Ordered vertical blind louvres on 26th January. Order update received by email on 4th February to say blinds would be sent out within 4 to 6 working days. However, today, 10th February I received an email to say the fabric was out of stock and wouldn’t be available. What exactly have you been doing for the past 2 weeks?? Really disappointed. Would I like to choose another fabric? What and wait over 2 weeks again and risk it being out of stock, I’ll use a more reliable blind company thanks.

Schlechte Kommunikation und lange Wartezeit – nie wieder!

Ich habe im Oktober ein Bett bei Bloomingloft bestellt, aber es kam erst Ende Februar an. Die Lieferung wurde mehrfach verzögert, jedes Mal mit einer anderen Ausrede. Es war fast unmöglich, jemanden direkt zu sprechen – die Kommunikation lief ausschließlich per E-Mail und war alles andere als gut. Zwar ist die Qualität des Bettes in Ordnung, aber die gesamte Erfahrung war frustrierend. Ich würde hier definitiv nicht noch einmal kaufen.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - SHAM COMPANY WHO TAKE MONEY AND DON'T REFUND

Unable to leave zero stars or I would have AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS On 8th March 2024, I ordered a basin and pedestal online as the item showed as in stock. I called the following day to enquire about delivery and the man I spoke to told me that they could not check stock as they did not have warehouse staff on a Saturday. They somehow still managed to email me on that day to say that the item was out of stock and discontinued, and that they would issue a refund. I queried the status of my refund on 12th March as I could not see any evidence of it on my credit card app, to be told that it had already been issued and that out would take 3 to 5 days to process. I emailed again on 21st March to tell them to refund my payment immediately as it still had not been received and that I would be taking appropriate action against them if I did not receive my refund immediately. I received no reply to this email within 24hrs so I contacted my credit card company. They assured me that no refund had been initiated and to contact the company one last time before taking further action. My credit card company said that this is likely a sham company taking peoples money and utilising it before paying out any chargebacks. Please do not be suckered in by this company. Reading other reviews (which I should have done before I ordered) it looks like they are just a hustle with no actual products that are available.

Firstly the woman couldn't understand me because she was foreign ( I don't have an accent), then she informs me the product's not in stock for two months. The checkout was going to take my payment whilst stating delivery was 2-4 days. Disgraceful.

Husky 40 kit poor quality

I don’t like to leave low reviews, but I must say I am disappointed with the quality of the Husky 40 folding door kit. The instructions are minimal and do not cover big issues that can arise around not having the rail mm level, which can happen if a ceiling is slightly out. I had to work this out myself as support wasn’t there. The fittings are poor quality and plastic, meaning they can twist quite easily and I had to buy a spare. Other Husky kits have moved onto metal fittings and wall mounted bottom pivots, which tells me this kit is outdated. It’s a lot of money to spend on a couple of pieces of folded steel and some cheap plastic fittings. I have it working but I wouldn’t recommend it.

Item cost £7+ but then vat was added. Postage was £6.00 and then vat was added to that also. So an item costing £7+ ended up costing over £16. Most traders now add vat to the price they advertise and, although I haven't checked current prices, £6 seems excessive for such a small item. On the plus side delivery time was very good.

When he returned and had to light the pilot light he said he asked my Mum if she wanted it working before he left and my sister said. "No you did not " the engineer said I told your Mother not you. I think he was trying to exploit the elderly.

They fitted my boiler. So thought I would use them to repair/replace faulty radiator valve. Wrong decision on my part. I booked the engineer, who had problems with his van. So young assistant came out. Charge for this visit 60 odd quid. Then Engineer came out and replaced valve, charge for supplying and fitting £210 odd. After I complained they knocked off £50. Very short sighted approach. I will not use them again. So they lose profit from some new radiators I was thinking of having. Plus if course at some stage a new boiler and any other repairs I may need in future.

Bad experience from the Stevenson Heating Ltd service department

They have twice failed to turn up for a pre-booked service on my boiler and water heater. There was no apology for the inconvenience of twice waiting-in for nothing. After the last no-show I asked to speak to the service department manager to find out what was going on, but he was away from his desk at that time. I was told I'd be called back by him as soon as he got back, naturally he did'nt!! I called again and finally spoke to him, he said he'd call back with an explanation for the no-shows, I waited a week and nothing, so I called again yesterday and surprise, surprise he was not around, but he would call me back later that day. Again nothing!! As we're supposed to be one of their priority customers, I wonder how we'd be treated if we weren't. Needless to say, we'll be going to a more reliable company going forward.

IF YOU HAVE A SOLAR ISSUE AVOID THIS COMPANY

I contacted Stevenson heating re my hot water solar system. I noticed the heat wasn't transferring from the panels to the store like it used to. it was taking so long to happen where before it was as quick as the boiler for heating up the store. It says on there web site they can repair and service all makes. first they said it was a problem with the boiler interfering with the system so the cut some wires and left. felt it was odd as the system had been working fine for the last 4.5 years. the next day we noticed we had no solar and not only that the boiler was no longer picking up where the solar falls short. so no hot water. I called them back they took another look to find they had blown 2 fuses in the boiler. they used the spare ones in the control board to fix the problem and said they would replace the spare ones (but still haven't) Boiler now working but still no solar heating. I rang them back they came out and replaced the fluid in the panels. still no difference. I rang again they sent out another engineer who took the pump off and said it looks ok i will have to speak to my boss to see what he wants to do. Since his visit the system goes into thermal shutdown as soon as the sun comes out even though the system gets over 145 deg the water never gets to the store. i rang up again to find out what was happening as we are in the peek of the summer and I'm not getting the benefit of the solar. He replied i will have to contact the manufacture. Day passed i heard nothing. i left 2 messages on the engineers mobile but no reply. I contacted the office to then find out the person who was dealing with it went on holiday and didn't delegate another engineer to fix the problem. I rang and spoke to the manager who said he will get up to speed with the job and ring me back. days later still no call back and i had to call again to find out what was happening. The manager said he would get the engineer to call me. What a laugh this company is. Poor communication and to be honest i don't think they know what they are doing AVOID THIS COMPANY

Trouble free installation of a new boiler and control system

Many thanks for installing my new boiler in the busy run to the Christmas period. The work was completed in a very professional and efficient manner by Steve the installation engineer and another Steve the installation supervisor who called in from time to time to help if a problem developed or an extra pair of hands were needed. Also thank you to the electrician (whose name I can’t remember) who wired the system up and Dave who carried out a power flush at the end. The house is now nice and warm and ready for winter when it finally comes!

Used their calibration service for the first time, and no complaints. They tell you 10 working days turnaround, and the only word of caution I'd offer is that they mean it: you'll be without your instruments for 10 working days. So make sure you won't be needing them or that you've got a backup. Looks to be a decent calibration job though, it didn't cost much and the instruments were returned with all accessories. I'll use them again, but as I say, be sure to book your calibration to coincide with a holiday or make sure you've got backup units.

Joshua and the team at Test4Less were really helpful. I had purchased a Di-Log test kit online but there were supplier issues, which meant that I had been without a test instrument for a number of weeks. We have order flags from CollinFlags for years and have spent thousands & thousands of dollars. The last flag we purchase for $600 started to rip a lot sooner then the ones before. I was going to purchase another one, as we have a large company building and we fly a very large flag which could be seen by 2 major highways in NJ. (Our father started doing this years ago and we keep it going in his honor.) When I looked at my last purchase, I notice the flag was less then 7 months old. Finding this very concerning I sent them an email. I would think they could see our past history and how we have been customers for a long time & spent thousands of dollars. I would also think they would apologize and give us a discount of some sorts. In stead, after sending them pictures, I get this email. I will be giving our business & money to a company that: 1. Stands by their products 2. Values their customers THEIR RESPONSE: "I do apologize, however due to the wind conditions in your area, these can be found at (trustpilot told me they dont allow links, so I had to delete the link that they sent me), this has been found to be normal wear and tear. The U.S. Government generally expects a flag to last approximately 90 days based on daily usage from sunrise to sunset - but not during periods of inclement weather. Tests have shown that in some cases a flag flown 24 hours a day will last only one-fourth as long as one flown during daylight hours only. The major enemies of a flag are the wind and sun. Neither you nor we can control the weather, but you can take care of your flag and lengthen its life. #1. Occasional washing in warm mild detergent water will prevent dirt and pollutants from attacking the fabric. #2. Have your flag repaired at the first sign of fraying. Frauds, do NOT use them. Claim to have attempted delivery, which we were not in for but then said they'd attempt to redeliver and they didn't - we contacted them to chase on this and at this point the flowers are likely out of water and dead so we requested a refund on the delivery. Really disappointment with our gift of silver roses for our 25th wedding anniversary. They arrived in a beautiful gift box but the oasis was drowning in water. The instruction card said to water upon arrival but as they were already in heaps of water I didn't water them again. In only a few days they started to mold, I contacted the company who replied with a non related reply. I contacted them again, this time no reply. These roses are not cheap and they lasted a very short time. Very disappointed.

I ordered a bouquet of peony roses on July 9th in London costing £356 including a same day delivery charge. The delivery was made the following day while a factually incorrect mail was sent to me saying that an attempt was made to deliver the flowers . There is CCTV at the address which confirmed no such delivery attempt was made . When the flowers finally arrived they started to either and die within 24 hours . Wholly unacceptable. Customer service is a chat bot who told me I had no grounds for a refund or partial compensation despite me providing photo evidence of the defective product . Judging the other reviews I consider this company to be a scam and a fraud and I will be initiating legal proceedings against them . Do not use this company

The quality is shocking ! First batch of peonies didn’t open and withered away. Second batch arrived at the end of their life. Third batch I’ve sent an email saying I was going away on duty and asked to cancel or reschedule as I won’t be able to receive the flowers, I asked them well in advance. I ordered 30 roses for my wife. I got 16. The box was opened and half of the roses had fallen out, were covered in sand, pedals were ripped and there was glue strings hanging from the roses that had fallen during shipping. When I sent pictures, told them my order was wrong, showed picture and video evidence of what I received and the condition it was in, I was met with multiple people doing nothing but making excuses and making no attempt to make it right. I have asked for a refund and to return them 6 times and keep getting replies telling me that my roses will last forever and this is the correct condition. Horrible customer service. Subpar product. Extremely over priced at almost $300. And i will be reporting their company as fraud and will be disputing the charges with my bank.

Non ho dato stelle piene in quanto non ho ancora provato ogni detersivo comprato. Ma fino ad ora mi ritengo pienamente soddisfatta. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Il personale anche post vendita è stato gentilissimo e presente nell'aiutarmi a risolvere un piccolo intoppo che per altro non erano tenuti. Quindi magari fossero tutti così e visto il soddisfacente acquisto sono certa che mi fornirò ancora non appena ne avrò il bisogno.

Brought 2 suitcases via amazon in Sept 23 went on holiday in Oct 23 both suitcases stitches came undo emailed no reply. Went on holiday march 24 stitched handle came away from stitching, still no reply from this company, what happens about my warranty if you can't get in touch with nobody?

Is the company dead?

Does anyone know what is happening with the company? Product purchased still under warranty (and broken), company shows as active, but the website is down, nowhere to find them online. I assume they just disappeared? British registers show they moved their address to Karabar Properties?! Would love to get my broken luggage replaced, but there seems no way to do that?

My suitcase zip came apart during my warranty with karabar. I am waiting over 6 weeks for a replacement. The website is down. I am told they will check with the warehouse for new deliveries but do not get back to me. This is so frustrating as I loved my suitcase. There is a problem going on but they are not communicating with me. If I could I would give 0 star for their after purchase customer service.

Finger weg von dieser Betrüger Firma. Man kann leider keine Minussterne vergeben, denn 1 Stern ist noch zuviel Ich hatte 2 Betten für unser Ferienhaus bestellt. Angegebene Lieferzeit 3-4 Wochen. Da wir etwas in Eile waren, haben wir uns auf die Lieferzeit verlassen, bestellt und auch die über 2.800,00 € bezahlt. Was dann kam ist der Horror. Da wir Bekannte in unser neues Ferienhaus ab KW 8 eingeladen haben, wurden wir nach 5 Wochen Wartezeit etwas nervös. Die Aussage von Slewo Mitarbeiterin, es fehlt nur 1 Teil. Ich fragte nach, ob denn dieses eine fehlende Teil nicht mit einer Alternative ersetzt werden könne. Daraufhin wurde mir gesagt, ja das ginge und würde sofort erledigt. Doch es geschah wieder nichts, bzw. es wurden täglich neue "Statusberichte" über unsere Ware gesandt. Einmal was Das da und Diese fehlte, am nächsten Tag genau umgekehrt und am übernächsten Tag fehlte was ganz anders was am darauffolgen Tag da war aber nun ein 5. Teil fehlte. Kurz um, wir wurden "verarscht"!!! Daraufhin wollten wir nun von unserem Widerrufsrecht gebrauch machen, was Slewo mit jedem Mal neuen Ausreden ablehnt. Wir werden jetzt die Angelegenheit an unseren Anwalt übergeben und auch Strafanzeige wegen Betrug erstatten!

SEHR UNSERIÖS, KEINE KAUFEMPFEHLUNG!!! Wir haben im Nov'24 ein Familienbett bestellt, welches Ende Dez'24/Anfang Jan'25 geliefert werden sollte. Nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen wurde wir anfangs vertröstet und später wurden unsere Emails einfach ignoriert. Telefonisch ist leider niemand zu erreichen. Deshalb haben wir unseren Rücktritt vom Kaufvertrag erklärt und unseren bereits im Nov'24 bezahlten Betrag zurück gefordert - auf diese Aufforderung erhielten wir auch keine Reaktion, es kam lediglich eine kurze Email, dass das Bett noch geliefert werden würde.... Heute haben wir letztmalig die Rückzahlung (mit Fristsetzung) gefordert - andernfalls werden wir die Rückholung über das Kreditkarteninstitut veranlassen und bei Bedarf auch einen Anwalt über unsere Rechtschutz einschalten.

Bloß nichts dort kaufen ! Wir haben ein Bett bestellt, welches mit kaputtem Seitenteil geliefert wurde. Es wurde noch am selben Tag von der Spedition wieder mitgenommen und zurück geschickt. Wir haben eine Frist zur Nachlieferung an Slewo geschickt , damit ein neues, mangelfreies Bett zugesandt werden kann. Das ist nun über 3 Wochen her. Slewo stellt sich blöd und will den Kaufpreis nicht zurück erstatten. Telefonisch ist die Firma nicht erreichbar!

TOTALLY SHOCKED! When I received my delivery it was in an excellent tough cardboard box. Then when I opened it " WAW " my plants were placed inbetween 3,layers of protective straw one layer on the bottom one layer in the centre and the 3rd on the top.👍 My plants arrived in perfect condition. WELL DONE. definitely beyond my expectations.

Complete scammers. Plants advertised at 1-5-2.5m tall. I checked in advance on fb marketplace chat that this was the correct size. Screenshot proof of assurance. The plants that arrived were less than 30cm tall! Communication then useless, they won’t send the correct size, no refund yet received. All comms channels - fb, WhatsApp, website - not giving satisfactory responses, just kicking the problem along. An infuriating, lying and pathetic company.

I used Mevano for the first time, big mistake. I ordered, as per the website, Harry Potter floating candles. Candles arrived but not what I ordered!! I advised customer services immediately asking for a "returns label" this arrive via email, I printed off but 48 hours later the Post Office returned my parcel advising no one at the address SK6 2QN. Worse experience I've ever had, sorry but it's the truth.

Good service overall.

The ordering process was clear painless. My only gripe was that despite saying that they would inform you when they were dispatching your item I had to chase it and found out it had been dispatched three days earlier. It arrived okay and in one piece which was the main thing. (It was a large mirror)
