Bailey what a load of crap..

For those of you, who have seen my earlier review. I sent an email to Bailey aftercare, this is there reply. No concern about the issues, just passed it back to the retailer. Who has been helpful I must say. Bailey reply.... Dear Mr Witham, I write further to your email dated 9th September 2024. We are sorry to see that you have had cause to raise a complaint in relation to the build quality of your Unicorn Vigo. We would like to take this opportunity to apologise for any inconvenience this has caused, and to thank you for the time taken in bringing this to our attention. The concerns you have raised have been fed back to our Production facility in line with our internal processes for continuous improvement. In terms of general product quality, we pride ourselves on a proven track record of our caravans and motorhomes in use. That said, we understand that there is always room for improvement, which is why customer feedback is always welcome and duly noted. We are confident that your concerns will be resolved by your selling Retailer, where applicable, under the terms and conditions of your warranty. We ask, if you have not already done so, that you contact your selling Retailer to arrange any necessary remedial work. We do appreciate your disappointment, and again I would like to apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

New £40K caravan with no end of issues

New £40K caravan with no end of issues, now being returned to Bailey which they have quoted 12 weeks for repair, no loan or replacement offered and Bailey want me to completely empty the caravan of non-personal items as well (bed, cushions, curtains ect). Shocking customer service, no responses, no esaclation. Think very carefully before purchasing a Bailey, build quailty is poor backed by absolutley NO understanding of customer service.

Lets sLack of information on light bulbs

Lets start with a positive but I really like my caravan. However the information on the caravans is very scarce. I needed to replace an offside tail light bulb on a pusuit 400 2. I had to get the correct bulb. Do you know there is absolutely no information on which bulb types to use and how to access them. This is useless when you are away and need to change the bulb. Also I phoned my service company and they could not find the info. They told me to take the old bulb out which is no good if no information on how to do this. Can Bailey advise where to find this information. I'm sure there are many people in teh same situation.

We Bought a new Bailey 440 GT 75…

We Bought a new Bailey 440 GT 75 phoenix, the overall the build quality is mediocre - from the nasty Chinese tyres to the poor finishing off of of the sealing etc, which I can only assume was done by someone with poor eyesight or someone who isn’t interested, I am from a high end body repair back ground, so my standards are higher than someone without experience but my advice would be if you want to buy 1980’s build quality when compared to cars Bailey is for you personally once I have taken the hit depreciation wise it will be going back from the dealer is send pictures I will send them into Bailey it like a time warp 🤫Bailey hi I am happy for you to contact me regarding this Caravan, I now have a further problem it tyre that has a defective wall, and Baileys response to the retailer has so far been tell them to contact Baileys tyre supplier what the hell ? this is a safety related issue , I have numerous build quality issues with this caravan and if they are not resolved at first service I assure you I will be taking action against them through the courts so please call me on 07985250772 regards David Rathmell

Painless procedure to transfer warranty

I bought a two year old Unicorn Cabrera. The service book was missing but I had full documentation of service history. All sorted within a week to getting e mail confirmation of warranty transfer. Now looking forward to receiving the documentation through the post.

Second to none service Brilliant service from Prima.

First of all, myself and wife want to thank Becky, from Prima, for all the profesional help and service she provided. She made the stress of claiming on the warrenty issues a breeze. We Can't thank her enough.. Secondly - Were new to caravaning and now recently retired. We purchased a used Bailey Pamplona van after looking around for a quite a while. Then after a year we will be trading the van in for a motorhome. Because we're new to caravanning we settled for a used van still in warrenty, a Bailey Pamplona black edition. It has everything we required. We also found the Bailey brand to be of very good quality. We will be upgrading our van for a Bailey motorhome next season, solely because of the aftersales. Unfortunately we did find just a couple of warrenty issues that we wasn't 100% we were covered for. We contacted Prima (Beckie) who have been absolutely fantastic and sorted out all our warrenty issues. She also explaned in detail what we needed to do to carry on the warrenty after the 3 years, regarding the integrity of the van. Because of the service from Bailey, (Beckie) our motorhome will be purchased from Bailey. I have no problem recommending the brand to anyone and have no problem answeing any questions by email if I can. Thanks Bailey.. Thanks Beckie

Dont buy a Bailey caravan

The 3 set new blinds were eventually fitted in July. The first time it operated it fell off the track. Back to the drawing board. I have now solved the problem by getting rid of the pile of junk from Bailey. Bailey has cost me a lot of money I would suggest that you think very carefully before buying a caravan from them.

Warranty transfer

I recently bought my third Bailey Unicorn caravan. I sent the required documentation for the transfer of warranty to Bailey last Friday 2/8/2024 and have been informed by Nick from Bailey this morning that the warranty has been transferred successfully. Many thanks for the efficient response.

No customer care Aftersales with Baileys

Never found a company so awful in my life my caravan door flew open on the motorway cut it caused the pile three months. I have been waiting for a response. Still no response. They said the part has not arrived from Madrid and now they have told me not to get in touch. The dealership I have bought the caravan from all themselves totally disgusted with Baileys. after Kay is absolutely zero. If I could attach paperwork, I could show you their response.
