* Order for the Netherlands* I saw the perfect linen bedsheets and was ready to order when I decided to quickly check out the reviews. Those are shocking! Which is why I hesitated for a long time to place my order, but then thought La Redoute is a known brand, so I'd take the change (did order with Paypal to insure my purchase). My order arrived within 3 days and it looked exactly as on the picture. I sent it to my mum's house for her birthday so can only judge by the pictures she shared with me and her enthusiasm about the new bed sheets! Will probably order some more pillow covers :) Felt the obligation to write this review, because I had a great experience and I think the company deserves a shot at restoring their name (at least for small parcels such as duvets),

no respect with the customers, its the second time I'm trying to but a side table from them, but the money goes out from the account but La Redoute doesn't send any confirmation, it just says order in progress for weeks, and wen I try to call them, no one answers the phone.

Heel slecht, ik heb ruim een week geleden een kastje besteld van bijna €600,00. 2 dagen later heb ik contact gezocht ivm de bezorging, nu lijkt dat er een storing is geweest waardoor wel mijn geld is afgeschreven maar er geen bestelling is gedaan volgens hun. Ik heb dagelijks contact omdat er elke dag wordt verteld dat het vandaag zal worden terug gestort maar voorlopig heb ik nog niets.

Langzame levering. Mijn geld nog niet terug, heb alles een maand geleden aan ze teruggezonden. Ook geen bericht van terugontvangen. Slechte spullen ook. Ben zeer ontevreden en raad ieder af er te bestellen.

Mijn vriend bestelde hier onlangs een bed.. nog steeds niet aangekomen.. Extreem lange wachttijd, slechte klantenservice: onvriendelijk en onbehulpzaam.. ronduit belachelijk.

Bestelling gedaan. Zou er binnen een week zijn. Nee dus. Klantenservice begrijpt mijn zorg niet. Bijna 2000 euro en ik bungel. Laten niet weten waar ik aan toe ben. Ik moet gewoon maar wachten, spullen zijn nog in het magazijn. Kan amper een excuus af
