We had a great experience with NBI. Graham was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough during the inspection. He picked up on issues we would have completely missed, giving us peace of mind. Lorraine and Karen were fantastic too—booking was quick and easy, and they answered all our questions straight away, making the whole process hassle-free. We booked just before our two-year new build warranty ran out, and we’re so glad we did. Their detailed report helped us flag any issues in time, and the fact that we got it back in less than 24 hours was a huge bonus.

We recently moved into a new build and was looking for a company to come and do a report just to check things over, martyn came and cracked straight on explaining what he would be carrying out and if we had any questions, after a couple of hours martyn sat down with us and explained his thoughts on the property and assured us everything was ok except a few minor cosmetics. We received the snagging report with photos and descriptions as to why they were classed as snags after the weekend which we are now able to take back to the builders to rectify. We would like thank martyn and his team for their efforts and communication and would certainly recommend if you’re looking for a professional outfit who has spent many years in the building trade.

Very pleased with the snagging experience which has given me peace of mind for the biggest purchase of my life. Booking was easy and communication was prompt and effective with the office. Graham conducted the snagging, turned up on time and was clearly knowledgeable and methodical. In the end around 50 snags were identified, most of which are simple to fix but would not have been picked up by an untrained eye.

Excellent experience. We were impressed by David Reid who arrived at the site exactly on time even though virtually no one else could find it as it is still under construction and the main entrance is closed off. David did a very comprehensive inspection of our new build, adding items we specifically requested. He met us afterwards to give a verbal summary of the main issues and then sent a comprehensive report with photos. We would highly recommend David.

Easy to book, excellent responses, first class knowledge throughout the process. Survey was done within days, I handed the document to the developer (Jones Homes at the Grange, Last Drop, Bolton) and they didn't argue with the findings. I have done a lot of refurbishment work myself on other properties and hadn't spotted some of the snags. Martyn's knowledge was impressive. I've had a new garage roof, looked fine to me but Martyn saw things differently, Garage door had small bits missing and water drainage issues in my garden. Any issues and Martyn is on the end of a mobile call to speak to the developer. Excellent value.

Extremely easy to book and very friendly and helpful prior to inspection. Andy, the inspector, was very thorough and explained what he was doing. He inspected on the Friday and the report was received on the Monday afterwards. The report was easy to follow with all snags explained with photographs where practicable.

We were searching for a professional snagging company and saw the New Build Inspections website. We found the website easy to use and it contained lots of useful information. Our initial enquiry, and all later emails, were answered promptly and we were able to book in for our preferred date just seven days afterwards. The inspection was thorough and brought to light a number of snags that we hadn’t spotted. The report was sent to us just a day or two later, so we had it for the 14 day meeting with our site manager. It was in a user friendly format (numbered items using photos with arrows pointing to the problem and a short description) which has made it easy for us and the developer to work through the defects. Overall, happy with the service and have recommended to a friend.
