesamte Kundenservice eine Zumutung. Die verdienen nicht mal 1 Stern. Die sollten in die IKEA-Schule gehen und lernen was wirklich ein ordentlicher Service ist. Bin regelrecht wütig auf diesen "Saftladen"

Hatte ein Gästebett zum Ausziehen gekauft und bin unzufrieden. Alles in einem, besser zu Ikea gehen. Da stimmt alles.

Katastrophaler Kundenservice – zwei Monate ohne Antwort
Ich habe selten einen so schlechten Kundenservice erlebt. Seit zwei Monaten warte ich auf eine Antwort – nichts. Mehrere Nachfragen wurden komplett ignoriert. Absolut inakzeptabel. Dieser Umgang mit Kunden ist nicht tragbar. Ich werde Mömax in Zukunft meiden und ausdrücklich davor warnen, dort zu bestellen. Wer Stress und endlose Wartezeiten vermeiden will, sollte sich besser an einen zuverlässigeren Anbieter wenden.

Geen enkele garantie bij terugsturen defect product
Ik kocht een flanellen pyjama. Kwam netjes op tijd toe, maar na slechts één keer wassen (op 30 graden, enkel de pyjama) zijn de kleuren uitgelopen (terwijl ik de wasinstructies volgde). Bij melding aan de klantendienst hiervan kreeg ik na enig heen-en-weer verkeer de vraag om de pyjama terug te sturen voor kwaliteitscontrole. Deze vraag werd steeds vergezeld van een uitleg waarin stond dat het niet gegarandeerd is dat het artikel wordt terugbetaald of teruggestuurd indien deze gedragen of reeds gewassen is. Ik gaf meerdere keren aan dat de pyjama zeer zeker al gedragen en gewassen werd, dat het probleem zich net heeft gesteld bij het wassen. Steeds hetzelfde generieke tekstje… Ik ga geen gedragen en gewassen pyjama terugsturen. En al zeker niet als ik geen garantie kan krijgen op een terugbetaling of het terugzenden hiervan. Dat doet niet af aan het feit dat het product niet voldeed aan de kwaliteitsverwachtingen. En de reactie van La Redoute op deze review zegt op dat vlak ook weer veel…

Prijs kwaliteit niet correct
Dit product is veel te duur als je de kwaliteit ervan bekijkt. Bovendien hebben we kastjes gekregen die uiterlijke schade en fouten hadden. Na veel overleg hebben een extra korting gekregen van max 10% wat blijkbaar de regel is bij La Redoute. Er is te weinig klant klanten service. Nu krijg ik een mail dat ze mijn review niet posten omwille van deze commentaar.

Deken niet geleverd en zeer trage afhandeling van de restitutie
Wij hebben eerst 10 dagen gewacht op levering van een bestelde blauwe deken: PostNL meldde steeds dat er geen zending door Redoute was aangeboden ter verzending. Het telefoonnummer van de klantenservice is onvindbaar en op Whatsapp berichten wordt helemaal niet gereageerd. Vervolgens hebben 15 dagen geleden opnieuw gevraagd of de deken alsnog kon worden geleverd, zonder opnieuw te moeten bestellen. Vandaag kregen we pas antwoord dat dit niet kan. Ze hadden niet eens gecheckt of de terugbetaling al was gedaan. We kunnen La Redoute absoluut niet aanbevelen. Al met al bijna een maand bezig met dit drama. Zeer slechte ervaring met dit bedrijf dus.

Déçue de l'expérience........non résolue à ce jour
Nous avons commandé 2 étagères murales identiques, le même jour (09-01), dans la même commande. A notre grande surprise, les étagères ont été envoyées dans 2 colis différents. Nous avons reçu la première étagère dans les délais annoncés. La seconde est toujours indiquée être en préparation chez la redoute. J'ai fait appel au service client par whatsapp puis messenger en espérant avoir une meilleure réponse sur le second canal...... Je me fais tout d'abord engueuler car je ne peux communiquer via qu'un seul canal. Ensuite on me répond que le colis n'est pas perdu, qu'il est dans leur entrepôt et que "vous serez avertie par e-mail dès l'expédition du colis." Ce qui me fait une belle jambe si c'est dans 1 mois......A ce jour, je ne sais donc toujours pas quand je recevrai mon colis et si je le recevrai..... Suivi du 20-01. Je recontacte la redoute car toujours aucune nouvelle de mon second colis. La redoute me répond que le livreur a retourné mes 2 colis ( je n'en ai plus qu'un en circulation à priori....) vers l'expéditeur car l'adresse de livraison est inconnue ( j'ai pourtant bien reçu le premier)....et que je serai remboursée ( ça reste à prouver)..... Si je souhaite toujours mon article je peux le recommander......(Donc ils empochent l'argent, te perde ton colis et te demande d'en repayer un...) En parallèle, je contacte le transporteur "Dynalogic", qui me dit qu'ils ont du retourner le colis à l'expéditeur, car la commande comporte 2 colis mais qu'ils n'en ont qu'un seul dans leur dépôt.....(Evidemment puisque le second a déjà été livré il y a une semaine....ça ne les a pas gêné pourtant la première fois de nous livrer un seul colis....aberrant).... Je dois donc moi même communiquer avec le transporteur à la place de la redoute...qui ne fait RIEN pour arranger et débloquer la situation.... On pourrait croire à une blague....mais non malheureusement. Je mets donc la note de zéro et non 1 pour ce service client. Un conseil Fuyez.... Suivi du 27/01 - La saga continue: J'ai bien été remboursée de l'étagère, je commande une nouvelle le 22/01 (étant donné que j'ai reçu la première et qu'il m'en faut vraiment deux). Délai de livraison annoncé 3-5 jours. Ce matin, après 5 jours donc, je vérifie l'état de ma commande. Elle est toujours en préparation....et en allant sur le site, je vois que celle-ci n'est plus de stock.....Le délai pour être à nouveau en stock serait d'une semaine.....Je perds patience..... Suivi du 28/01: Produit enfin reçu. Le produit est parfait tel qu'annoncé. C'est donc dommage pour toutes ses péripéties....

Ik zit al een maand te melden dat de meubels niet geleverd zijn maar krijg geen antwoord. Als ik bel beloven ze het op te lossen, maar hoor ik niets meer. 0243331247332 is mijn bestelnummer. Edit: Na posten op trustpilot eindelijk antwoord. Proberen ze nog een bedrag lager dan wat ik betaald heb terug te betalen en zeggen ze dat het klopt. Doen geen moeite om de factuur en het bedrag te vergelijken blijkbaar.

Slechte klantenservice
Niks aan te merken over de producten, maar geen goed woord over de klantenservice. De producten dat ik heb aangekocht, gaven via de website een goedkopere prijs aan dan effectief in mijn winkelmandje. Dit vond ik opzich al gek. Ik heb hiervoor contact opgenomen via de chatfunctie. Hier gaven ze me de optie om het contactformulier in te vullen waar ik snel antwoord op zou krijgen en het verschil in bedrag terugbetaald zou krijgen als ik het nu zou bestellen en betalen. Ik wacht al een maand op respons. Meermaals contact opgenomen waarbij ik telkens doorverwezen word naar het contactformulier. Ik vind dit verre van goede service. Update: door hier een review te plaatsen krijg ik wel een antwoord. Ze zouden het bedrag terugstorten op mijn rekening. Maar ik heb nog steeds geen terugbetaling ontvangen. Mag ik er dan wel zeker van zijn dat ik het zal ontvangen op mijn rekening? Funny side-note.. ik heb via de website een slechte review achtergelaten. Ze dienen dit eerst te controleren vooraleer het gepubliceerd wordt. Ik heb hiervan een mail ontvangen dat mijn review de publicatie op de website niet heeft ‘gehaald’. 😉

I was happy with the device but after two weeks suddenly stop working. I write emails, also message la Redoute with messenger but I didn’t get any answer. Expérience catastrophique, une table arrivé partiellement. Il manquait le plateau. Une galère de plusieurs semaines avec le SAV pour essayer de régler le problème. J'ai dut prendre congé plusieurs fois afin de réceptionner le reste de la table par le transporteur... En vain. Même galere pour renvoyer le reste de la table. Infos contradictoires à chaque contact avec le SAV. Bref des centaines d'euro perdus et pas de table. On oscille entre arnaque et incompétence. Fuyez !

A displeasure to deal with
This is one of the worst companies I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Ordered a bed in July 2023. The bed arrived under a month later after I had to contact them asking where it was. In February 2024 the bed completely broke and became unusable. I contacted them about it and provided them with all the evidence they required and stated I wanted a refund. After a few emails back and forwards I confirmed I wanted the refund. They have now completely ghosted me for the past 10+ weeks and despite my many emails and attempts at contact, they have made no contact back, or followed through on my refund request. I am completely and utterly dissatisfied with the quality of the product, and with them as a company. Don't bother with them. Buy from somewhere else, almost anywhere else, as the communication and product will be far superior. I will be filing a complaint with QLD Fair Trading.

Do not purchase from this store
I see my issue is the same as many of you, I purchased a four poster bed in September 2023. Was then emailed to say it was not in stock, asked me if I still wanted the bed. I did. December 2023 received email saying the bed was in stock and it would be delivered asap. Still waiting, many emails later, no communication from the Bed Factory apart from one email when i emailed them and said it was a scam, they quickly emailed me back stating it wasn'ta scam. Then nothing!! I just want my money back so I too can go buy a bed from a good company.

Time to give the duty managers some discretion when a customer has travelled intending to spend more money but needs to exchange an item that is unsuitable. B. Praise for Yeovil venture
I'm horrified by some of these reviews. Lovely range of plants bright & cheap. Staff helpful if not always knowledgeable. They've installed good loos, done up the car park & access. Some of the path between the plant areas are not easy with the gravel, so leave your trolley at the end. They're looking to create a cafe, YIPPEE! I can't wait but appreciate the tea urn in the meantime. I've not had problems with the plants. Excellent value for money & I'm a plantaholic. Love going there.

Be aware of their returns policy
We thought about moving a large palm type tree into a pot as it had fallen over during the bad weather spell. We discussed it with a salesperson in the Garden Centre - great advice and very helpful. We purchased a very large pot, stakes and compost. A substantial amount of money spent. On trying to dig up and move the tree we decided it was too large so we decided to shore it up in situ. On returning the pot we were told that their policy was no refund just a credit note. I would never think of returning plants but pots and decorative items maybe. The pot was £66 pounds

Caution poor quality plants. I paided over £100 for a magnolia and when I got it home the same day someone pointed out it had a disease all over the leaves. Emailed plants galore with photos they asked for proof of purchase and emailed that then no response No refund No exchange. What a poor seller.

New Yeovil branch worth a visit
I am reviewing the new Yeovil branch. There is tons of parking including disabled parking and it is wheelchair friendly. The plants are super cheap and stunning. The quality is high, higher than most garden centres. I bought some herbs, a big pot not the tiny things you get elsewhere. £10.95 for ready planted hanging baskets, I bought one with bright pink petunias, I’ve had many positive reviews. Their new range of roses is stunning. Many at our expensive garden centre have black spot, there was not a single “spot of black” on any of theres. There multipurpose compost is good and super cheap compared with everywhere else. There are plenty of staff, they are extremely helpful and knowledgable. They deserve worth 5* s each. There are also enough of them to cope with the massive queues to pay, they have plenty of tills. I am not normally prone to gushing and certainly don’t exaggerate, this place is worth a visit. We’re off on our 4th visit today. Note, it’s a plant centre, not a garden centre with an expensive cafe and hundreds of expensive things you don’t want. The only problem is stopping yourself spending too much!

Owners will not make disabled parking …
The actual garden centre is accessible once inside but they have no disabled parking bays which makes it a nightmare to park as a wheelchair user because on more than one occasion someone has parked too close and then had to wait for a long time to get in the car, I have spoken to management who said the owners have been asked multiple times but are not interested which is an awful attitude, so somewhere I wouldn’t give business to because they don’t care for accessibility.

Purchased plants here ,when we got home checked our receipt and had been charged for 45 plants by mistake which we never had .sent photos and proof but wouldn't do anything about it .how we would have got an extra 45 x 10 cm.pots in the car with 3 of us and a dog will never know .asked them to check cttv or with the assistant who served us . Absolutely Unprofessional and Unreliable Service - Stay Away!
I had an awful experience with this company. I ordered blinds, and just to secure the contract, the salesperson assured me that there was a 5-year warranty on the motor and a 25-year warranty on the blinds. After I paid the advance, they went silent for a week and a half, ignoring my messages and calls. When they finally came for the installation, the crew was late and showed up with only enough clips for three blinds—meaning they only installed three. To make matters worse, one of the blinds was measured wrong, so they had to take it back and promised to return the next day. It gets worse. One of the installed blinds wasn’t even the one I ordered. Then, when I checked the sales receipt, I was shocked to see that there was no mention of the promised warranties! When I asked for the warranty in writing, the sales rep suddenly changed the story, claiming the motors didn’t actually have a 5-year warranty and that they’d need to take back all the blinds to install new motors. This felt like a shady attempt to take back all the blinds along with my advance payment. I requested a refund of my advance until they could deliver what was promised, but they told me to keep the blinds and that they wouldn’t return. Now, I’m stuck with only two blinds installed, out the advance I paid, and a feeling of having been completely scammed. This company is utterly unprofessional and unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, and I wish there was a formal way to report them. Avoid at all costs.

This company is scam
This company is completely a scam. They came and took deposit saying someone will come for measurements tomorrow but after taking the deposit no one answered any calls or messages. The owner messaged after I did a google review for them to say that they will refund the money but all day has gone by but no money sent and again no one responding to calls or messages.

POOR QUALITY BLINDS AND POOR SERVICE
this company sold us blinds and it didnt hold up after a month. they said they were going to help us but have done nothing but ignore us. they initially were late installing our blinds by 3 months. they are terrible to deal with. do not deal with these people.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS 0 TO NONE
the appointment was extremely professional, I cannot say anything wrong with the initial appointment - fast and courteous. BEWARE - once deposit is given, phone calls are not returned, they like texting and they are not returned, they don't have the same samples as your were promised when you have paid the deposit. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS Cancelled my order due to the beyond poor customer service, can't imagine what the service would be like with the "LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY" THANKS, BUT NO THANKS

The most unprofessional and unreliable companies i have ever dealt with. Their customer service is the worst i have ever dealt with. They do not pick up the phone. When you send them a message no responsse. Installation promised early June. Still.waiting for the blind to be installed after 1.5 month. After more than 10 follow ups for 3 weeks, they finally responded 2 weeks ago that it will.be installed on July 11 between 11am to 3pm. Took a day off so I can be home. No show up. No phone call. When calling no answer. They just take your deposit and disappear.

The window coverings company that I found was the best! The people who did my installation were all very nice and professional. They made sure to answer any questions or concerns that we had about our new blinds, always arrived on time for appointments (even if they weren't able at first), got rid of any dust from entering the house during installations which is what you want when someone comes into your home without wearing appropriate protection like shoe covers) and worked quickly but efficiently so everything looked great by day's end-in less than three weeks total turnover period). Additionally, owners Steve & Diana are helpful as can be even after sales with their customer service skills while sons Vinceand Julian do an amazing job managing every aspect involved in setting up shop such as

The worst company to deal with
The worst company to deal with. Ordered a full house of blinds in May 2021...they installed uneven blinds with damages, did not have the hardware to secure the chains, and in 3 areas installed the incorrect colour. The sales person, Alex, gave us incorrect information and no longer answers our calls. The owners sister, claims she is just a worker and cannot help, yet everyone at the company is always forwarding me to her. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Almost 5 months and no resolutions in sight. Read the google reviews, their resolution is always come to the factory.

Mario and Steeve did the best job in my new homes, they completed 6 homes within 2 weeks for me and did a fantastic job. They had the ordered rushed for me and got it completed on time. That installation came out amazing and the California shutters are good quality.I did one house zebra blinds and the polyester blackout material does the job! No sun gets in my house

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Do not use this company! Paid £319 for an in stock lamp and waited weeks but no sign, contacted the company to see what was going on to be told it has been discontinued yet no one bothered to inform us, happy to keep our £319 though! Asked for a refund, they don't answer calls, they barely respond to emails unless you keep at them, the Manager told us our refund had been processed but here we are still no sign of it. Next step contacting bank as a scam / fraudulent company and then trading standards.

Do not use this company
I cancelled an order when notified of a delay in delivery. This company tried to charge 25%restocking fee including a PayPal fee. I persisted in pointing out the Distance Selling laws which they just ignored and tried to bully me into waiting for the order . I passed this complaint to PayPal with full documentation of all communications. It took PayPal about 10minutes to refund all my money . Total scam to charge over £70 for doing nothing! I canceled within 3 minutes of delay notification. Do not buy from this company they have nothing in stock and then ignore the Consumer Laws. Attitude was unhelpful and obstructing. I wish I had looked at reviews before I ordered. PayPal is the only way to shop with a supplier you don’t know. I think if I hadn’t I would have had to take them to Court whilst nearly £300 sat in their bank account. Appalling service.

Gift voucher fiasco now resolved
Updated 16th January 2025 This has now been resolved with a new gift card enabled and feedback given about how the system has been changed to ensure this doesn’t not occur again. Thank you Matt for resolving this ********************* I ordered a gift voucher in July 2024 for a friends birthday, £50 was debited from my account but apart from an order confirmation number, I have received nothing that enables the voucher to be spent. My friend's birthday came and went and I purchased an alternative gift. I have had months of messages on the contact page, but the only response I have received, back in September 2024 was that I would not be able to receive a refund for a gift voucher when I requested one. So, I cannot receive a refund and I have no way of spending the voucher, and Sand of Cornwall does not respond. Would not recommend and feel my only recourse now is to pursue through Trading Standards

Well done Sand Cornwall! I ordered a lantern style lamp on 27th September online, and was pleasantly surprised today (11th October) to find it delivered, earlier than expected. I had looked at one of these lamps while in the Cornwall shop but had no space to bring it home to Northern Ireland. The lady in the shop was patient and helpful. I’m delighted with the lamp, which arrived in perfect condition and ready to use. Thank you Sand Cornwall.

Faulty goods and no refund!
If I could apply a negative score I would based on my experience to date. The faulty goods were returned 5/6 months ago and I have been chasing a refund ever since which Matt has assured me has been processed but alas no funds have been received. No longer taking my calls so has the goods and my money £180 which is criminal. I am not a person to write such comments usually but the poor service has driven me to, so that other customers do not fall foul of the same experience. Recent comments below suggest this is clearly a common theme of wrong doing with this Business so avoid at all costs.

This is theft
8 months on and still no refund for the faulty product I returned, now too late to get a refund from PayPal. You just get ignored, or given excuses after excuse when you do manage to speak to someone. This is theft.

Anther one to add a negative review and I wish I’d checked them out before ordering. Ordered an overpriced lamp and shade that I found much cheaper on a different website and I tried in vain to cancel my order and get a refund. There’s simply no reply and it’s SO frustrating!

Great shop
Great shop! I reached out to see if they could send some products to Sweden, as they weren’t available to order here. The owner responded promptly and even offered to bring the package to Sweden himself, as he was traveling here soon. True to his word, the package arrived within a couple of days. Exceptional service and a personal touch—couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend!

De er raske med å sende sporingsnummer og ta betaling, men alt annet svikter. Etter flere uker med purring og varierende bortforklaringer tok jeg kontakt med Klarna. Da kom halvparten av varene. Så var det stopp inntil jeg tok kontakt med Klarna på nytt. Da kom omsider resten av varene. Styr unna!

Kontakter dem, og får bare servert dårlige forklaringer og bortforklaringer. Spør om pengene tilbake, men de da sier det er allerede sendt. Men de har ikke sporingsnummer når jeg spør om dette. De selger produkter de ikke har, og det går selfølgelig litt i kluss når de ikke klarer å skaffe det de allerede har solgt. Styr unna.

Awful company. Ordered a 3x3 gazebo through Ali express, they sent the the 2x2m. Ali express kept denying the return, finally after multiple videos of proof they approved the return but I was being asked to pay return postage for THEIR mistake. Finally got in touch with mcc direct who arranged collection of the incorrect gazebo, no collection turned up and they have ignored me ever since. After showing this proof of being ignored , Ali express finally refunded me. Awful dreadful company most likely run by the usual suspects.Not to mention the gazebo is absolute rubbish which has collapsed already with the smallest amount of rain.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Ordered via b&q not knowing it was a reseller. They sent the wrong product and it takes them 48 hours minimum to respond to queries. We’re on day 5 after contacting them no return is arranged and I’m told I can’t get a replacement in time. However this could have been avoided should they have actually replied in a timely manner.

This company has stolen 107.99 of my money and airing my messages and b&q are doing nothing about it! I cancelled this order way before the dispatch and they ignored my message and sent the chairs with shitty yodel. They are now telling me to chase the courier myself and not refunding my money. MCC direct Warning steer clear as the…
MCC direct Warning steer clear as the products that they sell are unsafe. I just purchase a trampoline from them. The box was CE marked but nothing else. The main fixing screws supplied were too short (screw thread only picking up on maybe two threads of the threaded tube fixings, within the frame work of the trampoline). The screw thread should pass all the way through the treaded part of the frame fixings, as if not it will simple fall apart. Also any screw fixings in this instance should be supplied with some form of a spring washer, so to prevent the screws from coming undone. Even the protective spring cover mat, the material ties attached to it weren’t made correctly. They couldn’t be tied off where it said in the instruction, as too short and incorrectly attached to the cover. One of them, the tie off end, was even stitched down in error to the cover. All in all a very unsafe product with no true CE certification. Reading other reviews of other products sold by them, they also sound like they aren’t CE certified. If you ever buy anything from this company only buy it on a credit card, otherwise I guess you will be out of pocket!

Appalling from start to finish, I purchased a gazebo which was delivered 2 weeks late and the anniversary party which is why I purchased the gazebo, was ruined due to rain. Then I realised they had sent the wrong gazebo, I contacted them but to no avail, they even admitted I had purchased a gazebo with sides then went back on what they had said in their email to me. Worse company I have ever dealt with, steer clear at all costs.

I got in touch with them again as a couple of the poles on the frame had snapped, they promptly resolved this issue as way of a refund ...this company must be the best I have ever had to deal with excellent aftersales..rapid responses by emails ...keep up the good work and thanks you've been great.

Absolute joke
Absolute joke, ordered gazebo from B&Q then was told it was being sold by this company that I have never heard off, items said it was dispatched so been checking the tracking and it has not! I waited in yesterday as it said it was being delivered, I have then googled to see if I can see any reviews and gosh, I won’t be buying from B&Q ever again then if they use people like this. Not received the gazebo asked for refund, they have put down that I have changed my mind as the reason! It is not! And it says I will get my refund in 14 days. Honestly how is this legal. If your reading this then most likely it’s too late for you also.
