Quality Product, Terrible Support: A Year Without Resolution
I purchased a profiling bed online and while the buying process, the delivery and the bed with mattress were excellent. I have been really dissapointed with customer service. Just a week after receiving the bed, the remote control became stuck in the mechanism, making the bed unusable. I could no longer use the bed in my own. I did contacted the company immediately to book an appointment with a specialist to resolve the issue. They assured me that sameone would get in touch, but I have not heard back from anyone - and this was almost a year ago. In the end, I had to hire a private electrician to fix the problem. I chose to buy the bed directly from them for my peace of mind because I believed that if any issue arose, they would handle the situation more quickly, professionally, and efficiently. Unfortunatelly, this was not the case. I'am deeply frustrated by this lack of response and regret purchasing from them.

Excellent customer service throughout by Michelle Winter whose Knowledge and and advice helped me to choose the correct product to assist my mums mobility issues. Shaun in dispatch team was also very efficient with plans for delivery and installation which was very smooth and swift. Installation men were on time and again very knowledgeable when demonstrating use of bed.
Great company
I appreciate the fact that my new bed has all the functionality of a hospital bed without looking like one. I have greatly benefited from the excellent option to trial mattresses for ten days and be able to return them if not suitable. Harry and Michelle have been most helpful and patient, and the delivery guys punctual, friendly and efficient.
Can’t recommend highly enough
I was blown away by how kind and helpful everyone was at Opera an especially big thank you to Dean who was fantastic at getting me exactly what I needed in record time and it wasn’t straightforward ! The delivery and set up was fantastic too a lovely man called Nick came in and just got on with setting it all up and explaining how to use (which is very simple) once set up. I can’t believe how lucky I was to discover Opera. My husband has slept through 2 nights running now, first time in 2 years.

Excellent bed, but heavy.
Bed arrived quickly and well packaged and is an excellent product. It is supplied vertically on a pallet which would not quite fit under the garage door. The very heavy bed was supplied on castors on a transit frame, so it was possible wheel it from the pallet and then disassemble it in order to move it to an upstairs room. The instructions explained this but a simple label on the outside of the packaging saying "Must be disassembled to permit manual handling - see instructions" would be helpful.
No problems
No problems , one or two issues when ordering over the extra length from standard small double size and the mattress required to cover this. Delivered on time and would have benefited from having two delivery men rather than one, otherwise that also went well .
Not sure which bed to choose
Not sure which bed to choose! Really good advice from Opera’s Chelsea. When the quote came through she had picked the fabric colour I would have chosen and the style of headboard. The bed turned up within 5 days and was really comfortable and easy to operate. Cannot thank the company enough for the best night’s sleep I had enjoyed since leaving hospital.
