
Faucet Stop is a scam
We ordered two different orders over a week ago. I received email confirmations for both orders. Because the items hadn’t arrived and I hadn’t received tracking numbers, I tried to call customer service to check on the status. The customer service voicemail says they’ll re-open on Monday (it is now Wednesday), and does not allow a message to be left. So I contacted their customer service via e-mail. I received an email back saying both orders had been cancelled. I tried to call and email customer service to find out what was going on; voice calls still go to the “we are closed until Monday” message, and no response to emails. This company is a scam. Don’t order from them. I’m now concerned that they have my credit card information. My next call is going to be to my bank to have my credit card cancelled. What a hassle. Next time I’ll pay the extra and order from Ferguson.

I gave one star only because there is no "0". I ordered a faucet on Thursday, Sept. 21. Where I ordered it said the faucet was in inventory. Didn't hear anything from them so on Saturday I sent an email inquiry and got the following email response: Note the dates. "Thank you for your email. In observance of Passover we will be closed from 4:00pm EDT on Monday, April 10th, 2017 and we will return Thursday April 13th, 2017 at 9:00AM EDT." I sent another email on Monday, Sept. 25 and got the same response. I then called them and spoke to a lady who said they had been closed Thursday and Friday for a Jewish holiday and had just returned to work. She said she would check on my order and call me back in the afternoon. Never did call. Monday evening, Sept. 24, I received the following email from them time stamped at 5:17 PM: Order Reference Number: #FS47149 Dear Orrin, We are confirming that your order with Faucet Stop was cancelled. It was a pleasure to serve you. If you have any questions or if you would like to proceed with your order, please call us toll-free at 1-877-628-3025 ext (). Thank You. Faucet Stop Customer Care I received the exact same email from them two more times that were time stamped at 5:28 and 5:33 PM. I called their number again this morning and got a recording saying they were closed and to check their web site for hours of operation. Why wouldn't the recording just state what their hours are instead of forcing their customers to log on to their computer and go to their web site to check the hours? Really, really stupid. To net it out, I have done business with many online businesses and Faucet Stop is by far the most messed up business I have ever delt with.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered. Ordered a toilet part with premium three day shipping. Two weeks later it hasn't arrived. I've called 6 times and sent two emails and all I ever get is a runaround and a promise to call me back asap with information, but the call never arrives. Do not do business with this company.

By far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I ordered some toilet seat caps back on February 6 and have yet to receive them. It's been almost 6 months. Every time I call I get the run around. I have been extremely patient and have not seen my products or the refund I requested a week ago. I filed a dispute on PayPal and called my bank to file a claim. These people are crooks. Do not shop here!!!

Questionable Business Practices
I ordered an item and was told originally that the lead time was 4 to 6 weeks. When I responded with a cancellation request their narrative changed: one item was found and ready to ship immediately. I discovered a hairline crack in the basin of the purchase but since I failed to notify of them of the damage within 72 hours I was refused a refund. The customer service team basically stuck to their caveat emptor line: You should have read the policy prior to purchasing. I strongly suspect they knowingly sent me a damaged product.

Do NOT recommend using Faucet Stop!
I have had nothing but issue after issue trying to receive the faucet I ordered. I paid for 3 day shipping. A week later I still had not received it. I called Faucet Stop and they told me it would be overnighted. Two days later and I still had not received it. I DO NOT recommend ordering anything from this company unless you want to deal with problem after problem. It is not a trustworthy and reliable company.

Faucet Stop: Where customer service went to die
It's been almost a month since I ordered a part from Faucet Stop, with that great "three day" delivery. I ask Faucet Stop where my part is, and they tell me they will email me a tracking number. Not only do I not have the part, I also haven't received the tracking number in over a week of being told I would. Then I'm told since Monday is a holiday, so they will get back to me on Wednesday. Rosh Hashanah is now a two-day holiday? Maybe it's like their shipping promise: three days really means three months, so a holiday is really multiple holidays. Or maybe Faucet Stop doesn't understand the concept of time, or customer service, or the power of social media to shed light on one of the worst online firms I've come across in 20 years. Do yourself a favor, shop for your plumbing repair needs anywhere else.

Horrible return experience
Ordering online was easy enough, though it took a month to get to my house after I first ordered the product. Once I discovered how long it would take to get to my house, I called to return the order *before it shipped*. It ended up shipping anyway. I've called 3 times now to figure out how to return it, and 2 months later, I finally got an email with instructions on how to return it. Now, I have to pay the shipping fee to ship it back, PLUS a restocking fee. I wish I NEVER purchased anything from them.

I needed to replace a kitchen faucet that had been discontinued!
I called FaucetStop to see if they could locate a specific faucet! Within about 6 minutes they located the exact faucet in Canada! I ok'd the purchase of the faucet! The faucet arrived exactly within their predicted time frame! I was totally satisfied with the delivered product! I was totally satisfied with the sales department & customer service department! I would definitely recommend FaucetStop in the future!

Een bank besteld bij Country life style in Putten. Zeer vriendelijk geholpen. Meneer wist precies wat ik bedoelde. Na een aantal banken bekeken te hebben, uiteindelijk een mooie bank uitgezocht en besteld. Voor mijn oude moeder waren de dames zeer vriendelijk, boden haar koffie en tijdschriften aan. We kregen beide nog een leuk presentje. De bank wordt binnenkort geleverd dus ik ben erg benieuwd.

Waardeloze klantenservice, telefonisch niet te bereiken, reageert niet op e-mails, inmiddels acht e-mails gestuurd maar te onbeschoft om hier op te reageren. Creditfactuur ontvangen maar het vooruit betaalde bedrag nooit retour mogen ontvangen. De website lijkt heel wat maar ....... U bent gewaarschuwd.

Geen badjas & Geen geld terug.
Een badjas retour gestuurd voor een andere maat. Heb deze nooit meer ontvangen en geen geld retour. Niet bereikbaar via mail, telefoon en messenger. Wanneer ik een aangetekende mail stuur krijg ik ineens wel bericht dat ze failliet zijn. Dikke middelvinger!

Handdoeken besteld mooi op tijd geleverd. De handdoeken waren echter niet zoals verwacht en we hebben ze geretourneerd. Volgens post.nl zijn de handdoeken reeds een dag later aangekomen. Nu, drie weken later, nog steeds niets vernomen of teruggestort. Er wordt niet gereageerd op berichten, mails en de telefoon wordt niet opgenomen. Wij bestellen hier alvast nooit meer.

De badjas die ik besteld heb is precies zoals ik hem zocht. Vanwege mijn lengte (1.97m) zijn de mouwen vaak tekort. Dat is hierbij niet het geval. Enige minpuntje is dat zoals bijna altijd de lusjes voor de ceintuur nog te hoog zitten.

Het was fijn dat ze telefonisch contact hebben gezocht om te vragen of de vlag er idd zo moest uitzien. Omdat ik witten lijnen aan de zijkant had. En ze waren snel geleverd. Alleen had de pakket bezorger het niet netjes achter gelaten. Maar daar kunnen ze hier niks aan doen. De vlaggen zagen er mooi en stevig uit.

Goede vloer voor een goede prijs
Pluspunten: + Murat, wat een vakman! Onze ca. 60m2 aan ondervloer en laminaat in een dag gelegd, plus plinten. Top werk afgeleverd! + Goede vloer voor een eerlijke prijs, scherpe offerte, eigenlijk nergens goedkoper. + Goed meegedacht ook na de bestelling, iets dikker plint aanbevolen gekregen ivm kiervorming. Minpunten: - In de winkel was met te weinig snijverlies gerekend waardoor er achteraf nog een kleine hoeveelheid kosten bijkwamen. Dat zou normaal gesproken in de score voor aftrek hebben gezorgd, maar de extra rol ondervloer die hierdoor moest worden bijbesteld kregen we gratis, dus prima opgelost.

Geweldig werk
Ten eerste wil ik de normale harde werkers bedanken Maarten en hedi. Elke keer als ik beneden kom krijg ik spontaan een lach op mijn gezicht door de mooie vloer die hun samen heel strak en zuinig hebbe gelegd qua materiaal. Frisio heeft de levering gedaan en ik moest zelf snel weg. Maar hij kwam gelukkig op perfecte timing en deed wat hij moest doen complimenten naar alle heren.

Goede vloer besteld, mindere communicatie
Onze ervaring met Luxury Floors is wat minder dan gemiddeld. Wellicht dat dit komt omdat we het niet door hen laten leggen en dus alleen ging om een offerte, bestelling en levering. Op de website staat dat ze hun prijs aanpassen als er een goedkopere prijs is elders en nog 5% korting geven. Ondanks dat ik twee goedkopere adresjes heb kunnen vinden kon er niks meer met de prijs worden gedaan. De prijs was ook prima, maar misschien dan niet meer adverteren met bovenstaande tekst. Ook stond er niet duidelijk aangegeven hoe de levering geregeld is. Zo zag ik pas na het bestellen de leveringsdatum en deze kon niet meer worden aangepast. Bij hoge uitzondering zou er worden doorgegeven dat de levering na 12:00 zou plaatsvinden, maar ook dat was niet goed bij de koerier doorgekomen. Na contact met Luxury Floors en het doorsturen van de mailwisseling kreeg ik eerst te horen dat ik dan opnieuw een datum kon doorgeven maar de kosten voor mezelf zijn. Pas later werd mijn bericht goed gelezen en gaven ze aan dat de fout inderdaad bij hen lag. Gelukkig kwam de koerier exact om 12:00. Daarnaast heb ik niet kunnen vinden hoe de levering wordt gedaan, pas in de factuur nadat ik de bestelling heb gedaan. Gelukkig was de koerier zo aardig om me toch even te helpen met tillen (omdat ik zwanger ben). Al met al dus wel betrouwbaar en goed materiaal, maar sommige dingen kunnen op de website beter worden aangegeven of juist beter worden weggelaten. Daarnaast kun je voor 10:00 niemand bereiken, dus met een prangende vraag zul je moeten wachten of de koeriersdienst zelf moeten proberen te bereiken.

Fantastisch!
Wat een ontzettend fijn, behulpzaam, klantvriendelijk bedrijf!!! Afgelopen september voor de boven- en benedenverdieping vloeren besteld. Het was geen enkel probleem dat deze offerte in 2 delen geleverd zou worden. Laminaat zelf boven gelegd en super blij. Beneden gekozen voor een prachtige Belakos vloer incl. egaliseren en leggen. Door levering van de keuken moest de planning voor beneden gewijzigd worden. Dit was geen enkel probleem en werd ook meteen aangepast. Ozzy heeft vervolgens geëgaliseerd en de pvc vloer geplakt. Ongelooflijk wat is hij goed en secuur!!!! Passie voor zijn werk! Tot slot 2 toppers gehad die ons plinten geplakt en gekit hebben. We zijn immens blij dat we hebben gekozen voor luxury floors. Vakmanschap staat hoog in hun vaandel!!

Luxury Floors heeft ons heel goed van advies voorzien, heel netjes en beleefd geholpen. Na wat externe probleempjes, hebben ze alle medewerking verleend, om ons project zo soepel mogelijk te laten verlopen. Efter køb er min sofa nu nedsat med 2500,- kr. Som "plaster" på såret, spørger jeg Ann fra Trademax, om de kan prismatche en puf fra Møbelkompagniet, som de selv har i sortimentet. Det var et hurtigt 'nej' til trods for at det fremgår meget tydeligt på hjemmesiden! Sofaen er fin, men det er svært ikke at føle sig taget ved næsen med sådanne dækninger på varerne kombineret med sløj service.

Sindssyg dårlig service. Jeg dømmer aldrig på en fejl, men på måden man retter op på det. Der er i forvejen ekstrem lange leveringstider, og produkterne er virkelig ikke pengene værd. Dårlig forretningsetik
Jeg bestilte en tete-a-tete havestol, som kostede mig ca. 2.094 kr. inkl. forsendelse (ca. 400 kr.). Jeg har modtaget stolen i en kasse fra det hollandske selskab VidaXL. Jeg tjekkede VidaXLs hjemmeside, hvor stolen er sat til salg for 850 kr. inkl. forsendelse, men dog uden siddehynder. Jeg kunne have købt stolen direkte hos VidaXL selv, og have sparet 1.244 kr. minus 2 hynder, som jeg kunne have købt hos Jysk. Det er simpelt hen åger af værste skuffe. Dårlig forretningsetik.

Maar als er een mailtje gestuurd wordt dat de bestelde balkjes klaarliggen om opgehaald te worden en je er 20 minuten later op de stoep staat maar het dan toch níet klaarligt, dan is dat wel wat jammer. Bon moest nog van boven komen, al met al 10 minuutjes gewacht dus dat is het ergste ook niet :-)

Bij Lichtunie de tl gevonden die ik nodig had. Ik heb weer licht. De tl was goed verpakt. De tl was echter 3,95 en de verzendkosten 14 euro. Best wel een bedrag voor een tl. Maar goed, ik kon hem nergens anders meer kopen. Ik had hem nog kunnen ophalen maar ja, benzine, afschrijving auto en tijd...... Ik ben tevreden met de levering.

Philips 3,5 Wat led lampen met g23 fitting
Philips led lampen (30 stuks) besteld met G23 fitting ter vervanging van de dakrand verlichting. Deze zijn snel geleverd en goed ingepakt. Gelet op orderbedrag kosteloos verstuurd. Prijsverschil met bouwmarkt voor exact dezelfde lamp is €10 per stuk goedkoper (bij lichtunit)!! Deze nieuwe Philips lichtbron verbruikt de helft aan wattage tov de vorige lamp die ik had (3,5w om 7w) maar geeft dezelfde mooie warme lichtstralen.

J'ai trouvé mon coup de coeur dans cette boutique. Des ensembles de leggings et brassière trop canon, avec un large choix de motifs. Des maillots de bain qui s'adaptent à notre morphologie avec les maillots à taille unique. Et surtout des produits écoresponsables !! They stole my money, don't trust them
I made a purchase and after sending it to the wrong country and continent (how stupid is that!) they finally shipped the 2 bathing suits I ordered. They arrived 5 weeks after I made the order, and they were not even what I ordered, but they shipped something else with a note explaining "they didn't have the color I ordered". Regarding the quality of the bathing suits I was disappointed, ---don´t let yourself be fooled by organic cotton swimsuits, its nothing but a t-shirt cut like a bathing suit with no hold or anything- so I decided to return them . I returned them more than a month ago, and they didn't refund my money. Basically stole my money. I wrote to them 3 times that they should return my money since I returned the merchandise. Only one answer saying the refund "should have been made" . I wrote back "no, it wasn't refunded" No answer. Consider that they are only available through email and not by phone. So not responding to an email is far easier. Its the last time I will be purchasing from shady shops in the internet, that have no real client support like a hotline. They will probably not even answer to this review, may this be your confirmation not to buy from them. You definitely don't want your money stolen. Anyways they will hear from me again through my lawyers because I hate being treated like that in 2023 in Europe e-commerce... This is the moment where I am glad to have connections in France

Refus illégal de remboursement d'articles retournés
J'ai effectué une commande sur le site WEB de LUZ COLLECTIONS le 18 decembre. Le lendemain de la réception des articles commandés, ceux-ci ne me convenant pas, j'ai téléphoné au service clients afin de les informer de mon souhait de retourner les articles dans le cadre du droit légal de rétractation. J'ai effectué ce retour le 23 décembre réceptionné par LUTZ le 24. Contre toute attente et se référant à une clause de leurs CGV, la société à refusé de me rembourser au motif que le prix de vente était "soldé" et que dans ce cas, seuls un échange ou un avoir étaient proposés en cas de retour. Malgré un courrier de ma part et 2 échanges de mails (leur expliquant qu'ils étaient dans l'illégalité la plus complète) et une conversation téléphonique avec la "responsable" de cette société (personne dont je tais volontairement le nom, désagréable, tenant des propos désobligeants et dogmatiques), celle-ci a maintenu son refus d'un remboursement. Sur les conseils de la DGCCRF, qui m'a confirmé que ma demande de remboursement était de droit, j'ai effectué le 2 janvier un signalement de cette société sur le site gouvernemental signal-conso, en produisant à l'appui les échanges écrits avec la société. Et la société à effectué le remboursement le 3 janvier. Incompétence ou malhonnêteté de la "responsable de la société" ? Bien entendu, aucun mot d'excuse de sa part. Mon témoignage a pour seul but d'éviter à d'autres clientes d'être victimes de propos trompeurs ou application de clauses illicites en exerçant leur droit de rétractation d'achats achetés sur internet auprès de la société LUZ COLLECTION.

Positieve ervaring
Ik begrijp de vele negatieve reviews niet. Ik heb alleen maar zeer positieve ervaringen. Onlangs kerstdecoratie besteld, welke behoorlijk duur was. Eerst had ik twee items besteld, maar had gemaild met de vraag of het kon veranderd worden naar één van de twee. Ik kreeg heel snel een zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en beleefd antwoord terug en het was geen probleem. Het bedrag van het andere item stond binnen 3 dagen netjes terug op mijn rekening. Het ontvangen item heb ik goed verpakt ontvangen, één klein dingetje was los maar dit was niet de fout van hen denk ik maar eerder van de vaak roekeloze koeriersdienst. Ik heb dit gewoon zelf terug vastgezet. Verder ben ik enorm tevreden met de kerstdecoratie (sneeuwman familie verlichting voor buiten). Het werkt na een week nog steeds, de lichtjes schijnen mooi warm wit, ook overdag is het een genot om te bekijken, heb reeds veel complimentjes mogen ontvangen. En het was verder heel gemakkelijk om in elkaar te zetten, inclusief duidelijke instructies en tip/advies. Nee, ik ben een heel tevreden klant en zal zeker opnieuw bestellen bij deze website. Bij de levering van de afvalbak voor in het keukenkastje zat geen montagehandleiding. Na hierover gemaild te hebben, werd ik verwezen naar de qr-code op de zijkant van de doos. Daar staan 2 qr-codes op, maar er is geen handleiding te vinden. Kortom, slechte service.

J’ai acheté un robot coupe R4VV et R7
j’ai acheté 2 appareils robot coupe chez eux : R4 VV et le R7. J’ai eu un souci de production sur le R4 qui fait qu’il n’a fonctionné qu’une fois puis plus. Apicius me l’a récupérée dans la semaine, m’a fournie un appareil à l’identique en prêt pour que je ne sois pas bloqué pour travailler. La prise en charge du problème a tellement été bien faite et sérieuse que j’ai acheté un R7 en toute confiance que j’attends avec impatience au moment où j’écris. On a toujours peur quand on achète en ligne des arnaques, de n’avoir personne au bout du fil pour traiter nos pannes etc…car il n’y a pas de boutiques physiques avec les sites marchands. Mais là franchement ce fut même mieux que certaines enseignes grand public que l’on a dans toutes les villes. Merci et à bientôt pour de futurs achats

Long-term use of Purlfrost reflective window film
We have used the Purlfrost reflective film before - for well over the last10 years. It has lasted well and more than proved itself in providing enhanced privacy inside our home, doing away with the need to use net curtains which can block out even more light. We are now renewing the film on the 4 windows it covers only because the old film has been damaged particularly on our kitchen window which sits immediately in front of the sink and therefore is regularly splashed with cleaning products. The company have been efficient and prompt in processing the order and in providing sturdy packaging to ensure the film arrived in good condition. I recommend both the company and the product to those looking for reflective window film.

Excellent product -static frosted film
I ordered static film late on a Friday, and made a mistake make in delivery instructions. I sent a panicky email, and received a most reassuring reply very early on Monday. The film duly arrived, very well packed. We had a delay in using it, but completed the first part today. It was surprisingly easy to do, provided you use enough soapy water, and it looks great. It completely blocks vision from outside, whilst not reducing the light in the bathroom too much. Having used self adhesive film before, and found it tricky, this was a great improvement. I would thoroughly recommend this film.

Best shopping experience ever
I’ve ordered several things from Harrogate Organics and I’m a fan for life! I use their sage supplements daily, over time they have significantly improved my brain fog issues. I also treat myself to their luxury foam soak - Ocean Avalon and it’s to die for. The smell is just gorgeous, the bottle lasts for ages as it’s super concentrated, which is great for the environment and your wallet and it feels like a much more expensive product. I also bought one of their Aroma pods and Bliss scent. The quality is just wonderful, it looks gorgeous and it’s made my room smell divine. On top of all of this, the rewards system they use is so generous it makes me keep coming back for more. Their packaging is just so beautifully done, including hand written notes and more bliss aroma in their packaging. I’m visiting Harrogate soon, so I’ll be finally visiting the mothership, having no doubt blown the bank with goodies. Just LOVE them ❤️

Magnesium Spray is a game changer
I discovered Harrogate Organics through a friend who had recently purchased the Magnesium Spray. As I suffer with restless legs and being peri-menaporsal, my sleep can be very hit and miss. I ordered the magnesium spray online and the website was so easy and user friendly. My delivery arrived very quickly and I was impressed with how much product you get in the bottle. I sprayed both elbows and behind both knees with the spray and I can honestly say I slept straight through, no restless legs and no insomnia. The spray absorbs well and smells lovely. I have been using the spray for 6 days now and I feel my lack of sleep and aching legs have almost been resolved. I will definitely be re-ordering this product and would recommend the magnesium spray to anyone with sleep deprivation or RLS. Thank you Harrogate for restoring my Zzzzzzzzzz's and resting my legs .

I haven’t been able to stop raving about the magnesium spray and how much it helps aid a good night sleep! I’m hooked and ordered again last week (my first order of the smaller bottle lasted longer than expected!) They have high quality low priced great cabinets, both for kitchens and bathrooms. I've installed both types of their cabinets. I send most of my customers to choose these cabinets for their own homes. They offer custom countertops, add a nice granite or quarts countertop to complete the cabinet. The best part is they offer professional design services. You can only imagine how beautiful these cabinet look when installed. PS. For bathroom renovations, their vanities and tiles are really really hard to beat in quality and price. They also have a nice selection of toilets, faucets and other accessories. Most vanities are in stock, ask for pick up specials. Tell them Rick sent you, lol

I was searching for a vanity with a quartz top which I had trouble finding until I found home design in Secaucus. They offered custom fabrication for all of their bathroom vanities. They had the top fabricated and delivered my order free of charge within a week!!! I was surprised when I got a call to state my order was ready. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I recommend this place to everyone!

Vanity is nice but showed up damaged…
Vanity is nice but showed up damaged (bottom right corner) and driver refused to take it back. Caulk job on vanity sinks was not up to par, gaps and holes everywhere. Not what I expected from the product or delivery service. I will not buy through home design outlet center again.

We have purchased two vanities,counters and wall storage from the Miami store and have been very happy. Along with the products and in-store service, the delivery men, Thomas ad Humberto are top notch. Thomas has delivered items to our home twice and both times, he has gone above and beyond with his thoroughness and helpfulness. When I mentioned that I wish the wall cabinet I bought still came in gray (the website showed the gray version was discontinued), he told me that there was an extra one that just came in since a customer had purchased two but only decided to take one. He put me on the phone with the office and I was able to purchase it over the phone! He is someone who takes pride in his job and cares that the customer is happy! I'll be a customer again due to service like that!

I had been searching for a while
I had been searching for a while, for the right vanity. When I found one on Home Design, it looked like what I wanted. The potential deal breaker was the fact that the vendor was not offering the brushed nickle finish, as I wanted, only chrome. Sean realized this could be a deal breaker, so he told me that he would see to it that I received the finish of my choice. It worked out perfectly, and I am very pleased with Sean's ability "step outside the box", and perform excellent customer service. He is to be commended!

I haven't received the vanity yet so I am not sure what the condition will be when it arrives however my service experience has been FAR from satisfying. I found the site online looking for in stock vanities as I was under a time crunch to get one. They have a distribution/showroom facility right across the state from me so I was sure I could order one and have it in a timely manner. I hit the chat button and verified that if I ordered I could have the vanity no later than the following week and was ASSURED that would happen. I ordered and even put in comments that I had to have the vanity in a week. When I didn't receive a ship notice within 3-4 days I called only to find out the vanity was being shipped from across the country. Not AT ALL what I was told. At that point I am stuck because if I cancel and order somewhere else I would wait even longer. I feel I was totally duped into ordering with this company when they KNEW I would not get the vanity in the time-frame I needed it. When I called and told them what happened they said I could either keep the order or cancel it but never ever did they offer any discount, compensation of any kind, or even an apology. This is one of three bathrooms I am remodeling and I would have liked to give them future business but after this, I wouldn't order from them again, nor would I refer them. I am SUPER disappointed in their customer service and in their willingness to make it right or make amends. Worst part? I have a completely finished bathroom right now without a vanity and a house full of company coming. Not awesome. At all.
