I’ve used Logs Direct many times and have always been very pleased with the quality of Logs, customer service and delivery company. Great company.

Good service and product and the staff on the phone are very helpful and call quickly to arrange a convenient day for delivery. It would be great if they could at least give a morning or afternoon slot so you aren’t potentially wasting a whole day. The driver sometimes calls on the day to let you know a general time but an advance am or pm would be much better. Also if you order as often as I do, you quickly get a stock of pallets that the logs are delivered on but that the driver won’t take away. It would be very useful if the driver could take the pallet from you he previous delivery with him.

I have found dealing with Logs Direct by telephone and emailing to be very efficient. The ladies that I've have dealt with have been very helpful and friendly.

As a Lego collector, my sets require dusting and can be very time consuming. The display cases supplied remove the need for this. We have always found our shopping experience with Pure Displays to be extremely simply and quick, which is just what a busy office needs. The website is very user friendly and the delivery time is excellent.

The display arrived with minor damage and Pure Display could not have been more helpful in addressing the problem. They even offered to make bespoke stands at no extra cost!

Called them after 6pm on a weekday evening, and the box arrived the next day before 10am, with no prior request for an express delivery service, and no additional charge levied ! Products are great too !

I normally do not write negative reviews, but the customer service in this web-shop has been non-existing. They do not answer emails or take the telephone. The link to the contact-email do not work. Emails are rejected. I did not receive an order confirmation. And I did not receive the parcel, though they immediately withdraw money from my account. I informed them many time - also within their 7-days-cancel-policy, that I would like to make changes or cancel the order, but I heard nothing from them. Two weeks later I received the parcel. They do not help with any return shipment. I can not recommend to buy from this web-shop.

Franchement le service client est déplorable. J’ai commandé un sweat et des mitaines. Je n’ai reçu qu’une boîte AirPods moins cher que les mitaines. La commande du pull a été annulée et remboursée sans explications alors que le pull peut toujours être commandé sur le site à la taille voulue. Pour la réception d’une boîte AirPod a 15€ au lieu de mitaines a 27€, les commandes semblent avoir été inversées et j’essaie de joindre le service client depuis plus d’un mois sans succès. Sweetpants, l’art et la manière de prendre le client pour un jambon… au bout de 10 jours après avoir passé commande (n*C25020127641) toujours pas de nouvelles, le colis n est même pas envoyé, la poste attend pour le prendre en charge… et depuis plus rien! Pour le prix des survêtements la prochaine fois j’irai chez Lacoste, au moins eux ont un vrai packaging digne du prix de leur vêtements ( et pas un vieux plastique à moitié déchiré) et surtout je serai certain de recevoir ma commande en temps et en heure. Chez sweetpants, cela fait déjà 3 fois que j ai le même email pré-formaté bien frustrant pour me dire que la commande sera traitée prochainement… bref j attends toujours… je ne manquerai pas de dire tout le bien que je pense de cette marque autour de moi…

Produit de qualité médiocre, rapport qualité prix nul. Sweetshirt porté 1 fois, lavé en machine à froid. Produit à réduit de taille et est difforme. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Après avoir fait deux commandes chez Sweet Pants (une casquette et un sweat) qui m'ont pleinement satisfait, j'ai décidé d'acheter le t-shirt d'une nouvelle collection, le L'AS PRINT TEE CREAM en collaboration avec L'AS du FALLAFEL. Côté design, rien à redire : le t-shirt est très beau, avec de belles illustrations sur le dos et les manches. Je n'ai pas pu résister, même au prix de 75 euros, ce qui n'est pas donné. Cependant, j'ai été surpris dès que j'ai touché le t-shirt. Il était très fin, et la matière semblait étrange, loin de la qualité attendue pour un produit de ce prix. De plus, des fils de couture dépassaient, ce qui donne une impression de finition bâclée. Le plus décevant, c’est que le t-shirt, annoncé comme étant en 100 % coton, est en réalité composé de 50 % coton, 37 % polyester et 13 % viscose. Après avoir contacté le service client, j’ai appris qu’il s’agissait d’une erreur sur le site au niveau des matériaux utilisés. Je trouve cela scandaleux pour un article à ce prix et pour une marque de la réputation de Sweet Pants. En raison de cette mauvaise qualité, je vais retourner l'article, car je refuse de payer ce prix pour une qualité aussi basse. J'espère que vous accepterez cette demande et que cette information sera rapidement corrigée sur votre site afin d'éviter que d’autres clients ne soient déçus.

J’adore ces casquettes. Et malheureusement suite à un défaut constaté sur une casquette au bout de deux mois, j’ai fais une demande au service commercial qui a réagi en moins de 24h de manière très commerciale. Bravo.

Mon fils a acheter une casquette en avril qui se trouve complètement décoloré en juin , après les avoir contacté , envoyé des photos etc , le service client m’indique qu’ils ont recredité la CB qui avait effectuée le paiement , hors j’ai fermé le compte entre temps donc je n’ai pas eu le remboursement. Depuis ils me baladent en me disant que leur banque vérifie etc … et maintenant ils ne répondent même plus aux mails … À 60€ la casquette … vraiment décevant !

Habe ein Badmöbel bestellt. Auf der Homepage wurde die Lieferzeit mit 7-12 Tagen angegeben. Nach dem die 12 Tage vorbei waren und nichts geliefert wurde, habe ich nachgefragt. Da hieß es dann plötzlich 6-7 Wochen!!! Weder eine Entschuldigung, noch ein Entgegenkommen, um den Kunden zu besänftigen. Einfach unverschämt!! Und Stornierung ist auch nicht möglich, weil die 14 Tage schon um sind und bei einer auftragsbezogenen Lieferung diese wohl verfällt. Also liebe Käufer, Finger weg von diesem Händler, schaut euch lieber einmal mehr um und fragt nach den genauen Lieferzeiten.

Leider werden die vier Möbel seit bald drei Wochen hin und her geschickt, aber nicht zu uns! Soviel Inkompetenz habe ich noch nicht erlebt!

Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und die Ware war sehr gut verpackt. Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer war auch sehr gut.

die Lieferung der Waren erfolgte in sehr kurzem Zeitraum und zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit. Einen Teil der Ware musste ich zurück geben, da er meinen Vorstellungen nicht entsprach. Auch dieser Service wurde erstaunlich kurzfristig abgewickelt und der Gutschriftsbetrag sehr schnell erstattet. Den Service stufe ich als sehr gut ein.

Ich habe zweimal bereits bei Designbad24 bestellt. Was ich richtig klasse fand, dass man die Ware auch ueber einen Amazonkonto beszahlen kann, sofern man natuerlich ueber ein solches Konto verfuegt. Die Lieferung erfolgt schnell und unkompliziert. Das einzige, was ich nicht so gut fand, war, dass die Ware, naemlich das Badewannenthermostat in einem Karton fuer ein Duschthermostat war und ich somit davon ausgegangen bin, dass falsche bestellt zu haben und erneut eine Bestellung ausgeloest habe.

Ware wurde pünktlich und entsprechend Beschreibung geliefert. Klasse! Immer wieder gerne!

Im Verhältnis zu Mitbewerbern war die Lieferung viel günstiger und wurde Bruchfrei geliefert.

The product arrived a week late because of an admin error, all I got was an apology from the delivery driver (paid £20+ for delivery). Came with minor scratches and a chip to the paint, normally I wouldn't bother but for the price it's poor. I was thinking of using the company again to have matching furniture but I will likely now look at other options. Just overall not a great experience and poor support.

En bøn fra én der INGEN forbindelse har til firmaet, anden end et enkelt køb: lad nu være med at prøve at "fuske" urigtige reklamationer ind hos billigkoste. Det fortjener de ikke. Min bevæggrund for at vælge Billigkoste adskiller sig nok lidt fra normen. Et væsentligt kriterie var levering til dør til en overkommelig pris som eksempelvist GLS frem for til kantsten med fragtmand, da jeg sidder i kørestol og derfor ikke lige kan bakse en 150 cm lang pakke ind. Med det fortalt var købsoplevelsen god med en let tilgængelig on-line butik, godt udvalg af store smudsmåtter, gode varebeskrivelser og en udmærket kasse. Også levering - som var hurtig fra dag til dag - og kommunkation var i top. Da måtten så lige var helt som forventet, kan det vel ikke blive bedre.

Goods ordered and received email confirmation. Payment taken by Opayo Evalon third party payment provider. No further communication received. No delivery made. Sent email - no reply. Telephoned numerous times - telephone not answered. Left message on answerphone - no reply. Eventually got my money back through credit card. My advice -DO NOT CONSIDER BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Terrible customer service. They literally hung up on me mid talking - it's really bad. When I called back there was barely an apology. We ordered a bed from them but we never received confirmation that it will be delivered. We got suspicious and then checked Trust Pilot and found these terrible reviews. We cancelled the order once reading the reviews. They charged £55 to cancel an order - this was not on the cancellation/ refund policy as I had read it before purchasing the item.

Absolutely horrendous company. Sent the wrong mattress, customer service did not respond to any email, they kept instigating they sent the weigh mattress. Awfully rude lady on the phone was shouting at me, did not introduce herself and simply hung up on me saying she ‘does not have time’. Avoid at all costs and save up, if possible, for a mattress from a more reputable provider.

Saggyist mattress ever! Company wouldn't collect it without packaging and, as there was a delay in getting it wrapped for return (as it was bought for my disabled son who lives elsewhere, and we had to wait for a new mattress to be delivered, over Christmas, to re-use the packaging), they said it was out of policy for refund, despite regular emails to them. It's so saggy, you can feel the slats through it when you sit on it. I can't even sell it - it's that bad. Now I also have to arrange a tip trip, or I might just burn it.

I was extremely impressed with the Hf4you.co.uk delivery service. I needed a bed delivered within 48 hours. It said on their website that if I ordered it there and then, the bed would indeed be delivered the day I wanted it - only 2 days later. I clicked the button with trepidation as I've experienced dreadful problems with a bed company in the past. However ... happily everything happened as they said it would. I was emailed, texted and the bed arrived on time and in perfect condition. No problem.at all. It just shows it is possible to operate a succefull bed delivery service.

I had been slightly dreading this bed purchase recce because these days there's a huge amount of choice people can get lost in, but sales assistant Joe very efficiently and pleasantly took us through the various options in an organised way. After about 45/50 minutes we'd narrowed down the choices to make it easier to come to a final decision. It's also a nice showroom to visit!

The service from warren Evans Camden has been excellent. From Josh in the showroom to the speed and efficiency of delivery - and when I needed to change my order quote late in the day they accommodated the change so quickly and without any fuss. Being a small company it is easy to communicate with the office and the two delivery people were super efficient and friendly. And the bed is great!

Bei Icarus Zürich habe ich einen Wintermantel bestellt. Die Seite schien mir seriös und ich wollte ein Schweizer Online-Handel berücksichtigen. Bestellt habe ich die Jacke am 28.11.2024. Als mitte Dezember der Wintermantel immer noch nicht bei mir eingetroffen war, habe ich eine E-Mail geschrieben, mit der Bitte, meine Bestellung zu stornieren und das Geld zurückzuüberweisen. Brauch den Mantel ja jetzt und nicht erst im Frühling. Der Mantel wurde mir dann am 28. Dezember 2024 zugestellt. Was ich zwischenzeitlich befürchtete, der Mantel wurde mir von temu geliefert und zwar in billigster Art. Plastikschrot ohne jegliche Qualität und Form. Fazit: Icarus Zürich ist ein Gauner, bitte Hände weg !!!

Na het bestellen van een teddybeer met bloemen worden wij gebeld. Er blijkt een storing te zijn in de systemen. In het telefoongesprek worden onduidelijkheden nagevraagd om er voor te zorgen dat het bestelde item zonder fouten kan worden geleverd. Er wordt zelfs een excuus aangeboden terwijl dit absoluut niet nodig is omdat mevrouw er voor zorgt dat onze bestelling geleverd gaat worden zoals wij willen. Ik kan niet ander zeggen dan super klantvriendelijk

Het bloemstuk is on line besteld. In het echt was het nog mooier dan op de foto. Ook de begeleidende kaart overtrof onze verwachtingen; discrete kaart met een strik samengebonden. Wij waren heel tevreden over het geleverde bloemstuk en het gaf troost op de dag van de crematie. Ook de nazorg van het bestelde bloemstuk was zeer correct.

Jullie hebben als bloemist precies voldaan aan de wensen die wij hadden. Dat we dan ook nog zo'n mooie foto als aandenken er van ontvangen is helemaal super. Top en bedankt

Ik heb hele goede ervaringen met het bedrijf. Even telefonisch overleggen is altijd handig omdat je niet weet of de bloemen in elk seizoen voorhanden zijn. Ik had een schilderij gestuurd die voorop de rouwkaart kwam en boeket kleurde daar prachtig bij. Ook foto digitaal nog nagestuurd gekregen. Topbedrijf!

Zeer slechte zaak. Mooi rouwboeket voor het het kistje van overleden kindje besteld werd een orchidee in pot geleverd om ons dood te schamen. Vervolgens word ons verteld dat wij hadden moeten bellen over de bloemen omdat deze blijkbaar niet leverbaar waren. Volgens mij had dit bedrijf met ons contact op moeten nemen. Zonder overleg een orchidee in pot bezorgd. Optie geld terug nieuw boeket was geen optie vreselijk om dit zo te moeten mee maken. Hadden we niet genoeg aan ons hoofd. NOOIT MEER BESTELLEN!!!! Mensen let op voor dit bedrijf met slechte kwaliteit bloemen en andere dingen bezorgen dan besteld.

Bloemen kwamen niet overeen met de afbeelding op de site. De rozen zoden Donker van kleur zijn! Ik kreeg lichtroze rozen!, Ook zagen de bloemen er niet erg mooi meer uit,, op de dag van de plechtigheid waren de bloemen al vergaan Erg slechte service!! Na contact werd me verteld dat het kwam omdat de bloemen op maandag bezorgd moesten worden... Zonder overleg, Erg slecht, ik raad deze site echt af

In deze tijden van Corona via de webshop in goed vertrouwen een rouwboeket besteld. Het boeket wat afgeleverd is bij het rouwcentrum, was echter te treurig voor woorden. Ik vind het ongelooflijk beschamend dat het betreffende boeket uit mijn naam bezorgd is bij de familie. De uitvaartbloemist heeft erkend dat dit niet had mogen gebeuren en er heeft gedeeltelijk restitutie plaatsgevonden. Volledige restitutie was gezien de staat van het boeket echter meer op zijn plaats geweest.

We waren heen heel tevreden, tot we zagen dat de bloemen er niet goed uitzagen. Dit was buiten de schuld van Uitvaart Bloemist. Toch hebben zij het opgelost door een mooi boeket naar de familie te sturen. Het uitvaart centrum waar de fout lag gaf niet toe.

Bloemstuk is op tijd bezorgd. Na bellen met de klantenservice kon de tijd ook nog preciezer worden doorgegeven. Bloemstuk zag er netjes en verzorgd uit, niets op aan te merken.

Veel lof gekregen voor de bloemen die wij via jullie besteld hebben, prachtig uitgevoerd. Dank daarvoor!

Avoid this company as the sofas are absolutely shockingly made and not as seen in the photos! If you check compannies House they dissolved the company last month… Check their history. They ignore all emails and despite requests to have call backs, no one calls. I am contacting the police to investigate also. Something very off with the whole setup. £899.00 totally wasted… Go to a store where you know what you’re getting!!

I was genuinely worried that I had bought an expensive item online without seeing. I also saw negative reviews which didn't help. However I was pleasantly suprised with the delivery and I love my sofa bed. The drivers unwrapped a section and encouraged me to sit on it and check I liked the colour. I don't like those sofas that sink in when you sit on them and whilst this one is more firm, it is still comfy. The bed option works well. The guys showed me how to open out and close. In all, I am happy.

Avoid this company. After 6 full weeks of waiting for my refund, I have finally received it. This is only because I had asked debt collection agency to step into this case! I have received an email from Sofa Bargain saying that my refund was NOT processed due to an internal technical issue! What a b....t! Be careful, do not buy from them because if something goes wrong you will have to be waiting on your refund for weeks or months!

The sofa was delivered and built very quickly and professionally. Well done guys! The quality of the sofa is excellent! It is very convenient for daily use and very easy to fold into a large bed. My sofa was delivered in perfect condition on 29/01/2025 and remains in perfect condition. Kuba and Pawel were excellent in delivering the sofa. They were mindful or doors and paint work. They were quick to install and personally I had no concerns. They showed me how to pull out the sofa bed, how to pull up the chaise. I was advised I would need to keep the rubbish as they wouldn’t be able to take it with them which I was personally fine with (I went to my local waste to dispose of the rubbish), but they asked if I needed help to put the rubbish in the bin. The sofa itself that I purchased (Ethan Corner Sofa) is wonderful. It’s firm but comfortable and I prefer the firmness as I can imagine overtime this will wear out. The communication from Sofa Bargain was exceptional and the sofa was delivered in the promised timeframe. They were also helpful in making an amendment the following day of the order purchase at no extra charge (I accidentally requested for a right hand corner sofa). Mindful to other people reading this review, the team were helpful and did not apply a charge as production for the sofa had not began, I read the terms and it clear that there is a charge especially if the production has already commenced, which to me makes sense). Everyone’s experience will be different based on the usage of their sofa. As for me, I love the sofa, I get a lot of compliments when people come to my home and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase (I am yet to use my sofa bed but the function is working as it should) and the storage on the chaise is wonderful. Inizialmente diffidavo dai siti online. Ho visto invece una grande varietà di tessuti e biancheria. Ho effettuato un grande ordine dal loro sito. Una volta arrivato tutto, ho notato che degli asciugamani presentavano delle macchie. Ho riferito subito tutto all’assistenza clienti che ha provveduto immediatamente a cambiare i miei asciugamani con altri di mia scelta dal momento che quelli precedenti erano esauriti. Sostituiti in tempi brevissimi. Ottimo sito!
